Everything at Anthem when I went to get my new Tahoe was great! Everyone was great and worked very well with me! I got what I wanted and it all went smoothly! I also have worked with the Service department and they are always willing to help and do what they can to get things going! the body shop also does a great job! All areas of Anthem have been great! Thanks for making this process wonderful for me!

We werent planning to purchase a different car anytime soon, but a recent event changed all that. Suddenly we found ourselves in need of a different car and we knew there was only one call to make - Dana Kuntz at Anthem. We are usually anti-car sales. Hate the process. But the people at Anthem are most definitely the best. The ease of the purchase was the best experience. Very caring and no pressure. I was interested in purchasing a Chevy Colorado and requested quotes through the internet. Dana with Anthem reached out to me and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was willing to find the vehicle I wanted. The other dealers that reached out either didn't ask what I was looking for or tried to sell me something off the lot that did not have the items I listed as must haves. The entire team was friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Dana and Anthem to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

When I went to Anthem Chevrolet Buick back in mid-2014 for my first purchase -- a 2010 Chevrolet Aveo5 -- I knew I'd be back. I was on a mission to get what I wanted back then, and it's clear to me that they knew that, and accommodated. As they've continued to do for the nearly two years I've been going back. The Aveo has been more than a good car for me and my family, and it will continue to be all of its life. Just as the entire Anthem Crew have been more than just "my dealership". So when I decided to get a new car, I didn't really even think about it. I went straight back. For all of the two years since they brought me my first one, I've been working towards the 2016 Chevy Sonic hatchback that I was gifted with today. And they went above and beyond to help me accomplish it. Their service technicians are friends more than business acquaintances. The owner, Mr. Dave McFadden, is one of the kindest people it has ever been my pleasure to deal with. Their secretaries, business managers, and body shop staff are the stuff that makes the day. And Dana -- my sales consultant for both buys -- is as compassionate as she is inspiring. I would recommend Anthem to anyone. Whatever your car needs are, go to Anthem. Went to Anthem to test drive a Buick Encore,drove a 2015 used with low mileage,bought it the same day,they stayed late to make it happen, all in one afternoon arrived after 3 pm. Kind,courteous,very helpful even stayed way past closing to help me with set up of On star,blue tooth,and just general knowledge of all the features of the car.Used to take at least a whole day to start the process,this took 4 hours from test drive to financing and all paper work done. This was the 3rd car we purchased from Anthem and it won't be the last.Really love my new car and all the great staff!

my wife and i went to anthem looking to upgrade my truck to one alittle more comfortable for our adult kids and soon to be grandchild. our sales lady dana kuntz was very happy to help us and make sure all our requirements were met. she went above and beyond anything we expected. when we were close and trying to figure out our next move the owner dave mcfadden came in and made the deal happen when i was happy to look at other options.we were introduced to the whole anthem staff and welcomed into the family . my total experience from trish curry who took my calls to dana our sales lady and angie totheroh finance manager to the owner dave was amazing. i bought a new 2015 Z71 crew cab and since have now added my daughter to the anthem family and her getting to experience the same outstanding service we did. we will be back soon to get my wife her next car and prolly my soon to be driving teenager his car. i would more the recommend the great staff at anthem!!!! thank you dave mcfadden,dana kuntz,angie totheroh and trish curry for your kindness and outstanding service !!!

In my earlier review, I forgot to mention how thoroughly knowledgeable Dana was! She knew the car that I was interested in inside and out and took the time after the sale to walk me through all of its features, sync my phone and set up OnStar. And, this all took place after hours, and I was not once made to feel like I was holding them up. Also, Angie most definitely fought for me to get the best financing available. The owner was willing to work with me on a couple of things, too! They're most definitely a well-synced TEAM!

I'm very paticular when it comes to looking for a truck. I found one on cars.com that I liked, but it was an hour and a half from where I lived. I called ahead of time, told them I was planning on bringing my trade in and looking at the truck I found on cars.com. By the time I arrived, they had the truck ready for me to test drive. They all were very cooperative with the truck I bought, and my trade in. All the staff was very friendly, fast, and generous. DEFINTELY WORTH THE DRIVE!!!

From the moment you enter the show room, the staff is already welcoming you and making sure you are comfortable and at home. Dave, Dana, and Jerry all were so helpful and caring, it was as if they were family. They all made the buying process easy and enjoyable. I have never been to another dealership that has offered the kind of care and continuous customer service, than at Anthem Chevrolet, Hoopeston IL. I'm glad to say that i will be doing more business with them in the future.

This was my first car purchase on my own. I purchased a 2012 Buick Verano back in September 2012 new from the dealership. Every part of the experience was astounding. The customer service (Dana Kuntz) and dealership owner were extremely personable and really went above and beyond to satisfy. I drove a few hundred miles given this dealer had the exact make, model, and color I wanted. Additionally, I was able to negotiate directly with them via phone and e-mail. They are very open and honest individuals. I visited a few Indy dealerships which were all smoke and mirrors. They would really push a vehicle on you despite your reservations and made some of the dealership rebates ambiguous. Lacking in transparency and not willing to show me the full picture for the car expense made me hesitant to purchase from these dealerships. Anthem was completely different. They were completely honest with what the purchased for the vehicle from Buick and what the Buick incentives currently were. I was 100% confident I received the entire Buick incentive rebates because I was fully informed of what they were by the personnel (Dana) at Anthem Chevrolet. Additionally, they were extremely caring and thorough in their explanation of the cars features, other options, financing, etc. They didn't try to upsell me anything or pressure me more into anything that what I desired. Additionally, they pointed out a small dent in the window panel. They didn't need to do this, but they were completely honest. They offered me a rebate or to repair it at their cost. I chose repair. They drove all the way to Indianapolis in a few weeks to pick up my car, drop off a rental, and repair the window. Additionally, I had a custom grill installed and the company didn't put the Buick emblem back. Without my request, they put on the emblem which wasn't a simple task. My car was returned timely and in great shape. I really appreciated everything they did for me. I waited a year to write a review to see how the Verano has held up and whether I would have any other customer service opportunities to comment on. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The best experience I have had in the automotive industry, including repairs, purchases, maintenance, etc.

We were in no hurry to purchase a vehicle this summer. We traveled all roads as far away as 128 miles searching for that great deal. I can't tell you how disppointed and discouraged we were trying to purchase a car, until we dealt with Dana at Anthem. If you're local you already know what I mean. And if your not local, it would be well worth your time and drive to experience car shopping without being discouraged. Our road lead us to Anthem just 10 miles away. I cannot find enough good words to say about Anthem Chevy in Hoopeston, Illinois and dealer Dana Kuntz. The staff and atmosphere at the dealership were very comfortable and there is a large selection of cars to choose from. Dana and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to give me every detail about the car I was buying, the services GM had to offer, and the services offered at their dealership. They were never pushy and this allowed for a tremendous car buying experience. I will shop for future vehicles at Anthem, they were just awesome to deal with!!! I should also let everyone know that any questions I have had regarding my car and services that came along with my car have been answered within a minute or two of calling the dealership by friendly staff. Anthem has won me over and I STRONGLY recommend them for your car buying needs!!!
