Do not come to this dealership we bought a used car from them was promised they would fix a few things wrong with the car but every time i kept coming back to their mechanic nothing was fixed. I confronted them about it and was yelled and cursed at! I never leave reviews but the way i was treated i feel like i need to warn the people who come to this dealership.

Salesman nice, but car was in bad shape. Newer year seemed like a good price, car needed jump start, "service light on", brakes bad, timing belt worn, dents, the list goes on. Be careful.

Mike is doing a great job. he is making sure that when i leave with my car that everything is corrected such as breaks, electrical problems etc. and he offers a 90day warranty which give us some peace of mind. Still waiting to pick up car but he has followed up with a call to update us on progress of corrections/repairs.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I had been searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for a while and came across one at 103 Auto Sales. I contacted Mike and he worked with me over the phone as I live out of state. When I arrived to pick up the Jeep it was everything I had hoped for and more. Instead of selling a vehicle "as is", Mike had taken the vehicle to have it serviced and detailed along with replacing any worn or broken parts, and making certain it was running it's best for my 1400 mile trip home! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mike at 103 Auto Sales. What you've read in the other reviews are true, he's a no pressure, honest guy who will take care of your car needs.

Mike was great, honest and works with you to accommodate to accommodate your needs. Mike took the time out to make any minor repairs my vehicle needed. Great cars, great selection, great prices! Mike was very good to work with. Not many Passats were available in Upstate NY, it was worth the time to go to NJ for this vehicle. The car required some work to pass New York State inspection and Mike stepped up and made it right!

They were very forthcoming, surprisingly honest, and no problems with taking car to get a pre-purchase inspection. Will deffinitely buy from them again next time!!! Don't go anywhere else - they're the best!!!! Fantastic service and unbeatable prices!!!

Brought a 2004 nissan Murano the cd player didnt work and the front shots needed to be done but mike is very nice he fix it with no problem the only other thing i had to get was a tune up and change the filter but the car still rides pretty good no other problems lately

I saw a Lexus Rx300 there for sale, they also showed the carfax with no problem and the car was clean on the inside an out. They let you test drive with no problem and they will work with you if its reasonable. I worked with Mike.. he was very helpful and when my front an tail light went out he sent me to his mechanic to get it fixed an they also give warranty.. I was and still is very pleased with him and my lexus
