I drove 3 Hours from Brownsville, TN to see a Gorgeous 2012 Nissan Maxima. I was greeted with respect and although my mom was in a wheelchair, they were super patient with us and accommodate everyone in my party. My mom even said" John You are the "BEST SALES PERSON". The vehicle was everything I wanted to be and more. The pictures were mirror representation of the vehicle itself. The driving was beyond great. I went to a few dealerships in the past for this vehicle and this one was the best. Thank you for your help. We will be back!

This was a really pleasant experience, folks were easy to work with, and super appreciative of their customers. I came here from Wesley Arkansas which was 9 1/2 hours away and it was worth it 100 percent. They had excellent rates for their financing, super nice facility and very kind people working there. The vehicle pictures represented the vehicle, it was everything i hoped for and more! This was not my first vehicle purchase-owned over 50 cars in my lifetime-yet the best purchase experience. It was clean and very well kept. I am super happy about the value that they gave me for my trade. The car was priced exceptionally well. Thank you Guys!

No used car is perfect, but Auto World was willing to fix a fuel pump problem on my 2005 Nissan Centra that the Nissan dealer in town wanted $740 plus tax to fix. Best of all they didn't charge me for the fix, even though I'd already purchased the car two days earlier. I'm definitely keeping them in mind when it comes time to replace my car. Kudos to John for helping me out.

We went to the dealership and requested to speak to someone about the Miata. We were told that the manager would be the person to talk to but that he was not there but would be back in 5 minute. I went into the restroom and saw someone standing around talking. I went outside and waited over 15 minutes then went to my truck and saw this person again and at that time found out he was the manager and had been there the entire time and had left us standing outside on hot asphalt while he was talking with employees.

My parents helped me shop for the car, and first encountered Mike, and enjoyed their experience with him. We ended up deciding to purchase the Chevy Cruz, and ended the buying process with John. He made the buying process as easy as possible for us, and you could tell he had his customers best interest in mind at all times. Out of all the dealers I've dealt with in the search process, these have been my favorite to work with and made the process a little more enjoyable. I would most certainly recommend Auto World to anyone looking for a car, along with a pleasant customer service experience.

Dealt with John. Drove 3+ hours to look at a car. The vehicle was as he described. Once I arrived, the transaction was quick and John was very thorough. Came back 2 months later to have a guy fix the wheels that had some curb mark on them when I bought the car. John was very helpful in setting this up. I would recommend Auto World.

I was looking for a specific car, and Auto World had the only one in the Nashville area. The price was almost exactly the blue book value. More importantly, John, the salesman was very upfront about the details of the car and didn't try to cover anything up - the car was exactly as advertised. They want to make a simple, honest sale, and I really appreciated that, especially from a smaller independent used car dealership. It's a small company so the dealership is nothing fancy - but they make up for it with the personal relationship you get right away with the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I came to this dealership to test drive a 2012 Camaro. The office staff was really friendly and John, the finance manager was great. He went above and beyond to meet my financial needs and get me into the car I wanted. I had been looking for a while and spoken with many sales representatives from larger dealerships. None were as accommodating and hard working as John Farhangi. I highly recommend the experience.

What a blessing this whole experience has been. John and Mike have been more than helpful and so wonderful. John went over and above to get me the car that I wanted (I will admit I was difficult and very specific). He is very consistent and not pushy, very confident in his vehicles and not your typical "salesmen". I would recommend this place to anyone. From the Greeting to Goodbye, The process was unlike any other dealer we had visited for the past four weeks shopping for a used vehicle. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and were not trying to show us their most profitable unit, but the one that fitted our needs and budget. The financing was very fast and competitive. I searched for a vehicle for years and I was never able to find one that I was fully content with until I came across a vehicle at Auto World via internet. I live ~90 miles from Old Hickory, TN and didn't want to travel the distance to look at a particular vehicle, but I am so thankful that I did. I first test drove the vehicle with Mike and he was very knowledgeable about vehicles and the business itself. I did not feel pressured to commit to the vehicle and I gained much insight from this particular salesman. John helped with the finalization and financing aspect of the purchase and I could not have asked for a better person to do business with. I have visited many dealerships and car lots over the years, but I have never felt so comfortable and been treated like family as I was at Auto World. Mike, John, & Max all make you feel at home and talk with you as they have known you their entire lives. Yes, one can say, "Oh, those men are just trying to seal the deal or sell a vehicle.." Well, of course they are trying to sell a vehicle.. They wouldn't be in the business if they weren't, but I was treated more as family than just a "sealed deal." I cannot stress enough for every person interested in a used car to visit Auto World.. The guys will not let you down and will do everything they can do to benefit you as a customer, a driver, and a person as a whole. I would almost call one slightly crazy if they did not visit Auto World and check out their inventory. Even if you don't purchase a vehicle from Auto World, go visit and gain automobile expertise from these guys. Good luck to each and every car buyer. I live 2 days away but they had a car I really wanted and had looked hard to find. From the first contact via email and then phone calls, they couldn't have been more terrific. If I'd lived much closer, I would have been there. And I certainly considered doing it but that's a long drive to not know in advance whether everything will work as you hoped.

We drove over 2.5 hours to get to this dealership, but it was worth every minute of it. The staff was super friendly, vehicle was in the condition described and it has been almost 9 months since we had it and we continue to love it more. The entire process took less than an hour including the financing. We need two more vehicles for our son and daughter and we will choose Auto World for our next vehicle purchases. This vehicle was exactly what we were told it was before we drove down. we will continuously refer people to them from our town, family and friends alike. we visited six dealerships before finalizing our purchase at Auto World.

My Wife and I recently bought a Nissan Altima and could not be happier. Auto World is by far the best dealership we have been to. There was no hassle while looking around, no one bugging us trying to get us in the most expensive car they had like all the other dealers we visted while shopping for cars. The customer service was outstanding they were nice enough to stay open hours past closing time so we could finish the paperwork and drive it home. They had a large selection and variety so it was easy to find the car we wanted. We will continue to go back to Auto World the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.
