I have been a loyal Audi Wynnewood customer for 5 years. This was my first transaction with Matthew and I have to say I was very impressed. I had to do most of the deal by phone and email and he made the process incredibly easy and was ready and prepared when I came to pick up my car. He had even already been in touch with my insurance company and given them all details before I even called them to add the new vehicle. He explained the many new features quickly but thoroughly. Great experience overall at Audi Wynnewood. Deborah Lessin was an outstanding salesperson to work with. It was a very pleasant experience and we were able to get the deal done quickly. It was right before the Labor Day holiday weekend..literally a couple hours before and the team went out of their way to ensure the car that was at another lot made it there in time that I could enjoy it for the weekend. Josh Lupo had all the paperwork ready when I got there. I was in/out in an hour!

Went to Wynnewood after not being satisfied with the deal I was offered on a Q5 Premium by another area dealership. Worked with Amy Connolly at Wynnewood who got me into a Q5 Premium Plus with an MSRP 8K higher than Q5 Premium for the exact same money down and monthly payment. Was in and out of dealership in a little more than 2 hours and could not be happier with my purchase!

Where do I begin??? As stated in my title this was THE BEST, car buying experience I've ever had. Deb Lessing was my Audi specialist and words cannot really describe how magnificent she is. My deal was done completely via Internet/phone calls and the process streamlined. Deb is outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly customer oriented. Within 1 week of our first phone call, she got me the car I desired at a price that was bordering larceny in my opinion... Lol. Seriously though, I walked in at 915am today Saturday and was on the road in my sexy 2017 Q7 by 11am, talk about efficient. No matter where you are in this beautiful country, reach out to Deb if you want the Audi of your dreams, she will make it happen. Oh, she even offered to the deliver the car to my home, but I was too excited and drove the 100+ miles to pick it up myself.Also, Nick (finance guy) and Amy were great as Nick squared away my financing and out of state tags and Amy set up my Audi connect and tech package. I came into the dealership just to test drive. The new dealership is beautiful and so was the car. I loved it and I walked away with the car I first test drove. Daphne was ver accommodating and had a great energy when she showed us the car and worked with us for the financing application. They sold a few cars ahead of mine so I did have to wait until we were able to finalize everything but daphne did everything she could to meet the price we wanted to spend.

I've been searching for a Subaru BR-Z for some time now, and recently expanded my search to include the essentially identical (aside from minor aesthetics) Scion FR-S via cars.com. I came across a beautiful used (1 previous owner) 2013 Ultramarine (deep/navy blue) FR-S being sold through Audi Wynnewood, which immediately stood out from the rest due to the extremely low list price given the low mileage on the car. I was put in contact with Mark Major, who met and exceeded my expectations as a guide throughout my first car buying experience. I would highly recommend any first time (or experienced) car buyer to look up both Audi Wynnewood, and specifically Mark Major, as I could not be more pleased with both the service and car he provided.

I have been waiting patiently for a year and a half to purchase my Audi. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I had a test drive with a knowledgeable salesperson who help me decide on the best vehicle for me and my budget. No haggling. No questions about the MOST I could afford. I provided some information that allowed me to leave with multiple quotes for the two vehicles I preferred. I came back two weeks later to make the purchase. The quotes were dead on. It was the easiest purchase I've ever made. The sales team is awesome! I strongly recommend that you stop in, if your interested in the Audi experience!

The service team at Audi Wynnewood is awesome! They got my car in for 45k service, the last one under warranty, with only 2 days to spare. It doesn't sound like much but I called for the appointment with only 1 week to go on the warranty. They saved me money and made sure the fit me in so that I wouldn't have to pay for the service out of pocket. Once there the service was impeccable. Jeremy Solomon took care of everything. My car needed new tires and Jeremy went over every aspect of the situation. He took the time to explain to me the benefits and alternatives of my three tire options in order that I could decide which was the best choice for me. He answered all my questions and concerns regarding the appointment. When I left the dealership, the tires and car felt and drove great! I felt very satisfied upon leaving knowing that Audi wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive tire but they were trying to get me the best fit for my unique needs. Which they did perfectly! I would highly recommend the Audi Wynnewood Service Department to anyone that wants great service from a highly educated and knowledgable team! Thanks, again!

As I was sitting in the waiting room, another customer was saying that Audi Wynnewood has the best service of any dealership they have worked with. I was going to chime in and share the same sentiment, but will do so here. As always, everybody at the dealership goes out of their way to be courteous, explain issues in detail, and genuinely nice. I have been to other dealerships, and other Main Line dealerships, and I have never felt this. Some of them make you feel like you don't belong there. This has never been the case at Audi Wynnewood.

Never wrote a review, let alone a bad review for any company in my life. I've been in the car business for 20+ years and have owned new car franchises. A flat tire brought me in to Audi Wynnewood. I just picked up my vehicle with a 2105.00 invoice (rear brakes, 4 tires) and the "complimentary 10 % discount. However, after calling around to other local Audi dealers, I've come to learn that they in fact were charging me more than factory retail in order to offer this so-called discount. This dealership is nothing like I'd ever experienced and would be ashamed to treat my customers s they've done. I will travel an hour to have my vehicle serviced in the future, rather than ever giving a cent to Audi Wynnewood! Truly disgraceful!

I have recently moved to the area and had to come into the dealership to have my car looked at by the body shop people. While there I had the pleasure to talk with Jeremy. He was patient and took the time to explain every question I had about maintenance on my new Audi. (he even pointed me in the direction of the nearest coffee shop, which has nothing to do with cars but is very important when you are new in town). He even offered me the use of his personal car so that they could change the oil on mine. I look forward to doing business with this dealership and service center in the future.

As a loyal Audi customer, I originally looked at other brands (BMW, Infiniti, Lexus, Acura) and other Audi dealers. Many of them felt pretentious and were not really interested in my business. From the first time I walked into Audi Wynnewood, I never felt that. They have been extremely patient, and never pressured me. I was looking for a new 2015 Audi Q5 TDI among more than 10 dealerships near State College, PA until I found Wynnewood. Debby (Deborah Lessin) answered my email very fast and made an offer that could not be declined. Personally I don't like bargain at all, so I was really happy when I would not have to. Debby saved me about 4 grand on the out of door price, which was incredible. There were only less than 30 miles on the odometer, and the tank was filled up (when I bought my last car, I had to drive to a gas station immediately after making the deal...) Now I've driven my new car for about 500 more miles, and every thing works perfectly.

I purchased a new Audi from Audi Wynnewood last week. I worked with Matt via email and phone for over a week. Probably 10 or 15 emails and calls. He was very responsive. A very good deal was offered on the car and a fair price on the trade-in. I wanted to be sure everything was in order before traveling an hour to the dealer to complete the sale. The only negative was the wait to complete the sale as there were sales being completed simultaneously. It took about three hours to finish everything and drive away. In the big scheme of things that's a small knock on an overall strong experience. I certainly would recommend this dealer based on my experience.

Mark and Howard from Audi of Wynnewood made purchasing our car a hassle-free experience and I would highly recommend them to other buyers. My initial contact with the dealership was through their website where I found a nice used 2012 Q5. I sent a message requesting the "lowest" price they will accept for the car and I would make my decision based on that. I quickly received a response from Howard with their offer and I set an appointment up to come view the vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mark who handled the sale. He was very polite and engaged with us without using "high pressure" tactics to push a sale. He went over the vehicle with my wife and did the best he could to answer our questions. By this time, it was already 8:15 PM which is well past their 8 PM closing and yet they did not rush me or tell me to come back. At the same time, another couple came to talk to sales and this is after closing and they still helped them out. I told them I appreciated this and felt they truly did put the customer first. Howard evaluated my car for the trade and we arrived at a number that I think was fair for the both of us and we agreed on the purchase price and trade. We scheduled to pick up the car the following day and left for the evening. During our drive over to the "The Warehouse", my car threw a CEL and it couldn't have happened at a worst time. I drove into AutoZone to have the code scanned and it was a relatively cheap fix if you know what you're doing. I arrived at The Warehouse and told Mark and Howard what happened and that I did not want them to see the CEL after I've left them with the car. He appreciated my honesty and did not try to beat me up to lower the price of my trade. This right here solidified my confidence with these two and how they conduct business. Howard is very knowledgeable about cars and is a very straight shooter. If you're looking for "no BS" people to work with, these guys are it. My advice for folks looking to buy from The Warehouse - Don't come in with a chip on your shoulder. Treat others how you would like to be treated; these are not the car salesmen of yesteryear and online competition drives them to fight for your business. Do your research on prices/packages and have a number in your head when you email them. Try to hash it all out before you come in so neither of you waste your time. Everyone likes a good deal and no one wants to pay the "listed price" but be reasonable in your expectations.I can say that I look forward to purchasing from them again and will be a returning customer.

Its been a long time since I've bought a car. I generally buy used, care for them as best as I can, and drive them as long as I can. Historically, Im an old Subaru wagon fan. If you know Subarus, think Loyal, Legacy, and Outback. My most recent Outback has been showing signs of not being worthy for my primary car (too many strange repairs such as dry rotting gas lines, which I fixed, but it is at the point of whats next?), so I began my research five months ago for what to look for next. Family and friends were quick to help give me their opinions and they were wide in the range: Subaru, Mazda, Nissan, Benz, BMW, Lexus, Toyota, and Porsche. I knew this would be a big jump for me as I get older, it is not so easy to find a good used stick shift, as all of my past cars have been, and I would also have to give in to the technology age. So if Im going to make the jump, might as well do it all the way. I had narrowed my choices down to two: A Lexus RX 350, or the Hybrid, RX 450h. Internet shopping has been a game changer for both consumers and dealers. Some good family owned dealers I know of have gone out of business because they could not adapt to the changing landscape of a consumer loaded with information and looking for the very best deal. As for consumers, well, there is such a thing as analysis paralysis. At some point you just have to make a decision. After decades of driving old basic mules, I was finally in a position where I could buy something a little better. I had talked to several dealers and a wholesaler in NJ. As a woman, I still am amazed how some fancy highly rated dealerships talk to and treat women. The first sign is they do not listen. I was getting tired of that routine. I knew what I wanted and I knew what my budget was. I was not likely to be talked into something outside of that budget range. I knew when I walked into the Audi Wynnewood used car office that this place was different. It was a warehouse. Not fancy, yet they offered me coffee. One even offered me a sandwich, and it was just what I needed at that time. It was not high pressure, but it was high volume, priced right and quick turnaround. If you see one that you like, be prepared to move on it fast. If you dont, someone else will. My salesman was Mark Major, fairly new and not pictured on the website. He was hardworking, professional, polite and had a sense of humor. If he didnt know the answer, he would ask or research it. Clearly the volume is high, so sometimes follow up is required, but manageable. Mark worked in a team with the others, Colvin and Howard and they were good too. The used car Manager, Howard, also impressed me. He knows cars. He knows fair price. He knows what he is doing, and he is fast and efficient, also very professional. I had some spare time where I was waiting for some things, and my observation is he also has an amazing passion for cars, and if there is a car that is not safe, he wont let it be sold. I was also impressed with Paddy. He was one who checks to see things are running smoothly, and he is very funny, sincere, and cheerful. He makes sure you arent without coffee if you need it. He has a delightful way of taking any tension away. The young man who does all of the paper signing and financial part, was also a pleasure to work with. He explained everything I asked about, and was patient, again, no high pressure sales for any extras. All of the documents were accurate and the instructions of what I needed to do (purchased out of state) were correct. I had visited many other dealers in NJ before I came to this one, and I must say, this one fit my style the best. As for the used car that I bought, a RX 450h, it has been a joy to drive so far. Ive had more people ask me about it, where I bought it and what did I pay for it, and most of the women I know want me to help them when it is time for them to find their next car. Even some men have asked if I would help them too. The first place Ill look is the used car section of Audi Wynnewood to see if there is a car on their lot that matches what they want. I would recommend them and I would do business with them again. Howard offered me a good price on my old Subaru as a trade in, but in the end, I decided to keep it as a spare car. Two thumbs up for the used car portion of this dealership, but remember, buying a car is a two way situation. Ask for clarity, get a mechanics opinion on your prospective used car before you purchase, dont expect the deal to be way over the top, and be good to your sales folks. It is not an easy living, and they work really hard for it.

She even found a car that exactly matches our requirements . Unfortunately, we did not go with an Audi but if we are ever shopping for one we are sure to go back to Debby.

Colvin was polite, courteous, respectful, and most importantly, listened to us. After answering our questions on the used car (which we later bought), Colvin arranged for Debby Lessin, an Audi Brand Specialist Extraordinaire, to contact us. Debby was fabulous. She's the sharpest auto sales rep we've ever encountered. The entire process was about the most pleasant I can remember in 40 years of car buying. Debbie went out of her way to make sure we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. This is my third Audi lease (and first from Audi Wynnewood) and I couldn't be more pleased. The first 2 (an A5 and an A4) were from a high-pressure dealer in SoCal that definitely made me feel anxious and that I was paying more than I should have--lots of hidden fees and shady explanations. My experience was the complete opposite at Audi Wynnewood. Mike Walsh was the salesman I worked with and from the get go I felt at ease with his genuine, straight-up manner and appreciated his friendly and enthusiastic energy and level of professionalism. The level of transparency regarding pricing was superb--I was told what I could expect pricing-wise and also what specials and discounts I was eligible for. I ordered a new Audi A3 directly from Germany spec'd with exactly what I wanted (and nothing I didn't). We set the price ahead of time (which I checked online using a variety of sources) and it was very fair. Therefore there were no surprises when it arrived. Mike was very accessible (via both phone and email) during the 2 month wait for the car to arrive and patiently answered my questions and offered knowledgeable suggestions when I asked about aftermarket wheels and internal lighting to further customize my car. On the day I picked up the car I was in and out of the Finance Manager's office in about 10 minutes (rather than an hour or more like I was used to), and indeed there were no surprises price-wise nor upsells for additional service and features I didn't want or need. Mike patiently ran through the features of the car with me and I was on the road quickly to enjoy my new A3. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and engaging every time I walked through the door and Mike's service was absolutely exceptional. I can't recommend him or the dealership more highly!

I came in here keen on two cars I saw online. I was initial addressed by no one but after a minute or so one of the sales associates conversing in front of me and my mom asked us if we'd like help. He asked Chris to help us. Chris asked what cars we were interested in before departing for five minutes without leaving us anywhere to sit or any explanation. He came back, grunted they were in the other lot and left. We trailed behind him quite a bit and he vanished into a different building and came out 30 seconds later with keys. He pointed out the cars I had inquired after and we left for a test drive. He did not offer any information or address us at all unless we asked. When we did ask him he mentioned that the car we were trying was completely unreliable, his honesty was appreciated but it was as though he didn't even want to make a sale. When we got back from that awkward test-drive we tried an actual Audi. He made a point of indicating that the dealer had no information on this car and wouldn't back it up at all. When asked he explained that the 2.7 engine in the A6 almost always had an oil leak and most of them had critical failures early in their lives. We got back and he left without more than a word or two. My mother and I also left and were aghast by someone we both agreed was a simple charisma vacuum. I almost don't even want to look at Audis any more. If I do, I can promise it won't be here.

After evaluation almost 100 different vehicle I concluded that the 2011 A6 CPO at Audi Wynnewood was the one I wanted. With so many comparisons I already felt it was priced to sell. Still they accepted my offer price which was a few hundred less with no haggling. I'm all for negotiating but like to start where both sides are fair - they aren't highballing and I'm not lowballing. I put a deposit on the car sight unseen, trusting the pictures and trusting Audi's CPO program. I picked the car up Saturday and its gorgeous. Everything I expected and nothing I didn't. This is my 3rd Audi A6 and it remains the only sedan for me. Until I can afford the A8L someday that is...! Chris was friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely buy from them again.

You can't ask for anything more than quality work, friendly atmosphere, attentive service department, fair pricing, and the flexibility to deal with for special requests that are within reason. My current Audi A4 2012 wagon is undoubtedly the best car I've ever owned (compare to Buicks, Mercurys, Volvos, BMW, and VW - all were wagons except for the BMW Bavaria). Beautiful, comfortable, snazzy (brilliant red), lot's of pep from turbocharged engine, and amazing MPG because of the double overdrive effect of the 8 gear automatic transmission.

For once the Internet was not entirely true. We found a great car on www.cars.com. So I called dealership (after reading some awful reviews.) I spoke briefly to Chris. He told me car was in stock. I drove over an hour the next morning. I was waiting for bad news. On the contrary, the car was in stock. The car had a great price AND we had awesome customer service. Including the test drive, we had the car in our hot little hands in under 3 hours. No games. Honest transaction and no nonsense at deal closing without pressure. Perhaps one of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences I ever had.

Went to test drive a used Audi and upon opening the drivers door, the sides of the door had black marks all over them, the floormats were filthy, car had not been cleaned. We commented on the condition and the salesman said they do not condition/clean up any used cars that come in - used cars are sold "as is". They basically put a for sale sign on them and park them. We've never heard of such a thing! So on test drive, the brakes made a grating noise and he said the rotors have some rust on them but after a few pumps the noise goes away. (Unbelievable!) And the tire pressure light was on - he said tires need inflated. The front tire was almost flat! Opened the hood & there were leaves stuck in all the crevices and the engine, etc was very dusty/dirty. The car was a bit overpriced anyways (compared to similar Audi's we'd seen). Needless to say, we did not buy that car, nor would we go back there to buy used. Haven't ever dealt w/ Audi Wynnewood before so can't say anything about their new car process. Dealership was attractive.

Talked with salesman on 3-24 who said that the automobile( 2009 Audi A8L) that I was to see, had been checked out by the dealership and that there was nothing wrong with it. After a 6.5 hour drive I found that the "OK" car had front end damage, interior damage, was filthy and smoked, black smoke, when I started it. Make your own conclusions from this. There is no way would recommend this dealership to anyone. Furthermore I contacted Audi USA last Thursday and as of today have not heard a word.

Phil and Sid were terrific and the work was excellent. Phil worked with me to get the car completed in a few hours and he was terrific on his communications. There were two surprises when I picked up my car. This was the first time I'd serviced at Wynnewood and previous services were at Conshohocken. In all of my previous services (including several years of Porsche services), my car would be cleaned before it was returned. I guess you don't do that at Wynnewood, but it was a nice feature, so I guess if I can get a loaner, I'll have my future services in Conshohocken. The second issue was that whoever serviced my car left a small tool bag as well as a wrapper from some peanuts in the front passenger side of the car. I returned them to Sid, but this seemed unusual and something you should follow-up on because it doesn't reflect well on the service, particularly with no cleaning.

This Audi Service Center is A1.Everything I ever wanted and needed..these guys took care of! For example I was interested in getting more horsepower in my car and they knew the place to send me for modifications.And regular service visits were a breeeze.They had an A4 ready for me while my vehicle was being serviced...too bad it doesnt come with GPS, because I rely on that daily.And always gave me a coupon for a free car wash which was cool!I was always treated fairly, respectfully and attentively(Being a woman buying a high end car hasnt been an easy 'drive' for me...other dealerships were not as nice and actually brought me to tears)

I honestly don't know where to begin. My husband and I have collectively had over 10 experiences at car dealerships over the past 8 years (yes, we go through a lot of cars)... and this one was better than all of the others combined. Debbie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and empathetic to my needs. I was trading in my TT for an A4, because we're looking to start a family. Giving up my little sports car was not something I was excited for, but by the time I left I was out of my mind with excitement about my new car. They were able to get me EXACTLY what I was looking for, down to the trim package.Not only did they get an AMAZING price, considering I was rolling a substantial amount of negative into a lease, but becuase my A4 wouldn't be ready for a few weeks, they even got me into a loaner vehicle, free of charge, to save me from having to make another payment on my TT. I've never been so bent over backwards for at a car dealership in my life.Suzannah, the sales manager, was also extremely accomodating and friendly, and the entire experience was just a total pleasure. We can't wait to go back and get my husband something from them when the time comes.

Background: Before coming to see Matt at Audi Wynnewood I had been to a few other dealers in the area for various car brands. Every dealer I went to tried to beat around the bush and upsell certain items I didn't want. Many also refused to show me the numbers when it came to certain things. I was pretty frustrated, and was tired of going to a dealership only find out that they were a "stealership".My Experience at Audi Wynnewood: I started out by looking online at reviews about the dealership and about the employee's that work there. I found that almost all of the recent reviews were very positive, and so I emailed them about wanting to find a car. Matt responded, and handled everything through email with the utmost professionalism. He was very focused on simply finding me the car I wanted, without trying to push the "extra" stuff on me.As it turns out, I was looking for something that didn't come up often. I didn't want Navigation in the car, but after a few hours of work Matt found me a car that had what I wanted. He was very up front, he showed me all the numbers and explained anything I had questions about. Before going in, I had done my research anyway, so I was very happy that his numbers were the same numbers I had written down from my research. In the end, I actually go the car at a price that many car shopping websites considers to be "unusually" low. I took delivery a few days later, and the car was perfectly clean and parked right next to the front door. Matt took about 20-30 minutes to show me everything in the car, as well as introducing me to the service manager.I would highly recommend both Matt and Audi Wynnewood. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

The pricing was entirely transparent, even to the fact that the factory invoice was presented. The staff worked diligently for several days to find a vehicle that fit my requirements, eventually locating one that was exactly what I wanted. Mike Walsh is a great salesperson to work with. He's knowledgable, fair, and responsive (I must have emailed/called him a few dozen times during the course of our negotiation). I can't speak more highly of our experience working with Audi Wynnewood on our recent purchase (2014 Audi A4).In sharp contrast to our last car purchase experience (not an Audi, and not Mike), the experience with Mike and Audi Wynnewood was a breath of fresh air. There were no "hidden charges". After we signed the deal, there was no "back room" second sales push where dealers sometimes attempt to "upsell" you on various extended warranties, protection packages, and what not. Everything was presented up front in an honest way. Much less sleazy than our prior experience at a competitor's dealership.In addition, Audi Wynnewood went out of their way to make this sale happen. The price they offered on our trade-in was very competitive. They had an active incentive offer for an additional $1000 just for trading-in a BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes (that's brand dedication!). When the car we wanted wasn't available locally, they found it on order from Germany to a dealership in Maryland and, once it arrived in Maryland, they had it transported to Philadelphia. While the process of locating the exact color, make, model, and specifications we wanted added a few weeks to the process, in the end, we got exactly the car we asked for, down to the last detail.Since the sale, Mike has continued to be in touch with us. He specifically asked that we keep a list of questions that come up about the car's features and personally speak with him to get them answered. To me, that speaks volumes about Audi Wynnewood and Mike's integrity.

In all my years of vehicle ownership, I have never been more satisfied with a service department as I am with Audi in Wynnewood. They have the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff in their service department. Josh was excellent. He told me exactly what my car needed and what they recommend I get done. He did not try and up-sell me on unnecessary services . Also, as I was waiting for my wife to pick me up, I overheard a conversation between the service manager and one of associates about a customer that needed to be taken to the airport after he dropped off his car for service. They set it up with no issue and let the customer know it would be no problem. That is amazing customer service. These guys have the utmost respect for your time. It very refreshing to see this in a world where customer service seems to be slowly dying.

I have reviewed this dealer and my sales person last year and did not give a very good review, but I wish to change that. I have had great customer service and follow-up and the price I paid for the car(pre-owned A5) was very good considering the car wasn't in a bad shape as I have seen with similar cars. I would have liked for Chris to follow-up after the purchase to ask how I liked the car, but overall I was pleased with his service. I would like to add that I was pleased with the way he delivered the car the day we signed the paperwork.The reason I'm editing my review is because I am actually working with him again(with Audi Reading) to get me in another A5 and so far he's been awesome! Just bought an A4 and had my first service. I'm not sure what to expect from an Audi service dealer, but everything was top notch. I worked with Josh who was courteous and made sure all my needs were met. He didn't try to get me to spend more (told me if my car's no pulling, I don't need to bother with the alignment), and he accommodated my needs to have soft copy of billing and to pre-bill a replacement key. Really super to work with.

I recently purchased a low mileage, pre-owned, certified Audi A4 from Audi Wynnewood. I found this pre-owned car on-line and when I saw it I was impressed with the honesty of the advertising, as compared to other advertisements, particularly an ad from a dealership that was a three hour drive from my home that neglected to say that the car had been owned by a smoker. I had the good fortune to have a terrific salesman, Michael Walsh, at Audi Wynnewood. Michael helped me through the purchase, insurance and license plate process which was slightly complicated by my being an out-of-state resident. When a repair issue developed a few months after the purchase, he helped arrange for the repair to be done at a local dealership, close to my home, saving me a big trip to Wynnewood. I recommend Audi Wynnewood without reservation...wish I lived closer so that I could use them for service.

Customer service is something very important to me having grown up serving others in my career. It is also something Audi Wynnewood and Mike Walsh value very much, and with which I was certainly pleased. Mikes quality of work during the sale of my new S4 was nothing short of spectacular. I had visited him about 10 months previous from my purchase, contemplating buying it at the time long ago. Mike showed me around the dealership and parking lot of various vehicle choices including several versions of the A4. He also showed me around the A6 and S4's, which I was only thinking of but wasn't too sure of buying. I was leaning more towards an A4. After further discussion, we both decided a better option may be an S4. We test drove a few cars that day and he offered to lend me a loaner for a few days to try out. After trying the car out, I fell in love, but after further thought I realized there were other priorities at the time I had to take care of, such as buying a new house and concentrating on bettering my career before making a big purchase. After returning the S4 from the dreamy 3-day adventure, I voiced my concerns with Mike. Even after working with me countless hours with the purchase, he fully understood my need for more time before making the purchase and didnt waste any time in trying to force or convince me into a decision I wasnt ready for. He trusted me to come back when I was ready. Sure enough, 10 months later, I was right back at the dealer again after everything else straightened out and other priorities were set in place. Mike helped find the perfect S4 to fit the options I wanted, leaving out the ones I didnt. He also explained thoroughly the whole purchasing process and what was needed to get the best price for my trade-in, going out of his way to arrange a courtesy trade-in transaction with a buyer I had found on my own, making sure to allow me to save on the trade-in tax costs and apply it to the new S4. Furthermore, after discussing pricing for the new S4, I trusted Mike to give me the best price around and to find a bank to provide a loan for the car with the lowest APR available. Surely, he was very competitive with his pricing with the help of his manager, Suzannah Sarkahian. He definitely made the whole experience fun and exciting in this big decision. Today, Im enjoying every mile drive of my new Audi S4 and cant thank Mike Walsh enough for his help. I would recommend Audi Wynnewood to anyone looking for a new purchase and sending them right to Mike!

My experience with the folks at Audi Wynnewood was all-around great. Let's face it, buying a new car can be a horrifying experience. Everyone at AW not only made it not horrifying, but actually made it fun! (And oh yeah, I love the car too!!)I had been a BMW driver for 10 years (multiple cars) and I was theirs to lose; and lose me they did. A great experience. Both Suzannah and Mike could not have been more helpful and professional. I traded in an A4 avant for the Allroad and got a great deal. At pick up Mike spent enormous time showing me the bluetooth, navigation system, telephone system and has offered an anytime return for more information. He clearly knew his stuff! Service at Wynnewood is great too, have never had a bad experience.

We recently purchased a new Q7 from Audi Wynnewood and had a terrific experience. We worked with Ted and Suzannah and found them to be very knowledgable and helpful. Unlike many car dealerships it was a low pressure interaction. Ted and Suzannah were more concerned with providing us with what we needed and making sure we were satisfied. Upon delivery Ted spent a fair amount of time getting all of the new features set up (bluetooth, dvd players, etc.) with us so our learning curve was cut down considerably. The next time we buy a car we will return to Audi Wynnewood and will only work with Ted and Suzannah.

We had a very nice experience with Mike Walsh as well as the dealership. He was in touch with us routinely after we bought our first Audi and we returned for another Q7. We did shop at 3 dealerships as well both times and both times their numbers at Wynnewood were better as well as the dealership being the most convenient, friendly and courteous. (Mike). We would highly recommend him and this dealership. Now the only complaint is this form was annoying to complete as it kicked back 6 times

We bought a used Mazda there. They weren't rude but because it wasn't an Audi they didn't exactly roll out the red carpet for us. The inside of the car was never cleaned out but salesman did explain that they offer these trade ins as is and the price reflects that. They did work with us on price an fill it up with gas however. So in the end we got what we wanted, an inexpensive reliable used car.

Very disappointed in this dealer. I drove 2.5 hours from NY State to pick up a car. Which unfortunately was not there when i got there and i had to wait over an hour before they admitted the car was not there. They then said they would drive the car i wanted to my office. The only problem is they did not show up and never called me to let me know. The second attempt to deliver was successful but the car had no front license plate holder. it took about 5 weeks to get the license plate holder but it was the wrong part. I am still waiting for the correct part 10 weeks later. I will never again deal with Audi Wynnewood

In today's world it is very rare to receive top notch customer service. I must say when visiting this dealership I feel I am well taken care of and they meet all my needs. My 2009 Audi A4 had an oil pressure and oil consumption issue, which Josh the service tech, and Michael the service manager worked diligently to correct without causing worry or stress on my end. Entire process was seamless. Received a brand new 2013 Audi A6 to drive while they diagnosed and corrected the problem. They kept me informed of the progress on my car each step of the way in a prompt professional and courteous manner. I recommend to all my friends / family / clients etc. that if they are looking for a new car to go to Audi Wynnewood. I have received nothing but the highest level of service since buying my car from them when I moved to Wynnewood back in 2008. They care about their customers and stand behind the product.

Our Q5 had some damage to its body, as well as a flat tire. The dealership was fantastic when it came to getting the flat tire fixed immediately. And Josh and Mike went well beyond the call of duty by indicating that they would hold onto our car until the insurance adjuster came to visit, then would handle getting the car to the body shop, and have it returned: all while Audi Wynnewood would allow us to use a loaner. This was certainly not anything that they needed to do, but goes to show how Josh and Mike are so dedicated to making sure that the customers' needs are addressed in the way that works best for the customer - not what might be the easiest way for the dealership to operate. My wife and I strongly recommend people use this location for whatever their Audi needs might be.

Following my earlier review - I take back my earlier comments regarding the service at this dealership. The service manager Mike explained to me in detail the reason for charging me for the brakes and offered to make up for my dissatisfaction. I had a problem with my driver side seat that Jason attended to and had it fixed. I replaced all 4 tires and they did a great job - even though my schedule required me to take the vehicle in twice. They even had the vehicle detailed! Very accommodating and courteous.

Audi Wynnewood provided the best car buying experience possible for me and my wife. We walked into the dealership and stated that we were just starting our new car search and were driving a few different cars that day. Chris Anderson accompanied us on our test drive and was fantastic at letting the car speak for itself. He answered our questions and provided information when it was clear we were looking for something in the car. After the test drive, he answered any additional questions and let us leave with no hassle. We really appreciated this! We test drove some additional cars and did some research during the next week, and Chris responded to our email questions quickly and was very helpful. We visited the dealership the following week, and Chris walked us through our options, evaluated our trade, and we walked out in a couple of hours with our new A4 being delivered from another dealership in a couple of days. The final paperwork and walk-through of the car only took about an hour (most of which was spent walking us through the cars features). All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We look forward to having our vehicle serviced by Audi Wynnewood and giving them our business the next time we are looking for a car.

David Arena is NOT what some people would call a "car salesman". He is not slick. He doesn't spin a tale to confuse you. He is not pushy. He does not keep disappearing behind a closed door to do god knows what with some manager. He was Present, thoughtful and humble and genuine. I found one of the first , HONEST, salesman in the industry! I loved Mr Arena because, as a woman buying a car, he took the time to explain everything he was doing, in a warm easy to digest manner. David went over all my option choices offering in depth information as to what each option could mean to me. He searched doggedly to find the exact car I wanted, found it and convinced some man on the other end to drive it to us from Pittsburg somewhere. He also showed me all the Audi Models that I could afford and explained in easy to understand language, all the attributes of each model so I could pick the one best for me. I even understood details about the engine! Who is this guy? Lastly, when my car finally arrived, it turned out that he had arranged with my children to have a portion of my car paid for by my kids! He never let on that this happened and even when I came to get the car I had no idea...he set me up for the surprise like a gentleman and when my daughter revealed the surprise, on the sales floor, I wept like a baby for 45 minutes, some of which was in my Car Salesman's arms! This man is the real deal! I wish he came with the car! I know a lot of car salesman that could use a few classes from David Arena, on how NOT to turn a customer off. Well done. Having driven a Mercedes and a Mini (BMW) for a while, last April I was looking for a change. A close friend recommended I try an Audi. So we searched around for a CPO Audi Q5 and found one at Wynnewood Audi at 323 East Lancaster Avenue, Wynnewood, PA 19096. The vehicle looked good, the sales guy was very nice and the negotiation (with the usual back & forth with a 'manager') was relatively tolerable. We arrive at a price; my trade in an E500 was assessed to my satisfaction. Paper work was done quite easily. So, all in all, a fair experience in car buying. Right after driving out of the dealership with my CPO Q5, I noticed that there was a squeak in the brakes. I called the sales guy the very next day and he said that the noise was common with Audis and that with a CPO I did not have to worry about it. After a few weeks I called him again to say that the squeaking nose did not sound normal and he put me on to his service manager. I spoke to the service manager who said that the noise was probably due to a particle stuck in the brakes and asked me to just brake hard a couple of times and it would go away. Now having had a decent car buying experience, I recommended a friend who bought a new A4 a few months after my purchase (and of course the sales guy was very happy). I accompanied my friend to the dealership and during the visit I brought up the issue with my brakes again. This time I spoke with the service manager in person and he again reassured me that nothing was wrong. Last Saturday I took the Q5 in to the dealership for a service (that was already paid for as I had purchased Audicare). Now the service guy tells me that my rear brakes need to be replaced and that it would cost me $400. I tried to explain to him the history with the brake issue and that Id expect Audi to take care of it. But he just refused to listen and insisted that 10 months ago the brakes would have passed Audis stringent CPO standards and that now after approx. 10,000 miles the brakes were shot. In addition they now say 3 of my tires need to be replaced. Audi CPO passed a vehicle with tires that would last you 10 months!! Audi CPO passed a vehicle with bad brakes!! Shame on you Wynnewood Audi!! Buyers beware and enter at your own risk!! Stay away from Audi, Audi CPO and Audicare. Once the sale is done there is no after sales service. The service department at Wynnewood Audi will look at every possible way to rob you. If I could have given them any lower a lower rating, I would have! And I will never buy or recommend an Audi again!!

I was interested in this dealership b/c of the great reviews. It seems its different for those of us interested in used cars. Inquired online about a vehicle and after almost 7 emails I still don't have any real information. Exchanged 4-5 emails with one salesperson over four days who apparently hadn't read my emails and had been giving me info on the wrong vehicle. He then referred me to someone else in another department. He told me the vehicle was not certified and asked if I was still interested. I emailed him yes, and asked for additional info with specific questions and requesting photos since none were available online. I live in NYC about 100 miles away and don't want to make a trip down for nothing. Two days later, I've still yet to hear back from him. But I keep getting automated emails telling me why I should buy from Audi Wynnewood. Have decided to explore other vehicles, since they don't seem to be interested in my business.

Overall experience at this dealership was straightforward and hassle free. Since we were from out of town, most things were done over the phone or by email. Phone calls and emails were responded to quickly. After dealing with a local dealership (who I bought two previous cars from) and having a bad experience when trying to purchase the 2013 A5, we decided to look at other Audi dealerships. I received a prompt response to my initial request for information on the Audi Q5 and when I called to get a little more information from Michael, he was very helpful. Liking the quality of customer service I received on the phone, I decided to visit the dealership to see the car and learn more about its features in person. My dad and I were greeted as we walked through the door and offered coffee, tea or water. When Michael came over to greet us, he also offered something to drink. Michael sat down with my dad and I to go over more about the car, and then he offered us a test drive. During the test drive, Michael explained the features of the Q5 and answered more questions that I wanted to ask while I was in the car. We left wanting to think more about it, and after talking to my mom about it, I was back over at the dealership a short while later to find out what my trade-in would be worth and to start the financing paperwork. Because I came back unannounced, Michael was with another customer, but another associate gladly helped me with the paperwork I filled out. As soon as Michael was available, he started the search for my new car. We found one that sounded good and Michael helped me get my application for financing complete. The car that we hoped would be mine was unfortunately unavailable, but Michael kept looking for a new car for me. He kept me updated during his search and when he found one with all the options I wanted, he let me know and before you know it, I was driving it off the lot! It was a really good car buying experience because everyone I met at the dealership was kind and put the customers first.

One of the several reasons my car was in is that my brakes are squealing and they were unable to fix that. Apparently it is just what these cars do in the cold? I'm not sure that is a good answer and I'm not thinking that is ok if it is the answer. Too bad there is nothing to do about it...the noise is really annoying.Josh took care of everything else and was very patient when I was unable to get back over there for a few days to pick up my car.

The entire process was hassle free. We saw the price on line, e-mailed the company, got the details we wanted about the car, and made an appointment to come in. The car was ready for test drive as soon as we got there and were out within 3 hours of our arrival. And the longest wait was only because there was another person who was in the finance person's office inking their deal. This was my 5th new car purchase, 3rd internet purchase and it was the shortest amount of time we spent at the dealer. There was no haggling over the price. There was no need to, because the price was right around what we had wanted to spend for the car and we were happy with it. The appraisal for our trade in was quick and fair, as we had researched what our trade in was selling for.The short amount of time we actually had to spend with Chris, he was really nice and accommodating. We were supposed to get all weather carpets which were not in the car, and we got an e-mail one business day later from Chris saying they arrived.e-mail questions prior to us going to the dealership were responded to, promptly.

I had previously leased a 2011 Audi A6 which I enjoyed very much, but I wanted to upgrade to a new 2013 A6. In an very short time, Laura arranged to have my current lease bought up at no expense to me, and arranged a new lease at a good rate and a price that included a substantial discount for being a return Audi customer. I got the exact car I wanted to lease and made the exchange in just a couple of days. Laura was extremely professional and friendly, and my experience was excellent. My wife and I were very impressed with the Audi Wynnewood dealership and with the Mike Walsh over a several month period as we considered the A7. Mike was very knowledgible about the car and all of the features. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us the space to have two very thorough test drives. We also considered a BMW, but the A7 and the entire Audi sales experience was far superior to what we got from BMW. We have had the car for almost two weeks and it is a dream.

I had a great experience when bringing in my A4 for the first time to Audi Wynnewood.I was a bit surprised to have to replace the front rotors, brake fluid, and tires on a pre-owned car that I had only had for 5 months. Josh, a mechanic, and a sales person, all took the time to walk me through process of how my car was certified (at a different dealer), what to look for in my paperwork regarding tire and brake measurements, what to expect in tire and brake wear, then ultimately showed me the impact of commuting 2 hours every day. In the end, Josh had the oil change and brake fluid flush done under warranty - I did not even know these were covered - and threw in Audi bag to lessen the sting of the repair bill! Thanks guys.

This was my first Audi purchase so I made for certain that I was going to explore every option with every dealer in the area. Other dealers were quick to drop me after sending them questions about the two models I was researching; the A5 and the Q5. One year later, Mike Walsh still hung in there with me and answered all my questions towards pricing, trim levels, etc... He was an exceptional salesman to work with. He was very responsive, polite, and gave me the space needed to make a decision. Mike found me the Q5 I was looking for and I couldn't be any more pleased with the process. I was upgrading from a 2002 Ford Explorer with very little options, so I knew very little of what the Q5 had to offer. Mike sat with me to show me a detailed breakdown of all the controls. poor service, high cost, car dies less than one week from 40k check-up. the most attentive thing my service representative did was manage to ask for '10's' during his rating process. very little explanation of what went into "routine" service/testing. left my car for a 40k mileage check up and had my alternator go three days later. service rep informs me, with zero attention to service, that there's no alternator test at their disposal. i'm not a mechanic, but my understanding is that auto zone manages to conduct them for free. pretty disappointed.

We worked with Mike Walsh to test drive used Audi A4 wagons. After finding the 2008 model a little small for our needs, Mike gave us a call when they had a later model with more space available. We were very impressed with Mike's client service, polite and helpful follow-up, and enthusiasm for the Audi product (he knows everything and more about these cars). In the end, we found the car of our dreams -- unfortunately it was at another Audi dealer. Our one regret was that this dealer only has a limited supply of used cars in stock and we weren't able to purchase from Mike. His salesmanship, however, definitely sold us on the car and we were ready to buy when we found it. We'd highly recommend Audi Wynnewood and Mike to anyone in the market for an Audi. And if you have the time to wait for the right used car, they can help you out -- we just needed a car asap.

One week ago today, I requested a price quotation from 3 dealers for a new audi. As the owner of a 2004 avant, I knew I wanted the same car, only newer. To my surprise, Mike Walsh called within 10 minutes, we tentatively agreed upon the price I had in mind,and we talked about a trade-in. That was also quickly determined. I saw the car two days later, spent time with Mike answering my questions,met Suzannah, the sales manager, met another Mike, the service manager, and bought the car. I bought the Certified Audi A4 convertible on Apr 10th from Laura. She was super friendly during the entire process. Since the car, which I was interested was not at Wynnewood location she had to get that from the other location. After we made the deal, she said that the second key is not there and she will send it "Overnight". Today is Apr 21st and I still did not get the key. I had sent multiple email and left a voice mail then she called and said it has been already shipped and she will check and give the tracking info. Still nothing is there. I went to the website and complain about this in feedback section, unfortunately the feedback goes to her only and I am not sure whether any of her manager get to see the feedback, because I still did not receive any call from the dealership to explain what the issue is. Since I am in NewJersey, I guess they do not care whether the customer is receiving any good service or not. The certified car they sold had major issue for convertible roof which took 3 days to resolve at Princeton Audi. I am not sure what type of check they do before the sale. I would not go the them and never recommend them. If you are out of state and not living nearby I guess this is what you would get.Date 04-25-2012 - I have received the key hence I have updated the rating. Thanks to Dealerrater.com....

The loaner car I requested had NO GAS in it. I had waited to drop off, so when I got the loaner car I was rushing to work and then had to stop and get gas. Also, I called at 5:15pm to let them know I would not get there until just about 6pm. They told me no problem, Sales would be able to handle my loaner drop off and car pick up. Then 10 minutes later I got a call that said my car was ready, so obviously whoever I had spoken to 10 minutes earlier did not communicate my call. Finally when I arrived at the dealership at 6:00 pm on the dot, the service department was a ghost town. I had to wonder into the Sales area and ask for help. It took the Sales person 15 minutes to find my keys. She had to call the Service Dept. Rep to ask where my keys were (shouldn't they have told her before they left? especially since I called)Then I had to wait while they pulled my car up?(shouldn't it have been pulled up before they left the service department?- knowing I was on my way?)

all of my previous servicing has been done in conshohocken, however, on my way to work, center city, the "check engine" light went on. rather than going back I decided to go to the wynnewood dealership. I was greeted as if I had been at that facility in the past. Josh greeted my with a smile and a "good morning". After I explained the problem and he checked the car, I was provided with a loaner car. Josh followed up with a telephone call to explain what was done and after checking my servicing records advised me of some minor work that I should consider. The car was reaqdy as promised. Mike Walsh is a true professional. He knows his cars. He's laid back, never pushy, and a great explainer. He has a low key sales approach which is quite refreshing compared to other experiences I have had. It's obvious that he believes in what he is selling and wants everyone to enjoy the pleasure of owning an Audi. We traded in a 2001 Audi and took advantage of the loyalty program. We took delivery from Mike of a new A3 on March, 7, 2012. The car was impeccably clean and Mike gave us a great tutorial on all the operational features. Josh Shaw is one of the most professional sales persons I have met, and that is saying a lot. When you are having car trouble, the last thing you want is an sales person with a bad attitude. In the last couple of years I have had some bad experiences with the car salesmen and dealerships. However after I met Josh and the people at audi wynnewood that changed. When I call Josh he always get back in a timly manner and when I speak with him he is very pleasant; I hang up feeling that Josh will take care of the problem and he does. Two issues: 1) I think that when cars are taken in for service, they should be cleaned (inside and out). Mercedes does this and I think it's good practice. 2) when my car returned from service, the driver side seat was almost fully reclined and the radio was turn up very loud on a hip hop station. It reminded me of the scene in Ferris Bueller.

Wow...I am so shocked with all of these positive reviews. My last experience at Don Rosen was a nightmare. I called ahead to inquire if they had time replace a headlight bulb, quickly. My husband usually does it but he was not available. Arrived at Audi, they took car immediately. 30 minutes later, the service tech comes out to tell me I need new brakes. ??????. I asked if my headlight was replaced and he said "NO". He was doing an inspection on my car to look for expensive repairs!! An hour later, I have a new headlight bulb and a bill for over $100.00. My husband does it for a fraction of the cost and in 15 minutes. I will not go back to Don Rosen. Waste of time and money.

I just purchased a certified pre-owned Audi A4 convertible from Wynnewood Audi with Mike Walsh. The overall experience was excellent. Michael was very attentive, easy to reach, and what I liked best was that when I had an appointment with him for test drive, he called me in advance to say that the car was not yet ready and then called immediately when it was time to come down. There was no waiting and Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel any pressure or hard sell. When the deal was finalized he was able to receive most information needed via my Iphone and delivery was the simplest one I have ever experienced. He also responded immediately to some email after delivery, showing that it was not just the sale that he was interested in. PossiblyWe ordered a new car after several weeks of attempting to locate the exact car we wanted it finally came in the end of DecemberHowever prior to driving the new car away we noticed that the left front bumper towards the bottom of the car there were several s scratches there and brought it to the attention of the salesperson. I have also noticed that the left front wheel is scratched where the rim meets the tireThe car had over 300 miles on it therefore I feel that it was possibly a dealers car and we were never notifiedI called the sales person today at around noon. He never called me back and this is not my first experience of this from him.Not a great start but we love the car. I don't mean to be critical here but I own a sales agency and the first thing I discuss with mySales people is communication, I will be curious if in fact anyone follows up on this. Ps the reason for calling today was to see if we could drop off the car next Tuesday to get if fixed as we will be away for a few days.

Adam Corenzwit made the purchase of my 2012 S4 an experience I will never forget. I met Adam while I was at the Wynnewood location for a regular service visit for my 2009 A4. As soon as I made my way to the showroom and spoke with him I knew he was the sales representative I wanted to purchase my new car from...I wasn't even interested in shopping around at other dealerships. Some may call this stupid, I call it following my instinct. Adam was very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls regarding my purchase. I was extremely impressed with his capabilities and the respect he showed me when purchasing my vehicle. My only problem was the woman at the front desk when I first entered the dealership. She was not helpful and rude, seeming very uninterested in anyone walking into the store. Thankfully, Adam redeemed my first impression with the dealership and I am glad to have purchased a vehicle from Audi Wynnewood. The work was performed perfectly, and Josh kept me advised of any service needs and their costs. Having a service and dealership in Wynnewood so close to my home, and having it staffed by friendly, capable people has been a great plus.

William Cobb was easy to work with from the moment I first spoke with him on the phone when I called about the car I found listed online. He was friendly and provided all the information I needed about the car, knowing that I had to decide whether to drive from Maryland to the Philly area, and knowing that I obviously had other options. A terrific experience from the instant I first walked into the dealership. I dealt with Laura and she was just teriffic. Very warm, friendly and never pushy. She was also very attentive and responded to my e-mails or calls within the hour if not sooner. She was very good with the vehicle and spent plenty of time reviewing all of its features. She even offered to let me take the vehicle home overnight so that my wife could see it before I bought it. Stopped by at Audi Wynnewood to check out used Audi A4. One from 2007 was available. Bill Cobb showed me around, took me for 2 test drives. Worked with my wierd demanding schedules. Got me a good deal on the vehicle and also a good financing deal which was tailor made per my needs. Bill did everything it took to get me the deal I was looking for and worked with my schedule. The car only had one set of keys and I requested for another which were made available to me within a week. Bill is truly hard working, sincere and will do everything possible to make it a pleasant buying experience. I would highly recommend Audi Wynnewood and especially Bill Cobb.

We were looking for an A4 Avant but not yet ready to buy. We met Bill, and not only did they have an Avant on the lot (which is rare in our experience), but Bill was friendly, laid-back and knowledgable. We spent 4 hours with him talking through a deal with our two kids in tow and the team there kept them happy and distracted the whole time. After promising Bill that I wouldn't sign a contract, he made it impossible for me not to buy the car. I shopped his deal to 2 other dealers and no one else was willing to make me a better offer, or work harder to find us a car quickly. He found us a 2012 within 10 days and we drove off with our car a few days ago. Overall, Bill was a great resource and the experience at Audi Wynnewood was top-rate.

He was incredibly informed and professional. He did little things that even helped me make a decision to upgrade to more of a car than I intended to buy! He had the perfect balance of responsiveness, energy, and knowledge. The main reason for my visit was for a 26,000 mile service, but there was one other more time consuming issue. The Springs that held my moonroof sliding panel had come off and it required getting new parts, and a fairly tedious repair getting the door off and Springs reattached. I was given a loaner ( a very peppy A4!) The service was done, and the moonroof fixed within a day. I enjoyed having the loaner to drive, and I appreciated Brandon's concern and attention to keeping me informed about the timing.Audi of Wynnewood is very close to my home, and my first reason for going there is convenience. However, after having gone for various visits in the time I've owned the car, the wonderful attention to service, and the overall excellence of the staff will ensure that I remain a devoted customer.

This review had originally started out as a negative review, because I was having problems with one of the service reps at Audi Wynnewood, but I have to say that Mike, the service manager, stepped in, and made what was becoming an unpleasant situation, a positive one. The transmission on my car had been acting up since my 5k service, and the first attempt to repair it made it worse. I was going to have to wait a week before they could work on it again, and I didn't totally agree with the game plan, or some people's thoughts as to what caused the issue. Once Mike, I, and the service tech who'd be working on my car, Scott, chatted, a game plan was laid-out that I agreed with, and had confidence in. My car was worked on a week sooner than expected, and the problem was resolved in one day. Overall, I think the team at Audi Wynnewood is fantastic, and while this situation started out poorly, it was resolved to my utmost satisfaction, and I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone.

I took my leased Audi A6 in for its 5000 mi checkup. The oil was changed, the engine inspected for performance, the tire rotated, and the electronic components were updated. Service began on time and was completed in less time than estimated. I chose to stay at the dealership during servicing, but a loaner car would have been provided for me free if I had desired. Altogether an excellent visit.

From the moment I walked in the door until I bought the car, I was treated extremely well. The sales person was very polite and helpful, giving me accurate and honest advice about the models and different options available. I know this is the case as I did quite a bit of research on their products before I went there, and I asked him several questions I had researched in books and on-line. To me this is one way to check out the integrity of the dealership as well. The negotiation for the car was very upfront and non-stressful. I had the invoice numbers and he showed me they were correct, then we negotiated what I felt was a very fair deal for me. When I picked up the car I was introduced to the service manager and my sales person spent all the time with me I needed to understand the controls and nuances of the car. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Audi car.

I purchased an older, used vehicle that came in on trade. Given my purchase, I was not a high profile customer, and understandably so. However I was treated very well and Zach was willing to put in the extra effort to get the car inspected at a neighboring dealership before purchase without hesitation; they believe in the cars they sell. This was also my first time working with a dealer and I lived out of state, thus buying this car based on the dealership's provided information and opinion. They were very informative and accommodating making the purchase a success. It seems you hear more about bad car buying experiences than good ones, but Audi Wynnewood altered my skepticism. I would definitely do business with them again.

Hands down my best car buying experience! I have purchased many cars in the past and have always had a pretty bad experiences or i would walk out and realized i just got hosed. With Audi Wynnewood and particularly Michael Walsh there was none of that. Kudos to the sales team at Audi Wynnewood and especially Michael Walsh.The buying process was easy, i could feel he really wanted to earn my business. Everything was done on the phone and email, we agreed on a great deal, i came in to do a test drive and put the order in. During the waiting process Mike was extremely helpful at answering my emails, i probably emailed him once a week asking for updates and he would always reply ASAP making the wait easier with updates. Delivery was a breeze, car was detailed and ready to go when i came in, he was patient at explaining the car from the trunk to the MMi system. He even took the initiative to run my credit again to check for a better rate and managed to get my APR down on the say of delivery. Mike is all about service and making sure his customers are happy. I cannot say enough good things, if you are thinking AUDI i definitely recommend Audi Wynnewood and Michael Walsh.

From our very first meeting at the Philadelphia Car Show in 2010 until the delivery of my new car on March 8, 2011, Michael has been most helpful in making my new car experience a remarkable perfect situation. More than anything, I have so appreciated that he never once invaded my space by making unwelcome soliciting contacts with me. He understood from the beginning that I was serious about replacing my 2005 model, but didn't push me for an immediate decision. Actually, I really did drag my feet, even after the date for ordering an A8L became available, to make sure I ordered exactly what I wanted and no more than I needed. Mike was superbly patient as I struggled through decisions of model and options - what's not to like about any of them !!!!!When it came to delivery day, Mike spent a generous amount of time demonstrating the details of the MMI and other systems of the car, and offered me personal time if I needed further instructions. I've already been on the phone with him about one thing and he happily answered my concern.I would recommend Michael Walsh highly to anyone interested in a new car. Hopefully one would decide to by a fabulous Audi from him. If his friendly demeanor continues, and I fully expect it will, Mike will be the top Audi sales person in the area. Maybe he already is !

The service is excellent, Brandon Pullman in particular is very responsive with callsa and requests. Service questions are answered quickly and in detail, and loaners are provided with advance notice. The prices are higher as expected with a dealership, but worth it given the prompt service and reliability you get with a high end car dealership,particularly with a warranty.

Mike Walsh is on fire... Lots of positive reviews and well deserved. I bought an audi q5 a year ago from these guys and they worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price. Mike was available to answer my questions over phone or email, although at times he is a bit tardy about returning phone calls. The car was delivered as promised. And it was nice to have all the paperwork ready to go when I came to pick up the car so my time was not wasted. I would buy an audi from these guys in the future.

I love my A6. It's great to have it. Audi Wynnewood went the extra distance and completed a complicated co-lease so I could register the car in Pennsylvania. Well done. Of course one can always do a bit better on price, but the negotiation was reasonable, especially considering with the demand for new Audis they really don't have to offer any discounts at all. Been driving the car and it beats the BMW 5 series hands down. Can't wait for Spring and some real driving weather!

Originally contact was made through email but then followed up with personal calls. Mike consistently offers help with navigating all the different devices in the A6 and I will soon take him up on it,my schedule has been hectic and thus I have been unable to learn as much as I want. Hopefully in Feb. I will be able to take a good chunk of a day so as to go through either a tutorial or have him explain. The car has been a dream in snow, ice and plain weather and I am most pleased with it. It was at Mike's recommendation that I went with a 6 since I thought and 8 was too much car for me. I am sorry I didn't catch her name, but I just spoke to a WONDERFUL lady in the parts department trying to locate winter mats for A5 Cabrio (just bought the car at another dealer). Anyway, she was BEYOND helpful, let me pay for them over the phone so I can just run in and pick them up this weekend. Very satisfied. After driving the Q5 a couple times at another dealership, I wasn't thrilled with their attentiveness. Dealt with Mike Walsh at Audi Wynnewood entirely over the phone. Negotiated a fair price, placed an order to my exact specs in November, picked up the car the first week of January. Mike was very accommodating and quick with a call-back. He even switched the order for me about 30 days in after we realized the B&O sound system was left off the official paperwork and got the car here without any delay. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted, on time, as promised, and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend Audi Wynnedwood.

Curtis was great. I did find myself waiting for some time with service department; probably took about 20-30 minutes until I saw the first person that could help me. It also took 2 hours to detail my car after I had purchased it which meant I was at the dealership for 6+ hours from the time I walked in to the time I drove off in my new car. I think it should have taken closer to 4 or 5.

This review is specifically for the parts department, please see my previously posted review for the new car sales team if that's what you're interested in.My experience with the parts department at Audi Wynnewood has been beyond fantastic, in specific, Andrew is fantastic. Every time I've gone in looking for something Andrew has been happy to help, and fun to chat with while he looks for the items in the computer system. There is one specific event that puts this dealership leaps and bounds beyond others, and that is when I ordered floor mats for my new Q5. I wanted grey interior all-weather mats, and Andrew said they showed in the system as available for order, so I purchased a set. I requested they be left with my sales associate to be placed in the Q when it arrived. It wasn't until the mats finally came in that I found out the lengths to which Andrew went to fulfill this order. Audi had stopped making the grey mats, and told Andrew he could no longer order them. Instead of contacting me saying he couldn't complete the order, he searched North America looking for one of the few remaining unsold sets at other dealerships. In the end, he was able to locate a set in Nova Scotia Canada. It is very rare in this day and age to stumble across this level of customer service. It is experiences like these that keep customers returning to dealerships, and if you have not been to Audi Wynnewood, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. From Ian, our sales associate, to Andrew in the parts department, to the service team we've worked with, you can't find a better Audi Dealership in the area.

Mike Walsh was a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard, without being pushy, to make sure he found me the car I wanted with the best price possible. Mike was very knowledgeable about every detail of the car I was purchasing, he was always accessible, friendly, and very genuine. I had the chance to buy the same car at the Audi dealership only down the road from me, but it was worth the extra travelling from Delaware to Wynnewood just to deal with Mike, and to skip the haggling. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome is all I can say about my experience with Zach from Wynnewood Audi.My wife I have been looking for silver A4 with light grey interior for over a month with no luck. We have been in contact with every dealer in NJ and most of the dealers in NY without any of them even trying to get the car we wanted; all they wanted to do were push their inventory. So I started to call the Dealers in PA and finally reached Zach from Wynnewood. He was so helpful and was the only salesperson willing to find the car we wanted. Excellent experience. I test drove several models, had all my questions answered in a knowledgeable and friendly way, and completed a leasing deal without seeing anyone other than my salesman. The price was right, and the interest rate was superb. My salesman, Zack Sinemus, was great and made the whole visit a pleasant experious. He handled all paperwork quickly, and even made preliminary contact with my insurance company to facilitate things. Since I live alone, the car was delivered right to my house, even though that was 30 minutes from the dealership.

My partner and I went to Audi of Wynnewood not intending to purchase, but to review our options, this past Saturday, and had such a pleasant experience there that we ended up purchasing two new cars. Our sales person, Ian Fricker, was amazing to work with. He was personable, down-to-earth, and most important of all, treated us as if we were simply friends he was showing a new car off to. There was never any pressure to purchase, nor was there any pressure to purchase upgrades/options that we were not interested in. During the trade-in process we worked with Patricia Kirkland, the sales manager, and while we didn't always like the information she had for us, we greatly enjoyed working with her. Had it not been for the combination of Ian and Patricia, I don't believe we would have made a purchase this week. The overall feel of the dealership was amazing, and the benefits one receives from purchasing there are numerous. All-in-all, this was the best car purchasing experience either of us has had, and we would do it all over again, if given the chance, and we recommend all those in the area searching for an Audi to stop into Audi of Wynnewood.

Both Zack and the Sales/Management team was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the car, and made the car I was interested in available for several test drives, as I was having a difficult time deciding between Audi and another brand. Although I did not end up purchasing the Audi, there was nothing more the staff could have done to make me feel comfortable and I will certainly direct others interested in Audi to Zack and Wynnewood Audi, and will also go back when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

Great experience!!! Found this dealership on the internet. Since I owned an Audi, I knew the car I wanted. I shopped locally and felt that the Shrewsbury dealership (the one I use for service) was like a used car dealership with all the bad qualities. My visit to Audi Wynnewood was completely different than my experience at two other philly-area Audi dealers, and one local Acura dealer. I don't think I've ever felt as comfortable talking with salespeople as I did in wynnewood. All of my questions were answered, the test drive was great and the negotiations were very surprising. Both the manager (Ruarri) and the salesperson (Ted) showed me a lot of independent pricing information and reviews which made me very comfortable with the price we agreed on. This was a very good experience, and I have already recommended other people to Audi Wynnewood.

Words can not express my dissatisfaction with this car dealership. I could never recommend this dealership to anyone after the car buying experience that I had. The car itself is beautiful, but it is defective. I purchased my new Audi about a month ago and have already been back to the dealership 3x's -- two for service and once to have my car detailed (horribly might I add, the car was cleaner when I brought it in!). Also the problem that I took my car in for service for is still not fixed. I have to go back in a month because the problem is not diagnosable by this dealership and they need to consult Audi America or another local dealership about how to fix it. This dealership is new, so I anticipated growing pains, but not to this extent. I wish that I never stepped foot in this dealership or purchased this car. I told my husband that we should have gone to Audi in Conshohocken and now he will never live this down!

First I was not told about the $650 Audi care that was on top of the negotiated selling price.Then I find out that my car is on some holding lot in Rhode Island and I can't take delivery for a week when I had cancelled a flight and made plans to drive instead for a vacation.I ended up getting a silver car instead of black because I couldn't wait the extra days.Then, when the salesperson came to pick me up (granted that was nice) I find out that my car is not going to be ready tonight and we are just going to fill out paperwork and he wants me to go back to the dealership tomorrow to pick up the car. He did not think to inform me of this in advance which is completely unacceptable.In the end, we did paperwork tonight and he is driving my car to me tomorrow but I still feel pretty shafted given that I agreed to a very fair price and money factor.
