***Update: The Service department is HORRIBLE! My A/C went out which the part is covered under warranty and I drove very far to get it checked out. Barely had the car 6 months. Was told over 3 weeks ago now that the part would be in, in a few days and would take a few days to repair. Now no one will answer my calls or call me back and I have to drive around in the blistering heat with 4 children and no A/C! I guess after they get your business and money they no longer care about you! Highly recommend! I just purchased my new vehicle from here and Christian was amazing during the whole process. We had a two door car and needed something bigger for our family. He worked super hard to get me approved and in the vehicle I really WANTED! My finance guy, Dale was awesome as well. Overall great experience! Update

I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie here, and I had a great experience! I got a lot more truck than I was expecting for my money, and made a really good deal. I had been car shopping since 8:00 A.M., when I finally got to this dealership at about 4:00 P.M. It didn't take me long to figure out that I wasn't going to have to shop around any more. You can tell from the staff, and the showroom that some really passionate gear heads dwell there. The salesperson who worked with me was incredibly knowledgeable about the options available, and even had a mental inventory of everything that was in stock that might fit my needs. It was a tough negotiation, but the people involved pulled out all the stops to get me the most for my money. I highly recommend this location if you are seriously in the market for a new Dodge RAM pickup. If you aren't in the market for a Dodge RAM pickup, you should be. They are really nice.

I loathe car shopping, truly despise it, but didn’t want to try the whole we deliver online stuff. I’d been to at least 5 different dealers and it’s was just awful. I was referred here by a coworker and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V from Joe Szydlowski and I was impressed from the start! Joe made the entire experience fun, educational, and never once did I feel he was trying to “sell me”, he listened to what I was looking for and didn’t waste my time showing me anything I wasn’t interested in or vehicles out of my budget. I really feel he genuinely cared about me and not a sale. He’s also got amazing desk neighbors, Adam and Erica, they both were so friendly and had such wonderful personalities. I also had the pleasure of working closely with Ray Ray and Dale to ensure I got the best deal, lender and rate. I felt like I was with old friends, and ended up trading stories and enjoyed laughs while going through the mundane task of paperwork. I had the unique opportunity to lease a new Pacifica two weeks ago. My wife has been wanting it for quite a while but we were still stuck in another lease for another 3 months. She absolutely hates negotiating, especially for cars. This is where Ronald comes in. I met him on a Wednesday and told him that I wanted to work a deal and get a final number to tell my wife, so she could give her approval and then just come down and test drive it. I got a lot of information from him on Wednesday and on Friday, I was back in the morning with our leased GMC Acadia, to hopefully get the numbers where we needed them to be. The discussions went through lunch time, since it was a unique deal, with us still having 3 months on a lease and a special they were running. Since it was lunch time, Ron split his lunch with me without even asking. He listened to each and every concern, question and request. Then he put my mind and my wife's mind at ease. We were able to get to a number for a lease for the exact model we wanted as well. It was a little time consuming, but what car buying experience isn't? I still needed my wife to come down and drive it for final approval, but I had to leave for 2 hours and come back due to a work related issue. They held the vehicle and the deal in place. My wife came with our kids and drove it with Ronald. She told me that he was very kind and considerate. She gave the approval and took the kids home. The financing part was the fastest I have ever done. At the end, I still needed to drop off my wife's Acadia to the GMC dealership. Ronald was there again. He followed me in our new Acadia to the dealership and waited 20 minutes for me to finish the paperwork and then we drove back to Airpark. It was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but Ronald in particular.

When beginning my car buying process, I was dealing with a salesman named Chris, who turned out to be extremely unprofessional and rude. He hung up on me when I told him that I would not be financing through the dealership. But once I arrived I met Dennis, another salesman, who was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. If it wasn't for him, I would not have given the dealership another thought, and would have taken my business elsewhere. Dennis was great and straightforward. Then once I picked a car and began signing all the paperwork with Rick, the finance guy, I was even more impressed. He was very personable and professional. I will be driving back to the dealership (from California to Arizona....5 1/2hrs) when I purchase my next Jeep!

I took my 2008 Town & Country in for an oil change and a transmission oil change and flush. After completing the premium multi point inspection, Lissa Madison, the service advisor, reported to me that a front alignment needed to be performed for an additional fee. After authorizing the work, I was told that the alignment machine indicated that repairs were not required and that the inspection equipment must have been faulty which saved me approximately $200 in unnecessary repairs. What a refreshing change from the past reputation of many auto repair shops. The trust of your repair organization is the most important factor in choosing a dealership.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude from Ed Kulas. From the initial contact Ed was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, he even helped me decide which model to purchase! I visited several other dealerships and was immediately turned off by how unfriendly people were. When I walked into Airpark this was not the case. The actual car buying process only took about two hours, which is probably the quickest auto transaction I've ever experienced! Ed was more than willing to work with me on my trade-in to get the deal I needed to make it work. Once the vehicle was selected he did all the paperwork, had the car tinted, and took care of everything else so that when I arrived the car was ready to go! I would highly recommend working with Ed for all your future car buying needs!

Airpark claimed to have performed a service on My truck that according to another dealer I finally took it to, said he could not see any evidence that service was performed. No proof from looking at it. On top of that they charged me close to twice as much as another dealer would have. AirPark has continuously provided, or better yet, not provided services they claimed to have performed. I took the truck back to them four times for the same problem before it was actually was fixed. And they claim they have a Master Technician with 26 years of experience. They supposedly changed the engine oil, which upon investigation was way over the maximum threshold of oil level suggested by the manufacturer. You decide if you want to take your car/truck to AirPark.

He was extremely personable and worked with me to get a fair market price for a renegade. It was a joy to work with him. I would rate him a 10 out of 10. Scheduled on the phone with Melina. Fast and easy. She told me my service rep would be Seth. Nice to know in advance. Was there really early but they took me right in There were a lot of cars checking in. This place is busy! Seth was absolutely great! Was only in for a recall. He checked and found a couple of other recall issues he wanted to check/fix too He set me up with a courtesy driver and I waited in a pleasant lounge until it was time to go. Upon contact with this dealership, I was surprised at the combative nature of the person that contacted me. After we discussed price in which they insisted on up selling me on paint protection (in case a bird poops on vehicle and ruins the paint ) they also wanted me to use their GAP insurance because the one my insurance company offered was no good. I suggested that if they had a vehicle similar to the one I was looking at with more miles and priced lower please contact me. The response was that I didn't know what I was talking about and that they were only concerned with the payment amount, not the total price of vehicle.

I purchased my 2nd new vehicle in 18 months, a Ram 1500, from Airpark because my first experience went so well. This 2nd purchase was a longer process because of additional items I wanted installed. Some I bought and some were part of the sale agreement. I also had a problem with the radio which ended up being replaced at no cost. All the people from Ben in sales to several in the service area including Joe and Doyle who I worked with were great and understanding of my concerns. I will go to Airpark for my next new or used vehicle.

I went in to Airpark last week to take a look at a new Ram 1500. Salesman Mark was friendly and helpful and when I told him I was not looking to purchase immediately, he was respectful and not too pushy. However the sales manager David appeared and would not take no for an answer, I almost had to get up and leave in the middle of a sentence just to get away from him. I made the mistake of giving my actual phone number for the test drive, and David has been hounding me ever since. I told them if I liked the truck I would come back and buy when it was convenient for me. Well I loved the truck and will be buying one from a different dealer in town. I am very disappointed by the overly aggressive sales team here.

The overall experience was excellent. We had been searching for a car for about 6 months, so we visited a lot of dealerships and walked away from all but Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. At Airpark, we worked primarily with Ed Kulas, who helped us find the car we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. Had a wonderful experience purchasing a late-model used Chevy Equinox this morning at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep! Husband had looked at and drove a couple cars day before, and we came in this morning on New Years Day and I drove two, and picked the same one he liked. Peter Scheren and Shawn Gilliland took care of us and they were both very patient with me as I wanted to test one with a manual - and was pretty pokey and unsure of myself since it had been many years since I'd driven a stick shift. (Ended up taking the one with the automatic.) They were so helpful and efficient - had our paperwork done and we were out of there by lunch time with payments we liked. Shawn synced up my iPhone for me and I was already answering calls on the way home. Great experience. We'll be bringing our "new" Equinox to Airpark for regular service because everybody at the dealership was so friendly - they seem like they really want to make your day go well. Would recommend these guys and this dealership for anyone looking for a car!

This place really is hit and miss with the customer service. My dealing was with the internet/fleet team. The sales guy Ian and Shawn were great and very helpful. Finance guys were very helpful. We purchased a vehicle new off the lot. We were looking for something specific and the sales guys found it for us. We did the paperwork and took possession of the Jeep. It's then we noticed it had a front license plate which was screwed in 6 places making 6 holes when you remove. I went back the next day to see if they had some bumper plugs. I talked to the fleet manager Brandon who basically treated me like I he had some place better to be. Apparently in the mid-west they all have license plates so I should just deal with it. Ian showed up and promptly gave me 6 bumper plugs. Problem easily solved. Then we noticed that the Jeep was missing parts. A call to Ian and no problem, he would fix it. Of course we still don't have all the things that should have come with the vehicle. There's no checklist of things to do when they give you the car. They just say adios. Then we decided to order rock rails from parts. Al from parts charged my card for the rails and install in advance. Two days he said, we will call to confirm. Nobody called. A few days later I called parts and a new guy said 5-7 days. A week later no parts. Called back - it will be two weeks. Two weeks later - it will be two months. It's like these guy just click buy in the computer and take your cash. They won't let us just order with a deposit or call when the parts are in - we had to cancel the order. 100% money up front and we have no idea when you will get your stuff. Great policy. Then we needed some service to be completed with the new vehicle. We contacted service and made an appointment with Bethanne. As part of our new car purchase we get free rental. To confirm, we called Bethanne and left a message. 3pm she still hadn't returned our call. We called back. Rose said "oh she just went into her office let me transfer you". Sure enough voice mail. We called back and this time Rose put us through. Nope you don't get a loaner or rental. In the end it turned out we did. Mark in finance helped us. Bethanne apparently had something better to do than to check for us. We waited for our license plate in the mail. 2 weeks after the expiration we contacted the dealer. Of course there was some snafu. Another week later we had to go to the dealer to pick up the plates. Unbelievable.

From the agreed on price with sales person the numbers where changed in Finance. We agreed on the $500 above invoice and the my traded in value. They changed the $500 above dealers invoice to null MSRP. I tried to make it right by going back to buy another vehicle but could not agree on a price. I went to another dealer and they beat Airpark by $1500 and mine extended warranty was half the cost of Airport. The transaction was about 1/3 of Airpark. I will never go back there ever.

My wife and I did the dickering over the internet and phone for a 2014 Grand Caravan 30th Anniversary SE with Airpark salesman Shawn Gilleland. We live 6 hours away from Scottsdale so we didn't know if everything would work out they way we had discussed or not.It was better than we could have expected. The numbers were right on from earlier discussions and the process was "smooth sailing". Shawn knows people and is an expert on vehicles. The paperwork process was seamless and we got a great deal on a 75,000 mile maintenance agreement. It was not a "rip-off" deal. I live in Tucson AZ while trying to purchase a vehicle here in Tucson I found every dealer to be obnoxious annoying as they try to shut a vehicle down your throat regardless of what you actually wanted just worried about making a sale and most of them didn't even know anything about the vehicle they were trying to sell. A few months ago, my wife and I purchased a Chrysler 300 S from Steven Jones at this dealership. Steven was very helpful during the purchase process and even after the sale. He spent much time with us going over the many features of this lovely automobile. We are very happy with the car and the dealership. We also purchased the extended warranty (just in case) but thus far no issues. The Chrysler has a smooth ride and the 6-cylinder has plenty of get up and go when its needed or simply when you just like the feel of acceleration. I would recommend this dealer and especially would recommend our sales person, Steven. Steven is very knowledgeable, not pushy to the extreme as some sale people are and is willing to spend whatever time is needed to ensure you are comfortable with your selection. My wife loves the car and the color. It's easy to spot, we simply search for the best looking automobile in the parking lot. I bought a new dodge charger from another dealership and took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the charger road and track with the hemi engine. It is a black car with black interior and powerful. When I picked up my car the valet kid smirked at me weird and when I got back to my office, that is just under one mile away I realized there was 30 more miles on my car than the mileage out on my paperwork. I went and looked at the car and there was mud under the car and on the wheels and the car was supposed to be washed. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car so did not think to look for this at the time. I called my service writer who never called me back, still hasn't, I called the Service Manager who denied any wrongdoing. Then I called the General Manager daily. It was four days before I got a phone call back. He also denied it and said, "What do you expect me to do? Fire everybody?" Not the appropriate response to a customer whose car was essentially stolen and taken for a joy ride apparently on an unpaved road. Never got an apology, never offered to pay for a quality check by another dealer, never offered to credit the card for the service, or reimburse for the gas used on this joy ride. Nothing. I highly encourage you to purchase and take your vehicle elsewhere. Who knows what the staff are doing with those cars.

I am certainly disappointed in the service that I have received from your used car sales manager, Frank. I called in and inquired regarding a Dodge 2500 that I saw listed on the internet. I first dealt with a sales person and was then contacted by Frank. I explained to Frank, that I would be buying from out of state to qualify for a year-end tax benefit. I also explained that I am a business owner in Los Angeles and was prepared to pay cash. We agreed on a price that was acceptable to both of us. I received an email from frank with the beak down of p\vehicle price, tax & license with his signature and a place for me to sign as acceptance. I signed the document and I emailed the signed confirmation back to Frank. I then called Frank to coordinate payment and arrange pickup details. Frank informs me that said that there was someone else who was in the showroom and interested in the truck. He promised to call me back in 5 minutes and let me know the outcome. Of course, I did not hear from Frank in 5 minutes. I did receive a call from the original sales person an hour and 20 minutes later informing me that the truck was sold and you had addition trucks available for sale. The one suggested has significantly more miles and not what was agreed upon and was priced in the same price range. After reaching out to the general manager his response was I appreciate you contacting me so I can use this experience to train with my staff. Im sorry we were unable to earn your business. Unfortunately we often have more than one client looking at the same vehicle. With new vehicles we can usually find another unit but with a used car its harder to duplicate. Online buyer beware, this dealership has poor integrity and is clearly misguided in its service approach. In these days of online sales, it is surprising that Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Fiat offers vehicles for sale, agrees upon a price in writing and then pull the deal and sell to another buyer. They probably took another poor soul for more money. Do yourself a favor; find another dealership with integrity and a real commitment to servicing their customer.

Have purchased two cars there in the last month. A 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2012 Ram 1500 via Ian Stone. No Hassle. Honest, upfront, no pressure. Very informative and according. We did our homework.............price wise........He spanked everyone in AZ and NM. Would definitely purchase there again and have no issues in recommending. The make ready or detail department needs some supervision and follow up as the car was not cleaned as well as it could have been. Also think they should have a dedicated area for you to receive your new car hence only 4 stars on facilities.

I purchased a JEEP Wrangler in May 2012.The Sales staff sure knows how to sell a vehicle but after that the service dept is one of the worst I have ever been to. It appears that JEEP knew about a manufacture defect on approx 50,000 motor heads during production and let the vehicles into the market.I have made three appointments with Airpark to get this problem solved.Two appointments were cancelled by the Dealer and they did not even call to notify me they just waited until I showed up to cancel the appointment.After talking to the Service Manager about the poor service you would of thougth they would make sure I left there satified...No not even a phone call.Airpark is fast to take your money but not big on the service side of things. I learned a lesson with Chrysler products,they have a long way to go.

I was ready to purchase, knew exactly the Jeep I wanted, they had one perfectly equipped coming in within 15 days. I made an offer to buy and saleman said they would accept my offer. Come to find out they expected me to sign a finance contract on a vehicle they were unable to deliver for a couple of weeks and to top that, the price they accepted wasn't really the price in which they would accept as they insisted on adding their few hundred dollar "Paint protection package" to the deal which I did not want. I purchased from another dealer later in the day and frankly ended up paying less than my offer to here, so, they really did me a favor by jerking me around. BEWARE of these guys and be on your "A" game if you shop there.

Dealership had just the used auto we were looking for in superior shape with ultra low miles (as did one of our previous purchases from them). Very pleased with price for this gem of a car. They have "junk fees" like all other dealers but they are presented up front from the 1st round of negotiations so you know what they are vs other dealers bringing them up once you think negotiations are complete (we've walked out on another dealer for this). Went to look at specific vehicle, took the test drive and negotiated the deal within a half hour, but as previously written, took another 2 1/2 hours to get through the paperwork and we paid cash. I'd have no hesitation in purchasing from them a 4th time; nice to have a used car dealership you can trust.

My husband and I went in see a vehicle that had all the features we were looking for in a vehicle it was perfect! Once we finally agreed to an Out the Door price (after several days of negotiating) we went in to sign the paper work, while signing the last document we noticed an increase of $300! At that point we were disappointed at the fact that at no point in time we were disclosed this amount! The guy in finance ripped our paper work and said sorry cant do anything about that amount. We walked out, I loved the vehicle much I decided to compromise with the $300 and go back to make the deal even at an amount I was not ok with. Turns out they couldn't even honor the new price, now they wanted to sell me the same vehicle for over $1,100! What a horrible experience! Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!
