My purchasing experience was just ok, I knew going in what I wanted and what I was going pay. The internet salesman vs. the actual salesman was a little confusing. I talked to two different people on the phone to make the appointment but when I arrived I was given a third salesman. Kevin was the one who I made the deal with and he was great, not pushy at all. The finance manager was also nice, explained everything thoroughly. I shopped Antioch Dodge because I wanted to buy local, but keep in mind Antioch Dodge is there to make money, not give their vehicles away. They want to make the deal and will work with you to get it done.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!I can't believe stealerships like this still exist! I spoke with Lee, the Internet sales manager, on a Thursday regarding a new charger on their lot. I explained that I would be driving 5.5 hours to get to their dealership if the deal made sense. He confirmed that they would be able to give me a 13k trade in value for my vehicle. He also added as long as you're not wanting 18k for your trade in we can make it work. The next day I received a call to confirm my appointment for the following day from Lexi. After calling Lexi back it was clear she had no idea what she was doing! She told me everything would have to be discussed with Lee but would not let me speak with him. We left it that she would return my call with answers from Lee. Now at 6pm on Friday I called back and Lexi of course was not available. She returned my message at 6:40 without any answers to my questions from the phone call earlier in the day. She could not understand what a trade + a cash payment = the price of their car meant. (Pretty basic math) Now it's after 7pm on Friday, the night before I'm supposed to make a 5.5 hour trip to their dealership when Lee finally calls back. He explains that Lexi is not a sales person and she has been having trouble understanding the car business. He then confirmed that my trade would be worth 13k and to make the trip and I would not leave empty handed. So the next day I make the 5.5 hour trip to Antioch Dodge which was a huge mistake! I received a call halfway through my drive stating the vehicle I was coming to see would be all cleaned up and ready to go when I arrived. When I arrived I drove through several sales people smoking outside of the dealerships front doors. I then met Lee who handed me off to yet a different sales person from who he told me about on the phone just hours before! We then had to walk to the back of the lot to find the new 2016 charger that is unclean, scratched and has bird crap on the trunk lid! After the test drive my sales person asks me about my deal and I explained the previous conversations with Lee regarding the 13k for my trade. He comes back with a deal which values my trade at $9500! I then explained this is not what I was promised by a manager the day before! Now after at least six trips back and forth to a manager and holding my car keys so I can't leave they come up with $11,700 for my trade. Now the head sales manager enters the negotiations and explains that I don't know what I'm talking about and that his sales manager Lee has worked there for several years and would never had agreed to a trade value over the phone. So now at this point making me out to be the liar he starts to insult my trade saying it's not in good condition. I explained that for the miles and age that it was, and that their new vehicle was already scratched and dirty, which I offered to show him but he refused. He explained that they were close to my deal, yet they were still $1,300 away plus fees! At this point I was furious and as we yelled at each other he finally threw my keys at me across the table and I was allowed to leave! Keep in mind Lee the sales manager hid behind his desk the entire time! What a scam! Not to mention the scams I could hear from the sales desks next to the one I was at while I wasted my time here! So I drove 11 hours for nothing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

After a long day of trying to car shop with another dealership, we left without purchasing and not in the best mood - happened to stop into Antioch Jeep dealership on our way home. Wish we have went there in the beginning - they were friendly, knowledgeable and quick!! Our sales person Bree was amazing, made us feel super relaxed and she was super informative. The finance guy was very nice as well. Not pushy at all like some dealerships. My husband and I left with a car we love - plan on referring friends and family to them in the future.

I took our Grand Caravan in for what I knew would be a lot of warranty service. As I suspected, there was a laundry list of items. Of course our "Lifetime warranty" wasn't as good as it was made out to be when we purchased the car. I agreed to have most of the work done, and asked if I could drop the car off on Thursday of the same week because I couldn't go without out a second vehicle all week. They told me I had to leave it that day or pay an exorbitant fee for the vehicle inspection. They then lied and told me that all of the parts needed were in stock and it would only take 1 day. The next day came with a call that informed me that they didn't have the parts and they didn't know when I would have my car back. They will never see my business again, either on the sales floor or the service department.

I brought my Town & Country in for an oil change. They said they'd do a multipoint inspection while they were at it. I said "fine," though I really only wanted a quick full-synthetic oil change. The Service Advisor came out and presented me with a diagnosis of heavy carbon build up that would require a $189 cleaning. Right.I said "no."Then I thought about his recommendation and challenged the Service Advisor and the technician. My engine is only fuel injected, not direct-injected, not turbo charged. I only use Top Tier fuel. I knew the SA was fishing for easy profit at my expense. I asked them to show me the "heavy carbon build-up." They could not. After much pressing, the SA admitted his recommendation was based on mileage and not on any actual carbon build-up. But they would have gladly taken my $189.I chose this dealership with hopes of building a lasting service relationship built on trust. I maintain my vehicles very well and am willing to pay for quality maintenance often ahead of what is normally called for. I'm not cheap, just educated and smart with my money. This SA (and by extension, the dealership) damaged my trust in his ability to conduct business honestly. I now will approach this dealership much more cautiously. I'd like to avoid the dealership altogether, but my thought is they are par for the course, and going to another dealership will just force me to relive this embarrassment with different players. These days, this is just how dealerships conduct business, putting service writers on commission and giving them heavy sales targets to reach. In a lot of ways, the SA is probably just as much a victim as I could have been. This crap starts at the top, with the Antioch Dodge dealership ownership and management. Shameful xxxxxxxx. Here's a novel idea: pay your SA's and techs a decent, living wage, and treat your customers with integrity.

Bree was very professional and courteous. She's was extremely helpful and understanding when I explained what I was looking for and worked really hard to get me the car I wanted while working with my somewhat low budget. Overall she's just very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the cars there. She was able to answer any questions or concerns I had about Jeep Renegades which is something the other jeep dealerships lacked when I went. The financial managers were fantastic as well and very patient considering the dealership was closed by the time I left.

Horrible customer service at this dealership. Not only did they lose my service, they also lost a customer. I work a job that doesn't permit me to use a phone. For 3 weeks straight I tried to contact their service department via their website. For 3 straight weeks I got no response for my service. Gurnee Dodge answered right away and got a new customer.

First time dealing with Antioch dodge and i was very pleased with them. I have been shopping for a New Dodge ram diesel for some time now. I called and stop by every dodge dealer in a 60 mile radius from my house for the best deal. I finaly found it at Antioch dodge, wish i would have called them first. Mike McDonald was my salemen. I talked to mike that day when i call them. He gave me the best deal on the truck that no other dealer could come even close too. I bought it that next day. If you want the best deal on a truck go see Mike McDonald at Antioch dodge. Mike was one of the best salemen i have ever dealt with.,straight to the point of getting the best price and NO BS like those other tyipical salemen. He did every thing he promised and even beat my Banks interest rate. Mike McDonald is the guy you need see when you are looking for a new Dodge.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle today from this establishment. We couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle, the service, and our encounter with all staff. The sales staff were personable and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle as well as a cost point. The individual working to finance our new vehicle worked diligently to match or beat or banks pre-approval to get us the best deal possible. While we waited for our paperwork to be completed, the car we drove in that we are also keeping was even serviced. We left feeling as though we had been treated like we had just purchased a brand new, top of the line, sports car. We also feel reassured that we got car that meets our family's needs at a more than fair deal. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle new or used from Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

Yesterday we purchased a Ram for my husband. We thought we would go look as there were deals to be had. Originally we were going to purchase sometime early next year. Kevin, our salesman (the only salesmen we will buy from) worked hard for us and got my husband into the Ram he wanted. We developed our relationship with this dealer last year when we purchased a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from them. Kevin was a stand up guy then and we knew when it was time for the Ram purchase, he would figure it out for us- and he did. Very happy with the help we received. Anyone who is looking for no-hassle, straight forward, and goes to bat for you kind of service, we highly recommend Kevin at Antioch.

I bought my vehicle in Dodge Schaumburg originally and loved them but then moved to Fox Lake. I wanted to keep getting my oil changes from the dealer so I started taking it to Gurnee and they were fine at first but then they changed staff and I was waiting close to 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change. I figured I'd give this place a chance and I expressed my concern with time when I spoke with the service guy on the phone and he assured me they had an appointment for me at a certain time. I went for my oil change and I was right on time but after 2 hrs of waiting I went to ask about the progress of the oil change. They said they hadn't even started on my car yet because it was first come first serve. Now why in the world did the service person on the phone act like he was writing down an appointment when I spoke with him is beyond me even after expressing my disgust with Gurnee not honoring their appointments lately. I ended up leaving because I had to pick up my daughter at daycare, Never ever will I come here again and nor will I recommend it to anyone.

We were shown a "carfax" report that stated the car we purchased was perfectly fine. Shocked when we traded the vehicle in to find out it was in a FRONT and REAR collision! The use this "credit building" program as a way to lure in those with less than perfect credit only to dumpvehiclest that they can get rid of. The weekend after we bought the car, we had it back there to fix a piece of molding the came loose and the hodge podged something to keep it together temporary. They care ONLY about the sale.

Do NOT go to that place. Very dishonest unprofessional pushy staff. They would promise the best deal and once you got there, everything changes on 180 degrees. One more thing, couple of months ago the rating of that dealership on google was 1.5 stars out of 5, now it is 4.5 out of 5. They just write fake positive feedbacks to attract customers, don't buy it

My husband and I went there to purchase a Dodge Ram. We were ready to spend $50,000 there. We have had Dodge trucks in the past, done are research and knew exactly what we wanted. Salesman told us thats not what we want and showed us a truck that wasn't even close to what we wanted, and was very adamant that was the truck we should buy. Even lied to us and told us what we wanted did not exist, after we had already looked it up online, and that dealer was suppose to have one thats why we went there! Very rude and not helpful at all. What a waste of time and very disappointing. What happened to the sales man trying to please the customer. My God you would think they would want the sale,it was like we were brothering them.

Treat your trade-In as a totally different deal, I got the blue book value before going in, trusted they would give a fair price. They only gave me 3500 and I saw for sale for 8900. What do think? Sure they have to make a profit but c'mon. I had kept the maintamce up and had put a lot of money into it to keep it that way. Was tired of hangling after hours so I didn't pay attention because of signing a thousand forms... Til I got home. Called the next day and was put on hold for 15 min. Said they call back...they didn't after several hours, then I Called back, then without even answering my question redirected and they said they had to do some work on it(wouldn't tell me what) Ok I knew I was getting the CON run around. It's such xxxxxxxx, as a other review I read they will lowball you big time on your trade-in!!!!!! They must think there getting away with it, I truly hope and pray someone see's this and is buyer beware big time. I will be writing Crysler also but probably won't do much good. God will handle it from here, Also I be Leary of other site reviews, a lot are way way to candy coated to actually believe...makes ya wonder!!!!

This dealership have caused a crime. They ran my credit report without my authorization and later passing the blame between sales manager and finance manager.I went there to pay off the new car with my own finance pre-approved cheque from a national well established credit union which they accepted and sold me the new car.But before that, dealership needed by ssn and I strictly told them specifically I am not looking for fianance and do not want them to run my credit report. They said its for titling purpose and address verification. Later during the closing, the finance manager shows my credit report/score they pulled out against my will and without my authorization.

After visiting several other dealer in the area, I visited the Antioch dealership and was greeted by William Lopez. After searching the lot for the vehicle I had in mind, William informed me that I could order a vehicle with the specs I wanted. Upon searching William was able to show me the invoice on a vehicle and at a price I was very happy with and therefore placed an order. Within 48 hours, I was informed that my vehicle was on the way. The the whole process, William and Dave kept me informed and where very, very pleasant to deal with. I'm completely satisfied with the service I got and would highly recommend the William and the dealership.

I had a 2001 Lincoln LS that looked great but was starting to drive rough. I started looking for cars and found a few Ford Taurus in the area that I liked. I looked at two before I found the one in Antioch Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I liked the two before but I wasn t feeling it. When I test drove the one in Anticoh I fell in love with the interior, the outside, and the way it drove. I knew it would be difficult because my dog recently shattered his femur and I did not have the funds for it so I refinanced my car and the bank was holding it as collateral. The staff at the dealership worked it out with the bank and managed to get me in a 2013 Ford Taurus SEL, I love the car. It wasn t as clean as I expected but that s ok. The price was a little higher then it said online as well but I needed a new car. Everybody there was nice Scott sold me the car, he and his co-worker Dan where very funny. Lee in Internet sales was very generous offering to have anything I wanted ready before I got there. Nick in financing was able to get me a good interest rate after checking out a few places. I recommend you stop by to at least check out their selection of cars out if you are looking for a vehicle.

Although I had excellent experience of buying 10 new cars in past 4 years from this Antioch dealer, I will no longer purchase from them nor recommend them. I struck a deal for my next car (a Hellcat) months before the car were available to order: MSRP and I would be ordering the first car allotted to them. On the first day the car was available to order I was told that management already used up that allotment. But I was welcome to place an order for the next allotment they received. Plus I would not be guaranteed MSRP but would have to agree to paying a market adder. This never happened with the old management that was happy making profit from my 2 or 3 new cars each year. Other than managment, these are a nice group of people to work with that I consider friends. Hope to find the same at my new Dodge/Jeep dealership. 9/17/14.

She assured me that my purchase would be fast, finance, interest fee would be great. The salesperson made certain that I was comfortable and asked if there was anything I wanted to drink. He was assertive, kind, and patience. Lorraine, and the salesperson communication skills were outstanding. Absolute satisfaction. When it was time to sign contracts; two young men talk to me and guided the process with professionalism.

Communication started out well via an online service. I came in and made a deal for a new car on a local dealer lot that they would transfer. They tried to change the terms of the deal between our verbal agreement and signing the papers. Sorted that out, signed the papers, made my deposit, and moved on. Then 2 days later they call and say the car is sold and they can't get it for me. However they have other cars they can get for me. It just so happens they are all more expensive... Had to request my deposit be refunded several times. I ended up calling the other dealer and the car was not sold - still available and willing to sell to me. I ended up buying the car I wanted at a much more trustworthy and professionally behaving dealer. They say don't judge a book by it's cover but you can this one. The dealership facilities are an absolute dump - you'd think it was a used car lot.

They lowballed my trade in by $3200. I was told my car was red and red does not sell... Very comical. They gave me their "bottom line" $500 below invoice price for a car at ANOTHER" dealer. Considering they gave me the other dealers Internet price and the salesman told me they did not contact the other dealer yet nor have they saw the invoice. I told Kevin I was unwilling to take a 7 yr loan. The numbers he brought back was $80 over my max payment and at 7yrs loan so they added another year. For his $80 over my payment request we went 76 mos on a loaded up Summit Grand Cherokee at Kunes not the Antioch Dodge Limited that was built with Overland options they were going to dealer trade for. They made every attempt to keep my equity in their pocket and up sell me more financing. Essentially I was told they aren't dealing on the Grand Cherokees and they wouldn't be able to sell my trade in. Which was very well kept and maintained. In the end it totally worked out for us as consumers. I guess Kevin and his sales manager / co-owner aren't use to dealing with educated buyers. But Im glad we didn't buy that Limited. We LOVE our Summit!! Buyer beware and alert of their nonsense.

Really disappointing. Constantly changing the deal in their favor after the deal was struck, bad math, always blaming the invisible "boss man" for everything that they failed to come through on, wasting our time trying to convince us to rate them highly with Chrysler despite the poor customer service, etc. The worst dealership I have dealt with in my 30 + years buying cars.

While we talked shop he took the time to include my dughter in the experience, he went out of his way in the 4 hours we were there to make sure she was occupied and fed. Whether it was grabbing a soda from the vending machine or a bag of popcorn, it felt like he really catered to us.

Another absolutely pleasant purchasing experience from a great little dealership. I have purchased numerous trucks from Antioch Dodge and every one has been completed in a minimal amount of time. They respect your time and you. This is a dealership that is bustling and busy but never too busy to accommodate you whether you are needing a great price on a new vehicle or help in the service department. I have dealt with the service department also in the past. They are knowledgeable and timely. Do not hesitate to get a price on a new vehicle or take your Chrysler/Jeep product to them for service. They are a five star dealership and they earned that rating by taking care of the customer no matter what your needs are whether it is sales or service. Talk to Pete Hall, he was my salesman on this new truck. He respects your time and does not play games.

We went in there for a specific car and they pretty much said whatever we wanted to hear regardless of the truth. We ended up being able to get what we wanted but not without living through the nightmare. The salesman and the finance guy seemed to never be in sync and the finance guy was more pushy than the salesman. Overall it was a bad experience but we walked away with the car we wanted.

My husband and I went in looking at a used car and trading in our car. We walked in and got introduced to Rocky. He asked what we were looking for so we told him and he took us out to look at. We took the used car for a test drive while they appraised our trade in. The whole process was so easy and fun. My husband and I went to several other dealerships in the area and it took all day just to be told they wouldnt work with us on price or the amount of our trade in. At Antioch Chrysler Jeep Dodge they were more then willing to work with us and get our payments to where we were comfortable. They didnt try to sneak in hidden fees or get us to buy something we didnt want. Every salesperson was very friendly and talked to us even though we werent working with them! I would highly recommend stopping in if you are looking to purchase a car, van, truck or suv! They are wonderful!

I was looking for a used vehicle to tow with and found a great vehicle at a great price with my purchased 2010 Nitro. Melissa was my sales person and provided me with some of the best customer service that I have seen in quite a while! There was a service issue that I had noticed with the radio after I had signed the papers and they took care of it with no issues four days later with a new radio at no charge. Their service department gets high marks from my first experience with them.

Throughout our buying process we spoke with three individuals (Kevin, Bill, and Mark) who were each very profecssional and made the complete purchasing process both quick and trasparent. When asked a question, answers were complete when they knew the reply and more importantly, strove to find the correct answer when they did not know. Every charge we were quoted was clearly detailed and there were no games that would have resulted in added charges. The process was straightforward. It is a rare occasion in which I would take the time to write a review, this dealership truely warrants the time.

I contacted Antioch Dodge via the internet and received a prompt positive response, Upon visiting and going through the negotiation and buying process, I was received warmly and dealt with professionally. The patience by the salesman and staff was exceptional as I continued to negotiate my position. With a final agreed upon purchase of a new Ram 1500, both the staff and I were satisfied. The paperwork process was timely and brief in comparison to past experiences with other dealers. All in all, a positive experience and I recommend these folks to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. Thank you to Bill Smith especially.

I contacted Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep through Cars.com in search of a new, 2014, white Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. I received a response shortly after from their internet sales manager, Lee Mccoy. They didn't have the exact options/colors I was looking for in stock but told me they could get it delivered. While we negotiated on price of the new car and my trade-in through a couple email/phone exchanges, they had the SRT delivered from another dealer. Lee committed to me they would not lose my business over price. I put a lot of research into what the vehicles were selling for, and Lee met me exactly where I wanted to be. I then put a deposit down once we agreed on both prices and set up a time and date to come in to pick it up and trade my vehicle in. My wife, our two small children (15 mos and 3 yrs old) and I drove up to meet Lee, pick up our new SRT and trade in our GMC Terrain. As soon as we pulled in, they had the SRT sitting right in front. Had I any doubts whether I really wanted this vehicle, they quickly disappeared after seeing it up close. I could go on and about the SRT itself, but to be fair to Antioch Jeep I'll keep this review about them. I took the vehicle for a quick test drive with Lee. The SRT is a fairly complex vehicle and I was impressed with how much Lee knew about it. I had test driven an SRT at a previous dealer about 40 miles south of Antioch, and felt that I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman. I was actually told that the spare tire wasn't where it should be because they stopped using full size spares with vehicles that come with run-flat tires. After the test drive and quick run through of most of the features, we went in to complete all the paperwork. I let Lee know before we came in that we wanted to be in and out as efficiently as possible due to having to bring our small children. He had as much filled out as possible before we got there. While we were filling the rest out, our kids were wandering around the dealership. Much to our surprise no one seemed to mind, fingerprints and all. There were actually a couple of salesmen/saleswomen that helped keep them entertained. They did try to sell the paint and interior protection plans along with the extended warranty, but I didn't feel it was over the top. I'm pretty sure that it was a standard procedure. Bottom line: Antioch Jeep is a friendly, professional dealership. They gave me a great, no-nonsense price on my trade-in and my new SRT. Lee works his butt off to make sure you are happy and knows all the details on SRTs.

Bait and Switch:Initial internet sale agent communication. Sales agent scheduled me for an appointment on a Saturday regarding a specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited listed on the Cargurus website. Also received appoint confirmation email from floor sales woman. Arrived at dealership. Another sales agent intercepted me and told me that the floor sales agent I was working with had to leave for the day and the same story for the internet sale agent. Walked into the showroom. Mysteriously a male and female intercepted us and handed some paperwork to the salesman I was with. I told the salesman about the vehicle I was interested in. He told me it was just sold". A little annoyed, we began looking at other Jeeps on the lot. Every Jeep we looked was quoted at the sticker price. I mentioned the internet price was significantly lower and he told me he would have no wiggle room if he quoted that price. After another hour of trips back and forth to the 'manager's' office, the salesman (wanna be) came back with a vehicle sticker having a similar price as the one I was originally interested. However, he was quoting the sticker price and would not negotiate. This vehicle was bare bones with nothing automatic, i.e., no options. He would not budge. I left the dealership immediately. The following Monday just for a goof, I called the dealership to inquire about the Jeep that the salesman claimed was sold. The salesperson told me that a deposit was put on that vehicle that day, but I still could come for a test drive. During my visit, this Jeep was no where visible after having looked exhaustively throughout the lot! An amazing story but true. STAY AWAY FROM ANTIOCH CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM DEALER. Valuable lesson: Try to negotiate with large dealerships! They have more wiggle room. I had a 180 degree experience with another more prominent dealer from which I made a purchase.

Worst car dealership ever!!! Mind you some of the scores would be lower if they would have gone negative!Worst car dealer ship I have ever dealt with, this includes used car dealerships too!!! We just bought a Brand New 2012 Jeep Wrangler. All was good until we went back to get the damages that were on the vehicle when we took delivery, fixed after purchase. We bought a special edition Jeep. So here is what was wrong and what was promised that was going to get fixed.... The sticker on the hood was clearly cut off, likely to "remedy it from pealing". The rear floor carpet was also missing a corner, again told no problem this would be taken care of. The back tailgate was cut and scratched as they quickly took the other dealership sticker. From what we gather our truck was a dealer trade. Since there was another dealerships sticker on the car and around 300 miles on it when we took delivery. So lets speed ahead, we now own the Jeep and boy did that change everything!!!! We stop in at the dealership today and get the worst run around ever, "I don't see this, I don't see that, that is no big deal, why does it matter?, let us put some compound on that (referring to the scratches in the paint)". We were actually told "Seriously, if I tell my manager that he is going to laugh at you.". So that is how this continues to go....So after all this they say they need to submit the sticker and carpet for warranty an will be 2-3 weeks before they have an answer, and then what? Maybe they will fix what they already promised. They need to have our Jeep to change a floor mat? I said I would galdly put the sticker on myslef as I did not trust their staff with razorblades and my Jeep any longer. As on the way home the night we bought the Jeep I found the razor blade left in the floor mat with my foot while driving, I was wearing sandals. They said they would have to do this, quote "They would need to send it to a body shop to have the sticker replaced, you know, to get the glue off and stuff". Wow, that is crazy. This makes more sense when we get to the back door.We talk to the service manager about the back door cuts and scratches. He quickly places blame on the porters. This must mean he can see it, right? Since the porters did this, he tells us that this is not his problem, quote "You need to go talk to your salesman to have him ok the fix". Not sure how the salesman has control over this, but off we go to get our sales man....So then our saleman says that he can not see anything. He doesn't know what we are talking about. He is at this point becoming very rude and cocky, anbasicald then basiclly tells us to f-off and get lost. Even worse than that the sales manager came out to confirm the rude and cocky attitude telling us we were out of our minds. As for the back door, they will not fix the paint, they said they would buff it out or we were SOL. But they say they would need my Jeep to be dropped off, so it can be sent to a body shop to get a sticker replaced. Mind you this is a small sticker, like 10x4 inches. But appearently they do not want to have anything to do with fixing the paint cuts and scratches, that some can see and others can not. Must be a ufo.Our brand new car, had several scratched on it from their workers, as they say that was the porters fault (Oh so you do see it now) so it is not the service departments or sales department issue. The sales man, sales manager and service department all then go back and say they can not see it, but they will buff it out. So shady, what a run around. They see it to blame it on the porters, dont see it when it needs to be fixed, and now the customer gets stiffed. Wow, can you say fraud. Then when we start raising a stink that no one will help, we asked to talk to the owner, and were told we need to go thru the chain of command, really what is this the army? Then pressing this harder, to get our brand new Jeep fixed, mind you with 778 miles on it, remember half were there on delivery. We get threatened that if we don't leave they are calling the police. Now that is some customer service. Wouldn't want all the shoppers to hear about this would you!!!! Now I am stuck fixing this all on my own! Hopefully this also being sent to Jeep with the recipts from another parts department, will help them understand just how bad this stealership is riuning the reputation of Jeep!!!! SHOPPERS BE CAREFUL - DO NOT GO TO ANITOCH JEEP IN ILLINOIS!!!

Called dealer to set up a test drive for a 2009 Buick Lucerne CX, told him that this is what I would like to do - have the car on the rack so I can first pop the hood and look at the engine as I had some questions, then raise it up so I could look underneath, then take it for a test drive. When I got there car was out in the lot, not in the service garage. Popped the hood and was looking at the engine, asked where is the battery on this car, salesman did not know, but from the info that I had it said that it was underneath the rear seat, which it was. Was hurried along from looking at the engine to take a test drive and it never went up on the rack so I could look underneath. Car was smooth and quiet and rode great. Time to negotiate the price and they would not come down at all on the retail price (said there was no room to come down on the internet price) plus would not give me much for my trade that was selling for around $6,000 retail, so asked for my keys back and left. THE KICKER - when I got home and started to look online again I saw the very same car that I had test driven listed for $1,000 less then the price that I had. Wonder why this dealer is not getting any good reviews. Also wonder what the buying experience would be like and how many more cars they would sell if they were just honest and truthful.Time to move on and find a good dealership.

I looked for a lot of cars on line. I went on several different websites to find the car I was looking for. I finally find the car and it leads me to this dealer in the middle of nowhere. I get there after work one day, they have me wait about two hours and they tell me it's late that they'll call me the next day to put a deal together. Four days later nothing yet. Although I called everyday and nothing. They don't know where my paperwork is, they transfer me from one sales man to another, to the finance guy, he said that the other finance guy had my info & that if I was willing to stop by again. Terrible service, horrible follow up. This is why dealers get the reputation they get for places like this. I would seriously advice to read reviews before stopping by this place, the prices are low because there's no way they get repeat business.

I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. My fiance and I went in there June 8th of this year to get a vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hit and run. We got a approved the same day in and out we had all the paperwork signed and out the door with $1000.00 down. We got a call four weeks later that they needed further verification and maybe need a cosigner. I am like are you kidding me I went and sold my old car which was still drivable but I knew would cause major problems down the road. So we went in there on a Friday when they called us they went back and forth showing us other vehicles with NO approval. They send us home and ask if we can come in the next week and we say sure, we had no choice. We come back the next week we weren't approved for sure we needed a cosigner and I couldnt believe it my aunt couldn't cosign till the next day. I had military duty the next day flying out at 7:00 am the next morning but they KEPT our car and basically they made the mistake and I had to suffer. I will not recommend them to ANY person, family or especially military soldiers. We were not treated well and they are lucky I put $1000 down or I would have went else where. Please please save your self time, money and everything. From start to finish no lie I spent 14 hours at this dealership of my time. It wasn't worth one hour of my time. By the way they blamed it on the bank. They should have NEVER have us the vehicle and called us a month later if we weren't approved. We have the car now but ONLY cause I put that money down and after a month I can't exactly get it back!!! NEVER again

On 01/15/2010, my husband and I went to Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership and bought a 2008 Dodge Dakota Crew Cab truck. Before purchasing the truck, I asked the sales person, Al, if the truck was ever in an accident. He said "No." I then asked him to show me proof. He showed me a carfax report stating that the car was owned previously by an individual and had no accidents. I asked if I could keep that report and he said no and took the report in a hurry. We took his word for it, trusting that the dealership would never commit fraud. On 04/21/2011, we took the truck into a dealership, The Honda Zimbrick in Madison Wisconsin, to trade it in for another vehicle. The dealership told us that because the truck was in an accident previously, they could not give us full trade-in value. They said they originally were going to give us $17,500 for it but instead were gracious enough to pay off our loan of $16,300. So we lost $1200 because Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep lied and committed fraud against us. Today, April 21st, was the first day we had ever learned the truck was ever in an accident!! First they lied about it not being in an accident. Second, they lied about its previous owner being an individual instead of a business/rental car and third they gave false documents to us about the vehicle. They are a very dishonest business and we want to be compensated!!!!

Not Child Friendly !!!!!!My 3 yr old daughter and I waited for six hours form 11am to 5pm while this dealer held my keys captive and would not allow us to leave even to get lunch despite my repeated requests to be allowed to take my car or any car to go get her some lunch. All this waiting just to have an agreed upon deal constantly manipulated and changed. In the end I had to forcebly demand my keys back just to be able to leave. I dont recomend this dealership for buying a car especialy if you have kids. The salespeople even sat and ate their ordered in lunch in front of us with no regard or consideration for my 3 yr old. This dealer also has no contact info on their website other than an address and phone number so the only way to voice your concern to them directly is to call them up and engage in a verbal confrontation to which they just deny everything.BUYER BEWARE

I bought a used car from them that was supposedly put through a complete service. 8 miles down the road, I noticed a leak. I took it in to a dealer nearer my home who was familiar with that vehicle, and he ended up doing almost $700 worth of work to bring it back up to the level I was told the car was already at. I notified the general manager, and he said they had no responsibility to me since I opted to take it to another dealer. When I explained to him that I didn't trust the quality of their work since the stuff I needed to get fixed was basic things that should have been caught during their service, he again stated that he had no responsibility. He then threatened to notify the police if I bothered him about it again. Never Never Never again. I have had three Chryslers in the last 4 years, to include a PT Cruiser, Sebring JXI, and Fifth Ave. Done with Chrysler, done with Antioch Dodge. Never again, and that is exactly what everybody I speak to in my position as general manager of an international firm will hear. DONE
