i called all american chevrolet on the phone about a pre owned truck they had online. i was connected to chuck masker in sales department. i told him i was over 2 hours away and asked him if he could please take pictures of the truck and send them to me. not only did he do this but he also video taped the whole truck and accurately described the vehicle to me on the phone. i drove down there and had a great buying experience. 5 stars to chuck and the whole all american team

Just want to say what a great place All American Chevrolet is to purchase a vehicle. I never write reviews but this is an exceptional dealership. I just called to get general information but when Rick the salesman answered the phone he was so straight forward and honest that I knew i had to go see him. He was true to his word. He sold me what I was interested in and didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. We did negotiate a bit back and forth but even that was done in a pleasant and straight forward manner. we just got our new chevy silverado. we stopped at all american chevrolet in middletown nj, and was greated by chuck. we were introduced to joann the lady we made appointment with. joann had chuck show us the vehicles we were interested in. chuck took his time to show us all the vehicles (numerous trips to get keys) and also took a few test drives in different vehicles. the whole process was great, from beginning till the end. and we left with a shiny new vehicle and a great salesman. thanks chuck masker and everyone else at all american chevy

We stopped in to All American just to look at their Suburbans. We were met at the door by Rick Romeo. He took us out back and gave us a walk around demonstration and overview of a beautiful 2015 Suburban LTZ. He was professional and polite, but what I liked best of all was that there was no salesman type pressure. I loved the truck as soon as I drove it. Never told me about the fee for turning in the car, $400! I specifically asked about what if anything would be owed upon the completion of the lease and they told me nothing would be due. They will do and say anything for the sale. I asked them to refund me and they refused, the piece of junk was even recalled three times.

They are massively incomplete. Had them check a sensor light that went on. The A lying rep "scheduler " told me it would cost About 455.00 + tax to fix. Went to another dealer, 250.00 . Same item & fixed no problem. Called them twice to set up a appointment. They never called back, That is when I found another dealer. They worked on my truck many times before. It took them 4 times to fix a minor problem!!! Find a other dealer to service your vehicle Or to buy a new one. They SUCK BIG TIME & DISHONEST TO THE CORE.

chuck met us outside, and said hello. he allowed us to walk around and look at vehicles without being followed like we get at most dealers. after a few minutes he checked on us to see if we had any questions. we asked to see 2 vehicles and he promptly got us keys and we took them for a ride. this is the first time i ever felt comfortable at a car dealership. we ended up buying our car there and on the way home, my wife and i talked about what a great experience we had. chuck called me the next day to make sure everything was ok and if i had any questions about the car. never in my 30+ years of buying cars have i ever been treated so nice and respectful. i just wanted to write this to thank chuck masker and all american chevrolet for making me different about buying a car. i love it.

I stopped at a different Chevy Dealer before coming to All American. The salesperson at that other dealership would not go over the car with me because they felt like I wasn't going to buy it. They wanted to know that they had a sale before they spent the time with me. This made me really frustrated. So I went to All American and met with Jamie. She took the time and went over each model and told me the differences between all the models. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was very patient and kind throughout the process. You see my dad and I were on our way back home and we decided to stop in the All-American Chevrolet car dealership, just to peruse the lot looking at the vehicles they had. We had been looking at the Chevy Cruze's for a while and were just doing the same thing until Rick Romeo, one of the salesmen at the dealership, came up to us and enlightened us about a different type of Chevy Cruze....the Chevy Cruze RS (Rally Sport) model which we instantly fell in love with it. It had everything a normal Cruze had and more. Rick showed us all the awesome features of the car and was not like a normal car dealer just trying to make the sale. He was giving us advice and being completely honest with us about everything on the car. He sold the vehicle, not through persuasion and constant repetition, but, through honest and considerate advice. He explained to us all the safety mechanisms and how he himself bought one of the Cruze's for his son. He also told us how it's rated one of the safest cars in America and how his son being in one makes him feel that much relaxed and to not worry as much. Not to mention everything Rick told my father and I about the car is spot on! The car rides extremely smoothly, it handles amazingly, and all its features work like a charm! I love this car and I am so happy my father and I stopped in the Chevy lot that day! I also can't thank Rick Romeo enough for pointing us in the right direction on the Chevy Cruze's! due to my financial situation I was going to purchase my current lease out and finance the car, after meeting with Jason he took alot of time explaining to me all of the ways to purchase my car OR lease a New Chevy Cruze. went online to look at and build a new silverado, i already had a 2009 silverado. i was contacted thru a telephone call from a very pleasant salesman named chuck, we talked for a few minutes on the phone. he was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. we set up an appointment for later that day. when i went to the dealership i asked for chuck and was greeted a few seconds later by chuck. he had already had the truck we discussed on the phone pulled up front and ready to be looked over and to go for a test drive. after the test drive we returned to the dealership. things could not have gone better, i left about an hour later with my new truck. 5 stars all around.

I wrote a review the day after I bought my used vehicle. I bought an 8 year old car with low miles so I expected and noticed cosmetic flaws. What I didn't expect was to miss two days work and still have a car that wouldn't pass NYS inspection. Buyer beware of these used cars of you live in NY. After debating with Tom, the general manager about reimbursement for the money I HAD to put in the car to pass safety inspection, he told me in New Jersey cars only have to pass emissions inspection not safety and emissions in New York. So, I'm out two days pay and $225 I had to pull out of my own pocket for a car I drove off the lot days ago. In the two days I sat in the waiting room they did fix; the brakes, bad windshield washer pump motor, drivers window housing, and an outstanding recall. Yeah they sold me a car with an outstanding recall. As I said before, if you value your safety don't buy a used car here. I only hope this review helps someone not regret their purchase as I am.

At first I was happy. Salesman Rick was great. I noticed on the way home, I live in Staten Island, something was wrong with the front end. I informed the salesman. After two days of driving I noticed a couple more things wrong. So I take a day off work to bring the car in. They did fix a couple problems. Aft er sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours I was told that they had to order a part and to come back tomorrow. Went home, still had problems with front end. The mechanic said it was in my head and the trouble was because of aggressive tire tread. Another day off work. They fixed a recall, yeah they sold me a car with open recall. Told them again about front end. Two days go by. I took car to get nys inspection. Did not pass. Why? Front passenger tire had so much play from broken tie rod. The mechanic advised me not to drive it. I couldn't take a third day off work to bring it back to the dealer for same problem. I had the ny mechanic fix the problem now All American Chevrolet won't reimburse me. They told me New Jersey inspection is emissions only. New York is emissions AND safety. If you must buy a car from here, buy at your own risk. They could care less about your safety.

It has more room in the back for the 2 stroller's, i saw the inside and how much more room than our current vehicle it had, we drove it love it and Jason was great, I would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go see him, he knows how to make it stress free and fun at the same time, kudos jay, good job, we love our new suburban.

My son was seeking a jeep wrangler, and we noticed one online at all american chevy. we sent an email asking about the vehicle and the condition of it. we were called back by chuck, one of the sales people there. chuck was friendly and very honest. I set up an appointment for my mechanic to come see it. we live over an hour and a half away but chuck waited for us to come there and took a ride with the mechanic to make sure everything was fine. the mechanic called me and told me everything was perfect. so i then called back chuck masker and set up the buying process. 3 days later we came up to the dealership to buy the car and we were then introduced to chuck. once again he was very polite and insisted we check out the jeep. when we did we were blown away by how clean and nice the jeep was. my hat off to chuck for doing a very professional job, and treated us better then we could have ever dreamed of. chuck and his team at all american chevy could not have been nicer.

As I'm sure many of you will agree, buying a car can be a real hassle. It can be just plain annoying at times, full of anxiety and lots of questions. I must admit, though, that my experience at All American Chevrolet was anything but annoying- it was actually a pleasure. I worked with Jason Wysowata, his manager, Greg, and Kristen Brumel- all of which were completely down to earth and easy to work with. They aimed to please and their customer service was excellent! My wife and I bought a used Chevy Tahoe that was immaculate. Any of the small cosmetic items that we wanted fixed were immediately addressed on the spot. The sales and service staff were polite, approachable, and engaged- not pushy, "salesy" and uninterested as you often find at other dealerships. This was the first vehcile we bought from them, and gauging by this experience, I would be more than willing to continue to partner with them on future vehicle purchases. I was searching for a new car. I had previously owned 2 Subaru's, so naturally I was leaning toward that way again. Then I saw someone driving a Chevy Cruze. I thought it was a great looking car, just the right size, etc. I then saw in the Asbury Park Press the Chevy Cruze was in the top ten vehicles sold in February 2014. Went online to Truecar.com, to see what they could do for me. I had never owned a brand new car, I always bought second hand. Well after putting all my info into the computer, the texts, calls and Emails started, and they just kept coming. I was being bombarded. In one day I got 11 text messages, 3 phone calls and was even called at work!!! All from one Dealership. I did not want to be harassed or pushed into something, it was totally out of hand. I let some time go before I decided to stop in to All American Chevrolet in Middletown. I had gone on to their web page and read a review from a customer that was totally happy with his experience, so I thought I would stop in. I was met outside by Bill Facchino. We talked a while about what I was looking for. No harassing, no pushiness. He wasn't trying to sell me what he wanted, he was asking me what I wanted in a car. I decided I liked his style and asked if I could test drive the Cruze. The minute I got behind the wheel of the car I knew it was the car for me. The car is solid, handles very well, has just the right amount of room for me. Gas mileage is a dream. I am so happy with my new car. Bill was wonderful to deal with as was Kenny and Kristen. Went in for a stabilizer service light. I was told the front left wheel sensor had to be replaced, it was replaced. A few days later the same service light appeared and I had the hub bearing replaced on the same wheel. I ended up paying a lot for a problem that never got fixed. A customer of their's for years ill not use them ever again. Customer service is horrible. Overcharged on everything. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had to be the worst customer ever. I had so many issues and didn't really know what I wanted. This group of people really helped me get into a vehicle and made me feel comfortable with the sale. I will be a forever customer here and I will be recommending this dealer to all my friends and family. I want to give a real special thanks to Jimmy Reichert because he is the best at what he does and he really made sure I was happy with my decision. Thanks again All American Chevrolet!!!!

Normally I wouldn't fill out a review but I just wanted to add to all the excellent reviews for All American Chevrolet. I recently leased a car from them and the whole process was fantastic. At no point did I feel pressured. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable and did everything he could to accommodate me. All the other employees I dealt with were just as friendly. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership if you're in the market for a Chevy.

i had service done on my car i had the warrenty the extended warrenty never less i was charged 330 for a hose that is terrible i would never bring my car back for service i would rather pay someone on th side

David was great. I got a great price. I was very unhappy with a salesman who sat next to david. He was making fart noises everytime someone walk past. And i felt he was laughing at me. He kept yelling " whoooo as well. Other then that,I had a great experiemce.

Had to take my car in last month for clear coat etching (bird poop) on the hood. This was my first time service request and scheduling was easy. There is a lot of construction in progress at the dealership and despite this they are very well organized in temporary trailers. I waited for the car and they had me in and out quickly. Not only did they fix the etching mark but they cleaned the entire car. I was very happy and will continue to have my car serviced here.

Very friendly and professional; The extended warranty is not bad considering that you can get a full refund if not used. Customer service is excellent. The General Manager is very responsive and will address any problems you have pre/post sale.

I am giving this rating because I found Chuck very very helpful, knowledgable, caring. He did everything to make me feel important and not just a number. He listened to what I had to say and never once talked to me like I was a nobody. He took his time in showing me what I wanted to see and explained to me all about the car that I had chosen. I feel that the customer service that I received was well beyond the call of duty. The people there were very friendly and made you feel like a friend and not just a customer. I will definitly recommend Chuck and All American to all of my friends and family. Chuck knew what my budget was and he helped me to get into the car that I had chosen. As far as Kristen in the finance dept she was very helpful in explaining to me exactly what I was signing and why. She was very pleasant and friendly.

Chuck is a very personable and 'down to earth' person. He made us feel very comfortable an did not put any pressure on us to buy a car. The managers, the finance people and everyone else were equally friendly and did whatever they could to help us amd make us feel comfortable through the entire process. They even offered us lunch and a drink. When I gave them my bottom line number and told them the conditions I needed to make the deal happen, the did whatever they could to work within my budget. I did not feel pressured or hassled in any way. Even the person in the finance department, Kristen, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and explained everything to us. It was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had.

This was the 13th car I purchased in the last 10 years and bar far, this was the best buying experience I ever had. Great price on both the trade and new Tahoe was just the start of it. Russ introduced me to a number of the mechanics as well as the Head of the Service Dept- he knew everyone in the place and you can tell these guys all worked together for a very long time (which must be a testament to the leadership of the organization). These guys also have a huge selection of trucks and cars (I had 20 new Tahoes to choose from- most were equipped with packages that were configured to appeal to current taste like 20 inch rims on their trucks)- good luck finding that anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a fair deal and great selection to choose from.

The people in Sales and Service show you they are interested in your satisfaction. I enjoy a long relationship with the staff, and in particular Ronnie C. Each time I walk on the dealership property I'm approached with friendliness by people who care. Tom Cedar has an alll around great staff, they do more than sell and service cars and trucks, and that shows. Great job!

I first walked onto the their lot in november 2011. I went with a buddy of mine and Jamie answered all our questions .She let us test drive multiple cars and we left. I was not pressure by her to buy nor was i spammed with follow up media. I remembered how knowledgeable , courteous and patient she was with us. I returned 5 months later and again test drove 4 different cars. I made a purchase that night 4/9/2012 and felt good about giving her my business. On two seperate occasions she helped me anyway she could. I would recommend this dealer from the experience I had.

I found my experience at All American Chevy to be excellent. Jaime, our sales consultant was very friendly and easy to work with. She had fantastic knowledge of the vehicle and worked extremely hard to find us the specific truck we wanted. In the end, it proved too elusive and we had to order one. Jaime proactively kept us informed throughout the order timeline. I really couldn't ask for more, she did a great job. Michael, the manager was also very helpful in the search process and was easy to work with while negotiating the trade in of 2 cars. Chris, the finance guy, is very friendly and knowledgable and tied it up nicely. in all, it was as pleasurable an experience as buying a car can be.

Terrible, i bought a car from this dealer in 2007, and went back to inquire about a new Chevy. My salesman John Kokakis was very pushy would not take no for answer, would not give me my keys back on my old car, and refused to listen to my concerns. Last time i went to all american, i worked with Ken as a salesman and wanted him this vist, instead i got MR. Pushy AKA John Kokakis, MR. Kokakis will not take no for an answer, go to Pine Belt chevy in Eatontown for better customer service.

Went to All American after getting the brush off at a few other dealers. 1st purchase at All American Chevy. Jamie Krupinski was very nice and helped us get out of our current lease and purchase a new Chevy Sonic. No Hassle, No pressure, My wife and I were very happy. Sailed through finance, signed the papers and done. I am very satisfied with All American and would recommend them.

Best car buying experience ive ever had!!!! James was great! He was so inviting and he sold me my cruze ith a mix of excellent product knowledge and a great sence of humor. Usually I dread car buying because of the whole "car salesmen" routine but All American chevrolet was nothing like Pine Belt or Oasis chevrolet because they didn't try to sell me a car, they really helpedMe pick one out! I will always make all American my first stop for sales and service!

I am a second generation GM owner. My Mom worked in Chevy dealerships since shortly after I was born. I had a relationship with an incredible dealership in Laffin Chevrolet. I bought a Olds Alero in 01 from Pine Belt Olds which WAS in Keyport, before the first oil change, they were no longer a GM approved dealership. I then went to Laffin whose service department I can only describe as stellar. Their service department sold me my next car. During major changes at GM, Laffin dissapeared, literally. I called for an oil change and no one answered the phone, I was heartbroken as I only trusted them for all maintenance & repair. I then called All American for service and was very relieved, they are awesome. My boyfriend puchased an HHR panel from Kenny T, that was a very pleasant experience. We took that HHR for an oil change, wandered around the lot while waiting and found my new love, my green Camaro! It was painful to give up my 05 Equinox which was incredible (and only had 46K on it), but I found after taking the Camaro for a ride, it was time to invest. I agree with previous posts that Kenny's style is no pressure, he gives you all the information and lets you decide, so refreshing. Kristen is so knowledgeable, it boggles the mind! I think I could have received more for my trade and received a bigger discount on what was considered by me as a leftover, but these are not Kenny's decisions to make and I did want the car. I think many people avoid dealerships due to the pressure of salespeople, but that has never been my experience at All American Chevrolet, highly recommended.

This dealership and it's employees made buying a new car a very pleasant and enjoyable event. The salesman Ken Tyburcy was not pushy and allowed to concentrate on the issues we had in researching a new car and we were not hounded like we were at some other dealers. They were able to exactly understand what our concerns were and worked very hard to meet our needs. we would not hesitate a second to purchase from them again, I would definiately reccomend this dealer to anyone who wants to purchase a chevy. My mother just purchased a 2012 Equinox. The salesman was HONEST,CARING & THE BEST salesman i ever met. He was wonderful with my mom. He showed her everything about the car. He made sure that she was 100% comfortable with car.I would also want to mention that the manager & other co-workers were VERY friendly too. I would refer everyone to this dealership. I have been to alot of dealers & purchased ALOt of vehicles....THIS IS THE FIRST time i EVER do one of these surveys.I felt this dealership deserves an A+ report card.I believe the salesman's name was Ken.

James Murphy, his manager (Michael, I think) and the finance manager Kristen were a welcome change from the terrible treatment my wife and I received at Pinebelt Chevrolet Lakewood. Everyone at All American Chevrolet made us feel comfortable. Completely stress free. We did not feel pressured. We were shown realistic options for financing up front. Everything was transparent (unlike our dealings with Pinebelt Chevrolet Lakewood, who actually refused to show any number other than a monthly payment). We are looking to buy another vehicle in the spring (a Camaro for my wife), and we will absolutely make All American Chevrolet our first (and hopefully only) stop. We are happy to tell our family and friends of our experience. Thank you!

My wife and I arrived in the evening to look for a new car. Kevin listen closely to understand our criteria. He gave thorough and concise answers to our questions. There was never any sense of pressure. We were encouraged to test drive different cars with different packages. We decided to purchase the car that night as the store was about to close for the day. Everyone that was needed stayed around to complete our purchase. They were all very friendly and professional throughout. The sales manger, Greg Brossa was also very friendly and helpful. Whenever asked, he quickly calculated the costs for several cars we had considered. He gave a clear and concise explanation of the expenses for each estimate. He was very effective in coordinating all of the folks involved with completing the sale and preparing the car. Once the sale was completed Kevin gave us a quick tour of the service area then helped up set up our OnStar account and gave us a thorough review of the main features. It was our best car shopping and purchasing experience.

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Cruze from All American Chevrolet In Middletown, NJ. This car is my (sixth) purchase from this dealership, that alone should speak volumes about the experience and trust I have in this dealership.This last purchase however was by far the best experience in purchasing to date. I felt the salesperson Kevin Geiger took the time and really listened to my concerns and my desire to get the best deal possible. His knowledge of the car stood out immediately as he explained and demonstrated every option in the vehicle before I actually test drove it.The Sales Mgr Michael Fawcett was just as pleasant, He took the time to sit with me and explain my options to give me the best deal possible. I felt respected and I felt my loyalty as an All American customer was rewarded.Additionally, I have to give a shout out to the service department. I even told Mr. Geiger one of the reasons I keep returning is due in part to the service department. This is my second purchace from ALL American Chevrolet. Jamie Krupinski was my saleswoman for both purchaces.As i walked into the front doors of the dealership i was greeted by Jamie with a big warm smile, "Hi Kevin. How have you been? How is your wife and your daughter Taylor?"WOW!!! I was very impressed. It has been 8 or 9 months since she saw me and remembered my entire family. Jamie has always made me and my family feel "at home", without any sales pressure. The truck i wanted was not here and needed to be located. With the combined efforts of Tom Cedar, all my questions were awnsered. Buying a $25K truck unseen is not the most comfortable sinero but Tom and Jamie really put me at ease. The truck was located, arangements were made and the truck was brought to the dealership to be delivered in a timley manner as promised. BOTTOM LINE,From beginning to end, soup to nuts, I could not be any happier with my entire experience at All American Chevrolet, from walking through the front door, to finance and all the way to being handed my keys to my new truck. Russell was very helpful and knowledgeable right from the start. he quickly and professionally presented our options. He really knew the product well. we bought a new Equinox and are very happy with the purchase and choice of equipment package. Russell not only knew the Equinox well, but the entire Chevy line up, down to details which he clearly felt passionate about. That high level of enthusiasm for the brand and the products really helped us feel better about our choice. We have been driving a Honda for the past 6 years, without any incident. We were nervous about making the switch back to Chevy. The workmanship and feel of the car along with the awards it won helped us decide. I was in the market for a new truck. So i went to a few dealerships in the area, and it was becoming very frustrating. I was either being treated rudely, or they didnt have what i wanted and it was really becoming a hassle. I went to all american chevy and sat down with the salesman James Murphy. We talked about all options from trucks, colors, and pricing. Everything went really smooth , and stress free. We went for a test drive and i loved it. Horrible Service,, took car in two full days to have my hatch fixed. Hatch is not fixed it is the exact same (actually worse). Then they messed up my steering in the process. Will not give me a loaner car and they want me to bring it back again to "take a look at it". Don't let these people touch your car. Manager was an idiot didn't call back like he promised, had to call him. Won't do anything to make it right. Won't even assure me to bring back car to fix, he wants me to go somewhere else, cause he knows his service sucks!

Wanted to buy a brand new Corvette. Sales guy was chewing on a pizza. never got up. told me that at the moment he had no brochures and no Corvettes in the lot and that I should come back in 2 month. Similar experience in Service department at another time when 3 guys were behind the counter, I was only customer, but for 10 mins nobody could be bothered to ask what I wanted. Left the shop without my parts. will NEVER go back.
