I had the pleasure of dealing with Lou when I bought my new car. At first we discussed over the email since the location is quite far from where I lived. We discussed the best offer deal and scheduled to come look at the car in person since they had the color but not quite the options I was looking for. Lou brought out the car and it was dirty on the outside due to the weather we been having here. He explained to me about the car and it's features and then we talked about price. I just purchased a beautiful new Q5 and my car needed to have an electronic module replaced after about 5days - I'm in IT so understand everything is electronic; and easy to fix if you go to the right place so was hoping for the best. However, I was profoundly surprised how the service department genuinely cared about me and the impact it would have on me with this car issue as I was on my way to Prescott for a four day trip (and of course, a car packed ready to go) This is what real customer service is about and without a blink of an eye I had a fabulous loaner, Amir (be sure to find him at the service desk) helped me with the entire process, he even helped with the transfering of all my "stuff" to a new car and made the process absolutely painless. Non of this: sign here ten times to be sure they were covered under liabilty.. . VOILA I was off without feeling any issue. My car was ready before I got back and it was no issue for them plus they even detailed cleaned my car.., again. Bottom line: these guys / gals at the service department really are exemplary at what they do in taking care of customers. That is exactly how it should be when you need help, they treated me with respect, explained the issues, told me exactly what was wrong and if anything happened again to personally call. Thank you Peoria Audi...you are absolutely above other car dealer's standards in customer service. PS

Mike, our service representative, was very friendly and efficient. The visit was pleasant except for the cost. It would be wise for VW/Audi to consider adding a program for those of us on a fixed income. $900 for a 35K check up was exorbitant even for an S4. I honestly have to warn potential Audi buyers to be aware that its not inexpensive to maintain an Audi although the car is well made and handles very nicely with lots of zip.

Since it was to be a more exhaustive service call, Mike had a loaner car ready for me. When I returned the car was ready, all maintenance had been superbly performed and the car was washed and vacuumed. I went car shopping on a Friday night by web submission/email. I was looking for an extremely good deal on an Audi A3 after reading about some other VW TDI owners finding such deals. I submitted quote requests to 11 dealers across 5 states in my area, and heard back from most of them. Audi Peoria (AZ) was extremely interested in making a deal and we went back and forth a few times Friday night by email, where I laid out what I was trying to achieve. Saturday morning I got another offer from them by email that was very close to what I had set as my goal, and I decided to take it. A little more information exchange with them, including credit checks etc. and I was ready to buy a plane ticket to AZ. I got the ticket and 45 minutes later was at the checkin desk of the airport. Due to some flight delays, I was at Sky Harbor Airport about 3 or 3 1/2 hours later where Audi Peoria picked me up and took me to the dealership. There we went through the paperwork, finalized purchases, signed the docs, and they gave me a tour of the car. I then drove off, procured a few provisions and some dinner, and set off into the sunset for the 10 hour drive home. All in all a very positive experience. I was treated very well and professionally while on premises, as well as during our earlier email negotiations.

My car would not start. My husband called our service person, Amir Hamzabegovic. He told us to tow the car in, and he would have a loaner waiting for us. Amir was true to his word, and within 30 minutes I was in a loaner car. I flew in to Phoenix to pick up the car from out of town and the dealership offered to send a driver to the airport to pick me up. When I got to the dealership, the paperwork and car were ready to go and I was out with a new car and all the paperwork done is about an hour. I highly recommend Audi Peoria.

We worked with Timothy Jerome in sales. Our main goal was to have a smooth and easy car buying process, with no headaches and no games. In order to do this, my husband first called Timothy and he was very informative and helpful on the phone without being pushy. So we went into the dealership, were able to work out a great deal right away without any haggling, and we were out of the dealership within about an hour and a half. We couldn't leave with the car because the particular one I wanted was at another dealership- both the manager and Timothy were very communicative about the process and timing for getting the car, calling us a couple of times, and we picked up the car the next day. Timothy took the time to explain all the features of the car, while sitting in the car. Overall, he was extremely helpful and made the whole process very stress-free and easy. I plan to buy my next Audi from Timothy in about 5 years!The loan paperwork process also went very smoothly with Tony, who also was not at all pushy and went out of his way to get the best interest rate for us.We really appreciate all of the people we dealt with at Peoria Audi and I love my new A5!!

We loved working with Sinine. She was wonderful. The only down side to all of this was after we got the price of the car settled we went to get the warranty portion done. We just thought we were done, and then we had to go through that again. I think that all dealers do that, but we were so tired by then. But everyone there was so nice and we loved going there.

We had a fantastic sale experience at Audi Peoria. We bought a new 2015 Q7-S line with the help of Jacob Surby and Joon Shin. It was very easy, straight forward, no games deal. I called Jacob knowing the vehicle I wanted (thanks to the easy to use on-line inventory tool) and offered a fair deal, including trade-in and cash. Mind you I call the other two Audi dealers in the valley with the same offer for a comparable vehicle and one responded the next day (too late) and the other never provided me with any feedback. After my discussion with Jacob and Joon over the phone, they called me back within 20 minutes and we closed the deal. No non-sense, fair to both parties. Delivery was outstanding. Facilities are great. I will definitely come back next year when it is time to buy another car.

I'm in the market for the RS7, so after reading the glowing reviews of Audi Peoria (AP), I went straight to their website. They have one RS7--Panther Black. Ok lets go check it out. On the drive to AP on Sun at 2 pm, I called to make sure they still had her in stock. Sales guy says, "Yes, it's still here." I say "Ok, great I'll be there to look/test drive in 30 mins." Ok. We get there and stroll around looking, looking, looking, until a friendly guy steps up. "We would like to look at the RS7." "Oh" and he pauses and looks around, so I start thinking that we're too late, and it's currently in negotiation. But then he says that "The car is on hold" and then "The car is sold." Confused as to why because I just called saying I'm on my way to check it out - which was confirmed by a guy in their sales dept. Well, he says, "All of our RS7s are pre-orded, so we don't keep any in inventory. But you are free to go the delivery bay and look at the sold one." (!) So... Just wanted to know if this is SOP for you guys at AP? Maybe I'm expecting too much.

Purchased a 2016 Q5 in August 2015. We discussed what I was looking for ahead of time and the staff worked diligently to locate one that had my preferred color and list of options. Their pricing was reasonable on the new vehicle and our trade-in. At delivery the introduction to the car's features and technology was good, but overwhelming at first. Be prepared for the last minute pitch to sell dealer add-ons such as paint protection, maintenance plans, .... This added excessive time to the delivery process. Overall a good experience.

I've been meaning to get around to writing this review for a while now but have been busy enjoying my 2015 S5! The car is fantastic and my buying experience with Audi Peoria and Nancy was great. This is our second Audi and we had a wonderful experience purchasing our Q5 a few years ago - Nancy and the team at Peoria topped even our high expectations.I ALWAYS negotiate heavily for any car I buy but even I felt their asking price for my car was more than fair so I didn't even bother negotiating - folks need to pay their people and keep the lights on. Pricing out of the way, the other issue was that I'm in LA. A few phone calls to discuss details of the car and confirm pricing and my wife and I booked our tickets and were on our way.Nancy went out of her way to pick us up at our hotel to avoid paying for an expensive cab ride to the dealership. The dealership was clean and well organized and our car was inside, fully detailed, and waiting for us to inspect it. The prep team did a great job having the car ready, apart from a few finger smudges (which Nancy quickly took care of) the car was immaculate. You can tell from speaking with Nancy that she's a true auto enthusiast - she loves the product and really believes Audi makes some of the best cars on the road. It's good to speak with someone so confident and honest in what they're selling. As far as salespeople go, Nancy is top notch. She is extremely detail oriented - maybe a bit OCD like myself, something I appreciated. I can see how her knowledge of the product might be a little intimidating - she knows her stuff, but for anyone serious about wanting to know everything about the car they're about to buy - Nancy's probably got the info.Knowing that we were coming in from out of town, things were well laid out for us - we reviewed the paperwork, signed, and were on our way. Chris made sure we were good with all the numbers and relayed everything via email so we could have a hard copy of the numbers before we arrived. They were kind enough to gas the car up with a full tank so we could get a head start on beating traffic back to LA. It's unfortunate we're so far from Peoria as I would be happy to bring my cars to them for any maintenance or service work.My wife doesn't think so, but I see an R8 in our future - definitely will be contacting the team at Peoria when I'm ready.

I went to Audi of Peoria, interested in 2 cars that they had available. Lane was incredibly helpful and patient while I spent most of the day trying to decide between the two! I didn't feel pressured at all, and Lane was quick to answer all of my questions that came up while I was trying to make a decision. I ended up choosing a certified Audi A5 convertible and couldn't have been happier. Lane even broke out the big bow for a photo opportunity after the sale! I'll definitely be going back here to purchase my next car.

Lane Rogers the salesman was knowledgeable about the new Q3's features and was clearly very passionate about the product - an essential characteristic in my opinion. Other team members including Lou Solomon the Sales manager, Joe Leavitt the General Manager and Engel Sankar the Finance Manager were very courteous and professional. This dealerships level of engagement struck the right balance of respect for the customer and a desire to make a sale. I traveled over 40 miles to this dealership even though the North Scottsdale dealership were closer, While North Scottsdale were courteous, there was a marked difference in the responsiveness to questions - as noted by another customer. In addition, the level of product knowledge at Audi Peoria was fantastic.This is my return to the Audi brand after almost 17 years. I like what the brand is doing and dealerships like Audi Peoria are a fantastic extension to the Audi name.Definitely recommend Audi Peoria and especially the staff members mentioned

I know most people (me included) don't enjoy the experience of buying a car (particularly a used one) as much as we should. For a carefully researched, petrol-head like me, I buy more than my share of cars and know exactly what I want. I came across a particular car on the internet, and Todd (the internet sales manager) was quick to give me more information. He and his internet associates were very helpful, and I ended up buying the car sight-unseen. The price was fair, the condition was accurate, and Todd even drove it 200+ miles closer to my house so we didn't need to travel as far. We've bought 4 cars in the last 2 years, and this has been the best experience we've had. Audi Peoria is still a dealership with it's dealer-esque "niggles", but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

We had an absolutely perfect vehicle purchase at Audi Peoria. It started out test driving a S3. This wasn't the right car for me. Fortunately we seen a S4 pre-owned identical to the one I would order. I was able test drive it twice on Friday. Strangely enough we stopped by Sunday morning to take pictures of the car and they were open. We had two excellent sales associates and they presented an offer that was extremely fair. We finished the paperwork efficiently and the finance person was one of the best at offering aftermarket products in a simple and low pressure environment. We left the car with them to apply an aftermarket paint and interior protection and we showed up for delivery the car looked fantastic! We arrived earlier than we had scheduled, but the dealership personnel including the General Manager went out of their way to get a few things ready and shortly we were on our way home with our new (to us) Audi. The entire selection, purchase and delivery process was done professionally, honestly and efficiently. Make sure you check these guys out if you looking for an Audi!

We phoned and made an appointment to see a used 2013 Cadillac CTS. When we arrived the car was clean and ready to go. The salesman, Patrick, took time to go over the important features of the car before the test drive. After the drive Patrick showed us the history of the car and a complete CARFAX report. He was great! We then met the manager, Todd, who provided us with an out-the-door cost for the car. We were pleasantly surprised when he said he would accept a personal check and up to $10,000 on a credit card. There was never any sales pressure. He too was nice to deal with. After we decided to purchase the Cadillac, the finance manager, Jeremy, handled the sale in a friendly and professional manner. At the time we thought we would like the extended warranty and paid for it. But later we decided we didn't need it. We contacted the finance manager who sent us the forms for a 100% refund. He too was great to work with. What a wonderful team at Audi Peoria. This was the best automobile buying experience ever.

My experience at Audi Peoria is how a car buying experience should be. The entire process was seamless, comfortable and enjoyable. I did not have any of the "hemming and hawing" or the "back and forth" I had with other dealerships. When I originally spoke with Peoria Audi, I was impressed with the candor expressed by JJ, one of the salespeople, but had decided to buy from another dealer. Joe Leavitt reached out to me to let me know he would work with me on a price and it was considerably less than the other dealership. I went in one morning and walked out with a new car. Lane, the salesperson who helped me that day, was incredibly helpful and very low pressure. He showed me all the reasons why Audi was a great car to have. He was incredibly patient with me and even came out to my house to help me understand the MMI system (no easy feat!). Other than that, the buying experience was not so fabulous - a bit of deception regarding availability of cars, the other car dealership, and a couple of other things. I completed an Audi survey sharing my experience and, afterwards got a very cool response from the sales department. When I reached out with questions about my car and the MMI system, I did not receive a reply. It took several requests to get someone to respond. When I did speak to him on the phone, the responses were clipped and a bit condescending. What totally turned me around was when my new tags didn't make it to my house. I reached out to Joe, the only person I felt would respond to me, he not only figured out what was going on, but had someone go to the MVD, pick up my tags and bring them to me. WOW! Without Joe and my initial experience with Lane, I wouldn't have rated the overall as four stars. So, if you want a great deal and an awesome salesperson, go see Lane. Regarding the facilities, the reason I rate them an average is primarily because, if you are waiting at the dealership for anything, your choices for nourishment are water, coffee and unhealthy packaged snacks (cookies, goldfish, etc.) If you can get a loaner, there are lots of food options around though. It's a clean, nice facility though - just very basic in its offerings.

I just bought a 2007 BMW 335i convertible from Peoria Audi, and I was very happy with both the personal attention they gave me and the incredible deal they gave me. Let me tell you more: the car was already the best deal on the internet but I did not want the low profile tires and Fikse wheels the previous owner had installed. They had another BMW in the lot and agreed to swap the wheels for me. When I inspected the wheels, they were badly scratched, so they agreed to refinish the scratched wheels. When I picked up the car, they had actually refinished all four wheels and installed brand new premium tires! All this involved a lot of phone calls and discussion with JJ Saldana, and I really have to commend him for his patience and dedication to customer satisfaction. Oh yes, while I was waiting for the car to be ready, they gave me a brand new Audi Allroad as a loaner for a week.

Juvenal (J J ) Saldana was truly outstanding from the very beginning. I have met few sales people that REALLY want you to be totally satisfied with the entire process from start to finish as J. J. clearly was! I purchased an A8L and the new MMI and navigation etc. is somewhat complicated and I needed to be walked through all of the nuances and J.J. was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. He delivered the car to my home to assist in setting up the garage door opener and to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable with what we feel is an outstanding vehicle. This review is on AutoNation store or Audi, Peoria, located at 16900 N 88th Dr, Peoria, AZ 85382I was shopping for their used car inventory and in talks (constant exchange of e-mails) with one of the sales representative, Todd Stamps. In agreement with his General Manager, Todd Stamps, sends an e-mail out to me agreeing on a certain price. We agree to close the deal. The next day, 10/13/2013, I visit the dealership, Audi Peoria, to close my deal and drive-out in my new wagon. We start with the paper work and here comes the blow! The Finance Manager (casually addressed Joe) disapproves at the last minute stating there is some mistake in numbers.. More so, his verbal tone, language and pitch was rude and insulting. General Manager, under whose consent the numbers were agreed upon also backed off at that minute. They goofed-up on the numbers, they should ideally make it up by making some adjustments owing to their mistake, instead, they show unprofessionalism, unethical behavior and humiliate the customer with their attitude. This dealership needs to start from the scratch on building and retaining customer relationships. Not every customer comes with a big pocket to purchase an Audi. If so, please do not keep other brands.. I am a sole bread earner for my 4-member family. An extra stretch on money spending needs multiple thoughts, they are a dealership dealing in premium cars, a small difference owing to their own oversight/ mistake can be made up easily else where. Courtesy and ethics demand, they should honor their e-mail in black and white or meet somewhere in an amicable way.

Found a used Honda Pilot on cars.com and submitted an online credit application around 12pm. Received a very prompt call back from the dealer. They were willing to work with me on the price that I was looking for. If you're looking for an audi, then go to this dealership. DO NOT go to the audi dealership in north scottsdale. The purchase experience was fine, the aftermath not so good. I found the car online, went in for a test drive and negotiated my trade in and purchase price that evening. At the end of the negotiating, I told them that we have a deal if you include window tint. They agreed which they did the following morning when I took delivery of the car. I recommend not having your window tint included in the purchase price. Regardless if they have retinted the job, they refuse to stand behind their vendors who do the work. I will now have to pay out of pocket (again) to have my windows retinted correctly, as it should have been done the first time. Since these are independently owned facilities, Audi of North America can't do anything. When I purchased my car, I was told that the window tint had a warranty of a year, paperwork that they refused to give me. Shady business people who do not stand behind their work. Save yourself some time and go to Scottsdale or Chandler.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and spent the weekend test driving close to 15 different small to mid size SUV's. The experience with Michael and Todd was different than the rest. Audi knows they have a quality product and they let it sell itself, providing answers to our questions and creating a comfortable sales environment. We were sold on the Q5 Hybrid and have enjoyed driving it the past week. For us it provided more comfort and a better drive than the Toyota Highlander Hybrid and the Lexus R450h although somewhat smaller than the other two. They go the extra length to create a positive experience. Their pricing was fair and matched what I could find on the internet. We would highly recommend a visit to Audi of Peoria.

My choice of Audi Peoria to buy a 2013 A6 was based upon the excellence of their Service Department Staff. Each time in the past when I had brought my A4 to them, I was treated with exceptional courtesy, complete professionalism and a most helpful attitude. Thus, when I decided to purchase a new Audi, it was Audi Peoria I first contacted. My buying experience last week was swift, pleasurable and to my complete satisfaction. The price I paid proved to be less than I had anticipated when summarizing the costs for the features I wanted in the A6. The sales and financial representatives allowed me the time to question certain aspects and responded fully and clearly to my satisfaction. I also appreciate that time was given demonstrating the operation of the many advanced technologies of the A6 such as the MMI feature and parking system. I have purchased many cars over the years from different dealerships in California, Illinois, and Arizona. My purchase of the A6 from Audi Peoria ranks as the easiest and most rewarding one I have had.

We're rather picky when looking for the right automobile. We don't want a lot of high-end fluff technology that never gets used and is only used to pad the price of the vehicle. We spent several weeks looking at many different makes and models of compact SUVs. We finally settled on the 2013 Audi Q5 as being the best and most value for the money. Peoria Audi was professional the entire way. It took a lot of effort on their part to find a vehicle that fit our parameters. They never once steered us into a more "loaded" vehicle for their own profit that may have been readily at hand. They also gave us a great value on our trade-in and discounted the end resulting purchase to fit our budget. All in all - not only were they up front and dilligent in their service, they were fair and balanced on the trade and final deal. No pressure - friendly - professional and willing to find a vehicle that fit our needs regardless of their profit margins. It's tough to find a dealership today with that kind of principles.

We bought a very nice A5 from this dealership a little over a year ago and experienced excellent service with that purchase. The service department is beyond professional every time we visit for service. We now find a larger vehicle is necessary and were shopping around recently when we asked a different dealer to run numbers for a trade in for our Audi. We were nothing short of shocked when we were told that Peoria Audi would not even make an offer because the CarFax showed a collision and they could not certify the car. A car backed into our bumper and left a small ding but because a police report was taken, it showed up on a CarFax report and Peoria Audi hung their hat on that report, sight unseen. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We will avoid Peoria Audi and any other dealership giving that much weight to CarFax reports.

Sometime in the next few months I plan on buying an S4 or S5. I stopped in for parts for my wifes current A4 and decided to see what they had. After nearly 15 minutes of looking hard at 3 models in the show room and 10 more outside, I left. NO salesman ever came to help me. I guess if you show up in shorts and a t shirt your $130K per year income isn't enough for help at this dealership. I used to be in sales, one of my biggest sales was to a retired woman in Tonopah making well below the poverty level on SS. NEVER underestimate a sale!!! I may try again, but so far the Audi where I got my A4 is still lead. PS, parts people were GREAT!!

I found the new car for sale on the internet. The salesman delivered on everything as promised. I drove 4.5 hours each way for this car deal. Everything went just as planned. One minor snag is that I traded in a car, and the plates were transferred. I was charged full price on the plates for the new vehicle. I knew I had a refund coming, but it took three months to get it. That is rediculous. They said they had a staffing issue and that it has been corrected. Would I do it again? You bet!

From the very first moment I stepped onto the lot Michael treated me with respect. Being a first time buyer and a recent college grad, I would have never believed that I would walk off the lot in a beautiful Audi A3 but I accomplished just that. After telling Michael my budget he quickly went to work showing me around the lot at vehicles that respected my budget. When we found the A3, he stopped at nothing (though he never seemed overbearing like other dealer salesmen) to show me all the bells and whistles Audi has to offer. Michael also astounded me with his extremely rich knowledge not just about Audi and all of its performance qualities, but about vehicles in general! This type of knowledge is very rare in this day and age and cannot be replaced by any amount of crash course training that other sales teams find themselves a part of.When all was said and done, words cannot express how grateful I was to be involved with such a dedicated and encompassing sales team. Never once did I feel like I didn't belong and never once did I feel like the team was desperate for a sale. As long as Michael is at this location, he and the Audi team can rest assured that they have a customer for life.

A friend recommended going to see Michael at the Audi Peoria dealership. We were looking for a very inexpensive car ($10K range) so I really didn't think there was a chance that an Audi dealership would have anything close to our price range. I expected Michael to push us toward a vehicle that would be $20K to $40K. However, he didn't. He respected our budget and found us a very nice, used car in our price range. I was really surprised. Michael also had his shop do a thorough inspection and replaced anything that could cause mechanical problems down the road for us before he gave a final release of the car to us. I highly recommend going to Audi Peoria and ask for Michael Sobczak.

As an attorney, I love to negotiate. These guys made it the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I may not have made the best deal ever, but I think I did and that's what makes me the most satisfied. My Audi A7 is awesome! The next day, Joe described how everything worked (it has a lot of technology) although I'm sure I'll be calling him back soon for further explanation.

We came in to see what our realistic options were for trading in our SUV. We needed a vehicle with better gas mileage for traveling to work. The General Manager, Martin, assisted us with many scenarios that would work for our needs and budget. There was no pressure or stress. We were offered a generous price for our trade in. Ryan assisted us with finding the right car. We appreciated Ryan's knowledge and attention to the type of vehicle we were looking for. There are so many makes and models and it was a huge help to have his assitance that ultimately resulted in us finding a great car at a great price! Steve, in Finance, offered not finance options and numerous warranties. There was no pressure and he was very patient with us in discussing all the services that would best suit our needs now and down the road. At other dealers we felt defensive for saying no to a vehicle or stressed about the prices. Everybody that we dealt with from this dealership was focused on us getting exactly what we wanted. We are greatful for the help and love our car! We would recommend this dealership to anybody. We will definately be returning.

One of my best experiences at a dealer to date. I've done business with Martin Peters for the last 15-16 years and this is the best place location I've had the pleasure of buying a vehicle at.Super friendly employees - everyone was helpful and not overbearing like some dealerships are.Everyone was very informed on the products new and used. I never felt like there was someone else they would rather have dealt with in order to meet any quotas. First class service and experience all the way. I recently bought a jetta from this dealership and they were great. I know this is dealership that normally deals with high end clients buying high end cars and that buying a jetta was going to result in very little profit for them with that said, you would have thought the way I was treated I was buying an 80k car not a 16k car. They treated with respect and did a great job in helping me realize the car and price I wanted. They showed great professionalism. Lets put it this way when I am in the tax bracket to buy the 80k car I will go see them first.

My husband and I were interested in a preowned Audi A3 as our first option for a second vehicle. We currently own an A6 and have been very pleased with the car and it's performance. Upon arriving at the dealership, Christopher was very friendly and willing to provide us with information and have us test drive a vehicle. Unfortunately, there was only one vehicle to consider on the lot and it didn't have all the options we were looking for. Having said that, we were willing to be flexible depending on the price. Christopher told us the price of the car and asked if we would like to wait while he spoke with his manager to determine the best possible price that they could do. After some hesitation, we agreed to wait (we hesitated because it was the first car we looked at and we had other options we wanted to explore before the end of the day). We were forthcoming with Christopher about this, because we don't appreciate the game playing that can occur). Christopher returned with the manager, Robert, who said that we would need to go inside to wait in order for him to come up with his best price as he was not familiar with the car. We agreed to go in and wait. After a few minutes, Christopher presented us with a printed summary which basically reiterated the cost of the car. Not a best possible price as we had agreed to wait for. At this point, we felt uncomfortable that they were playing games and that we had sat around for them to give us a price that we knew upon first arriving at the dealership over an hour ago. Christopher then asked me what I would like to offer. I informed Christopher that I was not ready to make an offer and thanked him for the information and that I would be in touch if I wanted to proceed. I also informed him that I was disappointed that they had led me to believe they were going to present me with an adjusted price. As I got up to leave, Christopher went to get his manager who stopped us outside and asked what the problem was. As we were leaving the dealership, another salesperson made a very rude comment about giving Christopher a chance and mumbled something under his breath that was very derogatory. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, both new and used, and have never felt so insulted. I am a genuinenly honest and fair person and was shocked to leave a dealerhip feeling the way I did. I am a knowledgeable consumer and deal with people respectfully. In hindsight, I suppose I should have researched the dealerhips, however, I always assume that people will deal with me in the same manner that I deal with them.

James of sales was very professional, helpful, and informative. I was new to the Audi automobiles and stopped to visit dealer on a chance. I had no prior knowledge of the Audi automobiles, price, options, and lease. Actually was heading to Mercedes Benz for another second look. I was very impressed with A4.The facility was clean and well maintained. The overall atmosphere of the dealership was comparable to Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead and BMW of Scottsdale. Very kid friendly.Other than a positive, informative Audi models and options introductions from James, the remaing portion of the experience was poor. I was looking to lease. Lease options were handed to me. There was no attempt to discuss financial options in a quiet confidential and nonthreatening environment. The discussions were held in the open area of showroom for all to hear and see. The finance person without hesitation declared in public that as a customer, I did not know what I want in a car. It was unprofessional and unexpected. This was a far opposite experience from similar competitive dealers. The other dealers put customer service as a priority. I was not sure what Audi Peoria's mission statement is, but I hope friendliness, professionalism, and working to win customers respectfully is a major part of it. The irony of this experience is that I really want to take an Audi home. But due to insulting tactics from finance, I will likely get one from another dealership.Maybe this will teach me a lesson on doing my "dealer homework" before visiting and negotiating. As I write this, for my financial situation, Lease options are better at other competitive dealers at this time. Gone are the days of great dealerships where can walk in without any knowledge of a car, and the dealership makes you feel like the most important person there. Thanks to the Internet, it seems as if they all are defensive about what customers know.

Just leased an Audi A4 from Audi Peoria. Totally 100% satisfied with the entire experience. The entire sales staff was professional during my many visits and test drives before I made my final decision. No high pressure sales tactics which take place at other dealerships. They listened closely to my needs and allowed me time to carefully consider whether or not I wanted to trade in a 2010 vehicle.They provided me with my lease money factor and a truth in lending statement (right from the start) and were the only dealership (I had also considered an Infinity) to provide me with this information.Kenn (finance) explained all of the documents carefully and gave me an opportunity to ask questions (frequently). He did not try to "rush through the process." Didn't try to up sell me on extras, simply explained them and that was it.James and Lou (sales) treated me with respect.Everyone I have interacted with has been nothing but professional. Peoria Audi has a nice relaxing ambience due to the layout of the show room and conduct of the entire staff.Brian (service) handled my window tint and set me up immediately with a loaner car.
