I highly recommend buying an Audi from Craig Nelson at Audi North Scottsdale. He has a very low-key personality that put me at ease. He scored credibility points with me when I mentioned a preference for certain features that were not available in the Audi vehicle I was originally considering, and Craig suggested I look at a comparable vehicle manufactured by one of his competitors. I took more than a month to make my decision, and during that time, Craig was impressively responsive to my emailed questions but never pressed me for a commitment. In the end, I did order from Craig, and I didn't have to haggle on the price. He told me the MSRP, the dealer invoice, and what I would be paying (which was reasonable according to my independent research). While I waited for my Audi to be delivered, Craig kept me updated on its progress at appropriate intervals without my having to prompt him. Although it arrived a few days later than originally expected, I wasn't concerned because Craig had already promised that he would put me in an Audi loaner at no charge. After my vehicle arrived, Craig took his time explaining all the features and assured me that he would be happy to review the information again (and even come out to my house) if I needed that service. I should also note that Chris Fredlake, who handled all the contractual red tape, was also pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks, Craig and Chris, for a five-star experience!

Buying a car can be a dreadful experience but Craig Nelson and Cindy Hau of Audi North Scottsdale made it painless and actually very enjoyable. They are not only professional but down to earth, personable, respectful and just so easy to work with. They make you feel like you are a valued customer and part of the Audi family. I owned a Lexus and was made to feel just the opposite when I tried to buy another Lexus. I feel like I got a great deal and look forward to working with them in the future. Craig and Cindy are the best and I highly recommend them and Audi North Scottsdale.

I was interested in a 2004 Thunderbird they had listed. I asked Troy to check ware spots on drivers seat and curb rash on the wheels. He did and called me back in about 10 minutes. He said 3 of the 4 wheel were marred and there was significant ware on the drivers seat. I thanked him and told him i was not interested.

We did visit your location today and walked away, unfortunately, not happy customers. We came in with $7000 in cash to purchase this vehicle. Paul, our salesman, said there was nothing he could do. To our surprise, he did not seem willing to negotiate one bit. Even though there would be work that needed to be done on our end. Made us feel like he did not want our business.

Treatment was good by the internet fleet/internet manager. No extras were slipped in and they would most likely treat you fairly. They did not have the vehicle for me, but I would return.

Traveled further than normal to look for used Durango close to our price. Bill sent emails to extend invitation and answer questions before we arrived. We were able to close deal and drive away with our dream vehicle the same day.

We went to this dealer to purchase a used 2012 A4 Quattro. We were on the premises 15 minutes and it wasn't busy before someone came to help us. They first had us test drive a car that we weren't there to purchase because the car we wanted was in the back and he would not get it for us. When we got back we requested to drive the car we were interested in because it is a used car and they are all driven differently. They denied this request and had us go inside to start talking numbers. They would not negotiate the sticker price on their car and was insulted when they appraised my car. All in the all the sticker price was not a bad price but I needed to talk to my wife if we could accept this even after the bad experience we had to that point combined with the low ball trade offer. When I advised the sale rep we would go home and call him tomorrow he was quick to become defensive and insulting. He gave me his card and said "We'll see if you actually call me back?" I may go back and purchase that car and sell my car privately cause it would more then make up for the tax benefit of trading it in but would find a different sales representative. If you are looking for an exceptional experience I wouldn't go there.

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and after running credit check and coming to terms im promised a call back because of operating hours. Never received a followup as to where we were at called multiple times back to check on status only to be promised a call back with no call back. They must not need my business never had an experience like this at any dealership.

I have had many cars thru the years but never have received the best service for my car till I bought an Audi and had it serviced at North Scottsdale Audi..!! My service writer Dan Darling is the Best..!! Everytime I have it serviced I always get the best service and leave with a smile on my face..Thanks for taking care of me and my precious Audi..!!

I was in the market for a used Honda Accord and I managed to find exactly what I was looking for at this dealership. This car was to be my first car purchase ever and I've always heard horror stories about buying cars and how salesmen are always so difficult to deal with. This is totally not true at all. At least not at this dealership. Steve Baca was the representative that I had the pleasure of dealing with and I could not be any more happy with the way things went. There were a few bumps in the road, but they were not the fault of the dealership at all. It was my bank. Steve was very patient with me and helped me along every step of the way. He also does an excellent job of treating you like a human being instead of just a customer. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. I would definitely come back again and recommend them to all my friends.

If you are shopping for a luxury car in the Southwest, this is the place to go. More specifically, seek out Sean Moran to buy your car from. I'm from Denver, and went to 4 different dealerships there looking for a car. No luck. I was in PHX for business and stopped in. I met and intelligent, affable, well-spoken and knowledgeable sales rep. Sean made buying a car a very comfortable experience. The atmosphere at Audi North Scottsdale is lively and professional. In addition, the finance department was very thorough with their explanations and easy to work with. I never expected such a great experience in a car dealership. The bar has been raised.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota FJC from Audi North online from Billy Jacobs and Jamie Ossa. Naturally one would be nervous about buying a car sight unseen. I was assured that I would not be disappointed and if I was, I would be refunded. The wife and I flew from St Louis, Mo to drive it back through the mountains. We we're picked up at the airport by Audi North limo service. Upon arrival at Audi North we were greeted and treated royally. The vehicle was ready and waiting at the front door. Upon inspection and a test drive I was totally impressed as the vehicle was everything advertised and more! All the paperwork was ready for signature and drive away. Jamie did the closing and could not have been more professional. (The closing was easier than ordering a latte from Starbucks!) I am completely satisfied with my deal from Audi North Scottsdale. They had the vehicle I was searching for and the price was right. What else can I say, this experience was 5 star! Thank you Billy and Jamie. Larry S

Internet Sales - Debby Lloyd went beyond answering My questions on the 2008 BMW. Debby notice this BMW owner was a smoker. I never smoke and very grateful to Debby for the Information.Debby is a very honest person. I will keep looking for my BMW,and keep this dealership and Debby in the future. I went 180 miles to get a deal on a specific vehicle. Spoke with David Silver cold call and he put a hold on the vehicle and the next day when I arrived he was there. It was a no nonsense, No pressure deal which he was an awesome sales rep.! I told them about my "BAD" Experiences at other dealers and was not confident this would go any different. I was wrong! I said what I wanted from my trade and what I needed for payment and they got it done!! I got a great vehicle and felt a little sad I was leaving so soon as the finance lady Tara was also very nice and very helpful. No Pressure and No nonsense

I was very specific in the car I was looking for and discovered this dealership had one on trade in. Over several phone calls I purchased the vechicle sight unseen. I was assured the car was everything they stated and when it arrived it was except for scrathches on one of the fenders caused by the transporer. Through several attempts to resolve with the shipper, the dealership covered the cost of repair which was not their responsibility. Customer satisfaction was very evident in their commitment and would purchase through them again the same way.

Purchased a used A-4 Convertible over the telephone. The car was everything that said it would be and my first inspection was when it arrived in Florida. The car had scratches as a result of the shipper and several combined attempts were made to resolve to no avail. The dealership sent me a check in full to cover the repairs, which they did not have to do. Highly reccomend them, their concern for my satisfaction was a great experience. Dudley
