A friend recommended Auto Link to me. I was going thru a divorce and needed to get a reliable vehicle. When I met Joel and Jack I thought they were two of the nicest people and were most friendly. I bought a 2006 Acura TL from them at a great price and I know for a fact the car would have cost me at least $8000 more someplace else. I have since been back to them for tires, etc., and I find the quality of work to be superb. I am not an easy person to please, but Auto Link managed to make me very happy. The customer service they provide is outstanding.I am not sure what hidden fees the person who did a rating was talking about. I was told up front what all the fees would be, and they were written down. The fees included tags, taxes, title fee, etc. There were no surprise add-ons at the end. As a matter of fact, I had a van that I wanted to sell and Joel recommended that I take to CarMax to get an estimate. He said whatever they gave me, he would pay me over that for the van and he kept his word and did exactly that.I would recommend any of my family and/or friends to Auto Link as I found the overall experience to be a great one and I really enjoyed working with Joel and Jack. I will definitely go to them for my next vehicle.

I have been very fortunate to purchase two cars from Auto Link, a 2000 Porsche Boxster-S and a 2002 Honda S-2000. The cars were in like-new mechanical, and gorgeous cosmetic condition. Better yet, the price was less than half of new retail. I'm very particular about my cars and I would NEVER have bought a second car from anyone that does less than a stellar job. It has also been my pleasure to recommend Auto Link to at least half a dozen friends, and their experiences have been every bit as good as mine.As for the post that complains of hidden fees, I cannnot understand this situation. Everything was clearly explained to me at all times and I never had an unpleasant surprise. I suspect that the problem with this deal lies with the purchaser and not Auto Link. These are guys you can trust to give you a great deal on a great car.Before I met the guys at Auto Link I never seriously considered buying a used car, since meeting them I would never go to another route. Auto Link is simply the best!

We have bought two cars from AutoLink & have been very happy with them. The service that Jack & Joel gave us was honest & friendly. We also traded in two cars & were given good value for them. Jack has kept up with us over the years & his personal touch has made all the difference for us. We would highly recommend this dealership to others & plan to use them again if we're in need of another used car.

I was happy with the vehicle that I purchased from Auto Link, but was not so happy with all the fees that I was not informed of by the company's owner, Joel Lyles. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and pay the purchase price, Joel was not available to explain any of the fees, including a "processing fee" that was changed from $39 (the price I was originally quoted by the salesman) to $69, with no explanation of why the change. They passed all the fees on to the customer (me), including their business tax and the $11 of gas they put in the vehicle. Talk about being nickel and dimed! I did not mind paying the fees as much as I minded that I was not told about any work that needed to be done to my car until after it was already completed. After I picked up my car, Joel realized that I was paying part of the purchase price with a loan and charged me a $50 "lien fee" for filling out my paperwork - which I filled out myself! I also asked for a description of the DMV fees that I was charged and, after being repeatedly told that the fees were "100% correct," Joel admitted that he did not know the current DMV fees and could be off by a few dollars. He did say he would refund any money I overpaid, but I had researched the proper fees and he would not believe me. He told me that HE was the authority, NOT the DMV. What ever happened to the customer being right??I contested the lien fees and improperly charged DMV fees and Joel constantly interrupted me to tell me about his good reputation in the community. Well, his actions spoke louder than words and, as I told him on the phone, I will never EVER do business with him again. I hope that anyone else who enters into business with Auto Link asks for a full disclosure of all possible fees (in WRITING, b/c they will likely change!) before signing anything!
