I purchased a 2007 Saab Aero from ADI sight unseen and over the phone. These guys held the car for me until I flew in from Salt Lake to pick it up. Here's where it went bad: the car nattery was dead and the door lock didnt work. Here's what they did: called a locksmith, opened the door and charged the battery. They said they would put a brand new battery in ot if I wanted. The salesman joined me for a testdrive so I could kick the tires until I knew everything was good. The owner of the dealership did conducted a safety inspection with me because they wanted me to feel comfortable driving this car 500 miles. Before I left, they detailed the car, checked tire pressure, and gave me two bottles of water for the road. The people at the dealership were extremely nice and honest. They made me feel like my business was important. I woud do business with them again. The only thing they could have done better: picked me up from the airport or sent a car to get me since i did buy a car. Also, they charged me a fealer fee but this was included in the advertised price ao it wasnt a surprise. Normally, i would get angry at the dealer fee, but the price was just too good for me to care. These guys are great. I give them five stars and i hate sales people.

Recently my husband and I embarked on a journey to purchase a new vehicle for me. We came across an excellent deal on a used Jeep Grand Cherokee ADI Autosport was advertising on their website. We conveyed to Rob what we wanted, what we could do and gave him all of our pertinent financial information in order to procure the vehicle. He took the information and came back to us within 24 hours with exactly what we'd requested! We had never experienced anything like this in the industry! We have been searching for a certain suv for several years. All the dealerships we have been to have treated us like a commission sale and not a person. That was, until we found ADI AUTO SPORT. We were treated like family from the moment we walked in. It was so hard to choose from their selection, they have such beautiful, well maintained cars. I absolutely loved the honesty of the owner. He got us in a car that we loved and that fit our lifestyle. He wasn't just looking for a sale. I can say that as long as ADI Auto Sport is in business, they will forever have us as loyal customers. I recommend this amazing car dealership to everyone who is in the market for any kind of car. Make this your #1 stop when car hunting. It will save you a lot of time and energy. Its too bad that we can only give them 5 stars, because THEY ARE WORTH 10!!!!

I don't understand why people from other countries think they are the best sales man in the world. I'll never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales man was so mean and rude to us. We were trying to buy a truck after test driving a car we decided to check another car, the sales man said to us " are you guys gonna buy a car or you gonna waste people's time? " then we told him if you want give us attitude, no we not gonna buy any car. He even did not show us the other car. And we left.

I bought a 2007 Chevy Avalanche. This is the only vehicle I was willing to finance. These trucks used are Very expensive. I literally was looking for 3 months. I went to so many dealerships. Even the big guys like actual Cevy dealerships. There is one right across the street. But vehicles were not in good running condition. Then I found my dream truck at the big chevy dealership. They could not get my interest lower than 5.9. Again I had to walk away. That was the 4th time. But I am a smart consumer. Then on a Sunday I was driving by ADI and there is was the Avalanche of my dreams. I called on Wednesday went on Saturday to test drive and bam! The vehicle passes my mechanics seal of approval. These guys got me a 2.9% interest rate without blinking an eye. The was final and then a UPS driver backed into me! I caaled Rob at ADI he gave me a federal. These guys are super easy no hassle really is true! I can't wait to pay off this truck to go get my convertible there. If you want the best overall everything hit these guys up first.

I just moved to Colorado and after having no luck anywhere and dealing with less than reputable people and dealerships I found ADI Autosport. They are by far the best car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom and Rob are outstanding in their approach to customer service as well as knowledge of the business. They have been the only bright spot in a very dark beginning to living in Colorado. They have a customer for life in me and I will not go anywhere else. From the time I sent the first email, until I drove away in my car they walked me through each step and were prepared to answer any questions I have. It is very rare that you find people like this in the car industry anymore. I am happy to say I purchased a vehicle from them and will continue to do so. I bought a 2004 toyota 4runner and was very pleased. My salesman was Rob and went out of his way on multiple occasions to help me get this truck. After an initial test drive he had a few of my concerns addressed. A few days later he notified me that the repairs were near complete and I would have first dibs. I worried because I couldn't get to the other side of town. He offered to pick me up in the truck and I drove it back to the dealership super happy with the repairs. He also helped me get a great rate and helped in a few other areas. I'm going to recommend him to friends.

I was searching for a Jeep Compass for my daughters first vehicle and wasn't having any luck until I found ADI Autosport on the internet. I contacted Tom and told him what I was looking for and the price range we needed to be in. Within minutes Tom got back to me with a few options. We traveled 80 miles from our home and test drove a couple of vehicles. One of which my daughter really, really liked. Tom worked very hard at giving us a very fair price for our trade as well as a very fair price for the vehicle we wanted. They provided us with the Carfax and the report from their own inspection findings. After having our own mechanic check the vehicle out, ADI was spot on. I just bought a car from ADI Autosport and was completely impressed by the service provided. Unlike most dealerships, there was no salesman hovering like a vulture trying to press you into buying a car. When we got there, the man in charge introduced himself, let us look on our own, gave us the keys and let us test drive on our own, and never tried to push us towards anything. After a test drive, we decided to buy the car, and he had all of the paperwork out and we were through the process in about 10-15 minutes. He was fast, direct, and explained things well. He even made a couple of phone calls to lower our interest rate on the financing (from 8% to 4.4%), and he did this without prompting. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anybody.

I was looking for a new car for my wife after she was in a car accident. I found the perfect car for her, a 2006 Chrysler 300 at ADI Autosport. I contacted Rob about the vehicle and he was extremely helpful and patient. We waited about a month for the insurance check to come and even though we were 400 miles away, Rob held the car for us because he knew it was perfect for my wife. The ADI team made the car buying process smooth and easy. Having not bought a car in quite some time, I was apprehensive about taking the leap. We searched a long time trying to find a nice, reliable AND affordable car for our teenage son. Fortunately we connected with Tom at ADI! We have purchased a lot of used vehicles, but I think this was by far the best experience we have ever had. ADI has really found their niche' in selling clean, upper end vehicles. Even though we were interested in one of his less expensive vehicles, Tom treated us just like he would have treated a high end customer. We arrived at a fair price on an older, really clean smaller SUV. He was totally forthright with the vehicle history so we were able to check out the car's history thoroughly and felt really good about our purchase. We had looked all along the Front Range but we we discovered ADI. It was certainly worth our drive to Denver to do business with this dealer. Their location was clean, professional and far surpassed our expectations! There was nothing high pressure about dealing with them and it was a good feeling driving home in car we loved after having such a great experience. Tom even connected us with some of his trusted contacts for work we may have done to our vehicle in the future. ADI can offer vehicles at great prices because they work hard to establish great relationships with companies who service the awesome vehicles the take in. I was impressed with every car on their lot! They are very particular about the vehicles they sell, so you won't find questionable cars there but you will find a lot of great options. We would definitely recommend them and will definitely consider them next time we need a vehicle!

I was looking for a used vehicle to meet my needs. Being a little older and slower, getting into the standard 4-door sedan was becoming more difficult. Tom at ADI had a Dodge Caravan on the lot. My wife and I already had one and knew it would be easily to et in & out of Tom service was great! He worked with us to secure proper financing and I can honestly say I plan to be a return costumer!

This is the most perfect, most honest, and by far the best dealership in Colorado and maybe even further. If you are looking for a car, SUV, truck, you just say what you are looking for, if they dont have it on the lot, they will get it for you withing a few days time. Just ask for Tom, not only will you be satisfied to the fullest, you will be glad that you have met Tom at ADI Autosport, couse from time you meet him you will absolutelly love him and he will always be there for you no matter what the case. You will have a dealership that you will always want to buy from and also you will have a friend for Life.
