I have passed by Auto Villa many times and I have always admired the customized lifted trucks. I was looking for a lifted Ram with very low mileage. I finally decided that I was in the market for that type of truck so I called Auto Villa and talked to Jason. He went out of his way, including on his days off, to set up a test drive that fit in my schedule. When I came in he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy about a sale. He told me the truck I was looking at on the website was there but he had another Ram that hadn't hit the lot yet. He called it a "unicorn" because Ram only made 1000 of this edition and it was rare that Auto Villa got one on their lot. We test drove it and when we came back after the test drive, Jason let me take it home for another test drive to see if it was the right truck for me. Needless to say I came back with the truck later that day and bought it. Jason got everything organized for me before I even came back and the process was simple and quick. Tony helped with all the financing and made the paperwork easy and understandable. Both Jason and Tony made this the best car buying experience I've had. I highly recommend Auto Villa especially Jason and Tony! They will take care of you and you get an incredible customized vehicle with no hassles. Thank you Jason and Tony!

After looking at reviews we decided to drive all the way from Michigan to look at a truck we had seen on their website. We worked with Jason and Jr. They were awesome. Jason was so nice, courteous, and made you feel right at home. He provided incredible customer service and you could tell he loved his job and genuinely cares about his customers. Jr went on our test drive and he was great too. We shared a lot of laughs and ended up purchasing the truck. We did all of the paperwork with Dave and had a great experience with him as well. My fiance loves the truck we purchased. I highly recommend checking them out. It was 110% worth our 8+ hours on the road.

A tad late, didn’t realize I didn’t press submit! Auto Villa has always done things right with honesty and satisfaction, I recently went on steady numbers on what I wanted and with two similar vehicles I had my eye on. I was taken care of by a younger man, pardon as I forgot his name, but the in and out service I had to get approved was worth it. Walked out with a nice mint 2016 vehicle. Although after the purchase, there was some minor come ups with the car, but was taken care of within two weeks of purchase from honest work. Thanks to Dave and his associates, I was able to on the road again with comfort.

I did not buy a truck from Auto Villa. Saw a truck online and my wife and I stopped by on a whim. Greeted promptly, was able to drive the truck and then talked numbers. Was given all the info I needed and wanted and never did I feel like I was being pressured to just buy it. It actually felt like they wanted me to make the best decision for me and if that aligned with what had on the lot, then heck yea lets put a deal together. Absolutely no BS mark ups. Wanted to leave, measure my garage height and consider the purchase with my wife. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. While now isn't the right time for me to buy a big badass truck, I will in the future. My first stop will be here. Guaranteed.
