I bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS Performance last week at Auto House. I drove an hour to look at the car. As soon as I pulled in, I spotted the car. Before I even made it thru the door, Mark had greeted my fiance and I. From there everything went so smoothly. They got the car ready, and even offered to put the car seat in the car for me if I wanted the whole family to come for the test drive (We had to bring our 2.5 year old son). I did the test drive and then sent my fiance. When we got back and started with paperwork it wasn't log before I was signing away. All the staff members were pleasant, and so welcoming. It was a great experience from being to end. It was so worth the drive and purchase.

After speaking with Angelo, the salesman on the phone, I was hesitant on going into the dealership to begin with. I asked him specific questions about the vehicle I was interested in. He had zero product knowledge. I showed up and was greeted by "the sales manager" mark who barely looked up at me. He said, oh you must have spoken to Angelo on the phone. Angelo who could care less if I was there or not barely moved out of his chair. He was focused on whatever he was doing on his computer screen. He eventually got out of his chair and showed me a few cars. Never the less, I didn't end up buying a car here. They have a beautiful selection of cars but clearly they don't care if they sell them!

Searching for a car can be so time consuming. Like most people I am too busy to drive from lot to lot looking for a car. Not to mention one that turns out is a lot more rare then I thought it would be. I searched on line for the car with the features and color within 50 miles from home. Nothing. 100 miles. Nothing. Finally 300 miles away found one from a Different Dealership. I drove 300 miles to go look at it with a check in hand. I get there and due to the condition I drove 300 miles home with my check and no car. Back to the web I went. I emailed 5 different dealerships that night looking for my car. And what do you know. Angelo calls me first thing in the morning. We talked about the condition of, and the carfax for the vehicle I requested information on. I told Angelo about the experience I just had at a different dealership and wanted to make sure this car is in good condition. Angelo told me I would love the car and it was in the condition I was expecting. Mind you I don't know this guy. I'm over 750 miles away. He understood. Get this. Angelo takes a video of the car zooming in on areas I had questions and or concerns about. Then he followed up with me during the day to see what I thought of the video and to see what other questions I had. At that point I really felt like this was the car. Who is going to spend the time to make and send a close up video of the wheels, paint, bumpers, and the trim inside and out for a guy 750 miles away? ANGELO!!! He isn't there to slam people into a car. He is there to assist you with gathering the information you need to make the best decision. Angelo is not a salesman so to speak. Angelo is more of a Professional Communicator of your automotive wants and needs. He actually listened to me. He found out what my needs were. He featured and benefitted the detail of the car to me. And he was able answer all of my concerns and or objections I may of had about looking at and buying a car this from home. So how does one buy a car over 750 miles away from home. If you're dealing with Angelo you could buy it over the phone and know if he says the car is in great condition then it is. For me not knowing Angelo or Auto House of Southington it was still questionable. After talking with him and seeing the video he sent I new I needed to see the car. The fastest and easiest way to do that was get on a one way flight to Hartford. I'm not that kind of guy with the resources to just get on a flight to go look at a car. But Angelo and Auto House had the car I was looking for. He tells me "Don't worry about it. I'll send a guy to pick you up at the airport and bring you to the dealership". Really? So I fly in the next day and there was Ken waiting for me at the airport. This was just crazy. For me it was Not a Normal way to buy a car. But to these guys it is. Angelo says this is what we do for our customers. We just call it Wednesday. Just another day assisting people with buying the cars they want. The car was everything he said it was. Clean and well cared for. This was it. What a relief for me when I first walked around it. Angelo with that smile. He said a couple times with a slight giggle. "See! It's a really nice car". He was right. It was what I was searching for. We took it for a test drive and I new I was driving it home. I got to meet Josh and do some paperwork. That was an easy 5 minutes. These guys aren't new at this. They really know what they are doing and care what you think. These are a great bunch of trustworthy guys to work with. I've bought some nice cars from good people but this is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. And I had to fly there to do it. And just think, Angelo was the only guy to call me back out of 5 dealerships from my email inquiry. To Auto House of Southington, thanks and thanks for having a professional like Angelo.

Ok I know most people out there searching for a used automobile are all hoping to get the most for there dollar and have an ideal of there own expectations from sales & services. With that being said , I am clearly no exception to that rule. So let me tell you somethings about these guys with my experience. First & foremost I will tell you I was suddenly careless. Without a care in the world because I personally Know so many people in the highend carsales business. Yet when I went to look the people I know didn't have the Audi I was looking for I couldn't believe it but I found myself online and within an hour I found the car. I was nervous because I know them. But I called loving the car. What Happened next I never immagined. Josh answered the first call and knew the answers to all my questions or took the time to ask & trust me I had plenty I asked. I was nervous as I didn't know anyone of these guys & I was looking at an Audi 2013 A4. I'm not one to venture. But so happy I did. These guys truly stand above service editiqute in car dealings & Sales. Customer services begins the moment you talk to them. Josh, Angelo, Mark & George were reassuring beyond & for good reason. Best financing at 2.9 from a reputable bank Got my car payment right where I need it and I have no doubt they will stand by there warranty!!! Listen I don't know how to say it enough. I'm a woman & did this solo out of my area & comfort zone. I spent hours on hours with them due to my inquires, I was nervous I didn't know these guys from anywhere and these guys are truly amazing!!! Highly recommend !!! They really care & stand by there cars!!! Honestly loved my experience with them!!!

I found my vehicle online and sent a request to schedule an appointment to see the car. I was contacted back the next day by Angelo, we set up my appointment for the next day. when I arrived to look at the car Angelo was there ready to show me my car. The vehicle was freshly washed and detailed for my viewing. Angelo was great, he grabbed the keys and showed me the car explaining everything I wanted to know about it. We took it for a nice test drive and the car was in mint condition. I was sold !! I already had an offer from my bank to finance the car, Angelo asked me what they offered for a rate and I told him and he said they could beat that no problem. It was a good offer from my bank and I didn't think they could beat it but they did. I was very happy with their offer and it was super quick and easy! These guys really exceeded my expectations. I recommend coming down and seeing Angelo and getting a beautiful car. There inventory is top notch and all cars are quality machines. All the employees were a delight to deal with and my experience was supreme!! Thanks to Angelo I am driving away in my 2015 Mercedes Benz C300!!!!!!

We are very pleased with our Audi Q7. Our purchase experience with Auto House was excellent, from start to finish. We came in to see an Infinity QX60 but it was already sold so we decided to take a look and test drive a couple of other vehicles. We immediately fell in love with the AUDI. Purchased a 2013 BMW X5 M Sport with 17k miles. I live 3.5 hours away and they offered a fair trade value of my Silverado over the phone. X5 price was fair given the M Sport/Performance option package 440HP. Wish the wheels weren't curbed by the last owner but I know I guy who can fix the right up. Website pictures could be high resolution as I would have noticed the wheel issues. I have purchased 4 cars in the last 12 months and this was by far the easiest less the drive.

I have been searching for a safe, quality used car for my twin daughters who recently turned 16. Over the past few months I have done extensive research and many different vehicles and visited numerous dealerships from Danbury to East Hartford. I saw a 2010 Toyota Corolla on their website and decided to take a look. My sales rep, Mark K. was excellent. I met the rest of staff and they were all very personable and professional. The car was clean with fairly low mileage and we agreed to a price that was equitable given the current market. Understanding that I was a nervous, and somewhat of a overprotective dad looking to buy his girls their first car to share, they were sensitive and attentive to my concerns. As a family, we picked up the car this afternoon and the transaction went perfectly. For anyone reading this review in search of a reputable, used car dealership with integrity, search no more. This is the first review I have ever written. I was shopping for a BMW 6 for my fiance. There were two that I was interested in at Auto House. We live over two hours away so I was not even going to go look, but I called just to discuss the car. John Frione answered the phone when I called and I am glad he did. He answered all my questions and gave me his personal cell in case I had more questions. I called him back and said we would be coming in to look but we are traveling over two hours so please don't waste my time if anything we had discussed wasn't accurate. He laughed and gave me his word. John then gave me to Mark Rotondi who would be the one I would meet with. Mark couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The day we were going to go to the dealership, I had a situation at work and could not make it. So I called Mark to inform him that my fiance would be coming via Uber and please do not take advantage. Mark laughed and assured me she would be treated properly. I did everything over the phone, that last piece was for my fiance to drive the vehicles and decide if in fact she enjoyed the vehicle. She arrived at Auto House and was greeted by Mark. He had both vehicles waiting for her to drive. He spent over two hours with her letting her drive them both multiple times. She chose the 640i. All the financing and paperwork took less then an hour and she was on her way home. I have purchased over 25 cars in my life. I have never had an experience that I had at Auto House and can't thank them enough for their professionalism. I called John and Mark to thank them personally for all they had done. We got the delivery of our X5 on 27 May 2016. Angelo was great to work with right from the day I called to inquire about the car to the day of delivery and after. The dealing was easy, we goy our own financing and there was no pressure to get financing through them or purchase anything. The owner Johnny also greeted us right at the entrance when we first went there to see the car. Since we drove from about 125 miles away, on the day of delivery, they arranged for a pickup and Angelo came to personally pick us up. You don't get this type of service always these days. I recently bought a Cadillac ATS from Auto House of Southington and worked with Angelo. I was very impressed by how quick and easy the process was. I highly recommend Angelo as a sales rep since he wasn't pushy and showed patience with finance adjustments to get my payment where I wanted it. I have always passed by Autohouse and was impressed by their inventory selection. On one Sunday in March I happened to be going to McDonalds next door and saw a beautiful 2014 Stingray sitting right out front. I have always wanted one and this was a Laguna Blue convertible that really stood out. A few days later I stopped in to test drive it and I was hooked. I wasn't even in the market for a car but I had to have it. I dealt with Angelo and he was great. About a week later I was driving home in my new toy. John and Rob were also very helpful and easy to deal with. They all take pride in the cars that they sell and provide a very easy going buying experience. Auto House has a lot of impressive cars but on this day I was looking for a safe and reliable vehicle for my college aged kids. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Chevy Cruze for what I feel was a fair price. I know the vehicle was priced to sell after doing research on the various car websites. Angelo was easy to work with and did not pressure me in any way. He answered all my questions and I felt comfortable enough to make the deal after test driving the car for the first time. I had some concerns about the chips and scratches and they were able to get the car detailed which made the car look fantastic. I also had concerns about how much tire tread was left and Angelo assured me he could get me new tires at cost when the time came. My son saw the car for the first time when we brought it home and I think he was impressed. Overall the buying experience went very well and I would go back to them in the future.

I just picked up a 2008 Mercedes S 550. I couldn't be happier with the entire purchase experience. Our Salesman, Mark Rotondi allowed me to really learn this car before I bought it and didn't exert any undue pressure during the entire process. The car is exceptional, but as with any used car, it needed a few things taken care of. Because it is a higher end car, there is always the concern that everything is just right when you pick it up. The delivery process was flawless, fast and really great. The entire staff there is very down to earth and my wife and I loved the fact that they have their dogs there and really run it like a family operation. There were some great surprises when I picked up the car as well. When i bought it, I noticed that a couple of the wheels were dinged from hitting curbs etcetera. I did not ask that Auto House repair that, as I thought that was going a bit far for the great deal we got on the car. However, when we picked it up, I found that they had taken all the wheels off and repaired all the dings and blemishes on the rims. This was just a great testament to the fact that even tough they sell used cars, they really care about what leaves their facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Job well done!

Came here to check out a new truck I found online. After looking for two months at numerous deals and models this was the best deal and price I found. Max amount for my trade in, and excellent staff to help through the whole experience. Will be back for another truck down the road when it's time to trade in.

Bought a Ford F150 found in online ad. The guys told me it was a nice truck when I called. I had been looking for a few weeks and found nothing but overpriced rust buckets. Got a fair deal on a good vehicle. They don't stock junk on the lot. I put money down and was financed on the spot. My buying experience was smooth and the staff was laid back and professional. I recently purchased a Dodge Challenger from here. After looking for a long time, I found the one I wanted and came to look at it. Finally, after looking at many other cars that didn't look as good as the picture, this one looked better in person than the picture. Mark, my salesman, was very low pressure. A nice change from other dealers. It was nice to walk in a not be HOUNDED by people to purchase the car because they wanted to make their quota. All the financing was explained to me, very clearly, I might ad. The car was ready as promised, and on time. I had to drive a 1 1/2 hours to get here and I would do it again. I am very pleased with my experience and would return to purchase another car.

I must say I couldn't be happier with my Kia Optima and Mark the salesman I dealt with was great right from the start. Everyone inside was very nice and professional and Robert who does the loan processing was also very efficient and respectful. Purchasing a vehicle from Auto House was a positive experience from start to finish. First off, they have some beautiful, top of the line vehicles and the prices on cars I looked at were lower than any others out there. I dealt with Mark from start to finish and have no complaints. He was easy to deal with and just a good guy. It was a refreshing change to deal with a smaller size dealer rather than the bigger guys. My wife and I have not had the best dealings with the "auto mall" type places over the past few years. Go check out Auto House and I guarantee you will find a car that catches your eye.

I couldn't ask for a more pleasant helpful professional staff!! The process was extremely easy and I drove away in my 2013 Audi A5 the same day. They walked me through the whole process (trade-in/buying) answering all questions and making me feel comfortable and assured of everything. Even when I returned for a minor gas cap issue they fixed it with absolutely no issues. If I could give them 100 stars I would. If you know what you are looking for and they have it, it is worth the trip to Auto House. I was looking for an MB e350 wagon with 4 Matic. They had one in my price range, color, and milage. I took a test ride and she ran fine but I had a concern about the condition of the front break rotors as there was some grooves in them. I disscussed it with Josh & John and they said that they would take care of it. The deal was made .This was on a Saturday. I received a call that Wednesday that the car was ready. That Saturday I picked the car up. The rotors had been replaced and they car was nicely detailed. The paper work took about 15 minutes and I was on the road. Very professional dealer.

It's typical to have a few miscommunications when making a major purchase from out of state, but the dealership was responsive and everything worked out great in the end. I was particularly impressed with Linda, who stepped in to facilitate some things that I needed to have happen quickly. Linda was extremely professional, responsive, and her attention to detail bumped my opinion of the dealership from 4 to 5 stars. I would use this dealership again and would recommend them to others.

I love everything about this dealership. The sales staff is polite and knowledgeable. The service department is great, easy to set up an appointment and they know their stuff. I have been to other dealers and see cars that are priced higher and in "used" condition. The cars at Auto House of Southington all look pre-owned. They spend the extra time and money to detail every vehicle on their lot. I really like being able to look at the current inventory on their website and appreciate that you can view the carfax report online. We will be buying a newer vehicle for my daughter and my husband is only looking at Auto House of Southington. Purchasing our last car from them was effortless. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Auto House is the best dealer I have ever went to. The guys working there were not clingy and try to force me to buy the car. The prices are very reasonable. They worked with me with the financing and they fixed all the minor things that the car had. I recently purchased a 2004 Honda Accord from Auto House of Southington and had a great experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was treated fairly and with respect, which being a woman, should be noted. The entire process was as stress-free and as easy as possible. They allowed me to take it to my Honda mechanic who checked it out, found a couple of minor issues but gave his blessing. Upon returning the car, I let the guys know what was found and they offered to take care of all of them. One of the issues was that the rooters needed to be cut, when I went to pick up the car, not only had they just replaced the rooters but they did the front brakes too! Talk about going above and beyond. Finally, on the way home from purchasing the car, the SRS light came on, I called Auto House and they had me bring it back, turns out it was a seatbelt sensor that was covered by Honda but I was so impressed with the guys at Auto House who checked and rechecked until they got to the root of the problem and then made sure that there was a plan of action that corrected the issue and made me happy. I can not say enough about these guys, in particular with Mark, Rob, and Dennis.

I went in to purchase a car with my husband... The loan terms that were offered didn't match our budget... I said, no way!... The salesman looks at my husband and says, I have one of those at home but I don't let her get away with it!... Extremely blatantly disrespectful and rude!... I would never buy a car from this dealership due to the disrespectful comments made!
