Had an excellent experience with my recent service at Audi Peabody. From the scheduling of the appointment to drop off and pick up I was very impressed. My service advisor Ryan could not have been better to work with. He is certainly an assist to the dealership. My car was serviced as well as washed prior to my picking it up. Having a loaner for the day was also a plus. Had yet another great experience at Audi Peabody Service!! I made a last minute appointment for an issue with my seatbelt. I was expecting the car to be in the shop for the long weekend (as initially I was told the part had to be ordered.) I was given a very nice Hybrid Q5 as a loaner. Low and behold my service advisor Nick was able to come upon the last one in stock. My car was serviced and washed inside and out within a few hours. I continue to be very impressed with Audi Service of Peabody.

Great customer service provided by both Nate and Greg. They got me in and out well within the promised timeframe. Update: serviced again today and the team really got it done. I was in to drop my car off with no problem. Service writer Chris and the gentleman in charge of loaners were great. They called me an hour or so later to let me know it was done and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great team!

First time at Audi of Peabody. Everything done well, done correctly, done professionally. I got a loaner car. So no worries. This part of life went well. A year later, 40K miles checkup went well. Nick was our service rep and did it all right 5 stars for Nick and Audi! Now, if they could only fix the traffic in Salem……

Excellent car buying experience at Audi Peabody. Jason was friendly and exceptionally helpful with our many questions. The process was stress free and pleasant. He helped us compare the cars we were interested in and ultimately gave us a very fair value on our trade-in and our new car.

Perfect, that’s the first word that comes to mind when I think of Michael Brown and Audi of Peabody. The second word is fabulous. My car (2020 Audi A5) is stunning and quite honestly a dream come true. Michael gave my husband and I the opportunity to own this beautiful vehicle and the space we needed to come to the decision on our own. Thank you Michael and the rest of the staff (Ben in the business office) for being so knowledgeable and professional.
