We had a bad experience with a Ford Focus through no fault of the dealer. Don Bradley and the rest of the crew bent over backwards to make sure we got a car that we felt comfortable with and love. They were under no obligation to help us but did everything they could to handle the situation. Scotty, Don and all the rest are so great. We will go back.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Dustin Shuler and we wont use anyone else. He made the process painless and was completely stress free . Minus the test drive, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We got a great deal and we honestly did not have to negotiate at all. We were more than satisfied with the level of service we received from Dustin and the rest of the Andy Shaw staff. Fantastic place to buy a car.

Today was our third visit to Andy Shaw Ford to look at F150 trucks. We had worked with Allen Powell a few weeks ago and wanted to explore our options. Allen was super informative not pushy and very honest with all aspects of the transaction. We even tried to check out other dealers inventory, but none could compare to the inventory, service and professionalism of Allen and his associates at Andy Shaw Ford.

I have been taking my vehicle to Andy Shaw Ford since I purchased it in 2005. The reason I continue to bring my car there is due to the excellent service I have received over those 11 years. Recently, my car has needed repairs beyond the standard service visits. One particular service employee, Bobbie Jones, always takes the time to explain the needed repairs in detail to me so that I can make better decisions about my vehicle.

Traveling from Georgia to NC to visit with our daughter at WCU in Cullowhee our car ran hot due to a damaged thermostat/radiator housing. Bobbi Jones, the Service Advisor at Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva displayed the highest level of customer service we've ever experienced with any car dealership anywhere! They didn't have the part in stock but arranged for the part to deliver later that day from SC. Bobbi arranged a late checkout with the Comfort Inn & Suites adjacent to the dealership, she had someone from the dealer come to the hotel to get our luggage while we went to lunch with our daughters and waited for the part to come in. Once the part came in it was discovered that a new cap was also needed in order for the new thermostat/radiator housing to work properly. This Lincoln LS part was available in Ashville but it was nearly closing time. Bobbi worked tirelessly to come up with a viable plan that would work for my wife and I. My wife had to be back in Georgia for a mandatory meeting the next morning. Bobbi was nothing short of a "blessing" to us. She arranged a rental for us to get back to Georgia and for us to pickup our car on Sunday when we returned to Cullowhee to pick up our daughter. Bobbi Jones is a tremendous asset to Andy Shaw Ford and you have a satisfied, long term customer! Thank you for everything!!!

I just got a call from John in the Service Department of Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva, NC. He called to tell me that "we owe you $100." I laughed and asked why. He said that I had previously put down a hundred bucks on a part I had them order for me. He said when they installed it, that they charge me full price, as if I was paying for that ordered part with nothing down. They just caught the mistake and were calling to tell me that they owe me.These guys & gals walk on water. Has anyone else, anywhere ever experienced such a thing from an automotive dealership? And several weeks after the service was rendered? Also, I'd like to say that Andy Shaw Ford has the best quality body shop for a hundred miles around. So much so that other dealerships (Chevy, Toyota, and others) send their customers to Andy Shaw when they need body work. You can trust Andy Shaw Ford's repair department. These are good people doing good work.

I recently needed a car for I totaled mine after looking at more than 20 different automobiles and no one listening to what I wanted and what I was willing to pay etc.....the usual same ole same ole salesman pitch......I already had prior financing and yet some still wanted to do that I didn't need it......Dustin Shuler one of the salespeople at Andy Shaw Ford was and is a God send for the purchase of my latest car......I found the car late on the internet, I called the next morning within two hours he brought the car to me to check out and all the reports and thus far, not once did he give me this sales pitch or anything of this nature, he was honest sincere are very friendly I would highly recommend this dealership and Dustin Shuler for a very quick and hassle free experience.....Anthony Stockton

I found a car online that was what I had been looking for. Called the dealership and was transferred to Dustin. Dustin called me back with info on the car. I went up a couple of days later to look at it. As far as I could tell, it was exactly what he said. After the test drive, we spent a grand total of MAYBE 15 minutes "haggling" over price before we got to a number I was happy with. I'll say this....it was far easier than any other car buying process I've experienced to date. Anyway, I had to come back another day as I was financing it through my own bank. In that time, Dustin handled having the windows tinted to my liking, and got all my numbers for taxes, etc that I needed. He picked me up from the local rental car place, drove me to the dealership, and expedited the process of all the paperwork signing. This time, again, in and out in 15 minutes.Now, the few things that kept me from going 5 stars.There are 3 issues with my car that weren't caught/fixed by the dealer. They're minor, but I feel like the dealership shouldn't have sold a car with defects. It's no real issue, because my car is still under full warranty, so I'll just have them fixed at my local Ford dealer, but it's just a little bit of hassle I shouldn't have to deal with.Next, my car was dead on empty when I drove away. I mean...as in the dash saying 0 miles to empty. We didn't negotiate a full tank of half a tank or anything...I just figured it would have been one of those small things that would have been done as a "thank you" for my business.Lastly, the car was not cleaned up for my pickup. Now granted, it had been snowing/sleeting/raining nearly the entire time from when we made the deal until I picked it up...and the exterior would have gotten filthy 200 yards into my trip home...but the interior could have been spotless and it wasn't. When I got it home, I spent about 45-60 minutes wiping it down, vacuuming, etc the interior.My thoughts on my experience with Andy Shaw Ford. It's been ~3 weeks now since I was there, so there might be another couple of positives and negatives that aren't coming to mind; but this is a good enough summary for now. As evidenced by the 4/5 stars...I had an overall positive experience. I feel like there's a couple of things that would have made it lights-out the best experience ever...but it was still pretty solid.

It suits our needs perfectly and it drives like a dream. The staff that we worked with were just wonderful; it feels like buying a car from a friend and they are truly "no pressure". They even make taking it in for regular maintenance a pleasant experience. We bought from them, too, because they do so much to support multiple charities in our community. They hosted a huge Drive Away Hunger event on behalf of The Community Table last year and raised almost $20,000 to feed our neighbors in need. These folks are the real deal!

Like most people I have always dreaded the prospect of buying a new vehicle. However, the sales people and management at Andy Shaw Ford made the buying experience a pleasant one. There were no hassles or games played and they listened to what my wife and I were looking for in a truck. In addition they asked some questions that were helpful to us in deciding exactly what we needed in a truck. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to a friend or family member for purchasing a vehicle.

Took my car in to have o2 sensor replaced, was told to have it there at 8am. I sat there form 8 till 4. 8hours. Don't think this was a good way to treat a new customer. Very poor way of treating anyone.
