Booked a service appointment a week in advance for pick up and drop off. It was for a recall. Due to being a caretaker I cannot leave my husband alone. I never received a phone call nor did anyone show up. Very disgusted. Now I have to wait for the service manager to call and I'm sure that won't happen either. Very poor service. Zero stars. So just to add 2 months have now passed. Numerous phone calls with no response. This place needs to be shut down. Worst dealership and service department I've ever had to deal with.

My sister bought a jeep grand Cherokee in which she paid $27,000 in cash. They sold her a lemon. she has paid over $6,000 in repairs and they now that she wants to change it for something else. they want to knock off almost $10,000 off the price after selling her a lemon. We are going to file suit against this ripoff dealership.

I brought my brand new Wrangler in for an alignment after lifting it. I was refused service when I brought to their attention that the axle had shifted. I was told it was "just something they didn't want to deal with" and that I "should try another dealership". I intentionally installed the Mopar lift because I was told by their technicians that it was fully covered under the Jeep warranty. What a joke of a service department!

Alan Rosenberg has been my service advisor at Autoland for past few years. I have a custom, nearly one-of-a-kind RAM truck. It was special ordered from RAM to my chosen specifications. That being said, I tend to have more knowledge about RAM trucks than the average RAM owner and even most RAM salesmen. Additionally, with all the customizations on my truck, it needs special attention. Alan has been able to answer all my questions as well as ensure the proper service to my truck every time I have brought it in. Whenever there is a problem, Alan has been able to solve it to my satisfaction. He is knowledgeable and friendly, a true pleasure to deal with. I can see why he has been recently promoted to Service Manager. I am incredibly pleased by my latest service on the car and look forward to future dealings with Alan and his staff in the future. I have had 5 RAM trucks since the 1990's and Autoland service is by far the best in the area!THANK YOU ALAN!

I was refused service when my vehicle's electrical system failed and the car interior began to overheat while I had my family (including 2 young children) in the vehicle.We were away from home, and started the car and the A/C, infotainment, and windows failed to function. The engine started and shifted into gears and all other mechanical functions worked, but we could not open the windows to vent the heat from the sun and the A/C wouldn't work. We were within 1 mile of Autoland and took it to their service department since we felt it safer to go there then drive further to our home.The service manager, Jeff, refused to take the vehicle or provide any solutions. He said that they were booked until Wednesday and couldn't take any appointments. This was not routine maintenance, but an emergency failure of the vehicle's systems; and I was not alone but rather with my family.I asked to speak to the general manager. I briefly spoke with an assistant general manager who provided no solutions.Because I was refused service I took my family home in the vehicle. Autoland service let me leave in an unsafe vehicle.Customers beware; if you have an emergency Autoland won't be able to help; they overbook apointments so they have no room for emergency situations. If you don't buy your vehicle there they won't help.This is the worst experience I've ever had.And what makes it worse, the problem turned out to be a loose wiring harness under the seat. This could have been diagnosed in minutes. And they would have had a happy customer. Instead, they were heartless.

I am in a very poor predicament with my car. I owe more than its worth due to mechanical defects that are recalls but Saturn is out of business and GM is taking the position that the car is to old. I contacted this dealerhip based on ads I have seen and heard. I was very honest about my situation; i.e. my credit (even did an online credit app), how much owed on car, condition of car, my finances everything was laid out up front I told them the car is unsafe and Im barely driving it around town to get to work. I cannot drive an hour to this dealershp to be turned away. I have already been turned away by many. I was assured by Mariana that there was very agressive pricing and very many incentives and sales. Come in right away I guarantee we can hlep you. Even salesman Quentin says can help you cause we are larger dealerhsip and have better banking relationships. Well I wasted my time and took a chance on my life and my son's life by driving the death trap an hour each way for nothing. Why bother being honest with people. WHy would I lie only to come to your dealership and waste everyones time and no sale to me made?

It was my first time at this dealership to get an oil change for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was appointed to Alberto Gomez who was my service advisor. Alberto went out of his way to not only have the oil and filters changed on my vechile but he also suggested I complete a couple of recalls the car was due for and major software updates. Usually in my previous expereince with my other vechiles, the dealerships rather you do the oil change you came in for and then scedule another appt. for this type of work so they book another appointment for you as it does take some time to complete.As I waited, I was treated like family, Alberto offered me food, coffee, etc. and kept me informed throughout the ENTIRE process. I felt respected as a client and safe with these guys that everything was going to be taken care of--- I had previous luxury cars and never received this type of service when I brought my cars in for service, as I received this Saturday, 11/01 from this dealership.Will I bring my car back there for any future servicing to Alberto? YES, only Alberto. Thank you Alberto for making this a quick and no headache guarantee!

Alberto Gomez is great to deal with. I'm a relatively new client with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and have been in for an oil change and a software update on transmission and U-Connect. I very much appreciate the fact that he doesn't make promises about delivery time that he can't keep. Recently, I was expecting my car to take about 4 hours for the software updates. The Team at Autoland treated me and my wife with the greatest care. They listened to our needs (a safe 4WD-winter ride for my pregnant wife and soon to be new baby girl, and, something fun for me to drive). After walking us through a few models and the options on each, we talked pricing. We settled on a 3-year lease of a Grand Cherokee Overland. From there, they took care of everything and made the experience easy and enjoyable for us. I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger a year and a half ago from Autoland. I also bought the Total Care Extended Warranty. The warranty came with Tire Coverage for 36,000 miles. I had an emergency situation 2 weeks a go, in which I got a flat tire. I live 45 miles from the dealership, and it happened on a Saturday at 3pm. I took the car to a tire place, and replaced the tire out of pocket. I filed a claim with Total Care, and 2 weeks later I got a check back for the whole amount I spent out pocket. I had a noise coming from my front driver's side wheel and the car was pulling to the left when in high speed so I decided to go to their service center. I called for an appointment on a Saturday, but when I got there they told me that they didn't have staff to look into my car's problem. On the following week, I called and made another appointment. I took a day off work and got there at 8:20am. They got my car and after about 40 minutes came telling me my alignment was all off and that the DOT# of one of the tires was different suggesting I had replaced it and that somehow that would've voided the warranty. They wanted to charge me $345.00 for an alignment job. I argued that the car was under warranty and that they should do it for free, but no luck. I drove to the dealership where I had bought the car for them to explain why the DOT# was different and clarify the issue. When I got there the technician was friendly and told me that the DOT# matched in all four tires and that the car had a warranty of 12 months for such cases, but they did not have an alignment machine at their location, but that they could take the car to another dealership in their group that had it. I told them that I would go back to Autoland. When I got back to autoland, I told the guy the numbers all matched, he gave me a lame excuse and said he needed to talk to his manager, who came back with him to talk to me. He said they could not do the alignment because this time the factory markings were off under the car. I had to argue with them for 20 minutes until they told me they would do it as a courtesy. They made me wait for 2 hours and told me they had the service done, but the car is still pulling to the left when the car in high speed, which means they made me wait and did nothing to the car.I have already called Chrysler to complain and make them aware of the type of scam artists they had representing their brand at Autoland. I love the car, but I live 20 miles away from the second dealership and am not that confident, I'll be replacing this car with another Chrysler brand when the time comes.

My husband and I went to Autoland wanting an small sized SUV with a very specific price in mind. The sales woman, Vanessa, was more than accommodating. She understood and respected our price range and worked with us to find the perfect SUV for us. At no time did we feel pressured to spend over our budget or to buy a bigger model SUV than we intended. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming regarding all aspects of the sale. Her manager Mike Jr., was also very accommodating and helpful with any other questions we had. The process was fairly quick and either Vanessa or Mike kept us updated during the whole process about what we will be doing next and what we had left to do. Our whole experience was great and I will most certainly be back for our next vehicle. Very happy customer!

FRAUD!!!!! Sold me a "certified" used 2010 Grand Caravan that is a piece of crap. Main computer went after 7 days due to water damage. There are other problems with this so called certified used van I'm being told I now have to pay to have repaired. It never should have left the lot in the condition it is in. They will be so kind as to take it in as a trade. Gee nice as I'll be out a few grand. Certified is nothing but a scam. Even Chrysler told me they have nothing to do with the process as the deanship likes to claim they do. It's nothing more than some pencil pusher with a pen and clipboard checking off boxes. BEWARE!!!!!

As is with almost all dealerships, this dealership is pressuring you to buy a vehicle. I could never fault the salesperson who I really can't remember the exact 1st name, but it's close to Santigul (or whatever it is). He's been very helpful and was really friendly in determining what I want. He was so accomodating with the test drive and he even asked me if I wanted to drive the car more. Although it's not the exact car I want, I was pretty sure I'll make a deal with them as my 1st impression was pretty good. I even went on to give them my credit application, and my credit card for a deposit for a car they can do a dealer trade with.But the problem started when his Manager, Jerome, came to see me. He was telling me that the option I wanted is impossible and was arguing with me even though, the feature (2nd-row bench seat) is standard with the Durango RT. I'm not sure if they just don't want to help me with what I really want, or just flat-out lying to me. In the end, he doesn't want to budge and kept arguing with me that option is not available, I just fumed and told him I can't deal with them. I quickly deicided I don't want to do business with them as that's not how you deal with your customer. I work in a customer service and sales environment and I understand a Salesperson's desire in closing a sale, but that's not how a person should treat a customer. I was asking to give them my keys but obviously they still want to make a sale with me and kept on delaying in giving me my keys and credit card.In the end, when I insisted with Anthony, to give me my keys and credit card, he shouted at me and told me to "Get the xxxx out, you're rude", when in the 1st place, I wasn't the one who was trying to argue and just want to, per his words, get the xxxx out of there, because of the way they treated me.Now, even though I already told them I don't want to do business with them, I received an alert from my LifeLock Subscription that they still ran a credit check. In which I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.The regular Salespeople there are friendly, but if you get past them and speak to the "higher-ups", good luck in having a respectful conversation. Either they just don't know the features of the car they're selling... Or just flatly lying to you and forcing you to buy a car from their lot.

I went today(08/31/13) to buy a certified pre owned vehicle. I went there on the day before to discuss the price. Today I went again to purchase the car and they didn't follow what we discussed. I just realized looking at the contract. They took advantage of me. They said it'd be $10,800 and it ended up being 13,000 without taxes, MV and all the other htings we have to pay for. I really don't know what to do. Please, don't buy at Autoland, they aren't trustworthy.

I used to go to Autoland regularly but switched to AAA, because Autoland took all day and always pushed me to get something I didn't need; AAA is quick and not pushy. But I went back to Autoland yesterday to get a Prius recall taken care of, and I may start going there again. Yes, I ended up spending a lot more than I'd expected to, but it all made sense. Pete Cavaleiro, the guy who helped me, was not at all pushy, he simply explained my options. He also had suggestions for ways to solve problems I'd been having with the car. This guy is really good; you get the feeling you're getting advice from one of your buddies, as opposed to the slick sales routine I had run into in the past. I'm certainly going to give Autoland another chance.

I was greeted warmly by the front entrance staff. They contacted Vanessa Francis quickly. She too welcomed me warmly. She was quick in looking for the type of car that I was interested in. The price was excellent. I fell in love with the car as I test drove it. I got $10, which helped with the gas and tolls to get there. I expressed that I was in a bit of a hurry, and all personnel worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I was out in plenty of time! It was a wonderful experience. !

Customer service was great, definately family oriented. Love the kids play are with the TV. Salesman was very personable and kind. Business was handled at a professional level. I love the fact that it did not take me all day to get my car and that I was not switched from office to office in order to get the paperwork aligned, that was a A+. I do understand that is a business and as such the price can only be lowered to a certain extend, however the price I was given was reasonable.

Well, I got to the dealership for a routine oil change maintenance on my 2000 Siena. while I was waiting, I decided to go to the sales floor to see if anything would interest me.I was Introduced to Humberto and He was able to talk to me in a nice manner, I did tell him that if I was to buy something I would only do it based on 3 criterias as follows: find something that I like, get a 0% agreement and get a decent price for my 2006 Siena.I finally got in love with a 2012 Rav4 and I got a 0% agreement and I got a decent price for the 2006 Siena. So with Humberto's Help I was able to acomplish succesfully what I wanted when I walked into the sales floor.

This service department is professional, courteous, and skilled. I travel over 30 minutes past several Jeep dealerships to benefit from the service staff here. I have been extremely disappointed in the past with my prior maintenance appointments in Dover and Wayne. Autoland in Springfield is simply the best and I actually get excited to pick up my Jeep because I know it will run like new when they are done with it. My last visit was another example of exemplary performance. In fact, not only was my Jeep tuned up, it required a new battery and Alan was able to get it done and installed for me quickly while I waited! This is one task (buying a new car), that I never look foward to but the staff here at Autoland changed our minds. It was quite pleasant. Our salesman (Ash) was very helpful and understanding. Went in to get my vehicle diagnosed because all my windows were not working from what I thought was a window regulator issue. After the diagnosis, was told it was a shortage in my window master switch and would cost $200+ to change. Told them to go ahead and fix it. About 1/2 an hour later, the dealership representative I was dealing with came to me and said they made an error in pricing and the cost to change the master switch was really 300+. Not only had I wasted an extraordinary amount of time so far having to wait for the vehicle to be diagnosed, but halfway in the middle of my issue being repaired, I'm now told I'd have to fork out more money. If that's not a classic bait and switch move by a dealership, I dont know what is. To add insult to injury, I had to wait an additional 1 hour to get my vehicle when I declined to pay the additional cost and told them to give me back the car. As a follow up, I sought an alternative to figure out how else I could get the window master switch changed without the incredible cost. I took to the internet and found that the switch cost $60 shipped and was provided an instructional video online of the step by step process. Turns out its a 10 minutes fix to pop out the old switch, unplug and install the new one. I've had a harder time adjusting the clock in my vehicle to daylight savings time. I felt a sense of pride having installed the switch myself and thought I got one over on the dealership. Turns out they'd have the last laugh because its not a window master switch issue as they had diagnosed, but indeed a regulator problem as I originally thought. So the $125 I paid for the diagnosis was wrong and a waste of money. How can anyone not be frustrated!!!!

I just want you to be aware how easy it was leasing a car this time.Jude and the other sales person (sorry I can't remember his name)made the whole process move along and we were both satified with the deal in about 15 minutes. I was driving home in a little over 2 hours.I have leased 21 cars (family-friends) since 1990 and this was one of the easiest process that I have encountered. When my lease or my wife's lease is up ( she is on her 5th Camry)I will come back to Autoland. This has been the best auto-dealership experience that I've ever had up to now, and I've had several over the years! I can highly recommend Autoland. The sales personal I dealt with - Adam; Felix; and Owen and the finance guy, Steve, were amiable, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable about both the vehicles and the pricing that I was interested in - not once did I ever feel pressured to buy or sign anything. The selection of vehicles available for road testing was impressive, and the follow up from Autoland since I picked up my vehicle is phenomenal!

My most recent service was not so bad. The team are very professional on making sure the customer is satisfy. I am happy and that is very good. The dealership is a little pricey but atleast I can guarantee where my money is going.

I had a complicated and pressure-loaded personal schedule the morning I drove my ailing Sienna into your workshop. I was seeking immediate attention - I had no appointment - your staff nonetheless made me feel my obligations were as important to them as were their own. They were fun to talk with. They took care to explain clearly the details of what they would have to do regarding the brakes and pistons and an outside mirror, none of which were performing as well as they should have been. They gave me a car to use for the rest of the day and overnight while they worked on mine. I wish also to cite the efficiency and thoughtfulness of three women in the financial office. I had misplaced an essential insurance document. One of the three telephoned my insurance company on her own initiative to obtain a copy for Toyota files along with an extra for my own. Overall process was very good extremely friendly and personable staff. Only slight negative thing to say is took awhile to get through the financing process. Also, had to come back next day to get a scratch buffed out that was not done night before. In all fairness though the maintenance crew most likely could not see it that well it was nighttime and we purchased a black car. However, We Got a Great Deal and would recommend this dealership to everyone! We will go back for the next car!

I walked into Autoland a little nervous from an experience at another dealership two weeks earlier. There was no reason what-so-ever to be worried. From the beginning, this dealership provided excellent customer service.I pulled up the wrong building, however a young lady (forgive me, I forgot her name) was standing outsite, brought me inside to introduce me to the general manager, who was very helpful, and the two of them got me over to the right place.I met the manager of the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep area, John, and he brough over Jesus to assist me. Quick as anything, he had the keys ready for a test drive - I already knew what car I was interested in - and I was at ease before the test drive was even finished.I was a bit concerned that we wouldn't be able to get my numbers to work, but we came to an extremely fair compromise and before I knew it, my bottom line was approved and they were working up the paperwork to review with me. The gentleman who had me signing documents was quick and explained each document I was signing - even stopped me when I got a little signature-happy on the contract part because he wanted to go over it with me first.I left a short time later with a 2009 Dodge Caliber, a car I had been looking into for a bit, looking for the right one as far as price and milage were concerned, and was able to find it at Autoland, hassle free thanks to Jesus and the team over at Autoland Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. If you are looking for excellent service and find yourself at Autoland, ask for Jesus. He turned a very stressful situation into a pleasurable buying experience, thanks to his great personality, sense of humor and understanding of my situation.Thank You Jose & Autoland!

I bought my new Toyota Yaris in April 2009 from Autoland Toyota. I was extremly nervous, but from the second I walked into the showroom I was totally surprised. The entire staff was friendly and helpful all the way through the car buying process. I was never pressured into buying or committing. Filling out the paperwork was a breeze and everything was explained to me so that I was able to understand what I was signing. I got a great financing program, and couldn't love my car more. Shopping at Autoland was the total opposite experience of car buying at a dealership that I was expecting. I will always refer my friends and family here, because they truly have the best service and provide the best experience out there.

I would recommend this dealer and I have to all my friends and family. They were so nice, helpful and they even have a playroom for my children. After we finished choosing our car we had a place to watch a movie with theater seats and popcorn, they even served us pizza, water and coffee. My salesperson even told me that I have an oppotunity to meet the service department at the "NEW OWNERS CLINIC" who ever heard of that. Autoland didnt just sell me a car they started a new relationship with me. I even have everyone's cell phone numbers!!!!! THUMBS UP FOR AUTOLAND!

I will never recommended this dealer to nobady. Got the address on the dodge web site, and since my company is less then half mile way from there, got my bussnes partner and got there, ready to buy 2 Dodge Sprinter 2008, the van look's great and after we get in love with that, came inside ready to settle the deal. Been talk to the sales men for almost 2 hours , he made me feel like i was home, could not be bether,he ask me to a commitment of 16,000 dolars to make sure i was not a player as down payment and we agree at 8,000 gave him my debit card and since each van was tag price at 42k and 43k did a offer for 34k each ,the sales men did his job show me why i should buy there and not on the other dealer i found the same van on New Mexico who gave me the price there at 34k to buy 2 for the same van. But unfortunale was not the end of the deal, came from inside a manager Anthony Cipriano who show me the wrong way to treat a client, i felt so disrespected the way the poor men have talk to me , trying to show me there he is the one who make the rules and i culd not tell him the prices i whant to offer because Autoland Dodge was a local dealer and they culd charge more then the other dealers in other places, just because they deal with people who dont get inform before get there.I will send him a lether with same phone numbers from pigs farms where is the right place to use his skills as a manager.I will make shure all my friends will know that's not the place to buy a car or truck.
