I have had a few used car purchasing experiences and they were never pleasant. Mike Deluca is a top notch guy. Went above and beyond on every aspect of the deal. Everything was in the open, no hidden agendas, no pressure .He worked with me to find exactly what i wanted working with the budget I had to work with. I wont go to another dealer. Looking for a car, Mikes the guy. Service department is great as well.

After shopping around for a month for a 2008 G35x. I found ACI Auto Group. As I jumped my old car to look at the used cars in there lot, their Mike was less than 20 seconds of being on the premises handing me a key for a test drive. Peter and his team provide superior service, not only mechanical, but in the truest sense of caring for their customers needs. They provide a rare balance of automotive, and perhaps more importantly, human care, and I will surely return when my Volvo needs any type of work - I was in a tight space financially, and with my car needing very important brake line service, they fixed my car with the promise that I could pay when I had the money to do so - not only did they take my safety into consideration, but they were compassionate enough to extend me the latitude to pay when I could, in these tough economic times - For this I am grateful, and my experience reinforces the fact that there are still people in this world that will take care of their customers with an integrity that is sorely lacking these days - I highly recommend ACI for all your automotive needs, as they are fine folks there.

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mike was very helpful and very patient with everything I was putting him through. I was very indecisive on what to get, but Mike told me about all different cars and let me drive them. I decided on an 09 Infiniti G37x. The car is flawless and so was the process of buying it. I certainly would recommend working with Mike at ACI. The quality is unmatched.

After looking online at several dealerships, we found several cars that we thought would suit our needs at ACI. We contacted Mike and found that he was very accommodating to our work schedule as well as taking the time to listen to what we were looking for in a car and to find one available in our price range. We felt that Mike was very personable, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us to "drive away with a car". He kept in e-mail contact with us. We went back to ACI and purchased a Nissan Altima and are very pleased with how it handles and runs. Mike even had a spare key made up for us. We would highly recommend this company for it's high standards in sales, personal involvement and communication. We have recommended ACI to several of our friends.

Went through two Volvo XC90's in three years from this place. Blown trany in first one and blown motor in second one. Second Volvo they replaced the motor with a used motor to help save some money, but they couldn't even put it back together correctly. I left there and with in 50 miles the check engine light came on. I brought the car back to them and they said it was a valve and they wanted me to pay them more money to fix it. What a JOKE this place is. So I took it to an other dealer (Volvo Certified) to have it looked at and they told me things were hooked up wrong and that there is a vapor leak. Thanks ACI for really screwing me.

ACI Auto Group is a great place to buy a car because you can expect superior customer service and honesty. I bought a 2008 Infiniti G35xs from ACI in March and I dealt with Mike and he was outstanding. Mike was very patient with me and answered all my questions honesty. I was looking for an Infiniti G35x 07 or 08 with reasonable price and around 50k in mileage. A friend recommended ACI to me after buying his car there. I went and met Mike, I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the options they had on the lot. I test drove the G and bought it the next day. The entire process is what sold me on the car and ACI. No one expects to get a car for free, but what I really liked about the process was getting a good trade in value, while also getting a great deal on the car. I plan to purchase my next car through ACI and I also would recommend ACI to anyone looking for a car and great sevice. I have zero complaints and ultimately bought my car from ACI for the great deal and great people.

I was looking got an Infiniti G35X when I stumbled upon ACI's selection of vehicles. All of the prices were extremely fair, and the carfax was free. I dealt with Mike the entire process and he was awesome! SO laid back, professional but casual. The car buying experience with him was totally different than the traditional places that hassle you to buy. The process of buying my car took longer than most (2 weeks) but Mike was very patient with me the entire time. I honestly would never go anywhere else to buy a car ESPECIALLY if you are looking into an Infiniti. Other dealerships put so much pressure on you to buy but the way Mike handled things was a total breath of fresh air. This is not the type of dealership where after purchase you are no longer of concern, they want you to be happy with your purchase for as long as you own the vehicle. Take my advice, don't go anywhere else but ACI. It would be a waste of your time & money.

After making an inquiry to ACI and getting a quick response from Mike Deluca, I went to the dealership to look at two different vehicles. One was an 08 Infiniti G37, the other an 07 G35. Mike answered all my questions, showed me all the different features of the cars, and offered me a very fair trade-in for my car, which had a considerable amount of miles on it. He then found me a surprisingly affordable payment on the G35, and let me know my options. Mike was very laid back and made the experience more casual than business like. He never once pressured me or made me feel like i HAD to buy one of the cars, which I noticed to be the exact opposite at other dealerships I had been to, where they were constantly nagging me just to get a sale. After weighing all my options, I decided to get the G35, and so far I absolutely love it. Mike has stayed in touch throughout the entire process, even after the sale was final just to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with the car. He made everything very simple, and stress free. I would absolutely recommend ACI Auto Group to anyone looking to get a car, especially an Infiniti.

I had been looking, on and off for about 8 months, to replace my existing vehicle and was not finding a "good deal" on what I was looking for. A friend who is also in the market came across an ad from ACI and passed it along to me. From start to finish this was the best buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no hassles, prompt response to all phone calls and emails. I dealt with Mike Deluca at ACI and he was a true professional. I talked to Mike by phone and email before making the 105 mile trip from Boston to see the vehicle. I let him know what my financial "limitations" were and if they were met we would have a deal. I made the trip and the deal was wrapped up in principal that day (Saturday after their posted hours) and my financing was aprroved the next business day on Monday. I went down and signed the paperwork on Tuesday and drove my "new to me" vehicle home that day. No suprises, no add ones, etc.... exactly the price we agreed on with in the limitations I had made clear to him before I came down. A very pleasant, no hassle buying experience and I will definetley start my next vehicle shopping search with them. From what I could see of their inventory they mostly carry high end late model pre owned vehicles and are very selective about what they put out for sale. They were very fair with me on my trade and financing and it was the best car shopping experience I have come across in my 30+ years of being a car owner. It was well worth my time & trip from Boston to see them and I will gladly recomend them to any person I know who is looking for a later model, high end, pre owned vehicle.

Buying a used car through ACI was a friendly and easy-going experience. Things that specifically stood out were: - Competitive financing relative to CarMax and other Infiniti dealerships - Upfront honesty about appropriate warranties that were available (I wasn't tried to upgrade to an excessive warranty I didn't need) - Fair value for my trade-in, particularly given damage that existed on the car Overall, buying at ACI was a great experience, and I will look to get my next car there in the future.

I recently purchased a 2008 G35xS through Mike at ACI. It was by far the best experience I have had with a car salesman, new or used. I made a few visits to the dealership, and at no time did I feel pressured to make the purchase. I originally went there to look at a coupe and after sitting in a few different vehicles I realized that the 4-door was really what I wanted. I had been casually shopping for a G for the past 6 months and Mike was the first salesman I had come across that could actually answer all my technical questions about the car. I think that what sold me. Since my purchase the car has been perfect. I plan on taking my vehicle there for service in the future, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

I am very pleased with ACI. I heard good things from a co-worker who purchased a 2008 Infinity G35 from them last fall. In January, I was in need for an upgrade, and I decided to look them up. I checked out several dealers and cars in the Hartford, CT and Holyoke, MA area. I looked at the Lexus IS 250, the Acura TL and RL, and the Infinity FX 35 and G35. The customer service at ACI was by far the best. Mike was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I got just what I wanted (2008 G35x S) without all of the extra hoops to jump through. As a busy professional, I did not have the time to put up with the typical car sales crap; and I was thrilled with the professional service ACI supplied. I would recommend everyone to check them out. I was in the market for a FX35 and I ended up seeing a white G35 and fell in love. Mike and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and friendly. They support a no hassle no pressure buying experience which is a plus as everyone knows buying a car can be a stressful thing in its own right. I was looking for a used G35 sedan and found a couple that I liked at this dealership. I had never heard of them before but was very thankful that I found them. I went to ACI to look at an 08 Infiniti G37. I took it out for a test drive, and turned in a credit application to Mike Deluca. Upon leaving, I saw a 2007 G35 that caught my eye, and inquired about that car as well. Mike ran my credit app and found me a reasonable loan on the G35. He also offered a very fair price for my trade-in, which had considerable mileage. He kept in touch the entire time as far as how things were going at the bank and what needed to be done next. After some thought and insurance research, and after coming back to look at the G35 and taking it for a spin, I decided that I wanted to pursue it. Once my loan was approved, Mike brought me in for paperwork and to answer any questions I had. I ran into the problem of misplacing my car's title but Mike was very understanding and took on the challenge of obtaining my title directly from the DMV in order to save time and stress on both sides. So far I love my new car, and I had a great experience working with Mike and ACI. I would absolutely recommend the dealership and Mike to someone looking for a car, especially an Infiniti. He made everything so easy and painless, and never made me feel pressured like other dealerships had. Great place, I'm glad I came across them.

Greatest experience ive ever had buying a new car. Mike sold me an infiniti g35 coupe. I had spoken with him on a monday, we discussed the car throughout the week, I went up on thursday to test drive it, I fell in love with the car and picked it up the following day. The process was very quick and easy. Mike was very straight forward about the car and up front with everything. They have quality cars at ACI and even though I Live over an hour a way I would definitely go back over and over again to purchase from them again. I have recommended them to all my family and friends who are also impressed with my purchase and feedback on the dealership. ACI is a great dealership it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Best experience ive ever had car shopping. I talked to mike on a monday about a G35, He kept in touch with the status of the car all through-out the week. I went on thursday to test drive the car. Fell in love with it, came back the following day and purchased it. I live over an hour away from the dealership but I would make the trip over and over again to purchase a new car from them. Mike was straight forward about everything and did not give me a run around whatsoever. The quality of the cars at ACI are great, I am so happy I did not go through with my purchase at a better way wholesale after waiting a month and a half to get a car I had purchased from them. I am confident the car I purchased from ACI is going to last me a long time. Great dealership, I have reccomended them to all my family and friends.

I was referred to ACI by a friend who also bought her Infiniti there. When I went down to ACI, Mike came out and talked to me about what exactly I was looking for and was very knowledgable about Infinitis and what was available. When I wanted to take the car I was interested in (a 2007 G35x) out for a test drive, Mike handed me the keys and wished me a nice drive and sent me off to try it out - something that has never happened to me before! In October I went to several dealerships in search of a 2007 Infiniti G35X. I went on a test drive with sales rep Mike DeLuca. He wasn't able to budge on the price for the car I wanted but they had the same car at a lower price. I was going to buy it but on my way home it sold. Mike told me that he would give me the same price on my first choice! I was so happy. Mike is very laid back and is not pushy at all. All other dealerships had very eager salesmen that are relentless and it's annoying. In the winter while scrapping my car I cracked my side mirror with my brush. I purchased a replacement mirror glass and went to ACI for an oil change. Mike had the service manager install the glass for free! Mike is an honest guy and will give you a great deal. Don't waste your time at other dealerships. If you are looking for a used car, go see Mike DeLuca at ACI Auto Group in East Windsor, you won't be disapointed! Everyone there is very friendly and you can tell that they actually care.

Live in NY - Long Island - Bought an SUV from ACI. Look at pictures online and then drove up to check it out. No dissapointments! Test Drove and purchased thereafter. Mike was upfront with all my questions. Not like some other dealers I went to in NY with all these hidden fees and bull$#!T. Very Nice place and the cars there all look great.

I purchased a FX35 from ACI about a month ago and couldn't be happier. Mike at ACI was most helpful and informative in making my decision to purchase a car from them. I live in NJ and drove over 3 hours to make the purchase. Why? Great price and honesty. Mike answered all of my questions and was very patient as this was my first Infinity purchase. When I arrived at the dealer the FX35 was 100% as stated. The clean car fax, excellant condition and great price made the deal easy but Mike was the reason I ended up at ACI. I would recommend ACI to anyone looking for a vehicle. As for the FX35...I love it. I was a BMW guy and the X5 cannot compare to the way an FX drives like a sports sedan. I drives smoother and quieter than my BMW 3 sedan. Overall a great buying experience because of quality cars and even better quality people respresenting the dealership. ACI Auto Group is the only way to go! In an industry where trust is hard to find, these guys just plain "Get it!" When I went to see Mike for the first time I really wasn't sure what I wanted. I looked at three cars and Mike helped me make the decision that was right for me. There was never any pressure and no - "Let me introduce you to my Manager..." garbage. I received a great price for my 2007 Infiniti M35x and I love the car.I have to admit, the first few times I returned for maintenance I was a little skeptical. I was expecting the same old song and dance about, "You need this," and "you need that." It doesn't happen. Everyone there; from Service to Sales is friendly, polite, professional and honest. I bring my car into ACI's service department for any type of work it may need (such as oil changes, tires, brakes etc.). I have found that Jon and his crew will discuss what needs to be done, and give accurate estimates for work. They are extremely fair and have better prices then the local businesses around where I live. As a teacher on a tight budget I feel that ACI gives my car the best treatment for a fair price. I would recommend Mike, Jon and the ACI staff to anyone. Their honesty, sense of humor, and efficiency, makes going to the car dealer enjoyable.

I would like to thank Michael Deluca of ACI Auto Group. I spent the better part of a week online looking at and pricing pickup trucks. My first stop was at ACI Auto group which turned out to be my only stop !! Michael Deluca I feel went the extra mile to make the best deal and get me financing. Michael Deluca was such a curtious polite professional. There was no stress to make the deal and that is what I admired most. On my arrival to pick up my vehicle i was greeted and looked at the truck. The truck was spotless as is was totally detailed. We took care of the paperwork in short order. Every detail was explained for my understanding. I drove away in my new/used 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. The truck is a dream. A coworker recommended Mike DeLuca and ACI Auto based on their own personal experience - and I'm glad she did. After meeting Mike, I knew ACI would be the place that I buy my car. ACI was the first and only place I went to. Not only did I get the car I wanted, Mike was able to find me something newer with far few miles, for the same price. Mike also inspected the car to ensure that I wouldn't have problems soon after buying it. He even gave me a loaner while I waited. I really feel Mike and ACI went above and beyond, especially with regards to the customer service I received - but I think that's just who they are! I would highly recommend ACI to anyone in the market for a new car.

I figure I saved about $8000.00 on my purchase Their service department is also first class...they saved me $800.00 on service that the Infiniti dealer recommended I have. That I found out I really didn't need. Two thumbs up in my book

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 from Mike DeLuca one of the partners at ACI Auto. It was a great experience. ACI DOES NOT MAKE YOU BUY A CAR, they help you make sure you know what you are buying and ensure you pick the right vehicle. I get my Audi A4 serviced there by their service manager Jon. Great people, great cars, and clean organized facility. I have and will continuing to recommend this facility to other shoppers. Definately a must see if you are looking for luxury (affordable) vehicles.

I was searching for an Infiniti M35x and came across one that interested me located at ACI Auto Group. I had never heard of the place, but I figured I would still go an check the car out. When I went there, Mike came out and met me at the car I was looking at. I took it for a test drive (he said for me to take it for a spin by myself - which I thought was a good gesture). After realizing this was the car for me, I went through a smooth-as-can-be buying process. The price was fair (compared to the other places I looked at for similar miles/age/package). Everything he said he would do, happened and with fast action. Having owned the car now for almost a year, I have had the opportunity to go back for service. Anytime I call, they are able to get the car in that day or ASAP, with no "run-around" answers, which is great and if it is overnight service, I was given a rental car. I can't say enough about ACI Auto Group and the great job they did with me. I referred a friend and he experienced the same as me, so I know I wasn't alone.

We have been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler for a few weeks and ran into Mike at ASI, he had a 2000 and he actually came in on a normal day the group is closed and opened it up for us to show us the Jeep, he helped us out tremendously and made a trade in work and the whole transaction was smooth and enjoyable. It is a relief that there are still a decent group of car sales men out there that actually care for the people they are working for rather than trying to get the most out of you and then dropping you after the transaction is complete, as it was with a used car lot in NJ that we previously had dealt with.

I would highly recommend ACI to anyone looking for a luxury car at a fair price. They took the time to find me the exact car I wanted (Infiniti M35x)and I absolutely love it! I was referred to ACI by a friend, and have since referred a couple of my friends - (both purchased their cars from ACI too!) The service department is also great- it's out of my way, but I really trust them, so it's worth the drive for peace of mind!

I went into ACI having somewhat of an idea of what i was looking for, but lacking any specifics. They were extremely knowledgeable of all their cars and had the answers to all my questions. The staff is very nice and helpful, the whole company has a definite personal vibe to it which is nice. Once I decided on the G35x, they had the paperwork and everything ready to go in no time. By far the quickest and easiest car buying process I've ever been through. Good selection of quality cars on the lot as well, I would definitely recommend going to ACI.
