I like that you have two options available, a drive up service which is quicker and a scheduled appointment when you have more time. The scheduled appointment was very thorough and included a tire rotation, and car wash (you will not get that kind of service from Jiffy lube). And, you have the added benefit of having Ford trained mechanics doing the work. Although it takes more time to get done, I will be using this service from now on. I recommend it to everybody.

I'll just call Jimmy at Alexander's service department and see what he could do.. Jimmy says come on down will take care of it for you. Sure enough I dropped it off and went to work. We bought our 2011 Fusion Hybrid while my husband was in Afghanistan and had great service through the whole challenging and confusing ordeal. Matthew was great with working out a deal with us and the price we wanted and dealing with all the confusing POA and out of state licensing/tax issues. And every time we've had our car serviced there, it has been a very easy, and stress free event (thumbs up for the drop off service they have). I had an appointment to have oil changed. Not sure why appointments are even made as it seems to be on a first come first serve bases. I had also sent an e-mail to make the appointment and NEVER heard anything from it so finally called a week later to make the appointment. I have a contract for the oil changes and wash -- washing was backed up over an hour so did not have it done.

Usually an appraisal is a disappointment because you think your vehicle is worth more. So the result was insulting. Why would you go around the dealer insulting customers who did not ask your opinion or show any interest in purchasing a new car?

I purchased a 2013 used Ford Escape from Melissa. She did an excellent job, however, I don't think we should have to pay for a second key. I think all vehicles new or used should have 2 keys. Also we had a budget and it surely didn't include the cost of a second key. She also told us they really go over the used cars before they put them on the lot, however, the rear wiper blade is totally worn out. We are waiting for her to call us and tell us when to bring it in to be replaced. She wasn't in yesterday when we came in and another fellow helped us and kept telling everyone he was doing this for Melissa. I thought that was very tacky and didn't make me feel welcome. He should have been doing it because he works there. He did however take the time to show me all about the bells & whistles in the vehicle. Melissa had showed us some, but hadn't gone over in detail. Bill in parts was very helpful with the replacement key as was the fellow who programs them.

I usually contact Craig Ebers in the service department when I need service done on my Ford F-100 Platinum pickup. He has always been very professional and explains things in a manner that I can understand. This last visit was extremely excellent service. My vehicle needed to be kept over so I was given a rental to drive. Craig kept me informed of what was going on and assured me that they would get everything taken care of. This was very helpful since I was needing to take my truck out of town and the last thing that I needed was for it to break down while I was away from Yuma. As always Alexander Ford has knocked it out of the park! Craig Ebers is the best Ford service guy I have had to deal with at any Ford dealership. Excellent service and speeding high Ford quality work. The only issue I have is with sales. They didn't fully go over my wife's new car and make sure it had what she wanted and was not very knowledgable on the Sync system

I have been at Ford for many years and had sworn not to return after several unsatisfactory customer experiences. I have changed my mind since you employed Jimmy. Jimmy is a very valuable asset to Ford and has changed the customer experience dramatically. His attention to detail, open and honest customer service style has made my trips to Ford less stressful and kept me as a customer. There is also a young man in the rental department who is very helpful, efficient and has excellent customer service skills. At one time I dreaded having to walk into the service department and felt that it was a was very unwelcoming. Now when I go in I am confident that Jimmy will take care of my car and communicate in a timely manner. He is always pleasant respectful and has changed the experience from my perspective.

Our sales person Josh Cokel worked very hard to earn our business. After not liking the first deal, he continued to show us different vehicles that would work for our budget. He found a Ford Escape that not only had the features that we were looking for but it also fit our price range nicely. We purchased a 2014 Ford Escape and really like the vehicle. He has followed up with us to make sure we are 100% satisfied and we certainly appreciate his attending to our needs.

After a long cross country drive, got a check engine light. Called the service department and talk to Al....he and the service guys had my problem fixed and me out the door within just a couple of hours. When you're driving coast to coast that's really important! Thanks Al!!

I have been looking for a used car for several months. Keep stopping by and looking each time car prices are overpriced and the salesman keep trying to get me to look at cars that I'm not interested in; Go to phoenix or san diego you will save 1500 dollars on average and the customer service is better.
