I was interested in buying a used Jeep Gran Cherokee when I went to Auto Lenders in Princeton, the selection was unbelievable! Many low mileage Jeeps in different package configurations were available. Salesman Eric Vena picked out a nice model in my price range. Great experience overall.

The experience at AutoLenders Princeton location was great. Used their website to choose a few SUVs we were interested in test driving. I received a call to schedule the appointment to see the cars and had several follow-ups to confirm our appointment. The vehicles were ready when to arrived on Sat to see them and our sales rep was awesome. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions throughly. He never pressured us, if fact the two cars we were between were. Big difference in price and it seemed he didn't care which we chose, just that we picked the best one for our needs. Dealership is beautiful and the cars all look brand new. Think their business model is stellar!

Pulling into the lot you can see that there is a huge inventory of vehicles to choose from including a range of prices so it is easy to find the one you want at a price that works for you. All employees were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall it was an excellent car buying experience!

I went to Auto Lenders last Saturday to look at a Honda Accord I saw online. My husband and I loved the experience from the moment we arrived at Auto Lenders. We were not bombarded and Eric Vena was a delight to deal with. My husband had to go to work during the car buying process, so Eric even delivered my new car right to my door that way. I have already recommended this used car dealer to several people at work and will continue to do so because they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I love the bumper to bumper piece of mind warranty they have on every one of their cars!

I had a great experience from start to finish! Was able to walk around the lot without being bothered which gave me time to think about what kind of car I may want. Once I went inside and met The General Sales Manager Christopher Murphy who listened to my situation and directed me to my sales consultant Anthony Cipriano. He found me perfect car and walked me through the approval process which was quick and easy! They even followed me home with my new car so I could have it at home today! I highly recommend them!!

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic EX from Auto Lenders in June 2016. The car was like new with only 13K Miles on it. I am a big fan of Honda, and was in the market for a new car. I went to Autolenders to sell them my 2007 Honda, to which they gave me a fair price and a check on the spot. I then needed a new car just a few weeks later. I found a car I liked from another AL location, and they transferred the car to the Princeton location at no cost. By the time I got to the dealership that evening, my financing had been approved and I left with the car. I would recommend Autolenders if you are in the market for a good used car. They also offer an extended warranty at an additional cost, and if your insurance company does not offer a GAP insurance rider, you can purchase one from AL.

The staff was friendly, and, in particular, the salesperson I worked with, Stephen Washington, was extremely friendly and helpful. He was patient, and let me make my own decision about which car to buy, offering advice when asked, but never pushing me to go beyond my budget. I had the definite feeling that he was trying to get me the car I wanted, not the one he might want to sell. Once I chose my vehicle, I was offered a warranty, and an insurance plan that seemed fair. I drove off the lot in my new car. The whole process was very easy.Overall, my experience with AutoLenders was very good.

Had been looking at cars for about a year and had finally decided to visit Auto Lenders after we did the dealer's route. Found several cars we liked and our sales associate, Eric was a great help. Not only let me test drive existing cars, but brought in others he thought I might like. Worked with us to finalize deal and continued to stay in touch with other issues that came up. I have already recommended this place to my friends. In time I'll be back.

As I was searching for a used car, I found the one I was looking for at an Auto Lenders lot. Not having experienced this company before, I figured I'd give it a shot and ended up with the best experience buying a car I have ever been through. Setting up an appointment was easy and when I arrived, Anthony C. was ready immediately. He began to show me as many cars as I needed to see to ensure the one I came in for was the one. Once we agreed to make a deal, Mike D. took me through the paperwork part that no one likes yet it could not have been easier. They were able to get me a great financing rate ....and even had lowered the rate by the time.I was ready to sign! How many dealers would try to get you lower payments after you agreed on a price?? Best experience ever and I will definitely go back the next time I need a car!

I had an atypical experience at Autolenders, but one that still needs to be shared. My wife and I were in the market for a used car, after searching for a week at various new and used car dealers we found ourselves on Route 37 in Toms River doing the classic dealer shuffle. We walked around the lot at Autolenders and didn't really see anything that we really liked that was in our price range (we were looking for a luxury car with 60-80 miles), Autolenders had some nice vehicles but the mileages were low and the price a just bit out of our reach. As we were about to leave, our salesmen, Bill S. said, hang on, I just received a car in a trade-in and I think you might like it. He brought the car out, a gorgeous jet black 2006 BMW 525i in near Mint condition. The car was making a weird noise and had a sensor malfunction lamp lit on the dash. My wife and I informed Bill that we really did not want to a car that has any problems, as our last vehicle broke down and left us in the lurch. Bill S. assured us that they were only brake sensors and that if I wanted the vehicle, the sensors would be taken care of. I should state now, this was an AS-IS (no warranty) vehicle and not part of Autolenders usual business model, which is low mileage vehicles off of their first lease, usually 2-5 years old. We took the car home for the evening on a trial, (we almost walked away, but we figured, why not). The car was fine, the night we had it, (the brake sensor light is on the entire trial). The next day, we brought the car back and were prepared to make an offer. We would buy the car as long as all the lights on the dash were taken care of. The General Manager Stratis M. informed me that all would be taken care of and the car would be ready tomorrow. When I picked up the car and drove it off the lot, the brake sensor lamp lit right back up! I immediately brought the car back and told Stratis that this was unacceptable. Stratis agreed and had his in-house mechanic take a look at the vehicle to determine what was wrong. I was told that it was not the brake sensors as before, but a Steering Angle Sensor in the ABS braking system that was malfunctioning. As I stated previously, I never checked the codes on the dash and took Autolenders at their word that it was only the brake sensors. With this in mind I was told that it was the first time anyone there had seen such an error with the vehicle. As the vehicle was AS-IS it would not be covered, as it was not detailed in the signed contract. Of course, this was upsetting, so I voiced my concerns to Autolenders cooperate headquarters via an email. Within the hour Stratis called me and asked me to return as soon as possible so he could address me and my wife concerns. While driving the vehicle in the day which took place in the interim, the BMW overheated while driving down the highway (pulled over waited five minutes and drove the next day with zero issues, faulty water pump). Now, I am scared of this vehicle! Returning to Autolenders the next day, Stratis informs me again that it is an AS-IS vehicle and is entitled to nothing under law. He then informs me that after speaking to the owner of the company, Mr. Brad Wimmer, Autolenders has decided to undertake the cost of the Steering Angle Sensor Repair, just out of loyalty to a customer! Unfortunately, but understandably, they would not be able to cover the cost of the faulty water pump. Even here though Stratis said he would work with me to get the repair down in-house for as cheap as possible. Let me stop here and address the obvious, yes, Autolenders might have known about the steering angle sensor the whole time, but I highly doubt it. I was a medic for six years in the ARMY and served two tours in Iraq, during that tenure I got to know people pretty well, and its not hard to spot a liar. And even if, the point is mute because they repaired it with OEM parts and even lent me a lot car for a week so I didn't have to splurge for a rental again ($300 savings). The water pump issue only occurred once in three day of driving so I am positive that they were ignorant of that as well. After a few days, the new sensor and water pump we put in and the total cost of the repair was a little over $1200, roughly the same price I was quoted at the dealer, though I am sure it would have been about $1500-1800, when it was all said and done over at BMW. I have to say that when buying a used car you always expect issues, and this BMW certainly has more than a few. At the end of the day a few lessons have been learned, the first being, never, ever buy a European luxury car for more than $5000 without a warranty! Just not worth the risk unless youre a mechanic. The second is that I would most assuredly return to Autolenders to purchase another vehicle. The team there, especially Stratis and Bill S, were incredibly caring, thoughtful, and addressed all our needs, at great expense even though they didn't have to. The company and men working for acted with honor in a tough situation. I would though not buy a car AS-IS of course. If youre going to buy a car for around 10,000 make sure you get a warranty. I had been to several other dealers who promised me the world and gave me nothing. I called the dealership spoke to Kevin who told me who would make no promises, but would do everything in his power to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He was good to his word, he worked with me to get a vehicle that made my daughter happy and a price that I could deal with. We were not the easiest customers because my daughter wanted what she wanted, but Kevin was patient and we walked out with a great vehicle.

I've been needing a car for some time now and I saw an ad for Auto Lenders and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I decided to check it out. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The actual dealership is spectacular with a completely open floor plan which was spotless. The staff was definitely top tier. My sales person Eric V, instantly connected with me and made the process whole lot easier for the both of us. Since this was the first car I was buying, Eric really understood the fact I was nervous and wanted the best deal for my money. He explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with it. Once I decided on a car, the actual process of buying it was a piece of cake. Everyone from the service tech to the business manager wanted me to leave happy and car keys in hand. They even worked with my insurance company to secure the best rate for myself. I will be buying many more cars from Auto Lenders in the future. I will be sure to recommend Auto Lenders to everyone who is looking for a car.

Let me first start by saying, I am not a fan of the "sharks" at ordinary car dealerships. So when I tell you, I never felt that at Auto Lenders, that says a lot. I was able to get some of the easy stuff out of the way prior to visiting this location with emails. My salesman, Anthony was great. They worked very hard to get my payments where I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Auto Lenders.My wife said that this was such a great experience that she will come back to purchase her next car here. The building is customer friendly and very clean.

Our car buying experience at Autolenders was wonderful! Eric Vena made things stress free, enjoyable and easy. The team of employees at Autolenders were all very helpful. I myself was very particular with exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. Eric Vena searched for over a month until he found exactly 'the one' for me. He even had two vehicles shipped to our location for me to test drive. Eric and his team at Autolenders accommodated us in every way possible. My boyfriend is a mechanic in the military and was extremely adamant about me having the full warranty at no cost and a monthly payment that was affordable for me. I and my friend bought cars from Autolenders' Princeton location. The experience was great. We were amazed at the inventory at the location and quality of the cars. Almost all cars look new despite of years of usage and thousands of mileage.My friend bought Honda Accord Ex and I bought Mazda 3 for my daughter. We were very delightful at the facility and the experience we had interacting with Kevin and the Finance manager. Both were quite helpful in explaining every details of the cars and answered all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction.I very strongly recommend Autolenders to anyone who is interested in buying pre-owned vehicle.

1st the selection of cars is outstanding. I was able to drive and see the cars I was considering first hand. They helped find what I was looking for but allowed me to make the final decision. I was treated with 110% respect which is not always the case being a woman looking for a car. They were supportive but not pushy. I am 200% satisfied with the service I received and will tell everyone I know to go ans see Eric Vena,Anthony Cipriano, Chris and Mike- who were able to beat my rate with my credit union. I hv my Honda Accord for which guy took all details and gave estimated price of $3700 but asked me to take it to thier location. I was not serious but they followed up couple of times on phone. So I drove 40 miles to thier Princeton location. Guy there checked car n said ur car is good but it has wear n tear so will pay only $700. That's was disgusting. Of course any old car will have wear n tear. There was no accident on car. Knowing all this why did he estimated $3700 on ph initially inspire of giving all car details. It is cheap marketing strategy they follow to sell car in thier inventory. Don't fall in their trap.It was waste of time n 80 miles of total travel. I would say, just stay way.

I walked into this deal with anticipating a high pressure sales environment, however that was not the case at all. I was greeted by Eric Vena, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. I want to Thank Auto Lenders and Eric Vena very much. I have been to several auto dealerships and this dealship is excellent. They went over and behind to make the deal work well within are budget Eric Vena was very helpful. He was not like most sales guys. He made us feel comforatable and enjoyable exprience. I really enjoyed the lounge area were they had multiple hot drinks to chose from. Also did not take that long to make the deal. I highly recommend this auto dealer. Fantastic costumer service. Eric Vena was very knowledgeable about the company and what they had to offer before we even even discussed the cars.

The sales experience is great. We went on Saturday late afternoon, test drove 2 different Mazda models. We wanted different options, and the sales person found it at another site. It was sent to Princeton Monday and we picked up after work. The paperwork was about 30 minutes and everyone is helpful and friendly. Unbelievable, we got called Tuesday that permanent plates were in, and had title within a week. Everyone is friendly and competent. We'll service all of our cars here from now on, and always purchase certified used cars here. Mice to know we don't have to deal with new car dealers any more.
