I visited Acura of Westchester on Friday, November 18, 2016, and I drove off in my 2017 RDX the very next day. My salesman, Jose Crespo, could not have been more accommodating, attentive, friendly... I could go on and on about Jose! It was very busy when I visited; however, Jose made me feel like I was his only client. I was then introduced to the Finance Director, Alex Piccirillo. Just like Jose, Alex was very friendly; he was very attentive during our conversation when we spoke about my financial situation; and he put me in my dream car. I would highly recommend Acura of Westchester to everyone. They are by far THE BEST!!

Agreed on price and terms via email. Came in to sign paperwork. Done in an hour.Came back the next day to pick up the car as they installed remote start, otherwise could have driven off the lot. George was very responsive via phone in the days approaching and after lease sale as we had to coordinate a few things around drop off of car I was currently driving.

We have leased many cars, including Acruas, but not at this dealership. We came in and were introduced to Julian Morand, a salesperson. He was knowledgeable and did not try to strong arm us. He explained what was available and along with Danny, in management, made us a great deal. We took a few days to test drive other cars. None came close to the driving experience of the RDX so we called Julian and gave him a deposit. We picked up our car today. Julian was patient and went above and beyond in getting us "ready" to drive out the door. He is a true gentleman and gives "car salesmen" a good name.. now that's a first!

I scheduled for a oil change a week in advanced and also confirmed my appointment by email as well... I couldn't make the appointment date but had a family memeber bring my car in for me to have it serviced for a oil change for my scheduled appointment at 8:30am Saturday Morning they arrived early at 8:00am and upon arrival they ask my family do you have a appointment they said yes and and gave my full name then they said you don't have a appointment??? and had them sit around and wait for 2 hours until the car was done just for a simple oil change ridiculous probably never going back again and returning my Acura...

THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER, If you lease a car you're treated as second class. almost every single time I took the car in, they made it worse. Couldn't even fix a flat properly , nor an a/c fan. this place is a pathetic excuse for an Acura dealership . it's in one the richest county's in all of ny yet the service was one million times better In Youngstown Ohio or back at ray laks Acura in buffalo. I plan on turning in my lease their services is so atrocious. BTW, the women who called to follow up on my "services" was also a joke, she told me that she "would follow up" with whoever neessary to get to the bottom of this...I'm not sure who that was maybe John madden . maybe the pope... either way nobody ever called again which is funny because the tire nor the a/couple blowEric was fixed. The techs also tried to "update" the computer system before we had a road trip, and made everything 10000000 times worse, even after I explicitly told him Just do the tire and NOT the computer.also, my "service advisor", which I wouldn't even give her, was IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF. Called her 6, 7, 8times in a week, no response, then she had the audacity to schedule and online service request. is this really how you handle your service, because every single other dealership is far superior to yours, service included I would very much like to return my lease early, please let me know how.

Will never buy a car here again. The buying processed started off fine they had a good car at a good price, and the car needed repairs prior to me leaving the lot so I was given a lone vehicle. When I pick up the car the bumper needed to be fixed the clips holding it was broken. Never heard back after I left even after leaving messages. Then a key would not work and the car wouldn't start. There was a struggle to get that done and they tried to say they would need to see the bumper before fixing even though they had already said they would fix. They were fighting with my fiance that it was not the key saying it could be the battery or something when my mechanic had already stated it was the keys and they needed to be reprogram. Finally got them to agree to the keys and bumper. After bringing the car in for they only fixed the keys and then stated they needed to order the part for the bumper. Even after having seen the issue at the start. Had to come a second time being told it would be quick in and out after getting them to agree it was bad. The service department didn't communicate that it was a long fix. Was told I'd be in and out then had to wait and hour for the car to even be seen then the repair took over an hour. Everything except the car was bad. Just go to another dealership.

I was in a pinch and needed cross boards installed on my 2015 MDX as i am taking a son off to college and needed to be able to transport items on the roof. I spoke with Beth on a Monday afternoon, told her what i needed, and she delivered with a great price, had me in for service the next morning at 7:30 am and out by 9 am. We just recently purchased a 2013 rdx with 27000 miles . it was on our short list to get it to a dealer to give it a once over. I was walking out of The hardware store in New Rochelle and spotted a man in an Acura Polo. I asked him if there was a dealership around, and told him my situation. His friendliness off the lot was a sure sign to me that this man knows what customer service means. Danny Giannotti, a sales manager at Acura of Westchester, gave me his card and told me to call so he could set me up with the service appointment; again above and beyond because he did not have to get involved in my service appointment. But I called and he linked me to Shannon Lemon, and she seamlessly continued this friendly and accommodating experience. They provided me with a loaner and a VIP discount on the visit, both of which I did not really deserve. But first class service seems to be the name of the game here. Knowledgeable Individuals providing excellent customer care can only be provided by those who take pride in their jobs. Respecting the customer as a guest in your house is a trait not all people in the service industry can grasp, but these two got it down pat. Oh, and my car was also taken good care of as well! Years ago, we leased an Acura TSX circa 2006. Loved that car. It was zippy. Wanted to buy it after the lease expired but the buy out price made no sense given the very low mileage. We returned the cream puff to the dealer and went on our merry way. Last week, in the market for a used car, we stopped into Acura of Westchester where we have leased and purchased many new cars over the years. We were not sure their inventory of used cars would measure up but certainly worth investigating. We couldn't believe our luck to find a gently used 2006 Acura TSX. A cream puff in its own right. I was greeted by Alicia almost immediately and from there on, her assistance and help was phenomenal. My wife and I went to see Frankie Ferraro regarding our concerns about the Takata airbag recall of our 2015 ILX. Frankie assured us everything was ok...but my wife and I still had a doubt. Now, when I think of excellent customer service, I think of Frankie. With 16 months left on our lease, Frankie got us out of our lease and into a new 2016 TLX. Acura of Westchester ate the cost of the remaining 16 months and to top it of Frankie added in the commission of his last sell just to get the price/month down to what we were paying for the ILX. We were astonished! Of course we could have brought the ILX in for service to replace the airbag/s, but we were informed it could take up to 3 or 4 months before that could happen....during that time Acura would provide us with a rental car (meaning we would have to pay for two parking spots since Acura of Westchester couldn't hold our car). Instead of dealing with the headache, Frankie took the lead and made sure we were extremely satisfied customers. Great job Frankie! I've already recommended you to all of my friends and family.

I had a great experience leasing a 2016 Acura ILX. I went into the dealership at about 8pm on a Tuesday night, not expecting that I would agree to lease a car that night. I highly recommend asking for Jon Addabbo for assigance at the dealership. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He took me for a test drive and explained many of the features of the car. Afterwards I was offered a great deal on a lease, which I accepted. Jon took the time to explain all the elements of the leasing agreements and answered all of the questions I had. The whole visit lasted less than an hour. I had an emergency repair required and it was done but I am concerned about a couple of things. Although Beth was very customer conscious and had a great attitude, a couple of concerns arose after I left. My repair cost was over $925 and it included air filter replacements which didn't make sense since it was just done in December 2015 when I had an $800 repair. It should have been brought to my attention. The tire inspection results in December reflected a tire rating of 5 on one tire, which was lower than today (a 7 on all tires) which is impossible since I never replaced any tire. There was alot of confusion after the repairs to get my car washed and it took another 30 minutes when I was told 10 minutes. I drive across the county to service my two cars with them and have done so for 13 years but these incidents give me pause on a couple of levels.

Pushiness always annoys me about dealerships. They dont try to take advantage or mislead you. Price was at lower end of the spectrum for new cars based on external, then because of month end, ended up with an upgraded vehicle relative to the one we agreed to with no extra costs.

Just picked up my Acura MDX yesterday from Acura of Westchester. I love the car and the overall experience with the dealership was excellent. I dealt with Robert Ellard who had to work really hard to locate my particular color and accessories package. I'm not a fan of high-pressure sales and Robert was great to work with, easy going but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't get the names of all the other employees that helped locate and prep the car, but I really appreciate the group effort made by the dealership. I made a last minute decision to add door side moldings and they completed that process very quickly while I waited.Great experience, great car and I highly recommend Acura of Westchester.

The dealers does not tell you crucial exact specifications of the car your buying and this sometimes effects the customer in the future. From the moment i walked in and out everything was just perfect. I originally wanted to buy a Tlx but it turned out to be a small car for me ( i'm 6'6) so Jose advice me to get a Mdx instead. At first i was hesitant because of the price gap between the Tlx which i was prepared to buy and the Mdx which i was not prepared to buy. I was also worried about the interest rate but Jose found me a low mileage 2014 Mdx and gave me an Apr that even my bank couldn't beat ( they both offer me the same rate ). Now the awesomeness of this whole deal was that there was no hidden fee or other scam. The transaction went fast and smooth. The only problem i had was with the financial guy whom raised my price by $2000 for a Bank guarantee. After we talked about it they agreed to remove half of it. Acura of Brooklyn could really learn from this dealership. Yes I would recommend this dealership and specifically Jose M Crespo.

I was quoted 4k down, 525/mo on a 36 mo. lease but, they tried to convince me to order a different color/interior.than I wanted.(graphite/grey). i suggested they cut a deal w/ another Acura Dealer, they said none had the colors I wanted. Acura of westchester is the best dealership I have ever been to when it comes to customer service, clerify of purchase and customer satisfaction. Danny DeJesus was an exceptional sales rep. He was real right from the beginning and explained all I need to know about the 2016 MDX. Even though my car took few days to be ready, he gave me the heads up from the start (which most dealers don't do). He kept his word and called me everyday for an update. The MDX is the best car purchase I have ever made and my family loves it! Thanks to Acura of Westchester.

My experience with Dmitry and Tony was amazing. I couldn't have worked with a better sales team to lease my car from. They were extremely professional and listened to what I was looking for. I was so happy with the deal they wanted me to pick up the car the same day. I did opt to go back a few days later, Dmitry was gave me a detailed overview all of the controls & settings in the car (Sirius, hands-free phone, Navigation & Entertainment System). We forgot to go over the auto start but he promptly walked me through it over the phone after I had left the dealership.I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

We are from Connecticut and ended up buying in Westchester. Out of CT it's nice that one doesn't have to pay the $400 conveyance fee. I dealt with Jonathan Zung and Dmitry and they were extremely professional. I went with my wife and kids and all were extremely polite and courteous. Jonathan gave our daughters bottles of water to drink and chairs for them to sit at too. We also sat down with Alex the finance mgr. who explained all to us. When we were picking up our car a few days later, Dmitry checked us out and went through all with setting up the controls in the car with hands-free phone link and sirius. All were great and not only do they have the largest inventory of cars but a very professional staff. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car. Jose Crespo was very professional, friendly and prompt. The experience was as easy as ordering a pair of shoes by phone. I told him what I needed and he delivered. He made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I spoke with him on Friday and by Saturday afternoon, I drove off in my new 2016 Acura MDX. I have always bragged about the excellent customer service I have received at Acura of Westchester for the past 12 years and that is the reason why I am on my 3rd Acura. However since getting my newest car I had felt that the service at Acura of Westchester was slacking and was not what I am use to getting. Most recently I discovered that my wheel lock was missing ( service tech forgot to put back from last service) and I had to call and leave three messages before I received a call back from by assigned service advisor. I was very disappointed but thankfully today George Brunner took the initiative to help me since my assigned service advisor was not there. George provided the excellent service I am use to getting. George listened to my situation and provided what I needed. I was out of there in less than one hour.Thank you George I hope to continue dealing with you in the future.Thanks,

When I first moved to NY from DC, I took the car to Curry Acura because it was closer to work. When I moved to New Rochelle, however, I decided to give Acura Westchester a try and could not be happier that I did. I can't say enough about the service I receive at Acura Westchester. From my first visit Shannon has been pleasant, knowledgeable and always helpful. She takes her time in explaining what you NEED and what can wait for the next visit. She's thoughtful in answering questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she will get it for you promptly. I can't say the same for other service departments. When my mother-in-law passed away suddenly and I needed to take a road trip for the services, I called Shannon with no notice and asked if she could get me an appointment. I had already looked online and nothing was available. Not only did she get me an appointment, but she was able to expedite my service so my husband and I could get to our family, ASAP. I will forever be grateful to her for that. It was just one less thing that we needed to stress about at a difficult time. I would recommend Acura of Westchester to anyone!

For me, one of the most important ways to tell how a dealership treats customers is how you are treated "after you purchase the car. Well, after buying, there was a small problem with how the wipers worked (which was corrected by Acura via an update). It was at this stage that I had the pleasure of meeting the person that would become "the best service advisor I've ever had! I thought Lexus had kudos on service. However, Mr George Brunner proved me wrong. Never have I dealt with such a caring and knowledgable service advisor. George would not rest until I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Even going so far as giving me his cell number if I had any questions now that's service! Since the car had a lot of new technology, I had a lot of questions. Every time I called or stopped in, George made himself available no matter how busy they were (and believe me theyre busy). The service actually (and I never thought I would say this) far exceeded Lexus. Acura of Westchester is lucky to have George Brunner. He is truly exceptional, as is the rest of the staff. My review would not do justice if I didn't also mention Mr. Frank Ferraro. Frank was always there both during and after purchasing my car to make sure everything went smoothly and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. In summary, I have found both the sales and service staff to be exceptional, and now I would never buy a car anywhere else. Sorry Lexus.

We got bad news. Our TL was recalled for the dangerous Takata air bag. No replacement air bags available until summer 2016 or later. Went to Acura of West. I must say that I was very hesitant to try this dealer, but Jose Crespo was exceptional. After visiting a few other dealerships, Jose was able to accomplish what the others couldn't. I went to this dealership on Sunday April 10, 2016 just to find out prices for a new truck because my lease was up and i needed something new. I never thought i could afford an Acura but i said hey let me try. I walked in and Julian (car salesman) greeted me. I told him what i had and what i wanted and he answered all my prayers. My lease was up on my Lexus RX 350 (I've been leasing Lexus vehicles for the past 14 years. I was always impressed by there sales and service, and thought no other dealer could match them. Guess what? I was wrong). So I thought I would shop around before I leased my next Lexus and try out a few other cars and dealerships. I went to Audi, Infiniti, Volvo and overall was not especially impressed by their sales associates or vehicles. While having lunch with my wife one Saturday in Larchmont, I passed by Acura of Westchester, and I figured what the heck. As soon as I walked in, I knew this dealership was something special. I was greeted by Matt and Jon and I was blown away by their professionalism and patience as I told them what kind of vehicle I was looking for. They were extremely knowledgeable and it was a no pressure atmosphere; answering all my questions and doing everything in their power to make sure I understood everything they were saying about the car. Well, I turned to my wife and said, "I'm definitely buying here. After a test rive, I leased a 2016 RDX with the advance package. I worked with Dmitry on finding a used car for my wife. We had visited another dealership in the area and felt pressured and that we were not being listened too. Dmitry was the complete opposite. He listened to what we were looking for and quickly presented us with our options. Acura of Westchester had a great inventory for what we were looking for. I set out to locate a specific model in very good condition and very low mileage. This dealership, using current technology / social media identified an available vehicle. It was highlighted with enough information to catch my attention and address my questions. I was able to make a convenient appointment, see and test drive the vehicle and present my "wish list" demands. I had examined availability elsewhere but did not find exactly what fit all the important criteria until I came across Acura of Westchester.I recognize that, as a used vehicle, there may be issues that come with the territory. In my view, when purchasing or leasing a vehicle, it is very important to the customer that the dealership employ professional, capable, knowledgeable and friendly personnel. I have purchased and leased vehicles from Acura of Westchester since 1990. I recall that my first vehicle was an Acura Integra. Over the years, I stayed with the Acura of Westchester Dealership, not only because of the wonderful Acura lineup of vehicles, but because their employees have always exhibited the exact qualities that I enumerated above. Most recently, I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced but, for personal reasons, I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment at least five times. Each time I called, I was almost embarrassed to inform my service advisor that I had to once again reschedule my appointment, but GEORGE BRUNNER, my service advisor, was very understanding and tried hard to accommodate me, which he did. There was a mistake where they thought I wanted an original key so I had to go back. I purchased two new Acuras in November of 2015, an MDX and aRDX. The MDX had a fuel pump issue while I was in florida and was repaired by a dealer there. When returned home I noticed that the RDX made a noise while braking and the front passenger door on the MDX didn't close properly. I called Acura of Westchester and was put in touch with George Brunner. George was thoroughly professional. He made an appointment for me to bring the cars in. He put me in a loaner car and both problems were resolved. The RDX had its rotors recut and the MDX needed a part in the door. Not good for two new cars. However, my service experience was first rate. I felt welcome and that my problem would be resolved. I had the loaner car for three days. My inconvenience was minimal and when I picked up the cars they were clean and sparkling. I like a business that appreciates and respects it customers. It was like a scene in a movie. We came in for service and got our salesman Frankies brother George as our personal service advisor. He explained to us that before we spent the money on service we should go talk to his brother and maybe he could get us into a new car considering they had a lot of special deals going on this month. So we went upstairs to see our salesman, who is now the sales manager also, and he had the place rocking and under control!! He was not only helping us but he seemed to be helping everyone else there as well. While he was working our deal he was orchestrating 2 deliveries and also running numbers for other salesman in the process, and while doing all of that he never once made us feel like we weren't his main priority!! He was able to explain to us why it was smart to lease a new car even though we had a year left on our lease and kept our payment very close to what we were paying and got us into a brand new car allowing us to avoid future service bills like tires and breaks ect.. We are very happy with our purchase and with our dealership experience. Thanks Frankie and Georgie!!

I had my first service on a new Acura RLX at this dealer..There is little that they did correctly.A-Since I drove in from Long Island, and needed a loaner car,I brought my car to service center at 9 AM, and was told to come back at 1 PM, to pick up my car.When I came back at 2 PM, they had not yet touched car,and they asked me to come back at night or the next day.I had wasted my drive out there.B-The car was not clean, as they committed, with a large mud smear along lower doors.When I pointed that out, they did clean it.C-Under a recall they installed new headlights. When I drove the car the next evening and used the headlights,other cars were flashing their headlights at me, telling me that I my brights were on, which they were not. I then noticed that headlights were unevenly installed and aimed, so that one light was blinding oncoming cars. Really !!D-They up-sold me on filling my tires with Nitrogen.I spent $ $90 for that.The tires were underinflated by dealer , and service agent could not top off the air pressure in tires, as it was too late in day when I returned a second time to pick up the car.E- I called and emailed the service dept to complain, and they simply did not bother to respond. I am glad they will not be my local dealer or service agent.

This is my third car. My first two cars were finanaced. This particular car is leased. This was by far the best car buying (leasing) experience ever. Matt, is the man! He was very personable yet very professional. He was very genuine and seemed more interested in what I wanted than the actual sale. He went through things step by step with me and kept me abreast of the process all the way up until I picked up my vehicle. He took the time to make sure I knew and understood the basics of the vehicle and even made sure my safety features were activated before I drove off of the lot. The biggest nightmare about going to a dealership is dealing with the haggling and phony salesman. This never happens with these guys. They know what I want and the deal is done, no nonsense. They are personable, courteous and very knowledgeable. As soon as my new car came in I met with Jose Crespo, who patiently took the time to explain every detail of the car's functions to me. Jon was really accommodating and seemed very genuine. He got them to take my old lease from a different Acura dealership, and put me in a brand new version of my car. It was over miles, had 3 payments left, and I was scared of being charged a ton for "wear and tear". I thought it was going to be a HUGE headache, but Jon took care of all of it and made it so unbelievably easy for me. From the second you pull in the lot and are greeted to the point where you leave with your car you can feel relaxed knowing your vehicle is being maintained or repaired by the right people. I owned a 2005 Acura TL and I loved that car so much I didn't think I was ready to let go... On 1/30/16, my 2005 my car was towed in after I was stranded in the middle of the road - driving my daughter to school for a weekend activity. When I arrive at the dealership my heart told me it was time to let go. When I met Jose, he could tell I was nervous and very apprehensive about replacing my car. I was really worried about having a new payment since my daughter is starting college this Fall. Jose, was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. In the end I decided to go for it and purchase a 2015 TLX which I know I will love as much as my loved my 2005 TL. Jose's knowledge of the different models and dealer inventory was amazing! Beth is great. When I first arrived, she greeted me with the outmost respect and friendliness. I came in for regular service on my vehicle, and I had an appointment with a different service consultant, but she was not in yet. So, Beth offered to help right away. There was a mistake with my account, for some reason my vehicle was showing under a different name. She did not want to delay my commute to work, so he got me a loaner and offered to fix my account and follow with me. She called me at work to let me know that my account had been fixed and to follow up on my vehicle findings. When I arrived at the service center to pick up my vehicle, again she greeted me with the outmost friendliness. All my car needed was perfectly done. My only concerned was the washing of the car, I think that the car wash was not up to an Acura. Overall, Beth did a great job. I brought my car in unexpectedly on a Saturday morning because my car battery had died the night before. After getting a jump I was still concerned why the battery would die so soon only after having the car for a little over a year. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Juan Cordon who eagerly offered to assist me. I shared with him my concerns and questions and he thoroughly answered every question. He assured me that the car would be serviced but that it may be a bit of a wait. I appreciated his honesty. Mr Cordon also pointed out to me that my warranty was soon to expire and recommended that I extend it. I was not aware of this and thanked him for informing me. Additionally, I was curious to know what would be my payments if I got out the lease early and or traded to another car. He provided me all my answers but also had me sit down with a salesman for clarity and precise recommendations on what I should do. I was blown away at the service Mr Cordon provided me. He is exceptional!! His customer service is impeccable!! He is is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient! I looking forward to working with him in all of my future appointments. Acura of Westchester, Juan Cordon is the real deal!!!

Excellent and quick service at this dealer. Dealt with Juan, who was amazing, after buying a certified pre owned car from another Acura dealer in NJ. After only driving it 4 times my power steering failed and Juan took care of us at Acura of Westchester. Even followed up to make sure we were ok! Car is running beautifully now- will only go back to this dealer to get fixes but hopefully it will be only to buy another car!

I went to Paragon Acura and Paragon Honda. I told the sales rep I want an Acura ILX, or Honda Accord either lease or finance. I want to know what the bottom line is up front and monthly. I want to drive the car, leave, and then decide.The first 2 let me look, drive, and then there was the dilly dally. I don't have time for that. Then I went to Acura of Westchester-I said the same thing-minus the accord. Walked out with a quote for a lease, and for a possible buy out of what I was then leasing. I returned test drove a used car, and decided I wanted that. For me, although it took 2 trips to decide what I wanted-it was quick and easy. The bottom line, was given what I asked for. Catherine

When I took my car in for service I had someone else as my advisor that never returned my calls, and was never available. Initially without knowing who my advisor was Juan had already greeted me out my car and took me to my advisor. Since my advisor was no help I decided to ask Juan for help. Juan took the time to always get back to me and answer any questions or concerns. Words can't express how helpful he was. Thanks to Juan I was able to get everything handled, and get the Service that anyone is required to get when coming to a dealer. The last time I went in for an oil change, my rep, Juan Cordon, called me over to Express service. He explained what Express service was and got me in & out quickly. However, I was hugely disappointed to learn that he was no longer my service rep. Outside of an oil change, I am left to 'feel out' the other reps and choose one that i'm comfortable with. In all honesty I prefer to deal with Juan; he knows me & he knows my car. I believe it's a mistake to take such a talented, courteous, friendly & attentive rep and limit his services as well as his contact with customers. I hope he gets reinstated as a full service rep!

From start to finish Frankie took the time to listen to what my needs were and then he executed and delivered exactly what he promised. Brianna Tozzo has time and again gone way beyond the usual car salesperson experience and made the dealership look good. She runs a tight ship and is available from startthrough finish and even afterwards, though she is never intrusive. However, she is always on top of things. I had looked at many cars and had just about givenup. Brianna knew on my first phone call which MDX would be the right one toreplace my still going strong, tho older MDX. Although I initially balked, thinking it was just a sales strategy, and tested another auto, Brianna was correct from the start.I highly recommend Brianna to have her own dealership in the near future; she is smart, savvy and knows what's going on with her clients. Have bought and maintain cars, SUVs at this dealer. Over the past few years, the service mechanics have done terrible work. This has required many trips back, decided to sell them. The sales people upstairs will promise anything and most are clueless when asking technical questions , like pairing your car to your phone. Finally down to one car and they will soak you for everything.Buy a BMW , even the old ones are better and the derive Dept are reliable.

During all phone communications for many weeks before landing at the dealership, sales was quoting figures that were significantly different (for exact same specs) from what we were told once we visited the dealership. At the dealership, multiple people in sales were running back and forth, didn't seem to have done their homework right and went back on their words on pricing agreed on phone stating that there were some internal miscommunication (we were prepared to sign the papers if all was per phone conversations with them). It was a frustrating experience to interact with this dealership - wasted our significant time and effort in our buying process (glad we bought it elsewhere finally....).

Acura of Westchester was so accommodating and made my first time leasing a car 100% headache free and a pleasurable experience. Frank was very friendly and knowledgable and really took the time to help me pick out the perfect car. I was able to drive off with my car in the same day! I will most certainly be back and would recommend Acura of Westchester to all my friends and family.

I was greeted by Jon Addabbo at the dealership and quickly found out why this particular Acura dealer does such tremendous volume....by having staff members that are highly in tune with the products that are offered and are considerate in regards to the consumer's needs. The experience from front to back was very well organized and efficient. Alex at the finance department recognized our scenario right away and gave us very transparent guidance through the process of acquiring our certified Acura TSX.The car was for my son Niko and he is responsible for the payment as I co-signed for the transaction. After fully delivering the car today, 12/25/2015, I would refer Mr. Addabbo all customers who are interested in an Acura. He was always at ease with us during the entire scenario and made my son Niko very comfortable with being aware of all the components of the financing and also gave a terrific delivery demonstration with hime also. This dealership should be used as a model for how all car dealers should treat their customers. Fantastic experience.

The service I received was impeccable.. I have purchased vehicles from Ford, Jeep, Mitsubishi and Dodge in the past and it was always an issue and lets not even talk about the wait time.. But from the moment I walked into the doors of Acura of Westchester, Jonathan Zung greeted me and the rest was a breeze. I told him exactly what I wanted was a great deal, awesome vehicle and no wait time.. And bam that's what he delivered. I had came to Acura of Westchester with the intention of looking at an Acura TL SH-AWD and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jose and Matt. They were really courteous and professional and answered all my questions. Jose and Matt made my purchase really easy and they were willing to go out of their way to add most of my requests when my car was ready to be picked up. They would take the time to show me the features of my car and Jose, Matt and Diane made sure that I was in and out with my paperwork so I could start to enjoy driving my car. The service department did a wonderful job as well and made sure I was taken care of with the 182 point inspection. I would recommend someone to purchase their car here and to see Jose and Matt. They make you feel at home and once you buy a vehicle from them, you would consider them as family from their exceptional and outstanding service Jose and Matt provided. Keep up the good work Jose, Matt and the entire staff !!! You guys are the best !!!

I don't usually like to take my cars to dealer for service, but I am glad I took it to Acura of Westerchester. I worked with Shannon, and she really took care of me. Had to come back several times to get the car inspecpected due to emission problems, but she made the entire experience very smooth. Thank you again!!!

One of the the reason why Acura of Westchester is such a successful enterprise no doubt is because Ken its General Manager knows that one of the most important factors in running a successful business is to surround yourself with good people. From my experience - that is precisely what it seems he has done.Case and point - Beth Hicks from the service department. I recently had to bring my car in for a service. I needed a loaner car and generally and understandably they like for the customer to give them a week's advance notice so that they make sure that a loaner car of the customer's choosing is available. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to give them the advance notice that they normally request. But rather then be met with a series of obstacles or excuses on how they could not comply with my request, Beth Hicks from the service department was super gracious, pleasant and worked with me, not against me, to try and accommodate my needs.She was about to say when my car was ready to be picked up that if I was happy with her service could I spread the word. I did not let her finish her sentence because that kind of pleasant and efficient service is precisely what a customer looks for and is why I have been a loyal customer of Kens and the Acura of Westchester dealership for several years. I was so impressed with the customer service provided by Frankie Ferraro. The second I stepped in to this dealership I knew I had made an excellent choice. I was treated with such kindness, professionalism and courtesy. I've been through many dealerships and never did I leave the business without being disappointed. Whether from the agent or business office. In this particular experience everything was handled by Mr. Ferraro. He is truly well verse in this field. I was treated like any customer should be treated from the from the moment I called until I drove off in a new car one week later. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, attentive, professional, responsive, and more. I worked with several of the agents, Daniel, Nick, Julien, and Dimitri, and each provided great service and support. This speaks volumes about the GM, Ken Hicks, and what a first class operation he runs. Every detail is taken care of. This is my 3rd car from this dealer, and the reason I return is the great car coupled with the excellent customer service provided by Kenny and his team. First class all the way.

Acura of Westchester is hands down the best Acura dealer in the tri-state area. Frank and Jose in the sales department are dedicated to providing you with an excellent car buying experience. And when it comes to service, Max is the man who gets it done. I've bought 3 cars from them and if you are looking for a used or new Acura there is no reason to go to any other dealer than Acura of Westchester.

From my initial contact through delivery of my new MDX, my experience was excellent. My sales rep, Matt Belov, was attentive, knowledgable and very thorough throughout the process. He spent considerable time in explaining my options and was incredibly patient in allowing me to make my decisions without pressure. He made my experience pleasant and positive. The customer service at this dealership is top notch. I normally dread waiting for an oil change. Therefore, I often get a loaner and return at a later time. However, Shannon and Beth made my guest and feel so comfortable. They offered us beverages and ensured that the vehicle would be ready within the hour. When the time was approaching the next hour, Beth came in to let us know it will only be a few more minutes. She checked on us periodically between as well. I will not worry if I am unable to get a loaner anymore. I know I will be in great hands while I wait!

My Daughter lives in Portland Maine and drives an Acura RDX that we purchased at Westchester Acura. Her car had major wire engine damage due to an animal getting in the engine. The Honda Dealership in Portland that was working on the car said they could not get the part to repair it until January 22nd. I called Elizabeth and she found the part and the car will e repaired next week.She was extremely helpful and will make Christmas much more enjoyable!

My first impression of Acura Westchester was a clean and uncluttered GEM. The buying process was effortless and everyone was on the same page. Aubrey, Alex, & Diane were apart of this sales process and they were clear, concise and quick. Alicia LeTizia, my sales representative, was pleasant and well informed about the 2014 Acura TSX I financed. She listened and was very easy to talk to. Ive talked to many sales reps in my lifetime and she didnt make me feel like shark bait. There wasnt a lot of sauce, meaning she didnt try to talk me to death or butter me up with crap, which I hate. I left the car dealership with the car of my choice two days later feeling like I wouldnt have wanted to do this deal with anyone else but her! I am very pleased and will spread the good word to friends and family.
