Don't EVER get your vehicle serviced here! I have written proof my boyfriend and I would have gotten a price out the door of $900 while AutoNation is charging us $1754! They were not willing to negotiate a price and unfortunately they already fixed the mechanical issues on our 2015 Toyota Avalon. I spoke with Carlos in service who wasn't THAT bad to work with... and then I spoke to the General Manager - THAT WAS A JOKE! Complete jerk! Offered me $100 off! I laughed when he offered that!!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PICKING A DEALERSHIP TO DO MECHANICAL REPAIRS ON YOUR CAR! AutoNation WILL rip you off! I promise!!!! GO TO TOYOTA OF NAPERVILLE

2016 Tacoma, 14,000 miles-leaking front shock and cupping/feathering on all tires. They told me this is not covered by Toyota under the bumper to bumper warranty. How may used cars on the lot do they have with tires that have cupping/feathering? ZERO.. and they have ZERO Ethics/customer service... they do not warranty 36,000 miles bumper to bumper. They have a definition on everything... The shock is not wet enough... the cupping/feathering is normal. I am now buying a new suspension and new tires because its a safety issue. Warranty and Toyota care? What exactly does that cover? nothing apparently... I do not sell a product under warranty and say "too bad... you're stuck with spending $2500 out of pocket on a brand new truck...."

They were excellent and cared about us up until we bought the car. They had told us that we had completely paid off the car but then I went to the DMV to have it registered. The paperwork that the dealer had sent in was so screwed up that the DMV wouldn't issue us a title. I called Autonation to get it fixed. They claimed that they would fix it. I went back to the DMV and they said that they had received the new paperwork but it was also incorrect. I had to pay to extend my temporary registration, which Autonation said they would refund to me, but they never did. I had to call and insist on talking to a manager to get anyone to help me. The manager called the DMV, who told her that we were short on the sales tax. The manager called me back and told me that "their numbers and the numbers for the county were different." Like really? So now we owe the DMV $100 or else we'll never get the title to our new vehicle. I'm very dissatisfied that the dealer could screw up that badly. How could they really not know the tax?

Make sure you get your used car or truck checked out by a shop that knows how to do used car inspections. Bought mine with the gas tank falling out due to broken gas tank straps. Also had a tpms light on that was supposed to be fixed. I was told it was because of after market rims, but "tire pressures were good." When I went to another shop the valve stem caps were corroded and broke the stem when attempting to get them off. Also the spare has a sensor and it was completely flat. They missed a flat spare and the gas tank falling out. Wonder what else they missed. Do not buy a used car or truck here please. I will not bring my truck back even for the free oil changes.

In short, I took my vehicle in for very minor warranty repairs. The service department failed to repair the issues. I asked for a manager and was given the number of Dave Swofford, Customer Relations Manager. Dave was condescending, acted like it was not their problem, especially his, and bluntly directed me to another manager. I love my Toyota but this dealership is providing horrible service. Read the reviews. DO NOT take your vehicle to this dealer for service. The service department will not complete all repairs and the management seemingly does not care. My repair was a simple one, imagine if you needed a large repair and got the same service. Your choice..John S.

I have an old 4 Runner that I originally purchased at this location when it was under a different name. I always received good service for the few years that I used the dealership after that. Been several years since I was there but needed a new timing belt and felt the dealership was the best place to get that level of service done. When I dropped off my vehicle for the service the evening before my appointment they immediately were trying to up sale the service to include the water pump. I asked to be called when they had it apart. When they called the next day they reported the the Water Pump was leaking but were hesitant to let me come take a look. I conceded because I asked for some wiggle room on the price but was told that the prices were "written in stone." They also reported a leak in my power steering which I declined to have fixed because it was way out of my budget. When I picked up the 4 Runner and we went through the bill it ended up being nearly $1000 when I planned on spending half that. There was something like a $49 General Service Fee that I was also told is written in stone. Admittedly, there is not anything super tangible for me to wave around how this service department ripped me off but, there was a general attitude of, "You get what we give you whether you like it or not." Also, they "Best they could" bent my front skid plate back to its original position. I had asked for a quote on a new one and this was the solution they provided. While I appreciated this effort it was repeatedly brought up when I expressed my disappointment with the overall cost. So, if you are going to use it against me it no longer qualifies as a favor. Also, I know for a fact that many dealerships will try to soften the blow of such an expensive service by doing a quick vacuum or possibly even a power wash. Certainly not required but would have been nice. Might have made me feel a little less ripped off. Finally, I noticed that the paperwork shows the exact same mileage at check out as it had at check in. It also states that they test drove the vehicle. I have to assume that one of those is a lie.

I am happy with my new Prius and I received a better price than any other dealership was offering. As long as you are aware that the internet price does not include dealer added options you should have an easy purchasing experience there.

I stopped in today with a friend who was seeking to sell his car, I've worked at dealerships throughout the early days of my career, I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, from different ownership at the time, I researched the values of his car and knew the retail value compared to cash buyout values, the customer service was lacking, the sales team seemed more concerned with their private matters compared to the customer, the salesman after consulting with management gave us a laughable offer, our vehicle retailed at $13,000, they offered us $6000, we laughed at this and as we walked out, the managers literally mockingly laughed at us as we walked out, I've never experienced this level of zero customer service, Toyota and Autonation should be ashamed at the sophomoric display their employees showed to us, I will never return to this dealership/companyShame on you, you've lost a loyal customer and I will definitely tell everyone I know to not visit your college dorm level experience

Huge shoutout to George Hernandez. He did EVERYTHING within his power to make our deal work. He wasn't pushy yet very tenacious when it came to getting us what we needed/wanted. He listened to our needs and delivered. The price of the truck we bought was very fair and they gave us what we felt was fair for our trade in. Over all we had a great experience. He's very professional and friendly. Please go see GEORGE with autonation toyota and let him know we sent ya! Highly recommend. I don't understand the negative reviews on here!! (And no we don't have spectacular credit and don't make 6 figures a year. Just average joe people that needed a new truck!)

I am only giving this dealership one star because I cannot give them more negative numbers or 0! Over the new year weekend (2015), I bought a brand new 2014 Land Cruiser. I was a little hesitant to buy the vehicle because of the work ethics of their employees, now three months later, I really wish I did not buy expensive SUV from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe, I wish I went to Mercedes or Audi, at least they have a better customer service, I keep calling to talk to a manager and I get the dead air phone game and no one could answer me on the factory defect paint issues, I WILL NOT BUY another vehicle from Toyota or deal with Auto Nation any more.

I am only giving them 1 star because I cannot give them 0! Over Presidents day weekend, I bought a used car for my son. It looked good ran well and the carfax didn't show anything suspicious. I was a little hesitant to buy the vehicle because it was a 2003 but the sales man Micheal Key ensured me that if anything is wrong with it (in the initial days) that they will do what they can to fix it. Well, within one week the check engine light came on. I took it to Auto nation Ford to check the codes. They said it was the catalytic converter- specifically 3 out of the 4 catalytic converters needed to be replaced... What?! So I paid $6400 for the car itself, I did buy a warranty for the engine but it won't cover the catalytic converters. Now I will have to pay $6200 for factory parts or $2600 for aftermarket if I want it to run. I tried to talk to Autonation Toyota about the situation and they want no part of this issue. They are cowards!

We purchased our second vehicle atToyota because our first experience was amazing. However, our new 2015 Toyota purchased for our daughter has been in the shop for almost a month (50% of our time owning the vehicle). It has been "ready for pickup" on a couple of different occasions with a call back of "...I apologize but it will not be ready for a few more days." Had we known this was going to be the case we would NOT have purchased a vehicle that fateful day two months ago. LIES. LIES. LIES are all we have been dealing with and incompetent people who keep dropping the ball! Becky has been doing the best she can after her own personal issues and it is not her fault our car was not fixed while she was away. However, she has promised the completion of service on multiple occasions and has not delivered on her promises.Needless to say, it will be the last vehicle purchased at AutoNation Toyota on Arapahoe.

A month ago I traded in my vehicle here, I thought I had a pretty good idea of what my vehicle was worth and what I wanted in trade. So I went out with Faheed and test drove a vehicle, found one I liked and started talking money.Him and his supervisor proceeded to do everything they could to tell me my trade in was worth HALF what I wanted for it, and in the end, convinced me that I was pretty much crazy.Today, about a month after I was swindled by these two, my new daily driver leaks oil, has a belt squeak, and my old car is for sale on their web site for DOUBLE what they SWORE was a fair price. While Toyota makes a great product, BUYER BEWARE here! Do NOT do business with these people unless it is a last resort!

- Wanted to test drive a new car with manual transmission with possibility to buy it if I'd like how id felt.- Got in contact with one of online specialist.- Made an appointment and I was assured that they would have that model for me to try.- When I got to dealership the person I supposed to meet wasn't there. They spent some time to find right sales person. The sales person made a copy of my DL and went to get the car. About 30 minutes later they found out that car that suppose to be on parking lot is not there. They did not have it at all. I was told there is one at some other dealership. How do I test drive it? The answer was we don't know. So I had to leave. In protection of sales person that worked with me I can say that he wasn't provided of any information of my needs and he wasn't part of email chain where all above questions were discussed.

After a terrible experience at another dealership, we found a 2002 Chevy Silverado that we were very interested in. We made an appointment to meet with Ben Gillan. He worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got a deal everyone was happy with. Once we made a deal, Leo in finance made our experience even better. He understood our financial situation and did everything he could to make things easier for us. He also did a great job explaining all the terms of our contract. He even gave our 4 year old a marker to color with and a yogurt to snack on while we signed paperwork. We were both very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. We walked out feeling great about our purchase. We would definately work with these guys again!

Sales people here are great! They know their products well. Managers don't know the product well. My car was a FWD Venza transferred in from Cheyenne WY. Jeff said that I had to buy the car (sight unseen) before he'd transfer it down. Because it was a FWD and he didn't think they could sell it if we backed out of the deal. So I bought it. I checked their inventory 2 days later and I see they have 3 FWD models that just showed up on their lot. That's just plain rude and stupid on his part.

I don't know if he actually tries to be offensive or if just comes naturally, but GM Derreck Hays leaves a lot to be desired. When he has to start every other sentence with "No offense, but..." or "I'm not saying you're lying, but...", it makes it very difficult to even imagine wanting to business with him or any company associated with him. I would avoid this dealership if respect means something to you.

Let me start off by saying Rehen was great. I almost purchased a car from him in late 2013, but one of the managers didn't rub me the right way so I went elsewhere. Fast forward 6 months and a friend wanted a car from here. Went to Rehen again and of course, nothing shy of exceptional customer service. Straight shooter.Move forward to Steve in the finance department. Total xxxxx. Sells us a warranty the night we buy the car. After crunching numbers when we got home, we realized it wasn't for us. Called Steve to tell him and he throws a tantrum. Go into sign new paperwork - all he says at the end is Merry Christmas. Almost took the car back because of this. Will never ever go back here or refer someone here due to this. Hoping Rehen can get a job at a dealership like Kuni where all staff are friendly and truly have your best interest - not the best interest of the finance managers personal bank account.

My experience through AutoSearch with Terry Schleski was excellent. He was extremely receptive to my requests, handled everything in a professional and timely manner. He was able to find the car I wanted in a short time and had taken care of all details for me so that I had no difficulty and was able to drive away feeling that everything had been handled correctly.

This dealership is a perfect example of a bad business model, and they cost me a lot of money by selling me a bad used car, a total lemon. They put every trade-in they get online, for sale, before they even truly inspect the car, all because they're under pressure to sell as many trade-ins as possible, instead of taking them to auction. Here's what I wrote on Google a couple weeks ago (the story has gotten worse since I wrote this review):I had a horrible experience buying a Subaru here. First, called the place up after seeing a used Outback advertised online, and went over to test drive it. But I couldn't test drive it, because it had a flat tire. So I went back the next day. Tire hadn't been fixed. Finally, the salesman I worked with called me days later and said it was ready for a test drive. It drove okay, but contrary to the online advertisement, the car had plenty of nicks and body damage. The used car director told me they would need to do a lot of repairs on the car before they could sell it, and I said I wasn't worried about most of the cosmetic issues, as long as it was in good working condition. After all these negotiations, the final price, after tax and dealer handling fee, was $900 more than the advertised price. At that point, I was too tired to care. But I should have. Because after a week and a half in their mechanic's shop, the car still had things wrong with it. When I picked it up, they hadn't replaced the cracked windshield, one of the fog lamps wasn't working, and I found a number of other problems. I went back the very next morning, a Saturday, and was told I'd need to speak to the used car director again, on Monday. I go back on Monday, and the guy isn't there. I leave my name, number, and complaints. After several days passed, I finally called THEM, because nobody from the dealership called me. After all this, they finally sent out a windshield company to replace the cracked windshield, and then I took the car back to their mechanic's, because I wanted several other problems addressed. But they haven't been addressed, and I'm very dissatisfied. The car still needs hundreds of dollars worth of work, and I wasn't told about several things that were either wrong with it or glitchy (the remote security system, for example, only works 70 percent of the time, the CD player doesn't work, and there's a light bulb in the dash that's out and needs to be replaced). The tires need to be balanced, the front rotors need to be machined, and according to the mechanic, the front left fog lamp assembly needs to be replaced, not just the bulb or the casing, contrary to what I was originally told. Those problems don't include the cosmetic issues I referred to previously. I'll never shop here again, and I'll tell everyone I can that they shouldn't, either. At least not for a used car. All in all, horrible customer service, unreliable sales people, and the company's just too big. Things slip through the cracks, and it's as though they just don't care, because they're too busy.Back to the present: I'm planning on unloading the car somehow, because my mechanic in Colorado Springs told me I was ripped off, all because Auto Nation didn't spend as much time as it should have looking the car over. It needs new front struts, a new engine mount, new CV boots (probably new front axles), and more. I either have to sell it, trade it, or spend yet another $2,000 on it.Bottom line: DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. If you're looking at buying a used car here, at the very least get it checked out by a mechanic you trust before you hand over the cash. I wish I'd done that. A very expensive lesson.

The business is as good as its employees. I found this to be particularly true with Autonation. After wasting ton of time at Stevenson Toyota, I went to Autonation and was greeted by Zach. After locating the car I was interested in and reviewing the numbers that I brought in quotes from competitors, Internet pricing printouts, etc I was assured by a Zachs manager that the numbers were reasonable. The same numbers were considered to be very much unreasonable by Stevenson just a day earlier. I was offered to take the car for an extended test drive and when I brought it back couple of hours later Zach was out with the customer so I was helped by Max, who, after I informed him of my interest to buy the car, was able to beat the lowest competitors quote by a good $500 over $1.5K cheaper than the lowest price we were offered at Stevenson after a month long endeavor with them. All of that took about 20 min.The following Monday I went to Autonation to pick up the car and do the paperwork Zach personally picked me up from the light rail station and brought me in. We quickly finalized the numbers, discussed the additional options everything handled very efficient and professional by Zach and off I was to the Finance manager. Robert, the Finance manager, processed all the paperwork very quickly. I had a feeling, though, that he wasnt too happy with the fact that I opted out of most of the additional options i.e. extended warranty, various protection packages, etc. Nevertheless, he had me in and out very quickly. I would suggest dealing with another Finance manager though I had a question regarding one of the protection package I ended up purchasing and when I called him the following day to express my concerns, he was very condescending and plain rude with me on the phone. Instead of addressing my concerns and explaining the details, he quickly suggested that if I dont believe him and dont feel comfortable with the plan I should return it but Id need to do it very quickly as I only had 3 days to do so. I ended up calling the provider directly and they explain the details of each concern individually addressing any and all issues I had with the policy. Bottom line he knows what hes doing, but Id suggest asking for another Finance managerOverall, Id recommend Autonation Toyota and Id strongly suggest you ask for Zach directly. However, to make your experience more positive, make sure you do your homework beforehand! You need to come in knowing the pricing, knowing the options and packages, having an idea of what extras youd be willing to pay for extra features if your preferred configuration is not available, etc. Keep in mind that even though they often claim that some of the additional options are mandatory and come with the car they are in reality all optional and you can opt out of them if you dont want or need them. Theyll figure out a way to do the paperwork to deal with them if they are mandated by the company to include the features and youre not willing to pay for them. That being said, some of them may be particularly useful and should be looked at.Bottom line if you do your homework and come with realistic prices and expectations, they will not lose a deal. If you try to get a Land Cruiser for the price of Corolla that probably wont work. But if youre being reasonable, theyll work with you. I ended up paying about $500 less than the absolute lowest offer I got anywhere else Internet and dealers. Make sure to ask for Zach!

Went to AutoNation Arapahoe looking for a new Rav4. Seemed good until we got down to the nuts and bolts of the deal. Then everything went downhill fast. Here is a quick list of the bad things, they wanted to give me a bad interest rate, despite being a Tier I borrower per Toyota Financial standards; they lied and said they could apply for credit through USAA, which I bank with, which they can not do; they only agreed to lower my interest rate after I told them what USAA would give me; they argued with me when I told them I had gotten 0%, 1.9% and 2.9% on prior Toyota purchases through Toyota Financial, They said the $500 military rebate offered by Toyota did not apply to new Rav4s, when in fact it applies to all new Toyotas; They acted like the dealership was the one giving me the $500 off for being active military and they were doing me a favor by actually taking it off (I straightened them out real fast on that one); they knew absolutely nothing about the 90 deferred first payment special that Toyota was running over Memorial weekend; and they were trying to pressure me into making a decision right then and there and kept wanting me to sign paperwork saying that if they got the price of the car down to a certain point that I would agree to buy it; they even agreed to take $500 off the price, but when they brought the paperwork back out they moved the numbers around so the numbers would look like they actually did something, but in fact they only took $200 off the price and not the $500 they agreed to; I had to keep telling them what their internet prce was on cars. Overall I would say this is a shady dealership that pretends to give people deals by claiming to be a volume dealer while they are in fact ripping them off and lying to them about the interest rates they qualify for. AutoNation told me the best they could do was 4.99% and finally came down to 3.99%. The dealer I actually bought my car at saved me more than $1500 off the best price from AutoNation and gave me a 2.59% interest rate, no haggeling. I would stay as far away from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe as possible and shop elsewhere, like in Lakewood.

Most of their vehicles were over priced and the car we test drove had mechanical issues and the check engine light came on and we told them about it. And they cleared the code and put it back on the lot. I would not trust them what so ever. They have the logic that it's better to sell 20 cars with a $2000 profit and $50 with a $1000 profit. They can keep their cars and we will be sure to make sure we don't recommend them

Just to reinforce what others have said, despite the supposed no-haggle price approach, this is a traditional high pressure dealership, where nailing down the price can be very difficult. I found a price on the website for a new car, and then during the pricing discussion was told, "Well, that includes a recent graduate discount, and you don't look like you qualify. Your price is about $1200 higher." First, there was no recent grad discount on this model. Second, pretty insulting way to jack up the price. If for some reason you really need to deal with this dealer, I would do all my negotiation via email, and only go to the dealership to do the test drive. There are definitely better dealers in the area who are easier to deal with, and more respectful.

Talked to Joe on a Friday night to come check out a 4Runner on Saturday afternoon. I arrived for my appointment and Joe was nowhere to be found. Eventually they found someone else to help us, he took us on a wild goose chase around the entire lot to find the 4runner we had wanted to see. Then he finally checks to find out if they sold it and apparently they had. I really do not appreciate the lack of consideration on Joe's part and would have greatly appreciated a phone call to let me know the vehicle was no longer available. It did not seem like my time was important to them, nor the 30 minute drive to come check out this car. In addition, my boyfriend wanted to come instead of resting while working an 80+ hour week and he was rather displeased as well. I understand that they are a "high volume" dealership, but there is something to be said for common courtesy.

Jessie was great as well as Robert in finance! Furthermore, Jeremy the manager was great as well! Everyone was nice and was soo helpful and they wouldnt have me leave without a new car like a real business should. I walked away with a great car and met every expectation I have.. thank you guys!!! You are all great! I will be back again! :)Mike.

Customer service starts out good, Kenny seemed genuine but that is where it stops. The managers do not return calls and do not send anything quoted onto an email. If they offer you a trade in but come back another day they will try to drop down the price of the trade in. I know for the most part most dealers try the wheeling and dealing but these guys have it down to an art. Watch for all the things they try to add on at the end. I love how the sales guy brags how good the product is how dependable, how high of ratings their vehicle is over all the others then when you are signing the papers they try to sell you a service plan for $1200 or higher to cover any repairs you might run into, wait, why do I need this if it is such a good car. My first visit I was their for 2 hours and my second visit for 4 hours. I believe they want you their a long time to wear you down. Get you to the point that you just want to get it done with. They are working with more than one client at a time both making you wait an incredible amount of time. My experience was so brutal I will never go their again.

I went to this dealership because they had great prices on their Website. When I arrived the sales person who helped me was very nice and I have no complaints with him. My issue is the practice Go Toyota uses to lure people into the dealership. I was interested in purchasing a new Toyota Tundra. As I was looking online I found 3 that would fit my budget. When I arrived at the dealership I test drove a Tundra and really liked it but when it got down to talking price, I found out that the price on the Website is not in fact the price I was asked to pay. When I complained about it the response I received was that I, "should look at the * at the bottom of the page which states that prices may change without prior notice." Wow, talk about misleading and dishonest. I cannot believe that a company would use this statement to get out of honoring the price quoted online. I see from others who have posted reviews, that I am not the first this has happened to. I guess we really are in the times of consumer beware. I also cannot believe that in these day and times, big companies like Go Toyota are allowed to do this. Shame on you, Go Toyota, for being so misleading and dishonest!

Asked to leave in car that had complete brake failure, three times in four days - they couldn't find problem and knew it wasn't fixed, bust asked us to drive it away and get it out og their hair?????We have a 2007 Hybrid Camry. On Friday Oct 5th, while driving home from my work, my wife called me from a parking lot saying she just had a complete brake failure and had just experienced one the scariest moments of her life. Car was towed directly to Go Toyota. Car picked up falling day with roughly $250 bill for "brake light sensor". Car was not driven over the weekend. Monday Oct 8th, not six miles from home on way to work, same issue! Wife was able to safely goat off road into parking lot - NO BRAKES. Again, vehicle towed back to Go Toyota. We picked up car Monday evening, told an "adjustment was needed to recently installed brake light sensor". The very next day, Tues Oct 9th, you guessed it - complete, total brake failure AGAIN!! Car towed back..... needless to say some frustration mounting. We were given a rental car while our car was analyzed. Friday afternoon (10/12) we receive call to come get car. No problem could be found and they needed rental back. What do we do now????? Are you kidding me? Asked if he'd let his wife and family drive in that car knowing what he knows, the service manager said no he would not want that for his family - but they cant find anything wrong and needs us to come get it.Wow. I'm seriously at a loss - they KNOW the brakes continue to fail bust ask us to come get it - unfixed????I have ZERO trust in that group - there are serious safety issues involved. Do NOT trust your family when Go Toyota service is involved. I guess we contact Toyota directly and ask who they have that CAN fix a Toyota, it surely isn't this dealership...

I've been going to this dealership for several years and the service has been getting worse each year. Today, I had a 60k mile service done on my 08 FJ Cruiser and after reading through the work done, I ended up paying $348.00 for an oil change and rear differential fluid change. My air filter is an aftermarket K&N which I service myself, yet I was still charged $27 for the part + labor. I also did not need to have my tires rotated since my preferred tire company does that AND tire pressure check for free. Speaking of tire pressure checks, the warning light for the TPMS was on due to my spare being low. It was never addressed. The lubing of the door and hood hinges was obviously not done as they still have dry dirt on them. Everyone knows Toyota parts are overpriced, but in the past, their service has been great. Now, I feel like I need to hold their hand and make sure they do what they're supposed to be doing. Seriously! $348 for an oil change! Lesson learned. Good bye GO Toyota on Arapahoe.

Pete was a pleasure to work with. We began the negotiation process online and he was responsive and fair. He did a great job of explaining the new car buying process at GO, and he was transparent throughout. We agreed to what I feel is a good deal on the car, and we were very pleased with the entire process. I will definitely buy a car from Pete again and recommend him to friends in the market. Stay away from Go Toyota! They are not honest. I have never posted reviews on a website before, but I was so upset at Go Toyota' practices that I felt obligated to let people know. I was told that there were two used minivans meeting my price. When I arrived to test drive the minivans I was told that both minivans were sold the previous evening and that there were two trucks that were available at a price of $5,000 more than my budget. They used the cheaper minivans as a ploy to get me to the dealership.

I bought a 2012 Sienna over two months ago. The car is great; the dealer experience has been abysmal. Here are the issues I have had:- took over 3 hours from the time I committed to buying the vehicle to the time I left the dealership (I know. I was a fool for sticking around).-they over-charged me by $1,000 on the sales tax. I have still not been refunded this money-the salesperson told me he would remove the bike rack from my previous vehicle for me to pick-up later implying he would do this if I would give him only "excellent" marks on the customer service survey-the finance person (who also spent 20 minutes trying to convince me to buy an extended warranty despite me telling him "no" multiple times) neglected to have me sign one document that prevented me from registering my vehicle. I didn't learn this until I went to register the vehicle. The dealer knew this for two weeks, but did nothing about remedying the situation until I called about the missing document. They then took another three weeks to get this completed resulting in nearly $150 in fees and penalties from my county-I have placed about 10 calls with the dealer to speak with someone to get reimbursed for the $150 that were a result of their incompetence and have yet to be able to speak with a live person who can help meDon't know if my experience is an outlier, but I have been kicking myself in the butt for the past two months for not purchasing the Odyssey at the Honda dealer across the street.

Update: Please read the end review at the bottom. I'm from Michigan and I traded up to a 2010 Highlander. Stupid me, after signing everything my wife noticed a $399 charge for some kind of windshield insurance (the windshield already was damaged when we bought it!) it involved some stuff like Rain-x that they apply to the windshield. They applied it to an already damaged one! Also there was a $399 theft insurance added in. (Beware, this is on their cars!) When I questioned it the salesman, Mike Cho showed me on the window sticker where it was. I totally missed it because it they strategically placed it where you don't notice it. I really feel like an idiot for not seeing it. The worst thing though was after the 5 hours it took to finalize everything (included swapping out some worn out tires the salesman claimed were new) we were ready to drive away and I asked for the other keys and fob. The guy tells me then that there is only one key and fob. No Valet keys and no extra keyand fob for my wife. Of course by now the service department is closed so we can't get one. I called them several times 2 days later (after the weekend) to try to see if they'd give me a break on new ones but you can't talk to a sales manager without leaving a voicemail! Of course they won't call me back. I'm left with paying $116 for one key and $160 for a fob. I didn't ask what a valet key would cost. I'm getting an extra key from ACE hardware for $70. Stay away from this dealer or at least pay close attention to the details. It ruined my vacation. Another thing when they swapped the tires (and wheels) they didn't reprogram the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) so now that doesn't work. If they read this and give me some satisfaction, I'll amend my review. How hard would it have been for the salesman to tell me I would need an extra key? Now I'm 1200 miles from home and I hope to God I don't lose my only one.A few days after writing this review, I was contacted by the Sales Manager Ed Jones and after listening to my story, he said he would help. A few days after I got back to Michigan, I received a new head restraint and a check to cover the costs I incurred getting a key and resetting the TPMS. I have upgraded them from a 1 star to a 3 star as a result. That's what I call good service.

About 4 years ago I purchased my first new vehicle and I have to say at that time I was very impressed with Go Toyota. I ran into a few issues but my sales advisor was able to resolve all of these issues however this is where the positive experience ended. I learned very quickly that the service department at Go Toyota is a mess. I was used to years of drive through lube shops (yeah they arent the greatest but it was an older vehicle) that got you in and out in 15-20 mins so why does it take Go an hour with 2-3 bays with only 2 cars? I have tried service appointments, off hours and no matter what they take forever. If this was the only issue, I could stop but no so is the case.I have taken my SUV into this location over 20x and I can honestly say that I have never had a positive experience. There is always something that they do that turns what could be a positive experience to a negative. I have lost confidence in this location because they commonly pull the bait and switch on you. They advertise a online a special and then once you are stacked in line they always have an excuse on why its not valid or they say they have no idea what the special is. They spent millions on renovating the show room but havent spent a dime on employee training. The one thing that they excel in is poor customer service. You have Fred, the sales manager who promises a call back but doesnt fulfill, Wes who says he is changing the service department but after a few months I havent seen a difference (the last 5 guys said the same thing), the parts counter guy who cares less about what your issue is and the cashier who puts the B in itch. Last time I checked, these were key people that are customer facing and some are the last chance you have to provide a positive customer experience but yet they seemed to be trained to leave you with a negative experience. If you think great customer service is so 1950 and that your hard earned $$ should go to a company that strives for customer DISsatisfaction then go to Go Toyota. If you dream of long afternoons watching daytime TV at a car dealership while your oil is changed, go to Go Toyota. If you for some reason cannot leave the confines of Havana and Arapahoe, then you are stuck with Go Toyota, I feel sorry for you. A dealership doesnt get a Poor rating online by making the customer #1. If your employees are not happy, then they are not going to make the customer happy. In the end the nice thing about living in the Denver metro area is you have choices, Go Toyota is not the only dealership in town. I really wanted post a positive review for them but 4 years of poor service is long enough. The best advice I can offer is do exactly what their slogan says, GO! GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! Stay far away from Go Toyota Arapahoe.

There is no doubt that the dealer tried to out me into a bad decision on my trade in. At first they verbally offered me $20-22 k for my trade which, just to get me into the dealership. When I pressed them on it it became $16k. This on a car that is being sold by dealers for $26k and over. The car is in high demand so they must have been screwing me, trying to. I am tired of being screwed by these dealers and recently it seems when I have looked for carsmitbseems worse. You would think it would be better since we are in a recession. Needless to say, get your facts. check out Black Book, not just Blue Book. Check out out Edmunds, but most importantly check out what dealers are selling the car for. Be careful.

One of the best experiences a person can ask for, they are one of the busiest stores I have ever been to, yet they treated us like family! Byron was the sales manager and knew how busy they were yet, took care of us from start to finish and even helped take stuff out of our old car and put it in the new one IN THE RAIN! Josh was very personable and treated us like he was buying the car as he discussed every detail! Jeff the GM was incredible and made a point to tell us thank you. There is a reason they get all of the business they do, there is no other Toyota store in the state that treats you like family when they are selling 50+ cars a day (so it seemed)

Refinanced my FJ,which I bought new from Go. Got the extended warranty with "free" oil chsanges and rotations. The bottom line: If you buy a car from these people you don't want to deal with their service department. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. When I first bought the car I went there for an oil change and was told it would be maybe a couple hours, so I didn't bother going back for such a small maintenance duty.I went other places because who wants to sit around for two hours for such a minor bit of maintenance. When I refinanced and was sold on the extended warranty, I was assured that I would be in and out with an oil change and rotation in 45 min to an hour. "Guaranteed" was the term used as I remember.Called the other day to get my fj in for an oil change and was told it would be a two hour wait. So I made an APPOINTMENT for later in the week and was told 45 min to an hour. Pulled up this morning and there was a line there about ten to 15 cars deep. When I asked some kid that worked there where I should go for an oil change and a tire rotation when you have an APPOINTMENT the pointed to the back of the line and said "there". Not having two hours to wait around to get minor maintenance done to my car I left and will continue to go back to where I had always gotten these things done in 45 minutes. Bottom line, even though I like the vehicle, after dealing with Toyota for the last five years I will never buy another Toyota. They act like they're doing you a favor or something. And who needs the headaches just for an oil change.

They (sales person and a manager)were off by $3,500 what another Toyota dealer gave me without hassle after only 15 minutes on my trade in! They never would give me a bottom line price on the new Tacoma I wanted. They tried to keep me from leaving after several hours by saying "if we can give you a good price, will you stick around and make the sale today?" but they never gave me the "good deal". I know this because I knew what my trade in was worth and I knew what invoice was on the truck I wanted. They kept calling trying to get me to come back in and make a deal in person, but I told them what I wanted for my trade in and to give me a fair price on the truck over the phone since I had already spent several hours there before. They never did. The manager twice called and asked what the hold up was on a deal, and said he would see what he could do and call me back with the info, of course I never got the "deal". Very high pressure sales. I had spent many hours of research and knew what a fair deal was, and knew I was't going to get it here. In just a few hours over the internet, phone, and in person, I was able to get an awesome deal at a Toyota dealer in Colorado Springs for not only the exact Tacoma I wanted, but for my trade in without any of the hassle. Hopefully I will have a better experience with the service department when I bring my Tacoma in for its first service. Keeping my fingers crossed, I'll let you know.

Recently my mother and I went to GO Toyota to purchase a new vehicle for my mother. This is her first NEW car purchase in more than 30 years. The vehicle she owned for almost two decades suddenly stopped working and it was not worth fixing. I have been a loyal Toyota consumer for years; I have owned three Toyota Trucks, and suggested my mother look at a few Toyota models as she searched for her new vehicle. Our search for the right car at the right price took us to GO Toyota first. We drove around the lot and found three vehicles we were interested in. We contacted a sales associate, Samuel (unknown last name), who set us up with a test drive. At first, Samuel was very nice. He answered our questions for the most part. I could tell he was a newer sales person; he did not appear to be as confident in his knowledge as someone who had been doing it for a longer period of time. A second associate, Jerry Davis, came to assist with the Prius we were looking at. Apparently Samuel had an appointment arrive. From this moment on, the contact went sour. Immediately I got the feeling Jerry was not interested in helping us. Even though he showed us the car and answered some questions we had, he was very short and covered the information very quickly. My mother is 65 years old and is not as knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the Prius. However, she was interested in it because of the fuel efficiency and earth friendly features. We explained what style of vehicle my mother wanted and why. It was as simple as a hatchback with good fuel economy. Jerry quickly finished showing the Prius, and then moved on to a used Toyota Rav 4 sport edition. He said it was new to the lot and lots of features. He showed the vehicle, and then allowed a test drive. After the test drive, we explained we wanted to run some numbers about the Rav 4 and the Prius. When we got back to the dealer, Jerry pulled some numbers for the Rav 4, but never the Prius. He kept telling us he really liked the Rav 4, it was his favorite vehicle. He ran one set of numbers and quickly wanted to finish the deal. The payment option he gave was nowhere near what my mother's budget would allow. He was told what she could pay now and each month. When he was questioned about the discrepancy, he started playing games with the numbers. He wrote down on the piece of paper that he could get her $300 a month for 60 months at 2.9% interest. When we asked how, he kept changing numbers and asking for the sale. We, also, had already told him we were shopping and were not going to make any deal until we had compared vehicles and price at other locations. We spent a lot of time going back and forth with him about the numbers he was throwing down with no apparent conformation or reliability. When he was asked to bring a hard set of numbers that could be evaluated, he brought back a monthly rate much higher, almost $200 higher, than what he wrote down on the paper. When asked why the numbers changed, Jerry started writing more numbers down and circling things. Nothing he said or wrote down explained why the numbers were different and why he said he could provide a payment plan and rate, when the computer was not showing it. I had to start doing my own calculations based on the price of the vehicle to show what the numbers would look like for the Rav 4. He kept coming and going bringing papers back with monthly payments that were not what we needed. When we initially started talking to Jerry, we said we wanted to see information about both cars. He never once pulled any numbers for the Prius; he didn't even try to fake numbers for it. It became very clear to me that he was not interested in selling us the Prius; he wanted to sell the Rav 4! He said over and over again it was his favorite car, he liked the features, and it would not stay on the lot long because it is a special sport edition. It was obvious to me he was trying to sell a more expensive car so that he would make a larger commission. It also became very clear he was in a hurry and wanted us to sign on the dotted line in as little time as possible. When we continued to push the issue of price, we were handed off again. Jerry passed us back to Samuel and now a sales manager. She told us she had older cars that would fit in out price range. Again, nothing was ever provided to us about the Prius. We were not very interested in an older car, but were willing to consider it if it was the only option we could afford. We examined the 08' model Highlander and took a test drive. Quite frankly, the vehicle was not in very good condition. After spending too many hours at this dealership and dealing with too many people, we were VERY frustrated and just wanted to get out of there without any further aggravation. After we left and the day went on, thought more about that experience. I realized I should have driven the extra distance and started our search at a dealership I was familiar with, first. The next day, we both went to another dealership and spoke with ONE sales associate, who was leaps and bounds more informative, polite, patient and willing to take the time needed to HELP us find a car my mother liked and could afford! I realize car sales is about making money; however, this associate and his management, were more than willing to make the adjustments we needed to the car we decided on as well as provide us with multiple financial options to get the payments we needed. In the end, we gave our business to this other dealership! We are HIGHLY satisfied and will refer this company to our friends and family! As well as, we will never bring any business to GO Toyota, or any other GO dealership for that matter! Not even for the Toyota Cares maintenance. I have spent many years in the retail environment, as has my mother. We understand business is about making money. However, we also understand that return and referral customers are the best customers to have; because they are more likely to spend more money over time. When a company, of any type, treats their customers as we were treated at GO Toyota, the word of mouth affect can be detrimental, especially today with all the social media outlets.

Buy your car from Carlos or Roger. They will deal fairly with you and don't put on the pressure. A+I will continue to be a loyal Toyota fan and support this dealer.

High pressure, in your face sales. This dealership uses all of the old school tactics. This was a horrible experience. I wouldn't wish this on my own worst enemies. I was able to to get a better deal at Stevinsons Toyota and was treated with respect. The sales manager was extremely rude and I was lied to my face multiple time. I wouldn't buy a hot dog from these people.

We purchased a new Prius in June 2011 from Go Toyota and have not had our car serviced yet. However, all of the dealings we've had with this dealership have been very positive. We were treated to a sandwich supper and information clinic for new owners last night. We felt this experience was not only helpful, but also gave us an introduction to the dealership and some of its staff.

GREG TRIED TO HID HIS LEMON. We just came by tonight to look at an older model mini-van. Test drove & it ran well. But being older with 100K+ miles, we wanted our mechanic to make sure it was not a lemon. The salesman said no problem, but when he told Greg (I think the used car manager) he kind of went ballistic and told us that their mechanics had checked it and he had put money in it, and it wouldn't be out here if it was a good car. The previous dealer we went to to had no qualms about taking their car to a mechanic. I said we don't know you, and car dealers are know to lie. Then he told us there's no way the car would still be there after the weekend (our mechanic couldn't get to it til next wk), even though the car had set on their lot for 1.5 months. I said we could probably find a place to inspect it the next day, and he still went wild arguing why it didn't ... at an older model mini-van. Test drove & it ran well. He kept telling us to buy the car and we have 3 days to bring it back. He even tried to lie about what day it was to make us think we could get it inspected by our mechanic on the 3rd day and still bring it back. Obviously, this guy was trying to hide a major problem with the vehicle.

I had planned on just having a blue service since my FJ just turned 60K miles. I mentioned to my service advisor, David McFarland my concerns on my front brakes and he was extremely knowledgeable and told me they give them a thorough review in order to determine if there was a problem. What should have been a hour visit ended up being 3 hours since my brakes needed to be replaced. David kept me posted on the progress and was really pleasant. Just wanted to let you know that he was very conscientious and I really appreciated that.

I bought my 2004 Camry and now my 2009 Camry at this dealership. have always had good friendly and on time service with the Quick Lube and service dept. I highly recommend this dealership. I put 187,000 on my o4 and now have 103,000 on my 09 so I am in there a few times a year. Never a problem, just a friendly place to do business.

I just had service done on my 2004 XLE Limited Toyota Sienna Van at the Go Toyota Dealership on Eat Arapahoe, and worked with assistant manager Chris Ledbetter. I had the illumination fuse on the panel shitter replaced. The illumination buttons for the shifter were all dark because the fuse that sits behind the panel was blown out.I was worried that replacing such illumination fuse/light bulb will be expensive, since they have to take out the panel to do this. The price I paid was less than $100 and I was extremely satisfied with the honest service. In addition, Chris programmed a keyless remote control for me for free and he was wonderful to deal with.I highly recommend Go Toyota in Sentimental, CO on East Arapahoe.

I made an appointment to bring my Toyota RAV4 into the dealership to check a floor mat interference recall notice that I had received. From the minute Zach answered the phone to schedule the appointment he was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful! It was nice to have a go to service rep through every step of the process. When they were inspecting my car they brought some pink fluid on the hood of my car to my attention and were concerned about my fluid pump. They escorted me to the waiting area which was very comfortable while they checked out my car. I also wanted them to address an error message that I was getting on my CD player and provide me with an estimate of how much it would take to repair. Less than 30 minutes later Zach appeared with the wonderful news that when my dad had purchased the car he purchased the extended warranty on the car so the replacement stereo needed and the fluid pump would be replaced at no cost to me! The only unfortunate part was they needed my car for a day to complete the repairs but Toyota would be covering my rental car. Zach set up the rental for me so all I had to do was sign the paper work and bring the car back the next day. The next day I called first thing in the morning to see if it would be at all possible to pick up my car that day by 1pm before I had to go to work so I didn't have to do it on my lunch break and they were once again great at meeting that request. I brought the car back 2 weeks later to have the replacement stereo installed and was shocked when this only took them 45 minutes at the most. I started going to this dealership a couple years ago because of their quick lube service and because I lived close by. I have since moved about 30 minutes away on the opposite side of town and continue going to this dealership because I have had nothing but great customer service. It can sometimes be intimidating to take your car to a dealership when you are a young female but I appreciate that this dealership has never tried to sell me anything and they consistently provide friendly customer service. If my car needs any type of service they let me know and just provide me with an estimate. Even if i choose to not have it done there I appreciate the dealership's recommendation to keep my car in good running condition for a long time.

I was going to use Quick Lube for my 100,000 mile service and 4 new tires but the line was too long so I called the service department from the parking lot. Chris answered and had me come right in. I was in and out of there in no time and did not have to sit around the waiting room. He was very courteous and efficient. He advised me on the best tires to purchase and what was required for the 100,000 mile service. He arranged for the best price possible on both the tires and the service. He gave me an accurate estimate for the completion time and I was able to go on about my business.

Soon as I arrived, It's like your own personal dealership. Greeted was a warm, friendly welcome (Steve L.) to the Service Manager (Chris L.)writeup. I've been comming here to this dealership for almost 10 years and the personal greetings and service continues to be first rate. After the service was performed, the Tech (Todd B.) came and greeted me indicating the Highlander is in great shape and no anticipated problem could be expected. A 'family atmosphere' this dealership has it. We've purchased 5 vehicles from them and the team of sales and service professionals and my association with them as been 'GREAT'.

I bought my 4Runner from GoToyota Arapahoe when I lived in Parker, CO. Approximately 2 years later, I moved to Golden, CO, which is about 35 miles away. I still take the time to drive across town to have all of my maintenance and service work performed at GoToyota Arapahoe -- the service is fantastic and scheduling on short notice is never a problem.I have come to know and trust several of the employees at this dealership, and I feel I receive professional and personal service that is hard to come by these days. Chris Ledbetter is an excellent service manager who is a strong and proactive communicator. I appreciate when he advises me that I will have to come back in a few months to have preventative maintenance performed, tires replaced, brakes, etc. This is useful information to have so I can plan and budget for the work ahead of time. Yes, service means spending money, but it also means having an already excellent, reliable vehicle that's trust-worthy on the road, handles well, and will last me for years to come. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to service my vehicle here.Thank you!

I have always taken my vehicles to this dealership, because of the outstanding work performed by the mechanic, John Brekke. Also, John Brekke Jr., and Chris Ledbetter on the Blue Team are both excellent, because they are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about Toyota's. I am extremely satisfied with the Blue Teams performance, because all three individuals answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I give everyone on the Blue Team an excellent rating, and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you Blue Team and thank you Go Toyota!

We had a great experience with the service department at Go Toyota. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. It's hard to get great customer service these days and I was very appreciative of the attentiveness and courtesy of the guys in the service department. We will definitely be back!

I took my brand new toyota tundra for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours of waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. They left oil all over the hood and fenders and did not bother to cleaned . When I drove it home the smell of burned oil was very noticeable as this people did not cleaned the oil spill they did when the oil filter was replaced, now the undrside of the vhicle is all stained with burnt oil marks. The next day I found a pool of oil in the drive way, they left some much oil underneath the motor that it took about 3 days to remove itself off and cleaning oil spots on my driveway. Later that week, one of the tire lock nuts on the front wheel went missing. I will definitely do not recommend anybody to use this dealer.

I had a coupon for and oil change that read no appointment necessary - "if the oil change is not performed in 30 minutes, the next oil change is free". I arrived at the dealer at 9:45am, my vehicle left my view at 9:55am. The vehicle was returned to me at 10:40. I asked about the free oil change mentioned on the coupon because my 2004 Hylander was not done in the stated 30 minutes. The service manager was paged and he explained to me that even though the coupon does not say that the 30 minutes begins once the vehicle is on the rack, that is what the dealership goes by and my vehicle was done on time. I call that false advertising. If the time starts on the rack, say that on the coupon. I have been a loyal customer of Toyota for many years and I purchase a new Toyota every 7 years. But after this episode, I am now thinking about other brands.

Found a 2006 Toyota Certified pre-owned Tundra while searching Craigslist that was located at this dealer. I was going to be in Denver for the weekend so I scheduled an appointment with Liz since she contacted me when I requested more information online. The intial meeting was fine and I did purchase the truck that day at a fair price and ok APR. However: Ashtray was missing - This is something that is checked during the certification checksTemperature control knob was missing - Also something that should have been checkedExtremely poor job of detailing the truck - Should have been as clean as possible even before being put up for sale. The ashtray was ordered for me and the temp. knob was replaced that day so those problems were minor. I later found out (after getting the truck 100 miles home) that the truck had an open ball joint recall. Liz lied to me and told me that all recalls are taken care of before any vehicle is listed for sale at the dealer. Also the spare tire is a different size that the other 4 tires. I will not be going back to this dealer.

They stole my car! My son went down to buy a car and when they couldn't finance us, we asked to rewind the deal and give us our trade-in back. They said they didn't know where our car was. The next day they sold it at auction to force us to keep a car we couldn't finance. Now 1 month later, no car and no reimbursement. No resolution.
