Everyone was very courteous and very helpful when we arrived. We were never pressured but there were several salesmen answering our questions. What I really liked was not having a salesmen riding with us. It gives people a time to discuss the vehicle's pros & cons. Are's were all pros! The handling of the lease transaction was a smooth experience. We commend all of your staff. Job well done.

All of the staff were professional and friendly and did not pressure us. We were impressed by the product knowledge that our salesman (Kenneth) has and his willingness to spend extra time explaining the various automobiles to us.

I used the "request information form", and never received a reply. I called them on the phone, and requested the same Information, and the salesman never called me back. A few weeks later, I received an email, and still did not have the Information that I requested.

Their idea of negotiating is to offer for you to pay the list price . . . and if you have a trade-in, it is undervalued by $3K or more. And, if they don't know anything about your trade-in . . . the "I'm going to the Finance Manager to get some numbers" is them actually researching your car at the time. Insulting and disappointing to say the least. The facilities are breathtaking . . . clearly it needs to be paid for by underhanded deals.
