This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I went in to test drive an A3 and lease a car with a special I saw advertised on the site 350/mo 10,000 mile/yr lease (base model). Prior to going to the dealership I corresponded over email with my price range (max budget of 400/mo) and received several phone calls that there were multiple vehicles available for lease in my price range. When I arrived, my husband and I took a test drive and sat down to talk prices and they nearly doubled what they told me over the phone (600-700 for an A3. When I explained that this was not what I was initially told they refused to honor their special and did not negotiate. I told them I was really insulted and that I felt my time was wasted. After we left we received a call from another salesperson who apologized which was nice of him. I told him I would reconsider other options in my budget. Later that evening he then sent me a quote via email which was at the top of my budget for the same car. I honestly could't even do business with them at this point. It just goes to show that these people are crooks. I emailed them back the evidence that they were asking too much for their vehicles when compared to other Audi dealerships and they never responded. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff were not friendly and I found them to be unprofessional. I have many friends who drive Audis and all of them are from New York, New Jersey and south Florida and none of them pay what this dealership was asking and none of them experienced such terrible customer service like I did. It's unfortunate. We ended up going down the street to Mercedes and got an even nicer car for half the price and the service was superior to anything I've ever experienced.

The buying process was terrible, did not get answers about our new car, the title transfer and paperwork took more than two hours and we paid cash! There was no follow up from anybody at the dealership regarding our purchase, experience or concerns. This was the fourth car we have purchased from the Hanania Group and it is our last. When we told our friends about our experience, they decided to stay with Porsche and Mercedes despite their interest in Audi. So far, we are enjoying our 2017 Q7 but we will seek out another dealership for future purchases.

When you contact a dealership of any manufacturer regarding service issues (particularly one which claims to offer a high-level prestige product) you expect to be treated with at least a minimum degree of concern.This is not the case with Audi of Jacksonville-- they don't even bother to act as though they care-- they simply make it obvious they would rather be elsewhere and make you feel they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Aloof and uninformative responses are not acceptable at the local grocery store let alone here; I suspect that a lack of knowledge and/or poor training is the basis of their poor customer skills, but whatever the cause(s), management is clearly at equal or greater fault for failing to monitor crucially important interaction with customers.From my early years of owning Hondas and Nissans to the last 20-or so years of having Infinitis and a BMW, I was always made to feel appreciated through consistent efforts to accommodate my needs. I recently purchased a meticulously cared for A5 (I loved the design), with the 3.2L FSI engine. The car had a very low mileage-to age-ratio and had always been serviced in advance of Audi's scheduled intervals. However, all prior service had been skillfully and cheerfully provided at a dealer in North Carolina and the car had not been subjected to the unenthused staff at Audi of Jacksonville. Recently, I noticed that my fuel mileage and overall engine performance fell off dramatically and an online search revealed carbon buildup to be the most likely culprit. Further research indicated that Audi had extended it's warranty for carbon buildup on these engine beginning with model year 2009, so I called the Service Dept. of the above dealer. The young man I spoke to sounded utterly bored, had little to no knowledge of the warranty extension and apparently didn't have the ability or desire to search his database for the information. His only comment was that I should bring the car in (almost 2-hours round trip) so they could check engine codes. When I pursued specific information about the warranty extension, his tone became terse and he repeatedly said I needed to restate what I was seeking. I finally asked if the VIN would help and when I provided it he said "Not covered." When I asked why given that my car met all criteria I had read about he said "I don't know-- call Audi" (I thought I had). This is not the first bad experience I've had with this dealership's service dept., and it's unfortunate that their unprofessional behavior has pretty much made me decide against purchasing another Audi in the future.

I went to Audi of JACKSONVILLE in early February and drove and looked at the new Q7 and had a new car salesperson and met the new General Manager who also gave me his business card. Then about 2 to 3 weeks later I contacted the dealership to either buy or order the Q7. When asking for the salesperson I was notified he left the dealership. So since I had the GMs card I called and left him a voice message and no call back, waited a week and tried again, and still no contact, then called a 2nd time and the same result. Called a 3rd time and asked he be given a written message to contact me as I wanted to buy a vehicle. Well no results so lastly I wrote him a email and that has been 3 weeks ago and guess what no result !! So I am in the process of buying the Audi Q 7 from another dealer, however to me it is total disrespect for customer service by Audi of Jacksonville...

I made an internet query regarding a 2015 A4. When I arrived at the dealership, PATRICK FISHER greeted me and had the vehicle I was interested in waiting for a test drive. But, as I wandered around the lot I spotted the Audi A5's - - I was blown away. Patrick quickly shifted gears with me to my new interest. He was vey knowledgeable and sorted out what features and options were important to me. I settled on a reasonable price (in line with Edmunds and Consumer Reports fair pricing programs) with Tom Brannon and picked up the car the next day. So, in summary: Good selection, professional employees, fair pricing, great product.

Bought my Audi A4 Cabriolet and initially had good service when Mike Kennedy was my advisor. Then he left and that's when the service went to xxxx. First, I could never get an appointment then when we did, the parts were never in stock and when I had to take a loaner (a A3 with no options) ivy Meyer charged $200 for it, even after we paid for diagnosis. I'm glad we declined the $1150 thermostat replacement, as we brought the vehicle for a second opinion who fixed it with a $35 part in the vacuum line. To make matters worse, she was upset that we declined the fix she tacked on an extra $250 for use of loaner. My wife was so upset she paid the bill because she knew I would fly down there and have to be removed as this is criminal. I called the service Mgr who said he would review the situation but never called back with a resolution. Misdiagnosed and ripped off, that's how they operate at Audi Jax.

Over the next month he found us our car, and had it priced well. There was no haggle, or pressure. I recently moved from Vegas to Orange County and after the move I flew out to Jacksonville to visit some family. With the move I figured it was time to start fresh with not only a new home but a new car. Before I left I sold my Lexus which was sold faster than anticipated but I knew I could get by without a car for a while until deciding what Id get next. I figured Id start exploring my options since I had some free time during my visit so I stopped by Mercedes and test drove the new CLA and E350 which was nice but I had to look around some more. I stopped at Acura to check out the TL because Ive always been curious and it was definitely flashy with all the bright console lights but it wasnt as exciting to drive like I had hoped. On my way home I passed by Audi Jacksonville and figured Id stop in real quick. When I walked in I was greeted by Alex who asked if there was anything he could help me with. I explained my situation and he asked what I was looking for and what the most important aspects of a vehicle was for me. At that time I didnt really know much about Audis but Alex gave me a high level overview of all the different classes and their offerings. I made him aware that I lived in CA but wanted to start looking around so that I didnt have to do it once I got home. I test drove the A4 and A6 and both were beautiful. I felt like I was getting all the best features Lexus, Mercedes, and Acura had to offer but all in one and with the added bonus of driving a car that was super-fast and a lot of fun to drive. I was so impressed with the service Alex provided and at no point in time did I ever feel pressured or like I was inconveniencing him. After spending a couple hours at the dealership, I went home and had a lot to think about. I knew I wanted the Audi but I needed to think about which one I wanted and honestly, I wanted it right then and there. Lol After thinking it through more, I started going through my options and seeing what was even possible at that time. I had booked my flight home in a week but luckily because I have status on the airline I was able to cancel my flight and get the credit on my account. I knew I had found exactly what I had wanted and I was so impressed with Alexs professionalism, demeanor, and not only his knowledge of the cars but how he communicated it in a way that I could understand. I called Alex two days later and asked if I could come in later that day. I remember that he mentioned it was his day off that day but that if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out to him. I felt bad calling him but with zero hesitation, he said hed meet me at the dealership at my convenience. We met that afternoon and I explained that after much thought I wanted to go with the A4 and I was planning on finally taking that cross country road trip Ive always wanted to take. Alex took all my information, completed the paperwork, coordinated the meeting with the finance manager and I was suddenly the owner to my very first Audi!!! This wasnt my first car purchase but this was definitely my first time having such a positive car shopping experience. I highly recommend Alex to anyone but if you dont want to drive your car cross country, I understand J Although I think Alex would have found a solution for that too!

Beware Beware Beware!!! This place is one scam after another. I purchased my Audi A4 Convertible from this dealership in 2010. I noticed a rumbling noise in November 2012 so brought the vehicle in for repairs. I was told it was an alternator pulley and paid a lot to have it fixed. I noticed the noise was still there when i pulled out. I brought it back one year later because the noise was getting worse. I was told it was a crankcase ventilation valve and paid a lot to have it fixed. I again noticed the noise was not even slightly better when i pulled out. I was so sick of paying and not getting anything for it i decided to go to another dealership - DBMW in Jax beach. Within 30 minutes (and only $75 charge) they told me that my transmission was busted and needed to be replaced. They also informed me that there was "a class action lawsuit for the model and make of my vehicle." I had an attorney to look into it and found that my car was impacted by this class action lawsuit and i was entitled to have the transmission fixed or replaced at no charge up to 100,000 miles. Guess what? I was at 100,200 miles. But I was well below 100,000 miles back in 2012 and 2013 when i first brought the car in. I had my attorney draft a letter asking the dealership to acknowledge that the issue was pre-existing prior to the mileage. However the dealership refused and asked to have another look at the vehicle. I returned with my attorney and DBMW's diagnostic report showing that the transmission was non-functional. They agreed to review free of charge. Once my attorney left and my car was finished they informed me that my transmission was "busted" No Kidding - and i was charged $400 for the diagnostic charge (and charged my credit card without my permission). Please Please Please watch out for this place. They charge for repairs that are not needed and hide issues to lapse on manufacturer warranties. I finally gave up on having any resolution and was able to trade the vehicle in for a new car at a significantly lower value due to the transmission.

I recently purchased a used Honda Accord from Audi Jacksonville located on Blanding Blvd. I had found the vehicle I purchased on the Kelly Blue Book website listed as on of the few available cars being sold at a fair market value. This peeked my interest, and I made the trip to Audi Jacksonville to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived I was directed by another employee to Mr. Alex Fajardo. This is correct, one salesman directed myself to another, there was a definite team developed here, and I did not feel I was being harassed by competing salesman. The next unusual aspect was the genuine friendliness of the employees and the overall atmosphere. I was made to feel my own concerns and well being were of utmost importance while I was waiting. I could probably identify at least 10 different individuals who has offered me water, soda or other comforts while I was waiting. The most impressive point would be Alex Fajardo himself. Alex maintained a professional, but friendly attitude at all times, and I was comfortable working with him, without feeling pressured. As I had stated, I was there to purchase a Honda Accord, a vehicle that is not normally carried at an Audi dealership. This made it surprising for the knowledge Alex had on this vehicle, and it was completely loaded with every available feature. Alex was able to show me each feature with out fumbling around, looking for controls,(something I am still doing, and I have had the car for a few weeks now). Following the test drive, I had explained I would be shopping around prior to making a decision. Again I was not pressured, but was given his card, phone number and email. It only took visiting a actual Honda dealership to understand the difference in the two dealerships. Audi's service was superior, as was the price of the vehicle. I will not list the price I purchased this vehicle for, but I will say jaws drop when I tell friends. My decision was made, and I contacted Alex that I would like to purchase this vehicle. An appointment was made, and I was able to begin the process to complete this transaction. There was an issue with the stereo, and instead of their service department working on an aftermarket setup, Audi Jacksonville made an appointment, and paid for service on the sound system with a professional Sound Specialist, who completed the job in a timely manner as well. The final step of my process was with Woody O'Cain, the Finance Manager. Woody was also polite and professional, and kept myself informed through out the process. One thing I was impressed with during this process was, the contract was negotiated, and discussed prior to being placed in front of myself. There was not a single new charge that I had not been informed of prior to the contract printing. I have never had such a relaxing experience purchasing a vehicle. It was actually enjoyable. I am positive my next future purchase will be a new Audi, and I will be purchasing at Audi Jacksonville. One of the best, if not the best dealership in Jacksonville.

I purchased a vehicle in August 2013 and purchased the add on tire warranty which I have purchased with several prior vehicles most recently Porsche Panamera. I recently had a nail in my tire which is supposed to be covered, however, I have been told that the tire warranty underwriter doesn't cover repairs to your first set of tires only subsequent. I have never experienced this with any of my other tires on other vehicles. I don't recall how much extra I paid for this but it was somewhere between $1200 to $1800 and would appear to be a total scam. DO NOT BUY IT if you are purchasing an Audi.

Ed Allen was very patient with me. I picked out the A 6 at the Auto Show, and he could tell that it wasn't what I really wanted. The first day, I drove four cars, and he, and I knew that I wanted the A 5. Once I brought my wife a week later after driving three more cars, we all knew that it was the A 5 for me. I bought the A 5 that day. That first day, I was to drive the new CTS Sport too. I never made it to Cadillac.

On November 2, 2012 I ordered a Q7 with Thomas Moffett. He advised me it would be at least 3 months maybe sooner but don't count on it. Around February 2, 2013 I started to get impatient but TM's patience prevailed and he got me thru the next month or so with help from Patrick Holland. NOTE: I am not a patient person! I took delivery this past Saturday March 16, 2013 of my Q7 with a flawless delivery from TM. The demo took over 30 mins, no no I'm not that slow, because of the amount of information on this Q7! The closing (paperwork) was efficient and quick and I can thank Joey Hale for easing the pain of writing the CHECK! Very satisfied with the whole process.

Edd Allen provided exceptional customer service and sales support. Edd is friendly, knowledgable, and customer focused. I will definitely contact Edd when looking for my next Audi. Spencer Bridges provided me with options that I hadn't originally considered but that fit the criteria I was looking for. Spencer was professional and helpful, which ended in a good deal for both of us. Woody O'Cain is very knowledgeable and friendly. Woody made the paperwork aspect of our purchase very smooth and easy. First, this dealership lacked polish that I would expect from a luxury car dealer. Got a call that my Audi was ready to pick up and drive home Monday night. I arranged to drop by Tuesday morning instead. The car was not even close to ready. Very dirty, no gas in the tank. Customers shouldn't even be seeing new cars in this state. Salesman was nice enough otherwise.The BIGGEST reason they got 2 stars from me was the attitude of the general manager. Everything was fine (got a fair deal on the Audi itself) until the trade in came up. He couldn't have handled this much worse. I felt like I had walked into a pawn shop at this point. He made it clear he wasn't particularly interested in my trade, and seemed baffled that the trade in valuation might hold up the sale. You'd think trading in a car wasn't commonplace, and that the whole ordeal was a huge hassle for the dealership. Ended up offering $6k below the book value, and refused to budge. So not only was the offer insulting, but his "take it or leave it" attitude really twerked me. They were selling me an Audi S4, God's gift to cars, and I was lucky for it, too. I should be grateful that they were taking the time and effort to sell me the rare, prestigious Audi (it is neither of these, by the way). I said I'd like to take the day and think about it, and perhaps come back later. The manager told me if I went home, he'd take the Audi off of reserve immediately and open it up to whoever bought it first. Keep in mind I had already made a $2k deposit on this very car, and it wasn't ready for me to take home now anyway!Again he was clear: I could take their low ball offer now, or they'd be more than happy to let me walk. I contrasted this experience with my mustang purchase a few years ago and the difference was night and day. The Ford dealership seemed HAPPY to have my business, imagine that! They bent over backwards for the sale, including the trade in portion. So if you're spending 60k for an Audi and expect to be treated better than when buying a Focus, look elsewhere. PS. Yes I bought the car, but but I've never felt so much shame and regret after any purchase, and I surely won't be making the same mistake again at this dealership. There are plenty of places to buy an Audi in North Florida. PPS. The S4 is AWESOME and I'd recommend to anyone considering it.

I went to look for an AUDI A6 casually and the sales agent Thomas Moffet gave us a test ride with a detailed and passionate narration of the vehicle. He is very low key and passionate about AUDI. I purchased a Q5 from Edd Allen in Dec 2012. Edd is great to deal with and it's clear he and the entire dealership understand customer service and put the customer first. In my case there were some extenuating circumstances causing a delay with the car I had on order. The delay was not the dealership's fault (late shipment from the Audi factory) but the timing was going to be a deal breaker for me due to various reasons. Edd and sales manager Spencer bent over backwards to work out an alternative for me and we ended up making a deal on a different Q5. In the end I got a car I'm very happy with. I would highly recommend Audi Jacksonville as my experience was a great one and I'd definitely buy from them again.

We don't have an Audi dealer in our area and I while I have been looking for the right car for over a year and my interest in Audi's has been high, I had not driven one. The A3 TDI is being discontinued and I went to Jacksonville Audi to check it out before it was too late.The A3t was fine, I tried the Q5 to see if I should wait until the fall when it would also have TDI, it was good. Then I tried the Q7 TDI and liked it alot, UGH. I did not intend to buy the Q7 and would not have if a salesman gave me a pressure approach. I dealt with Mike Raymond who was very low key and helpful but not pushy. Mike was honest in addmitting when he did not have an answer but his colleague Tom Moffet was the answer man. So, I hate buying cars (2in 25yrs) but the car was awesome and these salesmen matched me with a low key approach and factual info.

Overall experience was great and very enjoyable. Edd was very attentive and informed me of the Q5 and the various features that it offered. His casual but attentive style meshed well with my buying behavior and he allowed me to move at my pace. This made for a less pressured sales process and increased my overall satisfaction with the experience. Additionally, he introduced me to a service manager who also was helpful in explaining the maintenance program and the typical maintenance visit. This helped boost my confidence in the vehicle and future dealings with the dealership.The only minor issue, which Edd and the Finance Manager corrected immediately, was a discrepency in the final selling price which was negotiated. Once the error was identified, they quickly corrected it and had me on my way.Overall, I would rate both Edd and Audi Jacksonville very high in overall experience and I would definitely buy another Audi.

I recently purchased an A4 Cabriolet (convertible) which required some work including top (the rear window was leaking) and timing belt. As important as these components are, I didn't want to chance an independent shop and got Michael Kennedy on the phone. Let me tell you, it was as if he was waiting on my call and I truly felt as if I was calling my brother who was the service writer. Once we confirmed the year and model, Michael said there shouldnt be a leak as the car is still relatively new and said he couldnt repair the leak and it would require a brand new top (which I confirmed with a local upholstery business in St. Augustine). Before I could freak out about having to pay over $4,000 on a new top, Michael right away offered to pay for the top if I would pay to put it on. We paid just a small fraction of what would have ruined Christmas. While being serviced, I asked Michael to have the technicians go over the vehicle to ensure safety and to pick out potential issues (dont want the wife on the side of the road now do we). He said the car was in great shape and seemed genuinely impressed with its condition and said we were fast approaching the recommended service interval to replace the timing belt. I told him we would get together on it later as the holidays have taken its toll on the budget. Michael advised that there was a promotion that Audi had where it discounted the job by $300 and got his manager to approve it for us!Michael went above and beyond including providing us not only with his personal cell number if we had any questions but with a BRAND NEW 2013 A4 (amazing car!) and even coordinated payment (long story) with the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. We are looking forward to working with Michael in the future (we also own a Mercedes which Jacksonville Audi is able to service as well) and wish him and his team continued success.Thank you Michael!

After doing extensive research, I arrived at Audi of Jax hoping to purchase buy a 2011 CPO Q7. Prior to deciding on an Audi, we visited Brumos, , Lexus Orange Park, Tom Bush BMW and Infiniti of Jax. Audi of Jacksonville was hands down the best of the best. Spoke with Edd Allen (Sales) and Mike Wawrzyniak (Manager) who were both excellent. If you're looking for a low pressure, professional sales person who is very knowledgeable and comfortable to deal with, I'd recommend Edd. CPO Q7's are in high demand and unfortunately they didn't have the exact car we wanted. Both Edd and Mike stressed Audi of JAX would take excellent care of my Audi no matter where it was purchased. Classy and Professional. I ended up purchased a CPO Q7 which will be serviced by Audi of Jax. I really liked the dealership and will buy our next Audi from them.

My husband and I have bought 6 cars in the past 12 years and this was the best car buying experience I have had- period. I visited one other Audi dealership before deciding to buy from Audi Jacksonville. My experience with Audi Jax was positive from my first interaction with David Welch to driving my new Q5 off the lot. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and incredibly knowledgable (including interactions with the GM and Jeremy in the service department). The staff exuded honesty and professionalism and most importantly, were not pushy with trying to "make another sale". Usually, I do a lot of investigating on the car model I'm interested in before I hit the showroom or perform a test drive. Quite often, I know more about the car and its features than the salesperson actually does. This was not the case with David! I was impressed with his level of knowledge and expertise with the Q5 model. Completing the deal was an easy process- paperwork was straightforward and transparent, which was different from some of my past car buying experiences. After they prepped the car, David spent about 45 minutes familiarizing me with all the great features of the car, addressing my questions, setting up bluetooth, navigation, seat settings, etc. This was very helpful as the Q5 has several enhanced features compared to our trade in. This dealership and its staff were great to work with and I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone in the market for a new car.

It is taking 8 weeks to repair a broken window and creases in the hood and roof. My A8 had to be shipped to Orlando for body work because AudiJax cannot fix what they sell. In addition, they refuse to sell parts to local body shops so, again, the vehicle had to be transported 150 miles away to repair a broken window and creases in the hood and roof. Until this experience, I LOVED the car. Now... I cannot state this forcefully enough: Do not buy from Audi Jacksonville. My next vehicle will be a BMW or MB, so should yours. Robb Odom

I recently purchased an Audi A6 from Audi Jacksonville in January. Unfortunately this has not been the best experience because due to the lackadaisical attitude of the employees I still do not have my cars registration tag. I was issued two temporary tags since the purchase of the car and for the last month I have not been able to drive the car because I dont have a valid license plate tag. I was stopped by the police and warned not to drive the vehicle without a valid tag. I have called Audi Jacksonville on multiple occasions only to get no response to my issue. I have spoken to a guy named Woody multiple times and he keeps telling me he will look into it and call me back but he doesnt. This is unacceptable and I was under the impression Audi held itself to a higher standard than a pop-up car dealership. I cannot believe my experience and now I am without a car. Instead of the dealership have some compassion for its customers they only worry about making a sale and once thats done they forget about the customer. This should have not taken this long and it does not feel like the dealership has and remorse for our situation!

Working with the folks at this dealership is an absolute joy. They are always thoroughly professional and unfailingly courteous. The quality of service they provide is unparalleled. On numerous occasions they have picked up my A3 from Gainesville and completed all necessary service very quickly. While the service is being completed they provide me with a loaner at no additional charge. When the service is complete they return my car to me and explain what steps they took during the service. On one occasion I noticed a small crack in a decorative piece of the sunroof assembly. They fixed it on the spot for no charge. On another occasion a technician assessed a noise I heard in the suspension and explained that the Quattro system was engaging. He understood the noise and was able to allay my concern and get me on my way in no time. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

The week before my visit to Audi of Jacksonville, I was in an accident and unfortunately my vehicle was a total loss. With time running to an end on my rental car, I was anxious to find a replacement for my lost vehicle. In addition, I work a full-time job so had little spare time to shop. I had previously contacted the Internet Sales Department of Audi of Jacksonville because I'd found a vehicle I was interested in. On our way, my husband and I stopped by 3 other dealerships... What a Nightmare they were!!! The salesmen were "sharks" that reaked of dishonesty. Completely frustrated, but not afforded the luxury of giving up, we continued the quest to Audi of Jacksonville. Wow!!!!! What a pleasant surprise!!! No one attacked us when we walked through the lot to the showroom. While walking to the showroom I saw a beautiful 2008 A4 Cabriolet. My husband rolled his eyes and said, "No Way!! When we got inside the showroom, we were informed that Alex (the individual I had corresponded with via the Internet) was in a meeting but would be with us shortly. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes before he approached us, apologizing for our wait and handed us each a cold bottle of water. We talked a little and I found out the car I was interested in had been sold. I was disappointed but Alex had others for me to look at. The cars he showed us were all nice but they didn't really "knock my socks off". I then asked if we could do a quick check of our credit so we could have a better idea of what was available to us at a monthly payment we could afford. We did that and when the results came back Alex walked up and said he had two cars to show us. The first one was a very nice black two door coupe. I believe it was an AltimI'm sure Alex could tell by my reaction, that it probably wasn't "the one" for me. He then walked us to the second car. As we approached it he said, "there it is" and pointed to the 2008 A4 Cabriolet. I couldn't believe it!!! I was so excited!!!! Alex went on to say that he knew that it was the car I really wanted so he sat with the finance manager and worked out a deal within the monthly payment we were seeking. I took it for a test drive and "the rest is history"!!!! Alex was such a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. As busy as he must've been, we felt like his only customers!! I will be a lifetime customer because of my wonderful experience and will not only recommend Audi of Jacksonville, but will also specifically recommend Alex.

Well I have to say I didnt plan on buying or leasing a car when I came in for service on my 05 A4 but after seeing the cost of repairs on my car it seemed to make more sense to lease a new car and be problem free. Working with Lon was a pleasure he was straight up with me, I hate going to dealerships just to hear the salesmen tell everything I want to hear and then tell me well this is what we can do and it is no where near what you were told in the begining. The only thing I would have done diffrent would have been to ask for tint on the windows it is an expensse I forgot about but, and dang it gets HOT here in Florida so if after reading this you want to throw some tint on the windows for me I wont be mad at you....Thanks for making this an easy process.ME1 Jason S. This was my 5th Audi A6/100/5000 but I was considering other brands. Alex was great to work with! Contact him via email at afajardoataudijax.com He provided me with independent research company comparisons via email which helped me once again chose an Audi instead of other brands. I knew the model, colors and features I wanted. He found the perfect car for a great price. I got a 2011 model in July 2010! The new technology (keyless, back up camera, side assist, computer system) is fabulous and the A6 has more pick up than my old one. Audi's give you more for your money and better resale based on percentage. With comparable features, I would have paid more for any other luxury brand. Check out Kelly Blue Book for previous model years to compare Audi to other comparable models of the same size. When I picked up the car, Alex gave me a short training session on all the new features. I also dropped by later with more questions and he was happy to help.

Alex was very responsive & helpful. Would recommend anyone to him..........The only area for improvement would be to clarify roles; Alex vs. Spenser (his boss).I had a situation where I had gotten a call from Alex, and before I had a chance to return the call i also got a call from Spenser. I returned the calls in order that i received them, but Alex knew nothing of the details spenser had left in his message. This left me with confusion on who I was dealing with and who was my primary contact. it all worked out, but gave me cause for pause........

I bought a new A5 from Alex because of his customer service and knowledge of the car. I'm from Orlando and chose to work with him over two other dealerships that were closer to home. He worked with me over the phone and via email. He was very responsive to my calls & emails, sent me pictures of the vehicle (pictures that he took, not stock photos) and even picked me up from the airport when I came in to buy. First time ever buying a car sight-unseen. Didn't need to see it! This is my fourth Audi. Yet, it was my first Audi with Audi Jacksonville. I had tried to deal with my local Audi dealer, but they were just not up to the standards I was previously accustom to from my old Miami dealer. So after calling Audi Jacksonville, I began dealing with a salesman named Mark Johnson and he really stepped up the customer service to help me. We did everything over the phone and through email. He went out of his way to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Like way out-of-his-way, some 162 miles each way. He personally delivered my new 2010 Audi TT Roadster and took back my 2008 Audi TT Roadster (lease ended). Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He actually deserves a 10+ rating but it will only allow a 5. I dont believe that Audi of Jacksonville deserves a 5 rating. I think they should get a 10 but 5 is as high as I can go on this scale. They tried to find the car I wanted and when it was not in any inventory, they were able to order it for me without a problem and still have the best price. They kept me informed throughout the process until my car arrived at the dealership. When I went to pick it up, it was all ready for me to take home. They went out of their way to meet my needs.I would highly recommend Audi of Jacksonville to anyone looking to buy a new Audi.
