I recently purchased a new 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 from this dealership and had a very nice experience. Every one from the salesman to the finance person to the service people were friendly and courteous. My salesman Brendon was knowledgeable and not pushy and though they did not have the exact car I wanted he was able to get one for me at a fair price. A week after I purchased my car I went back for some touch up work, window tinting and Xylon coating all of which was done beautifully. I was given a rental but thought I had to have it back the next morning so I returned it. When I got to the dealership I was told that my car would not be done until the afternoon so my salesman Brendon gave me his personal car to take home so I would not have to sit there for several hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The sales and management staff are incredible at Airport CDJ. My wife and I both purchased vehicles from this dealership within 2 weeks of one another. Our saleswoman was easy to work with, took our wants and needs into consideration when showing and acquiring vehicles for us. When I took delivery of my vehicle, I had some issues with it (manufacturers defects). Contacted the GM for this dealership, Scott, and he was extremely helpful with rectifying these issues and making everything perfect in every way. I would highly recommend Airport CDJ to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Chrysler Dodge and I am very happy with my overall experience. I walked and and was greeted by a very nice hostess. She was concerned we had to wait more then 5 mins for our appointment so she got the next sales rep available. She made us feel very special. My family and I were greeted by a sales rep named Brendon. I noticed him when we first walked he was very professional and always had a big smile. He was so polite and genuine. We had some credit issues and a lot of obstacles to over come. I ran into some pretty terrible experiences in the past and I was very skeptical of visiting a car dealership. Brendon put all of my past frustrations to rest. He restored our faith in humanity. He spent a long time getting us the best deal with a very hard working and caring finance manager named Chuck. Brendon was determined to make sure we left in a safe reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership above all others. They earned my business for life.

I came in contact with Randy Bhikha at Airport CDJ after finding the Dodge Challenger Hellcat I was looking for, optioned exactly as I wanted it, listed on their website at a sub-MSRP price. I reached out to the dealership to confirm the price and Randy called me less than 5 minutes later at 7:30pm EST on a weekday. We briefly chatted, he confirmed the price, and we agreed to put the deal together the next day. Everything was up front and straight forward with the entire car buying process.The deal took much longer to complete than I would've liked (right at a month from initial contact to vehicle delivery), but that has to do with the state of Florida requirements for dealing with an out of state buyer and were beyond the control of the dealership.I opted to finance through the dealership for additional cost savings off the car. The process for getting the financing documentation put together and through QC took longer than I deemed appropriate and the bank took WAY longer (over a calendar week) to clear everything which I thought unacceptable. But again, not things that the dealership had direct control over.Randy (and George) were tireless in answering my questions at any time, day or night. They were patient with me when I was irritated with how long it was taking. Randy took personalized videos of the car and sent to me without my prompting in order to show me the whole condition of the car and all her features. Randy also did all the leg work with setting up a good, high quality auto shipper for me to meet my timeline guidance and then forward my contact directly to them, showing that the dealership wasn't trying to make money on the back end through marking up shipping quotes. I found this to be very classy.I can't comment on the parts/service departments nor can I really comment on the state of the facility as a whole since I did the deal over the phone and email, but through the videos the SRT section of the dealership particularly looks very clean and exceptionally well laid out.All in all, I was very happy to do business with Randy and Airport CDJ. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted, catered to my unusual requests, remained in constant contact, were professional, and did all the legwork which made the buying process very relaxed from my end. The car arrived by my deadline, at the price I wanted, and in the condition I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Randy and this dealership again.

My salesman, George Rivera, dealt with me patiently and professionally for a couple of months due to my personal issues and the fact that I was looking for a particular vehicle. George was courteous, concerned and kept in touch with me throughout this process. I originally found this dealership through cars.com. I was specifically looking for a Jeep Renegade and they had the best prices posted and largest inventory. Just read he fine print because the pricing online includes rebates. Very confusing until you sit down and start working on the numbers. My sales person Was Romeo a non-aggressive and go with flow kind of guy. I liked him and I felt at ease no high pressure sales like I had been through the night before somewhere else. I test drove a yellow renegade even though yellow wasn't my car but I wanted a feel for the way the car drove. After the test drive I knew I wanted this Jeep. I asked about the trade-in policy. I told Romeo I didn't have my car with me to trade in. I just had sone work done and the car was at the shop. Romeo said sure no problem we'll tow the car for you. I sat down with him to negotiate the car. I asked about the 0% financing and rebates. I filled out an application and he presented it to his manager. Everything happened so quickly I was approved for 0%. I was shocked at how quick and smooth the process was..I then waited what seemed like hours for the finance guy Justin. Presented me with paperwork (lots of it). Closed the deal on 0% and 60 months. I purchased he warranty for $2004 and $595 for the maintenance package. However, later I doubted this purchase because... why would I need a warranty on a brand new car. Are jeeps that unreliable? I took my chance and went back one week later to cancel the warranty and maintenance package. I had No problem canceling, however Justin informed me the bank came back and didn't approve me at 0% and I would need to sign another contract at 1.9% and my payments would stay the same but I would pay interest!? I felt bamboozled into a sale at 0%. If I would have know this was a possibility at our first meeting I would have been more understanding and less nervous. One of the factors for my quick decision was the 0%. I also thought back to the paperwork, wait did he provide me witheverything I needed? All the copies I signed? I then started my research on purchasing cars which I should have done in the beginning. I read about spot delivery and yo-yo financing and looking at ratings of the dealership at dealer rater, BBB, yelp, Google etc. some were really good others weren't. I honestly was freaking out! what did I get myself into. I emailed and called the finance guy for answers. He never responded to my emails and called me back once and told me not to worry everything was good to go. It wasn't until I called Chrysler finance and they had not received paperwork yet and my deal wasn't finalized. At his point I had been driving around for almost 2 weeks in my Renegade. I do believe Justin tried to get me the 0%. Chrysler finance confirmed there was a lot of communication going back and forth. The last person I contacted was the General Manager. I didn't contact him first because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble. I wanted it fixed. Was my loan never approved at 0% or was I told that to get a sale? I'm not sure.. Scott the general manager was prompt with his response to me. Very apologetic and wanting to resolve the issues so that we could all move on. We talked on the phone and he made promises that he would resolve it or I could return the car. I then met with him in person and sure enough he worked out a solution that I was ultimately happy with. He calmed my nerves and reassured me that they have a family owned business and they want to make sure everyone walks away happy. At the same time Romeo kept in touch through the processes reassuring me that everything would work out. I really appreciate everything Scott and his team did to turn around a situation that was causing me a lot of stress. I am now a happy owner of a Jeep rengade.Note if you have any issues the team at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep want to do what they can to resolve it and the customer comes first. This is what you call top notch customer service.

I have to say, salesman Ian at Ramsey's Chrysler jeep dodge was absolutely remarkable with my sale. From the minute I walked in, he introduced himself with a firm handshake and we contact. Ian sat me down and asked me what my plan was for the evening. I did not feel pressured nor did I feel that I was getting the short end of the stick. My vehicle in mind was WAY out of my price range but Ian consistently dedicated his time and effort along with James to make me satisfied. Needless to say, after a few hours of "dollar tug of war" Ian exhausted him self to settling a very very comforting deal which made us both feeling accomplished. As a traditional woman, few things are as daunting to me as walking solo into a car dealership. Give me DSW Shoes, Home Goods or Macys, and I'm armed and dangerous. But, walking across the parking lot to the giant showroom doors at Airport Chrysler Doge Jeep was nearly as terrifying as going to the dentist.The dealership was wise to station a young, stylish, SMILING woman just inside the door! As I looked at the countless VERY EXPENSIVE cars on the floor, I think I mumbled something about "shopping around" for a car. Her smile was genuine as she seated me and went to find "the perfect person to help." George Rivera was definitely the right person; a good listener, full of knowledge and zero pressure. I think he was as surprised as I was when I traded the keys to my sports car for a 2016 Jeep Renegade almost four hours later!The finance rep was equally low key and worked with my credit union (Space Coast CU) to find me an unbelievably low rate, bringing my monthly payments to within my budget.I would have given this experience five stars, were it not for a speed bump that popped up after the sale, but I must note that the General Manager and Sales Manager were quick to address the issue and make sure that the issue was resolved in a positive manner.I would definitely encourage anyone shopping for a car to give this dealership and their staff an opportunity to assist. They know their stuff and have an extensive inventory.

I drove my car to the service lane and Steven the service guy came to me very polite and ask me how can I help you I told him I'm here for the 12.95 oil change he said that's fine I should be done in 30 mins no problem then he told me my car was due for a 60k maintance I ask what was the price and it was around 800 dollars was not expecting to pay that much today but I knew my hemi truck need it he promise me 3hrs and I'm out that Denton is a really quick tech I said find I don't want to wait all day the deal was made I was gone in 2hrs he kept his word great job my truck runs better then ever thanks to the tech I will request him next time left car clean as well thank you Steven and Denton Taylor

Oh my! Where to start!?!?! Let's start with the 'appointment' process. Well, actually, there are no 'real' appointments.They disclose the 'appointment' is just a time a person will take your information and then schedule you. Well, if you just drove off the street and pulled in to the service line, the same thing would apply. So just dismiss the appointment time as a fancy term that they are looking out for you and offering something special. There really are no appointments! You may have an appointment for that morning but not get your car back for 3 days! Now, addressing my particular situation. I had pre-scheduled the following work, replace a loose rear-view mirror, covered oil change, damaged tire and installation of an air deflector. Sounds simple enough. but wait, the rear view mirror charge was too much so I cancelled it, they charged for the oil change, they changed the tire and had to order the air deflector...........really, had to order the air deflector? Oh, and they also would have had to order the rear view mirror had I chosen to have it done! So, what I was finding out is they have no parts on hand. So, that reduced the service to just an oil change and tire change. Gee, they could do all of this and have my car ready 28 hours later??? Now let's get to the billing process. The work I actually had done amounted to $193.00, the new tire and tire rotation. Also add in the order for an air deflector......$100.00. Uh, that's $293.00, right? Well, my card was charged $468.00. Well, to be fair, $29.00 in shop supplies(?). Was explained this could be for the weights required in the tire rotation.Plus tax. So far, I have paid $468.00 for a new tire and tire rotation. Are you following me here? The service person admitted there was a screw up in the billing. He offered to install the air deflector for free, credit my credit card account for the difference and call it even.Well, well, well! Not wanting to rock the boat until all of the work was done, I agreed. Well, my cc account was never credited back the amount over charged. So, I take my vehicle back in to have the air deflector installed. Oh, by the way, from the original order I was told the air deflector would be in in 4 to 5 days. Well, never heard back, so I called after 8 days and found the part was in. xxxx, it was probably in 4 days earlier. So, I arrange an 'appointment' for 9:40 am. Now mind you, this is a 'real time' appointment not confined to the restrictions of 'new' appointments. Meaning, the part was there the mechanic had his tools in hand and everything was a go! Not so fast! It was 11: 49 before I got out of there. And get this (I should have seen it coming), they found a little ding in the windshield they could fix by charging my insurance co. Of course, I said 'go ahead!' Can't wait to see what they charge my insurance co for that. Now please, bear with me. I know this is a long story, but it has to be told. So, after challenging the person I was dealing with about the billing, the manager had to be called in. She is a gruff looking person with a scowl on her face as though she was being bothered. Well, she tried to juggle the numbers to support the over charges..............but she couldn't. So, I was finally credited for the amount I was over charged. Oh, by the way, my brand new specially ordered air deflector has a scratch on it from the installation. There are new noises I am hearing while driving. Oh wait, I forgot! Another problem I had was the 'low tire' light stayed on. Well, they fixed that, but in the process eliminated the other warning signals (door ajar, seat belts, etc.) in the process. So, instead of fixing the problem, they just disconnected the problem! I hope I didn't forget anything. In summation, don't go to Airport Chrysler Dodge for service.

Lee Gray Two and a half months ago your service department replaced the axles seals in my 2014 wrangler under warranty. Well the seal goes out again and I'm told that they would not cover it again becaue there's water in the differential... Well if the seal is broken naturally water is going to get in the differential. I mean seriously it's common sense. If there's nothing there to block water from going in it's going to get water in it when it rains... It's florida it rains everyday and it's poured everyday for the last 2 weeks... So now your dealership is lying to me, making up stories, and can't even return my call. Then he tells me "they" whoever this is, the water came in from the top... So there are only a few places water can come it... One is through the breather tube, through both sides over the axle and then through pinion seal. Neither of those were leaking fluid and the breather tube was attached (your dealership would have saw this if they looked.) So basically when it rains I should expect water to come in the axle seals and blow the seals every time it rains... It's funny how others have went to a different dealership and has no issues.. Yet, when I go to your dealership you can't cover something under warranty. You guys are a joke and will be reported to Jeep and every complaints website there is, including BBB...

I went to Airport Chrstyler Dodge to get an estimate on a trade in. I meet with this young man named Cory Jackson. That went above and beyond. He told me it would take some time for the estimate to come though. While i was waiting we chatted it up and i told him what type of car i was looking for. He was able to point me to a gem in a 300 touring sedan. A car I had always like and something he detected in a couple of minutes of great conversation. We went on a test drive in the sedan and it felt amazing. When we get back he get my estimate which beats my expectations. I was looking but with the deal for the trade in and the deal he offered for the sedan. I felt like I had the #1 pick in the draft, a no brainer. Mr. Jackson was able to put me in a dream car faster then it take me to fall asleep. Great guy, great dealership, great cars.

Don't even think about buying a car from AIRPORT CHRYSLER DODGE AND JEEP ......IN ORLANDO FLORIDA ...they are the most dishonest car dealership I have ever been too.... I have bought 6 Chrysler in few years ....... from different dealerships in past...... I have never been rip off like airport Chrysler did to me .......I bought a jeep that was selling off their site for less than 37000 , the sale man told me I would get the internet price , my jeep I trade in was a 27000, dollar car ...also I would get more than... car max want to pay me 26000, ....... they made my money disappear on paper..... charged me full price of the new jeep I bought which was 41000, plus tax......dealer fee and charge me two times for tags ... and I had my own. Plates ... 42700.. the manger lied to me got me to sign my car old jeep over by pretending It was warranty paper because I want some off my old parts from car I trade in ....which was part of the deal.. trying to use that to sign over my old jeep .. they gave me hell .....to have it done came back the 3 day I ask them to give me the internet price that the sale man promised and y for my old car that car max want to give me this was the deal c they over charged bye 3000 dollars .... I am pending legal action...... learn from my ordeal manger and sales

horrendous experience! had an awful experience with several staff members there with purchase of a vehicle that turned out to be a lemon. Just awful experience to where staff were threatening because they didn't complete the proper paperwork. Harassed me to where they wanted to come to my house and also send repo for car because of a error on their part. Completely unprofessional and will share my expereince with all my family and friends.

Wasted two hours of my life at this dealer. I found the exact vehicle I wanted, reached agreement on price and my trade. However, when salesman went to talk to finance I was told that the dealer couldn't offer a lease because they are not set up to transact financial deals with Chrysler Capital. The salesman then proceeded to try every way he could to convince me that leasing was a bad idea and that I should buy the vehicle. I wanted a lease and had made that clear when I first got there. What a waste of time! Found the same car at Fields and they leased it to me no problem.

I have purchased Dodge/Chrysler vehicles my entire life, a total of four vehicles. This is by far the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. The sales manager was pushy, and tried every underhanded trick in the book in an attempt to get me to over pay. Even after we finally reached a deal two hours later, when I returned in 48 hours with check in hand as agreed upon with the sales manager, they had sold the car to someone else. It actually was a blessing in disguise, we found the same car in St. Cloud with less miles and $2000 cheaper. These people are unethical crooks, do not spend your hard earned money here!
