Cochran Cranberry has impressed every time I go in. Service, sales, bodywork they are great! I met their GM Ben a few weeks ago and he truly cared about helping me find my car after close for service. He made sure my wife and I found the car and asked if we had any other questions and even showed us the new Pathfinder that was parked out front. I just bought a new 2021 Rogue from Steve Ball at #1 Cochran. The whole process was extremely smooth. If you’re looking to get a great deal and have a very simple experience I suggest going here. Steve was so patient, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% comfortable with my new vehicles features before driving off the lot. The finance department also was very nice and a smooth process. This is my third rogue and I hope to continue to be a customer of #1 Cochran.

Mike was so patient as we got everything together. He gave us outstanding service and the best car we've ever owned. For the first time, our family feels safe in our vehicle, and very happy with the price we paid for it. Before that, we had a car that had been digging a hole in our pockets for nine years. Plus, helping us find a bank for our loan, taking our old car, and the warranty was even more weight off our shoulders. My dad recommended for us to go here after they treated him so well. Now, I reccomend this place to anyone needing honest and reliable help from people that actually care about their customers.
