L I purchased my car 2 years ago from Chevy auto nation, and the guy who really made it happen and got me in the car I wanted and even got all the little extras that I just had to have, Fred Moran! But now still 2 years later I am still treated like family when I go in for my yearly service check for my vehicle! Today I Had brought in my vehicle for repairs and bc of a situation that had happen to me at a another vehicle repair place! And when I tell you that Tonya Clemons and Mike Fox (my go-to service guy every time I've brought my car in since I bought it and literally Mike can answer any car or mechanic question I have and I know I can be a pain in the butt!) and Fred (as always who just always gets me to right person to help he's the main reason why I chose auto nation) went more then out of my way to help me out today and even a rental to use for the mean time! Great buying experience overall. Was in the market for new 2500HD High Country and drove from Tampa to this dealer for several reasons. First, Susan K's communication was impeccable and attentive to all of my request and questions. We spoke via e-mail for several weeks and Susan let me know when applicable rebates were available on the truck I wanted. The deal was clear and transparent and my trade value was fair. Melanie assisted in delivery and was great and Justin from Finance was helpful and not pushy. There were no aggressive salesy gimmicks or reindeer games to speak of and based on this experience I would absolutely buy again from this dealership.

I went in to the service dept with my brand new vehicle for a warranty issue and Luis the service writer told me it would be about 3 hours to be done. So me and my family decided to wait for it what a mistake I've had problems at this dealership before. They parked my vehicle and it sat in the same spot for 3 hours and didn't even get touched. While waiting for my Camaro to be serviced I was looking at the new models when I was approached by a new car sales rep who introduced himself as Bill Beattie. I explained I was just killing time waiting for my car. We started talking about the new Camaro and Corvettes which led to a conversation of great muscle cars of the past. We talked and exchanged stories for a good 45 minutes or more. There was no pressure at any time to buy or test drive a new car. My visit to Greenacres was made extra enjoyable because I got to talk to another car guy and when I go to trade in my car I will definitely be buying my car from Bill. Having bought several autos at Autonation here in Greenacres prior to buying my grandson a 2013 Chevy Camero, I was familiar with the dealership and had had a great experience in the past both in sales and in service.My sales person, Ernie Smith, was both knowledgeable and courteous in my dealings with him. He helped us to get the best price and also the best trade in value for our 2002 Dodge Ram.After taking possession of the vehicle we had a check engine light to come on after the gas tank was filled. It went out and a couple of days later we filled it up again and the check engine light came on again. So I called Ernie and he talked with the Service Manager Paul Cohen and he advised me to bring it in. We did and he found that the air filter box was cracked and they replaced it. However, after picking the car up and filling the tank the check engine light came back on. So we went on a blog of Camero users and found that it could possibly be a problem with the purge valve on the emission canister that could be faulty. So I will be bringing it in The buying experience here with the sales and service department was a satisfactory experience for me and my grandson. Hopefully he will remember this experience and bring his business to Autonation in the future.

I was negotiating with a salesman for 4 days on a car I had found on their website. When I was about to place a deposit on the car to hold for purchase I discovered that they had sold the car out from under me. I think it would have been reasonable and considerate if they would have contacted me to let me know someone else was interested in the car.... but they didn't. Since I was already negotiating on the car I feel I should have been given the opportunity to either buy it or forfeit my first choice to it. The salesman was slow to respond and didn't care whether I bought the car or not.

If you don't like being overcharged, under appreciated, and lied to steer clear of this dealership. They do not stand behind their brand either. A bad cam and lifters on an engine that has 75,000 miles, and not neglected, (regular oil changes) is not something that should happen. And if you do some research you will find many, many more with the same bad parts. But the best they would do is split the repair with me. After the repair was done, I tried to trade it, and they offered me $6000. less than what I paid for it 4 months ago. The Sales Manager said if I told them I was going to trade the truck, he could have gotten the repair done cheaper. CHEAPER than the half they were charging me. Then the charged the diagnostic separate so they didn't have to spilt that with me. And when I called them on it, they would only give me $106. when half would have been $166. They had to beat me out of $60. If I would have not said a word and just paid the original price they quoted me for the repair, can you see the kind of profit they would have made on me. A customer that just came in 4 months ago, and paid cash for a pick up truck. And if you have a problem and ask to speak to the manager, be prepared for them to sit you in an office with an employee that doesn't have the authority to make a decision on ANYTHING. BUYER BEWARE!

MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED IN WITH A FLAT TIRE BY CHEVY ROADSIDE ASSIST. THE SERVICE WRITER CALLLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID I NEEDED 2 TIRES. WHICH I EXOPECTED YOU ALWAYS REPLACE AT LEAST 2, HOWEVER HE INSTRUCTED ME THAT MY RIM WOULDNT HOLD AIR I ALSO NEEDED 2 TIRE SENSORS "THEY ARE BROKEN" "YOU NEED AN ALIGHNMENT AND MOUNTING BALANCING , LABOR AND TAX THE TOTAL IS $1379.76!!!!!!!!!!! I NEW HE WAS NT TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE OF HOW NERVOUSLY HE DELIVERED THE NEWS . SO I HAD THE CAR TOWED COST ME ANOTHER $85.00 BUT BROUGHT IT TO GOODYEAR DOWN THE STREET AND THEY REPLACED ALL 4 TIRES WITH BETTERTIRES AND IT WAS JUST OVER $400. THEY SAID THAT THE CAR WASNT OUT OF ALIGHNMENT AND CERTAINLY DIDNT NEED A NEW WHEEL. IT DIDNT HAVE A SCRATCH ON IT SO THE BILL WAS $1000.00 LESS AND I GOT 4 TIRES NOT 2. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM AUTONATION AND ALWAYS SERVICED THERE BUT NEVER AGAIN THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The latch on the tray on my dashboard console (Traverse) broke so I stopped by to order a new one. The part was located in Charlotte and ordered for me. I had routine maintenance done the day I dropped it off. Brad took care of us, awesome job as always. I have not heard if the part is in yet but I got 2 recall notices since so I will schedule that with the install of the new parts. Evidently the dash has to be removed to put in the tray. Thank you for being there and such great service. We have been going there since 2009.

I arrived at the dealer at 7:25 for a 7:30 appointment. I was promptly greeted and my concerns were discussed. I had a recall and oil change to be addressed. I saw Tony "my service advisor". He informed me that the technicians that handle the recall would not be in until 8 AM. But they would change the oil to minimize the wait time. About 30 minutes later he informed me, I was in the waiting room" that the oil change and a tire rotation was completed and my car would be ready in about 45 minutes. I saw him again when he came to escort me to the cashier, she informed me there was no charge for the services performed. I left the dealership just before 9AM with a oil change, tire rotation, the recall addresses, and a smile on my face. RA

My salesman, Adam, was extremely instrumental in me purchasing my new Silverado. My wife and I had visited his location one time prior to my purchase to see what the possibilities were in maybe buying a used vehicle, as my finances were limited. We were so impressed with Adam's low pressure approach that we felt extremely comfortable asking him all sorts of questions. The next day or so, I tried to learn as much as I could about the used truck market by doing my own online reading. When I finally had had enough of going in circles reading countless ads and online reviews, I went back to Adam and picked his brain one more time. My car was fixed for some recalls. My turn signal was fixed too, much to my pleasant surprise. My only complaint is that the side panels in the middle section down where your feet go, came off shortly after I picked up my car and I haven't been able to get them back on so that they stay. Everyone I ever talk to there is always very pleasant and the intake person is the best. I wish I had better recall. I think his name is Doug. He seems to always be the one who gets me. He's so nice and personable and answers questions patiently and with kindness ( just incase I'm asking something stupid :)

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on-line, pictures were provided, and description from the sales person was in pristine condition. A deal was made and since it was such a low mileage GTO and the condition was pristine I decided to pay the extra and have this vehicle delivered to me in a covered trailer. The vehicle arrived and as I was looking the vehicle over in the trailer I started to notice issues. After I got it home I started to clean/detail it to my level as I have with all other on-line purchases, I could not believe it took me 2 days to detail the vehicle. The vehicle had black tar on the (fender wells, rocker molding, rear bumper panels and all side panels). It also had white paint splatters on it that I'm still finding. Now let me point out issues that were never mentioned, pointed out or provided in the description of the vehicle: The bottom inside edge of the trunk lid was cracked and a large broken piece on the edge broken. Upon closing the trunk the whole edge finished breaking. A new piece was order and is now being repainted Top of the Rear seat are splitting. The seats will need to be removed, the leather on top and sides will require replacement. Headliner had 2 sagging areas (one as large as a basketball), new headliner will be required All 4 rims has noticeable scars and will need to be replaced to match the overall condition of the vehicle. Rear bumper and right rear fender well were not attached. Missing screws, replaced and now repaired. Front fender well not attached, missing screw. Replaced and now repaired Both suede door panels are pulling away, someone attempt to repair the drivers side panel but used the incorrect adhesive and excess glue was left on the suede and door panel. Corrected to a point. Passenger side sun visor mirror broken Only one key was provided and the glove box key is also messing. Missing correct lug nuts and covers (one on each wheel for a total of 4) This car is not even close to being in pristine condition as it was stated and based on these repairs I would have never made the offer that I did. I expected after some cleaning/detailing that we would be able to drive and enjoy this car but that has not occurred due to the repairs. I did not appreciate receiving a "pristine" vehicle needing these repairs. Pristine means, unspoiled, original condition. My 2005 Chevy Colorado Extreme with 60,000 miles on it is closer to pristine than this vehicle. In the future your dealership should provide exact details and defects on all vehicles being sold through internet sales. These defects would have been noted by me or anyone else inspecting the vehicle in person. I also would like to point out that the dealership wanted me to sign and return documents but they would not sign a number of the documents, including the title, odometer statement, etc., until I transferred the money. This should have been my first clue on the trustworthiness of this dealership. It should be noted this is not my first on-line purchase of a used vehicle, I have never encountered the headaches faced during this purchase and I will not purchase or recommend Auto Nation to anyone.

Mike was my Service Tech and I called ahead to let him know about the issue with my gearshift/ignition. He made sure the part was in stock and I was able to come in that same day to get that repair done. I was very grateful that he reserved that last part for me. When I came in for service, he also noticed me tires were not wearing equally in the front on both sides. So we went over all the paperwork I had and saw that I paid more then I should have somewhere else for my oil changes. I will come to Autonation from now on because it's $30 less! And I also added an alignment to my work order IF it could all be done within 2 hours as I had a birthday party to go to for a child. Everything went without a hitch, and I made the party on time. So I left a deposit on it so I would have first dibs on it when it arrived. Once it was on the lot they called me, and I went to test drive it. It was in good shape, but they had not had time to detail it yet. As we were negotiating the deal, I was informed that the person who posted the truck online had made a mistake on the price. They told me they would honor the price that was posted, and they did. Because of that I felt like they beat me up a little on my trade in, but I still chose to buy the truck. When the deal was written up, they forgot to add in my $200. deposit. When I brought it to there attention they said that it would be refunded to me, and it was about a month later. With such a rush to do the deal, I didn't notice a couple things that were wrong with the truck. I contacted the salesman and he set me up an appointment to have them repaired, and the truck detailed, because it was pretty dirty inside. I was prepared to give them the truck for the day, and they said "you can just wait, it wont take long". After repairs were made they had the salesman take me to the detailer to "show him my concerns". Never in my life have had to tell a detailer how to do his job. Not only did he not take care of what I showed him, he did a very poor job on what I did show him. I feel like because they made a mistake on the price, and I wrote a check for the entire balance (minus trade in), that they just wanted me out of there a quick and as cheap as possible. The salesman was great, and even though he did a good job of hiding it, I could tell he wasn't happy with the way things went either. When he had to tell me to tell the detailer my concerns I know he was uncomfortable, and rightly so. I told the detailer, its dirty just clean it. It was not clean when I got it back.

I saw a truck on the website. Went to look at it, but it was not there. But because it had low miles and a pretty good price, I left a $200. (refundable) deposit, to have the right of first refusal. I was told that add online gave the wrong price, that they should have listed it for $3000. more, but they would honor the listed price. When the truck got there, I drove it, liked it and bought it. Because the deal happened so fast, the truck had not had been detailed, and one of the door handles would not open from the inside. When I brought it back to have the door handle fixed, and detailed, I was told not to leave, they would do it why I wait. It went to the shop to fix the handle first. Then the salesman (who was just doing what he was told) came in to get me and took me to the detailer and said "tell him your concerns". I have never had to tell a detailer how to do his job. I pointed out the grab handle on the passenger side was black with dirt, the console has spilled coffee, food crumbs and was just dirty inside. When I got the truck back, they had shook out the floor mats, and cleaned that grab handle. Did not clean or vacuum out the console. Just did a rush job. They also did not apply my $200. deposit to the deal. They said they would send me a check. I bought the truck on 8/31 so I am hoping the check will show up soon. The check engine light came on a couple days after I bought it, and that (bad sensor) was taken care of in a timely manor. It was still under warranty, so that went well. I would not even be writing this if not for the fact that I went on the website to try to find an email for someone to contact about my issue, but all I got was the online chat person. I left my name, email, and phone #, on 2 different occasions, but no one ever contacted me. Not feeling like an appreciated customer.

The whole process was so easy and I felt like I was very well taken care of. No pressure over anything, and everything was explained to me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. A place that I would never hesitate to go back to. Roberto was the one that helped me buy my new truck, and he was awesome. Also Nina in the finance department was wonderful. I ended up getting a basically brand new truck (very low miles) with lots of extras that are not offered at other dealerships, like their appearance protection package- trust me, you will want this- and the theft protection, all at a good price - again, trust me, I did my research. If you want to go somewhere and feel comfortable and feel really taken care of you have to go here. I don't know about other AutoNation locations, I presume they are all fantastic. I drove an hour away from where I live because they had the truck I had been searching for. But the distance was worth it and I will be going back again when its time for another trade in :) I will never go anywhere else, I have been telling everyone to go here next time they want a new car.

He came into the dealership with an attitude and told Randy he just wanted to see an equinox and that he wasnt buying and was quite to the point. He even tole her he wasnt driving the car so when he walking around she pulled one up with a tag and got him to giver her his drivers license and then got him to drive the car. I came to browse on a Friday where I was approached by a Sales Professional by the name of Phil Sieli. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me right to my dream truck. He didn't spend time asking about my credit score or income he just let me enjoy the test drive of my dream car. I told him I would be back in the morning with my wife to see if we could make a deal. He didn't try to talk me into a purchase right then, he din't race to get my credit score. He only said "ok, I will see you tomorrow." I showed up the next day and he was on time and very pateint with me as I went back and forth in my head about what I actually wanted. He showed me every truck I was interested in and was very kind to my wife and 2 year old baby. We went back and forth on prices but in the end I was approved for exactly what I wanted to pay with little money down. This was the best car buying experience ever. Randy has been contacting me due to insufficient evidence of purchasing a preowned vehicle for a year now. She continued contact with me, and showed concerned, to settle my issues, with previous vehicles. Today when I came in Randy was tied up with two other customers and would only give me the best in her assistant, Susan. Susan showed the same concern and consideration for myself and my husbands needs. She was very patient and stayed in contact with Randy for all issues. I would like to make special mention two people who were invaluable in assisting my son to purchase a Chevrolet Tahoe. First of all Melanie made good on her word and the dealers policy of reserving this vehicle for 48 hours in order for me to drive from North Florida to make a purchase. Upon arriving Richard "Goldfinger" assisted my son in a complicated process of coordinating and securing all necessary loan information. In addition, the process of registering and licensing a vehicle out of state involved a tedious process to bring to fruition. Never the less Richard provided his expertise and guidance thru the entire process. The end result being an extremely pleasant experience in the purchase. He told us about the fact that autonation doesnt sell damaged used cars they have a carfax in every car and how they perform numerous inspections on the car. This is something that gave me peace of mind about buying a car at Autonation. Derrick gave us several options for a small four cylinder car that would be safe and economical for a teenager. We were impressed with him and his knowledge about the Cruze and Sonic. I had come to Autonation Chevy after doing alot of research online. When I got there I met Derrick and I saw the truck I saw online. It was great and all I thought it would be until I looked at the back and there was a dent in the back bumper. I was listening to Derrick explain to me about how buying this truck at Autonation would be the best thing I would ever do, and in my mind I could only think about the dent in the fender. Derrick addressed the the issue and expalined that Autonation would always do the right thing for their customers. We sat don and we agreed on the price and scheduled to have the bumper repaired. I thought I was interested in a Malibu and when Randy realized that I felt uncomfortable with the large size, she highly suggested a Cruze. That lady knows her people. The Cruze was my perfect fit. Not only did she find just the right car, but took notice of me not feeling comfotable with the seltbelt. When she showed me the car when I picked it up, I noticed the seatbelt felt more comfortable. SHe surprised me with a seltbelt extension. I didn't even have to ask her. Noone could have taken better care of me than Randy.

Adviser, Steve (lane 6) was absolutely OUTSTANDING. He suggested arriving by 7:30 am and I would be out in a hour or less, but if I wanted to come in at 10 or 11 I could plan on close to 2 hours to have my oil and filter changed and tires rotated.I arrived at 7:25 and never got out till almost 9:30. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER; HOWEVER, Steve saw my frustration and gave my car a free wash.

Went in for car repair, walked out with a truck. I was waiting for my car to be repaired for the second time and walked the lot. I was looking at two trucks. Susan came out to greet me and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and if there was a question she could not answer she would find out for you. What I also thought was nice was that she even delivered the truck to my home for me due to the fact that I could not decide whether to turn my car in as trade. I would definitely recommend a friend to see her if they were to be looking for a vehicle. As for customer service for mechanical repair I think that they could use a little help. When I go in for service it seems as though I end up having to go back to have fixed again-just a little frustrating. This happened to me twice. The techs at the booth are great to work with though and I like the hours and shuttle service that is given. Overall a good experience.

I had the best car buying experience at AutoNation Chevy Greenacres the day that I walked in and I met a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman named Fred Moran. Fred made it very easy to decide on the vehicle I wanted and was not pushy nor did I feel pressured in any way by any of the staff. The only part I did not like was the amount of time it took to do the paper work to take delivery. There has got to be a better way to shorten the delivery process. Other than that everything was good and I love my car and will recommend Fred to my friends and family.

My Chevy Trailblazer finally died after 219,000 miles. I came in expecting to have it repaired. After consulting with Scott and the mechanics, I decided that repair was no longer an option. Scott then introduced me to Annette in VIP to talk about options. She was very helpful and offered several options based on my requirements. She then introdued me Ali the used car manager. Ali paired me with Sacramento (yes, that is his real name). We narrowed the search with the computer and then went out to the lot. I finally selected a 2015 Chevy Equinox as my new "ride". At no time did I feel any pressure or get the impression that I was waisting Sacramento's time. Right off the bat we had someone greet us without creeping up. Staff was extremely helpful and were willing to work with us. Gave us numerous options and helped us reach the price we were looking for. We had the pleasure to work with a person who had been here for three days but with some help, he was able to assist us in a much better way than in other dealers. If you need to ask for someone, i STRONGLY reccomend asking for Phil Sieli or Bill Beattie. Also, do not walk away until you talk to Mohamed Babssi (General Sales Manager). I can guarantee you they will do all they can do to help you and come to an agreement. Will definitely be the first place I come to next time I'm looking for a used or new car.

I've had some painful experiences with other dealerships; However, working with Richard Goldfeder was a breath of fresh air. I was able to locate the car I wanted, set up an appointment and get my car within a couple hours of finding it online. east meets west. golfeder is a new yawker and me im from chi town but we didint let that get in the way. i came in with ol betsy. she was a good steed but it was time to change and upgrade. so i am now the proud owner of a 2010 hi ho silver silverado 4x4 and couldnt be happier. Everyone at Autonation Chevrolet in Greenacres were very friendly and helpful with the purchase of my new Silverado especially my sales person Fred Moran and Solomon the finance manager. My wife and I have bought many vehicles before and it's been a long time since we have felt that we weren't pressured into buying or recieved bad service. Fred made sure that the truck was detailed and I was mostly surprised when i saw him wiping the truck as I pulled in. This shows me that he cared to go over the truck and meet my wants. He did mention that there was a small scratch on the fender and that it was taken care of. I couldn't see a trace of it. I will definetly recommend this dealership and Fred to my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Love the car and the salesperson was very good! The Manager and the Financial person were also top notch. However, the car was given to me in less than 100% shape. The tires were seriously under pressurized; the car's interior was not cleaned as it should have been; the "chrome" around the windows was seriously stained; the plastic cover on the Navigation system was still on........ In other words someone needs to go through a checklist before they hand over the keys to a buyer!

i contacted autonation chevy in greenacres a couple of months ago and due to curcumstances i was not able to get in. richard followed up immediately and though i didnt answer his emails he was always pleasant and persistent(but not to much), always sending me options and different cars mas they came in. I finally had some time to come by and met with richard. he listened to my situation and my needs and made a few suggestions along the way. well to keep a long story short. I was at 9 am sharp at your service station and Mr. A. Carroll was expecting me, he was courteous and asked me what were my concerns with the SUV. I mentioned the brakes rotor & pads because I had been told they were rusty. He said the technician would look at it. So I went inside to wait. I was gladly surprised that the work was finished in 45 minutes. He accompanied me to the service counter and I ask him about the rotors and brakes, he said I should not worry everything was fine with the vehicle.

Although we got the car at the price we wanted I would've never gotten it if I knew the headache to follow. I drove back and forth 5 times from my home to the dealership because they "forgot" to give me my temporary registration for the truck. Turned out I didn't need a temporary tag or registration but my tag was still good to transfer. This excuse was the new guy in accounting must have done something wrong or didn't know what he was doing. I was given the wrong papers for my apartment decal sticker, I drove off the lot without insurance on the vehicle because our dealer Richard forgot to do it. His excuse was he thought he did, but it must have been someone else. The truck passed safety inspection but that same night we drove off one brake light was out, the windshield was scratched from the wiper blades. Again we were told it was some cleaner the techs used and it should come off. The brakes started to shake after 3 days and the key started to stick in 2 days. We called and spoke with Scott who was very nice and told me to come back, let them work on the truck and I could use a free rental. 3 days later NOTHING changed but we were told all was resolved and everything was fixed. We replaced the windshield, the ignition switch, the brakes, the alarm sensor and the brake lights. I'll never refer this place to anyone. Terrible experience and we'll never go back again

My wife and I were referred to AutoNation Chevrolet Greenacres by a good friend of mine and I'm so glad that we took his advice. Prior to arriving to the dealership I knew exactly which vehicle I was interested in, so my friend contacted Fred Ferrese who immediately reached out to me and started to work on numbers for my trade-in as well as the new vehicle. Fred was extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout the whole process. When we arrived at the dealership Fred officially introduced himself to my family and I, he offered us beverages etc... After spending a few minutes in his office we then looked at the vehicle, went on a test drive and he was able to offer an amazing deal without having to haggle on price. This was the best experience we've ever had at any dealership. Even when introduced to Rick from finance we received the same professional and courteous treatment. No one was ever pushy or made us feel like we had to buy something we didn't want. I was amazed at the honesty and great customer service we received from beginning to the end. I bought a lot of cars from Randy and I wrote a lot of reviews FOR Randy. This review is ABOUT Randy. I text her the other day about the brakes on the car my sis just bought. They didn't seem right. I asked her if she was busy and said she was out sick for a couple of days but would take care of it and call me right back.. I told her she could get back with me that I trusted her to do that when she came back to work.and not to worry. She texted me back less than 15 mins later. Not only does she always take great care of me and my family. She text her service guy, asked him to take care of me, and hooked me up, and she did this when she was not even there. This is not the first time Randy took care of me when she was not at work. This time she did it when out sick. I have never met anyone like Randy before. I was a mechanical technician for 43 years. The work was completed as require and a timely fashion.I had a 7:00 appointment, which turns out to be only with the service writer not to repair my vehicle.I got there at 6:55, the service isles have green and red lights and only one service lane was green. I pulled in to that lane and got out of my car at about the time four or five service writers approached their individual lanes. No one came to my lane, after about ten minutes and only one service writer with a customer,I approached a service writer and questioned where I should be. He asked if I knew the name of the service writer I was suppose to see, of which I didn't know. He asked another writer to look it up and sent me to another lane of which the writer had not come to work as of yet. There I set. Waiting while four service writers sat in their offices. Then a different service writer came and apologized for the delay and took care of my vehicle and he and the technician are why you received a 8 instead of a 5. After working in dealer ships , I guess I expected more.

My husband and I came in on a mission with 2 vehicles in mind. A used 2012 Equinox and a new 2015 manual Camaro, and were greated by Randy. We told her what we wanted to see, and she asked really, those are extremely different choices, and then had us follow her down to the used side of the dealership so we could figure out exactly what we wanted. "We" made a much clearer decision after speaking with Randy. She showed us first the Equinox, which we bought, then after that sale, she asked us if we'd still like to look at the camaro as a second car. She was funny too. My hisband and I realized then. we made the right decision with the Equinox. THANK YOU RANDY for really listening to us and helping us to make the right choice. Then a couple of days later we desided we needed a second key, new wipers blades, etc., and Randy took care of all our needs the next day. No hesitation. No problem. She kept her promise by not forgetting about us after the sales. AUtonation needs more people like Randy. We will never buy a car anywhere else, and from anyone else, nor will we service our car anywhere else, because Randy needed the help from serivice to put on our new wipers and fix our new key, and it was done. I seen a car on line and came up from Miami even though i was told there was a deposit on it. most dealers will waste your time and not tell you that so you have to come in while they try to switch you to something else. The car was beautiful and Richard called me the next day to say the car was available and even sent me my paymentsa and told me all the paperwork to bring in so all i had to do was drive it sign for it and take it home. very easy ,no back and forth. he is easy to work with and very honest in his approach. Eugene was extremely helpful. I hate going to car dealerships because of the pressure. I didn't feel pressured by Eugene, but I felt like I had him there as my friend helping me buy a car. I Got a higher mileage Acura TSX that we all fell in love with. Joe Thomason was working hard for me. I pretty much just walked in to the place and pointed and said "that one" and he took care of the rest for me. My credit is below 600. And I have a budget to stay inside of but they still found me a quality bank to finance me and simple interest. Payments under 300/mo. I am building credit with this. Hooray! Well below blue book. Within our budget. After having the car for a few days I had a couple of concerns and brought it back to Joe. I was past the 3 day money back promise they have and was concerned I would be stuck. They stood by this car as if they had sold me a brand new car. Unbelievable! They simply did the right thing with no fanfare. Fixed it with OEM parts and didn't bat an eye. This thing had 126K on odometer!! Nobody does this. So we signed up for 6 months of xm radio for the car and away we go. If you walk over to the main new car center they have free starbucks. He seemed to go above and beyond.The finance manager, Brian Ward was an absolute gem. We had so many questions that would have annoyed even the most chilled out of people. Brian was incredibly patient and extremely knowledgeable. He really took time to explain everything and was a great help. Just a great guy.Overall a brilliant experience. It is somewhere I would definitely recommend.

I can't begin to tell you how pleasent of an experience we had today. We've bough several cars and always expect the "salesman battle" when we arrive at the dealership. Today, however, we experienced something different. He was polite. He was professional. He truly made us feel like he cared about our needs and proved just that by going the extra mile. I WILL recommend him to anyone who will listen. Today I drove home with my dream car, and have Ernie to thank for that!

Paul Rodriguez, their internet sales manager, replied and we scheduled a test drive. After driving the car, I was interested in buying. Paul was courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable, and helpful throughout the process. He's a big part of why they got my business.

I've gotten consistently outstanding service and support from Jerrett in both stores he's worked at. In fact, I followed him from Delaray to Greenacres. Three of my vehicles have been serviced by him or his team and it's always been a good experience. Highly professional, well informed. I just bought another car from them so the relationship will certainly continue.

I went to this dealership under the impression that they would tell me they couldn't help me. I was greeted by Issac, a salesman, who was right off the bat friendly as can be. He assured me that he would help me get into a car I felt comfortable with and would drive it home! I traded in my car and bought a Chevy Malibu Hybrid... I love it!!!! Issac was so nice and patient with me, he did not make me feel like I would be driving back home in my beat up Grand Marquis. He let me test drive the Malibu & take it for a ride around the block. He was easy to talk to and just made me feel confident about the sale. I will most definitely refer friends to him and anyone else. Go to Auto Nation Chevrolet on Lake Worth Road & 54th street, ask for Isaac, I promise you will not regret it!! I will be using him from now on!!!! When my husband and I decided we might want to trade in our current vehicle we went to Auto Nation Chevrolet in Greenacres to see Fred Moran. Fred was the best. He made the whole experience fairly painless and got us a great deal on 2 leases for our one trade. We couldn't have asked for better. I usually hate dealing with car salesmen but Fred was awesome. A few weeks ago I began the process of searching for a new truck. I went to several dealers to check out the different options available to me and I also contacted Paul Rodriguez Internet Sales Manager at Autonation Chevy Greenacres. I have purchased vehicles from Paul at Autonation in the past, my first time back in 2006. To no surprise, I purchased my new 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Custom Sport from Paul yesterday. Paul has always delivered superior customer service, along with a fair and honest deal. Paul answered all of my questions honestly, and he made sure I understood everything about the vehicle and the deal. At the other dealers I went to, I was being pushed away because I did not have $3,000 for a down payment, or because my credit score was not perfect. Paul overlooked all of this and made sure I had the best deal on the table before I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Paul was as always courteous, diligent and always had a big smile on his face during the whole process. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle purchase and the excellent service Paul provided during the whole process. Just arrived in Ft Lauferdale and needed and car. I called this dealership and one other. Autonation greenacres was much more pleasant to talk and work with. Not having the best credit they went to work and had me approved the same day. I purchased a car and overall experience was nice and short compared to many other car purchases in the past from other dealerships. One thing that caught my attention was the above and beyond customer service that my saleman gave (Ernest Smith) not one time complained or made me feel incomfortable. He met me to take back a car rental and offered to get us lunch. Overall if I decide to purchase again I'll go straight to Autonation Greenacres. Like to mention Carl in finance and Carlos, all good guys.
