This is my 4th MDX from Acura of Valley Stream. The sales staff are a pleasure to deal with. It's because of people like Steve and Tony that keep me coming back to this dealership. The give you upfront pricing. The day you walk in to buy the car and the day you pick up the car is handled on a very professional level.The service center is professional run. The service center provides a lot of amenities , they always explain everything thoroughly and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

This is my first experience buying a car on my own. I am glad that I chose the Acura of Valley Stream dealership for my experience. Frank was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and put my fears and jitters at ease. He assessed how much I had fallen in love with the"green" MDX and worked out a deal for me so that I could get the car of my dreams. At no time did I feel pressured into buying. He gave me options and left the decision up to me. He answered all of my calls, even though I called his cellphone several times. Frank is also very polite and even laughed at my silly jokes.

I received amazing service from Steve & Sunny at Acura of Valley Stream. My lease was up and I called Steve to understand what my next options were. He was able to share all the information with me over the phone, I made my decision and went to the dealership to complete the paperwork, which Sunny did for us and we were out of there in less than 15 minutes. When I came in to pick up my car, the car was ready for pick up, paperwork completed, plates ready and I was able to drive off the lot again in approximately 15 minutes. In between visits, Sunny and I communicated via phone and text - and he completely understood my busy work schedule - making sure that everything was ready in time. This was so simple- I would recommend the dealership to everyone.

I came into the Acura dealership in Valley Stream, LI for the first time one late evening to return my Honda Lease looking to get into a new Acura lease. Sunny offered to help me with my deal that evening without hesitation. He quickly got whatever information he needed of me and worked out a deal for me to Lease a new 2016 Acura TLX with no down payment! He worked fast and efficiently and the deal was very seamless for me who walked into the dealership with my three year old son. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half (which is great compared to my past dealership experiences). I want to add that Sunny sticks to his word with all he promised, and went above and beyond to accommodate me in any way possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking to go to Acura of Valley Stream to purchase or lease a new car. I picked up my car the next day once it was available :).

I've owned numerous cars over the years and was always frustrated knowing I would have to go through the new car buying experience when either my lease was up or I was just interested in purchasing a new car. Must of us have fallen victim to car dealers bait and switch philosophy. How many times have you gone to pick up a car and just when you are about to sign the papers, boom! your monthly rate suddenly changes!? Dealing with Sunny Pasha changed my car buying experience completely for the better. There was no hassle, no fooling around and changing monthly payments. Sunny gave you the best rate possible the first time around. I hope Acura appreciates the 110% customer service Sunny provides to his clients. I went over to the dealer to test drive an ILX with full intentions to buy. When I arrived I was greeted by the young lady at the welcome desk and she was very cordial and welcoming. She asked us what was the purpose of our visit and proceeded to get us a salesman and was even helpful in directing us to the location of the new cars on the second floor. I mention this because this is the extent of the good parts of our visit. When we met with the salesman he was not friendly at all and did not seem too interested in our business. We proceeded to tell him that we had an interest in the vehicle and we wanted to talk a test drive. During the test drive the salesman was pretty quiet throughout the whole ride where I had to make small talk with him and ask him questions about the vehicle if not I would not have gotten any information. When my wife and I got back to the dealer the salesman that went with us on the test drive ended up being pulled away and the next salesman named Winslow came to assist us. He explained how the back seats could be folded down and then asked what type of deal we were looking for. At this point since it was apparent we weren't going to get any good customer service I just asked him to proceed with giving us the numbers to get the vehicle. As we proceeded to talk about the numbers Winslows smug attitude really turned both my wife and me off as we felt as if Winslow did not care much for our business. We proceeded to walk away with no one even acknowledging that we were dissatisfied with the level of service. I wiould advise that if you are looking to get into an Acura and you are looking for any type of good customer service do not go to this dealer.

As being a very hesitant buyer of any big purchase, it was a pleasure to walk into a dealership and not feel pressured at all. The sales team sat back and let my family and I explore the type of car that we had come to look at. Questions were answered. Honest opinions were given. We were in the market for a new car. We visited several Acura dealers and received several quotes but none compared to Valley Stream Acura. The customer service, the deal on the car and the knowledege of the dealer made the experience worthwhile. Sunny P is a great person, because of his excellent customer service skills we will recommend him to everyone we know. On the other hand the finance manager needs to get another job, his customer service skills are not to be desired. Maybe hes been in the business to long, IDK, but thank goodness for Sunny his pleasurable disposition and ability to act as buffer between client and finance manager made the process so much easier. Acura Valley Stream is the way to go!!!!!

I would not recommend Acura of Valley Stream to anyone. I brought in my car to be checked out and I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I understand that to check one problem can lead to checking if the problem is coming from somewhere else but it took them 3 and a half hours to let me know what was wrong with the car and while I waited, no one came to me to apologize for the delay or even give me an estimated time of completion. The staff did not once apologize. They definitely need to update their waiting and service areas as they are outdated. I will not return there.

This was the BEST car-buying experience in over 25 years on the road. Mike and Bobby at Pre-Owned left me in the "driver's seat" throughout the entire process. I was never pressured at any time and they gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. They were extremely responsive to every concern I had about the 2012 Acura MDX I was interested in and they did so in a friendly and professional manner. My truck was delivered in excellent condition, as promised, on the day and time of my choosing. I would also extend a special commendation to Sunny, who was lovely and patient in showing me many features on my MDX at delivery - as was Mike with my hundreds of questions! If you're looking for a certified, pre-owned Acura in the New York area, you need to visit Mike and Bobby at Acura of Valley Stream - who never belittled me or made me feel taken advantage of as a female - which was my experience at another local luxury car dealer. Buying from them felt like buying from family - they genuinely seemed to care that I was happy and satisfied with my MDX - which I COMPLETELY am!!! Acura - you may have just got yourself a customer for life!! I rated the facilities a little low as they are currently in a temporary building on an unpaved lot - but I'm sure the new building that is under construction will be great - and I hope to visit them there in the future...THANK YOU!!!

I picked my car on a day that he was off but he took the time out of his personal time to come in and prepare everything for me with no issues. I went to the Acura dealership in Valley Stream to browse. I had a good idea of what I was looking to buy but I think our sales representative really sealed the deal. Sunny was very professional, very well informed, and not at all pushy. He gave me and my family time to talk it over, had information on everything we needed to know and most of all was willing to work with us to get us the best prices possible. Once the deal was sealed, he made sure to follow up with me and keep me informed of the step by step process. Once we came to pick up the car, his learning tutorial was excellent. He really took the time to sit down with me and show me hands on how to use each and every function in the car purchased. He explained things that I didn't even think to ask. Overall, Sunny was just a superb and amazing salesman. He was not pushy or manipulative and let us as buyers make our own decisions. But he was very helpful in offering what his opinion of the better deal was and what would make sense for my family and individual situation. Even after the purchase of the car, he still makes it a point to follow up with me to make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. I called to inquire into the Acura ILX. Bob from Sales picked up and was extremely rude. He asked how much i was willing to spend on the car and when i mentioned my figure he said: "Go buy a car in Jersey. Goodbye" then he hung up on me. I called right back and he was even more rude this time. He simply said the car was being offered for 20,000 and not a penny less...then he hung up again. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM SUCH A DEALERSHIP. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I actually had gone to two other Acura dealers before I was referred to Acura of Valley Stream. I was looking for the manager that I was referred to but Hey was off So the young enthusiastic man that answered the phone agreed to help me. His name was Sunny, I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay taking advantage of the incentives and, a coupon from my credit union. Sunny was easy going, clam and patient, Hey never made me feel like I was being pressured. I had a great experience and will return for my next c ar and refer family and friends.

Visited the dealership to check out the 2015 MDX. My 18 month old daughter was sleeping, so stayed in my vehicle with my wife. The salesman Sunny showed me the MDX and got everything ready for a test drive so when my daughter woke up we could test drive the car. When she woke up, Sunny helped us to install the child car seat in the the MDX for the test drive, and proceeded to allow us to go for a drive. We had a few other cars we wanted to test drive, so left the dealership that day agreeing to be in touch. We were in contact with Sunny via email before returning to allow my wife to test drive car as well, and signed with Sunny that day (on the second visit). We used our credit union to finance the deal, and Sunny was helpful getting us the needed information throughout the process. I have dealt with other Acura dealerships in the past and this was the best experience I have had. Will definitely use them in the future.

I brought my Acura TL for a simple oil change which would cost around $35. After paying the bill with my debit card, I reviewed the receipt and I was charged $335 for an oil change. I returned the receipt and "I'm sorry" was all I received. Yea, sorry you got caught. That's just one of many bad experiences I had at Acura Valley stream. I prefer to take my car to Acura located in Brooklyn.

The dealer was not honest , They changed the total price when I return to collect the car. They states they did not add taxes to the purchase of the alarm system and the automatic starter.I don'nt think I would reccomend any one to this dealer. I am a lady I think that is what happen

The dealership looked nice, clean, etc...I was looking for a TSX, either leftover 2011 or 2012. The salesman tried very hard to make a deal right then and there, but was also unable or unwilling to negotiate price, so I left. I bought a VW Passat a few days later.
