I am a long time Hyundai driver. Still driving a 2003 XG350L and just bought a 2020. The service and sells department personal are always nice and friendly. The quality of there work is good and done quickly and even when I'm waiting for my vehicle someone keeps me informed on the progress.

Poor communication. Overpriced. Edit: After you give them an honest review, they will hound you non stop with phone calls and emails to update your score to a higher star rating. For this reason I have lowered their score from 3 stars to 1. If they had been half this attentive while the vehicle was in their shop, they wouldn't have gotten a low score in the first place. Instead of taking the opportunity to train and improve their staff they simply blame the customer.

The service department is always incredibly helpful. They resolve your issue quickly and return your vehicle as soon as possible. I've had a recurring issue with my vehicle and they have kept great notes to monitor the situation and find a solution.

I enjoyed my visit. I did ask for the interior of my car to be vacuumed out. The top of the mats were vacuumed. All the dirt underneath was not touched. The last time my car was vacuumed, the dirty mats were placed on the seats, the floor was vacuumed and the mats were put back, vacuumed. The dirt was left on my seats.

Tuesday of last week this joint had about 7 Sonata N Lines and the same number of Sonata Limited. I made it abundantly clear I WOULD be buying one the next week. I expressed particular interest in a blue N Line but since this dealership is WAY out of the way figured I'd look at both. (Limited has a lot more features and a lot less HP). I kept in almost daily contact with questions and when I would be able to make it over. This last Monday I called to make sure the person I was dealing with would be there the next day, so he would get "the credit". Oh, sorry, the owner decided to ship every single last one of both the NLine and Limited out last night. Not even sure what the explanation was, I was so livid. Something about loaners I think. But hey, they might be back in three months as "used". No heads up? Within hours? Np courtesy to hold at least the one of 16 or 17 i expressed the most interest in? By the way on the first call i specifically offered to pay to hold it. Naw, we don't hold cars. What a joke!!!!!
