We were seen by Maqbool Sheriff. We were quite specific with the car we wanted and Maqbool was very patient with us and helped us get exactly what we wanted. He stayed with us till 1am until the deal was finalized. They have a vast number of cars. Probably the biggest in Atlanta. We tried other showrooms but none of them had the number of cars, or patient salesmen like this branch did. Thanks!

Definitely go to Atlanta Toyota! After I was treated so terribly nearby a dealership down the street, I decided to give Atlanta Toyota a try. They were actually my first choice but I went to another dealership due to my trade in. They process was complete in a day. While I did not base my service expectations on the previous dealership because I knew that no service could be as bad as the other dealership, I did expect a little run around. Unlike the dealership before, I got no run around! They were honest, to the point and got the deal done! I would highly recommend this dealership due to the high integrity that I feel the employees he have! Not too many hands in the paper work and they are all on the same page. They were awesome and I feel like they went far beyond he call of duty. No run around, no lies, hey work for you!

Being new to this "adult thing" can be intimidating, especially when it comes time to make large purchases. My experience with Atlanta Toyota, especially Maqbool Sheriff, was splendid. I talked to him before arriving about what deals I was qualified for, what I was comfortable spending, and set up a time for him to expect me. He was waiting on me when I arrived, we quickly narrowed down the inventory and I made my decision. When working out a price he honored my requests and my payment is less than what what I had expected. I loved my experience and am looking forward to a lasting relationship with Mr. Sheriff and Toyota Atlanta.

The service advisor "RANDY", made sure he let me know that he could care less about me as a customer, I bought a vehicle from a Penske dealership in CA, so when I returned I thought the service would be great, boy was I WRONG!!!!!!! So when I was in the market for a new Camry and just wanted to just get Randy's thoughts because he's been in service for a very long time and I was a previous customer for many years, I thought finding out the costs of keeping up a camry would be helpful and with his time & experience of knowing all of Toyota's models, his thoughts would have been helpful, but yet again he just ignored my calls, just like he did when I came back from CA and had a issue with my stero system in my Toyota Venza, he did the the same thing!!!! So with that being said, I actually went to Hennessy Honda and bought a wonderful 2013 FULLY LOADED Camry SE, I mean top of the line and it had less than 25,000 mile and looked BRAND NEW!!! Got the best customer service EVER!!! It didn't matter to them that I wasn't buying a Honda, there concern was about me being happy with my purchase, as far as service I'm now a happy customer at NALLEY TOYOTA, those guys there are the BEST!!!! That's where I'll be taking my new Camry from now on and I'll never step foot into Atlanta Toyota again, thanks to RANDY'S treatment to me!!!! I thought everyone should know how I was treated!!!!

There I worked with the Uber Director named Mano Ciffuentes and Sandra Lucien who both worked with me from Approval to dellivery of tthe Uber Xchange Leasing Auto that was approved for me to use for Uber.I would definitely recommend this Dealership to other lessees for Uber as well as purchase of a Toyota! Their teamwork reflects a great deal of credibility on their parts as representatives of the Atlanta Toyota Dealership in Duluth. I plan to always get future cars there. Winston Murray was the sole reason why I went back to atlanta toyota to purchase my car. My first experience there was just to look, he approached us and wasn't pushy.I was undecided so he gave me his card and told me whenever I was ready I could always call him and he would find the best car for me within my budget. That was roughly probably three years ago. I found his card a week ago, called him up and he made it happen. I am pleased with the car I got all thanks to Winston Murray. We brought our 2004 Avalon in June 8, 2016 for routine service and recall work. Randy Penland handled service supervision very pleasantly and expeditiously. I brought the car back to him with a check engine concern. He checked that out himself, explained the problem and told us we could continue with our planned trip before having the problem fixed. Trip went fine.While the Avalon was being serviced and the recall issue dealt with, I met with sales rep, Trey Chikumo. I wanted to look at a new Avalon and Prius as we are considering replacing our car. Trey was very pleasant, informed and helpful. I got to test drive both the Avalon and the Prius. We ruled out the Prius because of back seat space but were very impressed with the Avalon. We'll certainly return to Trey if we decide to purchase the Avalon.

We were hesitant about getting a new car until we met John Bisceglie. He was very friendly and very knowlegable about the car we were interested in. He went out his way to help us find the car we were interested in. We stay so late to the night at the dealership negotiating with him we thought he might just give up on us, but he was so patient with us. We appreciate him for that. I had done my research on both new and used RAV4s and decided to come to THIS dealership to test drive and buy because their service department had previously won my business from another local Toyota dealership! Salesperson Robert M. was able to show me both the used and new vehicles and I found him extremely knowledgeable as well as kind and very accommodating over my 2 visits. Once we got to the "haggling" portion of the purchase, I REALLY appreciated this dealership's policy of dealing with the "true" prices of both my trade and the new vehicle separately. (Too many dealers start with "how much do you want your payment to be every month?" and then "massage" the numbers - which makes it hard for a consumer to know true price and value!) The finance office was quick and efficient - the entire experience pleasant and easy! . . . and I love my new RAV4!

This is only based on my experience, and it involves the service department, sales department, and management at this dealership. I inspected a Toyota Certified vehicle (2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited, Pearl white, tan interior, VIN: JTEBU5JR8C5103306) in the daylight. It had unreported and repaired damage (and poorly painted finish work) to the rear, stains on the leather seats, dents on both sides (not merely parking lot door dings), badly done touch-up paint on the hood (paint did not match) gouges in the interior finish (painted) components, rust around the sunroof, and a filthy headliner. The dealer had the vehicle for 2 weeks to correct these items prior to putting it up for sale. I am VERY disappointed in the Toyota Certified car program at Atlanta Toyota. I feel very strongly that the dealer is either incompetent to sell cars under this program, or dishonest in their relationship with consumers, especially in the way they reacted when I brought the numerous contradictions in the condition of the vehicle, compared to the hallmarks of a Toyota Certified program vehicle. Having worked in a body shop, I am very confident in my assessment of these very obvious contradictions in a program vehicle, which could be readily identified by any high school shop student. Shame on them for selling vehicles under this banner program for Toyota. There was no question that THEY KNEW ABOUT THESE FLAWS, BECAUSE THE MANAGER CONCEDED HE WAS AWARE OF THEM. I drove 6 hours (round trip) to purchase this car. It appears the sales person I worked with over the telephone over a two day period either did not examine the car before informing me of it's condition, or was not competent to do so. I quickly conceded the wasted trip, and was relieved not to have purchased this Toyota, from this dealer. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM ANY DEALER WHO LACKS COMPETENCE, IS DISHONEST WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS, or INSULTS THE INTELLIGENCE OF A CONSUMER. Three strikes.I purchased a similar vehicle from a non-Toyota competitor in the certified used car business.Addendum: Comment from dealership on YELP feigns interest from General Manager Wayne Levitzki. I called last week, and am still waiting for the return call. I left messages at his cell phone number, and was connected to his office number from the switchboard, both with the same voice, identifying the phone number as the number of Wayne Levitzki. Obviously that was the dealership's opportunity to discuss the issue, before I published my review. They chose not to address the issue at that time. Would that be a fourth strike?? Not allowed in baseball either

My husband and I negotiated a deal on a new Sienna at Atlanta Toyota based on an Internet price over the phone. This included $1000 factory rebate for military vets and 0% financing. The salesperson asked us for $500 down on our credit card as we lived 3 hours away to hold the vehicle with the stock # of the specific car we wanted. He said he would have the paperwork ready when we got there. Like is mentioned in a previous post, when we got there they bring us a different car than the one we had negotiated. Then they say that they sold the vehicle that we had negotiated for "just minutes before we had called". Apparently this is a common trick they use. We were furious for driving 3 hours to get a bait and switch! Then Mike J (the salesperson) brings out some fake Internet sheets that shows me another car that "just arrived." It has a MSRP of one price with an interior of "desert sand beige" and we agree to see the vehicle. He then brings out yet a different car with a "bisque" interior with a MSRP of another price! Then they try to re-negotiate a new price! They would not honor the previous negotiated price! Then he tells me that they didn't charge my credit card to hold the vehicle (the credit card thing is obviously a ploy to get us in the showroom). This dealer makes it seem like you are making a deal running you through a false "pre-approval" process and making it seem like you are making a deal by telling you they are charging your card all to get you in the showroom. They wanted to sell us the vehicle for $5000 more! The sales manager and the salesperson (Mike J) played the good cop / bad cop routine, and Mike J lied by saying he didn't agree to our agreed upon price. There are some honest, no hassle, non-deceptive dealerships out there. This is not one of them! Of all of the car dealerships I've been to and have negotiated with, this one is the most dishonorable and deceptive one I've come across. Their sales process was nothing short of a scam. Word to the wise...do NOT attempt to buy your vehicle here!!!

I had a bad experience with Atlanta Toyota. I was there really early at 9AM and test drove the car I wanted and we were working towards a deal. I ask if I could leave to grab some food and be back in 30 minutes because I was extremely hungry. I was told that was fine and they would see me soon. I left to go eat and by the time I got back in 30 minutes, they sold the car I wanted to someone else. That is extremely bad business practice especially when I was the first to arrive at the dealership to see the car and work towards a deal with the sales person. They should have honored my visit and sales transaction even if I left to grab a quick bite and not pull the rug under me like that. I am extremely displease with the service and dealership. Go else where!

We are Toyota Fans and have brought 3 cars from this dealership (2 Toyota Camrys & 1 Toyota Sienna). Walked in thinking I will get the best price, no stress as in the past... but unfortunately the experience was NOT SO this time around. There is a newly promoted Sales Manager named Mohamed, who is not customer oriented. Initially he seems nice enough, I thought he offered me the best price....... but when I decided to check out his offer, I discovered that he was not telling the complete truth about the leather I wanted to add nor did he give me the best price. They also play games about not able to share their offer on paper with you because " it has private information on it." When I asked what private information is on it, I was told it has the salesperson's name and Vin# on it .... which you and I know are not private information. Vin#s posted on internet sales all the time... I visited 2 other dealerships( Milton Martin Toyota & AutoNation Toyota Mall of GA, both demonstrated great customer service and integrity. Gave me copies of information I needed, no high pressure sale - which Atlanta Toyota tried on me. "Buy it today or no deal ...." In the end, we brought at Milton Martin - doc. fees were only $399, great sales manager - upfront and sincere. If you are still shopping - please do yourself a favor and check both AutoNation Toyota and Milton Martin Toyota.

Other dealers I have worked with in the past hassle you to death from the moment you contact them, sending a different salesperson everyday to annoy you. ATL TOY was the polar opposite. I received 1 email telling me Mano would be contacting me soon and a second email actually from Mano. We spoke on the phone and he answered all of my questions about the vehicle I was interested and never tried to "up-sale" me into something different. I arrived at the dealer to view the Suburban and worked with Mike Tart on the deal. He also was very polite and never tried to pressure me into a decision or move me to a higher cost vehicle. The negotiations with the sales team were much less hassle than any experience I have ever had. I walked out with a fair price for my car. ATL TOY will definitely be my first stop for my next car buying need. For someone who is extremely particular, Type A, hard to please, and knows what he wants...they hit it out of the park in my opinion.

I bought a new Toyota Corolla from Atlanta Toyota yesterday. Everyone was very pleasant to work with, and our salesman, Tresphor Chikumo, was very courteous and low-pressure. He didn't try to pressure me to get a certain car, buy extra accessories/warranties, finance through the dealership, or even to get any car at all. He gave me the discount price quote before we even showed much interest in the car, and when I wanted to check out a Mazda 3 from a nearby dealership before making any decision, he gave me directions to the Mazda dealership. I feel like we negotiated a fair deal, and I am happy with my purchase. I may revise my review in the future if I feel differently after a few months, but so far I am pleased with my experience.

Very nice atmosphere for buying a car. The salesperson, Rick Liebe, made sure I found just what I was looking for. I came in the day before my purchase, drove a few vehicles then went home to sleep on it and he completely respected me for wanting to be sure. He came back in, his day off, the next day, and walked around in the cold wind to find the color and trim package I decided on. Kudos also to Susan Rios the "finance lady". She knew I was in a bit of a rush and had me in and out in a flash and was genuinely personable the whole time. Everyone there made what is usually a stressful major purpose, pleasant. 10's across the board!!! Had to check "not applicable" on buying process for some reason but I did purchase a Prius.

We went in with the intention to buy a new car for my wife, were greeted and help by Anish (salesperson), very pleasant guy, we explained to him our situation and what we wanted, he was eager to work with us, diligently showed us various models of Camry , and also directed us towards the Corolla as a plan B.He made the "leg work" and when it was time to go to the financials we were presented to Mohammed (Financial Manager) he was very pleased at first (of course he will have some commission coming from our purchase). Then as he discovered that he "mixed " our paperwork with somebody else's and find out that getting a loan for us will require more work that he had expected his attitude changed, an he undermined Anish and blame him for the paperwork mix, then he ask us for more down payment so he may get us a deal...finally he said no deal an instead of presenting a different option for us, who would have contributed to part of his paycheck he show us the door and sort of "kick us out". He really lacks people skills, is arrogant and for sure is not a good ambassador for a great name as Toyota and more for a dealer ship like Atlanta Toyota. I am a previous Toyota owner and my next car is going to be a Toyota, but I will never buy it from Atlanta Toyota.

I am very picky when it comes to cars, specially the one I was buying & they took care of me ... If I were you I wouldn't buy a car before paying them a visit .... I suggest you check couple of other dealers and then go there ... you will see the difference .... another dealer I called didn't even call me back to tell me if they have the truck I was looking for or not .... I bought mine but still haven't heard anything from the other dealer ... funny, right? ... you think they would be eager to sell you a car but not really ... these guys want you business and they will earn it ..... if you don't check them out, you are missing big time .... I did my homework before choosing a Toyota Dealer for our new car purchase. Time was a critical factor for purchasing a replacement car. A deer blindsided my go to work car resulting in a total loss. I had less than a week to find a replacement. I rented a 2013 Prius c three, it was RED! I enjoyed the drive and especially the stellar gas mileage, 50+ miles per gallon driving to work, sweet! The car search began, I tried searching through USAA car purchase program, this gave me a rough idea of a price for a new 2013 Prius c Three. I wanted a RED one, with the Three package. Long story short, Atlanta Toyota, not a USAA certificate dealer beat all the other dealers in a 150 mile radius! Frank Mauka responded to my information request within seconds after I entered it. He was 'Spot On' Frank provided a drive off the lot price without me have to beg for it. ( None of the other dealers did that) The deal was hassle free, no pressure what so ever. I live a two hour drive from the dealership, I gave my local dealer ample opportunity to make a deal, they nor other Atlanta dealers came close. They couldn't understand how Atlanta Toyota could make the deal. We drove up today, 8 November 2013, the Prius c was exactly as advertised and the price just as quoted. NO STRINGS ATTACHED. Sam in the business office also did an exceptional and very professional job getting our paperwork processed and helping us get the very best Toyota financing rate. Thanks so much Frank and Sam, great experience, I highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to pull up their web site or go by their fantastic dealership. Some places may win national awards, Atlanta Toyota not only has won many, but they live it every day!

I purchased a 2014 Camry after driving 4 other manufacturers and the entire experience at Atlanta Toyota was pleasant. Mano Cifuentes was very knowledgeable about the cars and I never felt pressured at all. Some of the other car dealers that I visited called me several times a day for the 4 days that it took me to finalize my decision. I got a great deal on the car and the financing. They set everything up for me and even delivered the car to my home. The service department was very helpful also. Randy had them check over my old car and make repairs so that I could give it to my mother. I usually don't take time to write reviews, but this experience was so positive that I wanted to share it.

Buy a car is something that can take a little time deciding on the perfect one (many different options to pick from in there lot.) other dealers either didn't have the time to look for the type of car we wanted or didnt have the color choices we were looking for. On the other hand, Atlanta Toyota Mr. Winston Murray did many runs to different cars to make sure he had what we wanted.During the wait of the process: they had TV to keep us from being bored and kids play room.This is the 4th time we have purchased a car from this location: 1. When I explained what I could afford, he listened. Simo El Khattabi, his sales manager, was also very personable and attentive to my needs. Don, Ross, Lee and Chris were all great. They worked as a team and sold me a car a lot faster then I thought this would happen. Not high pressure at all and My wife and I will enjoy our new van for a few years. We will be back when we're ready for another one.

I was considering purchasing the Scion FR-S. Made an appt with Internet sales rep to TEST DRIVE the vehicle. Arrived and was told that test drives are not allowed unless I was buying the car... I am not sure why anyone would decide to buy a sports coupe without driving it first. After I was allowed to LOOK at the vehicle, I requested a quote and additional info on the vehicle and was directed to the manufacturer's website and told that the price was listed there. Horrible service but it made my decision easy. Hyundai Genesis here I come! After this experience I would not consider a return to this dealership.

I submitted an online inquiry about the used car I wanted and explained my stats with what I had for down payment and what I was pre-approved for. I knew it would be a long shot to get the car I wanted at Atlanta Toyota but low and behold they wanted to make it work and give me an astounding value for my trade-in. So I drove 700 miles to make this deal work. Turns out when I get there, there are some issues with my trade-in. Despite all of this they STILL honored the deal. Seriously, I would not have blamed them if they couldn't have but they didn't even try to fight me on it like every other dealer in the world would have. I was so impressed and happy with the integrity and professionalism ever step of the way by Stephen. It was a smooth transaction and as arduous as buying a car can be, it really went forward as clean as possible. Beyond that, I LOVE X5 I got from them. Typically, people don't write reviews unless they're pissed off but and either would I but I'm so impressed and happy I just have to. If anyone wants to ask me any questions I'll be happy to answer. I am writing this review as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of buying a car at Atlanta Toyota. There are some rules that are not clear when you leave the showroom floor. To protect yourself make sure you have a copy of the agreed upon price of the car that you signed in the showroom.. Take a photo of the paper you signed with your phone. Do not let them ready the car for you i.e. do not let them program your phone into the car system before you go into the financial office. If you do, you will feel invested in the car, something I am sure Atlanta Toyota wants. Atlanta Toyota does not want you to walk out of the financial office if you become uncomfortable with the way things go.The reasons for these rules are that once you make a commitment to the car Atlanta Toyota changes the playing field. In our case once we were in the financial office the price of the car changed without warning or explanation. We asked why the base price of the car changed and suddenly the financial manager was shuffling pages and we were shown lines that said this is what you will owe. They suggested changing the down payment amount and the loan interest rate. Both of these apparently void the showroom agreement. They never explained that. And yes,we did both of those things but only at the suggestion of the financial officer. He never explained that doing so would alter the base price. And these changes were made long after we pointed out that the base price was wrong. We tried to contact our financial manager at Atlanta Toyota that day before 5 PM but he wouldnt answer and did not return our messages. We could not contact the general manager because he was suddenly no longer with the company. Anyway, his mysterious absence does not explain why the financial officer never called us back. We did hear from Atlanta Toyota when the showroom sales person called to ask how the car was and about our experience . We explained that we were not pleased with Atlanta Toyota. Then we heard from the customer service person. We were told we had to come back in and they would try to find the problem. Not wanting to go back to the showroom we sent emails pointing out the difference in the signed showroom price and the financial manager price. We also pointed out the changes made in the financial office were at the suggestion of the financial officer and that they had never been explained.. Emails from Atlanta Toyota assured us everything in the process was honest and appropriate. They never did address the problem of the difference between the showroom price and financial office price. They wanted to do everything to make our experience a pleasant one. Do everything but honor the showroom price!As a precautionary warning: Do not change anything from the floor agreement once in the financial office. Atlanta Toyota trades off mendacity and nuances in the law. If you do use Atlanta Toyota count your fingers and your toes before you leave.

y first 5 visits for service were great with Steve Cummings as my service rep. Before the 30000 mile service I asked what would be done,how much and how long would it take. Steve gave me a sheet that detailed everything. when I attempted to make that 30000 mile service I was told Steve was gone. I emailed Service manager and asked if I could break the service into 2 visits since it would take 3to5 hrs and I sleep during the day.He responded he forwarded it to Lane Mgr. 3 weeks go by with no response. I emailed again and he said there was confusion on their end and someone would respond. They did so by making a appointment for that same day 1 hr later while I was asleep. I emailed again and again same thing happened. 3rd try and Lane Mgr responded with what I wanted buy had deleted several of the 30000 mile recommend procedures and also increased the price. I decided to have it done elsewhere. over the next 4 months I bought Bullbar, chrome running tubes and bed cover for my truck from other dealer. Atlanta Toyota lost out on $2000 plus the 30000 mile service fee. Later I needed new tires and called around checking deals. 2 other dealers could order my tires BF Goodrich for the next day but the young man I spoke to at Atlanta Toyota told me they don't carry BF Goodrich. I explained Michelin makes BF Goodrich and u carry Michelin so u can order them as other dealers stated but he said no he couldn't and to go to other dealers. $900 lost. I cant speak for Sales but the service dept from top to service reps lacks customer service skills. Try elsewhere to save yourself headaches.

I had a great experience at Atlanta Toyota, this was my first time buying a car, and this process was new to me. Ed Holt was great, he took the time to answer all of my questions so that I was able to understand the process completely. During the test drive I could tell that the car was as good as he said it was so I bought it, and have had no problems with it. I was dealing with Chris Miller via email. Every time I called he was busy or unavailable. This turned out to be a good thing considering the people under him know more about the llfe time warranty and pricing than he did. I emailed him on a Monday and Wednesday and got no response. I called and spoke to someone under him who gave me pricing. Chris then found the time to email me back telling me he couldnt honor the price told to me. He also told me it would be easier if I just dealt with him then talking to everyone else. Well if he was available and didnt have his head up his you know what I would have. I ended up calling him and he was telling me he couldnt honor the price. I told him he should and he knew I was military. That when he said the following with my wife listening in "I'm sorry my guys are some military robot that just listen to what I say and do it". At that point I hung up on him and he tried a weak attempt of emailing me playing like we got disconnected. I went away for a year for this country and I won't have someone disrespect me or my buddies that go afar. This guy shouldnt be in a leadership role nor should he make negative comments about those that serve. I addressed this issue with Brian Mayfield the GM. He was respectful and a prior military man, however its a shame he has someone so incompetent that is so disrespectful to those that serve.

I came to Atlanta Toyota this month after recently purchasing a Camry from one of their competitors. I had gotten such bad service from the other dealership that I was desperate. I was introduced to Bryan Mayfield, who without hesitation went right to work addressing my problems, even though I had never spent one dime at Atlanta Toyota. Bryan introduced me personally to every department whose services I needed. Within 2 days, Bryan had everything corrected with my Camry that I had been trying to address at the other dealership for the past month. I have been driving 35 miles to service my Lexus and 2 Camrys, because of the excellent service I have received the past 8 years from my maintenance crew in Marietta. After purchasing a 2012 Camry, from Atlanta Toyota, I began to experience acceleraration problems, which worsened over time, and presented a very dangerous safety issue. After consulting Toyota headquarters, and advising Toyota's service representitive,further resolution was needed, and expected from dealership management. The dealership GM, [Brian Mayfield], after several voicemails left, and various requests to speak with him, through both Service and Sales staff yielded no response, correspondence, or any personal effort to act. Any input on that level, would have surely resolved any issue both to the satisfaction of both customer and servicer alike. It is unconscionable, that in a customer service oriented industry, that indifference should be demonstrated on such a high level. The slogan that they promote, 'do the right thing', certainly was not practiced in this scenario. A formal complaint was also filed with Toyota Corperate. I would definitely NOT recommend Atlanta Toyota, for any 'after the point of sale' service.

When my financing fell through with my credit union, Ed put me in contact with his loan officer. In less than a few hours I was approved for financing. The next day I was there by 1045hrs and out in my new Camry by 1215hrs headed home.

In 2010 I bought a 2011 Camry from Atlanta Toyota. It was absolutely the most stress free car-buying experience I had ever had, until now! One day my husband receives a phone call from a salesmen named Frank Mauka stating he is with Atlanta Toyota and asking if I would be interested in trading in my 2011 Camry for a new one. He said I could buy a 2012 Camry for the same monthly car payment I currently have and no money down. Of course my husband thought there was a catch but the salesman assured him the offer was legitimate. So, he calls me at work and tells me about the conversation and Im thinking, now why would I want to do that, my car is still relatively new. Plus, I was thinking, this sounds too good to be true and you know what mom always said, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. However, I agreed to call the salesman when I got home from work and discuss it. To make a long story short, Frank Mauka was offering me a very good deal. Although my car was a 2011, I bought it in 2010 so it was really almost 2 years old. We drove it out of town often to visit family in Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, and Alabama so it had high mileage. So, I could trade in my 2011 with high mileage for a brand new 2012 with no money down, the best finance rate you could imagine (0%), and have the same monthly payments for a shorter term! Also, I would be getting Toyota Care again which is complimentary maintenance for 2 years or 25K miles with roadside assistance plus a better extended warranty, 100,000 miles vs 72,000 miles. Needless to say, I said yes!! The whole thing took about 3 hours. I got home from work around 6PM, talked to Frank on the phone, talked to the finance folks, arrived at the dealership around 7PM and was driving off in my new car around 9PM!!!! Susan Rios was the finance director and she is a sweetheart. We felt relaxed and comfortable, totally stress free in her hands. The bottom line, we ended up with a monthly payment that is $3 less than what we were paying before and for 2 years less than the loan on the 2011!!! I can truly say Atlanta Toyota is a place of honest, courteous, friendly people. They bested themselves!!! (I'm sorry, I can't remember to spell his last name) From start to finish, to the first phone call and last, and the visit there we were stunned with the customer appreciation they have within their dealership. Everyone spoke, greeted, thanked us. We have been very satisfied with our experience, service, and visit there. We drove 4.5 hours away to buy our Sienna and with the excellent service we got, the drive there or back didn't seem like a long drive. Every detail of this dealership and their employees was beyond the best of what we imagined. I asked about negotiating and they told me the price was firm. I wanted the car and agreed to buy it if they gave me a second key and keyless entry because they only had one. They did a poor job detailing my car. They said they had to order the key. It took over two months to actually get my key. I called everyone from my salesman to the general manager and never even got an apology. I would not recommend going through the headache with this dealership. Poor service and did not seem to care about their customers.

I've been to many different dealerships to get service done to my car but Atlanta Toyota has to be the best! I came in saturday, and it looked like a mad house cars filled in every lane. I don't know how this person Ali I met manages to stay so calm, my car was at the end and after he got done greeting everyone in front of me, he came to my car with a smile that could light up anyone's day and he was very nice to look at :). He greeted me with extreme passion and made me feel like he was happy I was there, he then asked if I had an appointment and I didn't but he said not to worry he will direct me to the next available advisor. So he walked me in and I saw him speak to the advisors and he finally found one that could help me, his name was Adam. Adam was great also he was very helpful and was straight to the point made everything easy to understand. After my car was finished I saw Ali again and he had my paper work with him he further explained what had been done to my car and what may need to be done in the future, he then walked me to the cashier and waited with me there to make sure I didn't have any questions. After the paying process was done he walked me to my car and thanked me for coming but I felt like I should be thanking him for making a first timer's visit an amazing one. Ali made my visit GREAT, he was very helpful and it helps when people are doing what they love. I can rate this service a 100 just by Ali alone. You guys are doing a great job in hiring great people.

We were looking at a car at this dealership and they were very nice and helpful. However, we couldn't agree on price. When we finally agreed on price and were about to go back to the dealership and buy the car when someone else bought it right from underneath us. I e-mailed the guy we had been working with several times asking if there was any way we could find a similar deal on a simialr and never even got an e-mail back. Not an e-mail to say yes, no, or go away. You would think they would have at least e-mailed back to say sorry it was only a deal on that car or something but nothing. Oh well, we bought another, year newer car at another dealership for $2 more than we had agreed on price with them.

He was very friendly but not the "over do it" type of friendly that makes you know all this guy wants to do is sell me a car. Andrew was genuine and courteous and provided satisfactory answers to all of my questions. When it came to the deal it ended up being better than I expected. Andrew did a great job at putting togetehr a deal for me to get me exactly what I wanted. I got in touch with Andrew via email and all negotiations were done via email which was very helpful. I knew the kind of vehicle I wanted (2012 Quad Cap Tacoma Long Bed TRD Sport) and told him what I wanted to pay. After going through a few options, we found the vehicle that I was looking for but it was out of my ballpark on price. I reiterated my top end of what I wanted to pay pre-TTL and he got me to within $200 of that number. All I had to do, once we had the number finalized was walk in, look at the vehicle in person, and sign on the dotted line. Very easy, in and out in less than 2 hours. He reviewd all the features of the vehicle (quite a few of which I wasnt familiar with) and made sure I was oomfortable with the sales process. I would definitely recommend him to use if you want a great deal and an honest salesman.

My overall experience was wonderful! Before visiting the dealership I called looking for more information on stock and options available. Ed Holt answered my call and he was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He answered all of my questions and was not pushy or rude. At the end of the call I told him that my husband I were planning to come to the dealership later that week and he offered me his direct number in case I had any more questions before our visit to the dealership. After talking with him on the phone I knew that he was the one that I wanted to buy my new Prius from. When we arrived I promptly asked for Ed. He remembered speaking with me and what all I was looking for. He showed me all the options on the lot and went over my options that could be brought in. He never rushed us into a decision or try to push a vehicle that I didn't want or was out of our price range. Once we decided on a vehicle and the paperwork was done he took the extra time to show me how all the options worked inside and helped me sync my phone to my car. He then told me that if I had any more questions about how things worked to give him a call and he would walk me through the steps to get things setup. In the end I drove away with exactly what I wanted for a price that I could afford. Ed was the kind of salesman that everyone wants to deal with-friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others but specifically for them to call on Ed Holt for their car needs. I would like to add that I live in Buford and live less than one mile from Mall of Ga Toyota but I would be willing to again drive the extra miles to work with a dealership so highly recommended and to work with Ed again! 5 stars all the way, thank you so much!

this dealer is terrible, they add all of this unnecesary fees, even before they tell you if you are ok with it,by the time i look at my final bill there was like an extra 3000 dollars of fees and coverages which i didnt care for, i felt forced to sign the papers because they were already done, but in reality i wanted to walk out. this dealer charges 599 doc fee, 698 lojack, they convince you to add gap coverage 799 and extended warranty 1650 dollars, all of this was added before i could even discuss the options. There are better dealers on the area that are far more honest, wont charge you a doc fee and will tell you if you want to add something before they do your paperwork...BEWARE first time car buyers..do your research and dont let them charge you all of this ridiculous fees......walk out if you dont feel comfortable, dont let this happen to you : (

Probably the best car buying experience that I've had - and I've had a few over the years. Since we live 50 miles away from Atlanta Toyota I actually purchased my Tacoma over the phone. We drove out and met with Andrew Morris to take delivery. When I arrived everything was in order and we moved through the business office and took delivery in a very reasonable amount of time. The vehicle looked great and I drove it away in showroom condition. Because I purchased leather seats there was a followup appointment needed to drop the truck off to have the leather installed. Andrew, along with Anna from accessories, worked with me through the process to make sure that the work was done timely and correctly. Everything happened just as it was supposed to. Andrew has contacted me a couple of times since to make sure that things are good with the truck and that I was happy with my experience. I will definitely make the drive out there again if there is another Toyota in my future. I also recommend Andrew as someone who makes buying a car an enjoyable experience.

I visited 2 other Toyota dealers in the local area before coming to Toyota of Atlanta. I had been studying the Tacoma for a few years now and i was pretty picky with my needs, a V6 mated to a 6SPD manual transmission, which can be pretty rare it seems. The first dealer told me i would pay more for a manual transmission and that i could only obtain it in the X-runner trim. I knew this was false information, and i felt this was a tactic to push me to take an automatic off his lot. I really felt i knew more about the tacoma than him. Although, i did get a fair trade value for my Jeep, i was not content for the fact that they had priced me up with a model on paper that i wasn't even sure which one i had looked at. No good. And no ATX for me.Next dealer couldn't match the trade value, but had a decent deal on a '12 Tacoma. But i really didn't feel a so called "relationship" with the sales rep. Or i suppose no bonding between humans.. On top of that, they would have to had trailer the new vehicle in. So low balling the trade + i can't physically see the new vehicle. No good.But when i spoke to Mano at Toyota Atlanta, for some reason i felt peace from the first few phone calls. Found an '11 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road manual transmission 4wd. Got what i felt a pretty decent deal, and a decent trade for what i had. No pressure, not one bit at all. I was ready to walk out the door with my offer, and they finally met it. Good vehicle, detailed before i drove off.. I would happily do business again with this dealership. A++. Deal with Mano.. Very nice person, very professional, and a sense of humor.Thanks.

My wife and I wanted a Rav-4, but figured there was no way we could get one in the price range we wanted especially from a dealer. We were wrong! They had exactly what we wanted and in our price range. Which was not very large range. Daniel was awesome, could not have asked for more. When we went to finance even the finance reps were helping us out and throwing in extras. Would not recomend another dealer. Go see these guys first and save yourself the headache of the other dealers. I wish we would have went here first and when the time comes for another car purchase, this is where we will be.

We had our children with us and everyone was so nice to them. Also, I have gone to car dealers in the past and they are like sharks. I do not even have my foot out the car and someone has approached me. I find that inappropriate and aggressive. When we went to the toyota dealer, we were offered help but it was not in an aggressive manner. I also think Ed Holt is awesome. Since i purchased a preowned vehicle it didn't have the 2nd key,or the floor mats and 1 of the vents was missing a small piece. John P. made sure all of those things were there when i purchased the vehicle. He even contacted the previous owner of the vehicle and got me the spare key. When i went to pick up my "new to me" car it was spotless and even had a full tank of gas. I am very thrilled with my purchase. When he couldn't answer one of our questions, he went looking for the person who could. That was very important to me. We visited the dealer on Feb/29 and meet with the seller Mr Juan Lara. Since that moment we fells like that guy meet all the expectations that we have in mind; because we bought in these Toyota dealer # 4 times.but in our other visits, we fell good when did that business, but when we returned to our house fells mild frustration because, when we review the all papers, we found some changes that not meet the business that we pact whit the seller;but in this particular day we return to our house found that the business meet all the expectations that we thought:Price,Trade in,and the interest rate that we think that we qualified, when we talked with the seller was the same that the finance gave us. Thing that not happened in the other 2 past visits.

Kevin, quickly answered my many emails inquiring about cars and was very honest in what was realistic with my budget and helpful in finding a car that I loved. Compared to salesmen other dealerships I spoke with, I especially appreciated that he did not push for primary communication to be over the phone. I was able to text and email him questions which sped up my process tremendously in purchasing. Jimmy explained all of the financial details in terms that I could understand as a first time buyer. He was also honest, friendly and helpful in the process. He worked out all of the details to a much better deal and interest rate than I was expecting.I would recommend anyone in the market to purchase a car to work with both Kevin and Jimmy.

Experience was perfect , got declined at carmax but the atlanta toyota team worked hard to get approval with decent payments , the price was incredible, a few more dollars got me a brand new car compared to what i would get in a buy here pay here. and most important they make sure i liked the car before even asking about my credit or financial information, all other dealers ive been the first questions are hows ur credit, how much do you make and how much do you have. they cared about me and not my wallet.

James Wiggins was everything we could have wanted in a salesman: knowledgeable about his product; answered all are questions completely; had a positive attitude; friendly (easily said about people but often not genuine - his was!). He gave us the best price in Atlanta - and we had shopped all the Toyota dealers in the area. Though we did not do our financing with Atlanta Toyota, Samuel in Finance helped us close the deal and handle the financial deals efficiently and without wasting our time. While all dealers try to "up-sell" with the add-ons, Samuel explained our options and moved on - no hard sell. All in all, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had - and we've had a lot in over 50 years of car buying!

I visited in order to test drive a Camry HV. If was the first one I found available by checking stock on line with several dealerships in Atlanta. Mr. Mauka took me on a test drive and was very competent to ask all my questions. He was also very patient. The car was, with the exception of leather seating, equipped exactly as I wanted. I had not planned to buy that day but dealer insisted on giving me a price. The first quote was good. After some friendly negotiation, you made an offer good enough for me to accept and I purchased the car. You arranged to add after market leather that, to me, was nicer than what Toyota offers on the Camry HV XLE.

I purchased a new vehicle here in 2008. I was asked if I'd like to purchase the extended warranty which I did. In my opinion, they implied it was an extension of the Toyota bumper to bumper warranty.My initial factory warranty just ran out. I had an issue and took the car in for service. I was told by their service department that they had sold me a third party warranty and that it wouldn't cover the car.This was not made clear; they implied the extended warranty to be an extension of the Toyota factory warranty. Not a third party warranty I could've bought later directly most probably for less.I paid $1400 for this third party extended warranty three years ahead of time that doesn't even cover the car. It has now covered the car for 6 weeks since the factory warranty expired. I inquired about cancelling it and they informed I would receive a refund of only $500.Learn from my mistake. We visited the dealership early in our car shopping and were so impressed with the Prius. We weren't quite sure if this was the car we wanted. We ended up test driving and were pleasantly surprised with the Prius. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and working with the sales reps. We didn't end up buying that first visit (we had to do our due diligence) but ended up deciding on the Prius and making sure we were getting a good price. We definitely feel we got the best price in the area and came back to buy our car. All in all - was a great, smooth process. Next time we're in the market for a car, I would definitely visit these guys.

I thought the shopping process went well, and a very helpful sales associate, but felt the Finance process was very high pressure. The Extended warrantty - I now wish I had never listened to the Finance manager. After seeing that the power train has a lifetime warranty, plus all of the built-in warrantees for a hybrid, plus after seeing what third parties such as Geico offer (at almost half the price), I wish I had never allowed myself to be talked into the warranty. But the Finance mananger continued to talk about how there were so many computers, how just one going bad could cost a thousand dollars to repair, etc. If I had had the Finance manager talk to me first, I think I would have never bought such a fragile, expensive to repair, complex car (according to him). Love the car - should never have listened to the high pressure warranty pitch, and regret caving in. In all, the high pressure tactics ruined an otherwise good dealer relationship and sales experience.

Very steriotypical car dealership. They will promise you everything to make the sale, but they will do everything to avoid having to follow through with thier promises once the sale is made. Among the many promises that were made was "2 year free scheduled maintanence". I confirmed that this meant ALL neccesary maintanence for 2 years. My first visit I was told this was only for oil changes for two years. I argued and they threw in a tire rotation. My second visit I was told it was only for oil changes so I paid for the rotation. My third visit (still inside two years)I was told it was only for 2 oil changes and 3 tire rotations but since the vehicle had more than 25k miles those were not good anymore so they would not do anything even though it was still less than two years. This is just one of a couple things that were promised that I had to fight to get done after the sale. Horrible place to do business.

This was my 1st trip to Atlanta Toyota thanks to James Wiggins contacting me via internet sales. Corresponding back and forth getting the specs on what I wanted in a car. When an appt was set to see a car, James was very helpful. Knowledgeable about the car and answering all of my questions. As nerve wrecking as buying a car is, James made me feel very comfortable. I told him what I could do payment wise and he met with financial and made it happen. I was even able to get the car that I really wanted.Once I met with Sam in finance, numbers were not matching up. Bottom line, numbers didnt get figured correctly and my payment was NOT going to be what I was originally told. As in a matter of 40.00 Sam was very helpful during this and very patient. He kept me calm and did everything he could to help get my payment to where it was. He was not able to, but made other incentives to me. Although I did not get my car for the original price I was told, I did get it at a payment that I could handle. I would like to thank James and Sam for helping me. Very good Customer service - I had been to the dealer for more than 4-5 times before finalizing the deal. Everytime I went there I was properly greeted and I was explained each and every questions in details. I purchased a new car from Atlanta Toyota via the Internet Dept. Chris MIller was the Internet Sales Rep. We did most of our communication via email, but we also discussed some details on the phone. My emails were answered quickly and the process was as pain-free as possible. I used to HATE going into the dealer and negotiating for a price, and playing the "waiting" game, going back and forth between salesman and manager. Chris found the exact car I wanted with all of the options I wanted, we then agreed on a price all from the comfort of my home/computer. I made an appointment to come in to pick up the car, I arrived 15 min. early and Chris got me some coffee while they finished detailing the car and filling the tank with gas. Chris went over the features in detail, we then took the car for a short drive to answer any questions, and then meet the finance manager to sign the paperwork. I actually walked away enjoying the experience, which is hard to believe. I really don't care if a salesman "tries" to become my friend, (we are doing business, not becoming long lost buddies) but I did find Chris to be very pleasant and I enjoyed my conversation with him while waiting for the Finance Manager. John Duran is an extremely wonderful person! He made the process of buying my first car easy. He is very honest and trustworthy. He also goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with the sale and car. I recommend him 100% in case you are considering a future purchase at Atlanta Toyota. He even speaks Spanish. Furthermore, I had a small aesthetic accident with the bumper shortly after picking up my car and John Duran and Bernie Maldonado were just a phone call away and in no time, my car was back to normal! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My aunt from Kentucky came down to visit and to purchase a new vehicle while she was here. We chose to go to this dealership... She wanted to purchase a new 4RUNNER. She went on saturday and was trying to make a deal, the finance guy (Samuel) was more interested in listening to his ipod. He wasn't willing to work with her. I guess it was to much work and was cutting into his personal time. So my aunt left. Well Monday morning a different finance guy (Shelton) called my aunt and asked her if she could come back that they were ready to make a deal. She told them yes and that it would be around 6. So at 4:30 I called Frank (the sales guy) and told him we were on the way. He said ok we will see yall soon. So at 6:00 exactly we pulled into the dealership. We walked in and Frank walked over and said guys I am sorry but I think someone is trying to buy the car, let me go see whats going on. So we sat down and waited about 15 mintues, then Frank and some other person who calls himself a "MANAGER" walks over and says guys I am sorry for all the trouble but these other people just bought that car. Well then of course there were some words exchanged and Shelton then says give me a few mintues and let me search the surrounding areas to see if I can find you another car at the same price and let me see if I can get it over here. So then we wait another 20 minutes and Shelton comes back, he says I am sorry but I cant find another one to get here... We then ask why they called and asked us to comee back, made and appointment and then sold the car without even calling to let us know ( so we drive over and hour in rush hours traffic to get there)... All they could say is we are sorry...I advise anyone who plans to purchase, please do not go to this dealership... Not one person in the dealership has any common courtesy for any customers. The experience took too long. 11 AM to 4 PM to look at 1 car was too long. Dealership had the exact car we wanted and we got it at our price so that was great.Dealer should have stronger bags for me to carry the possessions from my trade in to the new car. Flimsy plastic trash bags were insulting. Dealer should also have set of screwdrivers and pliers to remove plates from trade ins. I did like the coffee table negotiating area, not as formal and took sales/customer threats away. allowing me to drive the car alone to show to wife was also a plus for dealership. Improvements can be made in the downtime areas while waiting. Put a Highlander broshure in front of me, that is the auto I was buying. Upon finalizing the removal of the car from the lot after the purchase has been made, I was disappointed that salesman did not go over the finer points of the auto such as the wiper controls for rear, and front, computer read outs, radio settings, interior lighting, a/c settings front and rear. I was left on my own to find how to work the auto controls. Other than all that, the experience of buying a car, expecially a new car, was quite satisfying and I will come back to that dealership in about 4 years.

We found out about the car online and got a ballpark price on the vehicle. We got to the dealership and was not pressured at all. The experience was great and feel like the price was a fair one. I went there to buy a Sienna. The salesman didn't answer any of my questions. As I get there, he forced me to give him all my personel information including my social security numnber. We haven't talk about any car ,he already make a copy of my driver's license. He wanted me to tell him how much I want my monthly paiement to be,then he'll tell me what kind of car I can buy. At a certain point, I refuse to give him my social,because, I didn't even see any vehicule yet. He was rude enough to tell me that's the way he does business,he doesn't have time to waste,my social or I can leave. In my way out,he told an other salesman "That one thinks he can buy a Sienna".

While dealing long distance to help my Niece purchase a used vehicle from this facility we [Myself and my niece] were doing great up until we got to the finance portion. Being uniquely aware for the current finance options, down payment availablity, etc we settled on a reasonable price. But when we discussed the interest rate the finance personnel became rude and obnoxious. During their conversation while I was still on an open phone line he continued to comment about my not likeing what they would send me and that it was a waste of time!Sales personnel were good, prices on cars was good. Just finance some were else. Pay cash if you can!

My huspand and I were at another toyota dealership getting the run around when he decided to go on line through his blackberry and look at atlanta toyotas website we found the Venza with all the features available there and made the call. As past experiences had dictated, it always seemed that once I got into a dealership there were "extra" costs not included. With only email communication with Mike Hankins and Edward Moore, I confirmed several times the "out the door" cost of my vehicle. I was assured "no gimmicks and no surprises". VOILA... a GREAT experience! There were no surprises and the deal I struck via internet/email was exactly as I negotiated. Mike and Edward took good care of me and my wife (even after she changed mind on color AFTER the paperwork had been completed. A+ experience.

In all my 50+ years I have never had a car shopping/buying experience like the one I had with Atlanta Toyota. This was by far THE easiest, most positive, satisfying ever! From start to finish it was an EXCELLENT experience. Chris Miller was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, accomodating, and HONEST. He went out of his way to give us what we wanted, he was totally up-front about cost and financing, he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, and delivered everything he promised. And this was all done over the phone -- BEFORE we ever stepped foot on the lot!! And when we finally went in for the test drive he treated us with the utmost care and respect. Chris was unflappable when I decided to change the color I had originally chosen. We searched the lot and found the car of my dreams! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, made eye contact, said hello -- who does that?!! The finance director, Ned Iwuji, was also very friendly and efficient. He took time to explain things, what we were signing, etc. Made us feel like he was for us, not against us. The whole thing went so smoothly! I would highly recommend Atlanta Toyota to anyone who is in the market for a Toyota. We shopped with 2 other dealers and the experience was totally different. When asked about price they were evasive, wanted us to test drive first, were not as responsive in returning phone calls. Chris never asked what the other dealers' price was, he simply told us what his price was, which was better than the other two. There was no haggling! Atlanta Toyota not only gave us the best price but also the best service. Last but not least, this is my second Camry. I drove my first one for 8 years without any major mechanical problems. It never needed anything other than regular maintenance - changing the oil, brakes, tires, battery - that's it! I did NOT trade it in, I gave it to my daughter. I contacted several local dealers, including Atlanta Toyota, by email as well as visiting two dealerships close to my home in Roswell. Mano from Atlanta Toyota responded quickly in a very detailed and efficient manner, answering all my questions. The sales managers at other dealerships refused to give me a straight forward quote or any quote at all. I felt very comfortable with Mano and was actually able to close my deal via email and phone conversations. At no time did I ever feel he had anything but my best interest in mind. The entire process was seamless, straightforward and pleasant. I have purchased cars in the past but never felt as comfortable as I need in the process with Mano and Atlanta Toyota. To top it off, my car was supposed to arrive on a Monday, April 5th and arrived 3 days early which was a nice surprise.

From my first contact over the internet, Atlanta Toyota stood out as being one of the most responsive dealers I contacted. In contrast,most metro Atlanta dealers wanted me to come in person in order to get my questions answered and before providing any meaningful information regarding price and lease terms. At Atlanta Toyota, Mano responded with complete answers via email. Moreover, once I came into the dealer to complete the lease I still had an number of detailed questions. Rather than give me answers he was not confident in Mano had his manager Jeff Tallent come over to assist me. Jeff was both patient and through and by the time we finished I felt confident that I was being given a fair price on my lease. Jeff was also able to find a Prius with exactly the options I wanted versus other dealers who just wanted to sell what was on the lot.

I'd been looking for a Honda Pilot for several months. I bought my Camry through Mike several years ago. I contacted Mike (Internet Sales Manager) again and he put me in touch with Susan (Internet Sales Consultant). She showed me what Atlanta Toyota had in inventory and we went from there. The sales process was unpressured. I felt they were trying to help me find the car and price I was looking for as opposed to just moving another car out of inventory. Even the time spent was not an all-day ordeal. It was enough time for me to look at the vehicles and get an idea of the one I wanted. If only car buying had always been this right!

Mike Morgan was so helpful and courteous, actually the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.He didn't accost me when I got out of my car like happens in so MANY dealerships - I HATE when the salespeople are practiclly standing behind your car as you get out, so when this did not happen, + for Atlanta Toyota.I am just starting the shopping process and am not quite ready to sign papers, but I am wanting to narrow down the choices. I have walked out of two other dealerships this week because they have gotten pushy and OVERLY aggressive. When I walked into Atlanta Toyota I was greeted by Mike Morgan. I explained that I WOULD NOT buy today, but would like to look. Mike helped me and was very polite. When I was ready to leave, Mike thanked me for taking MY valuable time to come to Atlanta, asked for the opportunity to earn my business and wished me a great week and car shopping experience. I could not believe it - instead of treating me like since I was just "window shopping" I was wasting their time - I found a salesperson that acknowledged that MY time was important.On the way home, I realized that my actual shopping is over. I have chosen my dealership and my salesperson. Now I just have to get myself ready to sign and I will be calling Mike to make the final appointment. My Sales person was nice but not that experienced. She showed us all the Venzas they had but wasn't to familiar with it's equipment and trim choices. ( she says she just transferred from the Pontiac store up the street) But since my wife and I wasn't to familiar with the features either it got a little discouraging quickly. Because we didn't want to pay for something we didn't need. (We just pop in to see the Venza and maybe buy one for the right price.) But once we narrowed down one they wouldn't come off the price and they offered us 5,000 less than every other dealer for our Lexus GX 470 ( We bought New and all Svc. Rec. No Accidents) the sales person said " They do this all the time to start negotiations" But after being their we were tired and didn't want to play the games. We left did some shopping online and bought a MDX. She called us a week later and said she figured we bought something it happens alot. Poor lady...

My sister recently went through a tough divorce and is now a single mom with four kids. Her Ford Windstar has been on it's last legs for a while and she needed roomy and reliable transportation. I have been looking for the last few months for a car for her in my inventory and have yet to have something come in in the price range with acceptable requirements (3rd row seat, SUV, rear a/c, under 60k miles and a warranty). My sister was on an extremely limited budget for her needs. We had to stretch it twice just to start to find a few options that met her requirements. After calling Atlanta Toyota about another vehicle and finding out it was sold, Karen called my sister back to let her know that she had a Toyota Sequoia that might work. The car seemed to fit the bill and the description over the phone and Internet were spot on after we saw the car in person.Although the price quoted was still a bit beyond our budget, Karen had us come in to see if we could squeeze a little more discount to make this vehicle work. We came in on a rainy Saturday night at 8:30pm (30 minutes before close) on a day I'm sure they were all there since 9am. Although I know they were tired and wanting to go home to their families, the staff was amazing. Friendly and upbeat and very honest, they just seemed happy to have us. After we agreed on a price that was just slightly over our max budget, but agreeable that it was a good value, we went into the business office to wrap things up.Things went smoothly at first, then I caught an unexpected surprise. I mistakenly estimated the remaining warranty for the Certified program at 2 years. The warranty was very important and had a lot to do with us deciding to go over budget for this vehicle. In the business office, I found out the warranty was only like 1 year and 3 months remaining. It was now about 10:45pm and I felt terrible. We wanted the car, but couldn't afford to pay for more warranty and couldn't justify buying it with out a better one. Everyone was so nice and helpful and patient with us and here we were about to make it all for nothing. Ned the business manager called Jeff into the office and they put their heads together and came up with a solution that was more than fair. We left so very happy and impressed with Atlanta Toyota. As a person in the car business that's seen it all, I am still a bit in shock at just how far above and beyond Atlanta Toyota went for my sister.

Since purchased, I had always taken my vehicle to Atlanta Toyota for service and maintenance. One day there was a 2.5 hour wait for service and I reluctantly had to take it to another local Toyota dealer for service due to lack of time. When my wife took our Toyota back for its next service (her first time) she was told that we couldn't get the same deal we had always gotten because it has been so long since our last service there. She was belittled for even asking and was treated as if she was trying to get something for nothing when she was just trying to get the same service we had always received. It makes me wonder if they have something against women since I was never treated that way. Because of the way she was treated she refuses to go back. When we received their survey, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way she was treated and the fact that we were being 'punished' for not being 'loyal'. After almost 2 months of emails and even copying their General Manager, I never received a phone call or satisfactory response and moved on to another dealer. Apparently Atlanta Toyota doesn't care about their customers enough to pick up the phone when there is an issue. I would stay far away from Atlanta Toyota. They are only interested in your $$$ and don't have any real concern for their customers when they have a problem.

I went in to find a Tacoma. The sales staff indicated that they did not have one on site and they were not eager to look for one at another dealer. I was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt and must not have been the "type" of buyer they were looking for. I bought elsewhere.

I understand a salesmans job is to sell. But when did it become a business of wasting a potential customers time? Is lying part of the game too? People just need more customer satisfaction training and what a customer should mean to them. Its not about who sells the most cars but should be about keeping that customer satisfied for the life of the vehicle and beyond. Not only did they lose a purchase customer, they have also lost a service customer as I will no longer have my car serviced at their center. What a shame!

Faster than most independent garages - gets work done same day, even when I bring car in afternoon. Price same or less than independent garages for my Toyota van, and much lower than Lexus for my 2 ES 300's. After an independent garage told me I needed a brake job, and engine had sludge, they told me no brake job needed, and pulled valve cover to verify that there was no engine sludge, so I trust them. Just wish they worked on my sons' Ford truck and van.

I took my car in to be repaired due to the transmission slipping. I was told it was the computer system and it had to be reset. It still continue to slip so I took to another dealership. There were 2 motor mounts that were broken. I called back to get a refund of my money and no one called me back until 3 weeks later. This is the second bad experience I have had with them. I do not recommend anyone take their car to this dealership for service repairs.

Very good experience at this dealership. Did have one small problem though - tech overtightened the drain plug on my MR2 Spyder the last time I had an oil change, causing it to leak. I took it back a week or so later (when I noticed it), and they very quickly resolved it with no problems.<br><br>Excellent customer service, and they are the first dealership I have found that actually appears to be knowledgable about the Spyder (as it is a fairly rare car).
