I had been to another chevrolet and was told my interest couldn't be below 12% with my credit score. I was on the hunt for a Camaro and thought I would try a loan from my bank, while waiting for an approval we drove by Auburn Chevrolet and thought we would stop by just to "browse" their selection. Upon getting out of our car we met Brent Fortner. I explained my situation and he seemed very confident he could beat the bank's interest rate, and very much so did, exceeding all my expectations.I left the lot with a brand new 2017 camaro with 6 miles on it. These guys are professional and willing to work with you! I would also like to mention the Finance manager Pavel, he was great and made the whole experience a pleasure.Thank you Auburn Chevrolet!

These guys misrepresented information about the value, repair estimates and features of the vehicle they sold me, which was pending mechanical inspection. The finance guy was kicking garbage cans, swearing and generally hostile, refusing to give me a copy of the dealer inspection report promised. They said a $762 repair would be $10. They said the MPG on the Suburban would be 25 hwy and 20 combined! They said it had flex fuel, bluetooth and other features that it did not have. The vehicle failed inspection but the dealership questioned the integrity of my mechanic, belittled my concerns, said I didn't have any rights, could not return the vehicle or reverse the loan. They even ignored the We Owe contingency all together, funded the loan and concealed selling my trade-in!! Getting everything in writing won't protect you from these predators. They charged me $5,501 over what the average person paid on KBB for the vehicle and trade-in ($6,151 more than the average good deal). They held my credit hostage and refused to pay my trade-in loan until after it was late. When I tried to resolve, the GM called it "drama." They lied, dodged and clearly don't have any integrity... WATCH OUT!

They asked us to sit and wait for a salesperson and we waited for 20 minutes without anyone to help us. We called Vicktor at Auburn Chevrolet and he immediately found a car that met our needs and made the process of buying our new truck fun and entertaining! I was trying to finish out buying my lease. Because of a weird state law where I leased the car I had received the run around from my leasing company, the Chevrolet dealership I leased through, and the bank I applied for the loan.Auburn Chevrolet saved the day. I was beyond frustrated and never cry. I did cry there. They looked at all the options for me: return the lease, buy a new car, buy out my lease. I could not ask for a more helpful and understanding place to purchase a car. I will tell everyone to work with them.

I went to look for a car on 7/26/16. I found a 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid at Auburn Chevrolet I liked, so we went and looked at it. It sounded great nothing was wrong. Fast forward to 8/10/16 when I'm wanting to actually BUY the car. I had been watching this car drop in price since 7/26. It went from 16,000 to 15,000 & continually dropped until it got to 14,997. I set my appointment to go in. The day of my appointment the had raise the price BACK UP to 16,051. My fiance called them to figure out why it went back up. They told him the AC went out and the compressor would be $500 so they wanted to make sure they made profit off of the part they just installed.. The salesman then called me (not realizing my fiance had just spoken to someone about the car) & asked if I'd be in. I said I'm not sure since the price went up, and I asked why it went it. His response was "Oh, it's because it's the middle of the month getting closer to the end. We raise our prices to see if we can make a little more profit." I then proceeded to ask if anything was wrong with the car (again, he had no idea I already knew about this compressor) his response, "no, the car is perfect"......... So I went to my scheduled appointment & we looked at the car, it looked good. We started it & it didn't sound right. It didn't idle right, & it was a quart low on oil. So we asked him about it, "oh it's just a hybrid" was his response to the strange sound it was making. So then I brought up the compressor. He knew a little about it & then proceeded to tell me it was $1200! They had JUST told my fiance it was going to be $500! I brought up the fact that this car had 6 different warrantys according to the car facts report, why am I paying for a part that went bad on THEIR lot! He didn't know what to say and went into speak with someone. He came back and told me basically that the warranty wouldn't cover it and I would have to pay for it. Alright. My brother in law called O'Rileys and asked them for a price quote on the same part they just told me was going to be $1200 to fix. The price was $164 shipped from California.... I told them not to bother putting it on, I will do it myself. At this point the salesman was getting frustrated that we knew what we were doing & he couldn't con us into spending a few more thousand dollars. We went for a test drive & every time you pressed on the breaks, it pulled to the right. We gave it some gas & it was just really laggy. Didn't "get up and go" like it was supposed to. It also sounded like there was a small knock. We tried the eco mode, & we couldn't get that to work either.. We came back and sat down with the saleman and told him some of the things we observed. He, at this point was still frustrated & us telling him what we noticed seemed to have sent him over the edge. He said "if you're not comfortable with it, don't buy it." Then, I told him where I'd like to be and this is about what I wanted to stay around (price wise). Before I even got to finish, he said "if you don't like our prices, you can leave." I was in disbelief, but got up and just left. Another salesman walked out behind me and tried to make things right, but the deed was done. I will never return.

I gave the rating of 5 stars to Auburn Chevrolet because from the couple of emails exchanged prior to walking into their dealership to driving away in my brand new car, the experience was phenomenal! This was my first brand new car purchase so I was a little nervous. I had already done my research and was just looking to finalize my feelings on the vehicle. Chelsea Kidd was extremely friendly, efficient, and made the whole time I was there really positive. When it came time to finalize the financial part, Pavel Hrabinsky, was easy going and had a great sense of humor and really personable. I felt extremely well taken care of and that if I needed anything I could give them a call and he wasn't just saying it to say it. I definitely will keep this dealership in mind for any future purchases!

I had an appointment today at 10:30am to get a diagnostics check done on my car because I am smelling exhaust inside and to get my tires balanced. Upon arriving to my appointment I am told that I will only be receiving the tire balancing because their lead diagnostic technician called in sick. I understand people get sick but what I don't understand is how they had 3 hours before my appointment that they could have called me to reschedule my appointment. A complete lack of customer service! The main reason I was going was to get the exhaust smell checked. I do not live in Auburn so I wasted my time and gas driving there when only part of the work I scheduled would be done. When I expressed my upset over this I received no apology and was told I could reschedule the diagnostic check. This is not the first time I've had issues with the service department but it is the last time. I will NEVER take my car here again and I will not be purchasing another Chevy vehicle in the future.

I spent about a week negotiating with a dealer in Bellevue, Eric had no idea what my offer was and came so close with his initial price that I decided to give him first shot at a deal. I stopped by the dealership and left two hours later with the vehicle we wanted. I'm not the easiest person to deal with and Eric and his team did a great job. Purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla for our son. We worked with Brent and had a very positive experience. They had just got the car the day before on a trade-in. Recently I was on a quest to.purchase a new HD 2500 long box 4x4 LT within the Puget sound area. After I completed my research I contacted several dealerships to find out what they had in stock and what the "real" price would be. I showed up on Thursday morning to test drive a truck and we worked a deal within the hour. I was in a time crunch and they were very accommodating for me. Josh was very friendly and personable and showed me pictures of his collie while we waited for financing approval. They were able to get the truck to the bed liner shop that afternoon and I picked it up the next day. Everything was professional and streamlined and I would recommend other people buy vehicles from Josh and Auburn Chevrolet.

If it were not for Fred at Auburn Chevrolet, it would have been difficult to evaluate if I would have consummated the purchase of my pick-up from this dealership. In retrospect, I am going to give Fred and his knowledge of the product a very high grade. He just has a knack for integrating his automobile knowledge into real life . My hope is that I can enjoy and learn how my new vehicle runs and operates as much as I enjoyed my previous truck. The fact that the dealership is within 7 miles of my residence weighed into my decision to purchase a vehicle from Auburn Chevrolet. Purchased a pre owned SUV from Auburn Chevrolet last Summer (2015). Fred Dearing has been very straightforward to deal and negotiate with. Very reasonable and responsive.Paperwork took quite a while to get finalized (the car came from out of state), but the staff was very helpful. Had the car for >7 months and cannot complain at all. My husband and I bought a beautiful 2015 from a salesman named Fred with 23000 miles on a used GMC Yukon last year in July 2015. We had just had a baby and needed to get a bigger vehicle. We overall thought that we made a good decision and had fair dealings with the dealership. We checked our list asked for a fair trade on our vehicle, no accidents on the vehicle, asked to see the car fax and asked to verify it was an American made vehicle from around our area. All the questions were asked and responded to by our salesman. What we didn't know is that we were not shown the complete car fax and that our car was from Canada. The way we found out was from the GMC dealer that the vehicle was also in an accident to. Triple strikes now and more lies. ?This was just after a couple months our poor vehicle started showing signs of rust and wiring worn and other noticeable parts wear and tear that were abnormal. We had it serviced at the GMC dealer and were told per the GMC build sheet it was not American, it had completely been driven in Canada and that the rust damage was like a cancer and would keep spreading. We called Fred several times without a return call and asked to talk to the GM and no response. I even sent and dropped by a certified letter asking for help to get out money back from the trade of 8000 down payment as well as some upgrades we purchased and nothing. The finance and used car manager after I tried to talk to someone finally offered to help me from my persistence. At the end nothing worked to replace out $50000 vehicle on the lot or new that might work and still be in out payment zone. I had to move on and seek another dealer to step up and help and finally another Chevy dealer nearby did. We then hired an attorney to address the issue with a letter and again no help from the dealer. They just had their legal council basically send a letter to us the consumer to buzz off you were told these things from their salesman. We now have to go to court to be heard I just can't stand down and let others be lied to and harmed to make a car deal. Integrity and honesty is everything and they missed the mark big time. The sad thing is I am in customer service and sales as well two of my clients dealt with the same?Sales man and were lied to as well but were smart enough not to buy. We have thousands lost due to this situation and now no equity from our large down eighther. I hope this will help someone else to see the build sheet and complete car fax all pages. The dealership was good to deal with when they wanted the sale but the after sale service was no good. Warning do not buy a Canadain made vehicle they buy them dirt cheap and resell to us make a big profit that comes with a price to pay from salt damage. Beware

My wife and I were out looking for a new car and decided to stop in at Auburn Chevrolet.Just to see what we might find. We were greeted by Brent Fortner, He meet us as we exited our older car. He was very nice and very helpful. He asked us to come in out of the heat, offered us some water. We sat down with him explained that our credit was not great and we were not sure if we could even get a car. He told us not to worry, With in about 10-15 minutes he had us approved and we were test driving a new 2015 Chevy Equinox. My wife and I were shocked by how fast and efficient the whole team at Auburn Chevrolet were. I was very happy with the courteous people working on a holiday. The whole experience was very nice, no high pressure sales no major haggling of all the thing you hear about some car lots. The salesmen were are very nice to work with. My mother took her 2008 Saturn Vue here for a oil leak. I knew she either had a oil pan gasket leak or a rear main seal leak. They did the oil pan gasket and charged her like $800 and sent her on her way. Sure enough a couple days later the vehicle was leaking the same amount of oil. So she brought it back and they said she also had a leaking rear main seal. It was leaking the same amount of oil and they did not want to own up to the fact that they misdiagnosed the oil leak. They said that the oil pan gasket was leaking too, which if it was leaking the same amount of oil seems impossible. It is understandable how they misdiagnosed this leak, because the rear main seal is near the oil pan seal and oil would have gotten on the oil pan seal. But they would not own up to the fact that they misdiagnosed the leak. They charged her another $800 for the rear main seal leak, she said they took off like $200. I would not have paid but I guess she is kind of a push over and the service people don't mind not being honest.

Like most people, I researched what I was looking for online. I ran across an ad in Auto trader from Auburn Chevrolet for a used 2015 Tahoe LT with only 4k miles on it for a terrific price. I contacted Erik Moss from the website and asked a couple of questions regarding the vehicle and also asked if he could supply me with additional pictures so I could get a better look at the vehicle. He not only obliged immediately, but then impressed me further when he didn't use the opportunity to harass me with a barrage of phone calls and try to pressure me into making it in to the dealership. Instead he kept things extremely light through sparse text responses to my questions and a couple of emails. When I got to the dealership, he had the vehicle pulled up to the front and it was shining like it was just off the assembly line! With an initial introduction, he was just as laid back and easy to deal with as before and really made the process of buying a vehicle comfortable. We love the vehicle, feel like we got a terrific price, and certainly give Auburn Chevrolet and Erik Moss 5 stars for the overall purchasing experience.

In the past few months we've been trying to find that one car that just felt like our dream car. I had some minor credit issues and needed some help. The first time didn't go so well, but they went above and beyond to make it right and we went home with a top model Cruze. I really liked this car but something was still not quite right. It wasn't my dream car and was a bit small for our 5 person family. We went to work on repairing and rebuilding my credit. Then called our good friends Brent and Pavel a few months later and asked for their thoughts on how it looked. Great news!!! Now we have the Malibu Turbo or mack daddy Malibu as Pavel put it. They always made us feel like family. Never like we were those annoying car buyers (even though I know we were). I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Even my kids looked forward to going there....and car buying is not a quick process. So very happy! I couldn't ask for better.

I knew exactly what I wanted, what I had to offer and what were make or break pieces to the equation for me. I'd come in to look at some used car options with Faiz but when I arrived he was occupied with another customer so John H took over. We had looked at one used car when the possibility of leasing something new came into conversation. I will admit that I've been coveting the Chevy Sonic ever since it was released as the replacement for the Aveo I'd been driving so I was more than willing to listen to this suggestion. Long story short I took the lease option and drove a brand new Sonic off the lot last night. Everyone I worked with was super friendly, Faiz kept checking in to make sure everything was going well, Pavel in finance had me in and out of his office with lightning speed and never once did I feel like I'd been pressured into something I didn't want or couldn't afford.I will without hesitation work with the great people at Auburn Chevrolet again.(Just a word... Overall my experience was pretty good, but was lacking in a few areas.A salesman greeted me within seconds of getting out of my car and was friendly enough, but. I felt like getting me in the perfect car for me was not his #1. Priority.Also another salesman mentioned that the car was a good buy at 16,700 which was over 1,000 less then my salemen told me was possible to do! So that being said, I don't necessarily feel ripped off but, I do not feel like I got the best deal I could possibly get. Let me prelude by saying I hate dealerships, car salesmen and pretty much anything to do with the car buying experience. Auburn Chevrolet made this whole process bearable and pleasant. The salesperson we had, Chris Fortney, was awesome and didn't keep harassing, pressuring or schmoozing us. He was straight forward and honest. We truly appreciated that. My wife and I have purchased several new vehicles over the past few decades. But never have we experienced a dealership where both the sales person and sale manager exceeded expectations in locating a vehicle that met our requirements. The negotiation on our trade was conducted in good faith and we did not feel as though the dealer was attempting to low-ball the trade price just to make money on the re-sale as we recently experienced with a few other local dealers.We will definitely recommend Auburn Chevrolet to all our friends, family and co-workers. Had a very low pressured visit, fast response email quote. I showed up days earlier than planned but Dillion made time to help me out. He made sure I got the financing that I deserved and he didn't try to up sell me on anything. Since the sale was final he has tried hard to make sure that I am satisfied. The deal started over the phone where Dylan took down all my info and said he would call me back. The call back was immediate and he covered all that needed to be covered. He also took the info on our trade and said he was going to work on the deal and call me back. He called again very soon and told me the numbers without really looking at the car we were trading in. He then called about 5 minutes later and said that they would honor our trade price and that they wouldn't change anything after we came over to the dealership. Sure enough, they greeted us at the door, took a small look at the trade-in, showed us to the truck and after a short drive we started the paperwork. Dylan and his sales manager were very nice and helpful. They were a breath of fresh air after being at several other dealerships and really made us feel good.

My interest in Auburn Chevrolet was the 2014 ZL1 Camaro. I had performed my own research on the ZL1 Camaro prior to the appointment.During the appointment Dylan was extremely accommodating while I looked over the car, he went over the operations of the convertible top, allowed me to perform my own inspection (via a check list I've created from past experiences) of paint, fit & trim of the doors and hood to the fenders and doors to rear quarters...... The test drive went perfectly Dylan provided input on the options the vehicle has while allowing me to fully enjoy the test drive. The whole sales process was very straight forward with no hidden surprises.I scheduled to pick up the vehicle the next day. Since I live many miles out of the town of Auburn I flew from my closest Airport (Spokane) to Seattle airport where I was picked up by a sales representative and brought to the dealership. The ZL1 Camaro was detailed and ready upon my arrival. I gave a rating on all the categories as great.

I have been to a number of dealerships and the experience is the same; aggressive sales pitches, tons of pressure, and overall unpleasant. Auburn Chevrolet was none of these. Auburn Chevrolet worked with our credit and budget and Phil worked hard for us to get a price we could ultimately say yes to. Phil new his stuff, was personable, and really made the experience what it was. I can't say much for any other salesman there, but I would recommend Phil to any of my friends and family in need of a vehicle.

We are lifelong Chevy enthusiasts. Just something about that Bowtie! After re-locating to the area last year, my wife and I decided it was time to start shopping for a new dealer. Both of us had been buying Chevys from our hometown dealers for years. Auburn Chevrolet was a natural choice, given it's proximity to our home. But knowing not all dealerships are created equal, we approached our first sales visit with some trepidation. That was quickly proven to be unwarranted. Within a few minutes of arriving on the lot, we were greeted, and being shown around by a true sales professional. Over the next hour or so, there were no hassles, and no pressure -- just the facts, and a very helpful attitude. Having done all the research we needed in advance, our visit was really just to sit in the actual cars. We quickly settled on a few scenarios. The next step was just seeing the numbers on paper. There wasn't any need for dickering -- we got what we wanted for both our trades -- and were able to take advantage of some very generous Chevy rebates and incentives. At the end of the deal, Erick and Mitch couldn't have made it easier! All of the sales, finance, and service staff were courteous, professional, and made us feel welcome. We'll be doing more deals with the Auburn Chevrolet team for sure, and won't hesitate to send friends and family their way. They truly made our experience easy!

Pretty typical car buying experience. The deal you get will depend on how prepared you are. Know what you're willing to pay for the car you want, and what you want for your trade-in before you go in. And, as always, be prepared to walk away if you're not satisfied with the deal.Haven't used their service department yet, so can't rate it.On the plus side, I haven't considered buying a Chevy since I owned a '55 in the late sixties. But they're making some good little cars now. The Sonic I bought beat out all the others I tried out within the same class and is highly rated by Consumer Reports. Plus, I can now make fun of all my friends that drive foreign cars for being anti-American. Go America!

So I thought I had an amazing experience when I first left the dealership. I told them a payment number I would have to stay below and they were able to meet it and told me all the amazing things about my car. I left very happy. Shoot to the next day...I get a phone call from John and he tells me he just missed a form for me to sign (liar, this turned out to be more than just a missed form). So I had to drive 40mins into the dealership the next day. When I got there, Pavel informed me that my payment would be going up almost $20 (putting me over the limit I told them I was comfortable with) because THEY screwed up on the paperwork and thought my gap insurance would be covered over my 88 month loan but apparently its only covered on an 84 month loan (they also knew gap ins was an absoulte MUST for me). This is something I should not have had to worry about. This is their job to know. I left the dealership the first time, telling everyone how much I loved it and I had actually gotten 2 people to say they would go out to look and possibly purchase a car. And now, im going to tell everyone not to go because I feel as if I got deceived. I bought the car because it was where I was comfortable with the payment, and then the next day after its been purchased, it gets raised. That to me is VERY unethical.

I spoke with Dylan over the phone on the day i came in due to the original person i had the appt with had to leave due to a emergency. i told Dylan my situation before i got to the dealership because i didn't want to waste my time nor waste his. i had a wonderful experience as soon as we walked through the door until i left less then 2 hours later. everyone was very friendly and i didn't seem pressured at all. i love my new car and would recommend auburn Chevrolet anytime!! as a matter of fact i did when i left my son in law should be calling Dylan this weekend. I was greeted immediately by Brent upon arrival. He was not a "pushy salesperson" He listened to what I wanted and showed me the closest match he had available. He was extremely honest and did not have the typical sales person attitude one normally expects when shopping for a car. When I was attempting to make up my mind between cars, he was extremely patient with me and continued to provide excpetional customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the cars the company had available for me with price and accessories. When he was unsure of an answer for me, he knew exactly where and who to go to seek the answers to all my questions. He did not seem to show me vehicles which would increase his compensation, he showed me vehicles based on what I was told him I wanted. The experience I had at Auburn Chevrolet with my salesman Brent was the best I've ever had and I would recommend Auburn Chevrolet to anyone with a extra referral to Brent for a sales person. He was able to find me a vehicle that I wanted and am extremely happy with.

I want to preface my comments about my Auburn Chevrolet experience by stating that I have had many negative car buying experiences from multiple dealerships where people dropped the ball, made it difficult to do business with them, failed to fulfill on commitments, blatant lies, etc.Auburn Chevrolet on the other hand provided an outstanding experience for me by doing business with me the way I wanted to do business, provided great service, and met all of my requirements. The great service started with Pavel from the internet team, was handed off and continued by Dylan in sales, and wrapped up by Joel in finance. I had a challenging scenario needing to trade in two vehicles with significant negative equity on top of moving, plus a very busy work schedule which required me to communicate almost exclusively by email. They found a couple of Equinox that met my requirements and helped me out of my predicament, got me an amazing rate with nearly nothing down while I was able to continue through my normal work day without thinking about my vehicle purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience.

We have had it almost 1 week so far my commute is 30 miles 1 way. I found a plug in our parking garage, and by the time I am off work it's ready to take me home. took a road test of a 2013 silverado 2500 HD 4x4. liked the way it drove, very smooth. Andrew seemed to be knowledgeable about truck.my reason for giving a OK on price was the price of the trade in that I was quoted for my 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 97 Dodge Ram.But overall I am happy with the new truck, Andrew did step up to the plate to partly cover the cost of the tonneau cover and bed lining.Also giving us at cost to have a aftermarket GPS installed by ADC Mobile.Thanks AndrewKevin Savisky

The staff at Auburn Chevrolet was very considerate to my wife and I since we didn't know what direction we wanted to go (trade in one or two vehicles...get a car and keep one, or trade in two and get a truck). All were very patient and helpful with us while we were making this decision. We felt no pressure to buy but that they were there to help. Once the decision was made, they found what we wanted with all options and color. The truck has not been delivered yet, but feel the outstanding service we have received will continue after we take delivery of the truck. Greatest service we've ever received at a car dealership. Usually the workers are all about themselves, but everyone is so friendly! Shannon made it so easy for us to find the perfect car and she stuck with us even through setting up our onstar. I got a call from Shelley, regarding our 11 silverado, said they had a good deal going on. I talked to my wife and we agreed on taking the half hour drive and see what's up. I originally bought my 11 silverado from them and I knew they don't play games and beat around the bush. Andrew was our salesman. He was very courteous and helpful. We walked that lot for well over an hour, as I explained my needs in a truck. He was very patient and showed me all the options I had. Once I picked out the truck we talked numbers. During our numbers talk I got to talking to the sales managers, Doug and Mitch. Great guys! Lets just say, with the help of the managers and awesome finance guy, mike, we left with a new 13 silverado! They gave us the best deal I have ever seen! I am very hard of hearing, but Harvey Weybrew understood and was very helpful in helping me to acquire a vehicle of my choice. He also was helpful in consulting with my Son during the selection process. I pray that he doesn't catch cold from all the rain that we had while inspecting the automobiles I was interested in. The Finance Dept also was a great help in getting me the 0 % interest rate. I thank them for that. I like doing business with Auburn Chevrolet because they have a great Service department and everyone is very friendly. They are always ready to help in any of their departments. Andrew was short, rude, passive aggressive. Told me to "hit the door" for declining to fill out credit pull on a soft quote written on scratch piece of paper. I spent an entire afternoon at this dealership in good spirits and it was all spoiled in the last 5 minutes by a sales punk named Andrew Bothell. That boy needs to be FIRED!!! I was initially approached by Rowland. An older laid back gentleman that was very accommodating - great guy. We went on several test drives and I really enjoyed the manual transmission models. Rowland was new, so he occasionally asked Andrew for which options were available for the LT1/2 LTZ types. I noticed right away that Andrew was short and seemed agitated to the both of us. It was borderline offensive. Andrew was visibly annoyed by having to locate car keys and perform inventory searches to find comparable models. The demo car they expected me to like had many interior key scratches, and I didn't want a dirty scratched up demo car. So I kept looking at others.Meanwhile, I told Rowland that I was undecided but I would still go ahead with a trade-in appraisal. When it came time to appraise my trade, Andrew asked me what my payoff balance was. My payoff has no bearing on quoting me a trade in value. Let ME worry about that. I said, above $20k but below $30k. Andrew didn't appreciate that much and went to go look at my trade. Meanwhile Rowland is trying to input my information into "vinsolutions", but ran into a snag.Andrew comes back ridiculing me for not giving him my payoff amount. Just being a big drama queen about how this was impacting the ability to make a sale but he still managed to quote a lowball offer. I said that won't work for me. He gets all huffy and runs back to the manager. Rowland is chit chatting with me when Andrew returns and tries to school me on tax credits equal to the sale price and that "allows" me a good deal because it's essentially a free ride on taxes. I said yes, but that is something I already paid for. At this point, Andrew was taking over negotiations.Once more he comes back and tells me that he will give me a CRUZE for $21k after $1500 rebate, and low trade for my car. I wanted to make sure I was clear on the verbal offer because that price seemed awfully low for a new LT2 model and we were only working on blank piece of paper. so I clarified "This is for the LT2 that would have to be shipped here?" He said "no, I thought we were talking about the demo car". I said "no, that car didn't appeal to me". This time he steps back and offers me $2k extra for my car and $23,5k for the CRUZE that needed to be shipped in. I thought this was more in the ballpark, but the offer was nothing concrete. We were working on a piece of paper - no VINs involved, etc to help keep the negotiations clear. He was agitated and unprofessional on his 4th return. I had several other clarifying questions about GM memorial day rebate offers that might be in lieu of APR promotions. Again, Andrew couldn't provide concrete rebate specifics to how it applied to the deal. I was looking at combined APR offers. I have personal rules to NEVER sign contracts same day. I wanted to go home and think about the new offer on A.) car that I cannot see B.) whether or not the deal warrants me looking into talking to my bank first. *MELTDOWN*He was pushy to commit to submitting a credit pull without confirming VIN reservation. I don't pull credit FIRST without price in formal writing based, not generalized promises and scratch estimates. I'm considering filing WA state AG complaint for this little stunt.As far as I was concerned, we were still negotiating VINs and prices. I hadn't even gotten confirmation of color yet! It was 6pm. I simply asked "What time are you open tomorrow, I understand Rowland won't be here". He pulled the paperwork away from me, starts mumbling passive aggressive nagging sentences about trying to pull me a deal and I'm wasting his time. I don't play that reverse psychology guilt bs.. Andrew starts closing up, in general terms told me to leave. Before I could even process what he was rudely saying to me I reactively slammed the palm of my hand on the desk and loudly asked "Are you fu%$ng serious right now?" 0_oYes, yes indeed he sure was telling me to leave. I was absolutely stunned! Andrew reiterated for me to quote "hit the door". Dude you just cost your employer a SALE. I have TOP TIER credit score enough to buy two cars from Auburn Chevrolet. I later find out from WA state business records Andrew is related to the dealership board chairman, which explains why nepotism allows Andrew to feel superior to act this way to a potential customer.FIRE ANDREW BOTHELL!! If your staff can't handle the stress of letting a customer decide and make informed credit decisions he has no business being on the floor of your dealership! NO dealership employee is going to interfere with my right to determine when I'm ready to drop $26k, or when to do a hard credit pull, and it definitely won't be from this unprofessional jerk..

Just last week my husband and I ran into a unforeseen event where we needed a good reliable commuter car. We had no money set aside for this and weren't even sure we would qualify for a loan. I heard about Chevrolet of Auburn from my Mom who had a great experience with Pavel and she recommended that we check them out. I looked on-line, found a car that was perfect for us and e-mailed them around 7pm one night. Pavel e-mailed me back with-in 20 mins. We continued to e-mail back and forth until the next day, because I didn't want to waste anyone's time if we would not qualify. Pavel kept reassuring me no matter what, we were not wasting anyone's time. My husband and I have been to multiple dealerships through out the last 7 years and have never been treated with this much respect. For most dealerships, we are just seen as money signs. If you look like you don't qualify, then they don't really try to help and just move on to the next person who looks like they will make a good profit off of. Not here, to be honest they basically broke even with the car we bought. Pavel worked with us for hours trying to get the payment where we could afford it. He was never pushy and really just laid back which made the experience so great! He never once made us feel bad about not having money down, but understood and was sincere to our situation. After we agreed to buy the car, we went and spoke with Joel the finance manager. Here is where they usually get "get ya". The finance manager... This is where they tell you, well we can't forget about "this" charge or "that" charge which all ends up making everything way more expensive then you ever imagined. I was completely nervous going into Joel's office, but was shocked!! Joel was unbelievably nice and compassionate to our credit issues. My husband and I are far from perfect and had somethings happen over the last couple years which made us have to file bankruptcy, which in the end ruined my husbands great credit! Joel saw this and was so reassuring that we could get our credit back up, He spent almost 2 days talking to the banks and working with them to drop our interest rate and keep me as a co-signer on the car.. ME.. A Co-signer!! I couldn't believe it, every other dealership said I couldn't be on the car.. It killed me and my credit.. Joel knew how important it was to keep me as a co-signer so my husband and I could reach our goal of GREAT credit again some day! I have never once recommended a car dealership, until now!! My husband and are still in shock, not because we got another car, because these 2 people worked so hard for us when they barely made any profit.. I didn't think this still existed. Thank you Pavel and Joel for such a wonderful experience! You honestly gained 2 customers that will always come back to you two!

I would highly recommend this place. Our experience was really amazing. We worked with their manager Troy Bice. He was very helpful and really fast person. Sometimes he tried to give us more information than we need, but I think it will be very useful for people who do not know exactly what they want. And the fact that he and they was really fast is very important. Because we wanted to get a financing, so we hadn't do almost nothing. Just provide all necessary documents and that's all. Second thing that I want to highlight is that these guys do know their business and understand who can become their customer even if he doesn't have enough credit score. My wife and I as newcomers we don't have enough credit history, but we are working hard (well, my wife works at home, but who can say that it is not a work). And we need additional car to be more flexible, to go out with our kids, for my wife to be independent and start to work (we hope that she will work at the airport), etc. But anyway, it is not history about our family, it is about Chevrolet Auburn. So we were approved and got the new car at the same day. Sure, because of financing and some additional items (like GAP insurance - cool stuff I have to say) we will pay much more money than the price of the car. But I prefer to be covered and protected from all sides. And this is the USA. You have to work hard. BTW - we arrived in the country just 7 month ago. And before I have never had a new car, always only pre-owned. This is our first new car and I am pretty sure that our experience will be awesome, as was our trip to Auburn Chevrolet.

My husband and I went to Auburn Chevrolet to look at trucks for him. A guy came out and showed us around a little and let us wonder and look at what was on their lot. Another salesmen walked by and told us since we are looking at trucks a guy just came in this morning and traded in his 2011 Chevrolet crew cab (which is what we were looking for, fate; I think yes) we went to the back of the lot to check it out, because it hadn't been cleaned or priced yet, we drove the truck and fell in love with it. We came back from the test drive and did all the paperwork, Jason walked us through everything and treated us like we were the only customer. We next dealt with Joel, who was great also he walked us through all the numbers and explained everything to us, and due to it being Sunday night, he said he would contact the banks in the morning to secure a loan for us, which he did. All in all we maybe spent a total of 3 hours at this dealership with superior service. And last but not least, Vinnie the salesmen started up the truck with the remote when he saw us pull into the lot to pick it up, came out to meet us and went over all the stuff about the truck and how everything works. We went back inside and made sure everything was secure with financing, everyone shaked our hands and said Thank You. Great place! I will definately purchase from them in the future. Both on the phone prior to going to the dealership, and once at the facility Jason was very courteous and professional. Throughout the sales process and the brief need to return to the dealership for a followup visit Jason handled himself in a way that makes the customer feel like someone of value to the organization instead of someone to be hustled through the process. I decided to take advantage of the Costco Auto buying program as a friend has done the same several years earlier. I contacted Costco and they gave me the name of a dealership close to my home so I went to them to see what could be done with respect to a Certified Used car. Without going into any detail I left that dealership not feeling very good about the experience. I called Costco back and asked for another partner dealership with whom they work. They gave me the name of Auburn Chevrolet. I called Jason Rigby, explained my situation and made an appointment. Jason and I had a conversation as to what they could do for me due to the fact that I had gone into bankruptcy 5 years earlier, after a lay off at a mortgage company. He then introduced me to David Vincent, and both Jason and David walked me through what my options were with respect to how the Costco program entered into the equation.Honestly, as my bank turned me down for an auto loan I was skeptical that anything could be done, but dealerships deal specifically with lending institutions that are more willing to carry a car loan. At that time it didn't matter as I wasn't planning to purchase anything until my birthday in December.David took notes as to what I wanted and we reviewed the catalog which shows all of the options of all of the Chevy Cruze models. As it turns out the Chevy Cruze LS offers most of what I wanted as I don't need things like cruise control, electrical seats, heated seats, extra chrome but I would have liked heated exterior mirrors, and most importantly Leather seats and mechanical sunroof.So as time passed Scott Reed, the nuts and bolts paper guy, heard our conversation and offered that those options could be added at my expense. So here we go, they had a 2013 new silver LS, thought I wanted blue, but now love the silver. Secondly I was able to choose the exact leather interior color, not stock, which pleased me as well as a reasonable price for the sunroof which is on par with what the factory charges. Needless to say they gave me a fair trade in and with a cash deposit, I drove a brand new 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LS home. I see it a win win, they were less a car in their inventory for the final quarter and I got what I wanted. I'm happy but admittedly it took a while to get over the fact that it's my second brand new car ever and I spent money on myself instead of my grandson's.Other than the time frame which it took to complete the transaction, I couldn't be more pleased with the final price, lending rate, monthly payment amount and service from Auburn Chevrolet. Thanks guys.

This was a horrible experience. I found a 2010 Doge Challenger that i loved. Well they quoted at at 12% intrest and 0 down and $525 a month...I had the car for 8 days. each day i called the dealership 2 to 3 times per day asking if its a done deal on the eigth day they called me back in and the intrest jumped from 12% to 19% and $500 down and $545 a month.. I thought that was really shady so I said look thats not what we agreed upon, and i gave the car back. I had that car for 8 days.. i fell in love with it. But i didnt want to get Screwed. well like a week later I said look I'll take the 2nd deal. well i had to cancel the appointment because something came up. I sent an email stating so. Then i get a phone call from the salesman Saying hey my manager doesnt want to do any more work on this unless i come in because i was a no show even though i did let them know. the salesman acted like he was doing me some huge favor by even talking to me. the customer service that i received was a joke. I was approved for a fully loaded 2012 Dodge Challenger with a much lower intrest rate from a different dealership. I havnt gotten a new car yet because i had my heart set on the one.UPDATE:Auburn Chevrolet contacted me after learning of my bad experience. Since then I delt with Jason Rigby and Scott Reed..They totally made this right...I received a better deal and they were really nice.I am a proud owner of a Dodge Challenger the one I wanted...with a pretty great deal...So would I recomend these guys? Yes but not to say anything bad about different guys there but Jason Rigby and Scott Reed were the 2 that went above and beyond to make certain that everybody was happy...Just one more thing... Scott Reed and Jason Rigby are the two that really turned my expeireince into a positave one.. Thank you both ...

I came in yesterday with no expectations of actually getting a vehicle. As I had mentioned to Ryan on the phone, my encounter with another Chevy dealer last weekend left a bad taste in my mouth and what they told me regarding the purchase of a new vehicle dashed all hopes of me getting into one for at least another year. Ryan assured me that he could make it happen for me - I still didn't believe it until I went through the process last night. It was virtually pain free (except my new car payment) - and I wasn't pressured nor did I feel that they were trying to pull one over on me. I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid. There aren't very many around, so finding exactly what my family wanted was difficult. Auburn Chevrolet, and specifically Jason Rigby, was the only dealership that I talked to that were more interested in getting me what I wanted, no matter what, than trying to talk me into a conventional Tahoe, a different color, options, etc. They were ultimately able to locate what I wanted in Oregon and had it delivered the very next day. My name and number was given to three vendors. All of them phoned and invited me to their dealership. I went to Gray Chewvrolet first and spent 20 minutes looking at cars in their lot and not once did anyone even come out to talk with me. I left and emailed them my experience. I never heard from them again. Second I went to Hazelwood Chevrolet. The salesman there was courtious but boring with a lot of blah, blah, blah. I also didn't feel he was trying to get me a decent deal. Jason gave me a price over the phone and told me to come over and he would show me the pricing. He also stated he was friendly and not pushy. I also got a phone call from some gal from Auburn chevrolet checking to see of Jason was following thru. I drove over there and he was friendly, courtious, and knowledgeable. He showed me everything on paper as we went so it was easy to follow. There were no problems. Things could not have gone better. The trade in was better, the price was better and even the finance charges were a little less than the other place. Ingo came out and introduced himself. Then we went in and did the financing. I had a very good experience with Vinnie. He was very friendly and cordial. I have always been happy with Auburn Chevrolet as a dealership. Every time I have been there to get my car serviced all of the staff are friendly, smile and say hello. That is a great feeling even if you are just getting an oil change...Thanks to you guys for my new Malibu...............I love the car!!! question...did you spell Vinnie's last name wrong above???

I went this dealer for a car i seen on the web for12999. when i ask the price on that car salesmen said 19500.00. when i told him i saw it on the web for 12999.00. he said prove it. like i walk around with a computer all the time so he went inside and came back out and said i was right i test drove it. work just fine i left my contact info and left called back later to work on the price they seemed pretty up set that i even ask that question of lowering the price. then sales guy hanged up on me so i called back to talk to the manager. he made an excuse for the salesmen grandmother died recently. even if this is true that is no excuse to hang up on a customer. all he had to say is i will see what i can do for you but no he had to hang up on me then the manager said if you want to buy the car for the price of 12999.00. i had to do it that night or the price will go up i checked the next day price went to 18000.00+ i will never buy a car at auburn chev and i will go out of my way to tell people don't buy a car at that place

Did the entire deal over the Internet via email and phone. Purchased site unseen but well researched and they trusted my word and photos for my trade in. Agreed to prices without hassles and I thingk both parties made a fair deal. What a concept. These are honest and straight up folks and it was a pleasure to deal with. They got my new truck prepped with some aftermarket products that I needed added from a third party and it was all ready when I arrived from Alaska to pick it up. Two months later I already have two cross country trips and 9000 miles on the truck and couldn't be happier with my choice to purchase from Auburn!

My overall experience was excellent. I did get a good deal on the new car and the best price I feel I could of got with my trade in which had a branded title. Scott Reed was excellent and actually fun to work with. Phone calls were returned quickly and he was not pushy or fake.

Buying the car was the least stressful exprierience we have had so far. What Jason told us actually happened with no surprises except for good ones. We were not going to trade in our Escalade but were able to trade it in to pay off the balance. We were so use to being told one thing by a dealer and then getting there and having to pay more out of our pocket at the last minute that if they had asked for more money we would have left without the car. The only thing that we did not like was the car had 197 mile already on it. We showed it to our brother in law and he is considering coming in to your dealership for his next purchase.

Purchasing a used 2008 Chevy Aveo from Auburn Chevrolet was a positive experience vs. experiences I've had at other dealerships in the past. While test driving the vehicle Scott Reed answered all my questions and accomplished vehicle prep and paperwork in a timely manner.Jason Rigby gave me a follow-up call approx. one week after I purchased the vehicle; I mentioned to him that I had received a "check engine" light a couple days after getting the vehicle. Jason asked me to bring the vehicle in for evaluation, he also stated he would arrange for a loaner vehicle if needed.My vehicle needed a throttle body replaced, which was accomplished at no cost to me; plus I didn't have to miss work due to the loaner.Thank You Jason Rigby and Scott Reed. My experience with you and Auburn Chevrolet was OUTSTANDING! I will recommend your dealership to friends and you will hear from me in the future when I'm ready to accomplish a vehicle upgrade.

Back in December of 2010 I brought my vehicle into auburn chevrolet for warranty repairs which they would not honor. Due to the verbal mistreatment I received from Auburn Chevrolet, and the service greeter mike in particular, I decided to write a rip off report shortly after my first visit with them. Mike made it clear that he was very angry at me and would seek revenge for using his name and place of work on the rip off report I originally wrote. Just recently I took my vehicle in to a popular tire service company to have my wheels rotated & alignment adjusted. It turns out that 'someone' had previously replaced one of my Goodyear low rolling resistance tires with a generic brand of tire that is NOT a non rolling resistance tires, therefore offsetting my alignment and also causing my car to drive un steady even with an alignment being done. Since my car is only two years old, and under 26,000 miles stil, and I've never once replaced my tires or needed service on them before, there is not a shred of doubt in my mind who took off my tire and replaced it with one that does not match correctly: Mike & his buddies at auburn Chevrolet. Nasty people indeed. If you are looking for friendly & professional service, do not purchase a car or bring one in for service there.

I am very happy with the degree of experience and customer service shown me by Lori and Will. They asked me what I wanted in a truck and then listened to my wants and needs and then found me a truck that fit my desciption. They did NOT try to tell me what I wanted. They listened and took action. They found a truck for me the same day I was in the showroom, at another dealer no less, and delivered the truck that day. When the new truck was missing a couple of details I wanted, Lori and Will had them installed on the new truck at no charge to me. They got me the truck I wanted, in the price range I asked for, and wouldn't say "done deal" until they knew I was completely satisfied. This is my second new vehicle from Auburn Chev and I am impressed with the professionalism I have been shown there. From the salespeople to the servicepeople to the financepeople I was treated with courtesy and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Auburn Chev to my friends who are looking for a new vehicle. When I am in the market for another new truck I will be back at Auburn Chev to get it. I say THANK YOU AUBURN CHEVROLET! We will be "friends" for a long time!

My experience with Auburn Chev. and the representative that I worked with was handled with the utmost professionalism and made for a seamless transaction. From the time I walked through the door, I felt that the entire team (sales reps., customer service, finance dept. and repairs) were all very polite, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Purchasing a new vehicle is very stressful, however, that stress was alleviated with the assistance from B. Bought a new Chevy Cruze from Auburn and purchased aftermarket leather. We were promised that this would be installed within a week and would take 2 days to do the job. We are now going into the fourth week and no leather install. We have had to initiate contacts with Auburn Chevrolet and we keep hearing the same story 'leather is on order'. Except they had to ask for measurments for a second time after I initiated the third call. When I asked 'If you have the leather on order, why are you asking for this information?', the panicked service rep told me she was verifying information. When we asked to speak to the sales manager a week ago, he spoke to my husband and said he would contact us on Monday with an explanation of what happened. It is now Thursday and no call. I was at the dealership on Monday to pick up my plates and the sales manager told me that the General Manager would call me, but he felt that it was the service people who dropped the ball. We are all human, so just call and tell me you made a mistake. But no, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, POOR AFTERCARE!!! I will return to Gamblin where I have purchased numerous Chevy products and have always been treated well.

I recommend people talk with Mark Modica in sales at Auburn Chevrolet. Mark will give you a good buying experience. He is not only friendly but honest with you and will help with issues after the buying experience.I did have issues with the wrong radio being in the car when it was delivered. I talked with Tim Graves, general manager, about the issue. Tim was very patient with me and straight. It took some time to work the technical issues. I got a call from Ron Greenlee of the service department letting me know they have the correct radio and that he had researched what needed to be done to insure the radio's integration with XM radio and OnStar. Mark, Tim, and Ron were very customer oriented and congenial in our discussions to resolve my issue. If I didn't have an issue I would have never met Tim or Ron, so I am happy to say that when you deal with Auburn Chevrolet there are good people behind the scenes to work with you if you have issues.There are many Chevy dealers around Puget Sound and people should consider Auburn Chevrolet. They might not have the largest inventory on hand but they can get what you want and they'll work to get your satisfaction.I look forward to have them provide maintenance and warranty work on my HHR.Now, about the quality of their free coffee......... well, it is free.

Bad follow-up and no one gave me their business card. When they called me back with numbers on a truck the voice mail had no return phone number or salesman's name to call back. I had them pull my credit and they told me it was good for 90 days, but when I came in about 35 days later they had no record I had ever been there and had to pull my credit again and fill out an application AGAIN ! My experiance last year with them was very good so that is why I came back. I guess things have changed, too bad....

Dealing with this dealership was one of those horror stories you hear about but is too incredible to actually happen to you. We had been shopping for about a week around our area and on the Internet, and we were set to buy a car today. My husband and I went to about 10 different places, and by the afternoon we'd decided on a car at this dealership. We haggled, settled on a price, and started to fill out paperwork. The kids needed picked up from daycare (at home - 2 hours away), and the truck was going to be in my name, so my husband left me to finish up, assuming I'd be driving the truck home. Well, the salesman saw an opportunity to take advantage of a 'stranded woman' and upped the price AGAIN by $1200, obviously assuming that I was stuck here and had no option but to buy the car, no matter the price. I ended up having to start walking home because they refused to go back down to the previously agreed upon price until we could find someone to pick the kids home and have my husband drive the two hours back to get me. NEVER NEVER NEVER shop here, especially if you are a woman! They will try their hardest to take advantage of what they apparently believe is the weaker sex.

My initial contact with this dealer was through their website: so far so good. I requested a complete list of the options installed on the used vehicle I was interested in. Their initial response failed to provide ANY of the information I was seeking. To top that off, the "special internet price" quoted in this email was over $800 HIGHER than the "everyday" price listed on the regular website listing for the vehicle! In my follow-up email, I once again requested the information I had requested in my initial email, pointing out to them that, while I could get the information directly from the manufacturer (using the VIN), that I would prefer to get it from them as a gesture of "goodwill". When they responded, the info. was incomplete, so I did, in fact, have to go to the manufacturer to get it, after all. Since the vehicle was equipped the way I was hoping it would be, I made an offer on the car. While it was a "low-end-of-the price-range-for this vehicle" offer, for this region (Pacific Northwest), it was well in the "middle-of-the-range", nationally. The one, and only, counter-offer made by the dealer, was a "whopping" $300 less than the asking price, on a $20,000 vehicle! BFD! Not exactly what I would call "good faith negotiations".Apparently these guys are still stuck in the (non-internet) 20th century mind-set. I have a whole country to shop in, and I'll go anywhere in the (48) states to pick-up a car. The drive home is part of the fun of getting a "new" car. And a plane ticket from anywhere, to anywhere else in the 48 states is, at most, a couple of hundred bucks. So, to save $5000, I'll spend $500 in airline tix, and gas! They aren't (probably) "bad guys", they just thing that they're entitled to make $5000 (or more) on every sale. I dont' think so! They haven't done anything to earn it, that's for sure. $500-yes, $5000-no. I can find a newer, lower mileage, better equipped car, of the same type/model for thousands less. So can you!

Service is always costly. The last time I went for service my seat would not sit up straight to drive in the tahoe. They told me it would be $100.00 just to look at it. Took it to Maxium Proformance on Meridian in Puyallup, and they looked at the problem for free and fixed it for $70.00. The time before that problem I was having heater/air conditioning issues. It would work on and off for months. Auburn Chevy said I needed to replace the whole face heater/air conditioning buttons for $200.00 plus labor. I had it fixed at Maxium Proformance and again the price was great and it was only the fan, not at all the heater/air conditioning face buttons like Auburn chevy had said. Need I say more. Auburn Chevy doesn't have a clue on maintence.

I had my 1996 Camaro hit by a lone shopping cart when parked at Wal Mart and took it to Auburn Chevrolet to get fixed. My insurance paid for it so price wasn't my concern. However, I was promised the car on a Friday, and instead I get a call just as I am heading out the door to pick up my Camaro telling me the car will not be ready because it's just being dried now. No apologies. Nothing. "Too bad so sad" attitude. So I wait. They call 5 days later on Tuesday to tell me it'll be ready that afternoon. The funny thing is, the secretary then cited a different reason for my delay by apologizing that someone put a finger print in my paint job so it had to be repainted. But wait! Jose said it "hadn't dried yet"...lairs? Someone was. Anyways, I go and get the car and it's pouring rain and the auto body staff went home "early", so a gopher had to give me my car. I take it home, and the next day I notice swirling all over my repainted front fender. Swirls, chips, it looked identical to the original paint on the door. I swear it looked like it was never painted. I called Auburn Chev and the lady asks me to bring it down to have a look, I do and she asks when I can bring it in. We arrange at 11am the next day after I get off school. I show up only to be grilled by that rude snob Jose. He says, quote, "Why are you 3 hours late? I take cars at 8am, not 11am, and you still want your car back on I bet?" In pure shock, I cowered a bit and just said "I told your secretary I had school until 11am." He just said, "Alright." I was disgusted, in fact I thought about just taking my car and not letting them fix it. So, of course, I have never used Auburn Chevrolet again, and plan on keeping that streak.

I bought my blazer at this dealership because my Aunt referred it. Well when I had to get service done on my car I was very disappointed because whoever worked on my car must have adjusted the seat and they ended up breaking the handle off of the seat adjuster. I had my car for about 2 months before I noticed the handle was busted off and threw under my seat. So I called the service manager at the time and I explained that I just discovered my handle was broken and he said why did it take you 2 months to figure that out? I was shocked that he said that, I told him I didn't have to adjust the seat, that my friend was going to borrow my car and she has shorter legs then me so I told her that the handle was on the side and she couldn't find it so I went to show her and it was thrown under the drivers seat. He said well he couldn't do anything about it and his mechanics wouldn't have done that. So if you want any service done at this dealership please inspect every handle and all areas of your car before you leave or they will think you are a liar if anything is broke or missing.

My wife and I brought our 2006 Silverado into Auburn Chevrolet's Service Department for transmission work back in January.I must tell you that it was by far the best service experience that we have ever Had!!The staff at Auburn Chevrolet went out of their way to make sure that we were informed of the repairs, costs (excellent prices) and how long it would take to complete the transmission work!!We will have all of our future service work including our oil changes done at Auburn Chevrolet!!!!
