Found the Ford Fiesta I was looking for on-line, e-mailed Auto-Nation and received a quick response, despite it was on a weekend and in the A.M. After reviewing all options and rebates an upfront price was agreed upon and I gave a deposit to secure the car. Upon arrival after a three hour drive, I went to the receptionist who immediately called my salesperson, who was friendly and attentive and had been waiting on me. He showed me my car, which had been parked right outside, clean and ready to go. We proceeded to go over all aspects of the car while he explained it`s operation and safety features. After a test drive, he and the friendly staff quickly completed the documentation and got me on my way home. Needless to say, this has been a great car-buying experience and I am recommending Auto-Nation to all my friends looking for a large selection of cars and trucks, a great deal and customer satisfaction!

This is our fifth Ford car in 25 years. They must be good because we keep coming back. The staff here was courteous and friendly. I got no feeling of being pushed into a deal. They were sure of themselves (a good thing) and the enthusiasm was contagious. I love my 5 speed Focus hatchback.

I might give them 5's but I only buy vehicles every 10 or more years so I don't have a lot of experience. Mike was my sales agent. Fine, likeable young man. I was in no rush to get a truck (F150) and had very specific requirements - such as blue color, 4x2, advanced safety features. Mike found one out of state and arranged for its transport here. I didn't feel any pressure although the guys were eager to find something I liked. Didn't try to talk me into anything else. With certain incentives expiring, I decided to go ahead and buy. Mike continues to be helpful and advise me on aftermarket items (not available at the dealer). I recommend him as the Mustang and truck expert. I'd buy from him again.

This visit was a result of repeated repairs on the car cell phone charging unit under the dash. There were two attemps at repairing this unit at another Ford dealership, none worked. I have a great trust dealing with Smiley in the Service Department at AutoNation. We appreciate the quick attention to our problem and were able to get all repairs completed in a timely manner.

In a cramped cubicle, my family and I were tricked three times on the agreement. Be sure and listen carefully. The only reason we didn't return the car within the 3 day period was because the return policy also includes (something they conveniently failed to mention) a 150 mile limitation (we came from out of state). The car has headlights that point down about 2 feet in front of it. If they would have inspected it, they would have know there was a major problem with them. What I agreed to on payment and trade in, is not what they came back with although they made it sound like they had. The additional monthly quoted on the extended warranty was different from what it came out to be. I've been happy with my last two purchases from other dealerships. This was a nightmare. Should have walked away 3 or 4 different times in the process.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. We knew the car we wanted and exactly what it was worth, but we were having trouble finding that car. The other dealerships we went to tried to sell us cars they had in stock even though none of those cars were what we wanted. At AutoNation there was no pressure to buy one of the cars they had in stock, they found us the car we were looking for at a different dealership and gave us a very fair price. The sales team was friendly and made the whole car buying experience excellent.

The sales staff were very friendly. They stood outside in the rain and cold two days to allow me to test drive every vehicle that I was interested in. The salesman, the sales manager, the finance guy, and the sales supervisor stayed after hours with me to make sure I could drive home my new car. The primary salesman even came in on his day off and stayed late again that day while I traded for another vehicle for my wife. I was very pleased with the amount of time and effort they showed me.

Several months ago I went to Autonation Wolfchase to get a part for my 2006 Ford Five Hundred and Rick Barrom met me at the door, escorted me to the parts department and went back out to my car to get my VIN number. He told me if I decided to purchase a new vehicle, please call him and he gave me his business card. I made a decision to purchase the middle of November and looked at several different makes and models. I called Rick and let him know what I was looking for in the new Taurus. I test drove a black one and was pleased with the accessories but I wanted a red one. He was able to locate a Ruby Red with black leather interior, moon roof and spoiler. He walked me through the process and was very helpful. I called him several times with questions and he answered them promptly. I am extremely pleased with my new car and look forward to driving it for many years.

The salesman (Jim Calhoun) called me on the phone and we agreed a time I would go by and look at the vehicle. I arrived on time (3hrs after the call). The salesman remembered my name but not what vehicle I wanted to see. After trying to get me to look at a number of similar, more expensive vehicles he went back into the office to try and locate the actual one I was interested in. A full 5 minutes later he came back out and said it had been moved to another facility. Why didn't he tell me that up front on the phone and not waste my time?

Love our Escape

We were considering the purchase of a crossover not sure what we really wanted. We visited several dealerships and had our selected narrowed down to three: Escape, Mazda, and the Honda. We talked to Alan Muntz several time, he is a very patient man as we were in the dealership every day for a week. Alan was willing to do everything he could to help us select the vehicle that best suits our needs. We told Alan what we would like on the vehicle, of course my wants were different than my husbands wants. Alan offered to let us take an Escape for the day to see if we liked it. I contacted Alan the next day and told him I liked the Escape however I wanted to drive the Honda. When I brought the Escape back there was a Honda waiting on me to take for a day. After seeing the Honda and Escape side by side I crossed the Honda off of the list of possible vehicles. We were still torn between the Escape and Mazda. On Saturday, we went to talk to the Mazda dealer and they made an offer. My husband and I went to lunch and discussed the differences between the two vehicles and decided we were going to go to talk to Alan once again. We arrived at the dealership and told Alan we were really torn, he asked the Sales Manager to talk to all of us. The sales manager looked over the numbers and made a few adjustments to the bottom line. The Sales Manager located the exact Escape we wanted the deal was sealed. Our Escape had to be brought in from an dealer We were provided a demo Escape to drive until our new Escape was delivered. Customer Service at its FINEST! Alan is the best not pushy very patient!

Overall a pretty good experience. The internet Sales Manager, Michael Murrell was very quick to respond and gave me no run around. I was looking for one car, he had it and made sure I got it. Just what my wife wanted. It was a 3 hour drive from my house to the dealership, so he got right to business giving me the car tour and showing me all it had. He's very personable and I'd recommend you start with him. He started upfront with the bottom line. The guy who did the final paperwork was also great. He gave the standard sales pitch for the extras, but wasn't pushy about them. I was very happy about that. So why did I give 4 stars to the buying process? The little guy from finance came out and tried to tell me they gave me the wrong price the first time. After a little back and forth, I got it for pretty close to the first discussed price. Bottom line is it's a pretty good dealership and see Michael, he'll do his best to take care of you.

This is a follow up to my 16 Jun 14 review here on cars.com (couldn't find a way to amend the original review). Don't want to go thru all the details again, but will state this review is to follow up on the issue I had with service department. Made multiple calls to service department about cost of install for hitch and wiring harness and could not get pricing. On last attempt was told this was 4 hours of labor. Called another area Ford dealership and was quoted 2.5 hours labor. Pretty expensive, so installed hitch myself. Wiring harness a bit more involved, so hadn't gotten to it yet. Yesterday, 26 Jun 14, I received called from new car sales manager Jonathan. He apologized for my parts/service experience, and wanted to "make it right". I accepted his offer to install wiring harness and get the LOWJACK system installed (see initial review). Today I dropped off my MKX at dealership and loaner car was ready and waiting. I was told my vehicle would be finished this afternoon/evening. The action by Jonathan indicates AutoNation Ford does care about its reputation by reading these reviews and following up with customers. I believe AutoNation wants a relationship with its customers and not just a sale. I appreciate their follow-up and corrective action . I have amended by overall review to 5 stars. Well done Jonathan!

Bought new MKX in May this year. Feel like trade in value on my vehicle was very fair and that price on new MKX was very good. Salesman Alan Muntz was outstanding. His only concern was that we were happy with the whole transaction and the new MKX. Arrived at the dealership about an hour before close due to work and travel schedule, but no one was in a hurry to push us out the door. Ended up leaving with new MKX about 3 hours after closing with the promise that if I brought the car back the following day, it would be cleaned up since no one was still around in the detailing dept. I usually dread the finance dept/process. But this time was so much different. I was happy with finance rate received, but the next day when I brought the MKX in for cleaning/detailing, the finance manager found me and told me he had found me a better rate. I was shocked.... a dealership was actually giving me money back on a SUV I had already signed for and purchased. The finance manager immediately drew up new contract documents on the spot. WOW. Since it everything with AutoNation Wolfchase had gone so well with sales and financing, I thought parts/service would follow suit. Bad assumption on my part. I wanted an SUV with towing capability, but the MKX did not come with that option. No heavy towing, just bike rack and small utility trailer for lawn equipment. So I ordered OEM hitch and wiring harness from parts. After ordering and awaiting arrival of parts, I found other Ford dealerships and even the Ford company website that offered the parts about 40% cheaper than what I paid (some were 50-60% cheaper). I was promised that I would get a call when parts arrived so I could schedule installation, but after 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything. So I went to dealer and found parts had arrived and were buried in the back. I did speak with parts manager and he did refund me some money to price match the Ford OEM website prices. I was happy with the outcome, but I don't believe it should have happened in the first place. I have also been waiting on a service date to install my parts along with the LOWJACK system I purchased with the vehicle. I found out today, that AutoNation no longer installs the LOWJACK system, but outsources that work to local automotive audio vendor. I don't mind this, but once again, I believe this type of information should have been disclosed and the work completed already. I also called the service department today and asked for a quote on the installation charge of the hitch and wiring harness, but the service rep I spoke to did not have the information. He said he would have to talk with a technician and call me back. I find it odd that a service rep doesn't have some sort of price list for an OEM accessory installation. To sum it all up... at this point, I give sales and financing 5 stars. I couldn't have expected any better treatment or process. Everything was great. However, parts and service seem to be run by a different entity. It is hard to believe that the sales/financing and parts/service are located under the same roof with the same AutoNation name attached. I plan to amend this review when everything is complete with the LOWJACK and hitch installation. Maybe once the MKX is there and complete, my viewpoint will change.

Sales people are experienced and listened to what I needed and what I wanted in a truck. Only took a few minutes to bring up the vehicle that matched what I was looking for. Sales staff was willing to negotiate a fair price and be willing to give a little on the price they offered. I felt like I was given a fair deal. As a small business owner I know dealers have to make money to stay in business just like I do but not try to make a killing on one customer. The Ford 150 was the best looking truck I have seen on the market compared to other brands and gave me the fuel efficiency on a 1600 mile trip I made to Florida and back so with that said I am pleased with my first ever Ford Product that I bought.

Service Representative Barbara Myers was an Excellent example of knowledge and help for elderly customers. She and the mechanic were very qualified to serve me and inspect my Ford Taurus dealing with my concerns and since I only have one vehicle provided transportation home and return service the next day due to having to order parts not available on May 15, 2014. I really appreciate Robert's driving me home and bringing me back to pickup my car on May 16, 2014. Again thank you all including Autonation Wolfchase in Memphis!!!

one would think when u buy from a dealer that the cars would go though some sort of check list autos don't .so u need to be careful when buying here because mine did not had to buy filter, battery posts ,tire pressure was not right just to name a few

Also they were patient and not pushy like so many dealerships are. I had been researching vehicles for over six months so I knew a fair deal when I saw one. I had been looking around for an F250 and when I walked onto AutoNation Ford Wolfchase's lot, I was glad to see that the most important thing was that they wanted me to be happy with my selection. Wonderful sales experience. The Internet sales person was extremely helpful. He not only expanded his search and located a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted but was very courteous and had the patience to teach me all the new technologies and gadgets which my 15 year old previous truck definitely did not have. There was no hassle about pricing because the first quote was within the guidelines I had set. The total experience was quite satisfying. I purchased a used ford focus with 60 day warranty. The car had a growling noise coming from the front end. After the dealer worked on the problem two times the noise returned. By this time the 60 days had expired and the dealer refused to warranty the on going problem. These guys are bunch crooks do not buy from them.

I recently purchased a certified used Lincoln MKT from Devin Chiles. He was a great salesman, answered all my questions and was there for me after the sale. There were a few things that needed fixed. He took me to Ginger Wiggins, Manager over Service. They took the list of repairs, put me in a loaner Lincoln and had my MKT back to me in five days with everything fixed. I'll be purchasing in the future from this Dealership.

When they saw my negative reviews the selling agent called me up and yelled at me about how I should be happy that my biggest problem was the car was missing features. He had a cancerous growth on his chest. When I called the sales manger. He said he'd only help if I removed my negative reviews. I would not trust the score on here because they won't me help me now unless I remove my reviews from other websites.

Very rude and disrespectful during trip there. Our sales agent just kept trying to talk to my husband even though we both told him it was for me. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Be prepared for phone calls at home unless you block their number. I would suggest head to any other Ford dealership that what we did.

Was given different financing than what I signed up for. Wish they had slowed down and explained about the option for the car. I thought ford touch was part of the synch. Turns out it's not. Also I guess power seats are extra something I asked about and they said we'd come back to later. I will not be buying another car from here. They rushed me through and I'm unhappy with some of the stuff missing but the works.

I was checking out the Altima, the Malibu, and the Ford Fusion. My pick was the Ford Fusion. The Fusion rode better and handled better. Buying a car is very stressful but the Team at Dobbs Ford made it very pleasant. Ask for Tommy Barkley because he has over 10 years experience at Dobbs and is very cordial and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy from Dobbs but when I saw the Deep Impact Blue 2013 Fusion I knew that was the car for me.

My closing sales rep was Hayne Ozier, the internet manager, and he was terrific and so was his manager. Hayne took the time to explain the history of the truck I purchased, all the cool gadgets in the truck, the sales process, the service department, connected my SYNC, and installed my new floor mats. Hayne was a true professional sales rep that understands how to connect with his buyers, get them the best deal possible, make sure they're satisfied, and ultimately close the deal.
