They had a good selection of luxury cars I ended not buying from them due to them being close on the weekend but I was surprise by the attention I got the very next day with emails and phone calls checking to see if they I was still interested sounde very professional .. I was impressed I was visiting the area for the weekend when I saw the dealer and I would have like to have gotten the car there.

I have bought three cars from A&B all BMW's. I have always dealt with Alfred with all three purchases and he has always treated me great. He stand by there car's and has always helped when I've had minor issues that he really didn't have to fix. He really cares about you as the customer and makes sure that you're happy with your purchase. I recommend A&B to anyone they have great cars and are super honest people!!!! Thank you for everything Alfred!!!!

I have been searching for some time for a Porsche 911 in my price range. I was pleased to find one through Cars.com at A&B motors that fit my every need. I called on Friday evening, spoke with a gentleman about the car who was a pleasure to speak with. After a 20min or so conversation I decided I was going to buy the car sight unseen and have the car shipped to NY. I told him I could give him a credit card deposit over the phone and have the rest of the funds on Monday. He explained that this would not be necessary. That after speaking with me he trusted to hold the car for me till Monday. I was emailed my sales agreement and I was so happy. I went on a shipping website and got shipping aarrangements started over the weekend. I went to my bank Monday morning, signed the papers at my bank to get the loan, got my insurance in place since I needed it for my loan. I then called A&B motors to get their bank wire info to complete the deal, I was placed on hold while he gathered the info. He came back on the phone to tell me that they sold the car to someone on Saturday and it was gone. Now I have to pay 1 day interest on a car I never had, go through the process to cancel the insurance and get that refunded. Now the search begins again. What a disappointment.

First the description of the car was on the mark. Test drive one day, online application, next driving car home. I felt they were very accommodating in arranging for the signing of the contracts, and in doing so they explained everything. Great dealership.

I'm writing this letter on behalf of Vahe Mehrabian and A&B Motors for their outstanding customer service that was provided to me in the purchase of a car for my wife. Ours was a unique situation in that we live out of state and happened to stumble upon a Prius online that they were selling which was exactly what we were looking for. Buying site unseen was a scary proposition for us, but from the very first phone call (and there were many), Vahe answered all my questions -- completely and professionally. He went the extra mile, taking photos of specific areas of the car that I requested and providing all available paperwork, history, and contact information for prior work performed on the vehicle. I literally felt we had taken it for a dozen test-drives with all the help and information Vahe patiently provided. The entire experience was hassle-free and perhaps most importantly -- genuine and sincere. Upon receipt of the car, it was exactly as he had promised, and my wife absolutely loves it. I urge anyone out there looking for a car, please check out A&B Motors in Pasadena and ask for Vahe. Their vehicles are top-notch, and so is he.

I recently stumbled across A&B motors after seaching in the area for a used BMW. I had a 2009 Chevy that I still owed money on and I was upside down on the loan. I found a very clean 5 series and Vince was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest about how much he could offer for my trade in. He offered me the most out of all the dealers I visited. This deal was very smooth and Vince was able to beat out my credit union to get me to a rate and monthly payment I could afford. I honestly can say he went out of his way to make this deal happpen because my credit union was willing to match the rate initially but Vince worked it and they couldn't beat the rate he offered in the end. I am extremely happy with the deal and if you want to have a good experience buying your next vehicle with no pressure to buy right away then try this place out.

After months of online searching for a used vehicle with low mileage and several other specifications, my husband found one of interest at A and B Motors. One call, connected us to "Vince", who stayed late that evening to accomadate us. We found Vince to be a very honest, personable and refreshing salesman. Our experience was very pleasureable and we were able to test drive and inspect the vehicle freely with no pressure. Any questions asked were answered fully or if unable, information researched utilizing other resources or looked up to meet our satisfaction. Vince and Alfred worked with us, which resulted in a purchase that evening. We had a special request of providing us with the books for that model, which were not with the vehicle and they followed through (we received them in the mail the next week). We had a very positive experience, love the vehicle and felt we received a good deal. Thank you and GREAT JOB Vince!
