My husband and I purchased a 2005 Mercedes SLK350 from Andrew Nalecz and let me tell you, there's a reason he's a Doctor! We got an education on Mercedes like nothing before, and we've owned 3! Andrew is straight up, no nonsense and to the point. Some people may take this as rude or condescending, but if you listen, you just might learn something. For once, we didn't get a car "salesman", we found a car "specialist". Within a week we got a courtesy call to follow up and ask if there were any issues, (there are none), and the assurance that if we did need anything to call AGN first. You get what you give folks, If you're honest and looking for a great deal on a great car with a dealer that actually cares, visit AGN. If you're looking for anything else, go somewhere else!

This was the BEST Car Purchase Experience I have had in 20 years. The Professionalism and car Knowledge was just enjoyable. I purchased MB E 320 DCI A GREAT Car at a Great Price. I took the car on a trip to Knoxville TN and it did more than what Andrew said it would do I am very pleased with my buying experience. I did notice the back console door didn't open Andrew was able to get open and found that a phone charger was the issue most dealers would not have taken the time after the sale was make - its another reason to buy your next car from ANG. We went to AGN after my wife checked out the dealership online. We had a credit issue in that we had a recent bankruptcy and would not be afforded credit anywhere. We were in desperate need of a vehicle and Dr. Nalecz took a chance on us despite the obvious risk. We purchased a beautifully maintained 2004 Acura MDX that was loaded for a great price. The car has been great and we just paid off the three-year note this past month. I put about 120,000 miles on the car in three years and it is still running great. This is a no-nonsense dealership and Dr. Nalecz knows his business. We were very pleased and we plan to keep the car that has nearly 250,000 miles on it for several more years.

If you know what you want and think you may have found it here ... don't bother looking elsewhere. Dr. Nalecz is very knowledgeable and very willing to help those who are ready to buy. Need an extended warranty? Only the best here. Need excellent financing with little to no credit history? Can and did do. My bank offered me what I thought was a very high interest rate ... Dr. Nalecz obtained a much better rate ... below half of what the bank offered me. With his connections I look forward to a great deal on any services I may need should I have any problems with my vehicle. Thanks Dr. Nalecz! I look forward to doing business with you again.

Before anything lets start with the owner a very very RUDE person! So I been looking for a SUV type car online now for a while & sure enough found one at this location. I drove for about 70miles just to see this vehicle & was determine it was the one to take home. But as soon as I got there & was walking around the lot for 15-20mins nobody came out to greet us so I walked into the so called lobby or offices, & sure enough the boss was the only one there. So we talked w him about the car we came to see & the first question he asked was "if we had good credit", I mean at least say HELLO. So we walked outside to look at the vehicle that we had seen online and he opened it to show us the inside. We asked to test drive it & hell broke lose after that question I made. He said "I will only let you test drive if u will buy the car", like who does that I mean I'm pretty sure everybody would like to see the inside of a house before buying it. So overall everything was bad There are a lot of dealerships around metro Atlanta so I would encourage to go somewhere else & AVIOD THIS PLACE!!

I recently bought a 2009 Mercedes E350 from the AGN Auto Gallery through the Internet. I love it very much. The car is excellent condition, no damage, look new to me as it was shown on the website. Dr. Nalecz, the owner from the AGN Auto Gallery is very honest and helpful. This is my first time purchasing car through the Internet. Dr. Nalecz sent me the pictures of the car. He also explained to me what good about this car and made me impressed about it. He helped me to get the loan for the car and arrange the shipping. It is excellent customer service of this dealer. I received my car from Atlanta to Statesboro within 48 hours from the day I obtained car loan. I really like this car. It looks new and is in good condition. I just can't believe that I bought a good car from the internet and I am even luckier that I bought my car through a good dealer. Additionally, since he has a PHD in automotive engineering, he thoroughly inspected the car for any defects. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest in teaching us the pluses and minuses of this particular automobile, as well as how to properly take care of it. I read these other negative reviews and it made me laugh seeing people giving bad reviews just because Andrew likes to explain who he is... After searching for a nice quality car for a while, I was sick and tired of dealing with salespeople thirsty for my money. It was finally nice to walk into a dealership and deal with someone so professional and knowledgeable about his lot. On top of that, Andrew also hooked us up with his mechanic's number and made us extremely happy with our purchase on the way out. Andrew is a jerk, a really obnoxiously rude scary hostile jerk. Stay away from this dealer, especially if you are a woman. When I entered the "bank", he was in his office on the other side of the building. I waited, but he didn't come out, so I walked up to the office door to introduce myself. First he acts like I've totally annoyed him when I asked to see a car. He asked when was I ready to buy it, when I responded "within a few days", he told me not to waste his time. When I responded that I hadn't even seen or drove it yet, he's told me in a barrage of nasty tone and attitude not to argue with him or wouldn't sell me the car even if I wanted it. I am woman alone in an office with a maniac, and it was scary! I walked out.

I just made my second purchase, trading in my first buy from AGN for a newer model. After shopping everything online, I returned knowing that I would not find a car of better quality or price. First time customer? I would suggest you do your shopping before you arrive, be ready to make a decision and realize that the dealership is a HOBBY, and not the livelyhood of the owner. You want an education? Dr. Nalecz is the man to give it to you. Word to the wise; he will not negotiate, so don't ask! (Remember it's a HOBBY and he's passionate about his product?) What you can expect is a quick sale, and walking away with a certified, clean, and gently-used automobile at a fair price!

I'm not from the state of Georgia but was trying to arrange the purchase of a vehicle from AGN. The owner returned my phone call and we discussed ways to accomplish the sale and purchase of the vehicle. Through this process Andrew became very arrogant, rude and disrespectful to say the least. He actually told me "if you are going to be an xxxxxxx I won't sale you my car because I don't have to sale it to you." After a very abrasive exchange of words he proceeded to tell me he is rich and doesn't have time for this type of thing. I asked rather he was in the business of selling cars or not and if he what he advertised was what he could deliver ? He said "look for a car where you live not here I don't have time for this", and hung up the phone. As much as I liked this particular vehicle the owner and his customer service or lack there of is a definite reason to just walk away.

I had the best car buying experience at AGN Auto Gallery; not only that Andrew is knowledgeable about the cars he sells, best believe you're getting a great car, he is very detailed oriented, knows all the cars and will work with anyone situation to get you moving. I was in the market for a recent model Honday Accord; I saw his listings on line and came to look at the vehicle and I was in awe, the car was in great shape, and had no issues, clean carfax,clean autocheck, one owner car and the car drives just like new. worst dealership I have ever been to immediately rude just for the fact I was a young guy looking at a z06 corvette asking how I could afford a car like that and there was no way I could finance it because his son couldn't and there is no way i'd have the credit unless I had a million dollars. its just a 40k car buddy its not a Ferrari. will never recommend to anyone just because someone is young doesn't mean they cant afford nice vehicles so they lost a sale and a pretty big one and with half the lights shut off and only 2 workers it seems like they could have used the money

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING at all costs STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this place!!!!! If I had the choice to walk or purchase a car from this place, I would probably be walking for the rest of my life. The owner, Andrew, is extremely arrogant, rude, self-observed person. Customer service? Whats that? First, hours of operation state 10AM on Saturday, even on the door. However, when we arrived, the place was just opening up, past 11:00AM. From the point we arrived there, the owner seemed to be annoyed that we were interrupting him. It looked as if we were judged by the moment we walked in that we couldn't afford one of his "luxury cars." While looking at the car, all we heard from Andrew was how he was rich, how his son drives a corvette, how he is the best in the business, HOW HE KNOWS THE FEDERAL LAW, and how he has great deals and connections with all the banks. You get the point, right? Yup, you are dealing with one of those here!!! He also proceeded to question us on our income, where we lived, our credit score, and all of the above!! I think you get the point by now! We asked to test drive the car, Andrew advised not at the moment we have to make sure we can "buy it first." He also stated he had to be with my husband in the car while he test drives it.. My husband opened the hood of the car to check everything inside and while closing it, Andrew felt the need to teach him how he should close the hood, otherwise something could break! We managed to proceed past all this, and while looking at numbers things didn't add up. Mr. Andrew stated he "got us a great deal." Sure he did a deal that would cost us $3,000 more then the price of the car, including tax, registration, etc. Advising Mr. Andrew that we were not interested, he stated we "wasted his time" in an arrogant loud tone voice. He stated that we were "stupid people" and did not deserve to be there. At this point, my husband responded to him in the same rude comment and Mr. Andrew advised us to leave immediately or he would call 911..... People in the shortest version of the story I'm warning you in the best way possible to stay away from this dealer!! I am still surprised how he is in business. With all the reviews on here, I can pretty much relate to every negative experience or comment anyone has mentioned coming from Mr. Andrew, and any good reviews are either coming from him or his family, since those are the only people "worth" working with him..... P.S Mr. Andrew you are not the only one with a degree, brains, and financial stability... While we may not flaunt it like you, many of us have it as well. Ohh and we also have class, personality, and friendliness toward everyone we come across.. Something you should consider buying with all that money you have? Ohh wait you can't buy that!! One more thing, since you like to brag about your education, consider going back to school, we're talking high school, where they teach you how to talk to people!!

This is my very first review of any item or dealership online, but I felt compelled to put my experience down. I met with Andrew Nalecz on Saturday January 4th 2014 after viewing a vehicle on Autotrader that I was interested in. I was the only customer when I arrived. Mr. Nalecz met me at the door but appeared to be in a very sour mood. He was hostile, rude and was only interested in whether I was going to buy the vehicle on that day. His attitude was very condescending and all he talked about was the quality of his cars and that if I didn't trust his judgment I could go somewhere else. He had several articles printed out referencing his work with computer software to stabilize vehicles which he kept referring me to read to ascertain that he was an expert in the auto industry. He kept asking several times whether I would need financing even when I had told him I didn't. I tried to be patient and explained to him I was serious about purchasing and he needn't treat me like someone who was there to waste his time and that his attitude was condescending. He stated to my face that he was rich, owned the place and really didn't need my business. I asked him to calm down and reiterated I was interested in looking at the vehicle. The price listed had been marked down by $500. He stated to me he would fire whoever marked down the price. On going outside to view the vehicle, his attitude was unwelcoming, he didn't want me to touch items on the dashboard saying I didn't know how to operate them and would break the them and that was the reason he didn't have salesmen; because they would allow customers to break stuff on his vehicles. When I asked if I could test drive the vehicle he said I should come back when I am ready to buy. In my opinion Mr. Nalecz has an extremely large ego, is arrogant, condescending and does not know a thing about customer service. I will not be purchasing from AGN.

I visited several dealers and they were all the same. I just wasn't comfortable with them. Dr. Andrew Nalecz (owner of AGN) didn't sell me the Mercedes, but gave me information on several different types of vehicles. He helped me choose the right car for ME. He showed me all the information on the vehicle, and explained several aspects of the Mercedes; a few I would never have found in the manual. I trust Dr. Nalecz. The price was right with a good warranty (I was interested in a warranty). He then came back with an even better warranty. He listened to what I was interested in. I bought the Mercedes and I LOVE IT! Two weeks after my purchase I went back to the dealership and asked a question. He gave me his time and went out to my car to show me the answer. I'm not sure other dealers would have given me their time after a purchase. I know I purchased the right car, at the right price and from the right dealer. AGN Auto Gallery is by far, the best used auto dealer that we have been to. Dr. Andrew Nalecz is very professional and detailed with his experience. We have been to several used car dealers and this was the only one we felt comfortable with. The 2006 Nissan Murano that we purchase was in great condition, inside and out. We highly recommend AGN Auto Gallery to anyone looking for a GREAT used car, no matter what your credit issues are he is willing to work with you. AGN Auto and Dr. Andrew Nalecz are the absolute best. My car buying experience was not only pleasant but enjoyable. The dealership is nice, clean and conveniently located. They will even extend normal business hours to accomodate their customers work schedule. Dr. Nalecz is the only Automobile Salesperson I have ever met who actually holds a Phd (doctorate) in Automotive Engineering. Not only is he highly knowledgeable about cars he actually cares about the vehicles and only stocks the best of the best. My vehicle though a model year '05 was and still is in pristine condition inside and out. All of the vehicles on his lot are that way. I highly reccommend AGN auto and Dr. Andrew Nalecz; a dealership where the only thing he cares more about than his cars are his customers!

I contacted this dealer the other day. They had a car on their lot that I have been looking for for months. The who answered the phone, I believe his name was Andrew was incredibly rude. I asked about the car and if it was still available. He then proceeded to hurry me off the phone and disregard my call. If he was this rude on the phone I can only imagine how he is in person. I will be doing buisness else where. He may be a PH.D but that does not mean that he can treat people like they do not matter. He owns a consumer run business. If you are not nice to your potential consumers how can you stay in business is my question to Dr. Nalecz.

I had a great experience with this company. I bought a great Mercedes C class that I loved, unfortunately after only a few months I was hit in the right wheel axle and the car was totaled. Since I had insurance and they sell their cars UNDER value - I received enough from the insurance company to not only pay my loan off in full, but I has enough left over to put a down payment on my new car - a Mercedes C class. I was in my new car with in 1 week of the accident. The owner likes to deal with serious car buyers, who have the money they need and act responsibly since often times they use his credit to make the purchase. All in all a very good buying experience. BTW, the new car runs like a top!

Could not believe the arrogance of the owner. Just came to check out a car and got derailed by MIT Arrogance and self-importance. Didn't know exactly what I wanted to buy and felt extremely un-welcomed by the owner. Would never buy from this person, he may know his cars but he needs to work on people skills. If you are looking for a typical salesman and dealership who will promise you the world and make you feel warm and fuzzy - AGN is not for you. As a native New Yorker I can tell you we are known as straight shooters and appreciate others who are. This is what you will get with Dr. Andrew Nalecz (dealership owner). He is extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics and the make-up of all vehicles - not just what you are interested in. It is such a different process from having a salesman who barely knows how to open the trunk of a BMW X5 to Dr. Andre who can tell you how the trunk and everything about the X5 was designed. His lot does not have junk cars but clean luxury vehicles that he can speak intelligently about. Underneath his exterior is a passionate car enthusiast who has actually written books, taught, and consulted for Car manufacturers. You notice my title states Client vs. customer. Customers you only see once. A client you develop a relationship with. We plan on buying our daughter's car from AGN and recommending AGN to anyone in the market for one. I am extremely pleased with my vehicle and the assistance we received in purchasing it.

Customarily, I give minimal credence to an individual (single) review; instead, I look for negative or positive trends as an indicator of customer experience- with full understanding that the written review is only half the story! Recently, I was in the market for a white, 2004 Acura TL. After feverishly searching the web, and visiting several dealerships, I proud to say I found exactly what I was looking for at AGN Auto Gallery. In the spirit of full disclosure, I am a car fanatic! I currently own Acura, Lexus and Mercedes Benz vehicles. I will not purchase a vehicle unless its engine, interior and body are in pristine condition. My experience with Dr. Andrew Nalecz (dealership owner) was both personable and refreshingly educational! Andrew was transparent throughout the entire process. Before I purchased the vehicle, he showed me vehicle reports that reflected the most recent test and inspections done to my new vehicle. He welcomed questions and graciously allowed me to test drive the vehicle. Andrew even suggested a route that would allow me to experience the vehicle optimal handling and engine performance. Upon my return to the dealership, Andrew thoroughly explained the purchasing process and reassured his authenticity by speaking to my credit union representative (by telephone) to clarify specifics about the vehicle. Again, I have NEVER written a customer review! I was compelled to break tradition and go on record offering my humble opinion that Andrew is grossly misunderstood and misrepresented by some reviewers. (Granted seemingly bad experiences surface occasionally. Wee all imperfect beings) Most important here, I don want anyone to forfeit an opportunity to be properly educated about luxury vehicles! If you could see through Andrew heart- pretty sure you find a passion for people and quality vehicles. If given the choice of purchasing a dependable vehicle from a misunderstood car aficionado or purchasing a lemon from a touchy-feely fraud, the misunderstood caraficionado will get my business every time! If youe contemplating giving AGN Auto Gallery a chance to earn your businessfor what it worththe next time I in the market for a vehicle, my search will begin and hopefully end with Andrew and AGN Auto Gallery! Stopped by to see a car I found online - was the only customer there. The owner immediately acted annoyed that someone had stopped by and was interrupting whatever he was doing. The discussion that followed proved him to be one of the most arrogant and disrespectful people I have ever met. You want to see the car? Better have your checkbook out. Test drive? I don't think so. If you visit this place, be prepared to bow before this man's inflated ego.FYI, Andrew - you're not the only one with a Ph.D. in engineering, I have one too. But trust me folks, no Ph.D. needed to see through this guy's scam artistry and B.S.

This was my first time buying a luxury car and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Andrew was very honest with me and not once did I ever felt pressured. He asked all of the right questions to make sure I was making the best selection for me. The entire experience was all about ME! It was a true first class experience. He also has a great personality - I did a lot of smiling and laughing. I LOVE MY BENZ!!!!

This was a very bad dealership.I am a 63 year old and own multiple businesses. I own a computer software company with sales of over 5 million per year, real estate rentals of ~8k month and I also own several fast food restaurants. The only reason I am mentioning this is to show that I am not a flake like Andrew. He has no customer service. He wanted to know all our personal information. He was way to bostfull for me. He said our insurance company was only for people that only had liability insurance. He was full of it. We were going to pay cash. He only talked about how good he was and all his inventions. He put us down the whole time. The car was advertised as having no paint work or accidents. The car had multiple areas of paint work. One area was just spray pained on the bumber. Under the hood were acorns that had been eaten by an animal. The car was advertised as having 1,500 miles less than when we arrived. The car was cleaned nicely, but I saw grim and gunk on the grill , it looked like this car may have been in a flood but I do not know. This is a dealership you should stay away from I should have read the reviews first. It looks funny to me to see some are ratings at 5s and the others rated at 1shum maybe planted??? Just saying... Even if I liked the car I would not have done business with him....the car was S500

I typically don't write reviews BUT the owner, Dr Nalecz, was extremely rude, arrogant and annoying. I was there all of two minutes when all the sudden he starts pissing me off with his insulting comments. First, he looked at me as if I couldn't afford one of his "luxury" cars and then proceeded to question why I was there, how much money I made, what my beacon score was, blah blah blah. He would not even give me the price of a single car until I answered those questions. How humiliating! Basically, he said that if I couldn't afford it to don't waste his time even looking at them! What kind of dealership does that? As much as he knows, I could've been searching for a car for a relative or friend! Not sure how/why he's still in business, but I'm sure those who buy from him are just as arrogant, snobby and egotistical!

Was looking at a 2002 lexus sc430. The owner Andrew Nalecz said the car had never been in an accident. He lied. I pulled the Autocheck report the night before and it was in an accident.He tried to clean it up by saying you couldn't tell. Well I could.He also said he was selling the car for only 1k more than he paid for it. He lied again.I have access to Manheim the largest dealer only auction and I found out he was trying to sell the car for 5k more then he paid for it. He was also very rude repeatedly wanted to know how much I would pay before I looked at the car. Go here if you wanna be scammed. The poster who wrote how intelligent you must be to buy a car hear was clearly Andrew. Smells of Narcissisim.

AGN Auto Gallery is the only place I will buy a car. I know that their cars are in the most pristine condition and have not been wrecked. A fact that very few dealerships can promise you. Andrew is a very intelligent man. He only deals with intelligent people. If you aren't, don't even bother stopping by. I think many of the people that have reviewed here don't realize that Andrew tells it how it is. He is upfront, honest, and a no-nonsense guy. He does not try and tell you what you want to hear in order to sell you a car like most other dealerships only to have it break down a few months later. When I buy a car from AGN I know every detail about the car I am buying. He even brought out a paint meter (to see if it has been painted after a wreck) to prove it. Every car was flawless. I love to see that at CarMax which I'm sure is where most of the negative posters buy there cars. Andrew saved me and my family thousands of dollars. If you are intelligent and looking to buy a quality car, AGN is the place. Andrew does not fool around. He is there to sell you great, luxury automobiles at a reasonable price. Walking out after a purchase, I know that I have a quality car. I couldn't have had a better experience. I am looking to buy two other cars and the only dealership I will go is to AGN Auto Gallery.

I've just purchased a beautiful E350 Mercedes from Andrew at AGN Auto Gallery! Wow. I got an unbelievable price and everything Andrew told me checked out perfectly on car fax!Here's what I got: Expert knowledge,service,a low mileage car only 3 years old and right off lease, a 48 month extended warranty. The car has the original paint and hasn't been wrecked. I had the best car buying experience of my life. Andrew made certain that I knew that he was a professional in the automotive industry which gave me total piece of mind. Knowing his credentials made it even easier for me to decide on a Mercedes. He only purchases quality cars to re sell and wouldn't sell anything to anyone that he wouldn't personally drive. The ultimate peace of mind for me to be able to purchase from someone who I can trust and who understands my wants, needs, and desires. I have to laught at the negative reviews on this site. They are all unwarranted. Andrew is from Poland and speaks with an accent. So what? That has no bearing on how he conducts business. I will tell you that Andrew doesn't put up with any nonsense. He believes that when you walk onto his property that you are there to purchase a quality automobile from a reputable dealer. If you have bad credit and a bad attitude, and you're just on the lot to jerk Andrew around then you get the behaviour you ask for.Don't wast the man's time. If you are a deadbeat he can spot you from miles around. He's street smart and wise beyond his years. So when you read the negative comments please keep in mind they are from immature young males in their mid to early 20's who are just trying to "play" Andrew. No money, no brains, and no life. I will never purchase a new car again. I've owned 20 automobiles and they've all been new purchases. Never again. Every car I buy untill the day I day will be from AGN Auto Gallery.They are with you every step of the way. Before the sale, during the sale and yes, after the sale too! Treat Andrew as the professional he is, and he will treat you the same way. Hey, he's fortunate that he owns his own company and can say what he wants when he wants. I was in the market for a G35 sedan when I came across one online at AGN Auto Gallery. I had been to many dealerships and looked at dozens of cars! I am a very picky person so I knew what I wanted and was patient enough to find it. Upon arriving at AGN I was very surprised to find exactly what I wanted and in really nice shape. I then met Andrew G. Nalecz Ph.D., or just Andrew for short. He is about as different as can be for car salesmen. He will tell you like it is and not like you want it...his motto is no bsing here! And he means it. He doesn't sell "perfect" cars because there is no such thing! He sells extremely nice previously owned cars. I purchased a 2004 Infiniti G35 and it was the best car buying experience ever! I will be returning to buy another car from him in the future. If you are tired of used junk and bsing sales people, give Andew a try. Every customer of his is 100% happy because he shoots straight and expects the same from his customers, a mutual respect is what I call it. Thanx for the great experience, Bob

Let me start by saying that I normally look for reasons to give good reviews. However, this was by far the worst auto dealer experience I have ever had in my life. My first clue that we should never have stopped by was the way the owner, "Andrew" arrogantly yelled on the phone when I was asking for directions. As soon as we pulled into this old run down bank made into a "luxury" car lot we knew we had made a mistake. But we figured we could at least give this place a try since we made the drive.Once inside we met Andrew, who immediately started bragging about his technological achievements, patents, and work at MIT. I wish I could properly convey his arrogance, rude behavior, lack of customer service, and offensive tone. I know these seem like personal attacks but I want you to understand what you can expect when dealing with the "owner." Once he finally stopped talking about himself we were able to ask him about the car we were looking at. He went and grabbed some keys and we started out on through the lot towards the car. Before we even got to the car he started on again about how he only carries the best "luxury" cars and all prices are non negotiable. Once we got to the car, he opened the door and a large amount of water spilled out onto the ground. The car appeared to be clean but reeked of mildew....he then insisted several times that the car had no water inside. When we opened the passenger door a large amount of water poured out of that side as well. Looking over at another similar car we liked, I told him that if we can agree on the numbers (our trade in and the car he was selling) that we would like to have it inspected by our family mechanic. He arrogantly squawked at my request and said that there was no need to have it inspected because he only carries the best "luxury" cars. However, he did say that my mechanic could come to his lot to do the inspection. He then proceeded to argue with me about the need for an inspection. Thinking that it could not get any worse, I mentioned our trade in and he walked away grumbling something about wasting time and the other cars he was delivering today. I decided then that there was no way I would ever give this man the satisfaction of selling a car to me. I told him that we just decided that we're going to go buy a car from somewhere else. To my surprise he acted like he was offended at our decision and then he walked over and got in my face. I told him that his customer service was horrible and that he was not willing to work with us on anything we asked. He then said something about 200 perfect reviews on his website, wasting his time and kicking a jerk off his lot. I honestly began to laugh out loud at his childish actions and thought it was best to walk away before he blew a gasket. I turned around, got in my car, and drove off in disbelief of what had just happened. I hope that my review will keep someone else from having this same horrible experience. Please consider what it will be like if you ever have to work with Andrew on a warranty issue, lemon law case, or mechanical problems involving a car you purchased from him.

We purchased a CLK350 Mercedes from AGN in May of 2011. An automotive engineer by profession, we found Andrew to be very knowledgeable and personable. His customer service was top notch! He arranged our financing, and everything he promised he delivered. From our first conversation, we were very comfortable working with Andrew. Another very important aspect of a customer's experience is service after the sale. Andrew has been very helpful with any questions we have had and was instrumental in assisting us with the purchase of additional accessories for our vehicle. Whenever we are in the market for a quality luxury car, Andrew will be our first call! Thank you Andrew for a wonderful experience!

I am very thankful for the reviews that have been provided and have decided not to purchase a car from this dealer. I have a very close friend of mine that purchased a car from this dealer for his wife some years ago. I contacted my friend regarding the bad reviews and he said that he is not surprised by the reviews due to the owner's arrogance. My friend has a "Jesus" typer personality and can get past most things when it comes to people. I don't have that personality type and feel as though if I am spending money in your establishment that I should be treated like a queen. So again, thank you to all who spent time providing your reviews and thankful to my friend who provided me with his take on things as well.Best of success to the dealer as I have been looking at his current inventory and see his selections are nearly as plush as they used to be.

I'll start this off with some hard facts. I'm 22, I showed up at his dealership driving a fairly flashy BMW, and I was well prepared to buy the car I was coming to look at.I seem to have had a similar experience compared to other's who have posted reviews here. I was written off even before I arrived at the dealership. I called ahead to inquire, and as soon as he heard my voice, he decided I couldn't afford/didn't deserve the cars on his lot and wasn't worth his time. I had previously had a fair amount of e-mail conversation with him, but that was tossed out the window immediately.I still made the drive down there (because unfortunately I'm looking for a very specific model/year, and he happens to have one of only a handful currently up for sale in comparable condition in the country). Upon arrival, he wouldn't even acknowledge me, despite the fact that he only had one other customer on the lot (who was on the phone at the time).After being ignored for a good fifteen minutes, I left to look elsewhere and put in inquiries at other dealers.I returned, my second trip. This time, he spoke to me, however he refused to unlock the car so I could inspect the interior, or give me so much as the time of day. He told me to come back later (take note that I had already been and come back later).On my third and final visit, he started off with apology, however everything quickly degraded as he spoke continuously - he went back and forth between insulting me, insulting his other customers, insulting other dealerships, boasting about his engineering expertise, and continually telling me I needed to make a deal with him/I was wasting his time/etc.On top of all that, he had the audacity to go fairly significantly up from the listed asking price - about 8 percent (up, not down, and his price was, he said, very non-negotiable). Now, I won't claim to be an expert, but an asking price is something you work down from, not up - and even if it is set, it's pretty unethical to increase it anyway.At the end of the day, I don't recommend this dealer to anyone. The owner is arrogant and difficult if not impossible to deal with, in my dealings-so-far, he's shown himself to be unethical - he just isn't the kind of person cut out to sell cars.

The owner wrote me this when I asked him why his cars on the lot are driven daily by his 17 year old son, who is very rough on them.I wouldn't sell you this Nismo in first place, I do not deal with your level of customers, go back and get some schooling!!! Nothing will help your intelligence, you can't learn it or buy!!!! I chose my customers but you never be one of them, I don't tolerate this level of customers.....I am in a luxury of doing this, but not you!!Have you had more brain you could afford much better and much more expensive car and not try to buy car that my kids are already tired off!!!!!

First of all, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a high end automobile. He is not the typical salesman or dealer. He will not sugar coat the sale and tell you 'what you want to hear'. He is passionate about automobiles. He has extraordinary knowledge of the mechanics and workings of cars. The car you purchase you can rest assured will be a quality car and in the shape he represents. I bought a CLK55 AMG Mercedes and I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!He can also provide the buyer with an extended warranty. He doesn't try to sell you the most expensive warranty, but only the one which best fits your needs. Thanks Andrew.

Just as other stated, Andrew the owner was very disrespectful, so much to the point that my girlfriend left and went and got in the car. He downed all other highline dealerships in the Marietta area, such as Malones Auto, Atlanta Auto brokers, etc. and said that they sold junk cars. I tried to defend both dealers as I have bought cars from both and had great experiences, but he continued to bash both. The car I went to look at a black 2003 Mercedes SL500, I had watched on his website for at least 10 mos, but he denied that that was the same car, despite the fact that I had written down the vin # and it matched the same car on the lot. The car was a nice car, but it had been sitting so long that the rear tire was almost flat. Andrew the owner said that the car had not been driven for at least 4 days..hummm! He said that he would get the car wached and detailed, if I gave him a $2,000.00 deposit. He also said he would not discount the car one dime. Lastly, I offered my name and contact info and he said he did not need it, due to the fact he was very busy, but we were the only customers at his former bank converted into a car dealership.In closing, stay farrrrrr away from this place and this guy!!!

I have to agree with the previous review. The owner approaches the customer (you) as the enemy. He seems to not like Americans, customers, or just people who aren't as "skilled and intelligent as he" (he made comments about all three). Yikes. this guys spent 10 minutes not letting me ask a question, while he told me about his engineering expertise. He was rude, in your face, and insulting. When I asked about taking the car for a test drive he told me not to waste his time unless I'm really serious (I had the check with me to spend that day), and he wanted a $2,000 deposit to just take the car for a ride. Screw him. There are other lots, with nicer people and a multitude of cars out there. I've already found another guy who will gladly, smilingly take my money. I don't care how many degrees he has in engineering, he still doesn't get what it takes to sell or to run a business. Silly Euro.

Owner of dealership that speaks w/ a forgein accent was very rude,disrespectful and degrading to women. A person comes to your lot to buy a car and gets treated in very bad taste....what stupid at*!+ would do this besides this man. I would never recommened this USED CAR salesman to anyone.
