I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had yesterday at Audi Mentor my brand specialist was Maria Drago she was attentive from beginning to end. From the moment I submitted my interest for my new vehicle via email until I drove off the lot Maria took great care of me. Maria answered any questions I had via email and in person. This is my second time reviewing AUDI in Mentor and believe it or not, my experience this time was even better than my first car buying trip. Alex De Francisco was beyond professional and helpful. He worked diligently to find the exact car I had discussed and his expertise with the brand was exceptional. He asks all the right questions to piece together the perfect vehicle for you. When I arrived to purchase the car I was again blown away with the VIP treatment I always receive from AUDI. Mitch personally helped transfer mats and belongings from my trade to my new car. He then walked me through the purchasing process and made things so comfortable and easy. Patrick in the service department has worked with us for the last 2.5 years every time we need anything and has also gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. These cars are awesome to start, but the service and quality of people that take care of you from start to finish and then throughout your ownership are bar none the best out there. This is the place to be!

Top notch sales and delivery experience. I purchased a vehicle fully remotely, seeing it in person for the first time at delivery. My salesperson Maria was attentive, shared multiple videos and photos while I was making my decision, and left me feeling confident about a remote purchase. She treated me as if I was her only customer. The delivery process was outstanding. The dealership is clean, welcoming, and very professionally maintained and operated. The exact experience I’d hope for from the brand!

This was my second Audi purchase from Audi of Mentor. I originally purchased an Audi Q5 and then later, upgraded to an Audi Q7. I live in Cuyahoga Falls and have a competing Audi dealership within a short drive of my home. I chose your dealership based upon vehicle selection, the staff's willingness to put a fair deal together, and most importantly, the enthusiasm I felt with when dealing with the individuals at Audi of Mentor. I experienced a couple of unexpected glitches associated with the delivery of my new Audi Q7 but I can tell you from my own experiences - that it is less about having a problem and more about what is done to correct the problem that is really important. The glitches were corrected to my full satisfaction and I was treated very well by all members of the staff. This was huge to me! Dave, my salesman, Jeff, the used car manager, and service group were all very pleasant to deal with.... The level of service surpassed my expectations. Sacky our salesperson was extremely patient and helpful in guiding us through the sales process. He made sure we found a vehicle that we love. Dave Silver assisted us with financing. He made sure to explain things in detail. His level of knowledge and professionalism was extrodinary. Devor the manager was personable and made us feel very comfortable and we'll taken care of. I believe that this will be our go to dealership. This team goes above and beyond. I purchased a Audi from Audi Mentor and couldn't be happier! I called and spoke with Randy Bitner and we came to agreement on a beautiful Audi A4. I was purchasing this vehicle from Oregon and had a lot of hesitation considering I couldn't see the vehicle in purchase or test drive it. Randy put my mind at ease, his professionalism and promptness is something everything dealer and dealership should strive for. He provided additional information and pictures of the vehicle so I could purchase with confidence. Even when I had the vehicle picked up for shipping her was there to make sure the process was smooth and without problems. This was the first time I purchased an Audi and Audi of Willoughby (now Audi of Mentor) did not disappoint. They had a large selection of vehicles to select from and Randy Bittner & Dave Silver helped me throughout my buying experience which was smooth. Both were helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The dealership focuses on customer service and even the Finance department guy was pleasant to work with and asked me how my experience had been at their dealership. Thats another positive. You encounter various staff while youre there and they greet you and ask how things are going. Gene Divney the service manager has been outstanding along with Dale and Pat. They make sure you're taken care of. The new store in Mentor is modern and elegant and helps showcase their stylish automobiles. It's bright, open, and has a large screen TV, Wi-fi and a nice lounge area. Prior to this experience, when I bought a car I separated the purchase from the service so I would buy at one place, but go to another place for service. With Audi of Mentor, not only did I buy my car there, but I continue to go there for service. When you buy a car from them, you also get the ongoing customer care relationship.

I recently purchased a new Audi A6 from Randy Bitner of Mentor Audi. Randy was the ultimate professional car sales person. Most importantly, I was really impressed with his straightforward, honest approach. An often overlooked skill of a salesperson are his listening skills, Randy carefully listened to the information which I giave him, presented other questions based upon that information, which helped me focus as to the right car for me. He went above and beyond to find what cars were not yet on the lot that would be available in the near future to better fit my needs and found the exact car I ended up wanting, once he educated me enough to know what I wanted. Overall, it was a very easy and comfortable experience and I am very confident that I made a good decision with Randy's professional input.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Very professional, yet personal car buying experience. Honored web pricing that had recently been changed back the day before. Finance walked me through additional warranties and services they could provide, but at no time, even with the sales associates did I feel like I was being pressured into anything I didn't want or need. Just a great experience all around and wish them well for when then relocate their new facility!

I just bought 2008 Toyota Camry XLE, I am very happy with my used car. It's very good in shape inside and out. All functions very well. Had only one repair, it was headlight and the sales person took care of it once I brought him attention. Buy new or used car with confidence. Highly recommended....best in the business...

I bought a certified pre-owned Audi a4 in this dealer last saturday. It was really a great experience to be there. People are kind and the quality of cars are good. What surprises me most is the great service there. They will send a driver to collect cars which are in trouble to have them repaired and delivered. What's more, it's free of charge. So although the price is a little bit high, I still believe that it deserves it. Although some of the parts on the car I bought didn't meet my desire, they guaranteed that they'll replace all of them for free! So I really believe that Audi willoughby is your great choice when you want an Audi, no matter user or brand new ones!

The fact this is now a Penske owned dealership further solidifies why you should look here first for a new Audi. If you expectations are reasonable, these people will do everything they can to make your deal the best auto buying experience. I've trusted this dealership many times over the past 25 years and they have never let me down. Cudos to Gene in sales, service manager Gene D. and a staff dedicated to the customer.

It all started when cars.com had a really good used vehicle from Audi Willoughly. That made me ecstatic that I was going to purchase my 1st car ever so I emailed the dealership. I got a really fast response and then I was going to buy it because the deal was great so I emailed back if I could get a test drive, but things came down, I never got an email back so I took the liberty of calling and emailing back. No response and when I looked at the website if that car was still available, guess what? It got sold! Guess the guy with the jeep review was right! Thanks for the "great" a service.

I had sent an email asking for more information on a vehicle listed on your website. Was impressed with them getting back to me both via email and voicemal. BUT..then it all stopped when I told them I needed a vehicle with the Bose Audio System in it. Kind of surprises me that afterI sent that email back the dealership I never heard anything else ...AND it has been over a week now. Must be their business is very,very Good!

Was looking to come test drive a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wanted to get the record straight before i made the long trip to this dealer and after the sales rep realized i had 0 money down and no trade in seemed like he lost interest. The vehicle was a 2004 with 130k miles on it. He tells me most banks don't touch anything older than 2005 and more than 100k miles and that buy here pay here places could more than likely help me get what im looking for. Why even have anything in your inventory older than 2005 then if you cant finance it? Wasn't thrilled at all.

I was looking for a used Suburu Forester and they had one on their website. I was directed to the site by AAA Autobuying. An appointment was made to meet a saleman and he was there to greet us. We were treated with dignity and they answered all our questions. We had forgotten our checkbook, but that was not a problem. They figured out a way for us to take the vehicle with us and send a payment later. They were very efficient in processing the paperwork. We went home with the "new" to us vehicle.

I did not purchase a vehicle from Audi Willoughby, however, my experience with them warranted a positive review. I live(d) 300+ miles away from this dealership but was interested in a vehicle on their lot (found on Cars.com). I emailed Stuart and received a response very quickly (not the usual, thanks for your interest we will call you soon), but an actual interested email. He spent several days (some over the weekend), sending additional pictures of the vehicle, exhaust sound clips, etc. to my cell phone so I could receive as much information as possible before making the 300+ mile trip. His response time was extremely fast and was always striving to help me out no matter what I asked. This dealership is the epitome of customer service. Anyone thinking of buying a car from them - do not hesitate, you will be extremely glad you dealt with them. My advice - ask for Stuart! Thanks again Stuart for all the help.
