My Service Adviser was the Assisant Service Manager and he was condescending every time I talked. He would repeat it back to me as if he was a cop. Very rude. Also they have Bogus Fees. $1.50 Freight Fee (nothing was shipped) Miscellaneous Shop Fee $16.20!

1 hr 50 min for an oil change and for them to tell me they need to order parts on a recall. I made the apt over a week before and the parts should have been there. Their excuse: they need to inspect the car first to see if it needs the repair. These are cheap plastic inserts for the seat belts. They should have them in stock and if not, should have ordered them when I made the appt. This has been my experience time and again with this dealership. Sadly, the closest dealerships are twice as far away, so like a fool, I keep going back. Maybe I will learn something this time.

Roger the service rep was to busy playing on his phone to even look up and say I will be right with you. Service you would expect in Laredo, TX. When you put a bunch of un healthy looking sad humans in charge of a service department this is what you would expect. Sad thing is there is one white guy who is cool and tries hard to do the right thing. But with slugs like Roger forget it that place is a lost cause. I would take my car to Wal-Mart before taking it back to Alamo Toyota. Thanks Roger for showing me how lazy of a shit bag you are! You would be shit canned at my business!

I would recommend staying away from this dealership for your car buying. I like in Stone Oak area and was at this dealership 8/19/16 afternoon. My experience was a demeaning, insulting and a worst experience. I was there to get some information and catalog for the 2 vehicles (my wife want Toyota Highlander and I want sienna-overall 7/8 seater family vehicle). While I was talking to the receptionist, Mr. Roger Alcosta (salesman) jumped into the conversation. I thought he would help me, but he started offering free advice to find info on the website when I specifically was requesting for the catalog and more information including availability of 2016 vs 2017 models. I requested if someone can show me these 2 vehicles you have on display. He was rude enough to tell me 'go do your research and come back with an appointment' with a cold face. Finally he showed me the vehicles after someone intervened. I purchased 2 vehicles before and it was pleasant experience both the times. His approach is nowhere near common decency. I usually don't like to write or talk bad about others, but could not stop after my experience. He ruined my car buying experience. What is the point of having such a humongous and beautiful store if you cannot make my experience better.

I will never do business there again. Worst service ever from a Toyota company. Part broke on new vehicle and it was implied that I broke it and should pay for it. Vehicle is less than 2 months old, and dealership will not even try to fix the problem.

This was an absolute surprise in the handling of this purchase. Everyone at this dealership is extremely friendly and helpful. They had a wonderful area for my child to play, and several of the staff played with him as well. The finance department is beyond reproach. Best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. Would absolutely buy here again.

Today I visited Alamo Toyota to do a routine oil change on my 2014 Tundra, well. This afternoon when I went to go get it, while waiting outside service Dept I saw the driver bringing my truck sounding like a diesel truck and a loud tapping noise coming from motor, I run asking what happened to my truck??. I asked to turn the motor off and check the oil, I of course it was no oil at all, they changed the oil but forgot to add new oil to the engine, yes, they verified and it was zero oil. They forgot to add the engine oil and now they refused to offer me any kind of warranty in the event I have in the future an issue w the truck, when I asked the sales rep to add a note in writing of what just happened, specifically that they forgot to add the oil, he refused. They added that I came complaining of a tapping noise on the motor and after they checked the oil was low from previous service. That is not true, they don't want to be responsible at all!!! They told me that how about if I come back at 100k- 150K miles asking for a new motor! Hello your people forgot to add oil, they drove m truck twice and don't want to be responsible???? The worse service ever! Will never come back!! I called Toyota directly and open a complaint that same day! the worst dealer in the whole STATE! own your mistakes, maybe that way you can have one or two return customers!

Service said our Tundra would be ready by 1:30. It wasn't. Then they said we were told 3:00. NOT!!! They sided with their employee. "Just because we gave you a noon appointment didn't mean we would 'get to you' at noon." Then why have an appointment? No graciousness in their replies either, as they yelled, called it 'he said/she said', and supposedly BOTH the boss/owner and the person who gave us the incorrect info were both out of the store.

Although we are infrequent contributors to Facebook I feel a sense of obligation to share our recent experience at Alamo Toyota in San Antonio. We are always interested to hear or read the reviews of experiences that other people have. Weve always found these to be very useful when making purchasing choices and decisions.Last week we brought our 2004 Toyota Tundra truck to Alamo Toyota for an airbag replacement necessitated by Toyota's recent airbag recall. They did the airbag replacement, and when they were finished I got in my truck and drove away. At some point while driving to pick up my wife I noticed that the airbag cover facing the front passenger seat had what looked like dark fingerprint marks and smudges covering the entire surface, something that definitely was not there when I brought the truck to Alamo ToyotaWhen I picked up my wife, the first thing she said when climbing into the front passenger seat was: "What happened here?" referring to the air bag cover. When I checked out the smudges and tried to wipe them off, I also found the the air bag cover now had a sticky and tacky feel to it, neither of which did the air bag cover have when I took the car in to Alamo Toyota. So, I went back to the dealer to discuss the problem. Unbelievably, both the Service Director and Service Manager insinuated that I, and my wife, just did not notice the problem during our 45 minute drive to San Antonio from our home. This was a problem/damage that you would have to be blind not to notice. I could not believe what I was hearing when the Service Manager told me "...I believe you sincerely believe that the cover was not damaged before bringing it in (as if he thought he was talking to some senile person)...We see this all the time with that part...It is a common problem with that Toyota part...We did not cause the damage and aren't going to do anything about it. Continuing the argument with the Service Director, I commented that their attitude was not very customer friendly. I was flabbergasted, dumbfounded and appalled when the conversation went something like this:Service Director (SD): Is this your first time here?Me: YesSD: Did you buy a car from us?Me: NoSD: Well, then you aren't really a customer are you?Well, I had considered myself their customer, but thought NOT ANY MORE.I brought my wife back to the dealership so she could also reaffirm that the damage was not there before bringing it to Alamo Toyota since the damaged airbag cover was right in front of her face during the 45 minute drive in from our home. She got the same song and dance from the SD and SM as I had received, and we both left amazed at their attitude and demeanor, and bewildered at the utter lack of customer service or courtesy shown by these two senior staff members at Alamo Toyota. I normally do not use social media to complain about a company's poor performance. I usually just tell friends and family and eliminate them from my vendor list. However, for Alamo Toyota, I am going to make an exception.

Showed up at 2pm for service and was told (by "Bryan") it would take 2 hours for tire rotation and oil change. I was asked to come back after 7 for quick service. Pulled into service department at 7:15pm and then was notified the service on my car was only just beginning at 8:49pm! I'm the only person in the waiting area! The best part was the highly unprofessional and all around bad attitude from the service department personnel. Guess what?!?! Alamo Toyota will not be getting my trade in! In the words of your service department "no worries"!

I shopped at other Toyota stores before I came to Alamo Toyota. My uncle bought several vehicles from John and he told me I should go see him. He did not disappoint. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I dealt with during my buying process. He made me fell very comfortable and answered all my questions. John went over all of the features on my new Rav4. Again he is extremely intelligent when it comes to his knowledge of his product. he showed me several features on my Rav4 that I didn't know about.

I bought my Tacoma at another dealership and started taking it to Alamo Toyota for service. But I have had quality issues with Alamo Toyota's work. After one maintenance, I kept hearing something under my hood; took the truck back in and it turns out the mechanic had left a Bill Miller Barbecue cup under the oil filter. I figured no big deal, accidents happen. I let it slide. But the next time I took it in for a routine maintenance that should have cost just over a hundred bucks, and they said I needed new front brake pads and a whole bunch of other work. So I ok'ed the brake work. After picking my truck up, the brakes didn't feel right, so I took it back in and they had to re-bleed the brakes. I tried to get them to refund me on the labor since they didn't do a good job, but they wouldn't budge. They had also tried to run up a bill on me with that maintenance. They said my truck had a small trace leak on one of the rack and pinion parts and they would have to replace the whole rack and pinion because they couldn't replace that one part. The cost would be $1,600. I refused. Later on I realized I had left a receipt in my truck from my bank which showed my balance. I think they saw that and were just trying to run up a bill on me.

Matt Birdsey is the sales person who attended to the sale. He is courteous and provided excellent service. Answered all our questions and responded to all communications. When handing over the vehicle,he took enough time to explain the details and how to use the features etc. We consider he is a very pleasant person to deal with and very helpful. Mark Swanson is the person we first met when we visited the Alamo Toyota who took us around and showed the Highlander. He is also very courteous and provided all the information requested and later when we came to buy the vehicle introduced us to Matt. Matt introduced us to Marisol to complete the Finances and Marisol is also provided us with excellent service. All in all the purchase of our Highlander from Alamo Toyota has been a satisfying experience. Marisol Jackson provided us with excellent service in the final paperwork. Excellent Matt provided us with excellent service in delivering the vehicle. If the customer shows trust in you I expect Alamo Toyota to reciprocate the trust by providing the best deal it could offer.

The used car team is horrendous. First, the talk you into test driving the car, keeping it overnight, and if you don't like you can return no harm no foul. Well, when I was down to negotiating the price and was going to purchase it, when they started to abuse and insult me for trying to negotiate the "already reduced" price. There is always room for negotiation on a used car. Furthermore, insulting a customer to his or her face is not in any handbook. You can talk behind their back all you want but that should not come out during your conversations with them directly. Poor judgement and Poor service. The Salesman and sales manager do not belong in their position. The manager's manager, i think his name was Noah, ignored my request to give valuable feedback. Oh well, sooner or later that behavior is going to catch up.

My experience, someone tried to break into my wife's 2010 Camry by busting out the door lock. Called Alamo, spoke with Richard, and asked for a quote to get the lock fixed. Was told $261. Told him I would call back once I determined my wife's schedule. Called later that day, Richard was gone so I spoke to someone else who set an appointment; or at least that's what I was told. As stated in other reviews, when we arrived, there was no record of any appointment made. Richard claimed he didn't even remember speaking with me. No matter. We told them to take it, get the lock fixed, and was in no hurry to get it back as we had alternate transportation. Someone jumped into her car, used every available horse the V6 would put out driving it out of the garage (??), and off we went, none the wiser.A couple of days pass and Richard calls to leave a message on my cell. Says it's done and it would be $376. As soon as I hear this I call back and tell Richard that I realize he claimed to not remember our conversation, but he had quoted $261. To his credit, he changes it immediately to the quoted price. However, it was when we picked it up when we understood why.Later that same afternoon we go to pick up the car. I go straight to the cashier, pay, and she sends someone to go get it. We are stunned at what we see. The lock itself has been replaced, but because of other damage to the door, the lock cover will not reattach. The paint around the door lock was cracked and chipping in spots (I swear it didn't look that bad when we dropped it off), xxxx thing looks worse now than before. Of course Richard, Bud King, everyone with any knowledge had left for the day. So the person we talk to hands us Bud King's card and says to call the next day. A couple of days of phone tag later, my wife is finally able to speak to him and Richard. Excuses abound!!! We didn't provide a list of parts we wanted repaired, we only asked for the cylinder to be repaired and that's what they did, we complained that it took too long (Wah?!?!), yada, yada. They even said the repair we truly needed was one they couldn't do; we needed a body shop. My question: isn't it their job to tell us that when they see it before making what we believe to be a partial repair, at best? As someone stated in another post, most Toyota dealers try to upsell any work they can do (cabin air filter anyone???). Not these guys. They do about 80% of the work, never completely explain to you what needs to be done, and then make excuses if you don't like what you see. And Mr King's attitude can best be described as flippant; his job is to protect his employees and his employer, we get that. The tone in which he spoke to my wife, however, made her feel as if he believed they did everything that was asked for and we're the idiots if we see it otherwise.During the conversation, my wife became extremely frustrated and asked for the name and number of Mr King's supervisor. Admitting that speaking to the GM, Brad Childress, was far more pleasant and professional than speaking to Mr King, she still received the same basic response. She then asked Mr Childress for the owner's name and number. She left a message for him to call, but we're now on the third day; she's yet to receive any response and, frankly, not expecting one. That fact alone should explain best how this dealership truly feels about their customers. She's going to mother ship Toyota next.In the end, I give them a second star because they did do me a solid; making an engine repair to my Tundra free of charge. I admit, however, that after this last episode, I fear I need to take it to another dealer to have the work checked. I will not be using this dealer for anything in the future. I suggest to anyone reading this, and the other posts, that you do the same.

Polite, helpful, met our needs I wish I had been in less of hurry during the negotiation as I missed the financing terms. I did get the payments that I needed, but I wish I had negotiated better terms. By the time I realized it the next day, it was too late and we were in a position of needing the cars that we had purchased. Purchasing two cars made for twice the paperwork, but the finance person was pleasant. Best of all experiences at Alamo. Hopefully the service department will be friendly and helpful as all other staff has been. If service is convenient and pleasant, I will remain an Alamo customer.

Had a very pleasant personality. Everything was clean, smiling faces, etc. I will be happy to recommend Alamo Toyota. Keep in mind I had a F150 Ford truck for the past 17 years so you know this dealership was well represented across the board for me to switch to Toyota. Continue what they have done so far.....When I come in for service I would expect the same level of professionalism to keep me a happy and new loyal customer of Toyota.

Did I mention that they are a rip off? Well let me say it again. They are a RIP OFF!!! After my deployment me and my husband bought a 2007 Honda SI from them that had a 'Warranty". We thought this would be a great buy since it is from a reputable company, with a great track record, and longevity. Well we were wrong! 10 MONTHS later we bought the car into the dealer twice because the clutch is going out and the car no longer picks up speed. We were told by the service department that the warranty only covers the transmission for $2000 and the clutch is not a part of that warranty. So basically we will have to pay out of pocket over $2000 to have the car repaired. Then the service mangers pleasantly says "We can get you into another car"! Are you serious? I even quoted the Lemon Law criteria for Texas and told them I would call the BBB regarding this matter. I was told "Well you can do that if you want". So basically, my family is out 11K and Alamo Toyota sold me a warranty with this lemon car that covers....NOTHING. If you are contemplating buying from them...RUN FAST!

Very child friendly, a great thing to have with littles one safely playing in designated areas. John Cortez did not push, but rather let us make our own decisions. We ended up with a more feature-laden vehicle than anticipated, but that was a function of our decision making process, not his. We went through USAA so had a discount already determined except on our trade-in. Because we had the USAA estimate on our car, it was very easy to reach agreement on that as well. There was no drawn out process, just a discussion of known market prices and a decision to do a deal. Larry handled this efficiently and professionally, resulting in our decision to go with the Toyota maintenance and warranty programs versus those offered through USAA. We did, however, select the USAA financing which we had arranged in advance. As a LEED certified facility, we were very impressed with their commitment to the community, the environment, and the overall customer experience.

We didn't feel pressured at all. He left us alone long enough for my husband and I to discuss things over with our daughter, who was helping us. We really appreciated that. He answered all our questions and the many that our daughter had for him. My daughter and I were able to test drive the car's without the salesman being with us so we could discuss our likes and dislikes with my husband. We came to San Antonio looking for a used car and ended up with a 2015 Highlander. Your salesman was a Class Act Thank You!!

My salesperson Randy was really knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and didn't try to push me into something just to get a sale. He treated me more like family rather than a customer. I was really fortunate to get someone who worked with me as much as he did. It was a very pleasant car buying experience thanks to Randy. As a first time buyer my finance guy Glenn was thorough and explained everything very clearly from start to finish during the final paperwork process. He seemed to genuinely care about his customers and was really personable. Alamo Toyota should not change a single thing. My entire experience was exactly how I would want car buying to be. Easy, non-pushy and informative. I can honestly say that when I drove off the lot in my new car I knew this would be the dealership that I would going back to in the future.

I was a first time buyer when I had stepped through those doors at Alamo. Excluding cars I had bought cash I had never actually purchased a car through a dealership. Needless to say I was a little intimidated and a little unsure with the whole process. I also had a slight mistrust of car salesmen to be honest and felt that every single one of their "kind" would rip me off and cheat me to some unknown extent (where I got this idea from I couldn't tell you). Ed Nealy sold me my first car and let me tell you he threw that completely unfounded bias out the window. Ed, I must say, is a genuinely nice guy and was a great help assisting me in the purchase answering all the questions I had helping me get a good deal. I felt completely taken care of as soon as I stepped out of my old car all the way to me driving off that same day in my new one. Marisol in the finance department was great too. She was so nice and very informative about all the financial aspects of my purc! hase. My recent service visit to Alamo Toyota was nothing less than a blessing. They not only did their normal great service with the maintenance, but washed my car as well. Let me explain. On Wednesday, March 13, 2013 my husband lost his battle with cancer and went home to be with the Lord. I had to go get my car maintenance for a long trip to Harlingen, TX. for the funeral. I'm afraid that I was still deeply grieving and I had to make funeral arrangements. I was not only allowed to make my calls in a private office, but everyone there was so very kind to me that I was overwhelmed by their kindness. I can't express how much I appreciate Alamo Toyota, the service people there, and the fact that I can entrust my safety to the mechanics who service my car. I have nothing but good things to say about Alamo Toyota. I am so grateful to all of you for all that you did for me that day and in the past.

First experience: scheduled service online, arrived 15-20 min early and they made me wait for the guy who was apparently assigned to my car to come back for lunch (no... not the guy who worked on it - must be like a supervisor or whatever). That would have been mildly irritating, but HE RETURNED 15-20 AFTER the time of my scheduled appt. When appt was done, he was more concerned that I would give him a good rating with Toyota's followup system than anything else.Ok, going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just an isolated thing and me being too picky. This time: Tried to log on to schedule service and it won't let me, even though I am pretty certain of my log on info (have it written down) and have used online scheduling before. used the forgot tabs - system saying my email isn't registered. Ok... so I call the number listed on the website for the service department. Call answered - didn't say service depart, so I ask for that depart, transferred - call answered, sounds like a general receptionist, so I again ask for service - transferred and I get a voice mail box. Really? shouldn't be this hard to schedule service. Time to try another toyota dealership.

I can't believe it. My sister just got home from Alamo Toyota, where I had sent her because I bought my vehicle there a few months ago. I liked my overall experience, but not my sales guy so I told her to avoid him. (He actually complained: "I have already spent two hours with you" after we said we were going to check out another car at another dealer.) Anyway, my sister has bad credit and when she was presented with an 18 percent interest rate, she said no way (CarMax had offered 12 percent the day before). The sales guy YELLED at her, saying "I have worked on this deal for you all day long!" Then to top it off, he didn't even allow her to drive the car (she does have insurance). How can you get mad at a customer for not buying a car that you don't even let them drive! And come on, do they think we are stupid. It doesn't take "all day" to get an interest rate. They run your SSN and up pops all the lenders, interest rates and available terms. I will say this, the only reason we bought the first time around is they had the only vehicle in town, in the color and style we wanted and I loved the General Manager head honcho guy -- super nice person. But I still can't believe my sister was treated that way. Today, she is not even going to a Toyota dealer; she is disgusted and buying a Mazda.

I brought my new Tacoma in because the USB port was inoperable. The man, Mr. Phillips told me it would take about an hour. After waiting 3 hours, Mr. Phillips came and told me the radio was bad and he would need to order one. When he called me and told me the radio had arrived, I brought the truck back to service. After about an hour, he told me the radio and the USB port was ok and I had a short. So I waited a couple of hours longer. The tech who worked on my truck, should have found the short first off and I wouldn't have had to wait the hours and then made 2 trips from my house in McQueeney. The sales people, Karlton and AJ were very knowledgeable and made the original transaction pleasurable. But the service department needs better customer service. We leased a car from Alamo three years ago. The lease was up, we decided to purchase the car for my son. We took in a cashiers check for a little over the amount of what was due on the car, and instead of working with us they charged us an additional $50.00 We learned after the transaction that it could have been waived, as there were other ways to handle this. We will never use Alamo Toyota, nor will we recommend it. The entire process was uncomfortable and unyielding. It took half a day to change out the paperwork, all the time, an aggressive sales pitch, only to be called back in days later and get informed with the extra charge of %50.00 Not a happy customer, and again, we will not use this place of business ever again!

Absolutely ridiculous! We have been loyal Toyota owners since 1996. Never been this discussed by a Toyota dealership! We took our vehicle in for service last weekend 3/3 and was told it would be about a 2 hour wait, understanding the fact that we didn't have an appt that seemed alittle unreasonable because there was only two cars infront of us but we couldnt see if the garage bays were full. The service guy who seemed like he wasn't sure what to do next assured us that we should make an appointment because those with appointments are seen by appointment time Walkins are taken as they can (which actually makes sence) however when we arrived at our 8 o'clock appointment today 3/10 there were 12 cars infront of us, no problem I thought because appointments get seen first (RIGHT)? WRONG!! Because as it turns out everybody was being checked in with 8 o'clock appointments! Asking to speak to the manager or supervisor to find out what the real protocol is we were informed he was on vacation and wouldn't return for a week. So I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor incharge to be only told there wasnt anyone one incharge. Thank god I didn't have leadership like that in Afghanistan or we would never have made it back! Morale of the story is if you have appointments have a damn appointment only bay. My fault for not staying with Cavender, won't make that mistake again!!!!

Alamo Toyota advertised a 2012 Tundra for $23,999.00. We confirmed it with the internet sales manager, Ron O'Con. By the time my wife and I arrived it was sold. When we asked him if there were more available, he went inside and came out a few minutes later to tell us that no more were available in the five state area. We left and went to another dealership that had two on the lot and said that they could order us one in any color we liked but it would take a week or so. The bottom line is this guy is a liar. I pay $3135 to repair damage that could have been prevented with a new $100 part. As I leave my left rear wheel is thumping. One spot is completely bald. Went in to get the lo jack installed and was told it would take a couple of hours so they would give me a rental. Turned out I had a recall on my truck and was then informed it would be there for a couple of days. Called up there repeatedly and kept getting the run around. Finally went up there after over a week of not having my truck and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to fix. So I was told they could get me one from Fort Worth the next day. So I called the next day and of course the guy I had talked to the day before wasn't in so I talked to the GM who told me he would call me later that day. I decided to go up there and the GM now wasn't there so I told them I wanted my money back and they could keep the truck. After everything I went back to my ford. I will NEVER go back there. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Overall customer service was excellent. Jeremy Simms helped me discover a car that is a perfect fit for my needs. He was extremely helpful and patient. All members of their team were helpful, attentive and welcoming. The sales process was painless and seamles. Car buying can be intimidating but I am glad it didn't stop me from discovering the perfect car for me! I highly recommend Alamo Toyota.

I came in to find a used car. I met John Cortez, who was also the internet director, but was lending a helping hand in the sales department. I was just shopping around, but he was very imformative and pleasant. He answered all my questions and showed me some great deals on some vehicles i was intersted in. He is a very good salesman, but most of all he took care of my needs.

I was looking for a used corvette and notice on auto trader that Alamo Toyota had one in stock, I contacted John Cortez and he responded quickly. I drove from Brownsville TX to San Antonio Thursday night. John and I sent up a meeting at 9amon Friday April 15th. When I got to Alamo Toyota I was ask by many sale reps if I needed help, they took me to John right away. My fiance and I we're very impress with how friendly and helpful the salesmen were. John helps us right away. We toss some numbers around and I was very please with the price and help of the financial personnel. I was also very impress that the owner of Alamo Toyota was there and he greed me and my fiance. I have bought many cars in the pass, but I have to say that the people at Alamo Toyota dealership are the most professional and friendly people in the car business I have ever met and deal with. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, its nice to know that there is and honest and friend dealership. When my fiance and her daughter are ready for a car, we WILL be back to Alamo Toyota.Much thanks to all of the people at Alamo Toyota.

Dealership was extremely helpful in finding the right Highlander for me. They were considerate of my time and made my purchasing experience an enjoyable one. Have recommended this dealership to all my friends. I cant wait for their new store to open so I can do all of my maintenance there.

First off, just because a vehicle is listed under the dealer's internet website as being "available" DOES NOT mean that it is on the lot. I arrived at Alamo Toyota only to find the Corolla I found under their website was not on the lot, but in another city more than two hours away. They tell me they share internet vehicle access and that it is still "available" because they can have it driven over. Just a trick to get you to the lot. So, I give them the benefit of the doubt and test drive another vehicle similar to the one I wanted. I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. Almost an hour later I am told by the salesman that he found out the dealer sold the vehicle I wanted, but he has another with two extra packages that I did not want at another dealer in Houston. After some haggling with the price I get it to a price somewhat acceptable. I drive home and receive a call from the dealer letting me know that they found out yet another useless option is installed on the vehicle. I just said screw it and told them to forget it. Overall poor experience. Do not trust internet sales...seemed like a big trick to get me to pay more. Spent over 6 hours at the dealer for nothing. The salesman was polite, but needed someone more experienced to handle this sale. Look to another dealer if you plan to buy a Toyota.

What’s more, Alamo Toyota of San Antonio has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Alamo Toyota. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Alamo Toyota is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
