We are originally from San Diego yet we were willing to business with them all the way in Amarillo TX. Communication over the phone was easy and painless.Salvador was very accommodating with our requests! Not once did he complain nor did he argue with us about those requests. He responded promptly and professionally. I'm used to dealing with pushy salesmen, but the staff here work at your pace! Hats off to these guys when it comes to doing business over the phone! Excellent to work with! We arranged a Pre-Purchase Inspection on the vehicle and they're more than happy to work with us on that. They're Awesome! Customer service is on point. They washed the car and even gave us a full tank for the drive home. We had a pre purchase inspection done on it. No arguments or hassles over having that done. It came back with a totally clean bill of health. We had to drive it home the next day (slept over after a 15hr drive) and they had it garaged overnight instead of at the hotel we stayed at. They really treat you like royalty here. Salvador is the man! Cody is awesome too for helping us get a great deal.

I had the awesome experience of buying a 2016 Dodge Hellcat Challenger. I was treated with respect and making the deal was actually a pleasure. From walking in the door being greeted with a handshake, to actually completing the online special order, being kept informed via email and phone call of the production process, to delivery of the vehicle! Everyone involved in the process treated me with respect and dignity, no pressure to purchase the "add-ons" simply informed me of the options available. I have recommended this dealership to all my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Had problems with a new pick up I bought. Chrysler was good to work and keep me up to date where All Star Dodge did not. Got a new one but they didn't want to swap out rims and tires. They finally did but not with out me getting mad about it. They have never said sorry or even showed that they cared at all. Along with numerous other things they did. Or didn't do.

I'm from WA and was passing through Amarillo in my 05 Dodge diesel and needed some diagnostics ran on my truck as it was giving me grief on the hwy. I called and asked if they could look at it during the 2 days I was in Amarillo. They just said "Sorry we are booked, can't help you". I couldn't believe it. In all my years of traveling if you were passing through and broke down an auto shop would do what the could to get you back on the road. I have never heard "Sorry we can't help you". Very poor customer service.

Bought my first car from them !! Very knowledgeable and helpful especially about explaining all the process...The staff is very helpful and nice not to mention they are very genuine people. Very down to earth cracking jokes with us and just being human. Most dealerships aren't like that! I love that All Star Dodge is! Joe is the GM and he was very helpful as well. In fact all the manahers there areGreat!

I have bought my last two new cars from All Star Dodge and had been very pleased with them. I received two letters via mail and two emails saying that I may qualify to trade my 2012 Challenger in for a 2014 or 2015 for possibly the same payment. I knew I was upside down in my car but thought I would try. I called and spoke to a young man and explained the above. He said he would look into it. He took down what I was looking for, colors, etc. The next morning I received a phone call from a different person. He asked me all the questions that I had already answered the previous night. He told me that he would call me back. I never received a call from him. I tried to call him but he did not answer. I text him and he responded a few times. The next day I called again and this time he did answer. He told me that he would let me know something. The only time I heard from him was if I text him first and there were times that he never responded. I did ask him if they had the same discounts here that they did in the Dallas area and he said yes they did. I am very disappointed because I feel I at least deserve a phone call to keep me informed. I looked online in the Dallas area and I have had more response from them than I have from the person that I was talking to at All Star Dodge. I could go there and look but would prefer to purchase from All Star Dodge because I had been pleased with them.

Spent 7 hours and jumping through hoops to get a lender they use to finance me. Finally got it done. Signed the contract and I was off in my new car. Over 3 weeks later. The dealer calls and says the lender backed out, to bring the car back. Now i have no car at all. Words cant describe how angry I am!!!!!!

I have been researching the Dodge Challenger for several months and decided to get serious about it. I submitted a basic inquiry online at allstardodge.us, and received an e-mail from Salvador Martinez in short order. I told Salvador what I was looking for and the price I was comfortable with. We traded a couple of e-mails and set up an appointment to see the Challenger a couple of days later. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, I was immediately greeted with a handshake. Within a couple of minutes Salvador was letting me look over the car, and we were headed out for a test drive. After the test drive, Salvador presented me with a sheet of paper that had all of the pertinent numbers on it. I knew exactly what they were asking for the car, and I feel like they gave me a fair price on the first shot without having to run into a sales manager's office every few minutes. We had a signed agreement within 90 minutes, and my new Challenger was on its way to be detailed and filled up with gas. This is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle without feeling like they were trying to screw me with my pants on. Salvador, Jeffrey Osborne (sales manager), and Rafael Camacho (finance manager) never once pressured me into buying something I didn't want. Instead, they presented me with options and let me make my own choices. I felt like I was important to them, and that I was being treated with respect.I have no doubt that my next vehicle will be purchased from All Star Dodge.

Went in to possibly trade in a vehicle and get something newer. Mario first showed me a 2007 Toyota Camry. It was OK. He had to get someone to look at my trade and discuss it. I didn't want to get something real new as my son is on my insurance and it would go up considerably. I asked if they had anything less than 10K and was told 'No' - because banks don't like to finance them, high miles, etc. etc. I had to go home and take care of some things. While at home I looked online at their dealership - lo and behold! there were 27 vehicles for less than 10K. Took the loaner car back, Mario wasn't in, and got my vehicle. Shared with another salesperson about my disgust over the way I was handled. Finished errands and got home - received a call from the used car sales manager - they were going to give me 3500 for my trade-in (books at ~2500 for trade), I was approved and my payments were going to be $225 for SIX years! He finally got around to telling me that the vehicle they had 'put' me in was a 2009 Dodge Avenger, and after a lot of asking, finally told me that I would be financing over $13,000. OK, I didn't want something that new, they didn't ask, AND the Avenger - even the most fully loaded, only books at slightly over $14,000. SO, they were 'giving' me $3,500 for my trade-in, and then jacking up the price of the car I would be getting. What a nightmare. I will never go back there again. This type of shenanigans are what give used car dealers their reputation.

Curtice Spencer was great to work with. He found exactly what we wanted. He didn't bug us too much, but kept in contact. We bought a Jeep, and it was a great experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Curtice.

I had been looking for a truck to replace my diesel. I came across Allstar Dodge and made contact with Rafael Camacho. I have to say that this place is AWESOME. My salesman worked hard to find me what I was looking for and what I could afford. Allstar Dodge is no nonsense, no hassle, and highly recommended in my book. I know where I will be shopping in the future.

I was very pleased with the service i received from All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I had been looking for a new car and was in need of help due to very poor credit. Braden took the time to help me find a great deal on a great car. I should also mention that I live in northern Oklahoma and the dealership is of course in Amarillo, Texas. Braden spent a few days off and on getting me financed and getting all my paperwork in order by fax. He then located a beautiful 2010 Ford Fusion on the lot and got me a great deal as far as price, down payment and payments. My next problem was getting to amarillo to get the car. I was trying to figure out how to get out there when braden blew my mind by telling me i could have it delivered to my door the next day!! What a great benefit. As promised the next afternoon, my car was delivered to my door by two nice gentlemen. I signed the paperwork, got my keys and was able to enjoy my car that same day. I have bragged about this dealership to all my friends and family and have recommended it to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle. I hope to continue purchasing more vehicles from this dealership in the future.

All Star Dodge sold me 2 previous vehicles before my recent purchase with Bruce Holtzapple. Looking for a solution with a tough situation, Bruce found the perfect plan. I originally went in for information on what my truck was worth. After 4 hours of discussion, a break for dinner, and putting the numbers to paper. I ended up trading in 2 trucks for 2 cars, with less financial burden. And a better solution for my son where his insurance payment and vehicle payment went down. The financial department worked with me continually throughout the following weeks to see that all the loans for the trucks were paid, and the loans for the new vehicles were finalized. It was not an easy transaction, but they made it as easy as possible on me. I am very pleased with the whole experience & highly recommend Bruce and All Star Dodge to friends.

This dealership is great! They are very friendly and helpful. The sales people are all very knowledgeable and seem to take pride in their work. I specifically worked with Braden Boily and he was very kind and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend buying a car from Braden at All Star Dodge. They took great care of me and I absolutely love my car!

I've purchased many vehicles through different dealerships and have never had a pleasure doing so. My salesman Micheal Millsmade it very easy. I had absolutely no haggling back in forth over pricing. Micheal , as well as management went far beyond any otherDealership I've purchased vehicles from. The process with them was quick and easy. I will continue to use all star dodge for futurePurchases. I hope many other people chose to use them and find its not a dreadful experience. Thank you so much.R. Kennedy

we have purchased 4 new Chrysler/Dodge vehicles drom All Star dodge in the past 14 months. Working with these individuals has always been a pleasure. William Foote is very professional and knowledgeable about every vehicle we have purchased. Sam Hanson has changed roles and has provided excellent service as well. Jonathon Poe, the dealership GM has always provided his attention whenever we have requested it for whatever reason. All in all, a great group to work with and we "highly" recommend this dealership and these individuals as well...

William did a great job--courteous, good listener, and really made the sale painless. Great job done by everyone involved at the dealership. Mostly, the salesperson knew exactly what type of vehicle I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and how I wanted to conduct business. Great job, William!

I was drawn to this dealership by a radio announcement stating "bad credit, no, credit, no drivers license....not a problem. The initial sale service and the contract was signed on 9/6/06. On 9/12, I received a call that there was an error on the original contract and asked to return to sign a new one. I signed a new contract on 9/14/06. Around 9/29/06, I was called and told that the finance was not approved because the co-signed did not have a drivers license and therefore could not be considered (something they were aware of on 9/6 when I signed contract # 1 and again on 9/14 when I signed contract # 2) was asked to return to car asap. I was told my only other option was to get a new co-signer, whcih I did not have. When questionsing the situation further, he basically said that it was a credit issue and not a drivers license issue. I've now been told 2 different things as far as why they want the car back. The sales manager, Keith Wright said I just needed to return the car and he hung up on me. I called the GM, Jim Larson and was basically told that this was a credit issue. I questioned why it was taking close to 3 1/2 weeks for their finance department to determine that the financing had not been approved, espcially since a 2nd contract was signed on Sept 14th. He did not have an answer for me, but said he would find out. I then called and spoke w/ Daniel Brady at Auto, Inc and was initially helpful. He looked into th situation and informed me that if the co-signed could get a drivers license then the deal would be made. This conversation took place on October 5th around 2:30pm. I informed him that the co-signed would go for his drivers license around 3pm on October 6th after he got out of work. He said that was fine and that he would be out of the office on Sept 6th but that the GM, Mr. Larson was aware of the situation and would handle it. By noon on October 6th (well before the co-sgined got out of work), I received 3 phone calls at my place of employment by Benito demanding that I return the car. I was again told that this had nothing to do with the drivers license but had to do with the credit. I informed him that the co-signed would go for his drivers license after work. I was told that it didn't matter, that regarless if there was drivers license or not, that due to credit the only way this would be approved would be with a new co-signer. I got in trouble at work due to the excessive phone calls from the dealership demaing I return the car.....again all of this happening before the co-signer could get out of work and go for his drivers license...which Daniel Bradley was aware wouldn't be happening until after 3pm. I was stressed out by this situation and called the co-signed and told him not to worry about the drivers license because I was told it wouldn't make a difference as now they are saying it's a credit issue. I could not return the car to the dealership when I got out of work because my daughter was using it to run an errand. I was phoned by Mr. Jim Larson and basically threatened that if I did not return the car to the dealership by 8pm that evening that they would send a tow truck to pick it up and deduct the expense from my down payment that they were going to return to me. At this point, it been 4 weeks since I signed the initial contract, I have sold the car that I had previously had, and am being demanded to return the car I do have because the dealership dropped the ball on getting financing approval within an acceptable time frame. I am completely frustrated and uphauled that this situation was allowed to happen. Due to fear of losing $200+ dollars from my down payment that I needed to find another car, I returned the car to them. This is the most unprofessional dealership and people that I have ever dealt with. They are doing false advertising and are a very sad, poor representation of the Dodge Company.
