Excellent customer service, definitely 5-star; all repairs required were discussed with me in advance for approval to move forward or decline.Top-shelf quality of repair, also 5-star. I am totally confident that my car is in good hands and Nelson performed a great job. He is an excellent mechanic and have no problem recommending his service or Autoland service dept in general.The facility is clean and well-managed by a very competent staff.

My 2012 RAV4 went in for a water pump and thermostat at 25,960 mile everything was covered under manufactures warranty and extended warranty. It also had a recall for the rear seat belts, everything was completed in less than a day. Rav run as good as new ! Thanks.

The service advisor Sal explained very clearly on what was done to my car maintenance. The waiting room is nice. I was able to drink coffee and eat bagel for free while I was waiting there. The wi-fi Internet access was fast too.

From the moment I parked my car to enter the dealership to the moment I drove away with a new car I was treated like gold. I told the salesperson what I wanted and I was shown the three cars which made my criteria. No high pressure sales tactic. He actually left me alone with my son to decide between the three cars as we touched them and sat in them. Instead of having to read all the minute differences between the cars, we were told the obvious differences in price. There were so many technological advances between the car I bought and my old car that I was amazed. The lane safety feature is great. The finance package was easy to understand. You can't beat 0% financing. I added in the extended warranty and the tire package which I knew about before I sat down because I did research on the website. The $750 college rebate required some work. My college transcript off the school site was not enough. The dealer needed a diploma which the school hasn't mailed yet. The customer service was excellent. It's nice the offer of popcorn, soda, hand sanitizer, and flash drives. They saw finger prints on the car and they would not let me leave until someone came to wipe it away. I've driven the car now for a week and it's perfect. I really like the fact that ToyotaCare is built into the price for the next two years. All in all not a bad experience and pretty, pretty good! Sal Giordano took care of me and he was fantastic!. He ordered the part, met me when I came in, and told me how long it would take. I elected to wait, doing work on the WiFi available (which was a MUCH better and easier connection than I have experienced at a lot of places like Barnes and Noble). The little computer bays are extremely handy and I worked quite comfortably there until my car was ready. The complementary coffee and bagels are a nice touch too.My car was ready within ten minutes of when Sal said it would be, and it was fixed perfectly. I have never had a bad experience at the Service department at Autoland Toyota - they do a great job, they do it efficiently, and the facilities if you prefer to wait are comfortable and designed for the customer's needs.. It's one of the reasons I come back to Autoland for cars.

I went to the Jeep Dealership located on RT 22 and was greeted by Walter at the Door. Professional, interested in what I had to say, NOT PUSHY! and well educated on the vehicle he showed us. I have bought my fair share of new cars but never on the same day. Walter was very helpful and the fact that he was not "pushy".. closed the deal for me. Bought a 2016 Grand Cherokee that same day and in a few hours, my wife was driving it out the dealer. I will recommend Walter to anyone and believe me, I will be going straight to him when it is time for my new personal vehicle. I have been a loyal customer of Autoland for years. Recently I traded my Highlander for a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid. I checked the value of my vehicle before I went into the dealership. The amount I was offered for my trade in was definitely in the ballpark, of what it was worth. In each of my experiences with Autoland, whether it was the sales department or the service department, I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. There has never been a hard sell and the staff has always been upfront regarding each aspect of the sales process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and have done so on numerous occasions. In each instance everyone I referred had a positive experience.

On May 7, 2016, I went to Autoland Toyota because I wanted to hear what they had to offer as far as a trade-in for my 2009 Camry. My intentions was just to speak to one of your salesmen (Jeanrock). I really wasn't planning on trading in my car, but as it turned out, I left your dealership in a brand new 20016 Camry. The trade-in process was easy and the salesman (Jeanrock) was very patient when answering my questions and made me feel comfortable, inspite of my initial reluctance. I would most definitely recommend Autoland Toyota to a family member or friend!

I went there for service on a Saturday morning and I thought I was going to be there forever. Sal was great and once my oil change was done he informed me that I needed new wipers and a filter. Once I agreed I waited no longer than 15 minutes and was out. Sal was very pleasant and respectful.

I recently purchased my second CPO Toyota from Autoland, the first one was back in 2005. I have to be honest they have come a long way since then. The facilities are state of the art and have all the amenities to make your time there more than comfortable. The sales experience was above board, they honored the internet price with no questions asked. From Sales to Financing the process was a good one. I always felt that I was getting a fair deal, which is all you can ask for when buying a car. For such a large dealership the experience was very personable. If you are shopping there ask for Neil and Rondell in Sales, and Curtis to do you financing.

We had a wonderful experience at Autoland. Ralph our salesman was accommodating and very informative about every detail we wanted to know. We had our two boys with us and he made it feasible to go through the car leasing process with them there. I wound up winning $1,000 for just taking a test drive, which was amazing. Ralph was pleasant and kind. He and my husband went head to head over prices, but in the end we came to a price we were happy with. I was treated very respectfully by Joe, Kenneth, Lawrence, and Curtis at Autoland in Springfield when purchasing my new Rav 4. They all went out of their way to accommodate my requests.I was very pleased with the price and the fact that the car was delivered to my home, which saved me having to ask someone to drive me to the dealership or to pay for a cab. As always, I had a great experience when performing the biannual customary car maintenance check at Autoland for my 2010 Corolla, enjoying reading and refreshments in the customer waiting room. I was a bit disappointed with the high bill this time - but this is what happens when both tires replacement and an expected costly repair (axle replacement) come at the same time. I am actually glad the technician did find what seemed to be the beginning of possible more serious trouble or danger with the axle.

Ralph was our sales rep when we bought a car for our daughter. He did a great job working with us and also made sure we got a problem fixed with the car. His follow up was great too. The only thing that wasn't his fault was the insurance process! The way they did that took way longer than any other car we have purchased before. That was out of Ralph's control. In the past, the dealership dealt with it and temps were issued and that was that. This time, he had to find the right person to speak with from our insurance company and had to be on the phone holding, waiting, etc. just to get our insurance done so we can leave with the car! We found that annoying since we were there for hours already between test driving and buying the car the same day too. As buyers of cars before, we have never dealt with that type of insurance experience. I think the dealership needs to work on that part. Otherwise, all was good and we would recommend Ralph to our friends for sure.

As a result of her knowledge, persistence and skills, I left Toyota Autoland on 9/7/15 with a new 2016 Toyota Corolla.

I have patronaged several Toyota dealerships of the last 20 years. After one visit to Autoland, I have never gone to another Toyota dealership. The sales staff and finance guys are the best. I have purchased my last four (4) vehicles from Autoland and I have never been happier. I have now begun purchasing vehicles for my children here. Service and repairs are easy and they have Saturday and Sunday appointments, which is extremely convienent. I will stay with Autoland for all of my Toyota needs.

I traded in my lease early and leased a new vehicle. Maurice was our salesperson and was great. He was personable, honest, down to earth, and made the process very smooth and easy. The dealership has a lot of services and amenities catered to customer appreciation and a superior experience. The process is always long and arduous, but at Autoland, they take good care of their customers - we had breakfast and lunch there while going through the whole process, the bathrooms are clean, and there's plenty of comfortable seating. I've used them for car services for over a year now and their repair center is just as easy, comfortable, and amenable.

Got phone, text, and email reminders for my highlander 24 months maintenance. Easily made an appointment online. When I got there, the customer representative was there right away to talk to me. While waiting, customers can eat begals, donuts, coffee at the table without pay, or watch TV. There are computer tables available. When car service was done, I received email notice. The representative found me in the waiting room and explained what was done, what needs to be done in the future.

I didn't visit this dealership to purchase a car, but after experiencing such awesome customer service, I left there with a new lease. In particular, Rafik and Melvin were extremely kind, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Rafik made me feel very comfortable about my choice, thoroughly discussed all options (including financing) with me, and ultimately made sure that I was very pleased when I left the dealership. He was extremely patient and listened to what I wanted. He delivered exceptional customer service. Words cannot describe my gratitude and appreciation for his depth of knowledge and genuine affability. Melvin was equally attentive to my needs. He patiently showed me different cars, colors and packages. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, beginning with choosing the color I wanted, calling the insurance company, helping me unload my old car, to seeing me on my way in my new car. I couldn't have asked for a better Autoland personnel. To sum, I would recommend this dealership and these two individuals noted above, in particular, in a heart beat. I had no intention of leaving with a new car, but their warmth and professionalism alone, made me want to walk out with every car in that dealership. Nevertheless, I have leased from this dealership before, and I absolutely love their cars as well.

I dropped the car off at night and I liked the fact that I received an e-mail in the morning saying that they have my car in for service. There is a link on this e-mail that lets you check on the status of your repairs; this unfortunately didn't work so well; where every time I checked it, there wasn't any status. Finally, around 4:00 PM I called to find out the status (the phone rang at least 40 times before someone picked up). The individual asked me to 'hold' while he found out the status. He returned, asking my who my service advisor was because they would know off the top of their head. Well, I found out that the individual I was speaking to WAS my service advisor; which he seems embarrassed and then asked me to hold again. This time telling me my car would be ready in 1/2 an hour. I arrived at the service area and my service advisor said that my car was done and that he was waiting for security to give the okay to put gas into my car (I had my gas tank replaced). He told me to wait in the lounge and that he would notify me when it was ready. After 25 mins, I went back out to the service area to find out that I had gas (for awhile now) and they brought me my car. The bottom line is the repair was PERFECT and the customer service was SO SO... I got better service from my local repair shop in town..

My car a Dodge Magnum would not start on Sept. 26th. As I found out from the internet it was the battery in my key fob had died out. On Saturday I had the car towed to Autoland in Springfield NJ. This is a Dodge dealership. During the day as I researched my issue on line I came across the issue as being the key battery. I had someone take me over to Autoland, after hours, to bring a new key. I tired the other key I had and the car started right up. I was going to just take it home but now I noticed I had no turning lights or windshield wipers. So I left the car there for them to check on Monday. When I called them on Monday they stated it would cost $249.90 to do the diagnostic check on the car due to the mileage (208,000) and age (8 yrs) of the vehicle. At first I declined as it seemed an excessive cost to run the diagnostic test and the car was starting now with the 2nd key. I was also shocked that this cost was due to the age and mileage of the car. At what age and mileage does Dodge stand behind their cars? But it gets better. I call back on Tuesday and tell the dealer they could do the diagnostic test and I will pay the $249. I call back on Wed. to get an update and I am then told that they will not service my car at all. The dealer refused to work on the car!!! I was dumbfounded by this news. This is your car I stated. So the dealer had the car for 3 days and refused to work on it at that point. Not even sure what sort of service you call that?? If they refuse to work on a car after a specific age and mileage they should use that as part of their sales campaign. We stand behind our cars. At least until 200,000 miles or 8 years old Dont go to this place unless your car/truck is under warranty.

I moved into the area over a year ago and have been going here ever since. every time I go here I get more and more impressed. this most recent time I dealt with Pete. I called in on Monday and asked them if I could drop the car off that night after work because I was having some issues and they did. The next day, Pete called me at 9 and told me what was wrong and asked how I wanted to handle it. He faxed me the credit card form so I could pay for the service and then texted me when it was done and told me where it would be. From the moment we pulled up, till a couple hours later when I drove away with my Certified Pre-owned Toyota Prius. Dustin my salesperson was great and so knowledgeable, he made the experience of buying a car wonderful. I highly recommend Autoland, and will let everyone I know if your in the market for a car, Autoland is the place to go. It was about 71 miles away, but well worth the trip. I purchased my Prius and Rav 4 at a different dealer. I saw a coupon for a oil change and went to Autoland. I met Bill Southerland and he was great. He took care of me and I brought back my Rav4 for some recalls. Bill gave me a loaner car at no cost for a day and they did all the work on my Rav4. I will make Autoland my place for service and repairs on my Toyota's. Bill Southerland's personality sealed that for me.

There was a time when I never thought I'd say "Great service as usual" about Autoland, but the past two years they've turned around completely. Service is great, there's no hard sell, just telling me my options, the price is fine, and I barely had time to finish Level 120 on Farm Heroes when the service guy came out to tell me my car was ready. I had a guy named Sal, first day on the job, and they were training him well -- it was all about friendliness and respect.

I've been leasing vehicles from Autoland for the past 11 years. The buying process is easy especially if you are a repeat customer. Their showroom is well kept and modern. They have snacks, water and a hot drink machine for customers in the showroom. They have a very good service department with flexible hours and overnight drop off access. The service department has bagels, muffins and a hot drink machine for morning customers waiting for their vehicle. Food is not a factor for me but it's a pleasant convenience if you happen to be hungry or happen to have your kids with you. Overall consistency, professionalism and customer service is why I would refer Autoland to everyone.

Brought my car in for its first 5,000 mile checkup. Was told it would take up to 1.5 hours, so I planned to be there for ahwile. I drove right up, they took me immediately and in 45 minutes I was on my way.The service manager was very pleasant addressed even the most minor question and all with a smile. Two of my warning lights went on in my 2009 Avalon (90,000 miles). I got to Autoland about 4:15PM. Tony had my car checked and said it needed a new coil and it would be finished about 6:45PM. I had a trip planned for the next day so I waited. My car was ready at 6:30PM and it ran fine the next day. Ted was the service advisor who greeted me with upon enter the service department. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had about the service being performed on my car. Ted offered me coffee and a bagel as he escorted me to the waiting room. Autoland is a 40 minute ride for me to have my car serviced, but with the personable attention I received I cannot go anywhere else. Also as I was leaving I was given a complimentary car wash coupon too.

Never looked forward to having my car checked and repaired, but this first visit for me was exceptionally well done. Signs were all over so no mistakes as to where to go. Once inside the atmosphere and friend ship extended was excellent. Personnel made me feel like a favorite customer and the facilities were kept very clean. The over all experience was one of extended good will and quality service from everyone involved. My Dealer was Excellent and made me feel well taken care of. Great Experience.

My experience at Autoland in Springfield was wonderful. I first approached by a gentlemen named Philip Merrill. He really took time to listen to what I was looking for and was completely understanding of all my needs. He provided great customer service and I feel like I connected with him well. It was my first time at Autoland and he made me feel welcome. I'm am extremely happy with my purchase and I will be returning. I recommend Autoland to anyone who is looking for a car and especially recommend the salesman Phil for any future purchases, I can't thank him enough.

I came in to see a 2013 Highlander. I called ahead to say I'm 45 min away and therefore wanted to confirm availability including the specs and mileage of the car. Was told that the site was all accurate and car would we be waiting. When I arrived I noticed that the car had more than double the advertised mileage and was told it was a "system error." I reluctantly asked what the bottom line price was and was told by the salesman that "I'm not supposed to do this, but here is our markup and I'm prepared to knock off all but $500 of that markup". Sounded great until I saw the number and realized I was given a price $2.5k over the advertised price! When I pointed it out to the salesman he acted surprised and claimed he didn't realize it was an "add car" with special pricing. I asked what an add car was and he replied it was anything on the dealer website with a price that ended in a 2 designed to bring in traffic. I pulled up the site on my phone and noticed all the cars ended in 2 and asked if there were additional cars not listed on the site. He replied yes but failed to find any cars in his database that weren't on the dealer website with a price that ended in 2. The salesman then shamelessly claimed that the dealership was aggressively pricing all their cars with "add pricing" designed to move cars. They basically lured me in by advertising a lower mileage and then purposely offered me the car at a higher price than advertised. Its unfortunate because I've been to several Toyota dealerships in NJ and this was the first time I had a negative experience.

I stopped going to Autoland a few years ago because the wait was forever, the cost was high, and they always tried to get me to do things I didn't need. That's all changed. I went back a year or so ago for a Toyota-specific issue, and Pete Cavaleiro took care of me, and I was impressed. Every time I've been back I've been impressed: I don't get pressured to buy extras, I just get good advice and good service. The job is done quickly, and it's always less money than I expected. I was there yesterday, got Pete Cavaleiro again, and can't say enough good things about the guy, or about the job Autoland did.

Going for the first service is usually a hassle-not here! Pulled in to a clean repair area, greeted and spoke to immediately. All questions answered, and off to waiting room for only 40 minutes! I was astonished at the quick service. Everyone here is polite and helpful. Thanks Autoland for making a routine trip a pleasant one

The service of my Camry was faultless as usual; the service personnel were prompt in taking my car into the shop; the person who supervised the service was very friendly and efficient; the waiting room was sufficiently comfortable and adequately equipped with chairs, free coffee, restrooms, TV, etc. The service supervisor informed me as soon as the car was ready and saw that the paper work was correct.

Another good experience with their service! I made an appointment with the very short notice. Starting from making the appointment, all the way to the payment, entire staff was very helpful. My 2005 Rav has 130000 miles on it and runs as well today as the day we drove it out of the dealership!!! We attribute it to the maintenance that has been provided by the service department at Autoland. The Service Department staff is beyond professional. I own a Mercedes as well and can categorically state that the service at Autoland is head and shoulders above that at Mercedes. I once went to pick up my E 320 at the dealership after it was serviced and they couldn't get it to start!!!!!!! I have never had any issues at Autoland.

Once again I had a good experience. My daughter who lives in Pittsburgh was having a problem with her Prius which the dealer there had not solved. When she visited us in New Jersey, we took her car to Autoland and they figured out the problem and fixed it. My advisor Bill is the best.

I was greeted in a friendly manner. Wheel alignment was done immediately. While sitting in the waiting area, I had a bagel. An hour later, my oil change and brake pedal adjustment had been made. Then Ed walked me out to my car under his umbrella since it was pouring rain. Great service!

Needed a regular service for my 2010 RAV4 V6. Been going to my local Staten Island dealer of late for service, even though bought vehicle at a fair price at Autoland, because of cost of Outerbridge toll/tax. Autoland was able to accommodate me on shore notice. When I arrived, they checked my wheel alignment at no extra charge, which happened to be OK (amazingly since live in SI). They executed a full check of vehicle and oil/filter change for less than most private shops would charge. Plus, their customer wait room is cool, clean, provides refreshments and space for laptop work, which I did while waiting. The wait, even without an appointment, was not inordinately long. Just wish bridge tolls were less to get there, but at least I always fill up in NJ because gas is 55 cents cheaper there than nutzy NY taxes.

Arrived there after scheduling an appt online (Great); After getting a ticket on my windshield no one acknowledged me or my car inside the repair area for about 10 minutes. Finally a service technician told me to go to the waiting area and expressed dismay at why no one was around. The oil change and tire rotation took 1.5hrs (Bad) which I thought was too long but I had a book and the waiting room was airy and bright. No one up-sold me so I was greatful to get out with just the advertised $26.00 bill including a comprehensive check of my car. (Great) Overall am pleased

Bought a car less than a year ago Jeep. Not to long I took it for a repair and I got the worse service ever they not only fixed my car after almost 4x of me going back and forth to this dealer but they did a horrible job and I have now scratches all over bc of this repair I spoke to the mananger of the service department very nice guy tho but the whole experience was horrible due to the fact that they kept on doing a Mickey Mouse job not to even mention that there was a piece missing on the top of my trunk that had nothing to do w the repair I would not recommend this dealer to anyone because of the horrible service!!!

We were looking for a new car and met with Ralph who was not pushy or your typical sales person, he listened to what we wanted and showed us several options. We finally decided to lease and told Ralph what we could afford and he managed to get us a price that we were happy with and a great car. All the people I dealt with were respectful of my time and feature options. No overselling, or hard sell. Very good explanation of charges and my options for managing my auto expense. Service has always been good for the same reasons. As I was completing my paperwork, I was assured of my first service appointment confirmed. Overall, I recommend Autoland for everyones auto needs.

I went into the dealer not expecting to purchase a car anytime soon and was just researching. I was greeted right away by a salesman and I told him what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and showed me my options. We were given a great price on a lease and couldn't say no. I have just one complaint which is when I went into the dealer the next day to pick up my mats and books, I was just handed a large bag with everything inside. The original salesman was not there at the time so someone else helped me. In my opinion when someone buys something as expensive as a car, the least you can do is put the mats in the car for the customer. Besides that I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealer and would recommend to friends and family as well.

Found the used truck I've been looking for here on Cars.com. The internet specialist, Rebecca was great at setting up my appointment and checking to make sure I had proper directions. Everyone at Autoland is obviously supportive of each other and very courteous, making my buying experience the most positive I've had. Delivery of vehicle was in even better condition than what I expected, especially being a used vehicle. I left feeling satisfied and open to buying from them again...if only they were closer to my home!

I contacted Autoland to buy a car a got a great Rep - Bert. I told him I'm looking for a Highlander with leather seats and Bluetooth (a must). He said they didn't have Bluetooth but could have it installed no problem. He aske me if I want to come down and look at some cars. No, I told him I wanted everything done over the phone before I got there so I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. Been there, done that, I didn't want to do it again. We ran my credit, sent insurance and DL back up, got a rate approved, and all papers ready to sign. This was all easy because I knew what I wanted and I was ready to commit. I got there, test drove the car, signed some papers and left. It was glorious. Car buying can be so extremely exhausting that by the time you leave the dealership you're not even excited about the car. I spent maybe 2 hours there. I was really happy. Thanks Autoland for working with me. I loved the experience.

Having been to Autoland in the 90s, we were not expecting much other than to check out some new Toyotas. But the transformation of the dealership was pretty impressive. People were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The dealer president and general manager even came by to say hello and make sure our needs were being met.We (I brought my sons) received a lot of helpful information which led to a return trip with my wife and a decision to lease the new Prius Plug-in. The Plug-in is pretty advanced technology so the salesperson helped quite a bit. And the leasing process, which I remember as being mountains of paperwork, was pretty turnkey.Overall a great surprise and can strongly recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota.

The one complaint was the the people at the window where having a loud private conversation, some of which I didn't need to hear. However they were also polite and efficient when I checked out at the window. The service was completed quickly.

autoland is a great place to buy a new car my sales rep was very helpfull and took the time i need it till i was satisfied with my purchase i even test drive 4 diferent cars before i decided what car i wanted no rush at all im very happy with my new car.

We were just looking at cars, not ready to buy. The salesperson, his manager and everyone who greeted us at Autoland, were understanding and very helpful. They made a very good offer, we accepted and I am the proud owner of a new Toyota Corolla.

This was my first time shopping for a car at a dealer. I had always gotten cars from private sellers and always regretted it. I was very nervous about the whole process. My salesman Carl was so nice and supportive through the whole process and made it easy! He did all he good to make it within my budget and made sure I was leaving with the car I fell in live with. went there to get a car with my dad and the guy that took care of was more than great! Customer service is really good and the everyone seems very friendly and helpful. They have all the facilities at the premises and that makes it easy for you to acquire extra parts or service your car. They also offer tutorials and help you set up your entune before picking up your vehicle. They employees are very patient and always act in the interest of their customers. I love this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone!!!!!! MAkke sure to ask for ASh or Freddie.....very interesting and helpful guys

We were very apprenhensive about buying on the highway, but I must say our salesman Ralph T. Mitchell made it a very pleasant experience & we will most definiately recommend any people to go to him. The buying process was way to long, that was not Ralph's fault. That is our only complaint, the going back and forth to negotiate a price is silly and waste's everybodys time. Aside from that silly process we were really happy.

The receptionist that greeted me Monday 4/21 was very customer friendly. She made my day. I was so upset about my car; however I can deal with it now. The repairman that did the work he explained the work he had done. My overall experience was excellent.

I had my chrysler 300 worked on. The issue was resolved. Al the services rep call to inform me of the issue found, pricing and how long it might take. Also you could view the repair status online instead of having to call in. The facility is very clean.

It was a very good experience buy my new car at Autoland. They have good amount of cars in stock. Their store is clean, wide open, makes you feel comfortable. The treatment you get is V.I.P. The sales representative Ralph Mitchell is the person you want to look for to help you to buy a new or used car at Autoland. He helps us to decide what was the best to fit our budget, and stay with us all the time we were at the store, until the whole process finished.

30 day exchange/refund is a lie; which they blamed on cars.com mistake. The purchase was almost completed then they show me the CARFAX w/accident damage). They killed their own deal by not offering me 3 day guarantee to research crash history and check car out. Don't let their suave appearance fool you, they are not all fair/honest under the fancy bright lights. 1. Insist on a 24hr used car test drive (before contract) to check things with mechanic. 2. Know you're prices (thanks cars.com), these will take your money if you let them. Do your price homework and be firm or walk away (they will call you back offering the deal you wanted). For me a complete waste of 4hr + 3hr travel + 40miles round trip. DON'T FALL FOR IT ALSO... if you expect the posted exchange offer. They can't/won't stand behind the value of their used cars.

First off, I have to say that the Customer Service was very good at Toyota Autoland. My sales rep was tops. Also, this is the 2nd Toyota I've bought there. HOWEVER, I bought a new Toyota on November 12, 2011. This car was new and one stock. It had 3 items that were NOT on the Toyota Invoice: 1) Nanobond $995 2) Appearance Package $595 3) Lo-Jack $1,450 Now #2 & #3 I can understand (some folks would even pay for those). But the "Nanobond" is a complete SCAM! This is like the old "winter undercoating" option that dealers used to jam you with. Get this - a simple CAR WASHING CAN VOID THE NANOBOND WARRANTY (go to the Galactic Nanobond website and see for yourself)!!!! I was not happy with the $3,000 extra for these unwanted/unneeded un-invoiced options. $1,400 for Lo-Jack - on a car that is nearly impossible to steal and not a car that is even targetted for theft in the first place - forget that! Anyhow, I had to haggle to have the total price of these options wiped of the final sale price. If you see a new vehicle there with these options, just say you don't want to pay for them ---- I did and I didn't pay for them (the Lo-Jack ended being left on the vehicle). Lastly, I did not like the fact that they sell popular models like the Prius 4 models at $4K over their MSRP (they have a sticker price of $34,000) ---- that's just wrong. I'd recommend this Dealership to a Buyer, but that Buyer should go in armed with a lot of information and be ready to go to battle ---- you will pay thousands more if you go in dumb and happy.
