I am in search of a used Acura MDX. The sales person I was dealing with was very nice and helpful. After searching for sometime, he called and told me they had just sold a customer a new car and their MDX was for sale. He would get it ready for me. He asked for a deposit, which I gave them to hold this car. Several days later, with no call forthcoming, I called them back, only to find out that the original owners were still driving the car because their new car wasn't quite ready. I asked for a refund of my deposit immediately since there was a misunderstanding about when the car would be ready. This sales person was very hesitant to return my deposit. I then had to speak with the manager, who gave me an entire different story. He said they searched for this used car for me and had bought it and it was being delivered to the dealership. He was very upset that he had searched for this car especially for me and told me to take my business elsewhere. Wow! A) Someone is not telling the truth and B) I would have gladly bought a car from them once they had one available. But since I was told to take my money elsewhere, I will. Not a good experience. The carfax report will show the car's history, so lying about where it came from is not good customer service. Nor is giving a customer a hard time about a misunderstanding,

I found the car I was looking for online from their website. They had many clear pictures of the car, inside as well as out. Everyone I worked with was just great, not what I was expecting at all. Clearly answered all of my questions, and if they didn't know within no time at all they got me an answer. They stayed after closing time to make sure we got everything done, and it was so late because of my work schedule, they instructed me to come back the next day to make sure I got it washed for no charge. Very helpful, great group of people. Thanks again guys!

Me and my wife were shopping for a new vehicle as her lease was running out. We looked at the options and deceided to look at something used. I found a vehicle we were interested in and conatcted the salesman and asked if we could work with price. Last i heard was he was going to work on it and get back to me. That was 5 days ago apparently they dont want our business and if they couldnt make a deal happen dont have the courtesy to reply back and let me know. I will be shopping elsewhere and ill be sure to never look at boardman mitsubishi again in the future or recommend them to any of my friends.

The great team at Boardman Mitsubishi were able to get me, with little credit history out the door in a brand new car! Finance team broke down all the numbers into a clear and very easy to understand way. Took a little back and forth when negotiating, which is to be expected from any dealership. The guys truely make you feel comfortable and are on your side. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I have been looking for a small SUV that would haul our 18 foot boat, get good gas mileage and not break the bank. We stopped in and Big Bill explained everything about the car and took us for a test drive. We were very impressed with all the features and Acura Mitsubishi of Boardman had the best price within 300 miles hands down. The atmosphere is very friendly and easy to do business. Bill Crow did a great job of completing the transaction, and Tom in finance was also very helpful in getting us through the loan process. Although it's a fairly long drive from Akron, it's well worth the trip.

Service Department is the worst for any Acura repairs. I had my wife's RDX looked at for a crankcase leak and they just wiped the oil off the crankcase and said nothing was wrong with the car. I took the RDX to another Acura dealership and they said that there was 2 leaks and it was covered under warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY ACURA REPAIR WORK.

We work next door to dealership and always noticed how professional the guys were and when it was time for us to shop we knew we would look into what they had to offer. We have friends who have also purchased a new vehicle there this year and have had previous years as well. They were satisfied with their service and cars as well. I will probably put them at the top of my list when it is time to purchase again.

I found a 2010 Camaro SS that I wanted to purchase, but wish I had not. I let them know I would be comming for the car after getting financing from my bank. The finance manager promised he could meet my banks rate, and got me pre-approved (which he met the rate but all the fees cost me $200 more+$320 to pay off the loan early, I just didn't want any more ties with Acura of Boardman or the bank they deal through so I paid the fee). Uppon arrival at the dealer the car was not ready, the car had a ticking sound under the hood. Acura of Boardmans service manager assured me it was the brake modulator making the noise. After some inspection by myself with service manager still beside the car I found one of the ignition wires to be off the coil and arcing. The service manager responded "we're looking for good technicians". After the test drive I tried to get a little better deal (since the car was not ready), and a promised car cover (from a chevy branch) at cost, but what I got was list price for the cover(I did not buy the cover though). This review is more than a month and a half after purchase in which I have tried to work things out with them, Called the Owner Jerry, he was in a meeting and would call me back(which I never heard from him again), and never got any good information back from the finance manager. I guess if you are nice to you local population then you can do good buinsess, but if you travel from any distance don't expect good service or after sale help. After spending 29,999+fees I have a hard time enjoying the car I've always wanted from the wrong dealer.

I went into see about leasing a new vehicle and was absolutely amazed by the staff very friendly and welcoming and willing to go out of their way to make sure your needs are met & will completely accommodate you and your limit. the whole atmosphere there is amazing they treat one another not as coworkers but as a family which makes people feel welcome. my sales man was Matt Kelley!& honestly there is no one else I'd rather deal with. I got full pay off value for my trade in that blew my mind that in itself sold the deal but also how could I pass up a brand new 2013 Lancer. they are fantastic. you'll see me in 3 years for a new lease Mitsubishi of boardman!!!

My sales rep... Matt Kelley was really upbeat and kept us comfortable for the whole 4 hours we sat there but in the end I was not pleased at all. He lied to me about my trade in value which I did not find out until I already signed for the new car and left the lot. Then I was told there was NOTHING wrong with the used car that I financed through them. I am PA driver so all PA cars have to be inspected. When I took the car for inspection it FAILED! I went back over there and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. They told me I could TRY to fax the slip over to them and they would talk to the owner and see if he approved them to help me fix it. I don't feel I should have to pay one penny to fix a vehicle that I only had for a week. So instead of trying to jump threw hoops to get them to do there job. I decided to get it fixed myself because that dealership absolutely discuss me. I would never recommend going to the Mitsubishi dealership to any of my friends or family.

I traveled 4 1/2 hours from Michigan to see a used Lincoln Navigator L. Upon arriving at the dealership the truck looked great from the outside, but when we got inside it smelled awful as if the dealership was trying to cover up the smoker smell after it was represented that it was a non-smoker vehicle. Stering wheel leather and front seat were completely worn. Additionally, one of the autmatic running boards did not work and I was told that they knew about that although it was not disclosed. Finally, when we got in the truck for a test drive it only had 12 miles worth of gas in it. I was told they would have to go back to the dealership to get the gas card if I wanted to drive it on the expressway. After driving all the distance that I did I would have thought they would have the car ready for a test drive and been honest about the condition. Fortuanately I had another option at a dealership with integrity near Acura of Boardman that I purchased a vehicle at that day. This dealership provided absolutely poor customer service and misrepresented the vehicle I drove over four hours to see based on the salesman's recommendation (Donnie).

I am very happy with my 2013 TL AWD that i purchased for Acura of Boardman. I also had purchased a 2012 TSX. My salesperson Ross and i did most of everything by phone since i do not live close. I just showed up looked over the cars and did the paperwork. The deal was very simple and everyone was helpful. I like how they do business.

I am from PA and went to Acura of Boardman because it was the closest dealership around that had a certified pre-owned MDX. We purchased the vehicle at sticker price but negotiated to have tires replaced and roof rack installed. After the tires and roof rack were installed received a call from the dealership requesting payment for the tires and rack. I checked my paperwork and the dealership conveniently left out the paper that stated we would be getting these things as part of the deal. I requested a copy of the paper and received a photocopied paper with 3 different people's handwriting on it noting that we are responsible to pay for it. The VIN number on the photocopied paper was also incorrect! Shady!!! They also were supposed to send me a check for my trade the following business day and I didn't receive it for 2 weeks and I got a different excuse everytime I called. They actually told me that they threw the title to my trade in the garbage!!!! Very unprofessional and unorganized and will not do business there again!

After looking at numerous dealers in the Youngstown area I stopped into Acura of Boardman on a reccomendation from a friend. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The car still needed a few repairs and they put me in a loaner vehicle until the car that I was purchasing was done. Jerry the owner was involved in my purchase and he made it fun and easy. I LOVE my new (to me!) 2005 TSX - great experience, truly great vehicle!
