Not only do I service my car here but also got it from here I hate this place they don't seem to care about the issues with your car really. Two weeks into getting my new nissan rouge (6miles) i realized that the passenger seat would vibrate mentioned it to the salesman and he said oh bring it in we'll have a look so I did and the service center said " I should continue to run my car till I had more mileage because sometimes the brake pads ....blah blah" it has now been months (I have took it in two other times and nothing has been done one of those times i spoke to the service manager explaining everything from the start I told him it was very frustrating having leased this car brand new and I didn't feel it was safe nor did i want the car at this point i also told him his department was not helpful and rude *on one visit I was there 4hrs and they forgot about my car!?* he replied with a grin on his face sorry i dont think you'll be able to do much its hard to get out of contracts then followed by saying you dont have to come here i mean you can go to a diff. Location they'll probably treat you the same tho i was like wow...shortly after he mentioned a buy back ... ) I opened up a claim on the car but I bet my best option now is to go into a different dealership and get into another vehicle

We bought a brand new Nissan Pathfinder 2013 of June 2013, we've been very happy about it until this year when it started experiencing shuddering, juddering, jerking and the worse of all LOSING POWER WHILE YOUR DRIVING AND HAPPENED ONE TIME YEALDING ON LEFT TURN WITH ONGOING TRAFFIC WITH MY 7 and 2 yrs old kids in the car, that was a HORRIFIC AND VERY SCARY MOMENT. Took to AutoNation first time and service advisor said might be just an update on a software which they did, car was fine until it happened again took it back and couldn't find a code (can't do anything about it they said) and again it happened again, took it back and this time mechanic verified shuddering and lost of power when accelerating, got a code and replaced a part,car was fine until it did it again. FOURTH TIME took it back to dealership unable to get a code and AGAIN THEY SAID can't do anything about BECAUSE no code, picked up the car and just after half hour it happened again on my way home AGAIN: my husband called ANDREW the service Advisor and my husband suggested to keep the car and maybe can someone drive it everyday until they can verify (we don't care how long they will keep it) they kept it for a week and they said unable to reproduce the problem and no code and of course "THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT" it still happening .MY QUESTION TO THE NISSAN: especially they have this add was it DRIVE PINK,DRIVE SAFE: if you really value people lives, why are you letting people drive your car when they have this UNSAFE PROBLEM? WHY DON'T YOU RECOGNIZE THE PROBLEM? IS IT BECAUSE WE ARE JUST A MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY AND YOU KNOW THERE IS NOT MUCH WE CAN DO ABOUT IT? I WONDER IF WE ARE FIRST CLASS FAMILY,LAWYER OR A DOCTOR WILL WE BE TREATED THE SAME?

I always go back to the dealership service department for my car maintenance. The staff are quick and efficient. They are able to an appointment in quickly with my schedule. Once pulled up, I was greeted and dropped off my car quickly with Ricky and he got the oil change started right away. I was in an out of the dealership less than 1.5 hours plus a car wash.

Our leaf was not available so our salesman (Aliku) located the car at another Autonation and had it trucked in This car is very technical and you need a good training lesson if you are not familiar with itMake sure you have a level 2 EVSE installed in your house before you take your Leaf homeThe Leaf itself is wonderful. Handles well and quick acceleration up till 40mph, then just okWe are averaging about 100 equivalent miles per gallonHighly recommend it!!

Not only did Johny make sure to go over every little detail with me, but so did two others in the dealership so I knew exactly what I was buying. There were a few scratches and dents in the car I bought, but they fixed all of those for me for free. My car looks brand new thanks to their care. I would recommend purchasing a car from them at any time to anyone. Amazing service and amazing people. My sales woman Amanda was very friendly and laid back. I didn't feel pressured at all to look at something I wasn't interested in or spend more money than I was planning. She helped me locate the vehicle I went in to look at, let me take it for a test drive, answered all my questions, & since they were pretty busy she even sat with me for several hours making conversation to help the time pass by. All in all I left with the vehicle I came for and stayed within my price range. All the managers and finance managers answered all my questions and offered me a generous warranty (I paid extra for) on a used 2009 vehicle which I was happy about. Everyone was very knowledgable and friendly and it was probably one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a car dealership.

I brought my Nissan 370Z here for a fuel pump that needed to be replaced. An additional part was broken in the process and the dealership would not take responsibility for it. Jason, the general manager said that "even though it probably did get broken here, you can't prove that, so I don't have to fix it." Needless to say, I will never be going back there again. However, Joey, a salesman, was very accommodating throughout this poor experience. If I had to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would have no reservations working with him.

Needed a truck for my son. Shopped all over the country, and found it here in Las Vegas 20 miles away from my house! Great experience, great people, great price. Smooth transaction, my only gripe is the equipment they use, specifically the printers and the fact that their single (non centrally located) copier isn't a multifunction (scanner, copier, fax, and printer) that they all have at their desks, as well as one for their people up front that is all networked together. Either way this was a smooth, easy, and quick couple of hours before driving away in a new (for him) Toyota Tacoma. They need new document printers as well, or get that on a web based application with digital signatures. Make it easier on the sales people, the finance people, and the customers too. To their credit the great people balanced out the ancient equipment and they acknowledged their technological shortcomings and did say they were going to be upgrading...Thanks again.

I walked in, told them what I wanted, and the sales person, (Dave), knew more about the car, Nissan Leaf, than I knew. Every auto purchase in the past 50 years I knew more about the car than the salesman, so I always removed the dealer advertising sticker from my car. My family and I pushed my 2009 Nissan Altima pretty hard from San Francisco to Las Vegas and about 70 miles outside of Vegas, my transmission went into safe mode. He always goes above and beyond, I would recommend him if your looking for a great person who cares about your well being and your needs. My sister had bought her Nissan Frontier a few years ago, and highly recommended going to this particular location because she has always experienced wonderful customer service. I had not had a new car since 1999. My old Saturn had served me well for 15 years, but alas, it was time to trade her in and get newer car. My husband and I were very uncertain if we would even be able to get a newer car because we both have little credit history, but we decided it was worth a try. It is a waste of time they will not repair what it needs to be repair and they will not fix whatever they damage. I went in for a noise on my radio it Andrew B. told me that they were going to replace the harness of the radio but in the process of checking the radio problem a piece of the interior plastic got scratched. Now I got two things that needs to be fixed. Well They never called me back at all, I called back a few times and they said "parted backorder but I'll call you as soon as the parts is in". 4 months later I ended up taking my car to the centennial Nissan dealership for them to fix the radio problem that was and it still is under warranty, they told me that "The wires on the back of the radio were cut like they were trying to bridge the problem instead of replacing the harness wires". After Nissan Centennial fixed the problems I went back to AutoNation Nissan dealership for them to replace the plastic that was scratched. I waited for about one hour and when I went back to my car, after it was "supposed to be fixed" I see that the new part was scratched as well like when they put it in there were not careful enough and the piece got scratched again. I bought 2014 Frontier from Bolun at AutoNation. Bolun was a great salesman. He keep me updated about my car as it was being transfer from California. As of for the manager, I don't really like him. The manager try to use pressure/scare tactics to make the sale. This is not my first rodeo in buying cars, so I really think that kind of tactics is not necessary. I was getting a little mad and about to leave but the manager ending up giving the price I wanted in the first place. It's a simple YES or NO if someone give you an offer and stop playing games. I would like to mention again that Bolun was Awesome! Thanks for all your help and updates. Love the car too....:)

We were just interested In the prices and not really looking to buy a car, we were thinking more about a couple of months from now. We set up an appt. with Kevin and looked at several pathfinders . We wanted the S series which he didn't have the color my husband wanted. He showed us a few on line that he could bring in from Arizona and said it would be here within 8-10 days. We went to Auto Nation Nissan to purchase an Altima. I told my salesman Joe Spann exactly what I wanted and he presented me with 2 options. He did not try to sell me any additional bells and whistles or talk me into another car. We test drove both, and he even had us take it on the highway. The finance department was quick and friendly. They put us into a payment that we were comfortable with. We also got a great warranty on our brand new car. We could not be happier with our experience or our new car. I would recommend anyone to go there.

After today's experience, I must write this review to let everyone know that this dealer is all about customer experience. I was greeted by Javier the floor manager as soon as I got out of my vehicle. He asked me a few questions and in just a matter of 15 min, I was on my first test drive. My first car was over my budget. He said he was very sorry that he couldn't make it work but immediately helped me moving onto my second choice. It was also over my budget but Javier and also the finance manager; Jason worked some kind of miracle and I was able to purchase the vehicle of my dream with no money down/payment that I can manage with not so perfect credit. I didn't feel as though I was purchasing a car from a dealership, I felt as though a dear friend was walking me through the process with my best interests at heart. Daniel and Chris gave me a Rockstar car buying experience! I walked away with and APR 9% less than what a proposed loan from an outside company offered and monthly payments over $60 less. They did not have to look into trying to save me all of that money, and they did it anyway. Even after signing a deal, they looked into it further and were able to shave off another percent on my APR and an extra $15 a month, and called me back in to resign at the lower rate. I didn't think the experience could be so smooth. Kudos to AutoNation! I am eternally grateful!

Got off work, arrived at AutoNation about 7:00pm.......a brief chat, text drove the car. No pressure or those boiler-room speeches.....did the paper work and in less than one hour, signed the papers for my new car. From the moment I drove up, I knew I would be treated right. My sales rep Noro is a very bright, friendly young man who really wants to help people while he does the job of selling cars. Every question I asked was answered quickly and to my satisfaction. At the bargaining table, I was automatically granted rebates normally reserved for customers who finance although I paid cash. When I bargained for price on my own I got an extra thousand dollars off plus a few on-the-vehicle-already extras free of charge. I was hesitant to buy the extended warranty, but the fleet manager cited several past instances where customers were stuck paying thousands for repairs; instances that reminded me of bad experiences I had had earlier in my car buying experiences. All the customers, real or potential, waiting for results for their offers were relaxed and comfortable with those who were helping them. I was telephoned 5 days after the deal was completed, asked how i liked my new purchase, and given an appointment for a free checking over. There convenient location in the middle of the city allows whatever service I may require in future to be done without driving more than 10 miles from home and waiting all day. I would not buy a car from anyone else in Las Vegas.

My car buying process started on a Friday night as I requested a quote for a Nissan Versa at about 7:30PM. I didn't expect a call until the next day, but was pleasantly surprised when Chris in Internet sales called me before 8pm and set up a quote for three cars in my prices range. Thanks to that email quote, I was able to see that there was a Versa with upgraded everything for about the same price as the base models. I decided to buy the upgraded version and it cost me very little extra. The process did take quite a while as car buying seems to do but the test drive was pleasant, the facilities were comfortable and Chris was very accommodating and always keeping me up to date on the process. When it was all done, I could only think how easy and no pressure the entire situation was and if I am ever in the market for another car, I'll definitely be thinking of this dealership before going anywhere else.

My vehicle was totaled in an accident & I was looking for used 4WD truck to replace it & I only had a few days left w/ the insurance provided rental. I have purchased or been involved with the purchase of over a dozen vehicles in the past and never have I ever had a auto buying experience like the one I just had at Desert Nissan. Danny Burgess (Sales) is an All Star in my opinion. Most Sales guys will try & convince you they are laid back & try to be your best friend & fill your head w/ whatever they think you want to hear so they can get you to hurry up & sign. This was NOT the case w/ Danny. When Danny said this was a "no pressure, straight forward, simple transaction" he truly meant it. Danny listened to everything I was looking for and led me to a Frontier that was everything I was looking for & so much more. Even though the Frontier was perfect I still wanted to see other Frontiers (new & used) & Danny happily showed me essentially every truck on the lot & answered every question I had both directly & honestly. I wanted to take the rest of the day to think it over & to my surprise, neither Danny nor Chris (Sales Manager) tried to pressure me into making a decision or a commitment before leaving. I made an appt to return the next day to do the paperwork & even though he had the day off, Danny was there patiently awaiting my arrival. Danny had everything ready to go for when I arrived which really saved a lot of time. I was prepared to have to negotiate and fight for the payment, down payment & terms I wanted but Never had to do more the choose the length of the loan. My Finance Manager was Bill Hoeft. Bill was straight forward, friendly & relaxed. Bill didn't try & push or pressure me into adding thousands upon thousands of dollars in add ons or other stuff I didn't want. Bill took the time to explain all my options & helped me get the coverage I was Wanting at a price which beat my best expectations & even helped me to save hundreds more on annual insurance premiums. I came in at 3:30 and was driving away in my dream truck before 6 pm. No Hassle, No Haggle from start to finish. By far the best truck buying experience EVER. Plus the awesome service doesnt end after the purchase. Every time I have been into the dealership (most recently to pick up the green slip) I have been met with the same friendly & amazing attitudes as the 1st time I drove onto the lot . We went into the dealer not figuring to buy and thinking that our credit wouldn't let us anyway. We wanted to look at the Nissan Titan and had an appointment with Danny Burgess the internet manager. Although the truck was nice I wasn't willing to pay that high a payment at this time. We decided to look at the Altima and see what kind of deal it would be. The price was good and the vehicle is beautiful. We decided to go ahead and see what the deal would be. There were no "high pressure" tactics or long waits to get info. Our salesman was a personable and easy going guy that listened to what we wanted. We were not first in line to see finance but the wait wasn't long. In finance we dealt with the Bill Hoeft. This was the easiest time I have ever had in a finance office. Everything was explained in full and easy to understand. The truth is that if I hadn't been talking so much about other stuff it would have been very short time in finance. Once we went back to the car Danny explained all the options again and helped us move our stuff from our previous vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and had both good and bad experiences with dealers. This has by far been the best experience I have had while buying a vehicle.

This dealership "Dessert Nissan in Las Vegas" will tell you what you want to hear take your money and leave you to hang when all is said and done. Talk about signing your life away, well the make sure you live you to that saying. They make you feel like your getting the best deal and that they are the best dealership around but trust me that's lie! The salesman are rude after you buy the car, when you call to ask about questions about the car or contract they don't return your calls. One said they guy does not work there anymore " his name is Carl Booker"....... I drive. Up there the later that day and there he is standing talking to a co worker. Long story short, I bought a car there they didn't tell me some certain information and found out that an additional money was owed which was way out of reach to pay and only having the car half a month I had to let the truck go all cause of their hides cost. And now to lost my trade in that they took from me and I am now on foot without a car and my down payment. A very expensive rental. So wise words to how ever is wanting to buy from dessert Nissan, DON'T! Or you will end up on foot & no money. And the managers are just as rude and unhelpful. Don't bother wasting your money there, you have a better chance getting a car at the black jack table at the MGM in Vegas!

For someone who has never bought a car before, this experience was painless, and dare I say...fun? I had no idea what I wanted walking into the dealership, and left a satisfied customer. I recently visited Desert Nissan to inquire about purchasing a newer, used vehicle and had a fantastic experience. I didn't experience the normal pressures of buying a car when shopping at a dealership (vehicle price, warranty, other add ons, etc.). I have purchased vehicles at other major dealerships and used cars lots and had dreadful experiences of wasted time and money. But the staff at Desert Nissan and Zack were very informative and helpful in allowing me to decide on something to best fit my life and budget. I would highly recommend Zack and this dealership location to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Well i made a good deal on my new Altima SV and as luck would have it they had one on order Just the way I wanted it. I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive, but it was worth waiting for.and it didn't take months for a build. we went in to buy a new xterra, but the rebates on the 2012 pathfinders were so high that they cost almost the same. our salesperson was very helpful and we got to test drive each car we were interested in before we decided to get the new, leather, loaded slate pathfinder. my husband LOVES this car. it's the nicest car we've ever owned, and the price was extremely reasonable. we will definitely go back again when my hyundai gives out (i'm interested in the murano!).

I have a maroon red Nissan 2008 Sentra. I have had my car in there twice over the past three months and I thought they were helpful at first but now we took it too a different Nissan place and there are many problems wrong with my car now. I'm upset because we've had it in there many times and a second time to there to check what was wrong & they fixed one thing but now there are a million other problems. Desert Nissan was not very good at all & the guy Andy P. was not very nice when he called to talk to our insurance company & just being rude.

Maizen is an excellent salesman to work with. He is friendly and not to pushy. I would highly recommend Maizen to partner with when considering a new car. Prior to going in I would suggest understanding what your negotiating points are and be clear about what features to ask for. I felt that the finance team tried to put the hard sell on for the extended warranty. Eventually I did get the extended warranty at a price I was satisfied with. I would also have checked with Costco prior to buying, if I had known that they can also provide a discount.

Brought my car in for oil change and 45,000 mile service and left it over night. After they looked at it, I get a phone message telling that it needed an additional $420.00 services to it that it did not need. The owners guide does not recommend it, automotive sites on the net said it was probably a common scam, and mechanic friends of mine told me unless I had engine troubles dont do it!! Next day comes and I called my service rep at the 8:00 a.m. opening, at 8:10 a.m. I left message with him. At 9:00 a.m. I call again, no answer - voice mail, I called back and left a message thru the main operator. At 11:15 a.m. (3 1/4 hours later) and nine tries he finally returns my call.OK SO here is the best part after trying to rip me off and poor customer service the service they did required driving it to the service bay and back out. I get my paperwork and it shows the same milage go in as coming out, BUT when I get in the car there are 4 miles they put on it for basically an oil change. Think that is called ........?I will not be back with these people, you need to decide if it worth it for you.

I made an appointment with Dolly who failed to tell Andy P so it was not on his computer-the only thing he had for Tuesday was a 3 or 3:30; however, I was still forced to come back the next day-even though the mechanic (good guy) offered to fix it then. Andy told him "No. She does not have an appointment so she has to come back tomorrow" I explained to him that I had to cancel an entire day of appointments and it would be a great hardship to do it again tomorrow. He then informed me that when I come tomorrow I would have to leave the car over night FOR A BREAK LIGHT ($78.00 PLUS $19.00 MISC FEE - THE LIGHT IS $8.00)and to turn my "check engine soon" lignt (oil light still stays on alot)Plus, of course, since the light is on, let's throw in a diagnotic check.By the way, getting 13 miles to the gallon on a highbrid "is the way it is"because I "cannot step on the gas peddle more than 1/4 the way down"And They did NOT EVEN WASH THE CAR!!!!I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO LISTENS HOW CUSTOMER ABUSIVE YOU ARE and I am a Real Estate Broker just up the street and I talk to everyone!

I found a Nissan Juke at Desert Nissan through the Internet. It had the options and color I wanted and could not find in Phoenix. Flew out to Vegas, the car was ready and detailed. When driving back from Vegas to Phoenix,i had a slight problem with the new Juke, but Fletch and the GM of Desert Nissan made it all right. I would highly recommend Fletch and this dealership. I don't know where to start...we pick a car, got a co signer and were TOLD on more than one occasion that we got approved for a loan through a bank by lenny duval a sales rep/finance manager and the sales director J.R at DN. We take the car on saturday and get a call thursday that the bank didn't approve all of sudden. My husband my mom and I are confused at this point because we were told everything was set and FINAL when we signed the papers. We go back to DN and we're told that the numbers we got for the car are "ESTIMATES" not numbers the bank gave them. We inform them that lenny told us a bank said they would finance us which is the ONLY reason we drove off the lot with that car, otherwise we would not have wasted our time and money on something we weren't sure if we were getting. When we made it a big deal that we were told we were approved by lenny, J.R said "I don't know why lenny would say that because its false advertisement." Just hearing this made me question what kind of dealership we were dealing with. Not only are their employees liars and scammers but they will say and get you to sign ANYTHING to agree to the "ESTIMATES."

It was a pleasure going to Desert Nissan after spending half a day at a Ford dealership and being told they will get back to us in a couple days. Dave Froemming was very friendly and there was no pressure. He made us feel like he wanted our business without the pressure. He showed what would work for us. The whole process from the time we drove in until we were driving out of the dealership with our new car only took about three hours. We purchased the car on a Monday evening and got a call Wednesday morning saying the green slip was ready.Finance Manager Myrna Humphreys also took the time to explain different options and once again with no pressure to purchase anything extra.Will definitely recommend Desert Nissan, Dave and Myrna.

I went to this dealership after going to volkswagen. VW was not in my price range for used cars and my second choice was a Nissan Sentra. I did not want a used car but being a first time buyer I didn't really have another option. I was helped by John, who was very helpful and very friendly. After I was not helped negotiate on a car priced way to high for the amount of miles, I wanted to leave and I was upset. John helped me find a few other cars in my price range that were not Sentras. Then, as I was about to leave, we found a car, test drove it and came to an agreement. I was helped, and I went home with the car about a day later. They were friendly, nice, and tried to meet all of my needs.

Car buying at it's best. The staff and salesman (David Froemming) were very nice and personable. They allowed me to take my time and go over every little detail without any hint of attitude. They were very flexible and offered a great deal. I had been shopping not only in Vegas but within a 500 mile radius. David never pressured me into buying anything that speaks volumes over a lot of other salesman at other dealerships. It took a while to get the deal done and head out of the door but well worth it in the end. If you are in the market for a new car without a lot of hassle then go and see David Froemming. He is great!

I have to say it was a pleasure working with both Zach and Lou. They were both very friendly and gave me lots of options to help me make the best choice for me. The salesperson was genuinely friendly and took her time to show me several vehicles and did not rush me into a quick decision. I went back several times to test drive vehicles and she bent over backwards to meet me when convenient for my schedule. Management was also a breeze to deal with when we wrapped up the deal. I feel like I paid a very fair price for my Xterra. I don't normally buy service plans but the dealership was so easy to work with that I decided to purchase a service plan as well. Although price is normally a sole factor in purchasing a vehicle, truth be told, Joe's warm welcoming and genuine concern for my needs above his need to make a sale was the single reason I chose to pursue this particular sale at Nissan. From the moment he knew I was interested in looking at a new vehicle, until the time I signed on the dotted line, Lenny's attention, patience, time, knowledge, and understanding were there for me,(the customer), and no one else. There were no annoying phone calls, anyone paging him, etc... He was very professional, as well as very sincere. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Lenny was right there to greet us and lead us directly to the car we were interested in. When we first chose one Lenny went in to inquire about a deal. The price was too high for me, and Lenny did not try to push me into buying it. I thanked him kindly and we were about to leave, but Lenny said he wanted to try to find one similar that I could afford if I was interested. I told him that would be fine. Lenny found another Pathfinder on the lot for about $5000.00 less with almost the same features. Only difference was color and no Nav. system. I looked it over and asked Lenny to see what type of deal they could give me. The GM, I believe his name was Vic?, was extremly helpful as well. He gave me a GREAT trade in value for my car and made me a deal no one could pass up. There were two other gentlman who helped us as well, but I do not have their names. One, I believe, was in charge of the used cars he checked out my trade in and helped get us a good trade in value and a gentleman who I believe is in charge of the internet purchases, (Chris?)was very friendly and helped set up my bluetooth for my cell phone usage. Everyone was VERY nice. My husband is now thinking of buying a Pathfinder for himself as well and he will be returning to Desert Nissan. I shopped around at a lot of different dealerships and not one of them had as wonderful of staff as this store. I love my Nissan and will definitly be a repeat customer.

My sibling doesn't have the best credit; Chris worked to get the best possible interest rate and get her in a new car that she loved! Ricky took her on a test drive and carefully explained the bells and whistles in the car. He also contacted an insurance broker to get her a fantastic insurance premium!It didn't take a long time to fill out the paperwork for approval and was a pleasant experience (if there is such a thing when buying a new car).Overall, we were very happy with Desert Nissan and will be customers there in the years to come. I TOOK MY SUV TO HAVE A REPAIR THEY DID THE REPAIR AFTER THAT MY CAR IS BEEN HAVING A RATTLE, NOISE ON TOP OF THE DASHBOARD I BEEN 8 TIMES AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND ON OCTOBER ONE OF THE MECHANICS THEY PUT A BUNCH OF PAPER TOWELS UNDERNEATH OF THE DASHBOARD TO AVOID THE NOISE THAT WAS A TRICKY WAY TO AVOID THE WHOLE PROBLEM AND THEY JUST GAVE ME AROUNDS AND THEY DONT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT ALL THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE I WOULD NEVER BE BACK THERE AT ALL.

We took our Xterra to have the AC checked out. They made us sign a document with little to no explaination. We told them NOT to fix anything more than the oil change. After finding out they wanted to charge us $1400 to fix the AC as well as changing a few belts and hoses, we told them to hold off on anything other than the oil change. When we went to pick it up, the bill was $410. They fixed the hoses and belts along with an oil change. In addition, they charged us $190 for a diagnostic exam. We were outraged. They wouldn't reverse the charges or show us our old hoses and belts. We were out $410.When we asked for the manager, he was not available. We left a message and have yet to hear back from him. This was not the first time its happened at a Nissan Dealership in Las Vegas. We own 2 Nissans and love the models. However, we will NEVER buy another car from them again!!!!!! Do not end up like us, do not take your car to Desert Nissan or buy from them!!!! Hide

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! TURN AND RUN!!!!!! ONLY CROOKS AND LYING THEIVES WORK HERE!!!!!!!I wanted to lease a vehicle and went to Desert Nissan to negotiate a deal. After several visits and painstaking hours working out a deal Desert Nissan agreed to give me my lease for no money down, $350/month for 24 months. The next day I went to pick up my car. I show up and they tell me that THEY SOLD IT!!! And of course they immediately start trying to "accomodate" me by showing me other vehicles that I can lease, which have none of the options of my original car and of course are all more expensive with longer lease contracts. I was so fed up at this point that I was almost ready to just lease another car so that I could get a freaking car and move on with my life. Thankfully my boyfriend Henry showed up and started throwing a fit. At that point I didn't have the will power to argue with these crooks. Henry started scouring the entire dealership parking lot looking for my original car. He shouted and complained to anyone who would listed, even the receptionist. I was done with the place. I decided that I would go ANYWHERE BUT DESERT NISSAN, even if it meant paying more money for a crappier car. Then, as I was outside in the parking lot ready to turn and leave Desert Nissan forever, my original car MAGICALLY appeared. Can you believe that they lied about it? I know, total shocker. Needless to say, they tried to pull a TOTAL bait and switch on me. I went on my lunch hour to pick up my car because the deal had already been sealed, supposedly. I ended up there for 3 hours because THEY LIED saying that my car had been sold but of course it magically became unsold and reappeared when I was fed up and ready to leave. I HATE DESERT NISSAN. DON'T EVER EVER GO THERE.

This is one of the worst dealers in Las Vegas, if not THE WORST! My girlfriend and I went to look at purchasing another Alimta for us (we needed a second car). After telling us that we couldnt get a new Altima (even though my credit is 690+ and my girlfriends is 680+) we were told that a used car could be the solution. We heard them out, and were first showed a 92 Buick Regal......COME ON!!! Were 22 years old, and we arent idiots either. Finally we were told that we could get a new Sentra. We're now on hour 6 of being there, and decided to walk off, at which point a manager, and an assitant come running after us asking us whats going on. We told them we werent interested, and they told us they would knock the monthly down to $285 for a new Sentra. I told them fine, lets do it. We sat around for an hour before going to finance, at which point we both felt uncomfortable with the deal. We told them we wanted to leave, at which point the same Manager returned. He started screaming at my girlfriend, and told her "sometimes in life you need to take a F***ing chance". He's lucky I didint take a swing at him. I dont talk to my girlfriend like that....why should he. He threw the papers in the air, and said "what a waste of F***ing time"....I told him "Your right bro...you wasted my day, and if you're lucky, I wont wait for you after your shift"...nobody talks to a girl that way...specially at a business.We ended up going to United Nissan the next week...and drove off with another NEW Altima. Desert Nissan plain and simple is a JOKE.By the way....our salesman was on his 3rd day of work there, and spoke little to no English. Pricks!!

I have brought my car to this dealership about 19 times in the last year for service on the same items. I am currently involved in arbitration to see about the lemon law on my car, and when a totally unrelated problem occured with my car (new problem, nothing to do with the lemon law) regarding it not starting properly and hesitating on acceleration I was told they REFUSED to look at my car (which is only a year old and under warranty) because of the arbitration. The Service Manager (Andy) made it a point to tell me he does not want to speak with me anymore, and the elusive General Manager is never around to talk to. I was refused service on my WARRANTED car because they fear they will mess it up further, I assume, and give me more to fight about on this matter. I also about 3 months ago emailed their customer service dept. about my issues on my company email address and the Svc Manager decided it would be more appropriate to call MY BOSS instead of me in return. I have yet to get a return email or call from anyone at that dealership.

Checkout all the other desert dealers and you shall see.Ignore the poster who made 5 glowing reviews in a month, he is obviously connected with this dealer and I urge everyone to report him as I have.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealershp...I purchased this vehicle on the first quarter of 2006....well; we are in the first quater of 2007 and I still don't have this vehicle registered...They never return calles and they stated the paper work is lost...well I am making my payments but I can't have a registered car!!!! Oh; but I do have empty promisses...don't worry next week we'll have the paper work....I just hope this car is not stollen.......

I purchased a vehicle on July 29, 2006, for my daughter by telephone. I expressed exactly what I wanted to the salesman.They asked what color my daughter wanted and gave her a different model than I expressed, simply because they did not have the model but only the color. After two weeks passed, I had not received my financing paper and my daughter called because of concern for no paperwork completed and notified the sales manager. He did not know the status and informed my daughter he would have to get back with her. No paper work had been sent because of no address or phone number. My daughter gave them the phone number and they contacted me for my address. I received the paperwork FedEX within two days and signed and sent everything back. I had discovered prior that the model requested was not granted and wanted to upgrade with the model purchased. My daughter was told by the sale manager that they needed the contract back to amend it would not be a problem. Nothing had been done for upgrades requested. My daughter has called and to no avail can get an issues resolved for upgrades which I do not mind paying for. The paper work is not complete, no green slip as of August 26, 2006 or financing paperwork. My daughter& son-in-law wanted to cancel because they cannot insure this vehicle and no return phone calls by the sales manager whom promised to upgrade. I left a message myself (purchaser) and he never returned my telephone calls. They refused to upgrade to the vehicle purchased by saying it was used. It is brand new and never registered. No paperwork and when she asked to see the financing info they refused to show her. She was told she would have to trade the new vehicle in to upgrade. We only wanted side mirrors and trunk release and fog lights. My deal included a DVD to be installed. When my daughter realized something was wrong and no return phone calls from the manager that helped her, she called and asked the retuns dept. of she could get the vehicle back, she was told it was not in her best interest. She went to the dealership and demanded to talk with someone who could help her, she wanted her vehicle back. She spoke to the General Manager and was told she would have to come up with $3000 for any additions. She was angry and he told her he was going to call the police. I think this is the poorest most unprofessional dealership I have ever heard of. And to make it worst, my daughter recommened friends and family and a sale was made after my purchase. She was promised a $200.00 referral fee and was told by the salesman that they did not make any money on the sale she referred and they would give her the money on the next sale. Who in the heck is running this dealership????? Very. Very poor management. I am very sorry I had this experience with Desert Nissan. I am a 76 year-old female and I feel mistreated by this dealership and the hardship for my daughter and family's frustration not having any paperwork to register this vehicle, nothing but a vehicle handbook any possibily for getting it insured in timely manner. I just don't feel that it takes a month to do paperwork. The saddiest of all is that they have purchased from Desert Nissan in the past and valued and respected the product and spoke highly of it to others and look where that got them. No where!!

Used internet service for dealer quotes, when desert nissan called not one of them would give quotes over phone, just the usual runaround.<br><br>They had called,emailed us about some sale they were running, all new cars at invoice price then customers can work up from there, so we asked dealer invoice price? Kim Beck stated yes.<br><br>Well from talking to this salesguy it was plain and simple, it was the factory invoice or near MSRP prices they were chucking out , Man this guy made like he was deaf, we would ask to see the price quote to match our factory quotes that he also said were wayoff and he would always say sure be right back to show us, he comes back and hes asking what payments etc we would like??? He also lied about our credit score,even tho we had reports from all 3 credit houses and STILL did not even show us what darn price the car is starting at exactly. <br><br>All this mind you took about 10 min, after reading alot about how to buy cars from all the different internet sites, we knew these guys at Desert Nissan of Las Vegas are full of it and we did the old moneysaving walkout. <br><br>We did not have any luck in vegas finding a nissan dealer that is trustworthy , looks like its off to california for a dealer search.<br><br>This crap has got to stop, how do these places stay in buisness???<br><br>
