My sales person, Leo, was well knowledgeable of the cars I asked about and helpful on the test drives to show me the different features available and answer any questions I had. I had just arrived to town from swerving an overseas tour and needed a vehicle quickly. I got to the dealership late in the afternoon with the intention of just seeing what the end of year sales and availablity was, and then to spend the whole next day shopping around to compare dealers, cars, and new verses used values. Leo's help made me so comfortable getting a car that night, the only hard part was forcing myself to say no to the Camero I test drove. He, Tucker, and several others stayed very late to help me finish the sale and drive away with a new Malibu that night. I could not be happier with the car, or the service I received at AV Chevrolet.

Joaquin was so helpful, respectful, and nice when taking me around the lot. He didn't pressure me to make a deal right then just made suggestions about what I might like and let me know he would be there the next day. When I did come back the next day he went above and beyond to get me into the exact car I wanted at the price I could afford. No pressure and outstanding Customer Service. I was extremely impressed with my Sales Consultant Ray. We found the perfect car with all the upgrades I was looking for however the car had damage to the fender. Ray got on the computer and found the exact car at a dealership 60 miles away. Much better service this time around. I see the changes. The service technician was really nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. But I left two voice mails and never got a call back. And the only way I got scheduled was because of the receptionist. Good plan B but service dept as a whole needs a major overhaul and go back to fundamentals about customer service should be like.

I arrived at AVC and was immediately greeted by Tania Martinez. She was very friendly and easy to get along with. I told her what it is that I was looking for. She immediately took me to the vehicle that I was interested in. I told her I liked it, but It was not the color that I wanted. She said "No Problem, I will get you the car in the color you want." I was really impressed by her knowledge of all the vehicles that Chevy carries. When I went to Finance I had the great pleasure of speaking to Nina Garcia. This girl is amazing! I let her know what payment and finance rate I was looking for and she assured my that she would get me the rate I was looking for or as close as possible. Let me tell you she did just that. When the time came to finalize the paperwork I was greeted by Lamel Scott. I was equally impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. When I inspected the vehicle, it was just as I expected. Pedro did a great job cleaning and detailing it for me. All I can say is that from the moment I got to AVC and then to The Purchase of My 2014 Chevy Equinox, Tania Martinez, Nina Garcia, Lamel Scott and Pedro made my experience at AVC a wonderful and stress free experience. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. It went very smooth. I also had a question about my air conditioner. It was checked out and working fine. I met a lady at the service dept who came in feeling she had been treated badly. She was in for a reccall on her Saturn Ion. I sympathized with her and assured her she was in great hands with Julie Escobar and calmed her down. She felt much better after our conversation. Julie has always been most helpful and professional. My car was done and washed within an hour. Julie inspected my car again and took me back to the cashier to settle up and get my keys. Great service as always.

I took the car in because of problems with the traction control. While they were investigating, the service personnel found a problem with misfires in the engine. I was informed of the problem and reassured that it was covered under the warranty. Raj made sure that I was able to get a rental car, at no cost to me (bonus!). The repair took a little longer than expected, but Raj kept me informed of the progress and any delays that came up. I was, and continue to be, a very satisfied AV Chevrolet customer.

Angel Salvatierra ,our sales consultant,Gave us the most outstanding customer service .He answered all of our questions, about each truck we looked at,he gave my wife and I personnal time to talk things over .Kelly Cobos,Sales manager,explained in detail the cost,our trade-in-value,and the discounts we got.She also answered all of our questions in detail.Paul Filler ,Finance Manager,explained our contract step by step as to what we were signing. All three of these people were very friendly,yet still very professional. They made us feel at ease but never pressuered us to buy or sign anything. I told Phillip that it was my last day of vacation and I didn't live in the area so I needed my car fixed as quickly as possible. The check engine light had come on driving home from my trip. Pulled in for my first service here, didn't know exactly where to leave my car or where to go to check in. But the staff was super helpful told me I was fine and directed me to the area to check in. Once there my information was verified and confirmed without being hassled to upgrade my servicing or anything. Directed to a lounge and received my car serviced and cleaned. I don't know if all dealership services are like that but I'm sure AV Chevrolet is doing it right. Definitely will be back.

I originally went in to buy a Volt for my wife's big 50, but being the typical man, I couldn't resist the desire to test drive a Camero (SS of course). When I expressed a desire to test drive a Camero but was really there for a Volt, the Salesman was a little bewildered (understandably so). I was introduced to the Volt expert who gave me the red carpet treatment and showed me everything about the Volt. We picked up my wife who was nearby and when she drove the Volt, the salesman talked her through the many features of the Volt as she enjoyed her 1st electric vehicle experience. she loved the car and I had to drop her back off at an appointment. When I returned to the dealership, I told the Salesman we wanted the Volt, but I reminded him that I still wanted to drive the Camero. He accommodated me and I was impressed with the many models and quite a variety to choose from (6 speed standard with and without a heads up display and then the 6 speed auto with paddle shifter and HUD). Since I originally went in to buy a Volt for my wife, I accomplished that (great price on a lease), but I was curious what kind of a trade in I could get for my car and the next thing you know, both my wife and I drove away in two new cars for the payment of one. i live almost two hours away, and brought my vehicle in for service, at 930 that morning, and told it would be completed by 1-130, i was shuttled to the mall, and when i called back at 1230 i was unable to reach the service department. The rececptionist who answered the phone was extemely rude and short and was not at all helpful when i told her i was calling to be picked up. She told me they were extremely busy and needed to call back. I told her i needed to speak to someone else and she very rudely told me to wait, i told her my phone was going to die, she left me on hold for a very long time. I was picked up at 2 from the mall, and again waited for my vehicle, and was told it was being washed numerous times. waited another 40 minutes, until my keys were found and then finally left the dealership at 3pm. there were two items that i needed fixed, this took 5 hours. I was also asked to complete a survey at the counter, with the cashier right over the survey, so what kind of privacy is that to give to customers to be honest? My car is fixed, and thats all that matters, but this was a long frustrating day.

Dear Lou, I began as a customer with my 1998, Saturn SL. I have been a faithful customer, bringing my car exclusively for service to AV Saturn, and then purchasing my new car at the time, a 2006 Saturn Vue. I have always valued your service department working with both Elmer and Carl over the years. In October, 2013, the Vue turned 100,000 miles and I knew it was due for service work and I brought the car in to Julie. Neither Elmer nor Carl was available. Julie was very pleasant and I instructed her that I needed a full 100,000 mile service. My understanding was a tune up was to be completed, there was brake work to be accomplished, the radiator and transmission serviced as well as whatever else is needed during this major service event. I paid nearly $1,000.00 for the work and left. Soon after (November, 2013), my brakes began to squeak and the door locks went haywire. I make an appointment with Elmer and discovered a sensor in both doors went bad. They were replaced for a cost of nearly $300.00. Now, Im wondering why this was not discovered during my original service? The brakes continued to squeak and in March, 2014 I could not understand what was happening so I brought my car into the service area for a third time. My advisor was Phillip. All I wanted was my brakes looked at, yet in reviewing the invoice I was shocked to discover the transmission, which I expected to have been serviced in October, needed repair, I had new spark plugs installed, yet I required a tune-up with new spark plugs in October. When I left I paid over $2,200.00 in additional repairs. In all, I am very disappointed that many of these things were missed in October and it now has cost me over $3,500.00 in repairs. The blue book value of the car is not far off. Now the brakes are squeaking again and I have great fear in bringing my car to be serviced. I am a teacher and cannot afford to continually spend money this way. My goal was to purchase an Equinox from you as soon as a property I own in Quartz Hill sells. Knowing what has happened to me in less than five months that will not be the case. I will take the car to something like Pep Boys or Midas for the brakes. As a loyal customer, you can talk with Elmer and Carl, it saddens me to have to write this letter and tell you have disappointed I am with Antelope Valley Chevrolet. My hope was to continue business with you for many years to come. Needless to say, that will not be happening.

I recently purchased my 2014 Chevy Cruze and stopped by the dealership for a routine check-up prompted by a mailer I received in the mail. This was my first visit to the Service Department. It was easy to find and the customer service person was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. She gave me an estimate of how long my vehicle would take. She politely showed me to the waiting area, which was nicely situated. I was later advised that my vehicle was part of the recent Recall and that the service department would advise me when the parts would be in and then schedule another visit for the Recall work to be done. All in all, a very good experience.

I have wanted to buy a new corvette for months now but feared the pushy bad breath over bearing car salesman that I have experienced in the past. I stopped at Antelope Valley Chevrolet thinking I would find the typical 3 or 4 salesman pacing the front of the building waiting for me to get out of my vehicle. I was surprised to find no one laughing, smoking or acting out on the front step. I walked in the front door and Renz McGowan stood up and smiled; it was a very friendly smile and welcome. I instantly felt at ease and walked toward him thinking this was strong, Ive not been attacked or rushed by the first salesman that I made eye contact with. I explained to Renz what I was looking for. We got on a computer and spent about an hour looking at different trim levels, colors and locations. We also looked at the vehicles inbound to their dealership and discovered that what I wanted had already been ordered by them and was queued for production. I explained that I needed to think about and that I would get back to him. I walked away feeling good about the lack of pressured to buy RIGHT NOW. I liked that and knew that I wanted to work with Renz to get my car. It took much longer to get the car and was getting somewhat impatient but knew that this was out of the hands of AV Chevy and Renz McGowan. The car was not off of the truck and I was notified that it was here. I would like to say Thank you again to Renz and the staff at AV Chevy.

I had done a pretty good amount of "lot surfing" before ending up here ,and I have to say that AV Chevrolet is in a class all by itself ! From the moment I stepped on lot and was greeted by JR I was treated like a VIP - Never pressured - never rushed - JR and Steven were so pleasant and personable .They were both so knowledgeable about each and every car and answered every question I had INSTANTLY ! Steven explained the purchase vs leasing options so thoroughly - he even drew me a diagram to help me make sense of it all. They asked what MY wants and needs, etc were rather than "suggesting" anything. I had a long list of cars the hubby had made for me to check out and select from and was about 2/3 of the way through test driving them all when I got to the Chevys -after my experience here I decided not to even bother with the rest of the list ! I fell in love with the Impala and the fabulous "team" here ! Nina was sooooo understand and helpful and NICE and she made it happen for us. She clearly has her team "polished" and obviously CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is their priority ! Paul in finance was also so very pleasant and personable. Also having had received really poor service at my previous dealership, I wasn't sure were to go, were I would receive the "GM Family First" quality of service that I was told I would receive. He went through my auto history, inspected my car and gave me his recommendation on what service my car needed.
