Check engine light. I feared the worst. Turned out to be a loose gas cap. I felt so stupid, but Matt Miller and team were able to cut me some slack on the minimum service fee (normally $137.50) AND they still had my car washed and detailed and did the full inspection. I still feel stupid, but at least they once again made me feel I received great service.

The battery was found to be the issue: it came with the car in August 2016 (2016 TLX). The car wasn’t being driven for awhile (a couple of months), which may have accelerated the issue, although it started with a “key” issue. I left Acura very happy that that was the issue and nothing else.

Once the replacement airbag inflator was secured was able to schedule appointment. Dealership service was exceptional - the recall replacement time availability (8 months) by Acura and Takata was not. Dealer provided loaner vehicle and work was completed in a timely manner.

Excellent service & quality of work. Very helpful staff. Will be bringing 2010 TL in for service and recall maintenance. Overall experience was very good. Drive from Opelika to Columbus is the only issue.

I had a 3:00 appointment for the very first oil change and service of my MDX. My loaner vehicle was ready and waiting. The fact that they provided me a loaner just for routine service surprised me. I was called once my vehicle was ready and returned to find my MDX washed, vacuumed, and good to go for another 5,000 miles. It was an A+ experience.

My point of contact with Acura of Columbus was Nathan Sennett. He was very professional and not at all like the sterotypical car salesman that so many people encounter when buying a car. We came to an agreement on our deal in a reasonable amount of time. The wait time for concluding the transaction was relatively speedy as well.

In 2003, as a recent widow, I purchased my first car by myself. It was an Acura 2003 MDX. The entire buying process was smooth and painless! ?? I recently sold that car with 140,000 miles, knowing that I would buy another MDX from Acura of Columbus. When I visited the dealership, I found Robbie Dean, a former student of mine(3rd grade). We stayed in contact over the next few months as I was waiting to buy a new car. When I was ready, he found the car I wanted, and I was in and out quickly with my new car. I also learned that another former student is a service manager there. Small world! I feel comfortable that these two young men will continue to take care of their retired teacher!

I called Saturday morning, 10-24-15 on an impulse to see if the service department was open and if so, could they possibly service my 2013 TSX since it was close to being overdue. Chad Dees told me that they had gotten pretty busy, but if I would call back in about an hour and half, they should be caught up. I had several things to keep me busy, so it was a little over 2 hours before I called and he told me he could do it as soon as I could get there. I was there in 10 minutes and they started on my car right away. I sat in the lounge, ate some snacks and watched the football game and browsed around the showroom. They were finished in about an hour and had me on my way. It was a pleasant, relaxing wait and everyone was very friendly. Usually I have my car serviced during the week when I am working and they always furnish me a car, but it was more convenient this time to have it done on the week-end and I was really happy the service department was open. I also appreciated them taking me on short notice. :)

My wife and I had a very enjoyable, non-pressured, and informative experience buying our first Acura. From the onset we were impressed with the sales person's (Robbie) open and detail oriented explanation of the vehicle, the test drive and the purchasing process. Working with Brad on the monetary end was painless and just as informative. We never felt cajoled to do anything, and were very pleased with the time they took to give us explanations on things we weren't clear on.

One of the most pleasant car buying experience ever! Never felt pressured by the salesman, sales manager, or the finance person. They let me choose what my wife and I wanted and was happy to answer any questions we had. No pushy add-ons but was asked if I wanted the extras and when I said no that was the ended of it, didn't continue to try to sell extras! That made the experience! Would recommend anyone looking for a great car to go to Acura of Columbus!

This Dealership has the Worst Service / Prices of any place I have ever been. Think about this..IF you buy an Acura MDX, you will be charged $ 28 dollars for a Sparkplug. Now you need Six in a Acura MDX, so that is $160 Dollars just for the plugs and they will charge Over $ 225 Dollars to Install those plugs. A simple tune up will cost over $ 400 Dollars. They will Gouge you for Every single dollar they can get and then they think you will Return and buy another vehicle from them. Yes, they will smile in your face and offer you hot coffee and cold bottle water.Folks..its just a ruse to get your money. There is not another place in Columbus that charges $ 28 Dollars for one sparkplug. I went online after I left, and no where online did I find a sparkplug for even close to that price and I am talking about a single plug for an MDX. This place will Gouge you clean, I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau for fraud. and with the Better Business Bureau.

I recently shopped around to purchase my wife a new Acura RDX. This was the first time I had seriously looked into a luxury brand car as I usually stick to Honda, Toyota, etc. I called around to all the Acura dealers in Alabama, one in Tennessee, and 4 in Georgia and the first thing I learned is that some Acura dealerships know they are a luxury brand and are not very competitive on pricing. When I got in touch with Acura of Columbus Todd emailed me back with the lowest offer. After just a little more negotiation he was quite a bit less than all the other dealers I checked with. The 2013 they had on the lot was not the color my wife wanted or I would have got a really incredible deal on it. However he came back with an offer on a 2014 that was still less than some of the other 2013 models I checked on. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you are in the market for an Acura.
