I leased a car from this dealer. One year later we started receiving notifications in the mail for toll violations for hundreds of dollars. We were really confused since the car in the pictures was a different model and the license plate did not match with mine. After doing some research it turns out when Audi Tysons registered my car at the DMV they gave me the wrong license plate and for a year I drove my car with the dealer's plate while my plate was being used by the dealer on their loner cars. I asked the dealer not to use the plates while my name was associate with it but I don't think they did and kept getting toll violation notices. In the meantime, Audi at Tysons did not want to help us solve the issue even though it was their mistake. We kept calling, emailing and talking to different people but nobody wanted to help. Every time we called Tysons they either hang up the phone or told us they would call back but never did. I'm only thankful that nothing more serious happened while somebody else was driving with my license plate and potentially have criminal charges against me. I wish dealers were not individually owned, this is the kind of things that gives great cars a bad reputation. I'm amazed about the lack of professionalism. After we did a review in Yelp finally somebody from Tysons contacted us and she did not have a clue about this issue after we've been calling several times for months. Is this something that happens so often that they can keep track of their customers with this issue? The General Manager Mike Tsamouras never called us, instead he had someone from his financial department contacting us. It took for them 11 months to pay their toll violations but by that time these were turned to a debt collector and my credit score is now ruined.

We bought a 2017 Q7 a few months ago, and while they were selling before they hit the lot and it was difficult to pick exactly the model we wanted, the experience was great. More recently, we were in the market for a smaller SUV and had looked at Land Rovers and a few others. On a whim I checked the Audi Tysons web site and saw a barely-used Q5 in my price range, so I gave our sales rep (Driton) a call to arrange a test drive. When I go there he showed me a new 2017 with lots of upgrades from the one I came to see and pointed out that with loyalty discounts it would only be slightly more expensive but still within my price range. It was great that Driton made sure I left with the best value, and the purchase experience was painless and quick.

I located a Used Vehicle on cars,com fitting the description of one that peaked my interest. i live in MD, called to see if the vehicle was still available and reached Zak. I traveled to VA the following day met Zak, drove the vehicle and express a srrong interest in purchasing. Since I had a vehicle to trade or sell, Zak did everything he could, without pushing to make the purchase doable. I returned a second day to complete the purchasPurchasing in VA for a MD resident has challenges. I do believe Zak made the transaction as smooth as possible. Just bought a used car from Alex, whose enthusiasm, attention to detail and general helpfulness were excellent. Kudos to the GM too, who after Alex alerted him to it, would not sell a car we were ready to buy, because a days-old recall notice was unresolved. Title department: not so much, although they too were helpful in de-conflicting a title situation they could have avoided All in all, I'm impressed with Tyson's Audi, Alex in particular, and would shop there again.

As a result of a deer strike, I was suddenly in the market for a new car. I considered buying an Audi and on a whim stopped by the Tysons Corner dealership on my way back to my home in Warrenton. Omid met my wife and me on the lot and took us for a test drive in an A4. We found Omid to be very professional, very knowledgeable and, overall, a class act. He patiently answered our questions and did not pressure us in any way. Despite having a very large inventory of gorgeous A4s, he did not have one on the lot that met our requirements. He then worked very hard to find a car for us and to give us a price that we were comfortable with. This is the way a dealership should operate. I can very highly recommend Tyson's Corner Audi in general and Omid Azizaldin in particular.

My completely paid off Volvo SUV was totaled in an accident and I was pressed for time as my insurance only covered my rental for a week and a half. I did not anticipate the purchasing process at all and didnt want to make a rash decision because of rental car costs. Because I had been eyeing an Audi, my friends who have been loyal Audi customers introduced me to Omid Azizaldin, Brand Specialist via email. Omid and I exchanged several emails before meeting explaining the difference between the model options, etc. Upon meeting Omid, it felt as if he had been a longtime friend, offering me water, etc. After test driving, he sat down with me and weeded out all options even calculating the miles I drive to DC every day for work and how much money/sanity I would save by taking the metro or bus (even if it was 3 days a week). He actually suggested that I try taking the metro and bus before making a decision on whether to lease or buy. I am not one for public transportation but I took his advice and left without purchasing a vehicle. Over the next two days, he continued to help me weigh out the pros and cons of leasing and buying. Omid even received a call from my brother who was making sure that I was indeed getting a good deal. It was legit and hard to come by. Omids approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him. The man has patience! He found a way to make the sale work in my favor and I couldnt have asked for more than that. I left with a brand new shiny white Q5 with a Congratulations Jess! note from Omid hanging on my rear view mirror - little touches like that go a long way. I am extremely satisfied with my Audi buying experience and it is completely because of Omid. I look forward to referring perspective Audi buyers to Omid Azizaldin and Audi Tysons Corner.

My boyfriend and I swung by here 30 minutes before their closing time to take a look at a pre-owned Mini Cooper they happened to have as a trade in. Though it was late(and freezing outside!) the staff was beyond welcoming, positive and helpful. It was by far the most positive customer service experience I had at a dealership. Our "Audi Specialist" was Alberto Meer and he was everything & more I could have hoped for, he was helpful, knowledgeable & just all around fun to work with... Even though we kept him (along with his Sales Manager & Finance guy) at work well after closing time finalizing our deal no one once seemed bothered or in a rush to leave and everyone was super GREAT!!! I can't thank all of them enough for their help, and FANTASTIC customer service.

Saw a Q7 on there site and was eager to see what it was like based on the price they were advertising. Went down to the dealership just before close on a Sunday evening. I had a bad experience with a recent purchase of a Q7 at another dealership that was returned, so I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by a the lady that had scheduled me an appointment since they are busy. She told me Sunny would be my salesman. So far so good starting off with a man named Sunny. What could go wrong :)He was very articulate with explaining the status of the vehicle and said it was a recent trade in that happened a few days ago. So they car did look like it was just traded in but he assured me that the next time I see it, the car will be detailed.We took it on a test drive and it drove beautifully. Checked over everything and everything was functioning like it should. We got back and I informed him that I was very interested in this vehicle and he said he would start the process of getting it inspected and cleaned up. He stayed in constant contact with status updates which was very positive. He was honest in saying many people are looking at this vehicle because of the price so don't wait too long on deciding. I told him that I would be back in the same week after everything checked out. They did find somethings that needed to be addressed in order to pass inspection. They made all necessary repairs which meant they stand behind the vehicles they sale and didn't push that cost onto the consumer. Not many dealerships would do this. Sunny emailed me everything I needed to know about the repairs and that it passed VA inspection. So I informed him I would be down before they closed.Got down there. Took another test drive and then decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle because of the excellent service and treatment I received from Sunny and the staff at Audi of Tysons.I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this establishment to seek out Sunny. He is an excellent communicator and not a pushy salesman. He is honest, upfront, and class act. You won't be disappointed with this high level of service from which I received.

I came in with my father to attempt to trade his Porsche for an RS5(cpo). This isn't our first rodeo as we have bought and traded a bakers dozen over the past few years. First time at this dealership as they are the only ones in the area with exactly what we wanted(wasn't our first choice to begin with, but I digress). Test drive of prospective car was as expected, but when it came to the trade this is where this dealership got sneaky and really offensive. First, they had to drive our car across a 6 lane highway to be appraised. Unconventional but for the urbanesc location, fine. I saw them drive back with it but never received my key back. (Obviously a tactic but whatever) after waiting another 25 minutes for the sales guys to come back with a number on the trade he told us that they could give us 60k. (About 13k under kbb and black book trade value). Astounished that a 6 month old car with more than a 73k trade value could be worth so little, we ask and the sales guy tells us a passenger door has been repainted. As being the type to own a MSRP 89k car and always service at a dealer, we are floored that this tactic is used. (After the fact I did some research by visiting the home dealer to show that in fact the car has never been repainted or modified in any fashion.) obviously, after having to force the salesman to retrieve our keys for the 5th time, we left. I don't recommend this dealer for anything. We left angry, not because of the lowball offer (I mean come on all car sales people are after is an extra buck) but the way they insisted our car was repainted. They are pieces of horse manure and will take advantage of anyone.

I dont like this audi service center because I had sign on paper I thought it was for my brake check only no they add tire change. Those who work with it cant say anything about it. We made appointment only for brake check. Actually it was both mistake. Moreover the manager is threatning me that he will not release my car without pavement. This is stupid manager. Dont know how to do business. I am chef at Ritz carlton if customer is emergency somehow like he forgot to bring shirt we will buy for him. Thats make customer satisfaction number 1 at all the times.

My husband and I went to the Tysons Corner Audi dealership just to test drive the A3 and A4. We did not have any intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. We were just looking and test-driving. However, the young man that helped us (Shane Lee) was so personable and knowledgeable about the Audi product that he captured our attention and helped us to decide exactly what Audi vehicle we really wanted. Shane Lee is the kind of sales person you want to work with when buying a vehicle. He did not try to sell us something we did not want and he had so much patience and kindness in the way he treated us. We told Shane what we were willing to pay for the car and what our range was for a monthly payment. Then we told him the car we wanted. He took our offer to his management and they worked the deal. They stayed with us and prepared all the documents and the car as quickly as possible. All I can say is I am totally happy with the purchase and how we were treated during the buying process. I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience and I give all the credit to Shane Lee for providing unparalleled customer service, attention to detail and follow-up. He is the best!!! I will highly recommend Shane Lee of Audi Tysons Corner to any family member or friend when they are ready to purchase their next vehicle!!! If it were in my power to promote Shane Lee or give him a special bonus for his hard work it would have been done yesterday. It all happened on a Sunday when most dealer ships are closed! I just submitted an online request hoping to get a reply some time in the week, but with an hour I received a call from Shane. He listened to what all I had to say and made sure I am only coming to the dealership after he understood what I need. I was received well and although I spent a lot of time on the prices and deal, Shane was willing to help all the time and won my trust. After closing out the deal took the car delivery next day and I could get all my questions answered too! Thanks Shane! Finally Chris went over all the tech details and other stuff about the car and it was fun to work with him! If I have to call anyone at this Audi it would be either Shane or Chris! Great job both of you and I hope you keep up your reputation for my future visits. For the third time I've leased an audi from this dealership (the first two leases for Q5s and the third for a Q7). Each time I received the best price of the audi dealerships in the area and worked with sales people who really listened to what I needed and were not pushy in any way. They were in constant touch with me, answering my questions within a couple of hours. What's more, they had me in and out of the dealership in record time, considerate of the fact that I had my two small children with me. I'm quite impressed by them and would not go anywhere else to lease or purchase an audi!!!

When my boyfriend & I first stopped by the Audi dealership, we were set up with a guy who thought we were there to mess around (Horrible first impression obviously). He dismissed us and informed us that the Audi dealership was fresh out of Q5's. He then said that after 3pm there might be a Q5 available. When I called at 3 PM, I was transferred to Shane because the original guy could not be bothered to deal with us. I was so happy when Shane said that there were Q5's at the dealership (& THEY WERE THERE AT THE TIME WE WERE THERE EARLIER surprise). We drove over there for the second time, met with Shane, & got the ball rolling. He got us a great deal, was very patient, let us test drive two cars (both a Q5 as well), and knew exactly what he was talking about. Before we drove off the lot, he even told us how to use the many cool features to our brand new Q5's. Yes, we asked a lot of stupid questions. Yes, he answered all of our stupid questions.If you want someone who knows what he's talking about, go with Shane OR you can go with the first person we were set up with & leave without a car because he will most likely tell you Audi has absolutely no cars.

From the time I entered the door of the show room my wife and I were treated very well. Within minutes we were able to test drive the car closest to our description. Within 10 minutes back and discussing the car we wanted it was found. Then being a return buyer they made the very fair deal. I walked into the dealership about 6:05pm. It was still packed with other shoppers and I was not aware that they were actually closed until I saw the open hours on the door. I was a little irritated at first because no one greeted me, my daughter or my friend that was with me. About 10 minutes went by without a hello so my daughter went into the sales managers office and asked for help. Tony was very apologetic about us not being greeted and proceeded to find someone to assist with buying an Audi Q5. He introduced us to Driton, who is actually in new car sales and helped us with a used car purchase, and from that point forward my experience was amazing. Driton did everything to make sure we were happy and coming from Audi in Silver Spring, where the sales guy was pushy and trying to get me to buy something that I absolutely did not want, it was refreshing and I felt comfortable doing business. So far this was the best car buying experience I've had and being a woman that has purchased 4 cars in the past 10 years for myself and children that's saying a lot. I would definitely recommend Driton he is the best!!!

I went to see an 07 335i coupe with lemon title that they just got recently. First I time I went in the car was very dirty, engine ran rough for an inline 6, tank was near empty, and there's a brake warning light on. After the test drive I expressed my thought but salesmen Artem chose to make excuses such as the car just came in and it's an old car etc. Then he went on to say how the car's price is very competitive and it'll be sold very quickly. When I wanted to talk about price he just goes on and keep ask me if I want to buy the car today. I was frustrated and went back home. Then the next time I went in to negotiate on price a week later guess what. The car was still dirty, albeit the brake light was no longer there because the brakes and brake sensors were changed. That time around I talked to their manager directly. However the manager although had a nice attitude, still talked like the 335i was a godsend gift to man and the price is very "competitive". Duh sure it's competitive when compared to other 335i with CLEAN TITLE. Why on earth would anyone buy an 8 year old lemon car that has 6 owner in mere 50k miles and looks like it has been modified and abused for only 20% off kbb clean retail price is beyond me. A complete waste of my time after all.

I bought Audi 2009 Q5, last year in 2013 Feb, which is a certified car and which seemed good from outside, had no problems till June 2013 when my tyre was loosing air, which is when went to them to check the wheel and make sure it is corrected. Then service manager told me that wheel is damaged and is bent, after which I had to go out of country to look after my father who is critically ill, now when I took car for servicing and when asked them to repair the bent wheel, they claim that wheel is completely damaged and can't be repaired any more. As it being a certified car and being bought car from the same dealer asked them to replace the wheel as they have sold the car with bent wheel. they claim that there is no proof that wheel is bent at the time vehicle is sold and they are trying to bluff me with a sick behaviour. It is very much surprising to see a dealer of brand like Audi is trying to cheat people like this. Even customer care representative from Audi openly said that they will support Dealers in this case, means there is no value for customers??? we being customers are being throwed off once we bought the car..... How cheap it is for such a brand with out any values and care for the customer....... In this case if I continue to drive this car with wheel being in a such worst condition I openly declare if anything happens to me or car because of this bent wheel it is very much responsibility of Audi Tyson's corner dealer and Audi Customer support who holds this to me...

My experience with this Audi dealer was great and the customer service given by Tim Carey was exceptional. I came into the dealership and what I wanted was no longer available. Tim gave me other options which were just as great as what I came in to buy. I was glad my time did not go to waste. I also love how he followed up with me to make sure everything was going smooth as this was my first Audi purchase. He also checked in with me periodically due to the fact that I don't live in Virginia and the laws are slightly different when purchasing a used vehicle out of state. I absolutely recommend this dealership as well as Tim for a sales person. He will make sure you are taken care of!

I rated this dealership very high on customer service solely on my experience with Ben Vater. Mr. Vater is the ultimate professional in his industry. Unlike most sales professionals, he did not at any point put any pressure on me to purchase a vehicle; he was careful to respect my needs and showed me ALL inventory that he thought would meet my requirements (even the ones that are in the warehouse where I saw the car I purchased). His technical competence & experience is unparalleled being an aerospace engineer from Germany. Who else is more qualified to explain German engineering than a German engineer, right? After the purchase, I called him on his cell at numerous occasions regarding some unfamiliar technical operations & issues with the car and he was always very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He definitely made a pleasant impression on my car-buying experience. Mr. Kevin ..., the Manager was also very pleasant & helpful and provided excellent customer service.As for the other aspects of my experience with the dealership, they were just average or below average.

We just bought Audi Q5 2014 at this dealership and we had a fantastic overall experience. We were weighing between Mercedes GLK and Audi Q5. Both are great cars but overall experience of Q5 won us over. Our sales rep was Emilio Garcia. He was very friendly but very professional. He took time to answer all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. For example we had questions about how our iPhones will sync with the vehicle. Even during the test drive when we had not purchased the vehicle, he synced up our phone and showed us how easy it will be.There is another example of how customer friendly Emilio is. We first test drove the Q7. Our concern was that it might not fit in our garage. He actually brought the car to our driveway, parked it in our garage. It was a very tight fit so we ended up with the Q5 but I remembered this kind gesture when I was reached by other Audi dealers. I declined their overtures and I bought the car from Emilio. Price negotiations, which I was dreading, was handled very professionally. Overall this was my best experience of all car dealers I have dealt in the past.

My experience began with a phone call to Audi of Tysons Corner, looking for information about pre-owned cars vs leased or new cars. My husband and I were in the process of seriously looking at a 2011 BMW M3 convertible and I was totally turned off by the horrible miles per gallon that car got. I had been interested in the Audi S5 for a while and thought I should look into it further. I happened to get a lovely young man on the phone named Shane Lee. He was incredibly patient and informative, answering my myriad of questions with vast knowledge of the Audi product. He was neither pushy nor patronizing, but helped me come to the decision that I needed to come with my husband to the dealership right away to learn more about the S5 before we made the mistake of buying the pre-owned BMW. I made an appointment for us to come to see him the following day at 5:00 PM. At 8:00 PM we left the dealership having leased a gorgeous S5 Cabriolet, which we would gleefully pick up a few days later. Shane did a wonderful job; we actually enjoyed the whole interaction, a first in dealing with a car dealership. We are looking forward to a pleasant relationship with Shane and with Audi of Tysons Corner.

I bought a 2014 Audi A5 S-Line from Audi of Tysons Corner, VA. I had inquired online about purchasing an A5. I have been in the market for 1.5 years and knew exactly what I wanted. Daytona Gray S-Line, Sports Competition Package, with Nav, Bluetooth, and the wheels that come with the Black Optic package. Immediately after inquiring, Emilio Garcia, sales rep at Tysons contacted me. When I told him what I was looking for he immediately went to work and found the car the same day. He is professional, thorough, and will make things happen. For example, I had to travel from Arlington to Tysons on Metro and Emilio picked me up at the nearest Metro stop. I couldve rented a car or used a taxi - but he insisted on picking me up. Second, I was disappointed that I couldnt get the black optic titanium grey wheels with the S-Line, Sports Competition Package. Emilio was able to work with Sam Alimi (manager) and swapped them out with the wheels I wanted. Essentially making my vehicle a custom car. Other dealerships said it wouldnt be possible but Emilio made it happen. If that isnt enough - the swap had to be done the day after I had purchased the car due to the Service dept being closed. Emilio came in on his day off to ensure the exchange went smoothly and supervised the process. He went above and beyond and was determined to get me the best deal. Im sure other sales reps are good too, but from my experience I will go back to Emilio for future business. If you are in the market for an Audi, go see him today!Sam also provided great service. He was determined to make my purchase a good one. He came over to explain the wheel swap and did at his own cost and waived the transfer fee for my vehicle. The next day while I was getting the wheels changed, Sam explained to me their sales philosophy and it sealed my loyalty to their dealership. Roma Emelev worked the numbers for me. When we spoke about finance, he made it possible for me to not go into a negative equity scenario. Ive purchased cars before and this is the first time someone has taken the time to really search for the best option. He made it extremely competitive and honestly the best finance deal Ive had in my 22 years of driving. He also was very clear about various warranties and packages. Didnt push anything, just simply explained each one and spent time on the most noteworthy. Without Romas work, I would not be driving my dream Audi. I cant thank him enough. I have not used the service dept except for the wheel exchange. I do have an appointment on Monday so I will discuss that experience later but for now I can say it went smoothly and they look awesome! This was a very positive experience for me as this is my first new car purchase. I chose this dealer because they had the biggest inventory of the model I desired. I was surprised that the exact interior and exterior section i wanted was on-site. I was greeted by the nearest salesperson as I walked in the dealership - Shane Lee. Shane was able to answer all of my questions regarding the car. He did not attempt to steer me to a different model and explained every feature as we took the test drive and before I left the lot with the new car. Shane also worked with me to obtain the a price that I felt very satisfied with based on Internet searches and comparison sites. Shane explained the sales process completely so I also understood how the financing process worked. The finance group was solid as well and worked with me to get the monthly payment in a target range that was better than I projected. Shane also made sure I took everything useful out of my old car before heading off in the new vehicle. As I reviewed the owner's manual, i was surprised that Shane was able to easily recall all of this information while I was at the dealer.

I purchased a used Audi A4 in Nov 2012. Unfortunately was AS IS. The sales person said it had gone through an extensive multi point inspection and was found to have no issues. The next day after we took it home the Check Engine light came on. We called and since vehicle was AS IS we had no recourse. Also we soon discovered radio and A/C doesn't work, and back windows only can be controlled by driver. It was our fault for not checking everything ourselves but we trusted their reputation. Please if you purchase a used vehicle have your mechanic inspect before purchasing. The sales person was nice and helpful and I understand his hands were tied in regards to AS IS policy. I just am disappointed the mechanical faults with the car were not disclosed. I would not anyone to have to go through the costs associated with the repairs.

I went to this dealership expecting to all the typical power games of car buying. What I experienced was much, much better. I was greeted professionally and quickly introduced to Mae, who didn't bat an eye when I explained that I would be buying at the pre-negotiated rates from USAA (essentially True-Car "Target Price" that equated to invoice price in the case of my A-5). She patiently worked with me (and my two fidgety girls) over three days, allowing me to drive four different new and used cars as I refined my choice. They had another pricing promotion going on at the same time, and when Mae was unavailable to work with me her assistant salesman talked me through that promotion, mistakenly promising me both USAA invoice price...and the additional $1500 incentive. This is where this dealership proved its integrity an earned my loyalty: The next day when I was executing the sale the dealership recognized its error - and after a few minutes of hand wringing, her sales manager (Paul Jun) decided to stand by their word and sell to me at a loss. You do not find that level of integrity in many places these days. If that's the kind of straight dealing you are looking for, go see these folks. Other dealers may be equally honest, but I haven't found them yet.

He promised to wash my new vehicle anytime I wanted at the Audi dealership. Then when I came to get my car washes on several occasions he would not have time for me. He promised me 4 full tanks of gas which he did not do, he even called me at work to ask me to come over to the dealership so he could fill my tank with gas and when I got there he was nowhere to be found. I called him many times and he did not answer his phone. He then offered to give me the money in the place of the gas after he realized he could not keep his commitment. He promised me I could call him at anytime if I had any questions about my new Audi, every time I called he would not answer the for. it has been 5 months since the purchase of my new vehicle and he has yet to fulfill any of the promises that were made. I wanted to buy my wife a new truck from Audi but because of this experience when her lease is up in 30 days we are going to stick with BMW. I felt used and cheated by this salesman and would not recommended anyone buy anything from him.

We had originally found the car on line and drove to the dealership to inspect the car and test drive it. Roman was very knowledgable and thorough about cross border purchases and made the whole process much easier than we had expected. He made sure we had all the necessary documents and instructed us on all the features of the car so we could drive back home across the USA/Canada border. Make sure you deal directly with him as we felt he was a leader at that dealership for used car sales. In the end. Sales manager Kevin called me and reduced the price of the car. I did buy it, however Tysons Audi needs help with customer service. The Internet sales and the entire sales structure is well below adverage. I requested information and best pricing for a vehicle they had listed online. After many emails and phone calls we agreed to a price. Not that this isn't normal however the person I was dealing with introduced himself as the Internet sales manager, most managers I have worked with at dealers never needed to ask someone about pricing. So price was agreed to and I was told that the total cost could be placed on my Visa, great, I get 1% cash back. 2 emails later he can only place a small amount as a deposit on the Visa. He asked when I could come into the store to complete the sale. The deal from e-mail 1 was I had planed to have the car transported to me as I didn't have time or the desire to drive to Tysons. So now what 5hours of my live wasted at the dealer to pay cash, not going to happen and I was told that a personal check would require 10 to clear prior to releasing the car if i didnt come into the store. Who wants to wait 10 days for the dealership to cash a check. So I was told complete a credit report. Why I'm paying cash. So I have all the paperwork and completed contract In hand the dealer sent it FedEx overnight. I'm still not going to wait 10 days so I get a check from my bank to the dealer and FedEx everything back. Should be all good!! I follow up the next day with an email that all was returned and I had the Bank check and not a personal check. I'm told that I still need to complete a credit report or come to the dealer. What??? It's a BANK check. My next question was so if I come into the dealer with a personal check would I be ok. This guy says Yes. What's the differiance. This dealer had the signed contract and was paid in FULL but still wanted me to come into the store. I have no clue as to what the game is but they declined to sellmthencar to me unless I waited 10 days for a bank check to clear or came into the store .Long store short not a customer friendly/convent dealer.

Due to an unfortunate change in my financial circumstances, I needed to trade in my beloved Q7 for a much less expensive and more affordable vehicle. I came a across a used Volkswagen CC on the Audi Tysons Corner website and was intrigued by its sporty look and great price. I was in the market for a use A6, I found one online at Audi of Tyson's. I called on my lunch break at work, and spoke with Darren Gerke. The A6 did not pass VA state inspection, so I asked Darren to make a list of parts the A6 needed to pass. I went after work to take a look, and as promised Darren had the list of parts waiting. The deal took a couple of days to complete due to complications on my end, but Darren did not hesitate to help me along the buying process. The A6 was priced under 12k but I honestly felt like I was buying a Audi that was much more expensive. This was the third Audi that I have purchased but the first time at Audi of Tyson's and I couldn't be happier. Darren is a true professional. Next time i'm in the market for a Audi, Darren Gerke will be the person I call!

The staff made a effort to help me stay within my monthly payment budget buy reducing the price of the car and offered a better finance rate than I was quoted by the other dealer. Pasha sat with me for over 6 hours, well into after they closed, while I went over every aspect of the car and relating documents. I am an extremely meticulous individual, and will look through everything with a fine-toothed comb before being convinced. In the end, I let Pasha know that, although I knew I wanted the car almost immediately, his attitude and professionalism is what left me without question to buy the car that day. It was the first time I had gone to see the car. I had been to several other dealerships checking out cars, and though there were a few that seemed promising, I simply could not close the deal at the end of the day. I had left a few select dealerships with the intentions that I would be back around during my "final decisions." Though it goes without saying, I never had to go to the other dealerships for a "final round" due to the confidence that Pasha and the rest of the Audi of Tyson's Corner gave me. I found a great deal on a used Ford Focus hatchback at Audi of Tyson's Corner. After searching for weeks for the right car, no other dealership had what I was looking for at such a great price! I found Audi of Tysons when Django Mulholland replied to my e-mail through car gurus, looking for a used car, because my own car was crushed by a tree in a storm. Although the initial car I sought at Tysons Corner Audi was no longer available, Django listened to my story and my limitations and directed me to a wonderful used car - that I bought. I came down from Baltimore to see it, late one Friday night and was so nerve-wracked by all the construction on the highways - that I asked Django to drive the car for me. He seemed genuinely delighted in the car himself -- there was nothing about his reactions that was "spin" marketing. It was just real delight and facts and I trusted him. The car is great.

In early August, I purchased a 1999 Honda Civic from your dealership for my daughter for her first year in college. I always thought it was a myth that car salesmen take advantage of females but now I know it's FACT. The car looked great for it's age and I purchased it knowing that it had failed VA inspection since it needed tires and wiper blades. The manager agreed to drop the price of the vehicle from $3750 to $3500. My salesman even went to KBB's website and showed me the blue book value at somewhere around $3300. I also was aware that I would be on my own to get it MD inspected since we reside in MD. Well, tires ended up costing me $315 and when I took it through MD inspection, I was told it needed rear breaks - that cost me $165. This was an unexpected expense that I was forced to incur. Additionally, I later discovered that the car needed an oil change! I am very disappointed as I stated that this car was purchased for my daughter for college out of state. I am appalled that a car would be sold, knowing that it needed brakes and an oil change. Thank God nothing happened to my daughter while driving the car. So do car salesmen still take advantage of the female shopper? YOU BETCHA!

I recommend the dealership for the quality of work, but not for the service experience. They are not very customer-focused. It's nearly impossible to get a reliable estimate on the time that your car will actually be ready. In my two experiences so far, I arrived when I was told my car would be ready and it wasn't ready. I had to make several calls to get a status on my car. Worst of all, the hold up always seems to be the car wash. They aren't even required to wash to my car and I assume they are washing it to provide customer satisfaction, but instead it just makes me angry. They tell me my car will be ready in 30 minutes and an hour later it still hasn't been washed. Can't they hire some more people to wash cars with the prices that Audi charges? Are they washing them by hand with buckets? I've never experienced a problem like this with the other luxury cars that I've owned previously.

Finally, when the vehicle arrived he spent a significant amount of time educating us on the many features of the Q7 and answered all of our questions. The vehicle itself is absolutely amazing and exceeded my already high expectations. I went into Audi of Tyson's Corner after seeing a 2 year old S4 listed online the day before. Knowing that these cars tend to go quickly, especially with low miles like this, I arrived and asked for a Salesperson. Roma Emelev greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was looking at, even though it had only arrived the day before. After taking a test drive, we discussed the sale. The entire time, Mr. Emelev was courteous, friendly, and never pushy. After agreeing on a price, there was some time to kill as paperwork was prepared, and we talked about cars in general. He knows a lot about every make and model we discussed, and I was very impressed with the breadth of his information. I would not hesitate to do business with Audi of Tyson's Corner again. Nothing against the other employees (the Sales manager Kevin Boykin was also extremely helpful and friendly), but I would prefer to work with Roma again if given the chance.

The service department takes such good care of us! My husband and I both use this dealership to service my A3 and his A4 since it's on the way to work. Every time we come in for routine service, the service agents (Joey/Konrad for me and Kevin for my husband) are so professional. They speak to me in terms I can understand and are realistic in what the car needs fixed. With our cars getting a few years on them, it's good to know that we have a dealer that's close by that shoots us straight, especially as a female coming in by myself.

I've visited Audi's service shop here several times over the last few months regarding a couple of minor issues that were covered by our A6's warranty. Konrad Malinowski and all of his colleagues at the service desk have always been extremely helpful, friendly and gracious in their dealings with me. I've always gotten prompt appointments, and if my car had to stay overnight, they made sure I had a courtesy car in the interim. Yes, it's a hassle to get your car serviced or repaired, but since you've got to do it anyway at some point to enjoy your Audi at its best, I happily drive all the way from Silver Spring/Wheaton (MD) - skipping two other Audi dealerships along the way! - to get it done here.

I have been a big fan of the Audi TT since it first came out but, the only feature that I didn't like was the design of the tail-end and trunk-section of the car. The GM was warm and accomodating backing up Mike the whole way through acceptance of my negotiations and final price. After the deal was struck, Mike hung in there after hours on Holloween night and spent alot of time going over the car's programming and operations. Mike Hallahan is the reason we made the decision to buy and at Audi of Tysons Corner.

They didn't stand behind the car. As soon as I drove it off the lot I had to spend an extra $650 for broken windshield (they said they fixed it until the first bump I hit) and then shorted out the electrical system when they detailed it. The GM told me I bought it as is so it is my problem.

From my first visit until I bought my car two months later, Sam was with me every step of the way. He was never pushy and allowed me to proceed at my own pace. He made himself available when I stopped by, responded to my questions in a timely manner, and was willing to do whatever was necessary to find the car I was looking for.When I purchased my car on a Sunday afternoon, it took 30 minutes to locate my Audi TT and agree on a price. Much to my surprise and delight, the car was delivered and ready to be picked up at noon the following day. The financing process was a breeze and they were also able to beat the interest rate that I had arranged. Audi of Tysons Corner, what an Excellent experience. I am a recent college graduate and visited several dealerships in Northern Va looking to purchase my first car. I knew the model and price range I was looking for in consideration of my purchase. After visiting several dealerships with no success in finding the right car for me, I decided to give Audi of Tysons Corner a shot. I spoke with Karifa Mara, a Certified Pre Owned Specialist at the dealership. Karifa asked me what car I was looking for, the color I wanted, and the price that I could afford. They did not have the car I was looking for on the lot so Karifa recorded my information and promised to call me back as soon as possible. No other dealership that I visited offered the extra help that Karifa provided; the other dealerships in the area only wanted to sell me what they currently had on the lot or no car at all. I requested that if these other dealerships could find the car I wanted for the right price, to please contact me immediately. I felt isolated by their response and to this day, have not received any calls at all from the other dealerships that I visited.Shortly after my visit, as promised, I received a call from Karifa telling me that he found "My Car" and to come check it out, so I drove to the dealership shortly after when I caught some free time. Karifa hit the nail on the head; I arrived to find the perfect car waiting for me, the exact car that what I was looking for but couldn't find ANYWHERE online (Autotrader.com, Cars.com, etc). I decided to go ahead and jump on the offer, a few hours later, I drove off the lot as a proud owner of an Audi A4 Cab. Karifa is an employee that was gladly willing to go the extra mile to provide a customer with the satisfaction that they're looking for. I can not say enough about my high level of customer satisfaction in dealing with him. Karifa's EXCELLENT sales and interpersonal qualities are specifically the main reason that I decided to accept the offer and purchase my Audi. After several talks with Karifa, I gained a lot of Trust in him as an auto-salesman, which is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO ACQUIRE. This trust is very important for a first-time car buyer and I was not able to find it at any other dealership that I've ever visited. Karifa by far exceeded my expectations and was there to walk me through the entire process, clearly explaining to me any question that was brought up. I highly recommend Karifa as the best salesman that anyone could ask for, whether you are a first-time buyer like myself, or an experienced buyer. Because of my experience with Karifa Mara and Audi of Tysons Corner, I would NEVER even think to buy an Audi from any other dealership in Virginia. After moving from Michigan, where I had a very positive experience with my Audi dealer and their service department, I expected to find similarly experienced and professional people at Audi of Tysons Corner. Big mistake! I should have read the dealer reviews first.It took 3 visits with my TT to replace a broken fastener in the wheel well. By the time they finally managed to fix it, my warranty had run out, and they charged me for it.A problem with engine performance (still under warranty) was commented with: "This performance is normal".Since I know it when the performance of my vehicle has changed, I did not take that for an answer and asked for test drive with the service manager. His reply "This performance is normal".For the "investigation" of a leaky UV joint I was charged a hefty price. the result of the "investigation" was that there was a possible leak and that the UV joint should be replaced.Needless to say, I did not return to them after this. Any small repair shop without Audi certification can do a better job than these guys.My second Audi, an A4 fortunately never saw this place.I fixed the leaky UV joint myself by replacing the boot. I bought the necessary manuals and diagnostics tools, and fixed the engine performance issue, and when I am too lazy to work on my cars, I bring them to a local repair shop, where they run circles around the "mechanics" at Tysons Corner.It's a pity. Audi makes excellent cars (they actually manage to run despite dealers like those of Tysons Corner). But what is a good car worth without good service?

I was interested in a used 2009 Nissan GTR, silver, 17K miles that they had listed on autotrader. I called the dealer to speak with a sales representative. I originally spoke with the sales manager (I believe Jim, but can't swear to it). I said I was interested in the car and was in Alexandria for the day so was pretty close. He said sure great, come on in and take a look. Gave my phone number and he said a salesman would give me a call to let me know who to ask for. Got a phone call from Noosh. Answered the phone "Dr. Wade." I am on call for weekend emergency phone calls. Talked to Noosh and said I am heading down to the dealer.My wife and I arrive 25 minutes later and ask to speak to Noosh. Unfortunately he is busy delivering a Q7 to a person. Hung around aimlessly for 20 minutes, and finally getting antsy asked to speak with the manager. At that point Noosh gives us the keys and says have a look around the car. Great. Looked around the car with my wife started it, etc. She really like it. Another Great.Finally after 20 more minutes Noosh comes back and I say well, the car looks good, has a clean carfax, lets take it for a drive.....You know like any other used car a person is ever going to spend money on, much less $68,000. That is when the smarmy used car sales silliness starts. "Oh sir, we can't possibly let you drive the car until you buy it. If you sign a contract and finance it then you can take it for a short drive. We don't let people drive this or the used Gallardo (kinda funny because the other car I was interested in was 2004-2005 Gallardo)." I said, "well I'm sorry to have wasted yours and my time, I don't buy used cars without ever driving them," shook his hand and began to walk away. Then more smarmy used car sales silliness. Noosh says hold on let me talk to the manager. OK, sure. My wife and I wait 10 minutes, standing in the hot sun (he took the car keys). I then walk into the Porsche showroom where he went, and he is standing and chatting with the manager pleasantly about something clearly not business related. It was like that scene in Fargo where the car salesman says he is going to talk to the sales manager about the accidental undercoating and leaves to get coffee and talk about football in the back room. Really? Seriously? I walk up and say, guys whats the hold up, its hot, and we are leaving. Then the manager gets all huffy and says that "We can't just let anybody drive our high performance cars." He says this with a straight face standing next to a Porsche Turbo in the showroom.I'm sure the occasional kid with no money walks in for a joyride. Worse you do is at least take him for a drive and hope to have a future customer. But a physician and his wife, driving a brand new miata (my M3 was actaully in the shop, seriously) come in and you treat them as if there time has no value. Just say from the get go, "no test drives on that car" and save the time and aggravation. Maybe you would have sold me the Gallardo, who knows since obviously you would never let somebody drive your used car.I ended up with a 2009 GTR from a place in Oregon 2 weeks later (bought it while on vacation). Walked in with my wife, they threw me the keys, got copies of our driver's licenses, and we took it for a test drive. Both of us loved it. Great car. Settled on a price, and bought it. No fuss, no used car sales smarmyness.I would not use this Audi/Porsche dealer to look at a high dollar high performance car, at least if you expect to drive it before you buy it.Regards, Justin Wade

Chris Ross was about the best salesperson I could imagine having. He was patient with me despite my complete amateur knowledge of Audis and options. He helped me narrow down my choices without pressure tactics and allowed for multiple test drives of multiple vehicles to aid in my decision making process. He stayed for an hour after closing time during my first visit (along with Manager Mike Tsamouras), and stayed hours past his normal schedule on my second and final visit. He is truly customer service oriented, which became even more obvious when, after I purchased the car, he offered his continual help to teach me about the car and its gadgets anytime I wanted to stop by. I would recommend you give him your business. Not only helpful, but an easy personality, and made the process fun.

I bought my 2008 Audi A4 from this dealership as an out of state resident (North Carolina). The car was advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned car, however when I went to pick the car up, I noticed that the passenger side door's speaker cover was cracked (which was not pictured online) and I also did not receive three keys to the car (which is standard when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Audi).Nothing was done to fix these problems: the repair personal for the day had already left (at 2pm in the afternoon...?) and they said that they probably had the spare keys lying around somewhere and they were going to ship them to me.For the next two months I made calls and finally wrote a letter to the general manager (Mike Tsamouras), alas, I received no response to any of my concerns.Additionally, I had to wait two months for my car title and license plate... Also, when I picked up the car from Tysons Corner, they told me that they had given the car its 25,000 mile servicing and that I would not need to have it serviced until 35,000 miles - however, when I took it to my local dealership (Raleigh, NC) they notified me that a service had NOT been done and there were no records indicting that it had been.Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealer, especially from out of state where you won't be able to interact face-to-face. Once they have your money, you are no longer of any concern to them.

I recently called Audi of Tysons Corner to have a malfunctioning seat belt closure fixed under warranty. I had purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Audi A6 a week prior at a different dealership. Nonetheless, Glen at this Audi's service department fit me in for an appointment the next day. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was being done with utmost courtesy, and within a little more than an hour, I was ready to go with everything fixed and my car washed. I didn't have to pay anything since this issue was covered by the car's warranty. Glen personally stopped by at the Audi guest lounge to greet me and thank me for my business. I am very impressed by the quality of service, the cleanliness of the shop and the friendly staff, and am planning to visit this Audi dealer for future business - even though I live in Maryland with two different Audi dealerships closer by!

This is the second vehicle that my husband and I have bought from Audi of Tysons Corner within the past year. We actually went to the dealership to look for a S5 but Roma Emelev showed us a TT that was in the shop being detailed. The car hadn't even made it to the lot for sale yet. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Roma Emelev is an excellant salesman and worked very hard to find us a vehicle that suited our needs. He was knowledgeable of all vehicles even non-Audis. Second car I buy from these guys in the past 6 months. Great experience. On my second purchase, I wanted to compare so I went to Audi Alexandria.....what a disaster. I felt robbed and wasted 5 hours there. Anyway, back to Tysons. There I had the service I was expecting from a dealrship representing Audi. Everything was smooth, great service overall, attention to detail and easy negotiation. They will not give you a car for free, but at least there are no hidden fees and you know for sure what you are getting into.Recommended.

First, Audi of Tysons Corner was the only dealer within 25 miles who had an A3 TDI. Chris eagerly took my phone call, explained what he had in inventory, and invited me down for a test drive. Despite a busy showroom, we were welcomed, offered coffee, etc., and within 5 minutes, we were off -- great test drive route that really showed the car's handling. Chris was extemely knowledgeable of the details of the car, options, performance. Within 20 minutes, I had made up my mind. Within just over 2 hours, I walked out with a good deal on the car, good financing that beat my prearranged financing, and overall, it was smooth, quick, and done. Couldn't have gone better. I appreciated Chris's advice and less-salesy style (you know what I mean...). I would definitely go back, I will recommend Chris and this dealership to anyone looking for Audi.

Brian was our first point of contact, and referred us to Sam who is on his sales team.Both offerred outstanding customer service and were able to answer all our questions. They did not pressure us into making a decision, but were up front about how fast the cars on their lot sell. They made the car-buying process very straightforward and fairly stress-free. It's clear that they love these cars, and want others to enjoy driving the Audi as much as they enjoy selling it. The showroom was very clean. When I arrived on the lot looking for a used A4, Karifa was there immediately to let me know he would be around to answer any questions and help out when we wanted to, not like some predatory dealers I have encountered.Upon finding an A4 I really liked he came over at my request, showed me the car, allowed for a test drive, and when I explained I wanted to trade in my truck, he set up an appraisal on-the-spot, gave me a fair price for the trade-in, and an even better price for the A4. Karifa was amazingly professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was true for the rest of the Audi Tysons Corner group. They did not jerk me around whatsoever. Kudos to all of you!

My 1-year old Audi 6 Avant had all kinds of issues and when I called the dealership to complain about poor service in a different location and mentioned the problems with my car, Audi offered me a new car and took the "old" one back.As before I dealt with Ali Malek who is kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. My family had a wonderful experience with Audi of Tysons Corner. We found a used vehicle online that we were interested in pursuing. I called the dealership and spoke with Christi in sales. Christi was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that she could. If she did not know an answer, she was more than happy to seek out the answer for us. She checked on many things in the vehicle personally (as we live more than 3 hours away and could not get there right away to see it ourselves). She was happy to speak with us at any time, whenever we had questions, and to call us quickly with any new information/answers regarding our potential purchase of the vehicle.We were able to discuss potential price/purchasing information on the vehicle with both Christi and Kevin (her manager). On the day that we were able to make the drive up to the dealership, they pulled the vehicle off the lot for those 3-4 hours so that it would not sell while we were on the road. They had it ready when we arrived and were helpful in answering questions and allowing us to take all the time we needed to inspect and feel comfortable with the vehicle.The dealership was beautiful and clean. Our family (including our three young children) was treated with respect, patience, and kindness by many employees there, not just the ones with whom we were working. The price we agreed upon was fair and the payment process was smooth and simple. (We did not finance, but paid in full.)Before we started home in our beautiful new vehicle, it was filled with a full tank of gas. Christi came out with us and was willing to help in any way to get our young family situated for the long drive home. Christi has since followed up to be sure that everything is still meeting our expectations and to see if we had any further questions.We are pleased with our used vehicle purchase and the treatment we received from Audi at Tysons Corner.

After walking out of Alexandria Audi in the middle of buying a car (checkbook in hand) because I caught them trying to bill me for the same thing twice - and then trying to double-talk around it - I drove straight up to Tysons. Night & day. OK, no "amazing deals" but I was handed that at Alexandria and it turned out not so amazing. Jjust honest, fair bargaining - with no phony bait- & switch games. For reasons wont bore you with, I talked to 2 sales guys- which can get confusing & awkward - but they handled it like real pros and gentlemen - tag-teamed it all the way thru to delivery of car. If you want an Audi - go there. Im assuming their service will be on the same level. Class act.

Nooch Harding treated us great and made the introduction to the A5 seamless. We actually really enjoyed the experience. Also, David McBrearty handled the financial part of the transaction extremely professional and worked with us to complete a very satisfactory deal. Although I was not that upset with Audi of Alexandria's service I can definitely tell you you will notice a difference in professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness between the two. Audi of Tyson's Corner was easy to work with, explained in detail any questions or concerns I had and in the end sold me the car I was told wasn't available anywhere the day prior by Audi of Alexandria.I highly recommend even if you live next door to Audi of Alexandria to get in your car and drive a little bit further to Tyson's Corner. You will not regret it. P.S. Don't let Audi of Alexandria sell you a car that very day. They don't want you to leave because they know if you shop around you will not go back.

I had been waffling back and forth over two distinctly different models when I met up with Karifa Mara. I walked into the dealership without an appointment and immediately was greeted and asked if someone could help me. I was directed to Mike Hallahan and he took the time to ask what I was looking for. Since I was not sure of the benefits and features of several of the models, Mike took the time to explain each and narrow down my search. When I left the dealership I had driven an A4 and felt my questions had been answered. At that time I was not ready to purchase as I had several other vehicles that I wanted to check out first. I went to visit several other dealers but wanted come come back and drive the A4 again. This time Mike was not there so Django took over and assisted in providing me with another test drive. At that time, I was pretty sure I was ready to purchase but wanted to check out several dealerships to see who might have the car I wanted and the best deal for us. I returned to another dealership to narrow down the selection and pricing. My husband was with me at this time to help with the process. We always do our homework before we walk into a dealership and we were treated like we did not know what we were talking about when we left the other dealership. We received an email the next day from this dealership with a lower price than what was offered at the time we were there. This was not the way we do business. When we went back to Django and were introduced to David, the Sales Manager, he asked us a few questions and knew we were serious and had done our homework on the car. He gave us a very good deal and made the process very easy. The car I wanted was on the truck and I had to wait a couple of days for it to come in but it was worth it. It was exactly the car I wanted, the color and with the options I needed. Both Django and David definitely worked with us to get the car I wanted and the price we wanted. We were extremely pleased with the whole process at Tysons Corner Audi. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

By the time we walked into the dealership, we new what we wanted. Audi of Tysons was the 3rd dealership we visited and Ali Malek was the 3rd Audi sales person we met with.We wanted a Q5 with specific requirements. We also preferred delivered 2011 delivery over something in stock in October 2010. When we described the car we wanted, Ali, like the previous sales people, did an inventory search. When we declined to take car with almost every feature, we braced ourselves for the pressure.Instead of the pressure, we got understanding. And patience. And the car exactly was we wanted it on our timing.We took delivery last weekend and Ali was there, walking us through every feature of our tricked-out Q5. Again, very patient, very charming.The finance person, Brian was assigned to offer financing and have a go at the dealer upgrades. We found him to be far more relaxed than his upgrade-specialist counterparts elsewhere. We added a couple things and declined most. He did manage to best my beloved credit union on the loan, by a hair. I recommend coming in with a strong loan offer in hand; it seemed to help him focus.We drove off the lot with our car and financing in place, very happy with the process.

For more than 20 years, we were BMW owners. When we decided to try another brand, we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Pat Driscoll, we traded for an A4 in 2002. In 2003, for a new A6. Two weeks ago, it was time to get a new car. We were met by Ali Malek and found him as friendly, helpful and professional. We wanted another A4 but was not sure if it will fit inside our garage. Ali drove me in a new A4 and found that the car does not fit, it is about a foot longer than my 2000 A4. So after my test drive I sat with Chris working on options and values. I am very happy and impressed with Chris attention towards me along with other customers he is dealing with. He is a multitasked Audi Engine :-), never get tired and loose his patience. My wife and I spent a couple weeks shopping around at many dealerships and researching prices online, and Ali stood out among all the sales reps for his professionalism and his refreshingly mild-mannered approach to sales. Black Friday, after shopping most of the morning, my niece accidentally dropped a quarter into my gearshift. I was unable to put my car in park & was very much panic-stricken. I was in Tyson's Corner so immediately tried to reach the service department of the dealership. Their telephone system was down so I drove straight there. It was approximately 3 pm. I put the car in neutral & put on the emergency brake & went inside. Kevin Ross, the assistant service manager waited on me. He said that he didn't have anyone who could help me & advised that I leave the car in neutral, keep the emergency brake on, & that way I could take my keys out. He NEVER came to look at the car, or attempted to help me in any way. I asked if I could make an appointment to bring the car back in the morning & he told me to call the main number of the dealership to schedule the appointment. I told him that their phone system was down. Instead of taking my word for it, he called the number, himself & then said, oh, our phone system is down, keep trying. I was totally floored & amazed. I got back in my car & drove 30 miles to Audi of Silver Spring who IMMEDIATELY resolved the problem. I will be calling headquarters on Monday morning. In the meantime, although I live in Falls Church, I will NOT be taking my car back to Tyson's Corner for service!

We had put off buying a new car because we really don't like the endless negotiations and the feeling that they are trying to get you with other senseless fees and car products/services.Because of that, we actually used the Checkbook car buying service so we did not have to negotiate with anyone. Ali Malek and the manager of Audi (we can't recall his name) were sensitive to that and we the price negotiation lasted only 2 minutes. the personnel were very helpful. everything was explained to me by the salesman and sales manager. the finance manager readily agreed to alter new pricing which had been previously quoted at a different dollar amount. the salesman went over the car very carefully with me, explaining all the controls. i was introduced to the service manager and assistant manager. when i went home and found that i had summer tires on the car, and we had agreed they should be all seasons. i was told 'no problem", drive the car and they would make arrangement to swap the tires out. this is not a trivial matter, and changing tires at a previous dealer was not successful.

I bought an Audi at the end of May. The dealer mixed up the VIN on my car with another one. It took them nearly two months to sort that out and in the meantime, they did not handle the change of title and tags. So much time elapsed that they could not transfer the tags from my old car and I have to go to DMV myself. The worst part of the experience is that they routinely let calls go to voicemail on the main number. Messages left there and on other voicemails are never answered.

My wife and I bought an Audi Q5 to replace a 2002 VW Passat we drove for 160,000 miles. We unexpectedly found the Audi dealer when the construction traffic prevented us from turning into Mercedes across the street. But the A6 was sitting there looking at us so we met Karifa and he educated us in the safety and performance comparisons. After driving the A6 we were very pleased with the interior and logical layout with the GPS, dashboard and console. Very comfortable ride and handling. The price was a little more than I wanted, but the additional wow factors made the difference. Excellent after sale follow through. Very competent sales staff. Low key with no pressure, courteous and knowledgable - even taught me how to program the navigation computer to get me started. We never did go across the street to look at the Mercedes. Our firm provides financial planning to high net-worth clients here in the DC area and I would recommend finding Karifa and experiencing Audi first hand to our clients looking for new or used luxury cars.

I would highly recommend Joseph Jay if you're looking for a new Audi at Audi of Tyson's Corner. Joseph had an in-depth knowledge of the product he's selling, is extremely courteous and very pleasant to work with. No hard sell - in fact he was very straightforward about sales opportunities that reduced our selling price, and these were Audi-sponsored opportunities weren't discussed with us at another Audi dealer in the DC area who was obviously about maximizing profit and nothing else. We bought our car from Joseph and would strongly suggest you ask for him if you're looking seriously at an Audi. We'll be interested to see if the repair and service department, when we need it, is also up to the high standards that Joseph has set for this dealer.

Michael Morris is an excellent and responsive sales person. He is straightforward and works well with the individual customer needs. My car was delivered in great shape and Michael kept me informed all along the way. My only issue is with the slow paperwork processing for my Virginia tags and Registration (A service for which I paid a lot of $$). It is almost 30 days and I STILL do not have a Virigina registration and permanent tags.

We purchased our first Audi from Audi Tysons Corner in Aug 2010. We have owned several high-end vehicles and dealt with many dealers in the past. My wife and I can honestly say without any hesitation that we had the best experience with this dealer and the sales professionals we dealt with, Chris and Dave. Unlike my past experience of going back and forth with numbers and nickeling and diming for everything, we were presented with a deal that is straightforward and transparent - no hassles and no pressures. We visited the dealer initially to lease a vehicle based on a friend's referral (he is also a prior customer with a very positive experience) , but actually ended up buying it at a much better price. Chris Ross (a sales person) and Dave McBrearty (a sales manager) displayed utmost professionalism and focused on the customer satisfaction. I had a couple of issues with my 2009 Audi A4. My Assistant Service Manager, Kevin Ross, was terrific -- friendly, efficient, professional, and was true to his word. For example, when he promised a status update call for a certain time, I got the call. Kevin worked diligently to get all of my car's issues resolved correctly and timely. To get one of the repairs resolved required the intervention/approval of the General Manager, Mike Tsamouras. Mike approved the resolution in a tremendously fair and equitable way. Mike, also, was friendly and professional.I am extraordinarily happy with the entire repair process from start to finish -- obviously all of the repairs were completed as promised, but also I was loaned a very nice new Q5 (it was really nice -- maybe I'll get that next time!) and my car washed and vacuumed prior to being returned to me.Also, I purchased the A4 new from Audi of Tyson's Corner and they treated me well and gave me a very good deal on the purchase price.My hat's off to the entire service (and sales) team (some of whom I don't know) for a job well done! I saw a hard to find used Q7 TDI on Steven's online listing. I recently broke my left ankle and needed a temporary Audi (w/ tiptronic) to drive, in place of my RS4 while I recover. I contacted Steven, at Tysons' and was so pleased with the level of service I received. I should mention that I live in San Francisco, CA and purchased my car entirely online and over the phone. Steven not only answered all of my questions, but took additional photos for me, provided the complete vehicle history and even took the time to make sure the wheels were in pristine condition. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a used VW Passat. We first looked at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis and found a nice Passat for sale, but the sales staff were pretty lazy. I was ready to buy a car from them that day at 5:30pm, but, im guessing it was too close to closing time for them to stick around, so he recommended I come back tomorrow to fill out paper work. I reluctantly agreed, thinking it odd he would want me to sleep on it. That night I searched on line for other deals and found the perfect Passat at Audi of Tysons, for a cheaper asking price. Emailed Bijan that night and I had a email waiting for me the next morning with the specifics and for me to come down for a test drive. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions (if he didnt have the answer, he didnt try to guess, he went and actually found the answer). He offered me a better trade in price and even dropped the price lower. The whole time I was there I felt like I was being treated the same way they would treat someone going to buy a brand new Porsche. They were all very nice all the way up to the end and beyond. Needless to say I did not go back to Fitzgerald, I happily gave him my business and would do it again.

I visited Porsche/Audi of Tysons (your review is coming soon) and was greeted by hot asphalt, half dead balloons and salesmen who didnt notice me at all. While I wondered the lot they were quick to not only notice the girl in the miniskirt, but also wasted no time getting her behind the wheel of a slightly dated 3rd generation Acura. Same goes for the oversized grey haired guy who pulled up in his too small for his frame Audi TT. Again rushed to greet him as well. I had a friend on a mission to buy an S5 and he too went to the same dealership only to be not helped and told he couldnt drive an S5. Instead he went to Carmax where they were happy to let him drive an S5 they had in stock he actually went on to buy that car. HBL You need to step it up.

I had seen a 2006 Saab 9-3 Sport Combi wagon on Cars.com that was being offered byt Audi of Tysons. The car had relatively low mileage and the listed cost was about $5K below what Kelley Blue Book said a comparable car should cost. I spoke with Steve a few times about the car and let him know I would be out for a test drive. He said he would already be off of work by the time I showed up but to ask for Jim and he could help me out.When I arrived Jim had Karifa show me the car and go over all the features of the model and we took it for a test drive. I hadn't planned on purchasing right away but the car was in such great shape and the price was fantastic too that I didn't want to pass it up. I spoke with Jim and gave him my offer price and he said that they could work with my number and Karifa started up the paperwork. This model has been difficult to find. This dealer worked hard to find us the right model with the equipment we wanted, rushed it's delivery to their location and had it prepped and ready for us, all within a few hours. I received the 2010 Audi S4 last weekend. This is the third S4 that my family bought at this dealership, the first one in 2003 (2004 model year). We live close by the dealership so I used to stop by this place and take a look at new models. I enjoy visiting this place since it is modern, clean, and easy to get in and out. I also have my S4 serviced here. We rely on the professional staff to take care of our cars.I have owned cars from Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, and others. But I enjoy driving the S4, especially during winter time since I have complete confidence in its handling capability, not that I ignore the laws of physics during inclement weather ;-) I highly recommend Audi S4 series to those interested in safe, fun year-round driving. Additionally, the sales manager, Dave, was very proactive in trying to find the exact car we wanted, and made call after call to numerous dealerships. At the end, he was able to secure the EXACT car we wanted! Also, when negotiating price, Dave was flexible to fit our needs and gave us the best deal they could. Additionally, through the financing process, our finance rep, Hana, was incredibly kind, thorough and patient. As it turns out, Audi of Tysons Corner even serves as a liaison to the DMV for tags and title - this is a HUGE plus b/c I do not like the long lines and wait at the DMV (I'm sure you can relate)! We could not have picked a better dealership and car professionals!

I had a problem with my Audi Q7 for about a few months. Due to some staff issues on the first attempt Audi service department could not address the problem and basically left me with a very unpleasant experience. Then I asked for the manager, Victor, to get involved. At that point things changed around, the problem was detected, parts were ordered and in a short time my car was fixed. He knew that the problem I experienced at the beginning was due to lack of responsibility of one his employees who left the company and he was there to do anything in his power to keep me, a customer, happy and satisfied and he achieved his goal. There were no hidden fees or unexpected "on site" tricks that I have grown accustomed to in working with most car dealerships. My experience with Audi of Tyson's Corner was a welcomed relief, especially since I had just had a horrible experience with another salesman from a different Audi dealership who tried to swindle me with hidden fees and in-store pressure. Overall Audi of Tyson's corner was a pleasure to work with. The staff was courteous, friendly, and extraordinarily helpful. In sharp contrast to the work I did with Tischer Audi in Maryland, who seemed completely unable to remember what my requirements were -- I never had to repeat myself to anyone at this dealership. They knew what I wanted, searched for it, couldn't find it, and worked on a custom order.My only gripe is around a request for modifying the behavior of the DRL LEDs. I asked the dealership if they would be willing to adjust them so they always stayed on, even when the turn signal was on. I didn't get a "no." I didn't get a "yes." I got a "yes, but you are responsible for anything that goes wrong." I also was informed it was not going to void my warranty. Anything that goes wrong? Anytime? Really? I spent a week trying to understand this and eventually gave up. I'd have been happier with a "no." For something as innocuous as this change, I felt corporate policy getting in the way of customer satisfaction. There's got to be a better way of managing your customers and their expectations.

Ali Malek - gentleman salesman, good at understanding needs, sensible communicating product and prices. Made sure Financing Department gave good rate on loan. Excellent follow up and after care service.The Finance Manager Brian was also reasonable, unlike other Audi dealers in the area(Rockville Pike in MD is the exact opposite). Where Rockville Pike try and fleece the customer for an extra buck by adding 2-3% on the cost of finance, Brian and Ali made sure the deal was as close to prime lending as to be consistence with my credit score, and did not overly push extra care services once the car was purchased. So I felt only bought things that were needed.Think also the general manager was friendly, and other staff / salesmen helped when needed instructions with the Navigation and technology systems.All in All good experience and would buy my second Audi from them.

I did have a problem that I should not have had, however, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager and another employee all worked to resolve my concerns in a timely and professional manner. I was disappointed but to be honest, they admited their mistake and have done everything reasonable to satisfy my concerns. I drove an extra 20 miles to get to Audi of Tysons because I received such poor service from the dealership closest to me. I went to this other dealership, met the manager and a sales person and informed them that I wanted to get the Audi A8. They were not very responsive, as if they didn't think I would actually get the car. The dealership didn't have any A8's for me to see. I had to call the salesman after not hearing from them for two weeks. It took 3 weeks for the salesman to call me back after my initial visit. So, I determined I would not buy a car from them. As a Pastor of 6,000 members, I would never send one of my members to that dealership. So I went to Audi of Tysons and had the best experience. Ali Malek was very responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. I picked up my A8L on Wednesday, and I've already recommended the dealership to my friend who wants the R8. I recommend this dealership without reservation.

We were looking for a decent deal on a quality, higher end, smaller size SUV. We have been shopping for months and have encountered every type of salesperson. Bijan made my wife feel comfortable and at ease with the process from the very start. He has many years of experience in the industry and still seems to have a passion for making the customers experience the best he can. They have a good selection of cars because of the trade-in's from customers buying the new audi's and porsche's. You might even think that because of the type of new cars they sell that their used cars would be more expensive or overpriced, however that's not the case. They were very competitive and wanted our business. Even the sale price negotiation wasn't stressful. Valerie, the finance director was very busy that day because the dealership had many buyers but she still took the time to meet our needs and answer our questions. Once we were done test driving and information gathering the sales and financing process took very little time to complete which was nice because we got to drive away and still enjoy our day. Overall a WOW experience and I would recommend Bijan, Valerie and HBL to ANYONE.

I visited 2 other Audi dealerships in the Washington, D.C. area and could not find anyone who would listen to what I wanted and work with me regarding the pruchase of a new Audi. I was so impressed with both Mike and David. I told them what I wanted and they set out and found a way to get it for me. I gave the same opportunity to 2 other Audi dealerships and left both in disgust swearing never to return. I was extremely pleased with how Nooch handled the entire deal from beginning to end. He was willing to work with me right me from the beginning. It is not very often do you come across people like him in this line of work. He was very professional but at the same time, was very understanding and courteous. He delivered what was promised, and even more. I interacted with some other people at HBL Audi too and I should say they were all wonderful people. Overall, I had the best car buying experience in a long time. And to top it all, I have a wonderful car.

My experience at Audi of Tysons was excellent, primarily thanks to Ali Malek. Tyson's had the only manual shift A5 in the area and Ali provided excellent service throughout our discussions, including during the test drive and the subsequent pricing negotiation. What was most pleasing, was that Ali still provided a great deal even though he had the only car in the area that I wanted to lease.I believe the face of an organization is its sales people and Ali did an excellent job of showing why Audi of Tysons is highly rated. I look forward to leasing another Audi from Ali when the term of my current lease is up.

Went to Audi of Tysons Corner on a very busy Saturday afternoon, manager of the dealership came over and apologized for the wait, talked with me for a few minutes and thanked me for waiting, told me someone would be with me shortly, after a few minutes Mo Mahmoodi came over he was a very professorial and spoke with a lot of knowledge about the car! The whole transaction went very smoothly, and I am very happy with my new car. Prior to my arrival at Audi of Tysons Corner I spoke to Kevin the Used Sales Manger on the phone and expressed my interest in a car that I saw on the internet. Kevin was knowledgeable about the car and said we can come anytime to see it. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership Kevin introduced us to Bijan who was very helpful with us. He took me for a test drive and made me feel very comfortable driving the car -- it was a manual, and had been a while since I had driven with a stick. After the test drive Bijan had our trade-in evaluated and kept us informed of the process. We worked with Bijan and Kevin to come to an agreed price for the used car and our trade it. While all the paper work was being processed Bijan directed my husband and I to a nice area where we could relax and have some coffee. After everything was said and done Bijan kept in touch with me and informed me when the car was ready. I really appreciate all of the personal attention we received from Bijan and Kevin at Audit of Tysons Corner. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My experience with Audi of Tysons Corner (and more specifically Ken Orr) far exceeded my expectations. Came in with my wife and 3 young kids about an hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon. Ken was very helpful in helping me decide which car I wanted and helping me work out a lease deal that fit my budget. I expected to be rushed out the door at closing time, but Ken stayed with me a half hour after the dealership closed to show me a few models that he had on the lot. This was, by far, the best experience I have had at an Audi dealership (dealt with 2 in NJ years ago).I highly recommend Audi of Tysons Corner and suggest you stop in and ask for Ken Orr. You wont be disappointed!

Sales people were extremely friendly and helpful. Noted that calling to get a sales person can sometimes take a very long time and frustrating phone system. Lock Jack installation has been difficult. Went there to find out installer was not there but at another dealer. Left expecting a call to arrange in-home installation and never got a call. Going in for service already and limited slots for service available. Courtesy car should be unlimited time if service such requires. Should not be expected to pay after 24 hours if service mandates longer time to be completed.

I called the dealer on a Saturday morning and got Ken. I told him what I was looking for and asked if he had the car available to test drive, which he did. We came in approximately an hour later and he was very thorough in showing the car features before the test drive, and once we got back and decided to proceed with that model, he and his team did a great job in locating a car to our specifications and working with us on the numbers to make the deal work.

My CFO and I walked into the dealership last Saturday and was very obvious that we were extremely interested in not just buying one car (Q5) but two (R8, a 150,000 car). The Salesman Matt Cruz, first seemed to have pushed us out the door even before we sat down. He did not seem interested nor did he even seem to care to make the deal. I was then not contacted untill Sunday. only to read that he has been very busy and that he will get back to me. Then Monday came around and he still mentioned that he would contact me but never called. I can not get over, even in this economy that a salesperson would not want to do a deal. This is so unprofessional and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone!

I had a great experience with Ali, my sales rep. He was informative without being too pushy and allowed me time to consider all of my options. Dave, the sales manager, was more up front than any sales rep I've met in a long time which was refreshing. They, along with Hannah in finance, were incredibly patient when I changed my mind a couple of times and even helped me weigh out my options. After reading some of these reviews, I'm a little nervous about dealing with the service department, but hope that won't be my experience when the time comes. Certainly wasn't the case with the sales staff who stayed late on a snowy night to finalize the deal and still took the time to go over all the final details on the vehicle only to exchange it for me the next day when I changed my mind.

The service organization and particularly Matt Frick, my service coordinator, consistently deliver stellar support. They are responsive, set proper expectations, deliver beyond those expectations and generally go out of their way to ensure you get the experience you would expect when purchasing a car in this category. I had to take(tow) my car in for damage I did in the snow storm underneath the car and Greg Jackson gave me the name of the towing company that they use and itwas fantastic. They towed the car in after a heavy snow and were at my houseto take the car within a few hours.The Audi service department totally fixed my car and I was back out on theroad in 2 days and this was even after they had to order parts for my car.I always have been cared for very well at this dealership.

This is a swindle. When I purchased the car they told me they would cover for a rental car during warranty work. Now, they don't fix the car, so I have to take it over and over, they take several days to work on it, they never have replacement parts, and I have to pay for the rental car.

I will first start by saying I have owned several Audis in the past, I feel they make a great product. Its just too bad that the dealers are not as good as the cars. As far as teh friendliness goes, the service consultant Mr. Frick is as about as snobby as one can be. He is a real prick. I asked to see the service manager and Mr. Frick didnt even acknowledge I had said anything. I had so many new dings in teh side of my car after they were done with it, it looked like the finish on my golf balls. When I seen the porter with one hand it didnt surprise me. As for the service...it was sub par at best. For as much as they charged me these Audi Techs must all be making a killing...They couldnt find the rattle that IS THERE EVERYTIME I GO OVER SPEED BUMPS. Anyway i will not be returning to this dealer...EVER.

As with so many other reviews, I don't know where to start. Way too many problems and the staff are an absolute bunch of jerks. It must come from management on down. I have seen too many service reps leave, and speaking to one who ended up elsewhere, this is because the managers are totally profit driven and could care less about customer satisfaction. They routinely took advantage of my wife. A horrible place to deal with, and I'm glad I finally found a trustworthy independent shop.

The saga begins in 2005, I get a flat and low and behold no spare. The car had been a couple of places including HBL so I called my service writer to see if was removed and not replaced by accident. Couldn't find it. Put the car on lock down, no one touches it but me. I bring it back for the 35k 6 months later with a bunch of warranty requests. Get denied on half of them. The scratch my rear bumper. Change my own oil 4 months later and whoever put the underbody skirt on left 2 bolts out so now it's damaged. A couple of months later I am cleaning the car, go to clean the spare well and wheel and tire is gone again. I end up buying it (the same one) back on ebay. Check the other work that had been done and half of it is not put back together correctly.Call the service manager and he hides behind the amount of time passed. I drive the car 7000 miles a year sorry it took me so long to figure out you stole from me.My fuel economy takes a dump around the same time so I check the plugs, if they were replaced at 35k I am a Bill Gates. Complain with BBB and with Audi of America,,,basically get told to pound sand. To bad the car is so great, I will never deal with HBL in any fashion ever and I will trade this car as soon as I can.

What a nightmare dealing with HBL service department. Price gouging, but when you get the car back you always discover something did not get fixed. I had a problem with the engine losing power and vibrating, I get a call that it's "oil sludge" and it would cost $5000 to fix. They had the car two weeks. Now you would think that with a $5000 repair would give me two minutes conversation with the technician to insure they understood the problem. I get the car back two weeks later, did not even get all the way back to work and had the same problem. I'd also mentioned two of the tires they replaced on a previous servicing were leaking air. When I got it back this time I noticed that the two tires were still low. This dealership has soured me on European cars completely, now driving a Honda Accord, why on earth did I stop buying Japanese cars? That A4 was a nightmare.

I echo others here...."I have had so many bad experiences with this dealership that I would never consider buying a car here or having them service my car. " The only reason they're still in business (service OR sales) is they're the only Audi shop in the No.Va. area. Alexandria is too far away and too small. I drive over to Md. now for service, which is a hassle. I'm dumping the car as soon as it's out of warranty.

Have bought a loaded A4 from Audi via their on-line division. All physical contact with the dealer after picking up the car has been absolutely appalling - uncaring/rude, lacking professionalism all around. I cannot understand how they can stay in business. In fact, I do - they have a larger selection than other Audi dealers in the area and Audi is a high-demand brand in DC. Furthermore, they also sell Porsches although I would surmise they behave the same there. I am looking to upgrade to an S4 or S6 but would never consider HBL again - unfortunately, Audi of America is aware of the black eye these people give them and do not seem to care. I may look at an M5 next.

Some of the common problems with every service visit are:- They do not know what the problem with the car is.- They never complete the work on the first visit.- Not consistent service.I purchased the car from HBL and this is the only positive thing that I have to say about them:- They do not have the best price in the market, but they did not hassle me at all.

I was looking to purchase the car of my dreams--a new S4 and HBL happened to have one that fit my specs on the lot. As part of the negotiations, I gave them a price I was willing to pay, which included the vehicle, destination, gas guzzler tax and documentation fee. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, the salesman provided me with a deal sheet that added BACK the gas guzzler tax. I had to argue for a few minutes before he appeared to agree that the tax was added back in error. While waiting for the F&I guy to finish the deal, I was told that it was mandatory to fill out a credit application, even though this was an all-cash deal. I refused and had to argue for a few minutes longer.In to visit the F&I guy. He attempted to add back the gas guzzler tax (which would have resulted in me paying it TWICE) which I caught on the final contract--like I was going to miss an extra $1,300 tacked on.On to delivery. The only thing I asked the salesperson to check was to straighten the steering wheel, as it was canted a degree or two to the left. Sure enough, on delivery it was untouched and needs to be addressed.I gave HBL a bad rating in the Audi of America survey and asked both AoA and HBL to call me. I received an "apology" call from somebody at HBL. During that call, in which I was exceedingly polite, he explained that **I** made a mistake by not filling out the credit application and and that "...the Patriot Act required them to get a credit application on all car buyers." What bull.After that experience, I will NEVER let these guys touch my car. Stay away from HBL Audi. Audi of America, please do something!

I have a pre owned certified Audi (2001) bought from the dealer around Jan 2004. <br><br>SCENE I: I went for a routine check up in November. They claimed that the direction of the tires was not correct and needed to be changed. ($150 over the $750 I was already paying. My argument: The car is certified from HBL. If tires are not in the correct direction it is their responsibility anyway since they assembled they should have checked that during the 300 point inspection. <br>As if this was not enough, they then scratched the entire driver side of the car. When I took it back they initially refused and then kept the car for the whole week without actually working on it. Next weekend when I went to collect my car, they still had not gotten to it and quoted stupid reasons like weather etc.. Despite repeated complaints the manager refused to reimburse or even apologize. <br><br>SCENEII: Exhaust pipe broke down. Initially they told me that it was the Catalytic converter and they would cover it under warranty. They called me and told me that the quote was $550. I told them that I would like a second opinion. When I went to collect my car, they said that they could not let me drive the car this way and it was a safety issue. So they changed the pipe, charged me $450. . They told me that I will have to come later as their technicians are not in. When I went back to them to recollect my car, I asked for an inspection. Likewise I suspect there is a leak of the exhaust gas. So when I went for an inspection to see of they have really put original parts and if they have assembled it correctly I was told that I would be charged another $55 for the inspection. I strongly suspect that they have not done the job correctly and because of disagreements they may even have sabotaged the exhaust system. Currently I have a rattling exhaust and an evident exhaust smell. <br>There are no LOANERS. Likewise the rented cars are the oldest possible. During the many hours I spent at the Audi Service, I have seen people getting angry and walk out due to lack of timeliness. I believe the Honda and Toyota dealers would have better service. <br>

I took the car there to have it inspected after it was involved in a collision. The body shop did not repair some things correctly and I wanted the 'experts' to make sure it was put back together correctly. It was like pulling teeth to get the service advisor to give the mechanic the 'ok' just to drive the car! If i'm hearing noises and it feels like its pulling, how is just looking at it going to determine what's wrong?? They never resolved the electrical issues I had with the car - they blamed a low-voltage battery. I'm no mechanic, but that makes no sense. And when I went to pick it up, there as a new dent in my brand new rear bumper!! They claimed b/c it was a new, state-of-the-art shop, it couldn't possibly have been done there. Whatever!! I had to call Audi customer relations just to get them to agree to replace it, and they wouldn't authorize a rental or loaner for the days i was inconvenienced. And they never call!! Everytime I got any information, I had to initiate the call, and they just never seem to do what you've asked them to do. They acted like they were afraid I didn't have the money to pay! Absolutely the WORST service experience ever. They are stuck up, snotty, and don't know jack about repairing the cars. Where did these people come from and where do they get off! Thinking of trading in my Audi...even the customer advocate seemed to let the dealer get away with acting this way. For such a high end store and dealership, they are completely clueless as to how to treat their customers. And where are the loaners?!?! I was immediately taken to Enterprise, and had to pay for my own car!! Ridiculious!! DO NOT EVER GO TO HBL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had so many bad experiences with this dealership that I would never consider buying a car here or having them service my car. <br><br>In 2000, I bought an S4. The first time I walked in the showroom I was treated as if I couldn't afford the car... they wouldn't let me have a test drive. I chalked this one up to the salesman, and came back a few days later. Well, that sales experience went a little better, but they tried lowballing me on a trade-in and the financing people not only lied about my reported credit score, they also tried to pass off financial products without explaining the full consequences of them... very shady.<br><br>Since that time, my car has been in for service numerous times. They are never timely and it is difficult to schedule an appointment with them. They have taken the car in for problems and not fixed the problems. They have kept the car for minor issues for 4 days, not done anything to fix it, then charged me for the rental car beyond 3 days, all without calling me to tell me that I'd be on the hook for money.<br><br>A co-worker got a TT from them recently, and it spent over half of the first month in HBL for service. They were horrible at communicating with him. He asked if he could keep the car while waiting for them to service it since the issue was minor. They said it'd be better if he didn't, that it would only be a couple of days. Two weeks and several phone calls later, they finally said, "well, the part's not going to come in for a while, so come get your car".<br><br>I can't imagine worse customer service. I suppose that's part of the game considering how many cars they do sell. I definitely do not recommend them.
