Was provided a ride home and back when service was going to take several hours.Attention by lady customer Rep was outstanding as she completely explained the work that had to be done. Apparently, this service was complex (air bag service) requiring careful analysis. Your mechanic ( Jim ) did an outstanding job in diagnosing and correcting the problem.

Recently looking at vehicles online to purchase, and while using USAA Car-buying service for a new 2016 Chevrolet SS I was given the Aransas Autoplex - GM dealership at Aransas Pass as an approved dealer with chosen vehicle on hand. Internet sales representative there was Brad Kendall and he called me immediately while I was still online. I arranged to come in that day to look at the SS and several other vehicles being considered. Brad spent several hours with us in the hot sun on the lot showing at length the features and differences of various vehicles. I'm a detail guy. He was very knowledgeable about each of the products and not at all pressing a particular purchase. The vehicles were all available to drive and we looked at them several times. We chose a 2016 Tahoe LS and went inside where the deal was easily settled and paperwork completed fairly quickly, near closing time. The next morning we came in and collected our shiny new Tahoe and Brad helped us get set up with the On-Star quickly and reviewed again all the features and controls. This was a painless experience in car buying, and we are very pleased with the total service at Aransas Autoplex.

When my 2007 Dodge truck was totaled by recent flooding, I looked to replace it. Since my wife and I had such a great experience with her 2015 Trax (also flooded), I worked with Steve Grigg to find my "dream truck". It was located and delivered in 3 days! He spent a lot of time explaining all the features of my new GMC Sierra and even offered to assist with the cell phone conversion at a later date, if needed. This is a dealership to be commended for excellent customer service. Even the financial transaction was easy, thanks to Ivy White!

I was shopping for a used vehicle to replace my old truck after it was involved in an accident; there was some damage to the driver side door and front quarter panel. I've done some searching in the area, and the sales people at Aransas Autoplex were more than happy to help. They gave me a very fair trade in value for my old truck, and help me to find a newer vehicle with low miles and within my budget. They did a great job and assisted me with everything I needed and gave me a great deal with even better financing. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to by a new or used vehicle in the Corpus Christi area to check them out, and especially to talk with Bobby Lopez. He did a terrific job at helping me with all my needs.

After my 2015 Trax was flooded and ultimately totaled by Insurance co, I came back to Aransas Autoplex to duplicate my year old purchase. Steve Grigg found an exact duplicate and arranged to transport it to Aransas Pass in minimal time! He again went over all the finer points and new features and spent some time transferring Sirius radio and navigation programs from my "dead" vehicle to my new joy. Ivy made the warranty coverage transition and all the paperwork seem simple and almost fun. Not only was I thrilled with the dealership, but my husband located a new "dream truck" and replaced his Dodge (also totaled) with a GMC Sierra through Steve Grigg the very next week. Aransas Autoplex does the job very well without all the fanfare, a downright great place to shop!

I always have my tires rotated when I have the oil changed. Never seem to have any problems with the exception of rounding up the mileage on oil change and using 5,000 miles as the oil change time when since I purchased the vehicle from Autoplex I have had the oil changed every 3,000. I have asked to not have the mileage number rounded up and for it to be 3,000 miles instead of 5,000. Seems like a picky thing I am sure. However, I am the customer paying for the service and should be able to have what is requested. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with my as long as I can get the really nice lady working in service appointments who really tries to accommodate the customer!!

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased for my family and every time it has been a delightful experience. Kyle Bogart is a very professional salesman that listens to what you are looking for and then finds the match. Always a straight-shooter, there isn't any double talk or hidden surprises when signing for your vehicle. We purchased 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser back in September. We have been looking an FJ for over a month. We saw our FJ Cruiser here at Aransas Autoplex Superstore with the right price, right year, and low mileage. It was a pleasure having Mr. Steve Gregg as our salesman. He was very nice, informative, and most of all patient. We were very happy with the entire process especially from being out of town. We were on our way back from Port Aransas to Helotes, TX. If you are looking to buy a car, new or preowned, Aransas Autoplex should be your first stop. Having bought several cars before, this was absolutely the best experience ever. Scott "Red" Kopelwitz greeted us immediately upon arrival, found out what I was looking for, and gave me exactly what I wanted. After looking at a new vehicle, he brought out a preowned one that had many more extras than the new one for nearly half the price. This was his first day on the job as a salesman, and he made the experience a pleasure. Normally sitting in the finance office is the worst part of the car buying experience, but Joe was great. No pressure, friendly-service. This is absolutely the place to go if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Over the last few years my wife and I have bought 5 vehicle. We were looking to buy a bigger car because our girls were getting older and needed more space so we looked around to see what type of vehicle she wanted. She decided that she wanted an Equinox so we looked around and made a few phone calls when we called Aransas Autoplex and talked to Dre to tell him what we wanted he was more than helpful. He told us that the Equinox was a nice vehicle but would not give us the room that we were looking for and gave us a few option to choose from but told us which one was better for us. He was very informative on the vehicle and nailed it right on the head my wife is in love with her 2013 Dodge Durango. All phone, texts and email correspondence from Leandre (Dre) Liggins were clear and responsive which was important since we were traveling 3 hours to see the vehicle. I needed a new key for my truck. James in service helped me and was fantastic. While I was there he was dealing with a customer who was totally out of line yelling at him. The problem obviously was with the mechanic and not the service. He stayed completely calm and handled it all in a very professional manner. He was very polite to me and new exactly who I was and what I was there for. I would recommend to everybody to go to Autoplex to have their car worked on and ask for James at service. He will handle all of your issues and if he can't he will get you somebody who can. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable leaving my car with you.

I searched reviews on four dealerships. Reviews for Jeremy Steinmeyer were excellent so upon entering Aransas Autoplex I asked for him directly. Turns out he was the salesman I made the request to. Rather than looking through the lot we went inside and discussed what type of vehicle I was looking for, where I was financially and where I estimated my credit to be. We also discussed what my payments might be at a window of interest rates. With Jeremy I felt like I was talking to a member of my own family. He was very easy to talk to, never gave me any indication of pressure and treated me respectfully. We checked the inventory on his laptop and I chose four vehicles to drive. I made a decision on a Chevy Silverado Z71 and proceeded with the negotiations. The process was almost effortless. We agreed on the terms of the sale and turned it over to the finance dept. These people are greatly under appreciated. Again they treated my sale as if I were a family member and worked hard to get me an amazingly low interest rate with bank financing. The finance dept. deserves a "pat on the back" for their fantastic work. I went on to sign the finance documents and for a third time was treated like family. This dealership has it figured out on how to treat a customer. The new truck was waiting for me along with an extremely helpful and courteous young woman who worked with me in setting up the OnStar and connecting my phone to the bluetooth system. We could not completely finish setting up OnStar due to tech issues from OnStar. The entire process from my driving on the lot to driving away with my new truck was less than four hours.The following business day I returned and Jeremy completed the setup with me. He also brought his own tools and helped me remove the truck box from my trade in; the young woman who initially helped me with the OnStar setup also came out and offered her help in transferring the truck box. I was called back to the lot by Jeremy after about a week, informing me my lic plates were already in. He then installed the tags for me. I am the type person who dreads buying a new car with all the haggling and combat with dealers, back and forth, back and forth...you know what I mean. Not so with Aransas Autoplex. This was the easiest, most comfortable auto buying experience I have ever had. I walked in as a potential customer and left feeling like part of the family at Aransas Autoplex. It says a lot for any business to have performed so flawlessly as to earn this praise from a customer. I will be returning to Aransas Autoplex when its time for my next purchase. I have no doubt the service dept will provide the same level of professionalism I have experienced up to this point. Congratulations goes to Aransas Autoplex. Thank you Jeremy, lovin' the new truck.

I am a repeat customer of several pre-owned vehicles and the reason is due to the flawless purchasing experience each and every time. Always a fair deal and a quick no hassle transition! The facility is clean and staff is knowledgeable, always personal & cheerful. I have had service done, with a difficult diagnosis, and to no avail they were able to pinpoint the issue and repair it quickly, though it was not a make that they sell. They have saved me a lot of time and expense on a couple of occasions. I will return and highly recommend this dealership for sales and service!

Brand new 2015 Sierra 3500 started an oil leak.Took it to this dealer since they were close to my home.Sat there from 9:30 and still had not been notified of any progress.Last truck I brought in for service, they wrecked it, the whole right side of a dually.You would think they would try and take care of loyal customers but they could care less.Would not recommend them at all,in fact warn every one to take their vehicle to some one that at least acts like they care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS. I will make it my goal to tell everyone in this area to avoid this dealership at all costs!!! We lost our key to our Equinox and do we stopped by to find out the cost. We are on a very limited budget do we had to see if we could afford to get the replacement key made now or wait. We were quoted a pretty high price but figured we would go ahead. We then had to get the car towed to them for it to be programmed. This process took almost all day and then they never even called us to tell us it was completed. When we went to pick it up the price had more than DOUBLED!!!!! They would NOT HONOR the price they previously quoted. Stay away from this dealership!!! Their customer service is so bad this app won't let you rate them lower than a 2 star so you must put not applicable!!!

Lack of knowledge of vehicles, almost bought truck that could not pull my trailer, stated your specs says this and was told not his specs, told mud flaps would have bow tie emblem but got mud flaps with big country on them. Constantly paper work wrong, have to correct their problems. Yes they gave me a tank of gas when I bought the truck but you will need it just going back to get items corrected. Would not recommend.

We went to test drive a jeep and the salesman jumped right on us. We test drove the jeep and the top was held on my a every day clamp and the turn signals did not work. We brought this to the sale man's attention but when we got back he just parked the jeep right where it was in the lot--I am sure to be sold as is. This raised a red flag for us and did not look further and have not been back.

Buying a car is not an easy process if you are looking for a quality product. This is the only dealer I encountered with a salesman that was informed about all the details and features of the cars I was interested in. I was not highly pressured into buying but I was encouraged. I was disappointed that the salesman would not negotiate on the price of my vehicle and would not offer me any real incentives for making a purchase such as free gas or maintenance. I couldn't even get a full tank of gas!!! The price was high but the service was quality.
