Used 2013 BMW 328i for sale in Phoenix

Selling my 2013 BMW 328i, mileage: 85,***I purchased this vehicle in 2015 as a CPO from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach with ~14k miles, and I am the second owner. This used to be my daily driver, but I have two kids in car seats now and mostly drive another large SUV that I have. This vehicle has been very reliable for me; the only non-wear item that has required replacement is the plastic turbo inlet pipe that broke after changing the air filter a few years ago. Asking $8,500 but open to reasonable offers. Kelley Blue Book range for private party sales is $8,300 to $9,400 for the year and mileage.This car has been garaged kept since I purchased it, up until ~6 months ago. I have always hand washed and dried the car myself, usually apply wax twice a year, use a UV protecting paint spray detail after each wash, and apply UV protectant and conditioner to the interior surfaces regularly. I have all the maintenance records from the time I purchased the car that I can share.
