I went to this dealership and worked with Nate Feick. I wanted to surprise my wife with her dream car that she wanted since high school. I had been searching for awhile on my own for a Camaro, and just had no luck in what I was looking for. Nate was very knowledgeable and was not persistent in any way. He was easy to work with and put me at ease. The car itself has very low miles and was a real catch, not as much as my wife-LOL. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. He even got balloons for me to put in the car. My wife and I absolutely love this car and appreciate Nate. I would by far rate him and the dealership as a 5 star or above rating.

I purchased my new Sierra from Alexander Family Buick/GMC a month ago. I purchased it from Don Davis and he went way out of his way to answer questions for me,he was very knowledgeable about the truck and very pleasant to work with and i never once felt pressured or uncomfortable to be around. This is my second new truck purchase from this dealership and will probably buy another one from them.The showroom and waiting areas are very clean and comfortable with free coffee and TV. Shawn, the salesman, was good to work with and did not pressure me into the buy. He knew what I wanted, a Blue Verano, and it was brought to the dealership from Sunbury the next day. Although there were issues with Central Road being paved on the day I took possession, he and another employee helped me get out of the lot without any "tar" on the new car. Shawn gave me a good explanation of the features of the car. Although I am still learning, I know I can call him to get any answers. I love my car and enjoy driving it. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions at the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Shawn as the salesman.

Purchased a used (30,000 miles) vehicle from them at an unbeatable price ($3,000 below fair market pricing). The next day I took the vehicle on the highway and discovered that when breaking at high speeds, the steering wheel shook like crazy. Now I test drove this vehicle twice before purchasing, just didn't drive it on the highway or at high speeds. Anyway, I contacted my salesman and ended up with new rotors and brakes--problem solved. I was definitely nervous upon the discovery of the issue, as the papers were already signed. Upper management gave the approval to cover all costs, easing my mind and likely securing a future customer.

This is a great dealership. We drove down on a Saturday with our 4 year old. He was completely entertained while we handled paperwork, from the popcorn to the free wifi. I had an amazing experience at alexander family, I was searching online for the gmc terrain at local dealers and none of them had what I was looking for and all the salesmen were extremely pushy. I came across alexander family which is about an hour away from me. I had emailed them about a terrain I had saw on there website and Seth Rosen got back to me so quick it was great! he helped me find the exact car I was looking for color , trim, interior and even price. They located the one I wanted and had it about a week later! I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car again. Well worth the drive!

Let me start by saying, this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in buying a new car. Seth Rosen and the entire Alexander Family dealership were pleasant, professional and courteous from the minute I stepped foot into the dealership. What made the experience most enjoyable was no hidden fees. Not once did they try or pressure me into buying something I did not need. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and you would be surprised at all the bogus fees they try to push on you. When it came to my trade in they did not try to low ball me or insult my intelligence. This was one of my biggest concerns considering I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there. I walked into the dealership thinking this might be a waste of time and they will probably try to give me nothing for my truck, not the case at ALL!!! I would defenitly recommend this dealership to my entire family and friends.

I wonder how many of these good reviews are from Alexander's employees because not only have I had nothing but problems from day 1, I've heard similair stories from numerous people! I wanted a specific car, but they tried pushing an SUV with a lot more miles on me even though I specified I didn't want an SUV. Then I get the car and no sooner did I pull in at home did the break light come on. I informed them right away, took it down and they "supposedly fixed it". This happened 3 more times within the next week. They say they fix things and nothings wrong, it how your driving, so I took it to another garage and amazingly the problem was resolved. I was told I'd have free inspections until it was paid, well I took it to another garage and paid out of pocket since because I can't trust these scumbags. This garage I take it to is honest and will actually fix the problem with new parts which is what you would expect when that's what you're paying for. Then within a month of having it, I starting having puddles on the floors and in the trunk every time it rained. Needless to say, I didn't take it to them to be fixed because it wouldn't have been. And if you don't buy an expensive vehicle or if you lease, you can expect to wait forever to get anything fixed that's under warranty, because they take care of the bigger spenders 1st. Oh yeah, then when you're wanting to buy a car, they are nice a s pie, but once it's done, that's when the attitude comes from the garage people when you call to complain about problems that shouldn't be happening to begin with, at least not right after you purchase the car. And make sure you know your warranty and what's covered because they'll try to charge you even if it's covered or they'll come up with something they can charge you for. Well I'm 1 of the smart one's who isn't stupid enough to go back for general repairs that aren't covered because they'll charge you twice the amount of another garage. That's why I won't take it in for a free inspection, because I know they'll come up with something even though I know there's nothing wrong, and I've taken to another garage to prove this. So they might want to be careful who they're ripping off, because it could be the wrong person, meaning someone who knows about cars. You never know when someone might have an undercover investigation come in and expose these rip-offs. A perfect example is right now my vehicle is there, it was brought there 2 days ago and not 1 phone call yet to let me know what's going on, but after some research I do know, I just want to see what they'll come up with and just how much they'll try to rip me off for. But if it's not covered, it's going to another garage where they will fix it right the 1st time with new parts. I will warn anybody I can to avoid these people. And if you don't heed my advice, then you can expect problems and I promise you will get them. Oh, and Alexander, if you read this, don't think having fake people rate you good is helping because the people who actually deal with you will expose you for what you are and people read these too and will have second thoughts. BEWARE PEOPLE!! Stay away from this place and save yourself the grief!!!!!

The salesman Dwayne Deska was informative and gave us the personal service we expect when purchasing a large ticket item. The general manager made the paperwork simple and painless. We have been to several Alexander dealerships and they need to come and take a few pointers from this sales staff. We were looking for a 2012 GMC Terrain and sent an email regarding the vehicle on their lot. Within a few hours, we received a call from Dwayne at the dealership and made arrangements to see and test drive the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, Dwayne introduced himself and showed us the vehicle. Dwayne was very knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicle and all of its features. Dwayne answered every question we had and took the time to review all of the features of the vehicle. We had a very enjoyable experience and purchased the vehicle the same night. I brought a car to them, early 2000's Oldsmobile, on the recommendation of a man who knows cars, for a vacuum leak problem. First day they call back asking for more info, I gave them info, called back a few minutes later with more, they kept it overnight. The next day, I call at 3 p.m., they haven't looked at it yet, had to take a mechanic off the job for a higher priority job. They call back at 3:45 p.m. with the information they cannot find the vacuum leak, I have a broken ABS sensor, and a leaking head gasket, and they mention they can continue to look for the vacuum leak, and fix the $625 ABS sensor. I inform them that I will not proceed with repairs and I'm coming to get the car. After paying the bill and arriving home, I find they did not secure the hood of my car properly as only the safety latch kept it from flying up on the drive home, the engine cover was loose, and the bolts holding the engine cover were missing. I proceeded to call the business at 7 p.m. on a Friday, and while talking (forcefully talking) at Jake ("Senior Manager on duty" as I asked for); he informed me there was nothing they could do until Monday as all the mechanics went home. He offered to go into the service department with me and "look" for the parts, but he was not a car person. He then attempted to apologize several times and ensured he would mention it to the service manager early Monday. They have no Saturday hours for the repair department. Monday Shawn the service manager calls and I drive over (after securing temporary bolts so the car could be used over the weekend). After describing the problems I encountered, asking for my bolts back, and asking for a refund for my $84.80 which I was charged on Friday, Shawn informs me that "mistakes happen," can't give a refund as they offered a "service" to me for finding what was causing the ABS light and didn't "charge" me for (NOT) finding the vacuum leak, which was the original problem. Instead they wash my car, offered me $60 dollars in oil changes, and put the bolts back on. It's good to know my life and the potential injury or equipment damage to me and others is worth ONLY $60 dollars in services. This dealership has offered the worst service of any business I have ever seen, I would strongly urge against using them, and if they think business ends at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday, they need to relook at their business model after this piece of incredible negligence.

I cannot believe how easy this transaction was! I had been looking for a 2010 Camaro for almost 2 years. Dwayne Deska answered all of my questions and even shot a video of the car after it came out of detail so I could see the condition of the car. At no time did I feel any pressure to do business. The price was right, so much so that I was willing to drive 475+ miles (one way) to get the car. ALL salespersons should take instruction from Dwayne on to how to treat a customer

After deciding the specifics of the GMC Sierra I wanted I contacted several dealerships via email with specific questions. One responded with "I'll get back to you.", they never did. Another would not answer my questions, they kept inviting me to test drive, which I didn't need to do. Then I was contacted by Dwayne from Alexander. He was very professional & answered all my questions honestly & patiently. He didn't SELL me my truck, he helped me Buy it.
