I had a great experience at Asheboro Nissan. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. I bought a car that I was not happy with on my first visit to Asheboro Nissan, through no fault of the dealership. I got home and realized I wanted something different. Most dealerships would have said tough luck, not here. I messaged the dealership and they gave me a call the next day. I went back there and they let me test drive 2 other cars until I found the one that was right for me. Austin and Blayne did an amazing job and truly made my car buying experience memorable. If you need to buy a car and you want people who genuinely care about making you happy and getting the you the best deal, look no further than Asheboro Nissan!!!

Where do I start? I usually don't write reviews but my experience was so great that I had to create a Google account to write this review! Ken and Blayne were awesome!!! I traded in my 2017 Jeep for a 2020 Nissan Altima and the process could NOT have been easier! They were both so friendly and answered all questions that I had! I highly recommend working with them! It was fast and so easy! I love my new car so much! I told them the price range I needed to stay in and they made it happen! Go to Asheboro Nissan and ask for Ken and Blayne.. you won't regret it!

I was very impressed with my experience at Asheboro Nissan. Both Steve and Ken were very helpful and understanding of our needs. They stayed true to their word throughout the process and gave us a fair deal on our trade in as well as our new purchase. We ended up buying 2 cars on the same day.

On 11/19/16, because of living nearly in Virginia, I spoke by phone to a salesman (Chuck) at the Asheboro Nissan dealership conserning a 2007 Toyota Highlander that was listed on line for $13,000. After breifly speaking to Chuck and explaned to him where we were coming from I was ensured that the vehicle was in excelent condition. My wife and I traveled the hour and half distance to take a look at the vehicle, but low and behold it had rear end damage, which wasn't shown in the photographs, rust on the hatch, and scrapes and scratches on the other sides, neither off which I was told about. NOT MY IDEA OF EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!! Then the salesman had the nerve to tell me that the dent in the rear of the vehicle would just pop out and it wouldn't cost $300 to fix it. What about the missing paint, and why hasn't it already been fix. Needless to say both my wife and I were pretty pissed off at this point, because we just drove an hour and a half to look at a piece of junk, and all he had to say is "sorry"!!!!! PISS POOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When your salesman looks bored and spits dip down his shirt and at your feet, you immediately want to leave. We asked questions that were answered by Google since he didn't know. We got as far as sitting down and negotiating price and he was more concerned about proving a point than actually listening to the customer. At one point he even leaned back in his chair and played on his phone and told us someone was planning on buying the car the next day, so we could just leave. I know buying a car is a hassle, but this was beyond unprofessional.

Beware all buyers looking to have you vehicle serviced. Do not I repeat do not have this company touch your vehicle. Tried to resolved their bad oil change done on my vehicle with the owner before going to a lawyer and was told there's nothing they can do. Just know they are bad people to deal with. I grew up here and know thousands of people and believe me everyone I see I tell them what a bad place Asheboro Nissan is. Make it right bad people!!!!

I was very happy when I bought my Nissan Rogue and I am still happy with it. I carried it in for oil change and they checked everything over and found it to be fine. I am very happy with the service. The people are nice and respectable.

Lots of complaint with this dealership. I advise NOT TO EVER EVER have them do anything to your vehicle or buy one. Went to get first oil change on my Nissan Titan mechanic left old oil gasket on and put a new filter on double gasgeting. Drove the truck out around the parking lot noticed the oil pouring out and drove it all the way back to the bay. All the oil leaked out. I feel they owe me a new Titan or 14k. They even wanted to use MY warranty to fix their mistake. That's fraud. They have been turned into BBB. Please don't buy or have your vehicle serviced here.

after visiting multiple dealerships, I definitely got discouraged about finding a new car that suits me. I seen a 2012 Mazda3 for sale online, and decided to take a look. I did the Internet sales request, and Megan immediately reached out. She was very sweet, and got me an appointment the same day. When I pulled up, Ben greeted me at the door. Straight to business, no BS, no hassle, no pressure. These guys were hands down the best I have ever dealt with.! David also made the signing process easy and fast. Very good prices, great people, amazing service !!

Hi, I ordered a car for my wife in Mid Jan. 2014. It was to arrive 8-10 weeks later. I called every week from week 6 to week 12 and once every month after. It is now June 2014. My wife was looking online and noticed that the car that we had ordered was listed in their inventory. I called the next day and they said "yes it is here. we didn't have your number". Every previous call ended with "I have you in the system and your car is in que". We were happy that it had finally arrived. I talked to the sales manager and he assured me that the car was there. We live 40 miles away. I told him that my wife was coming to drive it and I would follow later to sign the papers. All sounded great. My wife gets there and there is no car, even after 5 months. The response was that they had sold it the Friday before. I guess that we special ordered such a nice car that they couldn't resist selling it to whom ever popped up first. Maybe 4 or 5 have come in. They straight out lied to me and then said that another vehicle on the lot was what we had ordered. I have never been so furious. If this is what Nissan America chooses to represent them, they may loose many customers to another brand of car.

I bought a car and it wasn't my first choice, but the salesman seemed to know what he was talking about and encouraged me to go with it. This was my first time purchasing a car and the offer seemed good. I went into the office and they didn't ask me any questions, they just told me where to sign and gave me the overview of what each document was for. I asked about the car warranty and I was told it lasted seven years from the original date of purchase. The first weekend, the car wouldn't start and I had to get it towed. Then safety and warning lights started coming on and even though I have the warranty, I don't have time to visit the dealership every other week. I thought I bought a reliable car. Then if that wasn't enough, I got a letter in the mail revising my warranty dates. Apparently the warranty lasted 7 years from the production date and this took almost a whole year off my original warranty. I asked the dealer about it and they couldn't give me a strait answer. Basically, I got the impression that someone messed up and they didn't want to admit it. They actually looked really nervous. I told them my concerns with the reliability of the car and I even suggested trading it for a different one even though it had been about a month. They showed me other cars and I picked one pretty quickly, but they said the bank was closed and they'd call me tomorrow. After about 24hrs, I became concerned and decided to visit the dealership once again. The manager told me he was still working on it and he'd get back to me, so I went to have a seat and he stopped me and told me to go home because it'd probably be a few days. Why didn't he tell me this on the phone? So after receiving no call for a week, I went back and they said it was too soon to do anything about the problem and I would have to wait six months. This bothered me because I don't want an unreliable car for six months and the value of the car will decrease. This gave me the idea to thoroughly read over the documents I had signed and I discovered an extra warranty that cost about two thousand dollars. When I asked the sales man, he said they should have only added that if I approved it, which I didn't. He looked very surprised and I was able to get it removed and was refunded the amount. Well, it's been six months. I went in and after they beat around the bush for a few days, they just told me I have to wait six more months to trade. I'm furious and plan to sell the car to CarMax. I hate my car.

I purchased the car in April 2012 due to the fact I need a more dependable car. They told me it had 1 previous owner. The car was in good shape overall. After driving for less than a week I noticed the car shook when I put on breaks. I contact them & they told me to bring it back & they will look at. Well, they turned the roters. It was ok for about 1-2 wks & started doing the same thing again. So I contacted them again. They then turned the roters again. It was ok for about 1-2 wks then started again. The proceeded to turn the roters yet again (with an attitude in conversation) Well I finally take it to another shop where they actually drove my car to come to the conclusion that the roters need to be replaced. So that expense comes out of my pocket. To add to the fustration, Driving home 3 wks ago the frame in the driver seat breaks which is estimated to cost $651.00 to fix. Since the car was bought used they GMC Corporate cannot deem it to be a safety hazard. Far as I am concerned I will never buy a car from Asheboro Nissan for myself or my kids in the future.

Asheboro Nissan has an excellent Service Department!! They are very friendly and I never feel like they are giving me the runaround or charging me for unnecessary repairs. The staff always ask if you need anything while waiting and once they even drove me home and offered to bring the car to me once it was fixed!!! They will definitely keep me coming back.

I tried the big dealers in High Point and Greensboro and they didn't care if I got a car or not. We almost gave up on Nissan but a friend at work told me she had a good experience in Asheboro so we went there. The place was really clean and neat, they had a lot of cars in stock. But what stood out the most was how friendly they were, and they didn't waste our time. We found just the Altima we wanted and in less than an hour we were on our way home. They even gave us a free 100,000 mile warranty. The owner was named Dan Lackey and he came over and thanked us for our business. We'll definitely recommend them to our friends.
