I just purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Auto Direct and can say this is not the stereotypical used car dealer. The building and lot are clean, new, and very well thought out. The dealership is a family operation in the true sense of the word family. All of the employees are friendly and treat ALL of the customers in the friendliest low pressure manner. I came on 2 different days before purchasing and tested a total of 3 vehicles. There was zero pressure to buy when I left on the first day without purchasing a vehicle. While there was a lack of pressure, there was no lack of desire to please or answer any questions I may have. I had the opportunity to meet the owner (Bob) and his son (Chad) - both are class acts and unlike any salesmen Ive met in my 30 years of car buying. It is not hard to see why they are so successful and have the online reputation to back it up. Salesmen and facilities would mean nothing if you dont have the right cars. This dealership has the goods 300 clean vehicles that run the gamut every type of vehicle for every price range. Although Ive had no problems with the Mini thus far, I had the opportunity to overhear Bob handle a customer complaint and I feel confident that Bob and Auto Direct stand behind what they sell and do their best to only sell dependable automobiles.

My search for a new car didn't take very long when I came across a 2005 Ford Mustang GT. I've had negative experiences with dealers in the pas, so I was cautious before going to check it out. I was happy to see that they had nothing but positive reviews. I went in last Saturday to check out the car, and was asked if I nneeded help. They don't pressure you at all and give you your own space to browse. Which is an amazing thing when looking for a car! The dealership is extremely clean and well kept, as are all of their cars. I went in today to get the car, and it was an easy process to get approved and work out financing. The staff is very helpful and appreciative of their customers. My Dad and I have been searching for a used car with low mileage and a unique 'personality' within my limited budget. We ended up finding a 2005 Black PT Cruiser at Auto Direct Cars with only 46,000 mileage for a very low price. We arrived at Auto Direct Cars and instantly were helped with finding the car by Michael. He took the time to show us around the car but also left to allow us some personal time to study the car and discuss what we thought. He brought the car out for my dad to test drive with no difficulties and following this Bob, the owner of the company, brought us through the remaining steps of the process to purchase the car. He even made sure the car could get cleaned up and buffed before we left so we could see the car in all it's glory. We're picking up the car this Saturday and through the process we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nothing felt like it was being forced upon us or that we had to make hasty decisions. We had great personal conversations with everyone (they are a family business) which just enhanced the purchasing experience. Overall, the whole process went amazingly and I would recommend Auto Direct Cars to everyone.

Good looking dealership that had a new renovation, sleek and modern. The staff was amazing since I came so late. They didn't rush me at all and took their time to make sure I was happy. I found the site on cars.com while searching for a used Suv. I came here to buy my first car and immediately felt like family . I was called by the owner himself, Bob and we made an appointment for the next day. I then took a test drive with his brother in law and another member of the family ended up helping with financing. I brought my 2010 camero here about 2 months ago and I've been in love ever sence. My girl friend actually bought a car here 3 years ago, which is how I found out about auto direct. Everybody there was very nice and very honest about there cars and about payments. I was car shopping for 8 months before I came here and out of all of the dealers they made me feel very comfortable about buying my first car. I had poor credit and they really helped with making deals with the banks to help me get the lowest monthly payment. I would recommend to any and everybody here. Remember when companies thought customer service was important? This dealership still does customer service the right way. Everyone was extremely nice, very helpful, and no sales pressure. They spent the time with us that we needed and let us discuss all of the options that we wanted to discuss. The owner even called us and came out to talk to us. From the beginning of our journey auto direct has treated us like family. Chad was very friendly and walked us through every question we had. The show room was spectacular!!! After purchasing our vehicle we noticed the check engine light came on when we informed Chad of the issue he gave us the number to their mechanic. The mechanic informed us it was the catalytic converter but Bob had it fixed immediately and also noticed a hole in one of my tires and replaced the tire for us. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great place to purchase a car!!!!

I just bought my first car from here, and I was very surprised by how nice all the employees were. They were very considerate of my feelings and wanted to make sure I would get the best car. They gave me plenty of time to make my decision, and let me test drive all the cars I wanted. They made you feel like you were their only customer, and they were very considerate and polite. When I discovered some issues with the HHR I bought, they said they would fix the issues for free and they even gave me a card that gives me a free annual oil change and free detail from this company. I was happily surprised by how nice this company is, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nice used car for a good price.

I recently helped my son pick out and buy his first car at Auto Direct. Their website was easy to use and search for the right car. Next I went to them in person and looked at and test drove the cars we liked. After talking with Bob, Chad & Mike I felt confident to take my son there to buy . We got a good deal on a 2011 Mazda 3s which my son LOVES. It was a really sharp car at a FAIR price! Also bought an NAC warranty which came in handy when the stereo went bad. Chad arranged for us to get it fixed promptly at their partner shop and the repair was covered in full by NAC except for a few diagnostic hour charges. That was no problem because Bob was an honest broker and covered the extra cost himself, Thanks Bob! I was looking for a new SUV and went on Cars.com and found an SUV that I liked and the one with all of the specifications I was looking for. The vehicle was listed at Auto Direct. I clicked on their website and began looking at what they had in inventory and what type of company they were. I then applied for credit and provided some details regarding my current trade. Being out of equity / upside down and late on my payments I figured I wouldn't be able to put enough down. So I decided not to pursue the vehicle. A few hours later I get a call from Bob. He went over everything with me and most importantly listed to my concerns. I was very impressed that an owner would actually take that kind of time to call someone to see if anything could be worked out.. that left a great impression! I haven't yet purchased a vehicle yet but when I do it will be from Bob at Auto Direct for certain.

This is the second vehicle I've purchase from Bob. The first car was an Acura TSX it was immaculate on the inside and out. When we first bought the Acura we noticed that it needed brakes, rotors, a door lock repaired and the AC needed to be charged. I was extremely nervous believing there was no way he was going to repair the car since I bought it as is. I was completely wrong, he said no problem bring it in as soon as possible and they'll take care of everything. Within five hours I got a call that the car was done. When I went to pick it up the mechanic said Bob took care of all the expenses. I was so happy I told myself I would buy from him again in the future. My family and I loved the car and it ran great the entire time we owned the vehicle. We were all very sad to see it go when we traded it in for a BMW that had 30,000 less miles and was two years newer than my Acura. Bob and Chad gave me great money for my trade towards my second vehicle. The BMW was in just as good as condition as the Acura I purchased the first time. No one believes the car is an 07 It's so clean. The first day I took it home I had a issue with the vehicle, Bob called to check to see how everything was going. I informed him of what was going on and he told me to drop it off to the mechanic first thing in the morning. I took the car first thing in the morning and Bob had the mechanic resolve the issue immediately. The part my vehicle needed was $600 without the labor. Bob assured me I had nothing to worry about and even offered to rent me a car until the vehicle was finished. When I got the car back it was cleaned and running great. This time around I wasn't surprised at all I knew the guys from auto direct were going to take care of me. I like buying older vehicles with low miles and I'm aware that these are preowned vehicles. I would definitely recommend Bob, Chad, and Doug to anyone who wants to get a great preowned vehicle at a great price and does not want to be prayed upon by some sleazeball salesman trying to get you for every penny you got. My daughter is two years away from getting her license and there's no question I will be back. I highly recommend Auto Direct cars Delran NJ.

I was in an accident which totaled my car and found myself in the market for a replacement car. I visited AutoDirect and found an amazing selection of cars at great prices. I went in looking for some specific Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up leaving with fully loaded Hyundai Veracruz for a really great price. Chad helped me out with the selection and was great, no-nonsense, just straight forward approach to answering all my questions. Doug helped me out with the financing and went the extra mile to get me the best deal out there. Bob the owner was tremendous, sat down and spoke to me about the warranty offers that were available and made sure I left the dealership with some protection for my new investment. He even discovered that the brakes, rotors and battery were all in need of replacement and had them all replaced for me at no charge. I purchased a blue 2005 Mazda 3 about a week ago. I brought it back to have minor things worked on it (ex: a fog lightbulb). Bob was very helpful and friendly when I brought my car back. He made sure I was leaving with a great working car. I heard a loud noise in the back in the trunk area of my car. He had one of his mechanics look at my car. They then realized that it was a shock problem. They ordered me a new one right there and fixed it for me. I did not even have a appointment but Bob somehow fit me in last minute. After they fixed the shock on my car, Bob rode with me around the block to be sure that the noise had stopped completely. They fixed minor details on my car free of charge. I had recently purchased a plum 2008 Hyundai Elantra , and from the moment I walked in the door with Chad helping me look at the car answering all my questions and assisting me with the test drive to Doug making the purchase of the car very smooth and easy , and also Bob being very helpful and friendly, it was a great atmosohere . after having a horrible experience with a dealership (will keep the name confidential) i decided to give autodirectcars a call. i spoke to Bob, and he told me to come down and see what they're about. he said he will be on vacation at the time, but his son Chad will take car of me. i came down the next monday. i was looking for a mercedes for a good deal. if i could not find the right mercedes, i would settle for a bmw. after test driving a 5 series bmw, i just did not like the feel of it. this is when chad said " i have something you would like" this is when a worker there drove around in a pearl white mercedes e350 4matic. Exactly what i was looking for. after test driving it, i fell in love instantly. The staff there was happy because i was happy. after discussing business with chad, he sold me the vehicle for an excellent price. i had some credit issues in the past, but the staff worked hard to get me approved, and they did. 3 months later, i love my benz as if it were my child! drives beautiful. n o issues. I purchased a BMW325i from Bob and Chad. I don't know where to start with this rating. First, I want to say I am a single women who was looking for a very specific car to replace my BMW convertible. I did not want to finace but buy the car. After a very bad experience with another dealer, I called Bob. I found myself in a situation where my car was sold, I was in a rental car, and needed to find a car right away. Not a good spot when trying to find a used car. My past experience left me very untrusting and reluctant to deal with anyone until I spoke to Bob. From the minute he picked up the phone, he was understanding, compassionate, extremely laid back,but made it clear, he would do what was necessary to help me. I went to the dealership the following day. Was greeted by three adorable little dogs, Bob, Chad, Doug, and Dana From the minute I walked through the door until the minute I left the dealership, they were all amazing. They immediately acknowledged my hesitation and needs. I went there to look at the car I bought, but was still not sure of my decision. Bob showed me everything he had on the lot which fell into my budget and allowed me to discard any apprehension I had about the Bmw. It is a beautiful car and exactly what I was looking for. My funding was coming from various sources and was not immediately available Bob did everything he could to get me into this car so I could return the rental. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery, I was hyper ventilating because of a issue with the rental car. Chad immediately calmed me down and instructed me how to handle it. I resolved the issue then came back. Bob, Chad and I finalized the deal! While leaving, Bob told me to let him know if there continued to be a problem with the rental, and he would step in and resolve. Truly, the whole experience I had, was unbelievable from the beginning to the end. No pressure to do anything. Everyone answered every question I had and made me feel like I was controlling the purchase. I will recommend this family dealership to everyone I know and simply cannot put into words how happy I am. Thank you to the Rothberg family!

I actually have to revise my initial review of this dealership because I gave them a positive review far too quickly before finding out they sold me a car with a major malfunction. I brought a 2008 dodge avenger that visually was nice but within two weeks of purchase the check engine light comes on. I got it diagnosed hoping it would be a simple fix and it turned out to be an air intake manifold and air intake gasket problem (700 dollars). I couldnt even get the car inspected with the issue because the stickers were also out dated. To add insult to injury, they sold me a warranty that didnt cover any of the work. Its impossible for me to believe they didnt fully know about this issue before selling me the vehicle. Furthermore, the brakes are also pretty much done and is gone be an additional charge before getting it inspected. I brought the car on 5-9 and on 6-4 Im almost 1,000 dollars into repairs. BUYERS BEWARE

They have a wide range of cars available and a wide range of prices so I was able to find a car within my budget. I found a Toyota Corolla in great condition and had a wonderful experience. The car was clean and had low mileage and was kept in great condition. Everyone there is helpful, laid back, and they don't pressure you at all. Prices are very fair. Buying a car can be difficult especially a used one. The fear of getting a bad deal, high interest rate, and even pressured into a regretful purchase. The guys at the dealership of Auto Direct Cars provided a pressure free environment. Chad; the owners son, handed me the keys to explore the vehicle I had really liked. He then checked up on me to see what I thought. I was kinda unsure of the purchase thinking I could possibly find something better elsewhere. After searching elsewhere I came back because there aren't many places that sell quality cars for a great price. Finally Chad introduced me to Doug who was very helpful with finding me the best finance for my car. Everything worked out smoothly and the owner Bob congratulated me personally for my purchase, but also offered a free detailing and to fix anything that I would find wrong with the car. All I had to do was come back. I'm glad to have found them because they make you feel safe in the sense of driving out with a used car worth buying. This dealership is by far the most accommodating and friendly dealership I have ever dealt with. They work with you and want to service you. They are very fair and want you to be happy. They really do work with you. They have a very nice assortment of cars and they make sure your car is in tip top condition. I was looking for a MazdaSpeed3 and they had just the one I wanted. We had a great experience with Auto Direct Cars. First of all, they had a good selection of cars, and second, Bob Rothberg, and his son, Chad, were a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. When my husband and I decided on a car, Chad went to great lengths to get us a really good interest rate on our loan. I have never seen anything like it! Nothing was hidden; he made all the phone calls right in front of us and didnt give up until he got the lowest rate possible. Furthermore, there was something wrong with the original car we purchasedit just happened to have a recall on that years modelthey worked with us to get us a deal on another car that we had looked at that was a little out of our price range. Integrity and honesty, loyal customer for life!!! Recently my wife and I were looking for a new vehicle because our son was getting our old car for Christmas. We went on cars.com and found this vehicle for thousands less than others on the Internet. It was very close so we decided to go in for a test drive. From our past car buying experience as we were prepared for pressure and a sneaky salesman. To our surprise the people there were so nice and welcoming with no pressure. They let us test drive several vehicles and when we left without making a decision did not call us, or harass us. We continue to shopping around for a week before we went back to make the deal. When we came back they were pleasant and welcoming and gave us a fantastic price without trying to sell us on any extras. This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had and I'm 37 years old and have purchased several cars. After we got the vehicle home we noticed a few things that we didn't notice on the test drive, so we called the dealership and to our surprise they told us to bring the car in immediately and fixed both of the issues within a day free of charge and even detailed our vehicle again. I will only shop from Auto Direct from this point on. Our Acura TSX runs great and is a nice addition to the family. Kudos to Auto Direct for their professionalism and courtesy. If you want to buy a vehicle from a class act dealership who focuses on honesty and integrity then look no more.

I recently went and purchased a 2006 Jeep Grande Cherokee here. I noticed when I walked in, the staff there were eager to assist me. They were able to answer all of my questions and were patient. They didn't stop until they were able to help me get the vehicle that I wanted. They made sure they I stayed within a reasonable budget. They weren't pushy, like other dealerships. They took there time to make sure that I left without a doubt and that the vehicle was ready to go. They are friendly there. Being that I am from the south, I even managed to get a hug. Since the beginning of this purchase, about a month in the making to make sure the truck I bought was for me, Chad was always in contact when I had any question or concern. He did not jump at me like most car salesmen do, he was very relaxed and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. He even allowed me to test drive a vehicle after the lot had closed, and sacrificed leaving on time to make this purchasing experience worthwhile. I had test drove this truck on three separate occasions without letting them know I was coming, the truck never failed to impress. There were a couple small problems I noticed with the truck, which when I mentioned it, they were promptly fixed correctly with new parts. When I finally committed, Doug worked with the numbers to allow for my trade in and situation to work with what I was comfortable paying, and the banks they used for the loan surprised Doug and myself when a reputable large bank came through with a great deal. After shopping at many used and new car lots, large and small, AutoDirectCars made a great impression on me and made me a happy buyer and I will recommend them to others and keep them in mind for further purchases. On top of that, my old truck had my plow mount on the truck still, which was promised to be removed so that I can pick it up at a later date. A big help to me and a cherry on top!

They made the buying process very easy with no pressure about anything when it came to the sale, I bought a 2008 VW GTI and they let me do my thing without hasseling and trying to oversell it. when i first bought it it needed air in the tires and was low on gas and they pushed me right into the garage to get filled up, and then gave me money to fill up the tank. I was looking for a convertible Mercedes Benz. I had located one and after being brushed off from a previous dealer. I began looking again I found the perfect one at Auto Direct Cars! So I got on the phone called and spoke with Bob who told me he had the car and it was still available. So a day later I went and purchased the car. They walked us through everything. I took my daughter to buy a 2005 altima from autodirect they were very professional and courteous. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle the engine light came on the car started overheating. So I called Bob and he said bring it back Well I couldn't get it back cause its overheating. I called back again and he said he would help get this matter cleared up. So he phoned a friend who owned a shop close to me they towed the car free of charge and repaired the car which was a broken clamp on the hose. I was very happy my daughter was completely satisfied. Most dealers once you purchase they're done with you not Bob. They are really sincere. Love this place

I have been looking for a Volvo SUV for a few months now, and two NJ dealerships in NJ had one in stock. One was approx 1 hour from me home, and I had used them before, so I contacted them first. I was very surprised when the bank refused to finance it because it did not have a clean carfax report. That's the last time I will go there! I contacted Auto Direct Cars next, who were more than 2 hours from me. Bob, the owner, immediately contacted me (on a Sunday) and then the process began. He was very helpful and then turned me over to Doug, the finance guy, to complete the loan process. We drove down on Saturday, and the SUV was everything we wanted, and more! This was my second time purchasing a car from Auto Direct Cars in Delran New Jersey and there was a reason for my return. I am a college student on a budget and this is a great place for a deal. I told them what I was looking for (Hyundai Santa Fe) and they showed me a few of them and more car which were similar. They had just received a 2004 Ford Escape that same day and showed it to me. 45,000 miles and an awesome price. I took it for a test drive and couldn't have been happier with the performance of the car. I was able to give a down payment and finance through them. I drove off the lot with my escape the very next day. Although I was looking at Santa Fe's, they introduced me to an even better car and a perfect fit for me. Highly recommend!!

I was shopping for a used car. I went to 3 dealerships that wanted a lot of money down, and a very high payment, so I told my wife we should make sure that we found all the used car dealerships in our area before we make a decision. I had been searching for a vehicle in the local area for a few months to replace my aging car. In my experience at other dealerships, the sellers were all about striking deals and pushing me to buy. This would be my first car loan, so I had my father assist me during the process. At Auto Direct I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. I was looking for a car that I could call my own back in early November. I have saved up a couple thousand dollars and my parents were willing to offer to help out. I chose this location for its proximity to my home, and I am glad I did. Their selection is unparalleled with any other. They have a huge variety of cars in stock. Initially, I chose a Park Avenue Buick for its price and leather seats. After test driving it, I though it would pretty good. Since this was a used car with no warranty, the salesman, Bob, was willing to accept our offer to have a local car mechanic, of my choosing, to take a look at it. The diagnosis was grim for that car, being it was almost 15 years old. Then, I found a really great 2005 Mazda 6. On the outside and the inside, it was beautiful. A few small ticks here and there, but in much better shape then the Buick. I took it to my local car mechanic and he agreed that it was a great car, with just a few, small maintenance issues. Bob even offered to buy some floor mats that were missing from the vehicle and pay for the first full tank of gas. When it came to purchase, Bob was very supportive, making sure I understood all the costs associated, from taxes, warranties, and more. It was all itemized on the agreement, which I carefully signed. Unfortunately, almost a few weeks after I drove off the lot, I was involved in a car accident with an 18-wheeler. Everyone involved is okay. However, my poor Mazda has had better days. Thankfully, it was insured, and it really made me appreciate the GAP insurance that Auto Direct Cars mentioned in the purchasing of this car. If the car body shop had totaled it, I would have been on the hook for thousands of dollars. Luckily, I did not have to do that. But I am glad they mentioned the extremely useful insurance. If I were to buy another car later in the future, I might stop by here again. Just to see the great selection and the very helpful and courteous staff. Thanks Bob!! :)

my auto purchase was unplanned, due to my car being " salvaged" payout , when someone backed up into my older Mercedes C class. I started searching the internet the day I was told they were not going to fix my car. AutoDirect was the only dealer that had a Mercedes E class in the price range I could afford and liked. Bob stayed a bit late for me to arrive to look at the E320 being that day I was out of the area. After I decided I wanted to purchase the car but needed time to get finances put together due to for one waiting for the insurance check which was going towards the purchase, BOB and Chad were very understanding and only needed a small deposit. Unfortunately Insurance Companies try to low ball you and that took time as well as the Credit Union. I was not pressured at all, and even gave voluntarily some more towards the deposit in good faith. Bob and Chad were awesome and helped me and my girls by holding the vehicle the whole time.

My initial contact was immediate professsionalism and courtesy. Not a phony friendliness shown by so mnay retail sales people. The answered my questions and gave me some insight on how they work and the car I was looking at. Absolutely no pressure. I drove the car on a Friday suggested it needed a couple of things that might have to be done to it. Windshield washer and key fob. Said I would call them (Doug) back on Monday. Ended up trying to call them after 6:00 PM to tell them I would by it and pick it up on Monday. I had to call a couple of times because they were closed and I didn't know that. A few minutes later Bob, the owner,returned my call. I confirmed the deal and asked to pick the car up around noon on Monday.Everything went very smoothly and I am very happy with the car and the dealer. After having the car about a week Bob, the owner. called me to be sure the car was good and that I didn't have any problems. I mentioned one thing and he immediately told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. NEVER heard of that with any used car dealer.

I bought a 2005 Hyundai Elantra at Autodirect cars llc in Delran. The buying process went very smoothly. After extensive online research, I contacted Bob to schedule an appointment. The car was immediately prepared on my arrival, and I was able to do a test drive with Doug. The car was in a good condition (no accident, regular maintenance records etc.), so I decided to purchase it. Since I was a bit afraid of taking it home by myself (about 10 miles away from the dealership, but it's been a long time since I used to drive), I asked Bob & Doug whether the car could be delivered home safely with help of people at the dealership. Very thankfully, Gep & Michael helped me to bring the car to my place. Gep kindly explained additional details about how to use each part of the car, too. Overall, both the quality of cars they have & their attitude toward customers were touching. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was in the market for a van and saw the Ford Windstar advertised on line. I made a phone call to Autodirect Cars LLC, to see if the van was still available. Another happy customer!!! Recently my wife and I were looking for a new vehicle because our son was getting our old car for Christmas. We went on cars.com and found this vehicle for thousands less than others on the Internet. It was very close so we decided to go in for a test drive. From our past car buying experience as we were prepared for pressure and a sneaky salesman. To our surprise the people there were so nice and welcoming with no pressure. They let us test drive several vehicles and when we left without making a decision did not call us, or harass us. We continue to shopping around for a week before we went back to make the deal. When we came back they were pleasant and welcoming and gave us a fantastic price without trying to sell us on any extras. This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had and I'm 37 years old and have purchased several cars. After we got the vehicle home we noticed a few things that we didn't notice on the test drive, so we called the dealership and to our surprise they told us to bring the car in immediately and fixed both of the issues within a day free of charge and even detailed our vehicle again. I will only shop from Auto Direct from this point on. Our Acura TSX runs great and is a nice addition to the family. Kudos to Auto Direct for their professionalism and courtesy. I found a 2005 ford explorer through Auto Direct Cars website. I expressed to Bob over the phone that my credit was not that great, he told me to stop in and bring some of my pay stubs, and any bills that come to my address in my name. I stopped in a few days later, and worked with Doug. Doug was very confident that I would get approved for a loan. He called me back a few hours later and said that everything was good to go! Even better my payments were lower than I expected. Now being a former mechanic I looked the car over and found a few minor issues, Doug made a list, and when I went to pick the SUV up all had been repaired by their mechanic, they even had a repair order! I have been to plenty of car dealerships before, and even worked at one as a mechanic, and have to see this is the best car buying experience I have had! They are not pushy in any sense, and are very friendly. Even better the owner, Bob called me a few times from his personal number to thank me and to see how the vehicle is. I met with Bob the owner and his son Chad. Right away they took care of any questions and concerns that I had about the vehicle I was interested in. There were only a few minor defects but were resolved right on the spot. The amount of time and effort that these people put in to your experience will not only make you extremely satisfied but it will keep you coming back. "I have waited to write this review because I was so scarred from the experience. I bought a Jeep Patriot in August and since the week I drove off the lot had major problems. First of all I saw the car for a cheaper price on their website and Chad refused to give it to me for that price or budge at all in the deal. In the first month of owning the car I spend almost $2000 in problems that should have been dealt with before being sold. I believe they are liars and either have no idea what is going on with the cars they sell or lied straight to my face. When I called back and was upset Bob told me to have my father call. I am a 32 year old college professor. I could go on but I am getting upset just thinking about it. If this saves one person the nightmare I had than I have done my job. This was the worst buying experience of my life."

I found out about this this company through Cars.com. My dad and I went to the Delran Location to check out a couple of vehicles and met Mike. He was a great all around guy who gave us great insight on many different vehicles and most importantly made us feel at home. They were very patient with us and took a lot of their time to make sure that we found the best vehicle for me. Mike encouraged us to go to other dealerships to look around, showing the confidence that their vehicles would be the best in the area. And their confidence prevailed! The vehicles I looked at there were the best vehicles for the best prices. Mike ensured us that they put in the time and effort to make their cars look and feel as if they were brand new, and you could tell; all of the cars we looked at were in great condition on both the outside and in. The whole team there was very laid back and ready to help whenever needed. Overall it was a great first time buying experience for me, and my father also had an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a large selection, and friendly low-pressure customer service. My daughter had been saving up for years to buy her own car so it really meant a lot to both of us to find something she loved. She had been shopping around, but hadnt had any luck with other dealers. My daughter spotted a Kia Forte on the Auto Direct website that she was interested in so we drove from Bensalem PA to Delran NJ to take a look at it. I didn't want to travel all that way to look at a car, but I knew from the website that there were quite a few high quality cars in our price range on the lot. We were greeted by Chad who was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. We asked for the Carfax, which he presented without hesitation. We were given a fair trade in amount for our car and the price was right. Doug was very helpful with the paperwork. It was the most painless paperwork process I have ever experienced. I have been looking to replace our car for sometime now calling and visiting dealers, private owner just living on the internet. I came across a car my wife and I both really liked last week on the Autodirectcars website. I sent a message asking if the car was still available very late in the evening, not expecting to hear for anyone for a few days. Very early the next morning I had a reply from Bob, letting me know the car was still available leaving his telephone number for me to call. I called very early in the morning leaving a message to setup an appointment to see the car. I bought a Mazda Cx7 here which I love. We looked at one down the street that was pretty comparable but was almost $1500 we asked the other dealership if they could come down on their price, they said Auto Direct's was a great deal and they couldn't compete. When I found my perfect car (within my budget range) I looked up the reviews for Auto Direct and was pleased with everyone's input. I was comforted to know that I was most likely going to a place pressure free where I could check out the car. I was not let down. All staff was extremely friendly and the whole experience went smooth and to my liking. When checking out the car it was a little dirty on the inside, however, I'm not picky and knew it could be easily cleaned myself. When I test drove the vehicle there was a rumbling sound and my boyfriend thought it was just a flat tire. The staff checked it out and fixed the problem within fifteen minutes. After purchasing the car I was pleased to notice they cleaned the inside of the car without me even mentioning it. I was also given gas money since the tank was on e. Overall I feel fortunate to have found my car in their lot. Buying a used car made me nervous but I felt like this place was my best bet. It was. These are the kind of people you want to give your business to, good people doing good business.

I bought a used Saturn Sky Redline and had a great experience at the point of sale. No pressure and great service. After leaving the dealership the ABS service light came on. Then the engine light came on. I brought it right back and they immediately found the problem with a scanner. Based on their responsiveness I have great confidence this vehicle will be repaired at no cost to me. I will have to wait a couple of days for a part. Bob and Chad's responsiveness, honesty, and good nature are a breath of fresh air. I could be feeling quite unlucky, but instead I feel their dealership stands behind their work. Auto Direct allowed me to browse the lot and provided a no-pressure buying experience; I received advice from an experienced and friendly salesman (Mike), who treated me like part of the family. While looking for a car, we stumbled across the dealer's site and loved what we saw, both by the picture quality and the amount of pics. When we visited the facility, we were given free range to do what we wanted and inspect the cars as much as possible. We loved the absence of sales people and the upfront approach given that both sides wanted a sale, we sat down and reached a very fair agreement. We were financed quickly, provided a great warranty package and made fast friends with the staff and more importantly, the dogs. Our 2008 Nissan Altima SE was pretty and ready to go when we arrived. I recently went to look at it 2008 Nissan AltimaI test drove it went inside talk over numbers, they told me the car had just came in and needed something done to thr sunroof and oil change, so thenext day I come back look it over and test drive it again and buy the car for good price. I had the car a few days and Bob called me ask me how everything was with it and I told him I had my mechanic look it over and i needed brakes and a belt over the weekend and also noticed it needed a chrome tip that goes around the muffer. Not only did Bob order the chrome tip he said he is goin to contribute to the cost of the repairs I had done.

The sales team was great point blank, unfortunately the day I was looking for a car was the day of the funeral of the owners father (Condolenses go out) but the sales team had let me know that they will be closing at noon due to the funeral but they were very supportive in wanting to help me and there was no pressure whatsoever, the sales people just said, take a look around and if you see anything that you want to test drive or see the inside, just let them know "That's the way to sell cars". We came back after looking around in about 10 mins (since we already had a list of cars from searching online) and wanted to see the inside of one of the cars, they gave us the keys and let us look it over ourselves, they didn't even follow us around at that point, actually there was no pressure throughout the whole buying experience. We test drove the vehicle and decided right there that was the car for us. It had a minor defect in which they had to order a part, the part came in, they called us and we went to get it fixed and I would totally recommend this car dealership to my family, friends and co-workers if they are in the market for a vehicle. This was my first time buying a car through a dealer. I had checked out 4 other dealerships that day and the experience was horrendous. I heard about Autodirect from the internet and saw they had really stellar reviews. I was a little apprehensive but the people were awesome. Soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and greeted by everyone. They helped me figure out what car would be the best for me within my strict budget. I recently bought a used Jeep Cherokee from Auto Direct Cars and I must say that I am happy that I found such an open and honest used car dealership. From the start Bob was as helpful as he could be. I found the Jeep on Cars.com and I called ahead to see if it was available, I set up a time to go see it and Bob had it ready and waiting for me. When I got to his lot Bob and his son Chad treated me and my family like we were close personal friends ( not in that pushy used car dealer way either). I never got the feeling that I was being forced or hustled into making a purchase that I would regret. Bob has even called me a few times since I have made my purchase to see how everything is going. If the next car I buy is used I will go to Auto Direct Cars and deal with Bob again.

Im not the most trusting person and as a woman was wondering if I should take a man with me to buy my next car. Even though my uncle bought two cars from Auto Direct Cars in Delran I still googled the company. I couldnt believe all of the great reviews I saw online about this car dealer. Some of them were essays!!! So I decided to take my mom with me to go look for a car. Chad and Doug greeted us warmly and we test drove a few cars with Doug. 2 cars later, I saw my next car on the lot. A 2007 Red Toyota Camry with only 74,000 miles that was so clean on the inside, my friends thought it was a brand new car. Being that I had some financial challenges in my past (and I owe the mafia princess Sallie Mae six figures), I was shocked when Doug came to me with a great payment I could afford, with an interest rate less than I estimated, and a 3 year warranty! Even my male friend who told me to definitely take a man with me to the dealer was very impressed with my deal. Bob, Chad, and Doug have great customer service and no sleazy car salesmen tactics at all! Bob called me 3 days later just to check up on me and make sure everything was going well with my new car. Im so impressed with these gentlemen I have been highly recommending my friends and family to Auto Direct Cars.

I bought this car almost 2 weeks ago. I love the car. I went to the dealership after googling used car dealers in south jersey and this was the first dealer that popped up. I read the reviews and figured my dad and I would try this place out first. Well, thank goodness we did come here first. I was not disappointed. The gentlemen were very helpful and Doug encouraged me to make sure this was the best thing for me. I did not feel pressured into getting this car. Overall customer service was good. Bob and Chad made buying a car a smooth ride. my husband and I came in to look at cars 15 minutes before they closed. Bob introduced himself as the owner and was nice enough to take our information down and let us look around. We came back the next morning and spoke with Chad, Bobs son. They got us into a 2006 VW Passat, which turned out better than we expected( lower monthly payments at an acceptable interest rate)! I recently went to auto direct cars to purchase a vehicle. The goal i wanted was to get out of a car that was going to be the money pit of cars. it had so many issues in it that i was ready to push it over a cliff. I heard from a close friend that this was a good dealer so the wife and i headed out there. We traded 2 cars and got back a beautiful 2008 Subaru Tribeca. The team there worked many hours to find the right car that would be able to get my wife and i a good reliable car. I feel the owner and salesman were not totally honest about the problems with the car and lied when they said they would take care of problems if they occured within a week or two. When my son decided to stay home and attend community college his first year, we needed an older model year car with low mileage that was in excellent condition. We found it at Auto Direct Cars. From our first call to Chad the third generation in this family- owned business we were treated with courtesy and honesty. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for our inspection and test drive. The pricing was as promised and fair, as was a bumper to bumper warranty for the car. The nice thing was the owner, Bob, was away on vacation the Saturday we purchased the car. Upon his return the next day, he called to ask about our experience. When he heard we had a small problem with the windshield wipers, since we live an hour away, he apologized, said to fix it and send him the bill. Most importantly, I did not feel pressured while making my decision unlike other places I had visited. Also, as a young adult, I was taken seriously by Bob that I wanted to purchase a car. I know that I received a great deal on the price of my car. I truly believe the price I paid for my vehicle was the best in the tri-state area. Bob, the owner, calls you a week or so after your purchase to make sure you are satisfied and that there are not any issues. Bob is incredibly friendly.

After enjoyable test rides and plenty of time with my husband free of pressure from anyone at the dealership, we decided to make the big purchase. I had a very relaxed, refreshing experience dealing with both Bob and his son. When the check engine light turned on in my brand new Audi not even 48 hours later, I called Bob and he had us bring the car back the following morning. I purchased a 2007 Lexus ES350 from Auto Direct Cars. it was an older model than I was shopping for, but the condition of the vehicle was so great that i considered it. My husband saw the car first and had to convince me to see it. I was truly surprised at how clean and flawless this car was. I test drove it, liked it but was still not sure. Fred and Chad were patient with my indecision. They did not pressure us at all and were very professional throughout our several visits as we "shopped around". I LOVE MY CAR--it's low mileage for the age of the car was a real find. It had just over 46,000 miles and a clean Carfax report. i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used car--the staff are professional and respectful and the customer service is great!

My expectations in buying a car for my daughter became a very pleasant experience the moment we pulled into Auto Direct. We had already been to several dealerships and spent many hours looking at vehicles that not only will meet our budget but also was priced competitively. Surprisingly so Auto Direct met these demands. My goal was to complete a pre-planned route and no matter how good the deal sounds not make a decision until each stop was completed. Auto direct at this point was one of the dealerships that was in the top three places to visit of which on my way home one day I stopped by to see what was available only. Even after we left auto direct for the second time (first one being me solo) sticking to our plan, we kept saying Auto direct has the car for us. What really solidified our decision was when we completed our route by stopping at new car dealerships but found their sales and customer service were not even close to par. The facts are this "Auto direct took our concerns and issues" very personal and met or exceeded any road blocks we had. Even down to the financing detail no other dealership could even come close. I would highly recommend Auto Direct to any body because my confidence has been restored for at least one dealership that truly will custom make to your need not theirs

I was in the market for a new car after mine was totaled on my way to school. Being a college student, I didn't have much of a budget to work with. I had went to a couple of other dealerships, but the cars fit in my price range were all of poor quality. Out of the few that fit my price range, I was faced with scratches, chipped paint, high milage, and doors that wouldn't open. I was browsing online when I came across a car I liked at Auto Direct Cars LLC, a 2000 Lexus GS 300. Auto Direct Cars LLC was a bit far from my house, so I called first to inquire about the vehicle. On the phone, Bob was more than helpful. He gave me extensive advise about financing and helped me arrange a time to come look at the Lexus. My step father, a mechanic of over 20 years, came with me to check it out. When we arrived at the dealership, Bob's son Chad offered amazing help. He showed us the Lexus and some other vehicles in my price range. I was amazed at how many good quality cars there were in my price range. Even my step dad seemed surprised at the quality of the cars for such low prices. It was a tough decision with all the good options I was given, but I decided on sticking with the Lexus. With the the small budget I was working with, I thought it would be hard to find something I liked. The Lexus was in great condition, in and out. It had low mileage and a clean Carfax. Chad helped us to lower the monthly payments to something that I could afford on my tight budget. So far the Lexus has been great. Bob and Chad were extremely helpful. They seemed to care more about selling quality cars then making a huge profit, like some of the other places I went to. I highly recommend this dealership.

I went to Auto Direct when I saw one of their vehicles online and the price was much lower than all of the other dealers. I expected to find a car that looked good on the outside but sounded horrible when the engine was running but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the car better in person than online and in pristine condition, but the owner was more than helpful but not pushy. He took me for a test drive, walked away while I discussed it with my husband, and answered every question about the car as if he owned it. A few days later I went to start the car and the battery was dead. I called the lot and without hesitation he told me to come in. Within 45 minutes of the phone call they had replaced my battery with a new one and offered apologies (not that it was even their fault). I have never had such a positive experience buying a car and will definitely go back again and again.

There is a reason for all the buyer confidence and rain of 5 star reviews you'll see with this business. They say practice makes perfect. When you see the buzz words about Autodirect Cars, "Family owned and operated across three generations for 60 years," it reads like any other advertisement to build confidence in potential buyers....until you walk through the door and learn exactly what those words mean in practice. In the past I've had my fair share of lemons and bad dealer experiences; I even had one person trying to sell me a car belittle me for being a woman by flat out saying that clearly I can only drive an automatic. Shopping for a car has always been a nightmare, so when my husband and I began looking for the car that will carry us through the first lap of our married lives together I dragged my heels. I've been down this road, I've seen it all, I can't stand used car dealerships. When my husband found the car matching our needs, and showed me the reviews (I won't buy CHEESE without a glowing review online, let alone a car) I consented to test-driving another potential vehicle despite my reservations. We arrived at the dealership at the beginning of a small snowstorm, and I walked through the doors believing I knew what to expect. The difference was palpable. My expectations for disaster were immediately put to rest as Chad came over, smiled, shook our hands, and handed us the keys to open it up and check it out. We were told if we wanted to test drive it, just let him know. And that was it. No high pressure, "must buy today" pushing, no salesperson hovering over us pointing out all the reasons we needed this car, no one even watching us as we had our first look. We had time to honestly go over it's values together; the freedom to discuss what we liked and what we didn't without any fear that we would be giving the dealer fuel to push the sale on us. The car was exactly as described online, and in better condition than we expected. We told them we'd like to do a test drive and they had the car prepped and ready to go in minutes. The test drive with one of their people in the back seat went swimmingly. Our passenger gave his honest opinion about the type of car it was, without any noticeable bias. When we returned they put the car back, and that was the last we saw of the gentleman that went out with us; our conversation in the car wasn't passed along to the dealer. By this time I was feeling confident in the car and the people I was buying it from, and we were introduced to Bob, who gave us the run down on the car, the buying process, and walked us through the steps we'd need to take to finance it. Not once did he push us towards the car or a decision, and when we needed to talk things over he walked a discrete distance away to let us come to our own conclusions. We needed the car. I wanted the car. It was a deal. We walked through the financing portion of the vehicle easily, during which time we shared easy conversations with the staff. When the bank was done with the paperwork and we were approved, Bob sat down with us again and explained how buying a separate warranty would work. Again we weren't pressured at all, and the experience felt like buying off a menu. The longest portion of the entire process was just signing all the paperwork. Every cost was itemized and explained, and any questions we had were answered comfortably and sensibly. We shook hands, I took the keys to my new 2000 Subaru Outback, and we were done. Or so I thought, given the usual experience. During our time inside, the snows had picked up, and we were driving the cars home on fresh, dry powder. We made it without any trouble (all-wheel drive to the rescue!) and I was surprised and delighted a short time later when I received a phone call from the dealership, from Bob personally, checking in to make sure we made it home safe. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Autodirect cars.

Late last week my son was in a accident that was appraised at $400 more than he car was worth (ouch!). So you can imagine his mood. A family friend suggested we try Auto Direct Cars, LLC in Delran, NJ. From the initial phone call to driving out with my son's Honda Civic the experience was professional with no pressure. If you still think purchasing a car is haggling with a "wise guy" sales person you have not been to Auto Direct Cars. Chad took hours to show us cars explain different options and put my son in a car that he loves well within his price range. Not only that he took extra tine so that my son understood every step on the buying process, yes so he would consider coming back but also to teach him. The day we came to pick up the car it was detailed with new mats and my son's mood; well let's just say it will be a Happy Holiday at our home. They let me take my time to look at all the cars and when I was ready to test a car they were able to tell me all the details and facts about the car. I found AutoDirect on cars.com. I went to their location and started browsing the lot. During this whole process I was not bothered by any salesman. I then found a Mazda and want to test drive it, I went inside and was greeted by Doug. He imminently gave me the keys and told me to give it a spin. I came back saw a Mercedes that I liked and asked to test drive that one. Once again, Doug gave me the keys and told me to take my time with the test drive. I decided on buying the Mercedes and Doug helped a lot in making the car buying process easy. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

From the large inventory to choose from we ended up finding the car we needed to transport our kids in. We were called a couple of days after purchase from the owner of the company to check in to see if everything is ok with our new purchase and to see if our experience was great. I had a very pleasant experience with Auto Direct Cars. I found the 2003 Lexus GX 470 online, it was one of a few available in the surrounding states. I was interested in the car, so I called the dealership around 9:30 pm on a week night, to my surprise the phone was answered by the owner Bob, who told me the car was still available. The first thing that impressed me was the number of positive reviews that were posted online about this company. I can now say that the reviews were on target! My wife and I drove two hours to get to the dealership the next morning and had a great experience. The car was there, the price was as advertised on the internet, we were greeted by a friendly professional representative, test drove the car, and got financing in a hassle free manner with the help of the owners son. About an hour and a half later we were heading back to NJ with a Lexus GX 470 in excellent shape. Over the last couple days, weve been impressed with the car and most importantly feel very good about the entire experience at Auto Direct Cars. I would recommend them highly and would go back to purchase another car from them if the need arises. I feel confident that if I need to reach out to them for any reason, they would be responsive, this is based on the way the experience I've had from the first call to the call I received from Bob to make sure that we were satisfied. This is rare and unlike a couple dealers we've dealt with.

We went to look at Mitsubishi Eclipses for my daughter. After checking them out she decided she did not like them. She saw the 2006 Ford Mustang sitting in front of the Eclipse. She has always loved Mustangs. One test drive later we were dealing with Fred the salesman. Through the process we dealt with Fred, Bob (owner), Chad (owner's son) and Doug. They were all very professional and compassionate to our needs and trustworthy as far as the dealing was concerned. They did whatever they could to please us and make sure ALL parties were happy. We drove away from the dealership in my daughter's newer car, a 2006 Ford Mustang V6 GT Premium. Have not seen a smile on her face like that for a long time. That's what the buying a car experience should be about. I thank all of you for making my daughter's first purchase of her own car as simple and easy as it turned out to be.

Good selection, friendly owners, and a sense that they really care about making your experience a good one. You can roam the large parking lot without anyone hounding you because there aren't any salesman working on commission. One of the better selections of cars I've seen, especially if you're on a budget. Test drive was a bit short but pleasant enough without any pressure. The price of the vehicle I was interested in was non-negotiable. When it came time for the financing, Chad was very helpful in getting me the lowest interest rate and later was prompt in mailing me the real license plates. Along the with plates was a second set of keys. Bob was very good about promptly returning phone calls and in following up afterwards. Overall, what you would hope for in a used car dealership.

I found them online on cars.com, I was looking for a Volkswagen Beetle and I fell in love with one they had on the lot. When I went there I was happily greeted, and they were pleased to show me two cars I was interested in even though they were in the shop being worked on and cleaned. I came back another day to test drive them and was just as impressed with how well the cars were running. I found a problem with the window on one of the cars and they had no problem fixing it. I bought my car a few days later and was upset to find that the check engine light came on and the drivers side window wasn't working right and again I took it to them and Bob the owner had no problem fixing the problems. Everyone is helpful and nice, they don't make you feel forced into making a decision right there on the spot. I definitely recommend anyone to ask for Doug, he is so nice, friendly and will help you find anything you're looking for at the best price for you.

I had a personal experience in which my daughter whom is in college lost her vehicle due to mechanical failure. Within a week Auto direct had my daughter in a very nice vehicle with a good price. The customer service was very nice. All of the Salesmen where very professional and even while arguing with my ex wife they still issued advice and expertise and stay focused on the mission of putting my daughter in an automobile. I would like to say that this is the most pleasant car buying experience i've ever had. As a Police Officer from Philadelphia I was looking for a car that was reliable to get me to and from work without fail. After spending a few months shopping around for cars, I pretty much gave up hope and thought about resorting to just catching public transportation wherever I needed to go. After a few more google searches and expanding the mileage I was willing to travel to look at cars I stumbled upon Autodirectcars' link. I was very skeptical at first because every dealership "self proclaims" themselves as the best or the cheapest or the friendliest etc...... Before even looking at the inventory of Autodirect I decided to read some of the testimony and was I in for an all day event. Most people leave one word to one sentence reviews but the reviews for autodirect were novels. Look at mine so far. Great review after great review made me decide to come and see what all the hype was about. Even without knowing not one car they had on the lot I decided to come in because of the great reviews. Once I got to Autodirect they had such a wide variety of cars that were clean, low mileage, fairly priced. I felt like a kid in a candy store. What else is great is that you don't feel pressured by the typical "dealer sales pitches" because at Autodirect they help you when you need help and if you just need time to shop around alone they leave you be. After finding the car "you decide" on they then are very vigilant at getting you the best financing if needed, unbeatable warranties, and just a very overall satisfying experience. I purchased my vehicle 5 months ago and unlike most dealers, that once you drive off the lot the car is your responsibility. I received a call from the owner Bob (on a Sunday afternoon!!!!!!) asking was I satisfied with the car. After explaining one very minor issue, he directed me to a shop (In Philadelphia where I live instead of making me come all the way back to Jersey) that adjusted my issue. While waiting for a bill of some sort, thinking this was just a ploy to keep money flowing in their inner circle I was handed my keys and was told to have a good day. Just in case you forgot THIS WAS 5 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone and have been referring family, friends, co-workers and even you reading this. I almost can't wait to purchase another vehicle just so I can come back to Autodirect and relive such a pleasant car buying experience. I generally don't write reviews for anything but this is one place deserving of every level of appraisal in a field where trust is a very big issue amongst merchant and consumer.

After having major car problems, it was time to purchase another car. I searched on cars.com specifically looking for a Nissan Altima. I found one with only 77k miles and it happened to be at a dealership close by. That's how I came to find AutoDirect Cars. From my first initial contact with Bob, I could tell this was a business I wanted to deal with. I went to look at the car and met Michael who let me test drive the car. Michael was extremely easy going and not pushy at all. I fell in love with the car, had my brother look it over thoroughly and we came back to buy it. Bob, Michael, Doug and Chad are good guys to deal with. They set the bar high for used car businesses. The customer service I received was far beyond what I anticipated. Liked the price and condition of the Subaru the dealer had for sale online at their Palmyra location.Though it was after business hours I called to leave a message. To my surprise the owner (Bob) called me back. We arranged a convenient time for me to take a look at the vehicle. The salesman (Fred) was friendly, straightforward and low key. They let me know the interest rate I qualified for and the true value of my trade-in. I was able to make a comfortable and informed decision that was beneficial to both parties. On the way home, I remembered seeing Auto Direct Cars rated very highly. I decided to stop and see what they have. I pulled in the lot just as they were closing. The owner, Bob, introduced himself as we pulled up. It looked like they were closing and mentioned this to him. He told me we were fine. We parked and Bob asked us what I was looking for. I explained to him what I wanted to spend and the payment each month. He explained they could help and his son Chad would assist. Chad showed us several cars and their features. Taking his time when he could have told me to come back tomorrow. I mentioned that I was also interested in a mid-size SUV. He showed me several. I tested one that I liked. It was a little more than I thought I could afford. But, Chad was patient and reassured me that we would be good. After deciding, Chad worked hard to get the payment to a great amount and added in a 3 year warranty. Chad stayed almost 2 hours past the closing time to assist me getting a car. I was looking at plenty of car dealerships but because im 24 my interest rates were so high. And a few of the ones i went to were rude and very pushy. When me and my dad came to this dealer ship They asked if we needed help told them just looking and they said if you need anything just come get me. They were very polite once we got their and throught the hole visit. They showed great customer service to us when we were talking about the car and how i was a first time buyer. We told Chad about how i went to nissan dealership and they were pretty much trying to double charge me for a car.Out of all the dealerships i went to, the two guys that helped me were so nice. He new i was a first time buyer and he helped me out alot with a very good price. My overall visit at this dealership was great. I give them a 5. While searching for an Eclipse for weeks, we came upon Auto Direct Cars. The pictures of the vehicle depicted exactly what we were looking for, so we called the dealership to confirm the car was still available. Once we confirmed it was there, my husband, myself and 3 children visited Auto Direct. As we were driving to the dealership, I tried to remain realistic and not get my hopes up that the Eclipse would soon be mine. We had been visiting other dealerships and their photos of the car that we would see in person were clearly taken at angles that would lead you to believe the car was in better shape than it was. If by chance the car was properly represented, our next hurdle was financing. Other dealerships wanted large down payments and high monthly payments. Thankfully, after so many other dealerships misrepresented their cars and asked for much more than we were willing to pay (there were some credit issues), we gave Auto Direct Cars the chance. When we arrived (During one of the HOTTEST days in July 2013) we immediately went over to the Eclipse we saw online. It was BEAUTIFUL! Every picture that was taken was an EXACT representation of what we were seeing in person. We went inside and met with the staff. This was a no pressure, relaxed atmosphere that went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were given the keys to the car to fully inspect it, they offered to pull the car in the garage to get us out of the hot sun, and offered our kids drinks and snacks. With other dealerships it was a "what you see is what you get" type car. That was NOT the case here. There was a drivers side door handle that was broken and a handle on the passenger seat was missing the plastic cover. Since the car had just recently come in, Auto Direct didn't have a chance to replace them. When we asked if they would be fixed, there was no hesitation and we were told that as soon as the parts came in, they would be installed. Needless to say, I was IMPRESSED! We test drove the car and immediately fell in LOVE. Now it was time to start talking numbers. We were very clear with what we wanted to put down and what payment we were comfortable with; we also wanted the car that day, without having to come back to complete the sale. None of our requests were to much to ask for and clearly the staff wanted to do all that they could do give us what we wanted (despite the dealership already being closed since we arrived only an hour before closing). Once we received the approval from the bank (which literally just took minutes), we headed over to the Palmayra location to meet with Chad and sign the paperwork. When we arrived there, Chad set up the TV for my 3 children to relax and watch while we went over the paperwork, completely hassle free. From Arrival to Departure, it took us about 2 hours; an amount of time significantly less than we had experienced during previous purchases. We have had the car now about 2 weeks and it has been all that we had been searching for. The follow-up calls to ensure everything was going well was a refreshing touch and proved that Auto Direct Cars truly cares about their customers and their experience with their dealership. We wanted to put new tires on the car and Bob set us up with a tire dealer and helped us save a TON of $$$. We truly can't wait to purchase another vehicle from Auto Direct and as soon as the Eclipse is paid off, we will be replacing our family vehicle with a car from Auto Direct Cars. If you have been all over looking for a car or if you are just starting to look, save yourself the time, energy, and frustration and go here FIRST. You will not be disappointed; if they don't have what you are looking for (Although chances are that they will since there are literally HUNDREDS of vehicles) all you have to do is ask, and they will work hard to find what you want. The front of my car was bad enough I needed to get another car. When I called Auto Direct Cars in Delran, they were very nice and humble. They all understood my situation so tried their best to make ends meet. I met Chad, one of the owners, which was very pleasant from the beginning. He made it possible for me to start up with a 2007 Pontiac. This car, unfortunately, had a defect on it. It was towed to the shop. They did everything they could to fix the car on whatever it needed. At the end, the car had the same problem, but nobody knew about it. After that, Chad made it happen for me to get into a Toyota Corolla 2005. The car looks good, it runs smooth. The Toyota needed some things updated and fixed for me to be on the road. Even though with all of the frustration and hustle we were all going through with all of the unexpected moments of just trying to have a car; at all times, Bob and Chad kept their cool and were always offering to help in anything that was needed, never backed up and left me hanging. At the end, my Toyota is still with me, doing its job. I thank everyone at the shop for making it possible for me to finally have the car that was most convenient for me and also in good condition.
