I put down a deposit to build a car, was told I would get building updates. after about a month and a half of no word I call the dealership. I find out that my sales person was let go. OK...Nobody went thru this client list and called them?? In talking to the manager I got my com # and was reassigned a sales person, I was told I would now be getting the updates. Another month and a half go by with no word. This time I called the manager I dealt with on the last call. He denies ever speaking with me and told me I wasn't in their system. I gave him my com # and I was told my car was already in route and would be to them on Aug 8. He was very RUDE during our conversation and called me a liar twice, so I called back to talk to the GM, I left a message and as of this point I have still not been contacted back. They wrecked my new car buying experience! I should be excited about my new car, and now I just can't wait to get as far away from this dealer as possible.Still waiting for a replacement car to be built (from a different dealer) after this place traded the one I built thru them and waited 3.5 months for. This was traded with out notifying me, I found out when I called to schedule the pick-up.

While I have had good experiences at this dealership in years past, their genuine care and concern for the customer does not appear to have made the transition to their fancy new showroom. The salesmen I have interacted with are pleasant enough to work with, however, they are tied to a painfully incompetent and irritatingly pushy management team. Fortunately, Audi North Shore is fairly close and still offers the kind of care I expect from Audi.
