I had a great experience at Advantage Toyota. I stopped by to get a quote for the Timing Belt change. The Service Manager gave me a quote for the Timing Belt/Water Pump change package and told me to make an appointment. I made the appointment for about a week later. On the appointment date, I brought my 2004 Highlander and was greeted by the same Service Manager who remembered me. I left the car there because it takes at least 6 hours to do the job. He called me during the day to tell me a bolt that broke off, it has been ordered (for no extra charge) and the car would be ready the next day. By the afternoon the next day the car was ready. He showed me the old belts, water pump and rubber seals that was taken out and explained the wear on them. Also that the pulleys and tensioner were in good condition. I paid the quoted price for the service and the car was brought to me. The car drives great and quieter than before. Truly a professional and no-hassle experience.

The screenshots speak for themselves. This was just a conversation over text. In person the sales staff was rude and blunt about them being the best. No understanding of how customer service works. No knowledge of their vehicles and their specifications. When asking simple questions such as “Is this vehicle a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned)?” The response I received was, “Did you check the website? If it says it there than it is.” Sales lady did not even bother to check for herself and explain what the warranty would would cover, let alone the duration of such warranty. On top of that, I presented a well detailed pricing layout on a notebook to show where the charges are going to for a vehicle. While I tried to understand and explain this to her, she immediately spoke over me and stated “It’s very easy to understand. You get it, right?” At that moment, all I mentioned was the online price. All they care about is making a sale. No customer service. Definitely came off as an arrogant dealership all around.

The service was good as I was only looking at used cars but ended up finding a new car in the same make for not too much more. Cato was very helpful at getting us into the car for a test drive and preparing it for same day pick-up. The only part of the experience I was not happy with was Erinson would not set me up with a 0% loan nor anything approaching a 2.2% new car loan that I could have gotten from my credit union. They claimed only certain models had 0% available.

I was in need of a new car. I visited Nissan since my first car was a Nissan but the customer service wasn't good at all. I was told to try Toyota so I called Advantage Toyota and Eddie answered the phone - great thing he did. His energ was amazing which forced me to pay him a visit. I made a appointment or 10:30am. He followed up the day before. I get there and was greeted nicely. He was super busy and he passed me along to Aramis who was patient and detailed in showing me two models. We test drove both. I made the purchase and was passed to Erinson - another star for the day. He was also nice and pleasant and patient. Overall these guys were super busy that day and in no moment did they show that. This place is a true meaning of TEAM Work. They all worked together to go above and beyond in service. I am thankful and grateful that Eddie answered the phone that day. This was a huge deal for me since it was my first purchase alone and I did it with their amazing knowledge and love for what they do. Once again Thank you!

So I went in to the dealership on Tuesday 10/11 because I needed an oil change, inspection and also my brakes were squeaking. When I got there, I was hooked up with Service Advisor Andrew Jean, who took really good care of me. I also hung out with Marty Goldberg, who was very nice and accommodating to me while I was waiting. Several times during my wait, Mr. Jean actually called me back to the work area, where the technician not only showed me the issues, but actually explained what was happening to me, which I thought was not only wonderful, but fascinating in it's on right. It turned out that I needed a fair amount of work done, so I got 1/2 of it done in 10/11 and the other 1/2 done on 10/14. They were even prepared to give me a loaner, because the work might have taken too long (I had a time limit on Friday, and at one point, it looked like the car wasn't going to be ready on time, but it was). I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who lives in the NYC area who needs a Toyota. World Class salespeople and top notch customer service. Ask for Wayne Wilson in sales. He'll take awesome care of you.

So for years i contemplated on purchasing a new car and didn't. I dealt with so many issues with my old jeep, but love the fact i didnt have a monthly payment. Well it got from worse to worse with my car situation...took it from one mechanic to the next...it felt like i was making monthly payments anyways and being frustrated. My husband and i then realized it would be better to go for a new one with minimal payments. We went into the dealership with a referral to Aramis Taveras. He was great. Took care of us ....we went back and forth with the pricing but we got to a medium, which was great. Ended up spending more than planned but its worth it. I when in today for service and ran into him, very courteous and attentive. I love my rav4. Thank you

I first met Leo Hall over the phone and explained exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. I was very specific and honestly was waiting for the roof to cave in when I went down there. Bought a used Rav 4 in 2011. Purchased a slew of extra protection plans on the advice of the sales person, Leo Hall. Was told that each plan was written up separately so that if I did not file a claim on a specific plan, I would receive the amount I paid back at the end of the loan period. Only purchased them under that stipulation since I figured odds were I wouldn't use all of them. I only filed one claim on the Total Care package. No claims filed on any of the other plans. When I went to Toyota to find out what I had to do to get my reimbursement for the other plans, I was told I couldn't by Robert Tracy. Basically I was told that I was claiming the sales person said I'ld get the money back but there was no way to prove the sales person told me that. Won't ever buy another Toyota. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Get every word the sales person tells you in writing.

I came in today to have my tire and trim on fender line fix. Its 330pm i have no appointment. Jaime De Lemos from service advisor without hesitation accomodated me and was very helpful. He help me find out about my warranty coverage and was on his "A"game with it comes to customer service. Very friendly and down to earth. I would have given my entire experience a 5 star but one of the service advisor that first receive me before Jaime was totally unhelpful. Not only that he said that i have no appt. And its late. I have to come back tom if i want service . He even mentioned if im covered with tire insurance he has to call for approval and its a long process He said comeback tom or leave the car behind overnight. And then he turned his back at me. Thank God Jaime ended up helping me. He checked my warranty which did not take 2 mins to do and mind you Hes very friendly and courtesous unlike the other guy. I dont know his name its a white guy with mustaches and gray hair.Buy anyway sure enough my car got fix in less than an hour.

Kenya Auguistin was my service advisior but was told she was no longer there:(. so I had an appointment for 10:45 am for an oil change and when I got there there was a huge line of cars ahead of me including walk ins ...but thankfully jessica B and josephine were very nice and got me through the line asap. I met Mr. Cato Thomas as I walked through the doors of Advantage; what a great thing that was. Mr. Thomas is direct (transparent, clear explanations), personable, receptive to my wishes (regarding specific characteristics I wanted my car to have), ALWAYS Professional and Responsive whether via text,email, or cell. I would recommend this dealership to friends! I am replacing my 12 year old Toyota Camry with a new one and chose this dealership to visit over my previous one. I have been to a lot of dealerships through my car buying experience and Advantage Toyota in Valley Stream was by far and away the best. It was a much easier process here than anywhere else I had been to previously. The sales team and staff were incredibly friendly, patient and fair. No games played here which I very much appreciated. Edward Flores was awesome. He was super helpful in answering all my questions and I thought direct and honest throughout the negotiating process. Frank was awesome too helping with the paperwork and my financing questions during the closing process. I made an appointment for 8:00am about a week in advance. I received an email and a call on my cellphone to confirm the. day before. I was pleasantly surprised that I was taken immediately when I arrived and was greated by Andrew Jean who explained what my 18 mo checkup involved and my car would be ready in 1 1/2 hrs. I choose to wait at dealership who provides hot drinks and bagels. My car was ready in 1 hr. A very pleasant experience.

I am currently in my second Scion Tc, which were both purchased from this dealership. I have had some technical issues with both of my cars. However, no matter how frustrated I may have came into the dealership, I have always left with a smile and completely satisfied with my service. After my original dealership closed its doors, and after a number of not so great to seriously bad experiences with service departments all over the Island, I took a chance on revisiting Advantage when it moved from Lynbrook to Valley Stream. My goal was to find both a highly skilled honest technician and a trusted service representative, a team I felt I could depend upon to sort out recommended repairs, those that were essential and non-essential, work with me on pricing, go the extra mile, and overall make me want to keep coming back. I found that team in Lenny, who keeps me safe on the road, and Jemell, who has never failed to counsel me wisely and well. My 2002 Corolla LE and Advantage's service department is in good hands with both these young men. Thank you!!I also want to state that today I was at the dealership for a follow-up appointment for brake work. Jemell was off and sorely missed, but I deeply appreciated Kenya standing in for him. Sadly, after 10 years with ANOTHER dealership--Atlantic Toyota in Amityville New York-- I seriously considered purchasing/leasing other vehicles instead. I will write a different review for them, separately. That aside, I want to emphasize in BOLD FACE WRITING how FANTASTIC my experience was with Martin, Derrick, Robert, and Basil. Each and every one of them took the time to listen to my needs; offer practical solutions; give me their word whereby making deal on a handshake, and more. They delivered in spades. They exemplify the meaning of old-fashioned values (such as the customer is always right), transparency, fair business practices, courtesy, providing expedient official paperwork, explaining the process in detail to provide reassurance and accuracy, hospitality and much more. I did not have the advantage of having an advocate (friend, husband, father, et al) escort me through any of these deals or transactions (i.e., two heads are better than one). I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anybody in the market to lease or purchase a new vehicle. Buying or leasing a new car after 10 years of loyalty with the brand should be an exciting time and a seamless transaction. It definitely was and I have every CONFIDENCE that will continue to be for the duration of the lease. The Service Advisor was very efficient and informative with superb attentive listening skills. I (along with other customers) have been kept abreast from the moment the vehicle entered the shop to the cashier's paperwork. While in the waiting lounge, the amenities include clean ladies' and men's rooms. TV, newspaper, magazines along with complimentary hot tea, coffee and bagels for everyone. Also, this is a good time to browse around the large adjoining showroom for a new vehicle or talk trade-in with one of the friendly salespersons. I've been to this dealership several times, and luckily, I was assigned Rudy Walker to work with me during my last visit and he helped me into a new lease for a Toyota Sienna.Rudy was phenomenal in that he actually listened to my needs and did everything he could to find a vehicle that best fit those requirements without selling me what I don't want. Rudy was a candid man and made me feel comfortable not having to deal with any sales talk or tactics. He was patient during my selection and pricing process. I went there for my 10000 miles car servicing & The lady of service advisor named Margie Bonell said & wrote on my receipt my front brake pad is less than 2mm. However, when I bought another one & going to change that I saw my old one almost new. I am wondering why they provide wrong information to customer. Al Toussaint the salesman that helped us decide on our car was very friendly, helpful and informative he went through all the features of the car & called the next day to see how things were going, if we had any additional questions he would be more than happy to answer them at any time. I just wanted to tell you what a great operation you have going there at Advantage from one customers point of view. After having my 25,000 mile service there, a problem was found by your guys with the right front strut. Julian Cardona could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Of course I was thrilled when you covered it under my extended warranty, but also the manner in which it was handled was so quick, professional, and personal, I felt like family. My wife is bringing in the RAV4 tomorrow for service and we will both continue to come to your store (and Julian) even though it is a little farther for us.I have tried five local Toyota dealers for service to both my RAV4 and Avalon, and none compares to the efficiency, friendliness, and feeling of welcome that we get from Advantage. We told her we were just looking, but she was so gracious and help show us want was available and explained everything to us. We really appreciated that, especially with her knowing that we may not have been ready to buy at that moment. Well, we left and my husband and I talked we came back and asked for Shana again. Hey everyone. I wanted to post a review of my experience at this store. I came in around the middle of December to look for a Certified Pre Owned car with a friend of mine. As soon as I came in and asked for a sales representative to assist me, I was met by a wonderful, friendly and super nice gentleman named Wayne Wilson. I had come prepared into the store and showed him exactly what I was looking for(I printed a car off of the store website). Not more than 5 minute later, I was already in the car looking at it and all of its wonderful features. There were a few minor issues that had to be addressed, and Mr. Wilson made sure they were taken care of before he let me test drive the car (which I thought was super). He even called or texted me to keep me abreast of the situation. Once I test drove the car, I found that It drove phenomenally. I also had the pleasure of talking with Mr. Robert Tracy in the finance department. What a wonderful guy he was. He was super nice, and he was very patient with me in making sure that I understood everything about the buying process and how it worked. Im proud to call myself an Advantage Toyota Customer.

At first, I came in expecting to purchase the 2015 Toyota Rav 4 XLE but Rudy, the sales personnel, was able to show me the better features the 2016 model had to offer. Great buying experience. I made a phone call to the dealership early in the morning regarding an ad in the paper. The internet manager I spoke with, was not only informative, but set me up with a VIP appointment where I did not have to wait. This was very important to me because I have a young child and the dealer is some distance from me. When I got to the dealership, the salesperson Shana Harrison, walked me through all my options, showing me different models of the Sienna, and most importantly, got me a good price on the Sienna and fair market on my trade without having to haggle. My mistake, I didn't check my car after cervice, like they did it. Next morning I went to service senter to show them this problem. Menager said it is not them problem because I show my car next day. Leased my 3rd car from Advantage and they used to be great - wonderful - that's why I went back. This time I even liked the salesman. I thought everything was good UNTIL afterwards. Promise you the world - they will take care of the last payment on your lease. Finance guy tells you, "don't worry about the wear & use on the car you are turning in. People who don't lease another car pay a certain fee & that covers it". Never paid a wear and use fee on my other leased cars before, so I believed him. Two months later, I get hit with a $480 wear & use charge and they did not pay the last payment the car I turned in. When I speak to the manager, he gets annoyed with me (yes, I was angry) and tells me they sent it to the wrong address. WHAT? Isn't this what you do? You don't know the address where to make payments??? Then he said he will work something out to lessen the charge on the wear and use. Okay great. Never hear from anyone from Advantage or Toyota again. Guess what??? 5 months letter, I get a collection notice that I owe $480 that I never paid Toyota. Never received another bill in the 5 months. Thought it was taken care of. Stupid me. I paid it, it's done and I will NEVER go back there again. They stink and they lie.

I went to this dealer previously to look at a FRS. I met with a salesperson Shana who seemed very genuine a nice. She recommended me a few things I should do before actually purchasing the car. Came back about a year later and there she was and we told her now we was ready to buy. She wasn't pushy with the options, we felt very comfortable speaking with her. From the moment I called Advantage Toyota, they were incredibly helpful and treated me like a person, they even offered to pick me up from the train station! They have a quote plastered on the wall of the dealership that reminds the employees to treat each customer as if they were a guest in their house and I am confident in stating that everyone I encountered at Advantage did just that! A refreshing experience!I am an educated professional but my current knowledge about cars and car shopping is limited, and Shana did a wonderful job of talking to me on a level that I could understand without making me feel naive or uninformed - most importantly and one would think a no-brainer for car dealerships, she offered to let me drive the car before talking about payment (which two other dealerships I attended did not offer). I originally went to the dealership and negotiated with the salesperson Curtis and Fernando who both did a great job. My main things I wanted were a hybrid Camry with heated seats, the blueish color, and remote start. We were able to agree on a price including the heated seats and the color I was looking for but I was told the finance manager handles the accessories and I would have to ask him about price. I was told the car would be ready on Monday but I called that Monday and was told it wasn't ready. The next day I received a voice message from the salesperson stating the car was ready with heated seats and remote start but I couldn't pick it up until Wednesday. Based on this message I thought OK I guess they added the remote start for me since I had never spoken to the finance manager or talked about a price to add it. When I went to the dealer wed Nite I was left waiting for at least an hour before Muhammad Ali decided he could see us. Right from the start he was rude questioning me why I waited so long to pick up the car and it was ready on monday. As I'm signing paperwork he asks me about gap insurance and when I ask the price he tells me 3 dollars and change per month extra. I agree and confirm the monthly with him...OK so its 293 plus change per month? He says yes. Before I sign the last papers I question him on why the total for first payment is a liitle more. He says well taxes are more on a higher payment its 336 a month. Ali claims its the remote start which I was interested in but was told I needed to speak to the finance manager first about adding it and price. Well now he got really nasty going from blaming the salesperson to demanding that I need to come up in price and pay more for their mistake something I never was even discussed a price with for adding(remote start). He went on with multiple sales tactics to try to bully me into buying anyway ranging from threatening to not refund any money I put down to telling me karmas going to come back down on me, saying I hope I can sleep at night, telling me how bad of a person I am and slamming his phone down and storming out of his office. I told him calmly multiple times fine cancel the deal. He ignored that and kept up the insults still trying to push me into the deal until I finally told him there's 0% chance I'm paying more than the payment that was agreed to. He gave up and asked for my credit card to finish the deal and asked us to go sit outside dismissing us from his office. I was disgusted and have never experienced worse customer service anywhere including any car dealerships. Keep in mind I work in car insurance and deal with dealerships all over long island and in some other states. Stay far away from Mohammad ali and this dealership. I walked from this deal and would NEVER go back and I will pass this experience to ALL my customers and colleagues to avoid ali and his horrible service, nasty attitude, and laughable ego. Curtis and his boss were great and I don't hold them responsible for this disaster.

I am extremely happy to write this review. I always used to think that car dealers only run behind making money and that's it. I actually felt this from some other car dealerships in queens, as well. Saying things like "if you don't get it today then you might not get it tomorrow". But regardless of that fact, my family and I entered this place the night before we bought the car and a rep there told us very gently that they were closing and if we came the next day, we will be taken care of perfectly and so we did come the next day. Believe it or not, the rep was right! Mr. Chhina was the sales rep who took care of us and boy we were in for a trip! He took care of us from the start till the end with the outmost respect and care. He did not rush us with anything and tried to help us with every single question we had in mind. You wont believe how lucky we felt to have him as our rep. All in all we left with big smiles and I can proudly say that this is the best dealership to get your car from since they have EXCEPTIONAL staff that go above and beyond to help you. I just did a service in this dealer which includes tire rotation. Before I bring the vehicle I put a secret marks on the tires. When I went home I check my secret marks, it shows the tire was not rotated. Before I always have my service in this dealer and this did not happen. From now on I don't know if I will still be coming back for service in this dealer because even a simple tire rotation they lied it to me. How much more for a service or repair that it is very hard to understand by a non car tech guy like me. I will just find another place that can be trusted. It is hurting to spend for a car service upon knowing that it's not done. The worst part is you expect your car is now safe but maybe its not.

I had a very bad experience with both the sales representative and the financial manager (the one that interacts with the financial institutions on one's behalf). Initially, they (sales manager with the help of sales representative) would not offer me a great deal and so I left. Another representative called me back. I went back in for the second time. I began to mistrust (although she was very polite) the sales representative when she lied about Toyota not having their own financial representatives. I was offered a good deal at the start but then the financial manager lied about the warranty and about offering me certain incentives because when I checked my contract I noticed I was actually charged for the incentive he once offered me. He convinced me to write up another check which I thought was for one thing but when I checked my contract it appeared to go elsewhere. Additionally, the contract and the charges were not fully explained. What they were essentially doing was trying to reel me back into the initial bad deal.Update: We are currently in the process of making amends. This may be an isolated incident and not the way every representative treats a customer.

I recently purchased a Prius V from Advantage Toyota Scion. My salesman, Marty, was amazing!!!!!. He loves this car, was extremely knowledgeable and would not let me leave the dealership until I understood everything about the car and how to use it. I had a problem with the tonneau and - even tho he was out of the country- he answered all my emails and saved me $600.00 after the manager had already told me the car did not come with the tonneau. In fact, this model did come with the tonneau and Marty did not hesitate to come to my rescue. He helped me decide which car was best, printed out comparison sheets, took me for multiple test drives and explained why I would be better served with the Prius as opposed to the Camry which I had come in for. He was absolutely right! I love this car, the trunk space is tremendous, the passenger seating bigger than the Camry. If you are purchasing a car, he will spend as much time as you need to make sure you make an educated decision. He was wonderful and I would suggest that people ask for him at Advantage. In a world of slimy salesmen, he was totally honest and forthcoming. The service guys were great to deal with also.A true pleasure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking for a new compact car for my wife, we went first to Advantage Toyota where Rudy Walker helped us. We set out to evaluated 5 brands which were top rated, Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Mazda and Volkswagen. Rudy explained the different models of corolla and let us test drive them more than once over three visits. He was friendly, patient and very generous with his time, while not pressuring us at all. In between visits to Advantage Toyota, we looked at other cars and dealers in a gradually evolving preference for the ride, quiet, driving feel, sitting position, color and options of the corolla. My wife can be very indecisive and patience helps to support her reaching her own decision, rather than caving in to someone else's preference and Rudy was completely great with this. We reached a deal on a red corolla that we felt good about and the entire experience was the most enjoyable car buying experience of my fairly long life. 5 Stars to Rudy and the staff at Advantage. And that's a comment I would never have made before.

Advantage Toyota employee crashed my car during my first oil change cough on my car dash camera(rear), you can hear the crashing and yelling on youtube tVD7fiVnGEY - cannot post url here.I was not notified about the damage when I picked up the car, everybody just pretended nothing had happened. Fortunately, I have installed dash camera on my car and found out the truth afterward.In additional to surface damage, the left side sliding door began to rattle randomly when drive on rough road and there is a "bang" noise when first open the door after parking for a long time(over night).

First, I won't mention names here because I'm sure everyone in this dealership has to follow a similar sales approach.I did my research, followed consumer guidelines and prepared myself by having a pre-approved loan in place, I knew the value of my trade in and the invoice price of the car. I am lured to the dealership with their internet prices, told the car I was interested in was sold- shown another with expensive option I didn't want. There are many more details I won't bore you with. The bottom line is, dealerships will not sell you a car -even if at or very close to their advertised price if they can't absorb the profit some other way. Imagine going into a department store to buy a washing machine you saw advertised for a certain price, you offer to pay cash rather than opening a loan with the store. You sign the sales slip and then suddenly you're told it's not for sale anymore. Almost sounds illegal, huh?All of the cliches about car dealers are at work here. The same holds true for the service dept.Going in for routine 30k. Service, I'm quoted a price $100 more than the price on their own website and printed flyer. I call them on it and they say "well there is the 30k service toyota suggests and a 30k service that we "the dealership" suggests". - which of course is the more expensive one. Then I'm told there are actually 3 levels of 30k service. Wow...Also advised to replace a tire because of a small nail puncture- that was 7k miles ago.There should be legislation taken against these forms of deception.

The long wait time is still a downside at this dealership surprisingly since they've moved to a much larger facility. But all in all its a better experience than other of the nearby dealerships. My first visit to Advantage was during the first week of November. I would like to add that it was also my first visit to any car dealership. My dad suggested we check the dealership out because his brother (my uncle) raved about their great customer service. So we enter the dealership and Basil immediately greets us. He was nice, professional, warm, and sincere. Basil was honest and answered all of my questions. He was not pushy and did not try to steer me one way or the other. Basil requested my contact information and asked questions that I expected he would, such as: who the vehicle was for, was it my first car, what I would be using the car for, etc.I test drove a car with another employee (I do not remember her name BUT I think it was Kesha). She was very nice and friendly also. I felt very comfortable driving with her. My father and I left the dealership without a car that day. However, Basil left a lasting impression on me. Basil followed up with me 2-3 times after that initial visit. Almost 3 wks later my father and I returned to Advantage to purchase the car that I test drove. Basil was pleased to see us and I was super excited to see him and buy my vehicle. Erinson finalized all of the paperwork. He is charismatic, patient, and knowledgeable. He made me feel super comfortable about my decisions. He would explain things as many times as was needed for me to understand what was happening or what I was signing. ALSO Erinson and Basil both speak Spanish ! A huge plus since that is my fathers' first language.

I was very pleased with my experience. Initially, I thought that my car was still within it's Toyota care timeframe as it was purchased as new in December 2012. I was informed, however, that it's Toyota care had expired October 1st - news to me. My advisor explained what had likely happened (car used as a demo prior to my purchasing it and I had just not been informed of this at the time of purchase). My previous car was not a Toyota, but was an absolute nightmare!!!! I spent more time driving rentals than I did my own car. One of those rentals was a Toyota Corolla. I fell in love with that car. I started prepping myself for a harsh reality check. We sat with Mohammad and he patiently went over all our paperwork. He promised to do everything that was possible. He assured me that our situation was not helpless. I walked out of there with hope. 3 days later I get the call.... "When do you want to come pick up your car"? I could not believe it. We ran right over. Although at first we were in fact denied, he came through as promised and worked until he found a way to get it done. Since picking up my car I have not stopped smiling, and I honestly believe that is due to Mohammad and the rest of the staff at Advantage Toyota.

What a pleasant surprise to have such an easy and smooth car buying experience. We worked with Marc and Todd Rosenfeld who were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and professional. They know their product well and were able to answer all our questions. They said they were going to track down the car we wanted within the week and actually did it in 4 days. Todd took his time to explain all the details of the car so that we were comfortable working all of the car's technology. He made sure that we met with a service person who we would be dealing with for check-ups. Erinson was patient and very professional. There were no hard sells which we find refreshing.We are extremely pleased.

Advantage Toyota has the nicest, most respectable customer service representatives. I have only been there twice for oil changes but the place is a well-oiled machine (no pun intended). The only negative is the wait time but, again, I do not hold them to that because I've only gone there on Saturdays which are their busiest day.

With my lease I have free State inspections. I took my car in on Saturday, August 9th. Was taken in immediately and my Service advisor, Danny Solis took care of all the paperwork and said will call you when the car is ready. He called a couple of hours later and said my car was being washed and was ready for pick up. Everything went smoothly and was a painless experience. Been dealing with Toyota for over 10 years and their service has always been spot on.

I usually don't go to dealers for service because of past bad experiences, but I have the two-year free maintenance coverage. I also had an issue with the car bluetooth, which I described to the girl making the appointment and the intake service man. Needless to say, because I didn't tell a third person - the assistant at the computer, my bluetooth issue was not resolved and I have to return for that - not a convenient thing.

I was very pleased with her knowledge of the product as she guided us through the the car buying experience. Shana is professional with a personal touch. As usual, I was very happy with the service provided by Advantage Toyota during my most recent visit on July 5, 2014. The oil change, tire rotation and courtesy inspection were all handled efficiently and professionally. My advisor Andrew Zollinger did his usual great job of discussing with me the work being performed and periodically keeping me posted as to the progress of the maintenance. He has advised me on my last 3-4 visits: Andrew has always been very honest, courteous and professional in his dealings with me. I am very satisfied with the service. My car is now eleven (11) years old. I have found that as long as I follow the maintenance schedule advised by Toyota, the car just continues to run like it did the first day I bought it.

I called in on Tuesday at 3:30 PM to get some help because I had just discovered that my passenger side rear light was out. They took me in immediately and within an hour the rear light was changed and the front light also, because that had gone out and I hadnt known it. The bill came out less than the original estimate. I have been searching for a new vehicle for the last month and a half. I went to over 7 dealerships and each one left me with a disgruntled spirit. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted to go with when I began this search; however, each dealership tried to force me into what they saw as an ideal vehicle for me and were rude and aggressive trying to get me to make a commitment and put money down on a sale. Well--after doing more research online, I decided the only vehicle for me was a 2014 FJ Cruiser, Trail Teams Special Edition. I went on my computer and found a few dealerships with this vehicle in stock, as only 2,500 were made this past year.I went to a dealership in the Hudson Valley and we began to work numbers on the purchase. They were aggressive, giving me lines that were clearly lies and the sales manager was a total joke. I've had experience with cars and knew how to make this work but didn't want to deal with the usual dishonest dealership.Well--needless to say, I worked numbers with them and didn't make a deal. I had to go to LI to visit family and decided to call Advantage Toyota to see if their FJ was still in stock. From the first phone call, I came to realize this was a different experience. The representative on the phone was patient, kind and attentive. She made an appointment with me for the car and gave me a $200 coupon off the deal (which I actually forgot to use I realize as I am writing this, it clearly says use at time of deal so if you get it USE IT) The next day, I went to Advantage. I was greeted once I came in and they put me in touch with Shana Harrison.Upon meeting Shana, her presence was warm, welcoming and to my surprise after all of the miserable visits NOT PUSHY! I told her I was interested in the FJ, she asked why. She wasn't just out to push me for the sale. She wanted to make sure that I knew everything about the car and had clearly considered all of my options. It was good because it made me think about it to. The vehicle was brought in about 15 minutes after we chatted and we went for the test drive. She was great about being personable and we had a great conversation and my choice was confirmed. Then came the time to talk numbers. I wanted to get the car the next day, but didn't make it known right away.Shermica, the sales manager, was involved her and Shana presented the first set of numbers. It was too high for my goal (rolling in negative equity from previous car and paying out right). Well--they asked what my goal was, and we talked. No pressure and no forcing, open dialogue. This was the first time, other than once in the past that it was a dealership of people genuinely concerned about making the vision a reality. Well.... after twenty minutes of painter, we made a deal! I picked up my vehicle the next day and it was awesome.Delivery was easy, everyone in the dealership was kind and attentive. The vehicle was explained to me and before I could even fully inspect its cleanliness, Shana drove off to have things she wanted differently cleaned done. It was amazing! Signing the paperwork was simple and easy. They didn't try to change any of the deals or numbers as some places do. Everything was open and honest--it was friggin, awesome!I drove away, content. However, I left a tablet in my previous vehicle. I called and Shana found it right away the next day and left it for me to pick up. It's became clear to me with the interaction then and when I picked it up, Advantage Toyota is about selling cars and building a family. I feel like a member of their crew and when I get my next vehicle, Toyota is clearly an awesome choice and Advantage the only place to do business with.If you want honesty, simplicity, old-school business morals and good coffee--- Advantage is the only choice for you.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at Atlantic Honda and a certain number of service visits (oil changes) are included. Advantage Toyota had great customer service and was very efficient. The wait time was a little long (about 2.5 hours) but I did go on a Saturday and didn't get there until 10:30am. I took advantage and went shopping and had lunch at the Green Acres Mall right across the parking lot!

Stay away from this place. They are King of Cons.. I bought a new 2013 Corolla from Advantage Toyota. A week after driving it I developed horrible back pains from the seat. I told them and they said get in touch with the manufacturer. Toyota said it was Advantages responsibility. Advantage could have had Toyota check out the car seat but they never did. It took 8 months to check out my car seat and the only reason why they did was because I got in touch with the owner of Advantage Toyota. The next day they had a Toyota technician come down and he felt the upper wire from the back support of the seat. This 2013 Corolla seat is like a voodoo doll. Horrible!Advantage put me through 8 months of xxxx with emails, phone calls, letters as well as filling out forms for arbitration to Toyota. I also made many visits, sent emails and phone calls to Advantage Toyota.Due to their actions I had to see a Chiropractor to help with the inflammation on my upper back caused by the wire in the Corolla driver seat. Im also going for physical therapy and paying a $60.00 copay every time I go. None of this would have happened if Advantage did their job. I hold Advantage totally responsible for their negligence. They do nothing but take Advantage of their customers. Toyota is just as bad because they did nothing to help until 8 months later. Be smart and stay far away from Advantage Toyota. Its to your advantage.

They even offered to wash my car - no cost!.Shuttle service to my office was available to me. I don't think Advantage Toyota can make it any easier. I lease a 2013 Toyota Rav4 and service is included! I had to get the 15k service and the NYS Inspection. Having walk in hours makes it easy for me to get the car serviced when I have time. I literally found myself with a couple of hours which were unexpected. I headed over and was taken right in. There was a bit of a crowd but they keep things moving. an hour and a half later and I was out of there AND my car was washed!! my total bill... $0.. This is my 3rd car from Advantage.. Would seem this could be a trend. Thanks to Andy Zollinger for working with me...

My visit was unscheduled. I just drove up without an appointment because my 'maintenance required' light had come on. I wound up getting an oil change, a brake job, a foglight cover needed replacing (part was ordered), the inspection (which was expiring that month and I had not noticed, the service rep noticed for me), a complimentary manicure, a couple of cups of tea, very clean waiting area (the cleaning ladies seemed to be moving around nonstop between the coffee stations and the bathrooms), friendly service that made me very comfortable as a woman and as a mother (one small child was with me), a service rep that took his time and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed and what I could wait and do on the next visit, and not a long wait time considering I had no appt. and did not come early (I came at about 10am and was out by around 12:30). The guys who wear the blue jackets who take in your car and give it back to you were also very friendly and more than helpful. I am completely satisfied. Try them out!

I had an appointment for an oil change that was suppose to take 45 minutes. After two hours of waiting I went into the office to check on the status and the paperwork was on Bruce Nadel's desk. He had to finish some computer task to get me out of the system which took approximately another 10 minutes because he was having some problems with the computer. Then I go out to get the car and my car could not be located. So I spent another ten minutes while they were looking for my car. They keys were suppose to be on a board when the car is done, the keys to my car were still in the car. When my car was finally located it was blocked in so then they had to find someone else to move the car that was blocking mine. I was totally dissatisfied with this experience.

I recently had my Prius in for it's 20,000 mile check-up. I had no problems with this service. Since I had received a recall letter after I scheduled the appointment, I tried to have that looked into at the same time, but was told this was impossible (?). When I scheduled an appointment for the recall service, I was told that my car could have to be in the shop for up to 2 days. Since I need my car for work (I provide home health services to disabled children) I asked for a loaner car, since the recall is the fault of the manufacturer and I cannot be without a car for that length of time. I was told that giving a loaner car for a recall was not "policy". Unacceptable!!!!!!!! I should potentially miss 2 days of work and disabled children should not receive needed medical services because Toyota refuses to take responsibility for defects in their cars by fixing it AND giving a loaner car!!! While I am generally happy with my Prius and have previously owned and been very happy with a Sienna, if this is "company policy" this car will certainly be my last Toyota!

THEY BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!! I gave $1000 deposit on a car with the dealer Michael A, On saturday morning. After the deposit went through that day we started doing all the paperwork over the phone. Between saturday and monday we exchanged over 30 phone calls. I get up monday morning to head out to them ( they are an hour and a half away) and i discover my current car had two flats. I called to them them i was arranging a ride but would still be there for my car! Michael kept calling to make sure i wasn't bailing. I get there monday evening and they SOLD MY CAR!!! Better yet, they sold it saturday night. So still after they had my deposit for it and they neglected to tell me during our 30 phone calls. Not happy with the waiting time. I arrived for a 9 am appt. and left almost at Noon. All that had to be done was to repair a leak in my tire. For that I could have gone by me where they would have repaired it and it would have cost me $15 instead and I would have been done in a half hour. You have more space to service cars but it still takes you hours for small jobs. Two and half hours to repair a tire --- ridiculous!!!!!!!. You still have to work on time schedules.

I have problems with this service department more often than not. Recently, they talked me into spending $650 on flushing the coolant system and replacing parts in it, and then they reinstalled a broken part - a T hose connector - knowing that it would result in my car breaking down again shortly after I drove it out of the shop. Ten days later I was 200 miles from home, late at night, with my car smoking and coolant spilling all over the hood. Fortunately a crew at Pep Boys worked overtime, into the night, to fix it for me. I called Advantage Toyota to complain; they acted shocked and upset and said they would get back to me, but never did, despite my reaching out to them again. This was the shoddiest service I have ever received from anyone.Last year I brought in a fairly new Sienna whose transmission blew; They repaired it well but it took more than a week because the technician had a family emergency and no one else could work on the car, so it sat idle for three days.

I brought my car for interval check up in toyota advantage last Feb 24. And had car washed after that. While i was wiping my car to dry i saw a dent on the driver's door and scratches, so i went back to Jemell and he seen the damaged. He told me to come back on wed coz they have to order the guard that was dented. I came back on Feb 26 to make sure they'll fix it. Jemell was telling me ican leave my car coz they are ready to repair it but i had to work that day and i told them i'll just come back on my off which is Mar 3 at past 7am. We waited for 2 hrs then they said the guard of the door was not delivered. We told them that Jemell had told the guard was available when i last came then why is it they're telling me it's not available? They said there was a misunderstunding. So last Mar 4 my wife received a phone call at 7am from them that the guard was not delivered yet and they promised to update us at 10am. We didn't receive any call from them after that. So we decided to go to toyota to ask them directly. The part was not delivered again they said. So they called anothet shop and they promised the repair will be done the next day. So last Mar 6 we brought our car back to toyota at past 7am. We were picked up by a personnel of Hertz and brought us to there office for car rental. They shouldered the car rental. When I saw my car, the door was slightly deformed. It's not the same with the other door. I told that to the service manager but he said he cant notice it. But it's obvious. I was not satisfied with the repair. I came to Toyota just for a check up. You know i love my car. I make sure to park it in safe place. I wipe it everyday so i know there's no scratches on it. I know my car will be safe coz it's toyota but look at what they did to my car plus the troubles I've been thru. I have to come back several times like i have to beg but in fact it's toyota's failt. I'm very frustrated! Please do something! Help me please.

My wife and I were very pleased and impressed with our salesman, Marty Goldberg. He definitely does not fit your typical car salesman stereotype of being pushy and just wanting to "close a deal". Marty was very friendly and honest and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. He's a true gentleman, mentch, and a real pleasure to work with. Shana was the best from start to finish! She was very patient and knowledgeable about all of Toyota's products, cars and service. Going into most car dealerships to purchase a car, you often feel pressured or intimidated but that was definitely not the case with Shana. She made sure that you were comfortable and understood everything. She even taught me how to do financial calculations (i.e. calculating the tax information,etc.) I was definitely impressed with the service. I didnt feel rushed and she took great care of me. I would definitely recommend my friends, family, or anyone to Advantage Toyota and to Shana to purchase their car! Great service! Thanks Shana!!

Entering and first meeting were fine, however you should have a host greeting you when you enter the service area to tell you to wait and which service adviser to speak to. I was told the wait for an oil change and tire rotation would be 1 1/2 hours which I found long to begin with. 3 Hours later I am still sitting in the service center waiting. Not once had my Service Adviser come over to me to mention what was going on with my car or that it would be longer than expected. I had to hunt him down myself and ask what was going on. Finally after I spoke with him he produced my paperwork and I had to see the cashier and get my keys from the Valet. Upon entering the Service area again to find a Valet I waited and waited and waited. I saw my car sitting outside but no one was there to hand over the keys. I went outside myself and found a valet talking with his friends. Got my keys and walked to my car myself. No one came over to remove the plastic from the seat or the floor mat. Horrendous service. I see now why you give complimentary manicures. A customer will spend all afternoon there getting a simple oil change. (No I did not want a manicure). Why go to a dealership for service when you can get an oil change in 15 minutes or under. There is absolutely no reason it should take more than 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Having worked for Toyota and Lexus in the south for years in the Executive department, I am appalled at this type of customer service.

The person who took care of me was very friendly and helpful.. I cannot remember his name. My servicing was to replace one wiper and to remove a nail from my tire. The price was under $40. and only took an hour I was pleasantly surprised.

We went there because they promised the best deal and that they would take care of NYPD and Firemen. We were wrong. We went with a quote and they proceeded to say the XLE V6 at one dealer was not equivalent to the XLE V6 at their dealer and some of the standard features were not included in the other. There price $2500 more for the same car. This is a good lesson in buyer beware and that you should not trust any of the sales staff. I suggest, shop on Edmunds.com and KBB.com to find the car you want and then go to another Toyota dealer. Do not believe for one minute they will "take care of you" NYPD and Firefighters deserve better than what we got at Advantage Toyota. Do your home work and don"t fall for sales pitches.

I had never leased or bought a car on my own, but after a lot of research online, and conversations with friends, I had pretty much decided to attempt to lease a Prius c. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership mid-afternoon for information and possibly a test drive. We were greeted promptly by one salesman, who "handed us off" to another salesman - Marty Goldberg - who could have described himself as their in-house Prius enthusiast, as he was definitely that! Actually, all the folks we dealt with were friendly and helpful, and answered every question we had very satisfactorily. Eventually, I decided to go with the car we test-drove, and ended up leasing it that very same day - which was their "suggestion" - but I did not feel "pressured" into it. Our salesman stayed with us throughout, enduring a bit of "turbulence" dealing with the insurance company (not in any way the dealer's fault --- although I WOULD suggest that they should put a fax machine right at the desk where these matters are finalized!) and he stayed well past their nominal closing time to: put license plates on the car, further explain all the "bells and whistles" on the car (including sync-ing up both our phones with Bluetooth and Toyota Entune), AND riding with us to the nearest gas station to top off the tank - gratis. It turned into a much longer day than I expected, but all-in-all a very pleasant experience!

I am deeply pleased with the service i recieved. Being that this had been my first time purchasing a car i expected to be intimidated and talked over. None of that happend at advantage Toyota. From the time shana stepped over to me and introduced her self, she gave off a strong sense of concern. Not only did she make me feel comfortable she "listened" to what i wanted wether it was price range, color, and even monthly payments. She took everything i wanted and worked to the best of her ablity to grant my every wish. My 09 corolla is flawless, low milage, no damage, low payments, and drives sweet! What else could i have possibly wished for. I give Advantage Toyota five stars hands down because out of all the many dealerships I've visited searching for my dream car, it was ONLY at advantage where i felt like family, LITERALLY. Michael Abramov was very helpful. I stopped by Advantage Toyota to browse for a Corolla and he came out of nowhere to ask me if I needed help. Bottom line, Michael got me the EXACT car I wanted from another dealer in less than 4 days! since they did not have the one I wanted in stock. They gave me a juicy discount, and a fair APR. I do have to say you have to battle a little bit for the discount and low APR, but this is just business. Overall, the service was great and I am really really happy with my vehicle.

From the minute I leased the car nothing has gone right. First I was over charged,didn't get what the promised me on my trade in & the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.I call for the 1st oil change. They give me an appointment which I bring the car in to find out. I haven't reached the 5000 miles to get the oil change & they tell me come back when I reach the 5000. The next day I get a call from the Customer service rep asking me how I enjoyed my oil change!Recently I receive a recall notice on my 2012 Camary stating the air condition hose is leaking into the air bag mecamisim & needs to be fixed.I call for an appointment .They tell me sometime in Jan. I told them I'd be away & needed to come in earlier. We set it up for Dec. 24th at 7amI said fine. The whole week before I get several email reminders & 2 phone calls to confirm my appointment . At 6pm on the 23rd I get a phone call from Dan stating my appointment has been canceled because there will be no machanics working that day & to bring it in "any" other day!Now I have to scramble to change all my plans. Today I get a letter from Advantage that " being a valued customer" they want to offer me a great deal on a new car & to trade in my 2012 for no money & keep my payment the same. But I have to deal with a choice of only 3 sales people. My orignal sales rep was not included! So I guess there giving poor old Rudy the screwing also! Buy or lease another car from these clowns again? In my dreams. I'm looking for another dealer so when my lease is up I don't have to go back to Advantage to turn it back in.

My 2011 Rav4 was picked up on a flatbed due to a suspected recall issue after hearing a popping sound from REAR of the vehicle. When called by service agent, we were told that we were not part of the recall but that we had FRONT tie rod end bent DOWN into a "U" shape. My husband was told I must have hit a curb or a pothole with great force to cause that amount of damage to the tie rod and it would require a whole new steering rack as the tie rod end was supposedly all one piece. Plus they added on an alignment and brakes at a cost of $2,000! After many upsetting and argumentative phone calls with Mr. Tocante who is the general manager of Advantage Toyota...my husband was brushed off and told "Nice try buddy, but you aren't getting over on me" After going to our own mechanic for a second opinion, we were told the tie rod end could be replaced for a grand total of $152.43! Amazing, after we were told that it could not be replaced in and of itself! We've been Toyota customers since 2005 and have never had such a horrible experience with any other dealership, either for sales or service....we will NEVER return to Advantage Toyota! Which funny enough, is closer to our home than Huntington Toyota who we deal with on a regular basis for ALL our service and leases....We will stick with them from here on out!!!!!

After the poor experience I had with Five Towns Nissan, I was a bit hesitant when I walked into the Toyota dealership. Fortunately, the experience that I had was a positive one. For all of you who don't trust car salesmen or have had a bad experience at a car dealership, your search has ended, Advantage, Valley Stream is your Safe Haven. After a horrible experience with Toyota Mall in Brooklyn I went to Google and read excellent reviews about Advantage and especially Shana Harrison. It was the smartest thing my husband and I did in a long time by driving out to Valley Stream and requesting Shana. Not only is she an outstanding,courteous and professional sales women she is a very special human being. No, we're not related just grateful that we got the best possible deal on leasing a new Camry SE with all the options we wanted hassle free.. Shana's patience with all our questions when the car was delivered was phenomenal as we didn't catch on that easily to all the new advances since selling our 12 year old Camry. Shana said as long as we own our car she will always be at our service..The next morning Advantage called us to make sure we were satisfied and if not to please let them know .An hour later Shana called us personally. Everyone was courteous and friendly .A most professional and positively unusual dealership. Valley Stream stands apart from all the rest and sets a shinning example to all others. Shana we thank you for your innate kindness, superb technical knowledge and your ability to patiently relate it to others. Bernie and I hope that Advantage realizes what an important asset you are to their company. We thank you for being you.. Shana was more than professional in her presentation. She understood our concerns and difficulties and assured us that we had nothing to worry about. Took my Prius in for its 6 month/1 year service, under the warranty. Everybody was very polite. Service took a little over one hour. Waiting area is very nice. When it was done, I was presented with the paperwork, no attempt to try to sell me anything. In summary, a good experience.

There are good buying experiences, and there are great buying experiences for all of us in the consumer world, but how often would any of us rate a buying experience as excellent? Few, I'm sure.I'll ask you one beyond: How many would you rate beyond excellent, how many would you rate "Sterling"?We have one, Meri and I, and it happened at your dealership over the recent Columbus Day weekend. Though we knew rather narrowly what we were needing, it was becoming rather frustrating visiting nearby dealerships and dealing with what seemed to be disinterested sales representatives.Then we visited Advantage Toyota.We were greeted by Marty Goldberg the moment we arrived, and, we have to admit, were slightly taken aback by his demeanor. Nowhere else had we been greeted so warmly. As you might imagine, we were a bit suspicious at first, but quickly came to realize we were in the presence of a true gentleman concerned with our needs and the constraints of our budget.As we proceeded in our investigations, we realized that we were under no pressure, all of our questions were being answered, and Marty was doing everything he could to satisfy us, and we became customers, not just shoppers. We arrived seeking a 2013 Camry, and left purchasing a 2014, and realized through Marty's guidance and assurances we had made the right choice. Marty's follow through, his attention to detail is, of course, sterling.There is no one in the many years of having made major buying decisions such as this one, that has left such a pleasant impression as Marty has.Meri is very very happy with her new Camry, and we are both very happy with the buying experience provided by Marty Goldberg.We are, all of us, so often asked to rate products and experiences these days, but how often is there a checkbox that says "Excellent"? This past week, my husband and I purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius from Advantage Toyota. We had a wonderful experience with our car sales dealer, Marty Goldberg. He was extremely attentive to our specific needs and desires, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and most impressive- aimed to please us. From the very moment we met Marty, his desire to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase was clear. Any bumps we ran into through the 2- day transaction, he cleared up within moments. One of the biggest moments that confirmed that Marty was unlike any other car sales man came on the very busy Sunday (holiday weekend) morning that we went to pick up our new vehicle. We walked into Advantage and it was crowded, there were many potential sales on the floor, however, Marty gave us his 110% undivided attention from the moment we walked in until we left through the doors (which he walked us out of), two and a half hours later. We had some minor bumps picking up the car, none of which was the fault of Marty however he made certain that each of these issues was rectified in a timely manner. Overall, we would like to state that Marty is a wonderful car salesman, who treats potential buyers with respect and care. He made the often nerve wracking experience of buying a car that much pleasurable. I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Marty, as well as referring friends and family his way.

I was a very Happy customer. I went for an oil change. I came to the service department where they ask what type of services are needed, and I was greeted by Patti at Customer Service. She was sooooo nice, she asked what I had came in for and I told her, then she took me in at her desk and did the computer work order. And then we had a nice conversation. She is such a sweetheart soooo nice and understanding. I had told her I was having an Excellent day with Customer Service representatives. So I would recommend that if you stop by say Hello to Patti. My experience with Toyota Advantage was and has always been excellent! My reason for coming was for an inspection and to winterize my car. This experience surpassed all of the experiences I have had with Toyota Advantage, they even washed my car. This was a first. I bought my car from Toyota Advantage in 2005 and have always taken my car there for all of my car needs.

I brought in my Advantage purchase Prius (bought last year post-Sandy to replace my Sandy destroyed Prius) for a complimentary State inspection. Everybody was very polite, my car was washed, and I was out in a little over an hour. The customer waiting area is top rate, with free refreshments.

I had the most pleasurable experience in purchasing a brand new car with a car sales person ever! There was no pressure and she explain every option and accessorie about the car in great detail. The price was very reasonable. Shana Harrison took my family out for a test drive. My daughter drove and I sat next to her and Shana sat in the back with my wife. Upon completion of the sale, she explain slowly and carefully as to what each paper work is and what we were signing. I'm very glad I have choosen Advantage toyota as my car dealership! Needed alarm settings adjusted, a small jobs. Despite a ninety-minute wait for technicians, Patti was able to get me the attention of a technician almost immediately. Omar (whose last name I didn't get) changed the settings and carefully explained what he'd done, as well as answering my questions about aspects of the system on which the owner's manual was unclear.

Jemell explained the details of the service perfectly and answered my questions about future service needs. My wait time was reasonable, and within the estimated time frame he gave me. My car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up..an unexpected bonus! The "next service due" sticker was easily visible as a reminder. Good job, Advantage!

Every time I come for service I always have some sort of issue,. Although the intake employee was ok the people you have at the cashier desk are not very good. They cant have you pay and leave even after waiting 3 hours for your car. Always a mistake whether in addition or payment . Not sure if I would use Toyota for service again. You asked the question about recommending this service center again but you don't give the im not sure selection

This is a very well-run and comfortable dealership. Wait time was good, and the service rep took seriously my request to have service done in AM because I would be celebrating holiday and needed time to prepare. Courtesy manicure was awesome, something I'd never realized was available before probably because I usually come on different days. I look forward to being able to turn in my current Prius V early and get a new one, hopefully at an even lower lease with Leo!

I have been considering getting a car for a few months now, but have been very reluctant because I have very little knowledge in car purchasing. This was my very first time purchasing a car and I have heard many stories of car salesmen and how they try to rip you off and how vile they can be. All this changed when I walked into Advantage Toyota. They say first impressions is everything. I was very impressed by the level of service as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I met with Shana Harrison who sat down with me and explained the difference between leasing and financing, she showed me several cars that suited my needs. I have to say she was very knowledgeable and as someone who gets very bored easily, she had my full attention. I also had the opportunity to meet Liz Core, she went over all my paperwork in detail with me, she took her time and made sure I understood everything. I am happy to say I left the lot with a new car and a big smile. The level of service I experienced today was exceptional and way beyond my expectations. I wish other companies would display the same level of customer service. Thank you Advantage Toyota.

Promises,promises until theygetyour $! The lied from the biggening . Over priced they stated the buy back on lease would be $11,000 & in the paper contract it was$15,000! I told them I wanted $3,000 for my trade in & they said OK to find out later they only gave me $2500.They tell you " two year free oil changes " but you have to have 5000 miles on the 1 st change & 15,000 on the next oil change.I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone! It's a shame I love the car & will get another but not from advantage! They promise to call you back but never do.

Went in for an inspection and oil change...came out with a brake job and a license plate bulb ($35.00) $450.00 total and a severe rattle I never had before...told I could p/u keys from sales dept on Sunday...WRONG!!!

I received a call from the dealership that my car was scheduled for the 15K maintenance. We already had the NYS inspection done about 2 weeks before the call. The "maintenance due (?)" light on the dashboard had lit so my husband brought it in. THE CAR WAS ALREADY IN THE DEARSHIP with my husband when we got the call. When I informed the caller the car was already there she stopped to check and said, "yes, it's ready. When would you like to pick it up?" Exasperated, I reminder her that SHE called ME and that my husband was already there. She checked AGAIN and said, "oh, I see...the car has already left." This entire conversation was COMPLETELY POINTLESS!!! I had hoped such a fine a reputable dealership who had given me top-notch service in the past could be so incompetent!!

There are so many things to complain about at this point. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. #1 reason "Customer Service". Their isn't anyone that can imediately help you on the phone when you call customer service. Which is big. I have called the dealership on several occasions,but ended up going to the dealership to be assited. When you call are constantly being transfered to a voicemail. My smart key some how got locked in my vechile and when I called the dealership I was transfered around 3 different times. During my purchasing experience I was told you can never lock your key in your car. Never say never. Well it happened. When I called toyota, no one could tell me how toyota car/roadside assitance work. I was actually told toyota care did not cover roadside assitance it was only for "oil changes". Sure it does, its on my paper work and all over the internet. So now what ? what if my baby was in the car? I later found out(3 hours later of being locked out of my car) that toyota care has a separate #. I was never made aware of that during purchasing. Nice time to find that out. Seems like that dealership is quick to sell you a car but not that quick to help you after you purchase. I am sooooooo disappointed.

I went in yesterday to get a trade in for my chevy avalanche and was given a trade in value of 3000 and went today to finalize the deal and was given a value of 1500.I don't understand why you give false numbers in beginning .To be honest adam was a great rep but his boss was a complete Jerk .Even the evaluator is calling my truck garbage .Wtf are you serious.Adam boss tells me he is giving me the best deal and I wont be able to sell my truck outside for more then even 1500.I challenge him and say I can outside for 3000 easily and he gets upset for some reason and he starts arguing I sell 300 cars a month.Did i ask you how many you sell.I don't sell 300 cars .I am not a sales rep i am a customer.I am builder I am not a small toyota call sales men.I buy 3-4 cars a year but this is the most worst and humiliating experience I had with advantage toyota.I am a builder and a business man, but this is not how I treat my customers.Please take down the sign all customers are our guest.Next time just don't waste my time.

Patty Vaccaro introduced herself while I was in my car waiting for service team which I thought was very professional and courteous. The service team was lso very polite & professional. Ms Vaccaro answered all my questions and stressed the importance of regular maintenance even though I put on very few miles. (17600 in nearly 4 years). It did take nearly two hours for NYState Inspection & an oil change, but I'll assume it was because I was given a thorough inspection. The waiting area is very comfortable & spacious.

Came in for a routine oil and filter change but as the vehicle was being serviced, there were other items that were found to be in need of repair. Shana Harrison was friendly and patient. We came to the showroom yesterday at about 4 PM and left with a car at 9 PM, and she was either with us or working on our sale the entire time. My only dissatisfaction came as a result of my discovery this morning that the tire inflation light was on. I immediately brought the car in to the service department at Advantage in V.S. and they took care of the problem promptly even though I did not have an appt. Still, since the car had only 32 miles on it, I didn't think it would be necessary to MAKE an appt. The folks with whom I dealt were all very pleasant and solicitous. I don't know how typical this type of problem is and I hope it is not a portent of things to come. I take very good care of my cars and am religious about proper maintenance. I hope my experience as a first-time Toyota owner will be a positive one.

I went in for my 5,000 mile check and it took 2 1/2 plus hours to be done! I did have to have a nail in each tire removed and plugged and a side mirror replaced but in the process of doing so they scratched my car which wasn't noticed until I got back home & my husband saw it. When I called the dealer Jemell Braithwaitte asked me to come back! I had already sat there pushing 3 hours on the 4th of July weekend, I live in Queens and wasn't going back! I did re-book an appt. for the following Sat. 7/13 at 8am again. I had to then take a picture and send it off to Mike Rosen (his supervisor) and as of today, Monday 7-8 I still haven't even heard back from him!!! While sitting in the waiting room no one came out to tell me anything. I had to go in & ask Jemell myself what the delay was and if the mirror was even in stock. He then said, I don't know, let me go check. Seems to me that should have been one of the first things he did as far as servicing me and my car? When I finally paid and went out to get my car it was still disgustingly dirty after going through a car wash. I was told by some service guy that it's a drive through car wash and it is what it is????? I then said, how can this car be handed back to me in this condition? I had bird poop on my passenger side mirror and much other dirt all over the outside of the car. He did take it back for another washing but not very willingly. It came out somewhat better but still dirty. My husband bought an Infiniti at Legacy Infiniti up the road and I must admit that I am extremely sorry that I didn't do the same thing! My husband also had an 8AM appt. and got an inspection, new wiper blades, and his oil changed and naturally the "free" car wash which makes his car look like new! He then went to Leslie's Pool to pick up needed chemicals, stopped at Home Depot behind your store and came to see me while I was still waiting to even know what was going on with my car??? I find it frustrating the lack of consideration given to the people sitting in your waiting room. The coffee station was disgusting, not to mention one of your employees sneezed all over it! A lady in the waiting area actually complained to the manager on duty! Then when bagels finally arrived at 9AM the employees were all over them before the waiting customers. One employee actually took 2! These bagels are a nice touch but should arrive earlier for the "customers" with earlier appointments sitting there. My husband had a nice jelly donut and coffee with real milk up at Legacy Infinity. They are something I feel you guys should strive to be.

The Rav 4 was brought in for a NYS inspection, some service, and an ongoing dispute with a windshield ticking noise. To my disbelief when I looked at the car on Saturday I was stunned - there was no new inspection sticker and in fact the NYS inspection was not done. I specifically said at the beginning of the appointment that the primary purpose for the visit is for the NYS Inspection, which was going to expire on 6/30.I called the dealership on Saturday only to be told "we are running 3.5 hours behind..." I then asked for the service manager was was "with a customer". I asked that they interrupt him but they did not. I was asked to leave a message and I responded why? The service manager does not return phone calls and in fact did not return two messages I left him from a prior Friday and the following Monday to talk about the upcoming appointment and the noisy windshield.The ongoing problem with the windshield, which has existed since day one, which has a TSB, which was serviced once before, was not addressed because whoever test drove the care did not hear anything wrong. I solved the inspection issue myself by going to the Hewlett House of Tires, where I will go in the future for service. I sincerely doubt I will ever come back to Advantage Toyota for anything other than another recall notice on the car..

I was greeted on arrival at the service area. I had not wait. Service personnel looked over my car immediately indicating existing scratches and dents on my papers. I was directed to the office where my adviser was located and given the initial paperwork for my service. I had a short wait as all the advisers were busy with other customers. My adviser, Jemell Braitthwaite was friendly and personable. He reviewed my service record and advised me I had missed a service date that I could make up that visit or skip it and have the next visit, which was the last complimentary one now. He advised me what would happen according to whichever choice I made. He reviewed what was to be done on my car. I then went to the waiting area. The area was large and open. There was free coffee and some vending machines for soda and snacks as well as a TV to watch. The wait was a little longer than what Jemell had said the average wait was but still a reasonable wait. Jemell brought my papers to me and reviewed it briefly. I went to the cashier and as this was a complimentary service visit and no un-covered service was needed, there was no charge.

A bit of a delay in getting checked in. The guys who checked me in were friendly and courteous. This was my first visit to this dealership, the signs showing the entrance to the service entrance was a little confusing as the line to enter the garage was the other side from the side street.Patricia was busy at first but acknowledged me and apologized for the delay once she was ready. Other reps didn't even make eye contact. Patricia was very friendly and professional. She listened to all I asked and answered with professionalism. Once the car was ready, she went over what was done and explained what service I may need next time. No pressure from her at all.

Made an appt for service at 815am which meant nothing because it seems to be first come first served. I was coming for a 5000 mile maintenance which includesnan oil change and tire rotation. I was told by my service manager that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. To make a long story short, over 3 hours later i was told by Paul my car was ready with no attempt to explain or apologize for the absurd wait for an oil change. Needless to say I will never be going back to Advantage Toyota.

I visited Advantage Toyota on Thursday 5/30 around 7pm, my salesperson Shana Harrison was amazing along with her manager Charlie, and finance manger Tony. I had a few complications with my insurance agency but Shana was very understanding and was willing to wait for my mixup to be completed. I held them up until about 12:00am, not one time did I hear a complaint or a sigh about waiting on me. Long story short I was able to leave with my new 2013 Camry!!! Shana personally delivered the car and paperwork to my home in Eastern Suffolk at 12:30am, so that I could have the car before Friday morning. Where else would you see something like that?! The service was amazing and the establishment as a whole is an A!

I bought two cars there and this is first maintenance for my Prius. Patti took care of it quickly on Friday evening when i dropped it off, and even informed me of future maintenance that was paid for. She called me on Saturday to let me know when it was going "into maintenance", gave me an estimated time it would be ready, and called to tell me when it was done. When I came to pick it up, she explained the report, and also gave me information on my wife's car (her Corolla's first maintenance is due soon), and advice on when I could bring it in. All this information and service was given cheerfully, and courteously. I enjoyed having her as our service rep, and the service was excellent as well!! I would recommend this location for anyone owning a Toyota. Very well organized.

i went to Advantage service on tuesday may 7th; I needed to have my right side mirror replaced.I was told the part had to be ordered and that I would have to return to have the mirror installed.I returned on thursday may 9th at 9:30 AM and was quickly taken care of by Joseph Suppa.Within 2 hours the job was completeded and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work..I have been going to Toyota Advantage for service for many years and have always been very pleased withtheir staff and the overall work performed on my 2007 Toyota Camary.

Brought car into dealership to have 2 recalls addressed, rough idle, bent metal shield beneath vehicle replaced, oil change and cabin air filter. When I got the car back the front passenger wheel well shield that protects the engine compartment from debris kicked up by wheel was missing, engine still running very rough. Contacted scion customer care, the dealership and still haven't been helped. No one seems to be contacting me regarding these issues. Next step is small claims court and social media.

We recommend that everybody who wants to buy a new car while trading in an old one, go to Advantage Toyota to get prompt, professional and friendly Customer Service. We recently bought a new 2013 Toyota RAV4 from Advantage Toyota dealer. And our experience with Advantage Toyota was extraordinary. Before we came to Advantage Toyota, we shopped around, visiting two other Toyota dealers. We just wasted our time (about 2.5 hours) trying to negotiate our Toyota RAV4 2007 trade-in price without being able to make a deal. Therefore, we were satisfied when Toyota Advantage Sales Representative Mr. Willie Griszell and Manager offered us a reasonable trade-in price and didn't charge a manufacturer price for a new car (like the other dealers did). Thus, without bargaining, we made a very good deal giving us an affordable price for a model RAV4 XLE (rather than the LE we had planned to buy before based on our budget). Moreover, on the next day we received a phone call from Mr. Willie Griszell that we can pick up our new car in our desired color. We had expected to wait 2-3 days as we had been told before because the color we wanted was not in stock. Our special thanks to Sales Representative Mr. Willie Griszell who was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable . Three days later Willie Griszell even followed up with another phone call to ensure that we were satisfied and find out if we had any questions or concerns.

After receiving a Safety Recall Notice (SRS/ ECM) I scheduled an appointment on 4/4/13.At my arrival Advisor Kenya Augustin informed me they ran out of parts and advised me to return the next day after verifying with the parts & service department the part would be available. I asked if I need to schedule a 2nd appointment, she replied NO here is my business card. I informed her I will return on 4/5 at 1145, she said fine. NEVER apologized for the inconvenience! The next day at my surprise she informed me they ran out of parts AGAIN. I asked what was the point of scheduling an appointment? Why no one contacted me to cancel. She replied with an attitude the list I can say is rude Come back another day early, nothing I can do, you heard it they dont have the part. I was in shock. Does she even know what customer service means? Again, not even an apology. I asked for the manager. She pointed to the back office. The manager was on the phone. I waited for a while then left. The situation seemed a little fishy so I called the next day on 4/6/13 around 10 am to verify if the part is available and was informed they ran out again. I find that to be hard to believe. I had the worst experience, ever. Their customer service is at best poor. Their facility has failed to remedy the defect within a reasonable time. At this point I am questioning their willingness to repair the defect. I would like to remind you this is a SAFETY recall. I would be seeking legal advice and submitting a complaint to the Administrator NHTSA.

My experience with the service rep, Nicole Hopson was great. She was quick and efficient and arranged for me to have a ride home because the wait was going to be long. She also sent the driver back to pick me up and had my paperwork ready upon my return. She made for a very pleasant service experience. However the showroom experience wasn't as pleasant. I wanted to see what the new Rav4 looked like o before I left, I went over to the dealer. side. I walked in to three men standing at the desk. They just looked at me and no one said hello until I did. None of them or anyone else for that matter asked if I needed help. I got in the Rav4, I looked around, got out and opened the trunk and walked around the car. During all of that and as I was leaving not one person asked if I needed help. They didn't know what I was there for. I have been unhappy with my car from the start. First it was finding out that the doors didn't auto lock and all that went on with that. I sat in service for a really long time on the promise that it could be programmed when it couldn't. When I called Toyota corporate, they weren't helpful either. Now less than a year later, there is a new model. I'm afraid to ask if those doors auto lock!

I think the level of Ms. Kenya Augustin professionalism is the reason I will purchase anther car from Toyota. When you buy a car your relationship with the salesman is very short lived. The person that you will be dealing with for the next few years is the service department they are your front line employees. They are the ones you depend on to keep your car running and in good condition. Kenya Augustin is a person I will always ask for when I service my cars.

I own a 2003 Camry. A few weeks ago, I made an appointment to have some knocking / louder than usual noises from the engine investigated. As I use the car for commuting everyday, I wanted to ensure that a potential problem didn't develop into something worse. The mechanic ran a diagnostic and examined the engine. He determined that the noises were the result of a 4 cylinder engine being a little bit noiser during some very cold weather here in the NY area. I wasn't charged anything as there turned out to be nothing wrong with the car. My dealings with this dealership have always been honest and professional. My experience has been that nothing gets repaired unless it needs to be repaired. During this last visit, both my service advisor (Kenya Augustin) and the mechanic treated me with respect and honesty. Each took time to discuss and review the determination that the car was indeed fine and didn't require any repair / maintenance at this time.

I called the service dept and spoke will Patty who set up an appoint for my vehicle oil changed. MY two year maintenance contrat had experied by two months and my mileage was less than 24<0000 miles Patty spoke with the sales manager who honored the maintence contract. While waiting at service I walk over to the sales dept inquired about new car promotions the sales team (Fernando and FRANK ) assisted me any before my oil change was completed I was in a new vehicle. Great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Shana Harrison is knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. She described our vehicle with all the bells and whistles in a concise understandable manner. We told her the amount we wanted for our trade-in and she was able to secure that and the financing that allowed us to buy our vehicle. I have bought many cars over the years and have never had such a delightful experience! There was no pressure. Everything was straight forward. When we picked up our vehicle Shana went over everything with us and even helped us set up our contacts on the blue tooth. We also ordered roof rails and needed them before our "road trip" with our new vehicle. Shana told us that she would try to get them to us as soon as possible. We had them in four days -- well in advance of our road trip. Our overall experience was excellent. There should be more salespersons like Shana! She is excellent. On another note. We first went to Millenium Toyota and had a horrible experience. "Jose" was not very helpful. We had made an appointment with him because the vehicle we wanted had come in and we were to test ride it. He was late to our appointment (about 45 minutes). While waiting for him we noticed that our vehicle was outside the dealership. When Jose finally showed up the vehicle that we wanted to test ride was no longer there. It took Jose another 10 minutes or so to tell us that it would be another 10 minutes because the vehicle had to be "dug" out of the garage. Waiting for about hour we decided to leave. The only reason we tried Advantage Toyota was because we trust the Toyota name. Any one interested in a Toytoa should go to Advantage and please ask for Shana Harrison!

I had an a servive visit schedules for my 2011 Venza on Saturday February 2 at 11:40am. I got to the dealer right on time and had to wait for an attendant in the servce bay for almost 10 minutes. Once the car was taken, I was told to wait in the service area and a customer service rep would call shortly. I wound up waiting another 30 minutes just to sit with some rep for what amounts to an oil change. Once went went through the spiel, I told the rep that I was going to go to Green Acres to kill time and let me know when the car was ready. We were hanging out for about an hour and a half when my significant other suggested we go back to the dealership. Lo and behold the car was ready...I wound up wasting 2.5 hours of my life for what amounts to an oil change. It would have been nice if someone called. Do not think I will return anytime soon.

The service rep was very courteous and friendly. She informed me that I could get a free inspection which I had been unaware of before. The only problem I have is with their promised shuttle service. While I live only 10 minutes away, I was unable to get the shuttle after waiting over an hour. I then inquired again how much longer it would be to get the ride but was told at that point that my car would be done in 1 hour more. Therefore I waited an additional hour - total wait 2 hours (which was estimated when I booked my appointment) since I realized that I might have to wait again at home for the shuttle service to bring me back. It seems that this service is very spotty at best. Maybe 1/2 the time I use this dealer it is available in a reasonable time frame. They should have some extra vehicles to offer better service to the customers.

Went to service my car and was told I had to give my car to valet and it would take about an hour. After waiting the hour the women who attended me came out and told me I was suppose to check in and that my car hasn't even been started. After trying to explain that I was never informed of this all she had to say was "I shouldve known", while the entire time eating her breakfast. The experience was very unprofessional. I called later in to find out the women's name and I was told it was either Dawn or Patty.

I have to say that I am thankful for the service I received at advantage. I recently went through hurricane sandy and it had destroyed my car and wiped out my apartment. I needed a car to replace mine and I will never doubt Toyota as a car company. Shana Harrison was very helpful and even drove me back to my house to get my plates off my old RAV 4 and got a full tank of gas for the new car. The gas was huge because of the situation with gas on Long Island after the superstorm. Thank you thank you thank you.

I purchased a 2003 Toyota Sequoia from this dealership and had a good experience. The facility was very inviting. It had lots of vehicles to look over, both in and out. Excellent ammeneties to make the buyers experience a good one. Love the Starbucks coffee. Working with Shana was very good. She was there to pick me from the train station. She kept me informed on the prgoess of my purchase which took 4 hours+ from arriving at the dealership to leaving with the vehicle. I think that time could have been shorter. This is why it was a good experince. Note:the rear liftgate window does not go down on my truck. I was told the truck was check out with Toyota's 160 point check system. I will call to have it fixed? Will update at a later time.

OMG!! This was my first time buying a car ever in my life. I knew what I wanted but needed to stay within my price range. I gave this rating because my salesperson Edwin P. was so helpful even down to finding cars for me that he felt would fit my style and my pockets. He was out sick for a few days, and still made sure I was taken care of. He gave me his cell phone # to call him if there were any changes or issues that arose during the process. The finance dept was awesome in helping get me an affordable rate for my loan. Even the guys in the service dept helped me with figuring out my features and gave me brand new floor mats for my car. At the end of the day, I drove away in my oh so sexy 2006 Lexus ES 330. Thanks!!! Loved taking the "ADVANTAGE".

I had cash and I did not want to finance or lease, and they didn't try to convince me to. They honored their internet price for the car I wanted, so I was in and out very quickly. Did math on a piece of paper to convey my idiocy for not rushing into a 5 year commitment to buy a car. I would have bought the care from Edwin, not this guy. After going to Toyota dealerships all over the island and having mediocre to terrible service, Advantage was refreshing. I called up after just leaving Millennium Toyota, who called to confirm my appointment with them and yet could not call to tell me the car I was interested in was sold, and further more offered no additional assistance after driving a half hour to them. I spoke with Chris on the phone, he was super thorough and polite and ultimately it was through him I thought it worth going there over other locations I called. He listed the years and mileage of the car I was looking for. I arrived and was introduced to Shana Harrison. I cannot express enough how helpful and honest she was. I felt really at home, we went on the test drive, of which she was very accommodating to me and my friend who accompanied me. Without her I would have been lost through the process, she was super patient and make everything go smoothly. I only marked a 4 on the price because I'm sure everyone wished they could spend a little less, but I know she made a valiant effort to meet me where I was. You can't beat leaving a dealership with a newly registered/insured car all in one sitting. Thanks again!

I went to this dealer for a used truck on the saturday before labor day, found a nice truck for sale, but it was out of certification, and I saw a few things that raised some flags (new rear axel, heavy rust under truck)so i wanted my mechanic to look it over first. Becuase of the three weekend my mechanic wasnt in until tuesday. I set up an appointment and the salesman said no problem he will personally drive it over and meet me at 9am. I took off work, went to the mechanic, but no one showed finally I have to call them and its rings and rings no one answers. Finally i get a call back at 9:30 and he says that "They lost there dealer plates over the weekend" and they were going to set it up for the next morning. I'm angry (because I took off work) and let him know. I go straight to the dealer after I hang up. I notice the salesman quickly sneak out the back door when i enter. I'm now obviously done with this dealer, so I go to the manager, and tell him that I want out of the deal (which I put $500 down for a quote as long as the mechanic gives it the go ahead)I tell him very nicely "Hey, I'm sorry, but I'm not comfortable with the deal anymore, I want out" and says "Good, because we sold it for a lot more money yesterday" of course this brings out my anger (whose wouldnt) and I tell him want the other salesman said about loosing plates, and that he never called me and that i took off work, and you sold the car without even a phone call. He didnt say sorry, nothing, didnt even care. As i'm leaving, i realize that the car is in the same spot, and a sign in the window reading "hold". whether that was a hold originally for me, for the person who "bought" it, or because they realized the car had many faults and by me bringing it to my mechanic would shine the light on how much more they had been lying to me. I know this is a long review and this is the only review i have ever written, that should tell you how angry i was, but between the lies, the not calling, selling a car that I had a deposit on, me taking off of work! I just wouldnt trust a word that comes out of a salesmans mouth.

On Saturday September 1, after visiting two other dealerships, I went to the Advantage dealership located in Green Acres, Valley Stream. I was greeted at the entrance by Mr. Edwin Peralta, who then escorted my wife and I into the showroom and showed us the Toyota Camry, the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. Mr Peralta took his time in explaining in detail what options were available and then took us to the vehicle storage area and showed us the different car colors and interiors. After my wife made our selection, we then went to negotiate price. Mr Peralta was very accommodating and we agreed upon a price that I was very happy with. Edwin acted in a very professional manner from the time we entered the showroom until we left. On August 17, 2012 I visited Advantage Toyota to find a pre-owned Highlander. Sales Associate Todd Rosenfeld demonstrated professionalism, politeness, & PATIENCE. His sincere sense of sympathy after he learned I lost my MINT 2004 Limited Highlander in a car fire after having a routine oil change by a local mechanic was evident as he kindly kept getting keys and prices for vehicles I might have been interested in. His sheer determination to help me get a great car was also evident as we scanned all the Toyota dealers via the internet and found a car in another lot. He drove the car back to VS and called me that night to come look at it. Needless to say I loved it!

So I stepped in after work and had a very nice salesman, so this is a shoutout to Michael Zeccardi for helping me through out this whole weekend of getting me what I wanted at a great price that fit right into my budget. I was stressed out trying to hunt a new car, and out of sheer luck found me what I've been hunting for 3 weeks, a toyota corolla S, and in 2009 model! Perfect for me! I came in with my Mom the other day to browse the Rav4's. We were greeted by Edwin and he took tremendous care of us. Initially, we had no intention on purchasing a car but because of Edwin's excellent customer service we are the proud owners of a brand new Toyota Rav4. Edwin not only gave a great deal, he thoroughly went over all of the functions of the car and made us feel very comfortable. I received a promotion flyer that stated if you bring someone in and they make a purchase I would receive $200. I brought two persons in to the dealership in November 2011 and they purchased vehicles over worth $40,000. When I did not receive the money promised to me I contact Mr. Patel, Sales Manager who kept making excuses. It is now April 2012. I called Mr. Patel who again started making excuses. WHen I attempted to express feeling patronized Mr. Patel asked me why I was "nickle and dime him". Not only is his response unprofessional it is a clear indicator of his unwillingness to address customer concerns. I will never recommend another person to this dealership. Once they get your money you are unimportant. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ADVANTAGE TOYOTA.

I told the saleman at this dealer up front the price I wanted for my trade and told him not to waste my time if he wouldn't meet it. Well, this guy wasted an hour of my time when he and another guy "appraised" my vehicle, then came back with a quote that was $1,000 lower than a lowball quote that I originally received (FROM A WEBSITE THAT IS A PARTNER OF THE DEALER WITH A SUPPOSED GUARANTEE FROM THE DEALER THAT IT WILL AT LEAST ACCEPT THIS MINIMUM QUOTE, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF A HIGHER QUOTE BEING OFFERED). They claim that they offer top dollar on trade-in but didn't even accept the minimum guaranteed quote I was given; surprise - THEY ARE LIARS. Do yourself a favor: dont go to these guys; they are not reputable. I wouldn't refer a monkey to them.

Do not buy from this dealer. My wife and I were looking for a certified Sienna and found what we thought was a decent deal. Instead we were unprepared for their BS hidden fees (admin and dealer prep - $749.00) When we showed up to pick up the car which is supposed to go through an &quot;Intensive 160 Point Inspection&quot; we found the vehicle in terrible shape. Connections to battery were corroded, rugs were filthy as was the rest of the car, and a broken seat belt that was rigged so we would hopefully not notice. My wife pulled at it and it came flying off. Not sure how this car even passed the New York State safety inspection never mind Toyota's Certification inspection. These were just the things that I was able to see. I am not a mechanic so imagine all the things that I could not see!! They had the audacity to try to pawn an unsafe vehicle that was going to contain my newborn twins. I find it even crazier that they barely cleaned the car for me to pick up. Imagine spending $23,000 on a car and when you pick it up there is still grass and twigs in the cargo area, filthy door jambs, and streaky windows. You would think that if they were going to sell someone a falsely &quot;certified&quot; vehicle that they would at least spend a couple of extra dollars and detail the car to cover up their lack of maintenance to the car. After Leo saw all of the issues that the service Dept. ignored he agreed to refund our $500.00 deposit. I waited two weeks and still had not received a deposit so I called to ask about it and got a run around for two days that "the office was closed" "the managers are in a meeting" "leo is busy" "leo is already on another call". They had no intention on giving me the refund back until I called repeatedly. They even told me it took so long because "Leo was on vacation". They are a bunch of liars and I would nout trust them. I have never taken the time out before to write anything like this but when you try to play me for a fool and risk the lives of my young family I will not allow it. I advise everyone to stay away from this place and if you do go here, buyer beware!!

Initially I went in based on a television add . I ended up not taking advantage of that particular offer, however Frank called me a couple days later to follow up and the rest is history. I found the trio to be very friendly and knowledgesble with excellent customer service skills. Dear Tony Oliveri, If I know anyone whos looking to buy or lease a car, I will steer them clear of any Advantage Dealership, especially Advantage Toyota! Advantage Toyota is a bad name: unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way with you guys. You guys turn rude as soon as you make your sale (such as when Joe Camilleri told my wife I didnt expect you to follow me here, when she asked him about a letter she got from her previous lease); your sales associates (such as yourself, Tony Oliveri) lie about petty things like getting me that keyless-entry remote; and last but not least, some of your sales associates (regrettably, I dont know their names, only that theyre Hispanic) are brazen enough to be so inappropriate as to be asking my wife such questions as do you like going to clubs? and do you ever go to bars around here? I will never again do any kind of business with ANY Advantage dealership. If I ever broach the subject of car dealerships with anyone I encounter, I will steer them clear of the Advantage name! Let me not forget the fact that buying a Certified Pre-Owned car from Advantage Toyota is a very bad idea: the night I bought my FJ Cruiser, I took it to the mechanic for an oil change. He found that the engine was full of gunk, the rear brake pads were completely worn down to the very metal, the air filter was pitch-black dirty, and the cabin air-filter was also pitch-black dirty. Those are all things your dealership should have noted on the quality-inspection before you certified this car. Apparently, Advantage Toyota sanctions such neglect by its mechanics. We went into this dealership to look for a new car. They had the car on a separate lot so we were told it's going to be about 25 min wait for someone to drive the car to the dealership. We ended up waiting for an hour. Frank Hussein showed up with the car, very nice sales person, took us for a short test drive and explained the features of the car. After the drive we sat down to go over the "numbers"... basically I said I already have a couple of lower numbers and if you beat it, I will sign today. Frank then proceeds to speak to his manager (Sam)... Sam then comes over and informed us that he can not match the offers and gave us his lowest offer and then states that there is a $374 "processing fee".... We knew that is basically a bogus fee for dealer to make more money. We then proceed to leave and all of the sudden Sam comes back and says he can match the lowest offer and waive the $374 fee!!! We did not like this type of business practice and so we asked for an hour to think about it. Frank took the news well but then the sales manager Sam says "whatever" in front of our faces!!! How unprofessional was that?! We were really ready to sign with Frank, but his manager Sam ruined the business and commission for Frank. Sam does not belong working as a manager, just seems like a regular no experience guy the owner found on the street to fill the seat. I feel sorry for any customer who needs to put up with his attitude and lies. I would give Frank a 4 out of 5 rating and Sam a 0.

Mr Hussain approached us shortly after we entered the show room and started looking at the cars. He was friendly and personable. He described the features of the car clearly and answered our questions fully and didn't mind repeating. He let us know what options were available and listened when we stated what preferences we had to be sure the car we bought met our needs and expectations. He offered a test drive and we were able to experience the handling characteristics and the smoothness of the ride. The dealership was clean and well lit. When we selected the car we were told of the various options service that were available and what their cost were. At no time did we feel pressured to select anything other than what we wished. The insurance and registration were arranged quickly and smoothly. We were pleased that once we selected the car we wanted and its color and features we were able to drive it home the same day. A very pleasurable experience.

We walked into Advantage Toyota on Saturday, September 3 looking for information about the RAV4. Our salesperson, Frank Hussain, went above and beyond in explaining all the particulars about the RAV4. We had certain criteria that we felt that we needed in a small SUV and every question that we had was answered and carefully explained by Frank. We spoke about the regular RAV4 and the sports model of the RAV4. We went for a test drive and we were very pleasantly surprised about the smooth ride, the storage area and especially about the lumbar support in the driver's seat.Frank handled everything - he checked in with our insurance agent, he took care of our cash payment and helped us decide on a particular security system for our car.We picked up our car today (September 7) and we are so pleased with our new "addition" to our family! James Grecco answered my questions about what was involved in buying a new car while my leased car was being serviced even though he knew I didn't have an immediate need. When I had six months to go on the lease,I shopped around and came back to Jim with what I wanted to pay for my new car. He came up with a reasonable price and I felt that even though I could have been a tougher negotiator, the deal he put together made sense. A month later I came back and purchased a second new car. I negotiated a little better and Jim Grecco put me into a leased car at the monthly payment I wanted to pay. James Grecco is a credit to Advantage Toyota and to any person he sits down with. Salesman James Greco greeted us within minutes and listened to what we had in mind to buy and helped us locate the specific vehicle we came to see and took us for a test drive. When we were not sure that this was really the vehicle we wanted, we discussed another model and he worked with us until we completed the deal. I originally leased a car with this dealership three years ago through a friend. I returned this week to discuss my end of lease options. My friend no longer worked there so I was helped my Tony Oliveri. It was quickly obvious to me that he was not knowledgeable about the vehicles that he was showing me. I was then helped by Gus who was very nice and knowledgeable. However, everything I was told by Gus about a possible lease deal on a new car was quickly rescinded by Sam- the dealer ship manager. Sam proved to be very unprofessional from the get-go but because I am a loyal person, I laughed it off and decided to go ahead with a deal on a 2011 Camry SE- which I was told on Tuesday, came equip with satellite radio. I returned to the dealership on Thursday to test drive my car and sign the papers. I noticed while driving the car that nothing happened when I pressed the button labeled "sat". I let Tony know and he said that it would work upon registering the car with XM. Several minutes after returning to the dealership Tony informed me that the car does not have satellite radio as he originally said. I waited to speak to Sam to see what he could do about the mistake and his response to me was basically that I should have known the car didn't have satellite radio. Me- "How should I have known? Your salesmen said it did" Sam- My salesmen are new- they don't know anything. Tony "We could get you into the V6 which 'I think' has satellite" Sam- "She could never afford the V6" Me- "..." Walking out the door. I quickly started calling other Toyota dealer ships- I told them exactly what happened to me. I found out that Millennium Toyota in Garden City actually owns the Advantage Toyota dealership and four other dealerships in LI (not to mention the guy on the phone was super salesy and said he needed to meet me before he could tell me the prices on the cars). So I called Westbury Toyota- the sales man on the phone was even toned and understanding. He did not sound like a predator (for once). We made a deal over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership- HE decided to do better on the deal by offering for me to have satellite radio installed for no charge and they painted the bumper on my old car for free as well.

I have recommended this dealer to many family members and friends that have purchased toyota's since I leased my first corolla in 2003. I was finally able to drive home my first Rav 4 in my choice of color since James knew I had to have blue he drove to bay shore to accomodate me, still the process seemed to go very quickly and smoothly. I went to this dealership for a second purchase in less than a year, the salesman, Xavier Ascencio was phenomenal, he was very devoted and helpful. I agreed to purchase a 2011 camry SE at a offered price of $25084. I signed the contract, the next day I picked up the vehicle, went through a lenghty process, but felt it was worth the time. Unfortunately, that evening when I got home, I got a phone call from the business manager, Mr. Samuel Rivera, who asked me to come back to the dealership to sign another contract, because the numbers on the contract are not aligned to read properly. The following day, I went in with a friend. Mr. Rivera was very pleasant at first, but got very antsy once my friend and I started asking questions. My first question was why was the bill of sale showing a lesser selling price, than what's on the contract? Mr. Rivera answered me with "It doesn't matter, the people upstairs pretyped that paper before he sat down with me to sign the contract" I told him it does matter to me, because I make a purchase, therefore I have the right to know. Without answering my first question, Mr. Rivera printed the new contract form, and asked me to sign, when I asked him to explain to me what the changes were, he told me they needed to reflect the "$500.00 Rebate" that I received. On the first contract that I signed, the selling price of the vehicle was $25084, with taxes and fees, total cash price added to $27320. I traded a vehicle for $1500, give $2000 down payment and financed the balance. When I review the contract I couldn't understand why my finance payment would remain the same if an additional $500.00 was deducted from payments made. Mr. Rivera could not explain the changes, he got upset, he even accused me of trying to get an extra money, he then left the room and came back with his supervisor. His supervisor was able to explain the changes, but not to my advantage. To balance their numbers, they have increased the price of the vehicle from $25084 to $25543, so even with the "$500.00 Rebate" deduction the balance owe did not change. And when I looked through the gloves compartment, I found the sticker showing the vehicle selling price at $25157. So what rebate or discount did I get?

I will again, come back to Advantage Toyota when I am due for an upgrade and buy again or maybe lease at that time. As for the rest of the staff, they were all kind and helpful to me. I felt like a home away from home and have not experienced this with any other dealership. I was a Jeep woman for many years and I have now experienced another world/family the Advantage family.So all in all James Grecco and Sam Rivera must stay together in perfect harmony so that I can enjoy being an Advantage Toyota customer for the rest of my life.

I walked into Advantage Toyota on impulse. I was an owner of a Prius 2004 which for the last year had been given be mechanical problems. Due to the problems with the service center I was very reluctant to buy another Toyota and most especially not this dealer.However, I was greeted at Advantage Toyota buy Mr. Rudy Walker. He was simply wonderful. He apologized for the problems I had with the service center and asked me what he could do to help. I told him that I needed two cars but could not afford to buy both. He asked me what my budget was and he managed to lease me two cars close to my budget.The test drives went ahead smoothly. He explained the financial arrangements to me very clearly. It has been over a month and I am still pleased with my experience.My RAV4 2011 and 2011 Camry (for my husband) are in perfect working order. His followup calls were also able to boost my confidence with Toyota.I will advice anyone interested in leasing or buying a new Toyota, to go to Advantage Toyota and ask for Mr. Rudy Walker.

the service reps were exceptional. I was told at Lees toyota which is a horrible dealer, that I would have to pay almost 1,000.00 dollarsfro a rear view mirror. The service rep at advantage told me that the mirror was covered by my warrenty and would cost me nothing. After transporting me back to work I missed the call to go back in the advantage van. I managed to get a ride to the dealer and arrived almost 15 minutes after closing. No problem at advantage there were two employees there who stated that they routinely stay after hours for customers who arrive late. Both we extremely kind and courteous, got my car and drove it to the pick up area and away I went. This is a great dealership!

We walked into Advantage Toyota just to look at cars. James "Jimmy" Greco greeted us right away and assisted us. We explained to him our interests and our needs. Jimmy was so down to earth. He made my husband, my 5yr old son, and me so comfortable. He was so personable. Jimmy conversed with my son about dinosaurs and about his son which is the same age (their only 5 days apart). My son actually gave Jimmy one of his dinosaurs to give to his son. I was in awe, for a 5 yr to give his toy away! That's how much of an impression Jimmy had on the entire family. He explained everything with great detail, no run around fancy salesman lingo. After three test drives and two hours later we agreed to a RAV4. We only took that long because I was so indecisive. Jimmy was so patient with us (me really). So once we finalized our decision, we had to talk $$$. We were firm on our #'s but realistic. Jimmy, Derek and Sam worked their magic and made it happen. We picked up our 20011 Limited RAV4 last night!!!! We couldn't be any more satisfied with our new car or the GREAT customer service received by James Greco. Our lease is up with HONDA in April and we are without a doubt going back to Advantage Toyota and going straight to James Greco.

On Saturday, February 19, 2011, my husband and I went to Advantage Toyota because my son, who already leases from Advantage, recommended the dealership as being very professional. We went to just look at a 2010 Corolla. We were immediately greeted by Rudolph ("Rudy") Walker who was articulate and extremely knowledgeable about the car which is refreshing and unique. He was able to answer all our questions. He was not condescending and fast talking. Rudy spoke to us earnestly and gave us a feeling of confidence. He made us feel like we were customers and deserved all his attention and honesty. Rudy was also very precise when we picked up our Corolla yesterday. He went over the entire car and was patient when we asked questions. He never made us feel rushed. We will recommend Rudy Walker wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking to lease/buy a car. Sam Rivera had all our paper ready. He was professional and exact in making the delivery easy. Our experience at Advantage Toyota exceeded all of our expectations.

My first time buying a used car. I thought I would be protected by the "Certified" medallion. However, car was delivered with non-functioning window switch, missing antenna (salesman told me that there is no antenna!), no owner's manual, only one key, no key number plate, no tire valve covers, no tonneau (I was told that this is an option, despite it being listed on the Toyota web site as standard equipment). The "numbers" guy tried to sell me an extended warranty, but was clueless as to what the included warranty is, and how I could get it in writing.I then brought the car in for the antenna, window, etc. on a Friday morning, being assured it would be done by afternoon. Nope. Then told Monday. Then Tuesday. Finally, I called Tuesday afternoon, and was told I could pick it up-FIVE days after dropping it off.In summary, I would say that I got a good deal, everybody was polite, but the service was absolutely horrendous. My friends with Toyotas can't believe the terrible service I received.

I came to Advantage Toyota with my father looking for a used toyota corolla le after being horribly mistreated at another nearby dealership. I expected the same kind of service here, but instead was given a much more pleasurable experience. Not only was Gus our salesmen extremely friendly, he was patient with the indecisiveness a 20 year old girl getting her first car can have. Color was my biggest problem, i loved the car and the price, but was unsure on the color so helped me with a pro and con list! Even after that and much discussion, i still wasn't ready to make such a big decision so soon, so he gave me twenty four hours to think about it. The fact that he didn't rush me, made me making my choice a lot easier. I felt comfortable with my decision, ecstatic to be exact while i sit here and type this knowing my car is in the driveway. I definitely would recommend this dealership despite it being quite the far drive from my house. Our finance person named James was also very friendly as well. I liked the environment of Advantage Toyota, it's definitely a place where i felt comfortable

Third time is the charm. This is the 3rd vehicle we purchased from Jimmy at Advantage within the last 6 months. This was a particularly difficult purchase for us since the first two times we bought new and knew exactly what we wanted. This time, we were looking at vehicles for our daughter for a birthday gift. Sold me a new car that was damaged during their possession and never informed me about it's history. The repair they did to it before it was sold to me was sub-par to Toyota quality and standard. Original damaged area was noticable as tiem goes by. It was too late when I found out about it through Toyota/owners.com website. They failed to respond to my inquries by e-mails or telephone calls. This dealer is beyond SHADY!Post purchase vehicle servics by them is is just as bad, long wait, little communication, rude personnel and sky high price.Buyers beware, be warned, be FAR FAR away. My father and I purchased two vehicles from Advantage Toyota within a few weeks. Juan was very informative and I was able to test drive, complete the deal and drive home with my brand new vehicle the same day. My father was able to do the same with his vehicle a few weeks later. We both traded in our old vehicle and we received a fair price for the trade-in. Optional equipment for my vehicle that were not on the new vehicle but was promised were installed a few weeks later. My recommendation is to price around and do your research. Advantage Toyota will most likely match or beat the competitors prices.

I usually avoid new car dealerships. I don't like being sold. James Greco was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, informative, knew his business, and honest. He gave me all the information I requested, and allowed me to buy, as opposed to trying to sell me the car. I drove away with a 2011 Highlander at the price I was confortable with. I would absolutley be a return customer and refer friends.

Our overall experience at Advantage Toyota was great. Our salesman, Frank Hussain, was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Our test drive was relaxing and it gave us a real feel for the car on both the parkway and local streets. We did not feel at all pressured by either Frank or Dan. Frank even programmed our cell phone into the Blue Tooth on the car, which was most appreciated. We would definitely recommend Advantage Toyota to friends and family.

Saw a 2008 Certified used Toyota Camry Hybrid on Cars.com. Called the dealership to confirm the vehicle is still available. Tabitha, who turns out to be an internet greeter, quickly asked if I'd also be interested in test driving other Camry Hybrids w/in budget. Thinking nothing of it, I said "Sure". I called ahead to save me 50 mins driving to the dealership. When I get there, meet with new person, Juan, a salesman who promptly says that the car I'm interested in is sold. When I told him that Tabitha said it's available an hour ago, he replies "I'm a straight shooter, it was sold yesterday".I later learned that bait-and-switch is a popular tactic to get people into dealerships.Juan was a good salesperson. But he didn't bother getting back to me with a counter offer after discussing it with his used car mgr who was off that day. No follow up, no purchase.Will never go there or recommend anyone again. Purchased my car from Toyota of Manhattan. See my review!

This dealer uses all the gimmicks..They sell by monthly payments and add fees at the end...so the deal you think you have is not the one they want you to sign off on..Their ratings are terrible, they also own Millenium Toyota in Hempstead which has similar dismal ratings.Once you get the deal you want and iron out the fees they will do anything to get you to take a different color than the one you have been talking about all the time. To get you to do this "they will make you color blind" as they say, by removing one of those mysterious fees..They create a percieved shortage of just the vehicle you are looking for...yet as soon as you go out and look or contact other dealers you can get exactly what you are looking for. We left a small deposit on as credit card that was supposedly fully refundable...What they don't say is when and where it is refundable..As it was put on a credit card I am unconcerned and will file a dispute, yet I feel for the people who leave a cash deposit...surely these people will never see their money back..These are the original SNAKE OIL SALESMAN OF THE OLD WEST...I would strongly advise to avoid this deaslership at all cost...I will bet that within a day or so there will be a posting appearing on this site that will show all 5's...and describing a wonderful sales experience...check back posts there always seems to be one that pops up..AVOID AVOID

Iwent to this dealer ship I had a great experience with the sale person. The sale person I dealth with was Joseph C and the finence person I dealth with was Daniel H. They didn't presure me into anything and they explain the entire process step by step. I had went to another dealership and it was a horrible experence they were presuring me to purchase a car that I didn't want or like. After comeing to advantage toyota in Lynbrook it was stress free and a good expreienc. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Was called by a jeff to come in to see a used sienna, We went in and jeff is not sales men just internet man?? why he told me to come and ask for him beyond me. Get salesmen steells me be right back disappearve tell him looking for used husband child outside need to test drive asap- lea5ves goes who know where. waited 45 minutes for them to locate a car for us to see?? get in car which was so filthy even my 4 yr old remarked on this, after test drive they could not open the doors i had to climb out front doors, steve remarked my wife woulda wigged out!! test drove 2007. We then spoke to devin who gave us quotes on both cars,which were sky high asked devin why the dirty car was so high and it wasn't even ceritfied yet. the prices were sky high and no working with them- we ended up at Huntington Toyota and had the best experoience ever and are now leasing a 2011 Sienna

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Simply walked in to look through their pre-owned inventory.Found a few interesting cars, and decided to find out more info about the car.The car that I was looking at was a Lexus RX 350.Front and rear bumpers repainted, obviously nothing mentioned on carfax.... or by the dealer.Ok, so I ask the guy... What does it cost?So he tells me that I need to come inside for that.... alright I go along with it.He starts asking me a million questions, and asking me for my personal info.I refused to give him anything besides my name and phone number.... He gets offended.He starts asking me how I would pay for the car and what is my credit history like.I tell him nothing.... so I ask him, what in the world does that have to do with how much the car costs?He cannot tell me the answer.... I get up and start leaving.... He names a ridiculous price...I am walking out.... the price drops by a grand.... I laugh and continue to walk out... the price drops even more!I honestly dont understand how dealerships such as these stay in business.....

My father and I went to purchase a new car from Advantage Toyota in Lynbrook, NY on 12/26/2009, which included the trade in of a used 1999 Nissan Quest. The terms of the deal were negotiated with a salesman and we were told that we would be purchasing a 2010 Corolla LE with Bluetooth capability for a price of $16,200. Then, after I left to attend to other business, my father was told by one of the managers that he would not be getting the car for the agreed upon price. All of the paperwork which my father had already signed was torn up in front of him and my father was ready to walk out of the dealership when they said they would sell the same car to him for an additional $374, bringing the total cost to $16,574, to which my father agreed. The salesman and manager did not tell my father that the car he was signing up to purchase did not have the Bluetooth capability, realizing that doing so could potentially ruin the deal, and instead tried to take advantage of the fact that my father did not know what the Bluetooth feature was or how to identify whether or not the car had the feature. My father purchased the car under the assumption that it had the Bluetooth capability and only realized that the car did not have the feature on Sunday 12/27/2009, when I made him aware of the fact. I went to discuss the problem directly with the dealership on Monday 12/28/2009, and after speaking with various people, including the salesman who denied any knowledge of the bait and switch, I was finally forced to talk to a manager. He denied any wrong doing on his part or any member of the staff at the dealership and told me that my father agreed to buy the car without Bluetooth. He suggested that I return later with my father to discuss exactly how the deal went down after I left, stating that it was likely that my father was confused. My father and I returned to the dealership at 5 pm and again were forced to sit down to discuss the transaction. My father had already filed a complaint directly with Toyota and they suggested that we speak with the customer services rep at the dealership. When we requested the opportunity to speak with her, we were denied by the manager and rest of the staff, who had begun to collect in a group around the area we were sitting. My father stated that the salesman did not notify him of the fact that the car we were purchasing did not have the Bluetooth capability. If he had known that the car did not come with Bluetooth, he would not have purchased the car for the price of $16,574. The manager called the salesman over and asked him if he told my father about the removal of the feature from the deal, to which he claimed that he did. My father said that was a blatant lie to which the manager responded by saying that all that could be done now is to put the Bluetooth feature in for a fee. I said that we did not want to install the feature into a car that was not originally programmed with Bluetooth, and we would either want a car with Bluetooth already installed as formerly agreed upon or cancellation of the deal and return of our van. I told him if he could not do either of those things for us, we would call our credit card company and dispute the deposit made for purchase of the car and also file a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs. To this, the manager responded by saying that my father had signed all the paperwork and there is nothing we could do about it. At that point I also stated that I would tell everyone I knew about what they had done to us and to this the manager got in my face and threatened me with his staff behind him. They told us to get out and feeling that the situation was getting out of hand, we decided to leave and take the situation up elsewhere. Upon returning home, my father called Toyota again and filed another complaint about what had just taken place at the dealership and to ask if they would be willing to help us. They said they could not and that we would have to try to find another avenue to resolve the dispute. To anyone considering doing business with these people, PLEASE BEWARE.
