The deal and the closing went super smooth thanks to my salesman Jorge Estes who helped and guided me through all the paperwork. He gave us the best price in the Chevy Colorado 2020 in the whole area. Most important, he didn't hide any extra fees, the price was the price. Update: first maintenance services: very bad costumer service, I will find another place to do it.

My initial experience was a positive one. The salesperson listened to me and was amazing. The only problem was the vehicle I wanted was in transit. I was given some numbers and told we would work a deal from there when the vehicle arrived. When the vehicle came in a few weeks later, I suddenly found myself having to fight for a deal that was $2k more than what we'd agreed to in principle before because of discounts and rebates having changed. I was, of course, reminded that if I didn't do the deal another buyer would be found ASAP. While this may be true, I think the better approach to doing business would be to exercise more caution in giving a prospective client numbers that you can't/won't honor. I ended up doing a deal $1k higher than what I was originally given. Then, when I got to F&I, I was initially told I had to buy a package deal that included an extended warranty, vehicle maintenance, and a tire replacement plan if I wanted to get Gap protection. When I mentioned that forcing me to purchase a package of products I didn't want was illegal, suddenly I was able to purchase Gap by itself. It's one thing to try to sell me a package, but another entirely to try to tell me you "can't" sell me anything other than a package. At the end of the day, I purchased the vehicle because it's exactly what I wanted and your dealership is the only one that had it. Had this not been the case, I would have walked away from the deal.

Me and my fiance came into this Chevy Autonation pembroke pines not expecting to leave with a brand new car. But what can I say, everyone was great. From the minute we stepped in the door we were greeted and treated like family. Bassam our Sales Associate was very informative and had excellent knowledge of Chevy Vehicle, safety Stats, and MPG, because of his knowledge and expertise we choose the 2016 Chevy Equinox for our family SUV. Everyone say signing the Financing papers is the worse and most confusing part. Well Sam the Financing Manager made it the most smooth experience. He explained all my coverage, my monthly payment, interest, and even let me know that when my vehicle hits 1,000 miles to bring it in for a routine check up. everyone from the GM to the car wash guy did a great job. Customer service in this place is off the charts good. thank you all from my family to yours.

What a great experience! The salesman that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable (Joe Carrara). They had a large selection of vehicles to choose from and everyone was very polite and courteous. I had already been to 2 other dealerships prior to this one and found the sales people to be overly aggressive, lacking basic product knowledge and more interested in my credit score than my needs. If you are looking for a new car I would highly recommend Auto Nation Chevrolet, Pembroke Pines and Joe the Salesman!

They are very unprofessional, I took my car for an oil change, I got to the dealership at 4:40 pm with an appointment for that time, no one wanted to take care of me...when one service advisor finally took my car he found out that my appointment was with Mike Berzon, he redirected me to this person desk and he started complaining because he was about to leave, he mistreated his coworker in front of me....not even the manager (who knew what happened) came to me to find out was going on or to apologize...

I went to buy a truck salesman show me service report everything look good.i trusted the salesman sow I went with the deal the next day I open the hood of the truck dirty full of oil.sow went back and talk to the sale manager he told me just because a oil leak no don't want the truck .that just got me mad .sow I return the vehicle from nice they to bad customer service .i said I don't want the truck . They still have our tittle for our trade no one have the curtesy to call me back .people they lie about car inspection don't buy a lemon.

The service adviser was cortious and informative. Took his time to explain, that our vehicle was also going to have a safety inspection. Nothing else was needed to be done. My overall experience was very good. I factory ordered a vehicle which was manufactured out of country. Upon ordering the vehicle, I was treated very well, and was offered a very fair price. Everyone along the process, from order through delivery was professional an well-trained. The only area that I was less than perfectly satisfied was in the communication of status reporting - from order through delivery. Apparently, AutoNation does not have a specific communication protocol for factory ordered vehicles (at least for out of country orders), which I recommend you implement to increase the overall customer experience for future purchasers of factory order vehicles.

The advisor provided an outstanding service, but the sad part was the mechanic that replaced the passenger mirror for another one without paint it, instead of just replace the glass. My salesman was awesome! Extremely helpful and went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the vehicle I needed and wanted. Taking his own time after hours to contact me on ones that hit his floor. When there were minor fixes and we were miss informed on the time the truck would be available due to a part they waiting to be shipped(understood) I was lent a loaner to get to and from work. I traveled from WPB to get the truck of my choice. Besides the finance dept not taking a min to do some searching on better rates initially and ALL expectations were met. I brought my car in on a Saturday at 11am. I was called by 2pm with the diagnosis -- $600 minimum, $1000 maximum and car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday. I really had no choice but to agree. I was called Monday afternoon that the car was ready and the total was $512. I am happy with their service and promptness, and thankful they did not take advantage of me. Would recommend to anyone.

This was my first time purchasing a new car and I really didn't know what to expect. Kevin Ambush was very helpful in the selection process and helped me choose my new car. I initially wanted a Camaro,but the I couldn't get financing for it so I was highly disappointed and I didn't want to continue with the process. Sam, the Financing Manager told me that I was approved for a Malibu instead so I began the paperwork.The approval process was extremely difficult because there weren't any lenders willing to approve my car loan. Sam, called and told me that I would have to bring the car back to the dealership unless I had a qualified co-signer. Sam was able to use my brother as the co-signer and got my loan approved after 2 days of speaking with different lenders. I am so grateful to God for Sam because he went out of his way to get me into my new car for my 27th birthday even after it was declined by over 5 lenders. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and very accommodating. I absolutely love my new car and all I can say is THANK YOU!

I was coming in to purchase a chevrolet cruze. My sales associate named Rolando knew absolutely nothing about the car. And what little he did know he was often wrong. On top of that a manager and my sales associate were speaking spanish in front of me which I found to be very rude being that I didnt understand the conversation. i was pressured and ended up with a great deal. But i chose to walk away simply because of the lack of professionalism. My sales rep was nice but he was just lost when it came to the product. Very unfortunate.

Went into service my leased vehicle which was nearing the end of its contract. While my vehicle was being I asked to speak with someone about the pros and cons of buying out the lease (really liked my vehicle) vs re-leasing a newer model. Was eventually directed to Ronald Silbermann who sat down and helped me figure out what was what. I was hesitant at first, as I was very comfortable with my current vehicle and its payments. However, Mr. Silbermann was extremely helpful in getting me a model that is 3 years newer (with A LOT of upgraded and additional amenities) for ~$10.00 more a month and a down payment that could not be beat. Although my lease at the time was in good condition, I would not have sold it if I bought out the lease and would have probably driven it for several more years. This would have resulted in a pretty significant financial loss as compared to just entering into a new lease agreement. In addition to all the financial incentives initially (well not initially, but with persistent negotiation) provided, my current lease contract was ended a couple months early with zero penalties or fees. The GM (cannot recall his name) was also instrumental in helping with this deal. For those individuals trying to renew their lease with Chevrolet in south Florida, I would highly recommend visiting AutoNation Chevrolet in Pembroke Pines. Ask for Ronald and I doubt you will leave disappointed.

I brought my car in for a problem with the steering. Matt Roesch always handles my car. He is excellent and always takes care of our cars. He was again excellent. My only criticism (not of Matt) is that the car was repaired for the same problem in January. My wife had no car for two days, however, the repair was covered under warranty since it was the same problem that had been previously fixed. The last 2 times I've been here, service has been pretty good! A stark change from past experiences. Last time was a regular service appt. The advisor was excellent! Very helpful. I even saw what I thought was a misplaced bolt. It was a day after my appt. I called back to speak to him. He called back immediately. He gave me his cell number so I could text him a pic of the bolt. Turned out it was the wheel key. I was happy w/ concern and response time. This time my tire pressure gauge settings had to be reset. I arrived for my appr. late, they took me still on the spot.The advisor assessed the issue and did a quick intake interview w/ me. Very pleasant and professional. His estimate on the completion time was right. My car was ready in 2 hours.Keep it up. I hope this new service style stays.

As I walked into the outdoor display area of the vehicles, I was approached quickly by a sales person. At that time, I decided to tour the area alone. Then, I was approached with a Good Morning nothing else just a Good Morning from another sales person which was respectful and inviting to speak with. Saying only Good Morning first made me feel as if I was a person first not Sale.I knew the vehicle I wanted but the Good Morning sales person made me stop and listen. Entering the indoor show case area, it had a light, open, and refreshing atmosphere about the place. I was offered something to drink and I felt very attended to by the Good Morning sales person and the supporting staff. I enjoyed knowing the exact payment possibilities for buying a vehicle buy showing me a payment tier and at the same time not pressured into buying anything. I work a lot of hours throughout the week and even on Saturdays. So, I scheduled a service appointment for 2 recall repairs and a 4-wheel alignment on a Sunday. I was told at the beginning that only light work was done on Sundays and the recalls could not be done. So, I let them do the alignment. After the alignment job was complete and I drove off, I noticed that 3 of my warning lights were on relating to the stabilitrak. I took the car right back to service. They explained to me that the specialist that works with that is not available on that Sunday and that I would have to bring it back Monday. I explained to Richard that due to the amount of hours I work on the weekdays, it was rather difficult to do so. He, with the manager's approval, provided me with a loaner car overnight and the problem was remedied the next day. Thank you Richard for your understanding and excellent customer service!(I would've given 5 stars but the wait was 3+ hours long for a simple wheel alignment.)

Purchased a new suburban last month and couldn't be happier. Vehicle is awesome. Very comfortable and love the new folding rear bench. Also like the quietness and refinement of the interior. Backup camera is much better than the one in my Honda. Fuel economy is good but I do love the falling gas prices!! I also loved the purchase experience. I have to say that I was really impressed with the high level of professionalism and service I received. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. Justin Norwood was a model salesperson; very respectful not pushy at all and tremendous product knowledge. Jorge Cotilla was outstanding in the business office. This has to be the best car buying experience I have had. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was also able to do the whole deal very quickly. I WENT TO THIS DEALER TWO TIMES. THE FIRST TIME WAS A FEW YEARS AGO WHERE CRAIG BROWN WAS MY SALESMAN. HE SHOWED ME GREAT RESPECT AND HELPED ME AND A FRIEND THROUGH TH PROCESS. WE STAYED THERE UNTIL AROUND 10:30PM THAT NIGHT WAITING ON THE PAPERWORK. I BOUGHT A 2003 HYUNDAI ELANTRA GT from HIM. LAST MONTH, I WENT BACK BECAUSE I NEEDED A RIDE. THIS TIME TOTALLY SUCKED. MY SALES GUY - VYRON very pushy and talkative. I wanted a car, but the one I wanted, I understood, I could not afford it. But I told them, if they could find me a car, I could go pick it up myself. They did not want to do that and end up selling me a lemon! I asked them if they would fix the problems on the car, which was HORN, and sway bar -- AND VYRON SAID YES! BECAUSE THOSE ARE SAFETY ISSUES, WE WILL FIX THE CAR, BUT THE COSMETIC STUFF IS UP TO YOU. I AGREED. I TOOK THE CAR TO AUTONATION FORD AND GUESS WHAT -- THOSE PROBLEMS WERE ON ME NOW! -- 2000 FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR. Took this car to both CARMAX and GOODYEAR and they both said the same thing - WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEY SELL SUCH A LEMON WITHOUT TAKING CARE OF THOSE ISSUES? The sway bar - tie rods, horn, alignment and balance. I would not recommend this particular dealership to anyone. Not saying all are bad, but not this particular area. I end up having to get rid of that car for $500.00 because it was going to cost more to fix it than I actually paid for it. SMDH ... I guess we all learn our lessons!

Overall a great experience due to my sales representative Mohammed Hamrah. I'm not sure of the sales manager on duty at the time but he was nice and helpful as well. Your finance dept. almost killed the deal with an unprofessional finance agent and a manager that was on the verge of appalling. We had a hand shake and written deal hours before hitting finance. The initial finance representative raised my agreed upon lease payment by about $40.00 monthly, I said no and walked out and the finance mgr. told me he was doing me a favor by going back to my original deal plus .23 monthly. As professional as they were up front the back end was quite, might I say disgusting. This is coming from a guy with an 850 plus credit rating. So a 10 up front and a ZERO in the back and that is what I would share.

I was shown what was available for the specifics I was looking for which was a 2014 Camaro Convertible. Luckily, there were a few convertibles available on the lot, and I narrowed it down to two (2) vehicles, a Silver/Black top and the Hot Rock metallic red/with black top, RS model, both with automatic transmission. I then negotiated the price based on the trade-in of my 2014 Camaro LT1 and additional monies that I would be putting as a down payment. Since this was a spontaneous stop on a Sunday as I was coming back from a brunch, I was able to get the numbers for both for purchase and advised I would consider all and let them know. I researched the same vehicle at other dealerships in Broward and Dade County, and most did not have any in stock, and none ended up meeting the price I wanted as did Autonation. I went back on October 30th after making a call advising what I needed the final numbers to be. John, my car sales representative,said he would be waiting for me and would get some paper work filled out while I was on my way. The deal was made that night and I am happy to report, I drove off the lot with the car I really wanted. My experience with all of the personnel at Chevy AutoNation Pembroke Pines, was one of the best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know, and would consider them for any future purchases.

This is the worst dealership experience that I have ever encountered in my 53 years of being on this planet, I brought my Corvette there 3 times for service and warantee repairs. I only went back because I like to give the benefit of the doubt. They misdiagnose and never seem to get it right. They never find the problem and make you wait all day to tell you this. Then they blame the bad service on recalls backing them up!!!! I would rather push my car off a cliff than have to deal with them again... Sorry for the bad news...

Had a great experience here today. I was looking to trade in my 2013 Dodge avenger, I only had it a year but didn't really like it at all. (Keep in mind my credit is not bad but its not great either) after going to the dodge where I originally purchased the vehicle and not getting anywhere I called my finance company to see what I could possibly do and they referred me to Autonation. I spoke with Dennis over the phone, set an appointment and explained my situation. From the moment I arrived everyone was very nice, every time I seen a salesman I was greeted and asked if I needed anything (and not in an annoying way). The whole process went very quick and smooth. They were able to give me $1,000 more on my trade in than even Dodge where I bought the car was willing to give. Dennis was awesome and hooked me up with my new 2014 Camero with no problems. Sam (I believe he's the finance manager) was also very helpful. I told them how much $ I had to work with and they made it work. So far I am 100% satisfied with this dealership. They also have computers, free wifi, and tv, for you to keep busy while your there when your getting your car serviced. They also have wayyyyy better perks

AutoNation Chevrolet has just the car I've been looking to purchase for a long time. Only drawback was trade in value for my car (quoted) I thought was very low, was expecting a higher value for my Mustang. If my Mustang were sold today, I would make tracks to Chev. at Pembroke Pines and purchase the Shelby immediately! Saturday (the 25th) my wife and I shall go to Sturgis, SD. for the Mustang Rally. would love to have had their car!!, but it is what it is for now. Maybe when I get back the Shelby GTSC may still be available and this old (retired) Special Forces soldier can take advantage of their fantastic valued car price.

I am new to the area. It was time for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment with this facility and couldn't be happier with my decision. Anthony Perez, my service consultant, was fantastic! I have a 3 1/2 month old and had to bring her along to the appointment. Anthony was very accommodating (opened doors for us, made sure the air conditioning in my SUV was running for my baby when it was time to leave, etc.) and friendly. In fact, everyone I encountered at this facility was very nice. The service was also finished quicker than originally estimated, which I appreciated greatly. We took our 2008 Saturn Outlook to Arthur Kobb at AutoNation in Pembroke Pines. We had a complex electrical problem that no one could fix for years. Mr. Kobb took the time to listen to our problem throughly. He then was able to transmit this information properly to the technicians. This resulted in the repair of our traction control system, and he is still helping us with our malfunctioning airbag indicator.

Saw a $ 169 Cruze and a young lady on the TV who said most folks pay less at Autonation so I made it a point to check out their Chevy store on pines in Pembroke Pines. I met a guy who calls himself Dr Alan . Within minutes he walked me to the ad car which clearly said $ 169 . It was a shifter but he quickly pointed out that's exactly what the ad says . I simply read it wrong . For only $ 30 more ( $ 199 ) stayed within my budget and got the automatic, nicer seats , and a better radio. Tony the manager magically made it happen . They even gave me 2 years maintenance , you know oil and tire rotations. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Thank you Alan, thank you Tony , and thank you Autonation.

I honestly never have gone through extremes of writing a review or giving a review about anyone. But as the saying goes "never say never". I truly want to thank Mr. Edward Sweatman for helping us with the purchase of our adopted son's first car. As we mentioned to Mr Sweatman this past Saturday, May 17 we needed something used but reliable and he did not hesitate to help us. He made sure to hear our concerns requirements and what in reality we were looking for and he immediately knew which approach to take and which cars to show us. Although not making a final decision Saturday, Mr Sweatman did express that he would do what it took to make us the customer happy so to come back to him prior to making any other decisions elsewhere. The way he handled himself, his courteous and professional self being stuck on me. And the next morning, Sunday, May 18th I told my husband "we are going back to Auto Nation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines, that is where our car is and I LIKED THAT SALES GUY!!!". Well that is exactly how it occurred and today i am extremely happy to say that our next vehicle when the time comes, hopefully Mr. Sweatman will be there to once again help us. The wait was extremely long considering I had an appointment for 7:00 AM, I didnt leave until 10:30 AM, I witnessed several people that arrived after me leave before me. The price is way over the top (I spent $262.00 for an oil change, tire rotation and fuel induction service which the bulk of the charge was for labor); after I left the dealership I went to the store, when I cranked up my vehicle the (ABS/ Service Stabilitrak) lights came on and remained on, I returned my vehicle to the dealership the next day (at the request of the service representative that assisted me Saturday, December 7, 2013), I was told that NOW the sensor is bad (which was not bad before) and I have to pay an additional (approximately) $200.00 to have that replaced, THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, I will not have the sensor replaced at AutoNation Chevrolet, I cannot afford to spend an additional $200.00 plus dollars.

Spoke with Jorge Cotilla the night before and set up a meeting to look at a 2014 Corvette the next morning. I specifically asked if I would be able to sit in the car to see how it was to get in and out of. He said that would not be problem. He said to come early because it was sold and he would call me if anything changed. I got there the next morning and was told I could not sit in the car. A waste of time and gas. I've had dealings with them in the past and I told them I would take my business elsewhere! How can you trust a dealer like that?

I purchased a 2013 traverse and had problems with the rear A/C he not only got it fixed he went out of his way to make it right , I received an extended oil & filter service free for two more years that's an $80.00 per change because of synthetic oils , more importantly is the fact that Matt made right !!!!!!

Bratt called me told me I was right it was rear seal.i couldn't stop laughing what kind of people work here working on your car.only reason I brought it here was because they are supposed to be the best locks got replaced and almost a week later car was ready it took almost 2 weeks to fix my car if they listened to me it would of been a two day job but instead they try to make money off you.and bratt called me and told me car was ready I tell him I am out of town I be there in morning to get it so next day went he is no where to be found but he was there they paged him and everyone told me he is here.i didn't get no discount no $$ back nothing not even a sorry. This is now the third car my family has purchased from Alan Yared.This time for my daughter. I called Alan and told him the car she wanted and he found just that. Color was right and it had all the bells and whistles she wanted. Sounds easy, but when your picky, it's not! Alan came through for us, and also added a cute pinstripe and tinted the windows for her. Everyone at the dealer was so friendly! Another man even went and sat with her in the car teaching her how to work the high tech radio. She was so excited!! Alan also knew she was a new driver so he had the car delivered right to our house. She was so happy! This is the way a car buying experience should be.Went to the dealership looking for a quote on a Chevy Volt. I was looking for a match to GM's national lease offer and was interested in knowing all the lease details like money factor, residual, etc. so I could make an informed decision. Mathurin (Matt) was very open in providing me all the information I wanted. I had my computer with me, so I could verify the numbers, myself. Once I included all the fees and taxes, I came up with a quote and I asked them if they would match it. Matt went to Tony, and after a few minutes, came back and said "yes". It was that simple.I was happy, at that point. What made me even more happy was, when they weren't able to find the exact color or options I was looking for among the Volts in their inventory, they gave me a car with a few extras at exactly the same price.If you want a simple, honest, no-pressure buying experience, I highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet in Pembroke Pines (especially Matt and Tony).

I went to test drive a vehicle and the car salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I did not have to deal with any of the usual car sales tactics. I was able to take my time about my decision to purchase a vehicle came back a few days later and closed the deal. Very great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

My experience at Maroone Chevrolet has been the best I have had at an auto dealership in recent memory. I initially went in just to take a closer look at a Chevy Volt, with no intention of making a purchase. I had the pleasure of meeting Darien Fresco. Darien was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and understanding. He walked me through the technology in the vehicle, and answered any and all questions that I had. I am not the most financially qualified person, yet Darien was able to help me through the process, and fought for a fair price on my lease. The best part of my experience was the follow up. I was not forgotten once I made my purchase. On the contrary, I received the same level of great service I had initially in the days following my purchase. Darien is an asset to this company. drove half hour to show up at 5pm for appointment made online. ignored by service writers for half an hour. finally insisted someone speak to me and was told that online system was bogus and posted hours for service department was bogus and service department close at 5 no matter what it says online. told other similar things as well. who needs this?in the unlikely event that anyone at the dealership should care about this, my appointment confirmation was AUDFHS2G20.

My 2011 Convertible Camaro was in and out for over a month. The first disappointment was over the fact they order the wrong part color (as it was exterior part of the car and had to match the car color). My car is yellow...they ordered black, so I had to schedule new visit. The second frustrating visit was when they had to repair a leak. The car was in the shop for over a week just to change the parts. When I picked up the car I noticed the panel they removed to replace the carpet was coming off. How can they miss that. They told me they would order new panel, but after almost 2 weeks waiting for the parts I called Chevrolet to place a complain and took to another dealer. First time it rained here I found out they did not fix the leak at all. The back floor mats were missing, there was scratches on the hood and a dent on my door. It's hard to believe that GM allows Maronne Chevrolet to represent them. I had nothing but aggravation. They do not return your calls and Mr. Meek is rude and acts like you are bothering him. If Maronne is the last dealer in the US I rather trade mine Chevy for a Toyota than go back there.

I did my homework. I knew what I would like to purchase. I was greeted by Matt Yonko. He was very professional and inquired about what I wanted to purchase. We drove the car, a 2012 Sonic, and he explained the features of the vehicle; and he was also very personable.I liked his approach and mild manner. I explained that I did not intend to make a purchase on this day. Later I called Matt to tell him the exact vehicle that i was looking for. He found the car and we discussed the selling price. As a supplier employee he showed me the sale price. I thought I could do better and researched on line other dealers. Another dealer had an online price that was considerably less. I informed Matt and he knew that they could match the price. Well, they did and I bought. Thank you Matt and Maroone of Pembroke Pines. Everybody involved in the sale from managers, sales, and the wonderful woman in payments were great to work with.

I recently leased a 2012 Equinox LTZ through Maroone Chevrolet of Pembroke Pines and hands down, had the best car buying experience of my life. I did a lot of research before and through an online inventory search, found my perfect vehicle assigned to Maroone Pembroke Pines. I also complete an online application for a lease program through Ally that set the specific lease price for that vehicle. When I called the dealership, I spoke to salesman Bob Haack. I told Bob that I was already approved for financing and had the VIN for my future Equinox. The Equinox was still on the train enroute to the dealership when I called. I was skeptical about whether the dealership would honor the Ally financing and prices I found online but to my surprise, they not only honored the price, but found ways to save me even more money on my new Equinox. There was no haggling or bartering or "let me check with my finance manager". They straight-up honored the deal I found and made me a born again Chevy owner. Chris Graham was the finance manager (typically the bad guy) and he was fantastic. He didn't try to sell me extra packages/protection that normally jacks up the price. He managed to save me a few dollars on the final lease price and explained everything in detail. I could go on indefinitely about my experience so let me sum it up by saying that I HATE getting a new car because I think most dealerships are dirty dogs (like the Chevy dealer near my home in Coconut Creek) but I had the best experience with Maroone and they are now part of my family. I drove 25 miles from home to this dealership and would urge anyone within 200 miles to buy their next vehicle from Maroone of Pembroke Pines. Ask for Bob Haack, Juana Cruz, or Chris Graham. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

Car broke down on vacation, while on the way to a cruise and had to be towed in the middle of the night to Maroone Chevrolet of Pembroke Pines. At 7 AM when they opened I called them and asked if they could help me buy getting my car in and out as I had to board by 2 pm. They sent a courtesy vehicle to pick me up at a hotel and I was at their dealership by 9. When I arrived, I noticed my car in the parking lot it was over an hour until they pushed it 500 into the shop since their jack was broken. At 1 pm they said they knew what the problem was but they didnt have the part. They were nice enough to take me back to the hotel and said they would repair the car for us while we were on the cruise. They said when we return, call them and they would even come pick us up at the port. Great! Off we went on a wonderful cruise vacation.When we got off the cruise 10 days later on a Sunday we called them and they asked Who are you?. Someone would call us back. After an hour of waiting we hopped in a Taxi, and when we arrived at the dealership there were 2 service advisors and no customers as it was sunday after thanksgiving. As we waiting patiently one of the service advisors was on the phone (on a personal call) and the other one was playing angry birds as we waited. Come to find out they never touched our car, it wasnt even in the computer and it was a 6 hour repair. After about 2 hours, Neal (one of the service manager) said he would buy us lunch since we had no way to leave the dealership and nothing was close. He told us to speak with the cashier and she would take care of it. We walked over and asked her, she told us we were out of luck, she already ordered.As we waited patiently over 6 hours we watched one service advisor wax his motorcycle. We saw several mechanics in street clothes working on upgrading their personal cars and a two our lunch break in which they had food catered in and some of them were playing cards. After 6 hours of sitting with my wife, three kids and all of our luggage hours away from home our car was finally finished and they brought it out, I signed the paper work and got in my vehicle. The moment I opened the door I could clearly see they had not properly attached the dish panel and it was falling off. I asked to speak with the service manager who was not there that day. After being refused for over fifteen minutes of being told they dont know his number; I marched into the sales office up front and that manager agreed to call the service manager after I told him what was going on and that I was not leaving until I talked to him. They got the service manager Armand on the phone and I explained the whole situation to him. He was surprised and very apologetic. He agreed that he would pay to have my vehicle washed at my home dealership and reimburse me for the Taxi fare. We left the dealership after leaving contact information and copies of taxi receipts.About a month later we took our vehicle in for an oil change and asked our dealership about the wash, they said no problem they would call and take care of it all. Our local dealership called us numerous times throughout the day extending the pickup time because they were having issues with Maroone Chevrolet. We called Maroone Chevrolet 5 times that day and were told Armand was busy and would call us back. After neither we nor our local dealership heard from him, our local dealership said they would do it for us for free.Over the next two months I kept calling Armand the service manager to be reimbursed for the Taxi fare that he said he would reimburse and was always told he would call us back. On a couple of calls we could hear him telling his receptionist to tell us that he would call back Today while I was at work he called my house and spoke with my wife. He basically told her because we filled out the service survey with negative comments that he was done with us and for me to stop calling. He told my wife why he should pay for our taxi joyriding since he was fined $190.00 for a negative survey.I do not recommend this dealership at all.

I met Sam Khoury when I quickly stopped by this dealership on Sunday. I told him that I was interested in the new Camaro, and he gave me a break down of what the difference was between all of the models. After I narrowed it down to three, we went for a test drive in each. I was in somewhat of a rush that day, so I didn't really have any time to go over price, financing, etc. But I liked the fact that Sam was not pushy, just easy going. Met with him again on Monday and purchased my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The whole process was quick and I was satisfied with the price of the new vehicle and my trade-in.

The reason i rated this place a five is because the service by Matt Yonko was great and any question or concern that I had was answered right away. I also got my wife the car that she wanted and we ended up paying about the same that we were paying for a much older car.

This dealership does not honor military servicemen and women. on the GM WEB SITE it offers a preferred pricing and discounts in addition to incentives and they will not honor. walked out and they couldnt care. Will spread the word. who bailed out who?Who is fighting for who? Military stay away.Lets go back to lexus.Look up reviews before you buy from them..I am sure you wont.

I had an awesome experience on July 22nd at Maroone Chervolet of Pembroke Pines. My former vehicle was at the end-of-lease and I had researched a Chevy Cruze online but never upclose in person. After dropping off my car in Maroone's Used Cars department, I was immediately greated by Sales Associate, Tyrone Morris. Tyrone assisted with the final paperwork on the leased car and began conversing with me on what I was looking for next in a car. After a few minutes, we walked over to Maroone's New Cars department and looked at the 2011 Chevy Cruzes in inventory.I test drove a Summitt White Chevy Cruze and loved it! The car more than met my expectations. When we returned to the dealership, I knew this was the vehicle for me.In a short amount of time, I dropped off a end-of-lease vehicle, test drove a car, signed the paperwork, and was on the road in a new 2011 Chevy Cruze. Tyrone is very personable; he introduced me to staff in the service and finance departments, and made my entire experience relaxing and enjoyable!
